Windsor Goes Back On the Road

With August approaching, its time to get out of Texas, and what better way for Bill to spend his summer vacation than by filming more frivolous actions and filming people for his YouTube channel? That's the plan anyway.  No movie?  No problem as he seems to have no shortage of idiots who want to go in front of the creepy old man's personal camera.  But first, its off to Missouri where he has a pointless 8 hour deposition of Allie which he has already stated will be a waste of time.

IT'S DEPOSITION TIME IN MISSOURI.

At long last, Allie Overstreet will appear for deposition testimony for eight hours on Friday, August 1 in Missouri. It should be interesting. The deposition will be transcribed by a court reporter, and it will also be taken by video.

Then it's off to beautiful Madison Heights Michigan and the Oakland County Courthouse for a hearing on whether I will be given a protective order against Sean D. Fleming. That's at 1:30 pm on August 6.

If you want to be filmed in Detroit Michigan, Springfield Illinois, Sioux Falls South Dakota, Wichita Kansas, or Tulsa Oklahoma, please be sure to email me at bill@billwindsor.com.

At long last?  He forgets to point out that its he who has been cowardly backing out of the depositions so far. Can anyone care to wager on how many times Matt O'Conner will have to say "objection, how is this relevant"?
Ahhh, but did you notice how he seems to be heading out after that deposition on the 1st?  That is interesting because he has a hearing in Missouri on the 6th and then he scheduled an "emergency hearing" in MO on the 5th to try and get out of the hearing on the 6th.  He also wants a stay in the MO case.  If there is one thing Bill should be a pro at, its knowing when a lawsuit is about to get thrown out. He seems to know his goose is cooked there.  But surely he won't flat out go AWOL will he?

LAWLESS AMERICA IS ON THE ROAD AGAIN

Well, it's not like the two previous 25,000+ mile trips, but I'm off. The schedule keeps changing between Kansas City and Detroit. First stop is Kansas City. second stop is Sioux City South Dakota. Then a quick stop in Rockford Illinois before Detroit Michigan.

Wow...now we have his "home" in South Dakota in between MO and MI.  Judge Rolf scheduled the hearing on the 6th specially for that case as its the only one on the docket that date.  Bill and Allie agreed to that date a month ago in the Judge's presence.  Since that time, Bill filed for a PPO against Sean Fleming and now has a hearing on that scheduled on the same day, the 6th, as is the one in MO. Naturally, a new judge in Michigan who has not seen or heard of Bill Windsor is going to take precedence over the one who has had all he can take of the liar in chief.  This seems to be Bill's way of throwing in the towel in Missouri as he looks to ignore the case.  Remember, Bill has built his entire miserable life on starting things....but never finishing them.  He is also one of the biggest cowards in this nation as he loves to stalk women but runs like hell when its time to account for his evil deeds.
As we have said, Bill is a terrorist.  He is literally addicted to filing frivolous lawsuits and other legal filings. His addiction is out of control and only forced institutionalism or incarceration will help protect the American public from this evil monster.  Is there a judge out there that wants to be an American hero?

  1. Someone who claims they're being stalked, and suggests hiis stalkers have extraordinary powers like the ability to somehow start his car remotely while only he possesses keys, that they can track him down when he says he gave NO one else his address, that someone knew exactly when he was going to be driving down some small highway somewhere in America and shot at his car, etc., etc., surely wouldn't be so stupid as to post his itinerary on the internet. No?

  4. What's with all the random stops in between getting Vexi? I mean, didn't his first excuse include wear and tear on his precious stalker mobile? Then he got word he actually was granted a hearing in MI, so he changed up his excuse to something that he believed the court would buy, like conflicting lawsuits? For a man who claims his movie is all but dead why keep filming? Or is his South Dakota stop a secret meeting with his special team of Sov. Cit's he had working behind the scenes, which he mentioned in passing last year? Whatever the case, he has no respect for any courts, and I hope there is a Judge out there that will be the hero finally!

      Delete
    2. "Motion to Declare Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction"?! Find that one in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, buddy.

To be fair, federal jurisdiction is one of the thorniest and most complex subjects in American law. But Windsor's entire approach to it is just so incredibly incoherent. In the second filing linked above (thanks, Anon 8:57!), he states that he wants the court to dismiss his own filing (his request for leave to file suit in Texas state court), arguing: "If this court either denies or grants the motion [Windsor’s own motion!], it too will be exceeding its authority and the order will be void." Just mind-blowing.

    6. yeah the courts have had to deal with vexatious litigants as the terrorist of the legal system. Sort of like the Patriot Act after 9/11. And I would agree with the idea....at some point your actions have forfeited your rights and walls need to be erected to stop their evil activities.

      Delete
    7. After reading what he filed in TX Fed, and the one posted below for CA & FB, yes, there needs to be a new law implemented to stop paper terrorism by Vexatious litigants. Windsor doesn't think his past history has any barring on his current activities, thus that is what makes him Vexatious, and a danger to litigants and potential litigants as well as the tax payers who have to fund this crap.

    8. "Attorney", if you knew anything at all about law, you would know that a federal court is required to make sure it has subject matter jurisdiction before it entertains any request for relief. As the Montana USDC acknowledged (in a roundabout way), the federal courts do not have sm jurisdiction over Willy's requests for leave to file state law claims in a state court.

Any Article III judge will immediately recognize the point of Willy's recent motion in the TX USDC. Willy obviously knows the limits of the court's power and he is insisting that the court recognize those limits and do its job.

Your inability to understand the most fundamental principles of law never ceases to amaze me.

Will the TX USDC blatantly abuse its power by either granting or denying Willy's request for leave to file a law suit in the state court? It has nothing to gain by playing along with Thrash's charade, as some other USDCs have done. It could be an expensive game though. Willy can go back to the courts at any time and have all of these orders deemed void for want of jurisdiction. No judge wants it on his record that he issued a void order. I don't know why the TX USDC would stick its neck out like that.

Btw, your are correct that the Fed. R. Civ. P. do not state the procedure for complying with an unlawful injunction by asking courts to issue unlawful orders. I'm pretty sure the legislature never contemplated such a debacle.

      Delete
    9. Well, I guess it's clear who it is giving Bill legal advice. As regards the legislature never contemplating such a debacle, I'd have to agree. I'm pretty sure normal people could never contemplate how the courts would be abused in several states to harass people. Extraordinary behavior calls for extraordinary measures.

Bill's assertion that Judge Thrash's order is void and Fed courts don't have jurisdiction baffles me. How did Bill end up in front of Thrash to begin with? Didn't he escalate his cases to the Fed on appeals from decisions made by GA state courts? Bill didn't like the state court rulings in MT, he appealed to the Feds in MT.

It appears to me that like free speech, he thinks the door only swings one way. It makes perfect sense to me that if Bill's state court cases are going to end up in Fed court at some point because they have no merit, the Fed court ought to have a say from the beginning.

      Delete
    20. Article III §2 states the limits of the federal court's power quite clearly:

"The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made, or which shall be made, under their authority;--to all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls;--to all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction;--to controversies to which the United States shall be a party;--to controversies between two or more states;--between a state and citizens of another state;--between citizens of different states;--between citizens of the same state claiming lands under grants of different states, and between a state, or the citizens thereof, and foreign states, citizens or subjects."

Do you see anything in there about federal courts having the power to decide if a citizen can petition a state court for state court claims? No you do not. Now if you read a little bit about state sovereignty, you might (I'm ever the optimist) understand WHY federal courts have no such power.

      Delete
    21. @nb: "Extraordinary behavior calls for extraordinary measures."

True. But the "extraordinary" measure cannot exceed the limits of the court's authority. That is the problem with Thrash's order. Go look at other filing injunctions and find me one where a federal court attempted to prevent filings in state courts.

"Bill's assertion that Judge Thrash's order is void and Fed courts don't have jurisdiction baffles me."

That is because you don't have the slightest clue about jurisdiction.

"It makes perfect sense to me that if Bill's state court cases are going to end up in Fed court at some point because they have no merit, the Fed court ought to have a say from the beginning."

LMAO, like I said, you are clueless. Why don't we let your "attorney" try to explain it to you. It's been months since this blog has provided me with a good laugh and I know he can do that!

(Much like Windsor who refuses to acknowledge specific things in orders and pleadings that don't comport to his One Way Windsor philosophy) Brush up on ALL the laws guarding courts from the burden of frivolous filings by Vexatious litigants. Don't just pick and chose certain parts you feel you need to support your claims. Your assertions are merely smoke and mirrors for the Vexi games you all love so much.

    23. As long as Bill continues to rely on the legal advice of "experts" that are just as vexatious as he is, I think we're all good! Maybe you should help him with his filings in state court. From what I've seen, even if he's allowed to continue those suits, he doesn't have a prayer at winning. But he's not really "in it to win it", he just wants to harass and inconvienence.

    24. As usual, Snoozan, you are way over thinking the issue. What baffles me is that people like you and Bill holler and argue about jurisdiction only when the rulings aren't going your way.

    28. Exactly, NB. For the Umteenth frickin' time, the All Writs Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1651, gives the Court the inherent power to enter pre-filing orders against vexatious litigants--PERIOD. Here's the case law; Snoozan should read it (that is, when she learns how):

      De Long v. Hennessey, 912 F.2d 1144, 1147 (9th Cir. 1990); Molski v.
      Evergreen Dynasty Corp., 500 F.3d 1047, 1057 (9th Cir. 2007).

    30. What I think is really funny is that Bill didn't understand Thrash's ruling until last spring. Up until the PO petition was filed in MO, Bill thought he was unable to file a law suit in any court for any reason. Kpat explained it to him a few times on Talkshoe (Kpat would know, he's vexi too) but Bill didn't get it.

I suspect part of the reason the movie making stuff came to an end was because he realized he didn't need to live vicariously through the "nobodies". Instead of telling the 'nobodies' he'd rather be in on the vexi action than video a bunch of 'they done me wrong' stories, he blamed the "haters" for the death of the movie. It was a 2'fer - he saves face for getting out of the movie making biz + new ways to get back in court.

Ninja posted the NY State Comptroller letter the other day
(http://www.osc.state.ny.us/contracts/bidprotestdecisions /bpd_SF20130038.pdf); if only Windsor would have read what the law was with respect to non-compete, single source contracts BEFORE he got in a tangle with MoM, he'd have saved himself a lot of time, effort, and last but not least, $2M.

    33. IMO the Vexi's all seem to be of the same mind set. They can not be wrong. Only they seem to see things the way they interpret them, not the way they are in reality. Windsor is still trying to get someone, anyone to see it his way, yet the blatant facts that remain, is he was WRONG! The only one's who see it his way, are the lemmings who are also hoping that someone, anyone will see it their way too.

Finding this blog and joining in was basically like jury duty. Windsor put links out and told the lemmings this was a "hate" blog. Much like their hatred of the courts, Judges, and Juries. Yet, this blog has posted numerous links to case history and opinions formed here were quite opposite of the stories of the lemmings. No wonder Windsor hates this blog. We are seeing the same things as the Judges and Juries did.

Now, it's easy to see why he is targeting individuals instead of the Judges, because there is no 50,000 bond required. He can take out his aggressions, distain, loathing, vindictiveness with his tyrannical attitude until every court in the US requires the bond for any suit, against anyone, anywhere, without leave and posting a bond. All suits currently filed against individuals have 1000 doe's listed as defendants. This is abusive in itself. It leaves the door open for him to simply retaliate against people he discovers have said meanie things about him as the years go by. He believes these suits will be open for years. He said he will hunt down every person for the rest of his life. Talk about Vexatious! (again, much like entering into the MOM suit where he didn't investigate the contract fully, he should have studied up on Public Figures and 1st amendment rights of people to disagree, discuss, have opposing opinions, mock, joke, and use hyperbole. Thrusting oneself into the limelight is not for the extremely thin skinned)

The last sentence in that post is "Keep listening to Bill Thornton's material."

Bill Thornton runs the Nitty Gritty Law School. Thornton has all kinds of babbling youtube videos.

    7. Cross pollinators is an excellent analogy!
I noticed last night that Lawless Lemming, Sharon Anderson just became Facebook friends with a very vocal #cophater in North Texas. Melvin Willis.
These #SovCitz are like gnats, just buzzing, ready to perch on the most current and #vexiest, most #attention #seeking idiot mouthpiece. They flit from group to group and back again.
Windsor is a has been. His lemmings are already all over #NLA and every other offshoot #SovCitz group they can find via #Google Windsor's "me me me movement" really cost him supporters, IMO. The lemmings still watch him, but their focus and energies are definitely elsewhere.
I also noticed that the #NLA, #Schied etc etc don't publicly support Windsor's current #vexi tour either. Bill really is alone at last, just him, his command center Jeep and the open roads from one courthouse to another. What a great life for a senior citizen of his wealth! It is certainly what he deserves, IMO.

    8. This is a comment made by Melvin Willis on FB page Corrupt Frisco Texas Cops 1/7/14:

Melvin Willis When we hold Public Tribunals and try cops everywhere, I predict that many will be executed on the spot by the mob. I will volunteer as executioner.

    9. Yes, that was my thought too. But, all in all, they were working together on the GRIP crap, which was all about Government reform, and the Citizen Grand Jury theme runs through all of it from what I have seen. Of course the dissention in the ranks appears to come from a control freak attitude. Windsor got upset with Roxanne and her pal Paul Andrew Mitchell-- called them haters for asking him questions, and told everyone "they" were the enemies. But they all still basically support the same things, the same "take our country back by storm" mentality.

Since Windsor appears to have been distracted from his mission, is that real, or is this a front for the people he said he had working behind the scenes doing "important" stuff. I'm still bothered by the bait and switch thing I see-- that Windsor's whole goal was Government Reform. The "Movie" was an after thought only to gather more people to join the Revolutionary Party. This little omission was news to many people who had no clue about his GRIP mission, and had only heard that some man was going to be filming "corruption stories" for a documentary. That's not very upfront and honest IMO. What if those people didn't want to support his Revolutionary Party agenda, and using their stories to attract people wouldn't be something they would have agreed to.

    10. Melvin Willis F**K the Police and I was one. F**K police apologists. Cops hate you civilians. You people who love PIGS are stupid and expendable sheeple. Form on me I dislike the police with a GD passion. ~ Officer Melvin Willis, Mesquite Police Dept. (honorably retired)

    12. If I recall correctly? Melvin is not honorably retired. He is unemployed and very bitter because the Port Aransas, Tx police department refused to hire him. I'll have to go back and find my notes on little Melvin. He was sitting in an apartment in Garland, Tx last year, busy creating numerous #cophating Facebook pages, with the names of various North Texas suburbs. I don't know how he's made the transformation to honorably retired!

    13. Yeah, I can't remember all the details but I recall Willis started attacking PAPD when he applied for the Chief's job and didn't get it. It annoys me is that in his FB avatar he is wearing a PD uniform.

    14. Here's an example of these #SovCitz and #cophaters that frightens me. Windsor promotes these types of individuals.

      MILITIA WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
Putting together a company strength unit of rifle squads and scout snipers. Unit will be able to function in a manner similar to USMC raiders. Looking for motivated people capable of self initiative and a fierce determination. Inexperienced welcome. All members responsible for personal equipment. Common sense, warrior ethos and character required. Message if interested.

    15. Things that make you go, ummmmm - Melvin has/had 3 warrants for his arrest out of Mesquite PD. After he posted twice all about corruption at MPD on a cop hater page, he gets butt hurt because MPD "turned your back to me in my hour of need."

    16. Yup.
That's about par. Isn't that how the most outrageous Vexihards get started into #SovCitz snit? Traffic & motor vehicle non-compliance citations? Schied? Ring a bell? Didn't he get all butt hurt over a traffic citation?
Big bad Melvin can't pony up the monies to pay his citations! Yet, he's going to form a militia? Of 'USMC' types, no experience required? Which is it? Bwahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!
And it's a mystery to Melv why Port Aransas PD doesn't want him as a law enforcement officer? He can't manage to keep a valid Texas Driver's License!
Real brainiacs, these #SovCitz & #CopHaters! #Corruption everywhere! Bwahahahahahahahaha!!! Militia? That's funny, Melvin.

  14. This is so comical to me. Bill's special math again? Today is Aug .3. How's he figuring four days from Friday Aug 1st?

Bill Windsor- I spent one day in Missouri attending a lying demonstration, two days in Kansas, and today I visited Iowa, Nebraska, and ended the day in South Dakota.

    1. Sadly, the facts may be similar to an old Steven Wright joke: A man goes to a small, convenience store but the lights are off and the front door locked. He bangs on the door and finally a clerk answers. The man says, "Hey...your sign says open 24 hours!" The clerk replies, "Not in a row!"

Windsor may have gone to Kansas prior to Missouri, which explains his math, but not his logic (or lack to it).
