Even the Nobodies Forgot . . .

Today he isn't a half, a quarter or even 3/8ths, he is just one old(er) geezer who is now eligible for probably on social security, that is if he ever had a real job in his lifetime.  It's the first second birthday he has celebrated completely alone and single in the last 40 years.  It's only fitting that he end this way since he has no room left in his heart to love anyone else but himself.

Bill didn't even check in with his lemmings last night saying that he experienced a convenient car burglary.   Some pesky kids happened to smash his windows and take his hard drive and files right before he was to produce his "proof" in front of the court in Missouri next week.  A likely story.  This is going to be his convenient excuse to cancel and weasel out of his hearing in Missouri that he filed for and he forced upon Allie.

  1. It wouldn't surprise me if tonight sometime, he posts some sappy-ass whiney post about how he's all alone on his birthday because meanie people took everything he loves away from him, when really he threw everything he loved away all by himself by being a man who prefers hatred and lies over love and truth,

    1. Lets see who the first lemming is to read here, then go tell him Happy Birthday. Any bets?
I say Mary D or Fig Newton.

    3. Or? what was that other one? Blake McCoy? Maybe Blake as a long shot.
But, realistically, I'm going with Snoozie, Mary D or Nancy, toss up for 1st. KPat still had his leader MIA just a couple of days back. KPat is not quick enough.

    4. Good point about Kpat. I'm out on Snoozie. She's probably to busy. Still trying to figure out semantics to make Gingersnap wrong.

    5. "She's probably to busy."

      You meant too busy.

    6. Yep. I appreciate your help in clarifying the meaning of that sentence.

Sometimes my fingers type the wrong word because they move more slowly than the thought. That ever happen to you?

    8. Perhaps you are correct by calling the kettle black, Anonymous. On the other hand, if you merely post "Hello World," on this blog, Mr. Windsor has sworn an oath to sue you for defamation.

  4. A simple SWOT method look can tell me that windsor is still wishing for civilian grand juries since early 2011.

  5. I, Kellie McDougald, am really hoping that Bill Windsor received all those documents filed by Mr Boushie on his birthday!
I haven't gotten to read the documents, just saw the titles and who had filed them on the court site! Then? Just fell over with pure glee! Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
This is the same Mr Boushie that Windsor assured the judge several times on 9/19 that he had served properly & had followed all procedures correctly! That wasn't the only defendant Bill responded with same "of course! Yes Your Honor!"
Just thinking of Windsor receiving that kinda delivery on his birthday? Gives me such a warm fuzzy, euphoric feeling:)
Heck, any day would be excellent, but his birthday woulda been #sweeeeet!

    1. You mean Mr. "I have never told a lie" told a whopping lie? Committed Perjury??? I sure hope there is a contempt and sanction request for Perjury in there. It's about time Windsor start paying the piper for his blatant perjury, and bad faith filings.

    2. Pfffffttt! Reminded me of the scuzzy, short, pudgy, politician in the classic movie Best Little Whorehouse In Texas, the way Windsor responded to the Judge's questions! "do a little sidestep"
But, yes, from where I sat, less than 10 feet from Windsor as he answered the Judge's REPEATED questions about "why are more defendants not present? Are you certain they have been properly served? Notified, Mr Windsor?"
      "Oh yes sir! Your Honor!"
The list must have been alphabetical by last name, because the Judge repeatedly asked about Boushie. Mr Windsor acted as though he had absolutely no idea why Mr Boushie wouldn't be present!

I saw Mr Boushie's response that he sent the Court & Clerk shortly after Windsor filed this lawsuit, on the computer in the Clerk's office. Mr Boushie's was one of the first 10 scanned & on the list (that weren't Windsor's) and he had attached ALL the various court orders from Montana.
So in my opinion? Do I think Windsor flat out lied to the Judge on 9/19? YUP. That is how I heard it. It seemed really odd how many times the Judge kept asking Windsor was he sure he'd followed the stipulations of the Judge's Order of 8/11, that he had indeed properly served the named defendants and recall that Windsor was kept answering "Yes Your Honor".
The transcript will be available for the Judge to review:)

    3. Well, the Judge does read through all the filings-- so perhaps he already knew Windsor was lying and was just giving him enough rope to hang himself. Windsor is really his own worst enemy after all, which will come back to bite him later this month I imagine.

    4. Heck Windsor is so much look at me look at me look at me type of guy there is so much on the internet where he talks about Citizen Grand Juries that he could not delete it all just yet. Actually, what is most interesting is that he bragged about being a huge CEO and doing all sorts of work with various companies yet he uses Biz Filings as an agent to incorporate because he does not know how a non-profit works in which he has a tax exempt non-profit and he filed the trademark for the Logo as Lawless America Association but not as a non-profit but as an LLC. I also point out Lawless America Association is suppose to get 501c3 status from the IRS and they have not. Wonder Why. Kind of hard for a PAC to get 501c3 Status. I love it when the corporate attorneys mess up a perfectly good thing.

What I found in searches is that a lot of Bill's stuff was re-posted on other blogs and forums. He might can delete or hide the stuff he posted, but he can't get rid of everything he says he didn't say.

  6. Ha! Here's a blast from the past that just popped up. Joey Dauben's saga ended up in a Seattle blog. LMAO at this "Dauben said he expects the coverage in the newspaper to irk Ellis County District Attorney Patrick Wilson..." Yep. I think Mr. Wilson got the last word on that irking, if I recall correctly.

    2. When this is all over I am going to have a campfire with all the paper he sends. LOL. Here is one thing I do know, I did not have to hire a detective to find the bankruptcy of 1st communications after the sale of the career division 1st Jobs. They owed 800,000 to the IRS and another 80,000 in a promissory note for a business he bought. Interesting.

    3. I'm pissed you got paper!
I get dinky discs AFTER judge said no more disc to me, paper only! Got one yesterday!
He's such a doofus! Cannot & will not follow simple instructions. DUH. No wonder he's such a life loser.

    4. Send it back to the court liaison woman. That is not in the proper formation so it's essentially "Void" and doesn't count until he does it per the court order IMO. It's just like Windsor to defy a court order and just do whatever he wants.

    5. Please before you send what you have anywhere, contact the court liaison and communicate with her first.

    6. I already have. I intend to contact her tomorrow. Her name is Donna Tay, she is the court administrator.
Thank you for your suggestion, I appreciate it. I do try to follow the rules.
