Bill Prepares for Court

                                              Windsor Takes the Stand

Windsor is taking all those rules, laws, procedures and protocols he never learned, understood or followed in civil court and is now applying them to his criminal case.  While complaining about how he doesn't have enough time to properly prepare for his preliminary hearing next week, Bill has spent all his time composing (while typing with his two fingers mind you) all kinds of frivolous and spiteful motions.  He doesn't like the judge, and for that matter he isn't going to like any judge that follows the law, so he is back to playing his game of "you can't be the judge because I say you are conflicted". This time, instead of saying the judge's wife is a "joey", Bill is going to call the judge as a witness. Bill also spends an entire motion calling for the case to be dismissed for not giving him a speedy trial within 6 months while completely ignoring two major facts to that point: 1.  He fought extradition both in TX and ID and 2.  He was a fugitive from justice for nearly two months.

Bill gives us a sneak peak into a "chapter" of a "book" he is never going to publish.  And guess what? That sneak peak chapter just so happens to be a rant and spew fest against his family. How dare Ryan not take Bill's phone call while he was in jail.  After all, it was Bill that took Ryan's stupid ticket scalping internet company and made it into one everyone across the nation now knows.....and laughs at.  He then goes on to violate his divorce order by mentioning his ex wife, ending it by saying he will never speak to them again.  That may be true but you can bet that they still we get spiteful messages from Bill through some kind of internet conduit.

While Bill is still spewing and ranting about judges.....he has a special hatred for Missoula DA intern Tyler Dugger.  Tyler and Bill are polar opposites.  Tyler earned, from hard work, his current position in life.  Bill was handed everything he had which he then squandered.  Tyler has his whole life in front of him, Bill is nearing the end of his.  It is no wonder that Bill has a special hatred of Tyler. While Bill gives Tyler the usual online defamation treatment that he loves to do, Tyler continues to whip him in court....and that will most likely continue on to trial.

If there was ever a time in Bill's life to focus and get to work....its now.  But he's as distracted as he's ever been.  In usual Bill form, his legal defense strategy seems to be  to throw thousands of pages up against the wall and hope something sticks.  He is also finding out that the discovery process is much more focused and regulated than what he was use to in civil.  He can't quite understand why he isn't allowed to go intimidate, bully and defame the listed witnesses.  Windsor wants no part of an America that wont allow witness and jury tampering.......that's why he calls it Lawless America.

  2. AND he's trying to organize his case ("armed with 10 Bankers Boxes from Staples ... ") Seems this guy has no organizing or logical-thinking skills at all (if he ever had them). SMH It's pititful to think about how hard he will get his fat ass whipped in court.

    1. "10 Bankers [sic] Boxes [sic] from Staples"? Wow. Just . . . wow.

Generally, there are just a handful of key documents (combined with testimony) necessary to prove up your case. I just finished trying a case with over $1M in damages at stake and only had six large notebooks of evidence (including two volumes from the opposing party) in play. Bill suffers from a common problem I see in inexperienced or les competent attorneys, namely, the inability to narrow a case down to the key issues and the inability to resist the urge to limit documentary evidence to those key documents. It takes patience and experience to learn to do so, but it is critical because juries tend to tune out a party that offers reams of repetitive or pointless evidence and because doing that taxes the court reporter and irritates the judge.

    2. Yep, Windsor doesn't have the grasp of how to work efficiently. His perception is "Baffle with Billshit." If he can drown the court in frivolous papers that have zero merit, and piles of false allegations--he believes he will prevail.

"Bill Windsor is covered with paper as he prepares for the scheduled Pre-Trial Conference on Friday.
Today will be a long one. Lots of photocopying, three-hole punching, and building exhibit notebooks..."

This is not how you defend, this is how you twist your criminal trial, into a civil case with Windsor as the plaintiff and everyone in the US as the defendants.

  3. More awesome advice from Tick Mary who like Blubbery Bill & his remaining handful of lemmings thinks Blubbery is someone special, and this is a high-profile ...breaking news, celebrity- federal-Civil Rights type case. When in reality it's just a common case against a lowlife criminal who has no "hero or celebrity" standing except with a few crazy (most have been in jail or mental institutions) lemmings. To the court and LE, Blubbery is just another criminal. I saw that the Baltimore Police wanted to get a change of venue in the Baltimore police death case & a change of prosecutor ... Which the legal experts say is almost impossible to get but Blubbery should get a change of venue (according to Tick Mary) because he's ''Special" and the judge should remove himself because Blubbery doesn't like him. Lol

    1. "Fair?" Nothing is ever "Fair" to the Lawless. Windsor thinks with all his slander sites--this would work out for "bias" claims. Surely if this legal strategy worked, he'd never be able to step foot in any courthouse in America. Seeing as how he has claimed he traveled all across America--and is exposing corruption--and he believes he and all his little Lawless groupies would find them all guilty of "treason." ALL!! That leaves who to be the Judge, Jury and Executioner? yep, the Lawless.

    2. If you look at the lemming advice and links to court documents they keep posting to help him, it's comical. Like Judge Snooty. She has no idea Windsor's telling Whoppers, so she just believes him, and goes hunts down some case law on speedy trials. Does. Not. Apply. Snooty!!

Which brings me to the thought, that Windsor has no actual friends to be character witnesses as far as I know. All his calls for help in this area are to basically strangers who've spent less than a few hours when filming with him and other than that, it's all been on line communication. So, how can these people, honestly stand up and say they know this man? They support this man? He's a pillar of strength in the community? Or whatever. The don't know him at all--and they are all just repeating what he's told them has happened to him. I just don't see how anyone would qualify as a character witness for him, when they don't even really, truly, honestly know "Him."

"Judy Russo-- These courts/judges are going to do as they damn please. They are looking to silence Bill any way they can. He's been jailed twice."

Actually Judy, if you were all that concerned about Windsor, you'd know he was jailed 3 times, not two. And, you'd also know that had Windsor NOT made a public spectacle of himself by documenting his stalking tour of Mr. Boushie on line and in video--Mr Windsor would not be in the predicament he currently is.

Mr Windsor's actions created this mess. Now, maybe you should be asking yourselves why he'd do that--instead of focusing on serving all those elected officials their "notices" like he promised he would when he was in DC. (I believe he set the date of April 1--because he's a fool)

Yeah, what ever happened to that? This was a promise he made long before he felt the need to start stalking and suing people with differing views than his. Maybe you should also ask yourselves why he didn't just focus on making the "movie." Yeah, because he knew he screwed up. He knew he had no idea what he was doing. He got pissy that the "haters" knew more than he did, so to address their points of view--he put out notice to you idiots that he had to go back on the road to get the backstories, and interview the other sides that he negated the first time. He also informed you all, that YOU had to also help him in this. But, as usual--none of you were paying attention--just like you have no idea about how many times he was in jail.

It's not Judges who want him silenced--they have no clue about him. The only people who are watching--really watching (and laughing) are the people he calls "haters" who formed opinions of exactly what he was doing and why and started talking about it. Not ONE elected official is afraid of Windsor exposing them for anything--and if you still believe that? You deserve to be scrapping the egg off your faces. Windsor is in trouble with the law, because he broke the law. Plain and simple. Sometimes, the answers are very simple--you just don't like them.

    1. Ok, let's get the party started! All they were waiting for was for Bill to get out of jail, which he has. When is the next lawless america function? Where is the Revolutionary Party and who is their 2016 presidential candidate or where they too busy to notice the election going on? When does filming begin? When are they going to Congress? The UN? Where is the Nation wide protest? Yes, they can point the fingers at people trying to silence them but the truth is that they themselves have done nothing to bring this group into the level of activity seen even in a small town little league, and the moment they tried Bill would sabotage all efforts just like before.

      Delete
    2. Yep. That's the truth! And it's these facts that "they" don't want to take responsibility for. No, it's far easier to whine, bitch and complain-- than to take steps they all thought they were back in 2012. Nope, Big Promise Bill has never lead them anywhere but down the rabbit hole.

So, what's Bill Butthurt Billy doing? Making more empty promises--for what? A stale talkshoe where he's more interested in hearing himself speak than anything? Letting the whiners call in, stroke his ego, and listen to those empty promises? What is he doing really? I mean REALLY?

How did he get this far, by doing NOT ONE THING he promised them he'd do? How is that big, long list of changes in laws going? You remember, the one's he announced via YouTube? Yeah, how was any of that getting accomplished--when he's so easily distracted--and moreover--looking for things to distract him--so he can blame everyone else for the facts that HE failed to follow through.

This is the most ridiculous mess ever. He's still attempting to get millions of people to support him, with his made up "Corruption" crap, and no one is even paying attention--yet he still lets them all believe "They" are stopping him because "They" are scared. I scoff! Hard! WHY the hell would anyone be scared of a YouTube video of empty promises--when the only people watching them are the easily duped lemmings, and the "Haters" for comedy purposes?

His filings are moronic. Let's see...this Judge is bias, and must recuse himself because once upon a time, there were these other people before the judge, and then several years later, in a circle of sickness, I too, know these people--therefore, it's a conspiracy that I would end up with the same Judge--it was all planned to deny me my rights--so he must recuse.

Oh please!! That is the lamest reason yet for recusal. Windsor was conspiring with Cox and her ilk. Just like he was conspiring with Baron and Margetis in TX. He attacked Boushie, and that's clear. He provoked, and more than likely had Cox on the other end, sending the alleged crap to Windsor. It's all the same, lame "threats" that Cox failed to convince a court of.

There isn't any doubt of what he was doing and why. And? His recent recusal request excuses lay out the entire thing. While Windsor thinks this looks good on his part, it actually proved the point that Cox and Windsor are stalkers, fraudsters, hucksters, you name it. IMO of course.

This is how that fat, old shithead twists things. The man was arrested for a crime just as BW was arrested for the crime of stalking, not tweeting. I find it baffling that he thinks people will believe his bullshit and even more baffling that some people actually do.

A stupid man, much like Windsor taunted the police, who had a valid warrant out for his arrest by clicking "Like" on his wanted poster. Swift LE swooped in and apprehended the dumbass who will now be rightfully prosecuted not only for the warrant, but possibly for evading and fleeing.

Yeah--leave it to the idiot who hates laws and rules to spin the real story away from the actual crimes and the perpetrator of those crimes into a victim.

He will spend it entirely alone, holed up in a sweaty hotel room, unwashed, and staring at the walls between his chemical and online addictions. His family have disowned him, and what little attention they give him is for control of the estate. They would rather let him have the death of a gutter rat, than that of a beloved father in a nursing home. What few lemmings he has left are content to stand back and cheer as he jumps from the cliffs alone. They will not join him in his hotel or the court room. They lack the energy or know how for a national protest despite clamoring their support. The females throwing themselves at him want only the money and public attention: the two things he is unwilling to give. They will not join him without wedding rings and he knows better than to allow any person legal jurisdiction over him. He will string them along for only as long as he can before he tires of them, and finds a new distraction. Enjoy your summers. Rest assured we will all resume our normally scheduled programs, because these are the last days of his life.

  27. LOL Now there is a promise of a Lawless America Book coming out. Over two years, the promise of a "Movie/Documentary" then a "T.V. show" and now the promise of a book.

So we have the Bob Barker Book, and now a Lawless Book? When he's been SOOOOO consumed with frivolous filings, and manipulating case law in those filings--he barely has time to sleep? But, there will be not one but two books this summer? Did he find a crack (hehe) typist yet? Someone that he can work their fingers to the bone, before he yells at them and "fires" because they aren't living up to his standards? (Actually, I don't think there was one volunteer he didn't insult before...) What if he goes to jail for a very long time? Who's going to follow through with self publishing these stupid things for him? I mean he said, "this summer" so lets see if he does it. He's thrown out dates several times for the "movie/documentary release and blown it. Several of which were long before his choosing to sidetrack with civil litigation and stalking (which, is the alleged reason the "Movie/Documentary couldn't get made...)

    2. Here's another point. Windsor has filmed numerous people with DOCUMENTED mental health issues. He gave them a platform to speak, and make all kinds of funky allegations against people. He fed the sickness. He is still feeding the sickness. Is Windsor mentally impaired too in some way? Is his paranoia taking control? Or is he just such a Narcissist that he needs the mentally ill people by his side, helping spread his anti government crap--because they are the only ones who believe him?

It's crazy how many people he filmed, said they were prescribed some kind of medications--but instead of taking it, they claimed the Dr.'s were corrupt. Watching those videos seems to point more towards proof that far too many people are mentally ill, than "Government and Judicial Corruption."

If this Kristi did everything Bill says she did than she is an accomplice to criminal activity. at some point in handling his documents she should have realized what he was doing was wrong. In dying she escapes prosecution for any harm she may have knowingly caused Bill's victims, but at least in her death, if she is knowingly responsible, we can be thankful that one more of his enablers has been taken from him. We can only pray for her family as she has become just one more woman Windsor has strung along (possibly for money for her treatment) and distracted from her own life and death and family for his selfish and devious purposes. And she is just the latest death that this man is exploiting. She ought to have been with her family and reading good books these last few months, not shoveling the BillShit papers. 3. Windsor said his "Dead friend" in regards to Don. Lets see, "Friend." That is misleading. These are internet acquaintances. Meeting someone one time and filming them--which in essence was a "Job" does not make them "Friends." Windsor has no friends. He burned those bridges.

Someone appearing in his life after years of absence? Still not "Friends" because true "Friends" are people you speak to often, know about their lives, chat with on the phone, get together with in person--even if once a year.

Windsor and his sick ilk are not "Friends" nor does "Friends of Bill Windsor" even exist. It's another "thing" Windsor had to make up to make himself feel better. A gathering of demented people who hate the government on Facebook is a cult. They talk about one thing--anti government crap. "Additional subpoena requests will be filed today. Jennifer Clark doesn't want to produce the State's five witnesses for deposiitons. So, Bill Windsor has to file requests with the Court."

Here's a question. If you have a known and documented vindictive, malicious, harassing, libeling son-of-a-bitch defendant, who has a history of buying the domain names of people he doesn't like--how could the DA protect the identities of the witnesses so Windsor can't intimidate them by slandering the crap out of them with one of his hate dot com's? I'd think that would be a valid reason to protect witnesses. Windsor isn't an ordinary person--he's an asshole by nature. Mean and extremely vindictive. 6. Big mistake on Bill's part.

The jury charge is extremely important. If Bill is not contributing in any meaningful way (or if he is just being difficult and obstructive), the Judge will likely accept the prosecution instructions with little to no modification (if for no other reason then just because he has no viable alternative). Crafting an appropriate jury charge and taking the opportunity to phrase the ultimate questions the jury will answer in a manner most beneficial to your side of the dispute is crucial.

In short, jury instructions ARE the critical part of the entire process -- so much so that I typically draft an outline of what I want my jury charge to be before I even draft the petition. I then use those instructions (modified as we discover stuff, of course) as the road map for the entire case, including drafting pleadings, drafting discovery, and planning the general litigation strategy.

This cannot end well for Bill; on the positive side, it will give him even more to complain about in his internet rantings.

      Delete
    7. yeah I would anticipate some conflict as the two sides present their instructions. Mrs. Clark is going to craft jury instructions around the fact that Bill Windsor is on trial....which he is. Bill is putting Sean Boushie, the Joeys, the State of MT on trial and really whoever else he can. So my guess is this is where we see it start to go sideways.

It was, however, filmed by both the court reporting videographer and by my personally hired videographer. (Who shot the depo from a different angle, designed to focus on Bill with my atty and I in the background and roll even during breaks and 'off the record' portions. As opposed to the court reporting video which focused on me, with Bill in the background. It was pretty simple for my attorney to get us video rights and get Bills video rights revoked. If I recall correctly, it was a one page request, drafted by a paralegal to the court, a week before the event. Bill is a joke. And so are his depositions. I occasionally watch mine, and crack up watching his hilariously failed attempt to play a deranged and unprepared Matlock. I recall him boasting that he'd publish my depo. No, Bill. Wrong. She can't produce witnesses for depositions in a criminal trial. Couldn't if, for whatever reason, she wanted to. She said she would discuss "interviews" with you, but I'm making a guess that those wouldn't hold any significance legally. I'll also guess that those are completely optional for the witnesses - they don't want to attend, they don't have to. They're also under no obligation to answer your questions before the trial, Bill. That's the trial wherein you're being tried for crimes, by the way. Nothing else will go on in that trial. You won't get two words out of your mouth before being shut down if you try to do anything except defend yourself against specific charges. Your ignorance of court rules won't be seen as an excuse for violating them. You'll get no sympathy from the Judge or the Jury for not having an attorney. None.

      Well written and SPOT ON!

  40. And Bill, it's a three day trial. The exhibits you submit aren't for the Judge or the Prosecutor or the Media to consider. They're for the Jury to consider. You'll have a few hours to present them in as meaningful a way as you can to the Jury. Just a few hours. You should choose wisely. Also, you should not try to confuse the Jury. If the Jury understands the Prosecution's case and not yours, you'll lose badly. You'll go to prison.

I say this because what you're undoubtedly preparing to do is confuse the Jury. Bad plan.

    1. Well, of course that's his plan, or at least that will be its effect.
Recall during his Piemageddon tour in 2013 he went around Missoula wearing a U of MT Debate Team cap. He thinks he's a veritable forensic genius, so he's going to present his defense with a tactic known in scholastic debate as "the spread." Essentially, he'll present a huge number of arguments which will do nothing but confuse the jury, and from there they'll send him to the pen posthaste. I can't wait.

    2. Every indication is that Bill won't contend he didn't stalk, but that he has a *right* to stalk because he's Bill Windsor. I'll respect any officer of that court who can stop from breaking into laughter. They have screenshots standing in front of his victim's vehicle at his victim's place of employment. When the prosecution shows that to the Jury, Bill will smile and think, "Yes! Playing right into my hands!"

If I have the time free and I'm close by (looks like I'll be less than 200 miles from there at that time of June) I'm going to attend.

But only if I think I can keep from laughing. Not very sure about that part.

    3. Laugh!!! We ALL did in Texas! It's inevitable with the absurdity he spews!
You'll probably blink a lot & think "He did NOT just say that", but he will! He did here repeatedly! It WAS funny. The best parts are when he attempts his #EddieHaskell impersonation, well that & the #SovCitz spew.

  41. Bill will try to explain how writing on the internet about punching someone in the nose is worse than actually punching someone in the nose. All this time he's never understood the fallacy in that argument. He's not just thinking counter-intuitively, he's expecting a jury to think that way.

    1. He's cornered himself in Montana, so now he's building his conspiracy theory to originate out of state:

"The results of some Freedom of Information requests are starting to come in. This should be interesting reading. The documents may confirm Bill Windsor's theory about how these criminal charges were manufactured and by whom. For some time now, he has believed that this did not originate in Montana."

    2. He just posted just posted the the Missoula attorney's office "leaked" his address so he is having to move.. Didn't Bill post his own address?? Guess he didn't have anything else to post today

    3. Yeah he did post it and he knows it. He needs more Billshit to blame on the Prosecutor and or her office.. This is typical Windsor semantics. HE is the one that "leaked" his address. No one "found" him and no one gives a shit. It's just Windsor, his constant need to make false allegations, to build a "conspiracy" theory only stupid idiots believe.

"Bill Windsor's stalkers have located his hotel in Missoula Montana.

It is reported that they obtained the information from the Missoula County Attorney's Office...

Bill Windsor has emailed Jennifer Clark, the prosecuting attorney, to ask if her office gave the hotel information to anyone as the Joeys claim.

Just when William M. Windsor wanted to believe that Jennifer Clark was not corrupt.

So, looks like Bill needs to move.

The Pre-Trial Conference was scheduled for today, but it has been canceled, and the case has been stayed until the Montana Supreme Court issues another corrupt ruling on Bill's Motion to Disqualify Judge James A. Haynes for bias."

"As the Joey's claim." Uh, no. Why doesn't he post the whole comment that was made here, that explained that Windsor posted his address on his dot com, as he was bragging and boasting that none of his "stalkers" had found him. Drama king!! No one cares where you're staying Windbag. It's comical that this "Evidence" will be used by Windsor to claim corruption, because this is the way he manufactures ALL his "Evidence." Billshit and semantics!!

    4. I'm just curious about Judge Larson's previous order, stating that nothing Windsor filed would be considered by the court regarding this case--and the clerk was directed to put it in some "other" filing. In essence--the criminal case is part of the original case, so wouldn't those rules still apply? Windsor's filings are designed to stall, bog down the courts and drag this case out.

Another Windsor lie. 1) The so-called "Joeys" are not claiming anything of the kind; 2) WINDSOR posted his hotel information online (see page 2: http://www.lawlessamerica.com/images/stories/montana/DC-14-509/dc-14-509-motion-for-sanctions-2015-05-12-exhibit-9.pdf)

Only Bill would be stupid enough NOT to redact his hotel information before putting it online. Next, he'll claim that Tyler Dugger or some faceless hacker hacked his online exhibits and filings and posted the email exchange. Wait and see.

    1. That #SETTINGS on social media & redacting Ho's private information just eludes him!
No one that has EVER spent 3 minutes with him in court as a defendant in any of his #Vexi lawsuits would take ½ a step out off their daily path to seek him out. Don't have to! Windsor blathers his every move for anyone, anywhere to read.
