Windsor Continues His Stalking of Women



A very lonely, single and perverted old man by the name of Bill Windsor has now opened up his stalking list to include even more women.  This time the target is Elizabeth Hope Hernandez and he is heading to Biloxi Mississippi to carry out his terrorist operation.  Once again, his weapon of choice is paper terrorism through law enforcement and the judicial system.

 Bill, once again, posts this woman's name, address, phone number and even includes a favorite place of dinning.  Bill vows to be at that place of business on May 11th.  He then sends a call out to his terrorist network, Lawless America, to help him in his serial stalking attempts:

 "I ask anyone with any information on this person to please email me at nobodies@att.net. Please put ELIZABETH HOPE HERNANDEZ in all caps in the subject line. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone who is friends with a private investigator would ask for a little free help. I am told that it is possible that this woman has a prison background in another state, but that has not been confirmed."

 He then goes on to explain to his lemmings why they must continue to be patient and to aid and abet him in his immoral activity.

 "Unfortunately, part of the story of this movie and two movies or videos to follow is the serial liars out to destroy any attempts to expose dishonesty and corruption. I wish it didn't involve me, but it does, and I will be investigating each of the major players, and I will do everything I can to get them exposed and incarcerated as well as sued up one side and down the other. One major lawsuit is already underway in Missouri."

 Now, a couple of points as I consult my pathological liar to English dictionary.  It has long been speculated that the only reason he had Biloxi listed on his vacation schedule is because he was after EHH.  That speculation proved to be dead on accurate as he admits he never had any other reason to visit that city other than to stalk EHH.  The second point is..notice the terminology, he has to find a way to file a criminal charge against her.  And while he would love to "sue her up one side and down the other" it doesn't look like he will get that chance as no judge seems poised to let him get vexatious in Mississippi.

      I hope he meets a few new friends at that fine dining establishment on May 11th. It would be a sham if he had an accident on his way there.

      There is no news on Connie's case in particular because she lost all rights to her child permanently 2 years ago. She neglects informing people of that and won't post any court findings or decisions to show what really went down. But I'm sure that won't ever stop her from blabbering and crying online for attention.

      As far as her dad's multiple child rape charges, he's scheduled for trial starting near the end of June. One public defender asked to be removed from his case. I can't blame her, he sounds like an absolute scary control freak. His way or no way. ugggh Like father like daughter.

      Connie is stalking and harassing the child victims which just mortifies me to the core how coldblooded she could be. Even if she doesn't believe her dad did anything criminal, who attacks rape victims? Especially children! Only someone deeply disturbed are capable of such behavior.

      I am thankful the courts got it right in this case. She's done so much damage to real mothers who have abused babies out there, breaks my heart knowing judges and experts may not believe a real mom's story all because of Bedwell's bs. It's hard to get judges to listen to mom's when the small handful of false accusers are so vocal and relentless. It comes to a point, judges and court officials become so jaded and blind to what's real abuse anymore when you have very talented manipulators like Bedwell out there. smh

      Thanks for the update. I feel bad for some mother's who have aligned themselves with Connie. They make themselves and their cases look as bad as Connie's. I don't think they understand the damage they are doing by claiming to be so close to her. I guess they will have to learn for themselves and when things don't go their way because they follow Connie they have no one to blame but themselves.

      I am embarrassed to say that I did believe Connie in the beginning and then things just didn't start to add up. Then I went to a blog called the truth about Connie and I started to read it and the blog actually answered many of my questions and made way more sense then Connie and he posts ever did.

    What the hell is wrong with David Schied? While I don't agree with anything he does in his corner of the world, I thought the guy had more than a few braincells. Can't he see aligning with and following Windsor makes him appear to be incredibly stupid? Seriously.

    Bill is supposed to get this grand jury thing together with David but instead Billy's dicking around stalking women all over the damn country like the psycho freak he is. Wow David, maybe I had you pegged wrong all along.

      The sovereign part is insane and mortifies me without question Attorney. It was more about pondering how intelligent I thought David was compared to how brainless Windsor is. I certainly wouldn't give either man any credit for the life they live and the choices they make. I am fascinated by human nature and how seemingly intelligent people make incredibly stupid decisions.

I have and I have many friends there who have not taken too kindly to what this son of a bitch is doing to women, especially survivors of abuse who are wheel chair ridden.       I really doubt he was ever able to even purchase a gun, unless he did it illegally. Even if he did, it is not legal for him to posess in some of the places he is going to go.       Arkansas will have a new open carry law in effect beginning in July. It's already legal in that state to carry in your vehicle while on a journey, but BW doesn't plan on going through there this trip. Illinois might as well be Cuba or Russia when it comes to crime and gun control vs rights.

    And if you'd asked me what was up I would've told you I had never seen anything on there bad about you. Not everyone can sit at the computer 24/7 and monitor comments on a page they liked. To me it is the same principle as Bill deleting ppl for 'liking' AMPP, etc. He never asked what the deal was from anyone. Just assumed the worst. All of you can keep the drama. I have enough of my own.

    Oh poor Billy got sick eating large at Chili's late at night....when the metabolism slows down. But why was he there? Apparently it's number 7 on the list of restaurants where cheaters go to hook up. So he claims he has loved this place for how long now?
