Windsor Came, He Saw, and He Squandered

Bill finally got his big day in court....sorta.  He got to actually take a deposition of someone. Needless to say he blew his big break.

RANSOM NOTES DEFENSE REVEALED

The deposition of All-lie began on August 1, 2014 and ended on that very same day. The court must now be consulted for approval on the additional days that it will take that will involve you showing back up at said court....my guess is you are going to run. I anticipate at least two days and maybe longer I anticipate a no...possibly a hell no.

The witness did as anticipated in most respects. Much more of the same -- lies, lies, and more lies which translated into human speak...means she answered your questions truthfully.. She totally fabricated some stories about events that never took place and things that were never said at the events that never took place somehow you lost me with your hypothetical of a hypothetical. The lies were expected.

What I didn't anticipate was the "RANSOM NOTE DEFENSE." It appears that the cyberstalkers will use this defense. Like cutting letters from a magazine for a ransom note, the witness claimed that a word here, a phrase there, a sound bite from a TalkShoe show, and other random stuff all combine to make statements true do you have any idea how idiotic and incoherent this analogy is?. That was how she claims her published statements are true, such as "He repeatedly published on his website that he bought a gun for use on a group of people - I am one of those people." I hate to burst your bubble, but yes people can effectively use the defense of using your words to directly contradict yourself.

No way a jury will buy the RANSOM NOTE DEFENSE.you are right, they wont have a chance since this will never see a jury

So then it was time to flee the scene and possibly never return to Missouri again as it looks like Bill is planning on skipping out on his emergency hearing on the 5th.

BILL WINDSOR IS IN SOUTH DAKOTA.

I spent one day in Missouri attending a lying demonstration, two days in Kansas, and today I visited Iowa, Nebraska, and ended the day in South Dakota. ummm, this was posted on the 3rd, the "lying demonstration" occurred on the 1st.  I guess after your countdown to nothing you can no longer count to 3

Ahh, home sweet home Georgia?  Texas?  A padded cell?. My permanent residence is in South Dakota since I became a nomad nomads don't have a residence.....its sort of the reason they are called nomads.

I was here last year on almost the same dates thats what I call permanent residence...being there once a year, even your home is a fraud. I saw many a motorcycle heading home after Sturgis how many of them were Joeys?.

One of the surprises for All-lie at her deposition was that she didn't produce a copy of a criminal complaint that she filed against me with the FBI as she was required to do in document production its kinda hard to produce a paper record when you call the FBI. But voila, I pulled it out for her to identify for the record after asking her questions where she lied about statements in the report so you took your country back?

When time permits it does, all you have is time, you are an unemployed nomad remember?, I will publish this FBI complaint with my explanation of the lies and the truth never one to let the audience make up their own mind are ya?. It is simply mind-boggling the stories she made up for the FBI you know there is a simple answer to why your mind is constantly boggled.

You may be disappointed to learn that All-lie swore this was true in her report to the FBI: "His followers are all very extreme anti government people because all the regular people see he is weird and leave. They all thing they have no laws to follow and all politicians and judges should die and think I should too because Bill Windsor says I am stopping his progress." I would say that is an accurate description of your cop hating terrorist cell.

This is, of course, false and defamatory which means its true. I am not anti-government whatsoever you just want to be the government., and I don't believe very many of the people filmed are extreme anti-government why dont you ask them.....they post anti-government rhetoric constantly. I believe laws are to be followed unless you don't like them, then you can void them, and I do not believe all politicians and judges should die just most of them. I do not believe All-lie should die straw man rebuttal. And I don't believe any of you believe this stuff either. You better double check with Kpat on that.

    1. "I don't believe very many of the people filmed are extreme anti government ..."

That statement right there shows the depth of Bill's delusions, IMO. So what if Bill didn't film "very many" of them? His whole movie and political party idea was to form a revolution - his word, revolution, to take over the government. How is that not extreme anti government behavior? And how is it not extreme anti government behavior to attend the GA hearings re: President Obama's birth certificate? And then find the 'birthers' to be credible?

Bill might be technically correct, the ratio of extreme anti government people filmed to those just butt hurt over losing in court is probably small. But it wasn't for lack of trying - at the beginning Bill tried to hook up with Bob Schultz's group and several other groups with extreme views.

    2. Bill changed his settings to not show posts from other people, but here's a screenshot from KPat Brady that looks fairly threatening to me:

    3. Semantics. Not all those who follow him were filmed. Doesn't dismiss the fact that they are still following him, and he knows damn well who they are. He even said he had a secret group of them in SD. Whatever, he's just a game player. Not everyone operates on his extreme semantic level, nor will that fly in a court.

Only Bill can assume death threats, if it's some literally crazy fuck like kpat, that (would) be capable, it's apparently not a real threat

  4. Some more cross pollination - John Darash will be on Ron Classes' Talkshoe show on 8/6. And David Schied was on the NLA 8/4 call - he has a new cause "Rico Busters".

Schied took Bill's idea and made some short "movies". Darash & Schied seem be having a little of a power struggle. Schied advertises NLA in his videos, he offers NLA as a solution to the problem. But Darash doesn't really appreciate people going off the reservation without talking to him first. Did y'all know Schied has a background in investigative journalism?

  6. The 8/4 NLA call was a hoot! Much more entertaining that Bill's Talkshoes. The first caller was from FL - he had it all. Chem trails, government is controlling the weather (the government caused lightening to hit people on Venice Beach), NWO, NJ Gov Christi comes to FL to avoid being charged with murder over the bridge closing thing and Pres Bush Sr has land in Paraquay because there is no extradition treaty.

And if you make it through all that, you hear that Darash has no idea how many US courts there are, doesn't seem too clear on the difference between US circuit and district courts and he doesn't know if District Attorneys are appointed or elected. Yep, we need him running our country and educating children.

But the most fun was checking out Rod Class again. There is way too much going on with Rod to post in one comment. We should have been watching him when it gets slow waiting for Bill's cases to resolve.

Rod was arrested in DC last year, for carrying a weapon on to the Capitol grounds. Yeah, it was more like 3 guns: two handguns, a .44 & a 9mm + a .44 rifle. In Feb he was ordered to take a competency exam. Rod fired his public defender because he wouldn't argue Sovcit points of common law. So far, Rod has filed 31 motions for relief - all of them with all of the typical Sovcit stuff and accusing the government of all kinds of crimes. All motions were denied. I haven't made through all the PACER docs to see outcome of the competency exam but by the looks of the entries, Rod is holding his own.

I decided to listen to one Rod's Talkshows posted after the order for exam. OMG. He tells his listeners that if the government can arrest him for carrying a weapon, then the listeners guns are next. And, of course, instructs listeners on the finer points of Sovcit "law". It's not hard to see how Bill and Darash hooked up with Rod - all peas in a pod. LMAO, this is the title of the Talkshoe:

    7. I just got back to the NLA call (can only take small doses) - at 2:42 mark the caller is preparing to speak to (or, ambush) a Grand Jury. The caller & Darash get off talking about access Grand Juries being blocked, the caller brings up Bill Windsor's efforts. Darash charges the caller with responsibility of asking Bill for an affidavit to give to the CLGJ.

The caller is Kelly Mordecai. He was on Bill's schedule for filming in CA, but I didn't find a video. Kelly made a series of his own videos and wrote a book about Grand Juries.

  8. I have watched all 3 of the RICO buster Videos that Schied has made. All the same. The editing is all the same. Same material. Schied will be weeping because his libertarian friend Kerry Benitivolio is gone and the Republican who is running in the General Election is David Trott who he thinks is some corrupt Attorney. The issue is that people accepted loans for mortages without doing their own due dilligance when knowing they were getting an ARM loan or a Balloon loan. But if you notice one the Balloon has busted these same people have gone out their way to investigate what happened saying someone pulled one over on them when indeed they were never paying attention in the beginning.

    1. I didn't watch all 3, just a few minutes of #1 and most of #2. I think you probably make a good point about the debtors. Part of the problem with the woman featured in #2 is that the mortgage was in her husband's name and her name. After they divorced, she qualified for loan modification but the now ex husband refused to sign the papers. Instead of blaming everyone else for the foreclosure, seems the answer to her problem was to refinance and get the ex off the note.

    8. Yeah, I can’t say as "motion no longer an issue" is a court entry I'm familiar with. But given that Windsor was trying to "reset" (huh?) the 8/6 hearing, it doesn't sound good for him.

      Quite mysterious.

      Delete
    9. A simple call to the court clerk might clear up the confusion. Just a thought.

      Delete
    10. As a former judicial clerk myself, I'm not a fan of bothering clerks with telephone questions pertaining to cases that I have nothing to do with. Their jobs are difficult enough already; providing background information on pending litigation to curious members of the general public is not really what judicial clerks are for.

Which is not to say that your idea wouldn't work. It certainly wouldn't if I were the clerk on the other end of the line, though.

      Delete
    11. @ Attorney, I agree. May I also add the element of plain old embarrassment? I mean, who does that! Trust me, there are several that DO do that. And the looks I get in the grocery store from the clerk with her family are professional yet scream ''omg who are these people, why are they calling while not being a party to the case, is this a damn soap opera, how embarrassing and weird, they are treating our court like it's a joke or entertainment or something, how nosey and strange, thanks a lot for bringing them to our little town, kill me now, I can't keep up, it's rediculous''. Of course, she never utters an unprofessional or unethical word. She doesn't have to. If nothing else, and not that the callers care in the first place, but it is extremely obnoxious to call a court you are not involved in any cases in, for the purpose of curiosity in a quest for faster gossip.

      ~ Allie Gate

      Delete
    12. The comment above was meant as a sarcastic jab at the people who call courts everywhere trying to get info. That being said, I highly doubt the looks you get in the grocery store are because of people calling the court. I'd guess they have more to do with the idiot suing you and how you ever got involved with him.

      Delete
    13. There are definitely looks to the latter as well. She's human and this entire thing is a circus. In her defense, she handles it professionally. But ya, she gets several calls from several non party people and it's clear what she (and I) think of that. You could not pay me enough to be a court clerk, a lawyer, or a judge. I'd want to throw myself off a bridge dealing with all the drama queens.

      Delete
    14. I haven't called a single court ever regarding any case. But, in defense of anyone that has called (which I think is minimal), weren't there a bunch of Does in this case? And since we all know that Windsor is parading the same events and damages around in every venue, aren't some of the other people interested parties? Particularly people who've had other deadlines coming up with Windsor where they might want to be prepared with the whole story regarding his litigation in other venues. Maybe?

And yeah, like the last person commenting, I'm pretty sure that Windsor himself is the circus. His filings and calls and harassment overshadow a few calls.

      Delete
    15. Great point Ollie Reader. I thought the same thing. Many "doe's" do have an interest, and it's not just "gossip." It would be "court records" being asked about. Strange since some other court records have proved very valuable in other cases, that this one would be off limits, or insulting, annoying, or considered "gossip" to ask about.

If the MO court case would include the orders and filings, perhaps the clerk could avoid calls of concern or inquiry.

      Delete
    16. with all due respect, it is public record so people do have a right to call up there and find out, if they want to, also everybody that comments on the blog, has an interest in any suit Bill has engaged, just because he hasn't named that person in that suit, doesn't mean that people shouldn't be wondering what's going on

      Delete
    17. Everyone in America who hasn't signed a notarized affidavit has an interest.

Another reason to refuse his filings.

      Delete
    18. I realized before writing that some would have the opinion above, I just disagree is all. If I'm a defendant in a lawsuit somewhere else, but not Missouri, I wouldn't call Missouri. I'd call my lawyer. If I was a John doe I wouldn't call any court anywhere at all unless I intended to interject myself voluntarily into the suit. I'd watch without interjecting myself and if the time came I was named, I'd call a lawyer. That's just me. Court etiquette 101, regardless of what our opinion is of the plaintiff.

    19. Oh yeah, you're totally one to be giving etiquette lessons.

      Delete
    20. Ya ya, I know. I've learned quite a bit recently though. Just because I disagree now, doesn't mean I wasn't in the same mind frame as others before. Doesn't mean I don't understand why people would have the opinion they do.

Must be hard to be so Vexi when you have two scheduled hearings on the same day. One which he knew about for weeks and the other one he could have easily rescheduled if he didn't choose that date to begin with. But, all in all, the endings would be the same. No PPO, and MO would have been dismissed by the court eventually.

Interesting he hasn't mentioned it to the lemmings yet. That his Vexi schedule was just too much for him to keep up with so he had to drop the case against Allie and the doe's there. I guess that crow will be hard to swallow.

  20. Here we go again - remember John Margetis? Bill set up the web site for Judge Carroll per John's request. John was arrested AGAIN on 7/29, 2nd arrest this year for theft, this time with an extra charge of violation of DTPA.

    • John Margetis was booked on charges of theft of property greater than or equal to $1,500 but less than $20,000 and deceptive trade practice.

    1. Such a fine example of the people filmed for an honest and ethical "movie" about corruption, and the poor "victims" who suffered at the hands of the big bad Judicial System that wouldn't let them make their own laws and rules.

    2. And some more cross pollination, Joey and Bill both have a connection to Trisha Shafer, Jennie Morton and Barbara Farris. I just found this little nugget again. It appears the Ellis County DA's IT guy must have over looked this site when the others were taken down. This stuff was written when Joey was not supposed to be anywhere near the internet as a condition of his bond.

    4. Oh, and the cause thing to impeach Judge Kent that Bill and Barbara signed - yeah, that cause was started after a DOJ investigation was started. Shocking as it may seem, our system worked well enough to send Judge Kent to prison for what he did. And he lost his pension.

    7. Back off the Joey talk, will ya

Marty said Joey would be freed soon and this blog would be held responsible for his false imprisonment.

Personally, I'd sooner take my chance getting the needle than having Marty Prehn on my side.

    8. I can't remember - how is Marty hooked up Joey? Oh wait. Didn't Marty say this blog put Joey in prison?

Here's a little treat, Margetis and his momma in action. I think Marty was hooked up with Margetis through NASGA. The video on NASGA's site has been taken down but it's still up on Youtube.

  21. Wonder why Windsor just now edited his post from yesterday about the denied PPO. He added this:
"At least the judge acknowledged that what Sean D. Fleming has done is stalking under Michigan law."

He must really be getting desperate to grab attention with his lies spinning out of control like they are.

    1. And what exactly did the judge say about BW's actions?

      Doesn't matter. Totally corrupt.

    2. If the judge did that, why didn't he and Marty waddle across the street to the sheriff and file charges?

    3. Oh dear gawd, the only way to disprove that whopper is with a copy of the hearing transcript - Sean will you be posting that?

  22. The great legal lemming analyst have given Windsor an original idea!
It's worked so well in MO & TX! (Yup, whoop out a transcript!)
