Bill Windsor Nervously Waits on Judge's Ruling

It was a busy week for inmate 14-1898.  First he had his day in court Thursday on the Fleming anti-slapp motion.  That didn't go well for Windsor at all as Judge Bob Carroll wasn't interested in the stall tactics and Bill's motion for a stay was denied.  This meant that inmate 14-1898 had to......gulp......argue his point with his "evidence".  Once "upon information and belief" was thrown out the window, Bill literally had nothing.  Out of all the thousands of alleged statements of defamation by Fleming, Bill couldn't even show one in court Thursday.  That's right, after nearly a year into this case, he can't even show one example of defamation by defendant Fleming.  Judge Carroll is going to be fair and deliberative and make sure he considers the motion fully before ruling. A ruling is expected before Thanksgiving.

Other interesting revelations from that day......Bill has a new email....windsorinjail@yahoo.com
He also brought up Jennie Morton, whom he said was simply hired to run legal tasks for him and that they are not friends.  I wonder if she realizes this while she holds his unlimited American Express card?  Inmate 14-1898 will appeal any and everything.  This was proven as he appealed the dismissal of Sam Round who was removed on the very legitimate grounds of jurisdiction.  But as we have learned, Bill must protest every ruling no matter how airtight the argument.  I would anticipate, with anything short of a direct denial of Fleming's anti-slapp motion, Bill will start to work in the corrupt word in relation to Judge Carroll.  That, also, is standard operating procedure for Bill once he doesn't like a couple of rulings from a judge.

Then it was on to his extradition hearing Friday in Judge Cindy Ermatinger's newly created 443th judicial court.  This was the hearing for Bill to either waive his right to be extradited to MT, or officially contest it.  Guess which one he did?  Inmate 14-1898 decided he wanted to spend the holiday with "the guys" in the tank in Ellis County.  He wants the court to give him a Texas bond, not the Montana one listed.  He claimed to have identified 12 different violations of his rights in his arrest, detention, and subsequent bond denial.  This now sets up the process where Montana must now issue a signed governor's warrant and present that at the next hearing which is set for Dec. 19th at 9am. This of course is only delaying the inevitable as MT simply must show that the charges are in order and that they have the right person to proceed.  Judge Cindy advised Bill that he can hire an attorney or have one appointed if he is indigent.  Windsor stated that he would not qualify as indigent.  That of course is a radical diversion from his civil claim where he states he has no money or home thanks to the defendants.  Now he can hire an attorney, but will he?

By all accounts, it appears that 25 days in county jail has been good for Bill.  He appears to be in good health, appearance looks better than normal and his conduct in court is just like it always was. Which of course means when it comes to making a decision, he's still completely irrational. This is maybe the first time in his entire life where Bill had an authority figure watching over him at all times and 100% obedience is required.  To this end, this is exactly what he needs and has been missing in his life.  Wild Bill Windsor has lived a life that flaunted the rules, he picks and chooses which ones he wants to adhere to and ignores the others while not facing any consequences for it.  Will Bill finally start to focus on his serious criminal case in Montana?  Or will he continue to focus everything on his baseless TX civil case?  If he loses anti-slapp.....how much at risk is he to losing several more rulings for the same reason?

  3. Great summary of the recent events.
I still can't understand how Windsor's cases seem to survive as long as they do. I mean, he's got no evidence. Ever. This is where they always fail, when he's asked to produce those "mounds of evidence" he always claims he has. If he'd have to prove this out the gate, he'd never proceed past day one. He is IMHO one big, fat, pathological liar, who claims everyone else is, without proof.

Look at the last few hearing alone, and the amount of lies he was caught in. SMH ridiculousness! If he were ordered to part with a good chunk of that money he's claimed forever he doesn't have, perhaps that might limit his frivolous activities. Where oh where is Windsor's pot of gold? It's hiding somewhere!! **upon information and belief, oh, and the black amex qualifications***

You took pictures of employees leaving their offices at 1st Communications, as the GM they asked me if you would stop it, but I said he's a creep, just ignore him. And you say they loved you?

    4. yeah on a serious note....I know the tone of the blog is snarky and satirical as I attempt to reduce him into a cartoon character.....but the thing is that Bill has been able to do these things this long because no one would actually stand up to him. And there is a logical reason why they wouldn't stand up to him as its assured you will be sued, that is who he is. But for me, I don't care, you cant bully me into silence, the more he pushes the more I push back.

    5. I think the only way to stop Windsor is sue him for big buck like MoM did. Some have valid causes of action but are reluctant to invest money in suing Windsor, and others have plenty of cash but no valid cause of action. I'm in the former category--if only I could find someone with which to partner; we could take it to Mr. Windsor (for once...or counting MoM...twice).

Loyal Lynn was SO prophetic! AND just never realized!
I am so enjoying the loyal's own words to describe #Windsor!

Lynn Maris By: Dr. Sam Vaknin:
Stalking is a crime, and stalkers are criminals. The simple truth is often ignored by mental health practitioners, by law enforcement agencies, and by the media. The horrid consequences of stalking, are typically underestimated, as stalkers are mocked as eccentric, and lonely weirdos....
Many criminals (and, therefore, many stalkers) suffer from personality disorders – most prevalently, the Antisocial Personality Disorder, formerly known as "psychopathy". Co-morbidity – a "cocktail" of mental health disorders – is frequent. Most stalkers abuse substances (alcohol, drugs) and are prone to violence or other forms of aggression...
Psychopaths regard other people as objects to be manipulated and instruments of gratification and utility. They have no discernible conscience, are devoid of empathy and find it difficult to perceive other people's nonverbal cues, needs, emotions, and preferences. Consequently, the psychopath rejects other people's rights and his commensurate obligations. He is impulsive, reckless, irresponsible and unable to postpone gratification. He often rationalises his behaviour showing an utter absence of remorse for hurting or defrauding others. http://youtu.be/kQ6LkyTq0D8?list=PL2B3578633E3995F3

    2. And during that time, Windsor has given ZERO attention to the criminal charges against him, and 1000% of his time to his vexatious lawsuits.

      Delete
    3. My thoughts on that are-- due to his history of never being charged with anything. He's probably gotten away with tons of illegal stuff in the past, and his ego tells him he will also be able to Billshit his way out of those charges.

His love of frivolous lawsuits blinds him. His vindictiveness guides his every breath. The man lives to spend every waking moment plotting on how he will exact his revenge. Whether buying domain names to set up slander sites, or compiling data bases of names to use in his frivolous suits, to putting out rewards for names of anyone--doesn't matter who--just as long as he has a name to fill in his "Upon information and belief" claim. The man is a professional in harassment, and legal loopholes in my opinion.

Some people did try to file other complaints against him, in hopes that some authority figure would file charges against Windsor. One of those people being Roxanne Grinage. She wanted Windsor's database to show as evidence. Since her passing, who knows what ever came of that complaint. Then, I saw the dog blog write their bias, slighted and full of crap article trying to spin it Windsor's way. No, it was Windsor's request for names and personal information that people wanted--so they could file complaints. (whatever, I'm getting off track, just irked that people are too blind to see what Windsor is and does, and would try and help him at all)

It's the most disgusting, deplorable, reprehensible acts that feeds this man, it's just a matter of time before a Judge calls him what he really is. A criminal. And? I anxiously wait for that day!

      Delete
    4. A lot of us are anxiously awaiting the day Windsor is acknowledged as the criminal he really is.

  14. Ninja,
Windsor is a narcissist through and through. And as part of their character they NEVER give up their attacks on others - they just move from one victim to another - and unfortunately they always have a victim in their scope of hate and destruction.

Prior to Windsor's arrest, he did his attacks in privacy - the victims' words against his. But now he is continuing his attacks - his true narcissist behavior - from jail - while he is under the microscope of the court system and the Montana prosecutor. Windsor's narcissistic wars against all of us are now ammo for the prosecutor to use in the criminal case.
    Breathe. Trust.

I've had glimpses of his handwritten hate via notes from #Windsor not to continue to send any further pleadings/motions re EllisCounty lawsuit to the South Dakota P.O Box! Windsor's note "Send anything re Ellis County lawsuit to this Dallas address!" & he added a pre-printed label!
I sent the required pleadings/motions to #Windsor exactly where the District Clerk told me to, THE only address at that time that was recognized by the court, South Dakota P.O. Box. The Clerk did say if I wanted to send to his Dallas P.O Box as a 'courtesy'? I could.
I did NOT feel #Windsor deserved that courtesy from any defendant/victim, so off to South Dakota it went! #Windsor rec'd it within 13 days. The two (2) things I have ever sent him? I sent via USPS certified, signature required, return receipt requested.

I am thankful for all the wonderful people who post here, who have taken the time to express their opinions and offer humor, satire, mockery and hyperbole to a situation that really isn't all that humorous. It does help to lighten the harsh facts that surround a man who doesn't appear to be thankful for anything, but bitches and complains about everything.

So, cheers to all of you, may your day be filled with peace, love, joy and happiness, and remember to take a moment to breathe in gratefulness and breathe out thankfulness for all our freedoms.

"A man who doesn't appear to be thankful for anything, but bitches and complains about everything."

Windsor had everything in life handed to him on a silver platter - and he wasted away every opportunity that high life gave him. Now he sits in jail - among some people who have had the roughest lives - and instead of 'getting it' - Windsor is still having a pity party for himself.

    2. Ninja always has THE best attitude! Big luffs to you, Ninj!
I'm thankful for all the same things you so eloquently mentioned!

      Happy Thanksgiving to y'all!
#DevilDogSons & I had dreaded today...but the sunshine, combined with our family, our many friends, aka #framily & our community of Kemp, really made today a good day.
Life is hard for so many, yet those can manage to be thankful & grateful. It really kerfuffles me that this millionaire, #Vexi thang couldn't manage to find some thankfulness, gratefulness in life!
As I've said before, unknowingly, Windsor brought many wonderful people into my life's path, strangers, that are now my real friends! #Yay For that? I am forever thankful! Windsor unintentionally doing it? Makes it even sweeter!
Travel safely, eat much, take lots of photos of your moments & enjoy your freedoms!

    1. I sure hope you aren't jumping the gun with your big celebration Sean. You might want to hold off posting all your money crap until after you're actually awarded some.

    2. ya, it's always better to wait till after you get the money, otherwise you might jinx it, the universe is weird that way

    3. Yup. It will be a few years to the promised land, Sean. Don't forget Billy will appeal to every court he can, from the 10th and then to the Texas Supreme Court, then to the feds trough to the SCOTUS, and then to the Hauge.

    4. How do we know he's hasn't obtained the judgement from the judge?

    5. Good Point. I don't put it past Sean to phone Judge Carroll at home today while (he's) sitting at the dinner table with a mouth full of stuffing. Uggh!

    6. because an order wasnt put in yesterday, but even if he has obtained the judgement, it may still be a while before he gets money

    7. If he has the number? Flemming's already worn it out.

The last blowhard that predicted how this lawsuit & this judge was going to rule just 30 days ago? Was somewhat surprised & his predictions were a bit askew. He now sits in the ECSO jail.

  31. Happy Thanksgiving, y'all. I'm especially grateful for a lot of things and this blot, where victims of Windsor can go to exercise their First Amendment rights -- to express their opinions. And thanks to everyone who has fought to defend the rights of everyone who has had contact with bully Bill.

    1. Oh man, the narcissist bully is prolific in cranking out the crap! He is really good at being a pain to the judiciary at taxpayers expense without valid causes of action. It's a shame that he's done this because so many people do have valid complaints and he's taken so much of the resources they should have had. Seems over the top greedy.

  37. Anyone catch the recent filings in TX? Jumped from 350 to over 370. Certainly hope Windsor is sending these out instead of expecting the defendants crystal balls to be functioning. Since the website is a bit magoo, only small portions of what he's filed show up. I do have to laugh at how he keeps filing to deny all the defendants extensions, yet asking for his own.

Also, if I read right, he is challenging the "limited public figure" title. Uh, the man claimed that every senator and congress member knows who he is, claimed tens of thousands perhaps millions had contacted him or read his website, and posted his every waking moment on the internet like he was a full public figure--almost like he was the real life version of "The Truman Show"--and now, he wants to pretend he's just a little old ordinary person? What a joke.

I believe he needs to be labeled vexatious in TX. I believe he needs to have an order barring him from filing anything else unless he posts a 100g bond (or more). This abuse of the Judicial System will just keep going. He will appeal just to appeal. He wrote about it (I don't have the link handy) but said someone advised him to appeal anything and everything, quickly. Abusive. And, no, it's not his right, those rights were taken away when he was labeled vexatious. Vexatious litigants are not afforded the same rights as everyone else. They've lost those rights, due to their previous abuses of the system. If TX allowed him to play this game, without getting leave, I'm thinking they are very sorry they did.

    1. He has challenged every ruling the court has made. That's his history and he's not going to stop. His entire legal history, he's lost practically every court decision he's been involved in. Then he appeals them all until the court has to refuse to accept his filings anymore. It's going to be the same thing in Texas as it was in every other state he's filed in.

    2. and yep it's at 378, guess how many I got since, he has been in jail, I have gotten maybe 20 (and that's because Barb has been nice enough to forward them) of the last 100 he has prolly filed, and it has been brought up in recent hearings, I guess though that since he is in jail, no one is suppose to see anything unless they pay $1 per paper to get em from the court -BB31
