What Money? There is No Money!

A very interesting nugget to emerge from the divorce filings is that Bill has not submitted his tax return, not only for 2012 but for 2011 as well.  As Bill lives it up in Vegas right now, between stalking expeditions and spending over $3,000 a month on hotel rooms alone, he clearly isn't focused or even thinking about his taxes.  Not only that, but he is about as far away, physically,  from his records in Marietta Georgia as you can get and still be in the US.

No, it doesn't appear that he has anything on his schedule that has to do with him completing his way past due tax return.  The time period that he has declined to report on directly coincides with the ramping up with his Lawless America scam.  As we have heard, he doesn't keep records of donations.  No receipts, no paper trail no nothing.  In short, he can't file those returns without committing tax fraud by omission.  He didn't keep records.  Just like his answer in the MOM case, he must plead the 5th on answering any questions related to his finances as any answer would incriminate him, either intentional or unintentional.

So I guess the real question is how long can you play chicken with the IRS?  How much longer can he continue to tour the Country, taking under the table donations and not reporting them?  Well, probably a lot longer before it was put all out there on the internet for everyone to see.

    1. As long as Windsor doesn't owe any taxes, it shouldn't be a big deal that he has neglected to file a return. Does anyone here have reason to believe Windsor is not paying his taxes?

    2. flip it back around....do we have any reason to believe that he is paying his taxes? For instance, his meet me in DC he raids over 8K in donations alone, did he report that? What about the RV, course that was this year, but is he reporting that as well?

  3. At the end of the day, he'll stick it to his poor ex and kids when they file a lien and seize their home - divorced or not.

    1. I agree completely. If history is any guide, he'll want a second or third bite at that apple (ie, the marriage assets).

In any case, if our attorney is so inclined, I'd appreciate some feedback on the divorce terms, ie, Article VI, Para 7, Barb is released from any wrong doing. Let's say Barb has participated in robbing a bank; can she divorce Bill and be absolved of the crime?

We know Barb served as a fiduciary for LA-- she signed and deposited checks--how can she not be held culpable or libel for this if it is determined to be fraud?

    2. That was my question exactly, Sluggo.

Hell, no. I'm not convinced that Barbara has committed a crime (actually, if I'm putting myself in the shoes of a prosecutor or juror I certainly haven't seen enough evidence to date to conclude that Bill has broken criminal laws, either)—but if she had, there's nothing she and/or Bill could put in the divorce decree that would absolve her from criminal culpability for whatever it is she did.

We know Barb served as a fiduciary for LA-- she signed and deposited checks--how can she not be held culpable or libel for this if it is determined to be fraud?

Oh, that's not inconceivable. If her role was more or less as a low-level bookkeeper (or check-writer or whatever), it's certainly possible that she didn't know anything about any illegal activities LA was involved in. On the other hand, she could have been in it up to her neck.

Seems to me it's impossible for us to say, for either Windsor. I'd love to see what an investigator with subpoena power could uncover, though.

I also have to admit that my sympathies and (basically zero-evidence) suspicions are in Barbara's favor. Given what we know about the way Bill conducts himself, my guess and hope is that Barbara was unaware and uninvolved with anything illegal.

    4. Well, my curiosity radar goes off at the fact that it was Barb that paid Maid, it is Barb that listed her bank account to be split 50/50 in the divorce, less the 50 grand Bill will fork back over to her. No mention of HIS accounts. So, with that, I wouldn't be surprised if all (or most) of the donations were going into her account.

And also, on the donation button on the .com site, it goes under "Round America" which is listed in her name. (that she is to sign over to him) so all these little things would make it hard in my opinion for her to say, she had no idea what was going on.

    5. Indeed, Ninja, but the fact that certain accounts were in her name or formally owned by her is still a few steps removed from showing that she had sufficient knowledge to establish criminal culpability.

If Bill was using her as an unknowing front—or, for that matter, if the only illegal thing Bill has done is pay the couple's taxes late—it still remains entirely possible that she didn't do anything criminally wrong.

Again, of course, we're all just theorizing from our armchairs. My general suggestion is that we refrain from getting too confident that anyone is guilty (or innocent) of just about anything.

    6. @Attorney, I agree with you.
But, sitting in my armchair (LOL) another thought occurred to me, in that no one has found a non-profit 501C3 for Lawless. I know it will all get sorted out eventually. (my points are that, the questions we raise here, I assume will also be raised IF there is suspicion of some illegal act)

    7. You cannot assign theft, fraud, tax evasion, etc. to the other party just because of a divorce. They're partners long after the judgement whether they like it or not.

  4. I was told by a source that typically people such as bill who are these sovereign types get into IRS trouble. That the IRS tracks them down. I know the IRS is under scrutiny for checking out auditing tea party groups but seriously, these are the same groups that tout the same language as bill does about our current administration and government in general. I know GS and others may dislike how this becomes more of a political issue about bill and his followers but once the term "Revolution" is inserted into the picture then those types of followers is what were dealing with and they all back bills ways of being a vexatious litigant and stalker. Lets face it why should they follow the law put down by a null constitution and government anyhow?

    1. Umm, hasn't Ginger already touched on this in multiple posts with the term paper terrorism? You seem to think it's some issue that Ginger skirted, but it's been a topic not just in comments but full posts. Can you please get on the same page, Sean? Come on, dude. Ugh.

    2. Well that's the problem with being an undeclared sovereign. If he pays his taxes then the other sovereigns won't respect him, and if he doesn't pay his taxes then we are correct in calling him a fraud, to his consternation.

  5. I was just thinking about this.... There is this Guy who is behind Bill named Marty Prehn. Marty is the body Guard for Pastor Terry Jones in Florida who has come to Dearborn Michigan to incite violence because he sets forth to come to a community of Arab Americans and tell them they are terrorists and muslims etc. You get the point. Now this is not far from what Bill is doing. He leaves GA to go meet Bushie and incite violence. I have read Bushies comments and basically he dislikes bill and after what all Bill has done to others Bushie has made a statement about protecting himself if he has to. Personally I would not shoot anyone over a photo. I would call it what it is harassment.

    1. Marty Prehn also claims to have been Reagan's bodyguard and trusted advisor. He also claims to be head of security for the Detroit Tigers when he was ten years old and fathered Jessica Love Hewitts child. He ALSO claims to be the Regional Director for Lawless America.

He's really just a homeless guy with access to someone's internet, an overactive imagination and way too much time on his hands.

My point is, he's about as delusional as Windsor.

    3. Sean, Google has an automated system that tries to weed out spam comments. It's pretty good in general. It looks at writing style and content to decide what is and what isn't spam. It's not always right though.

Ginger is saying that the Google filter marked you as spam automatically. Don't just jump to the conclusion that you are being censored. Just let Ginger know if you see missing posts. No biggie. Lighten up.

  11. Some people thing that castration is the cure for pedophilia. I know now the complete error of that thought. Billie has taught us well. In calling him a vexatious litigant, they may have cut off this creature's manhood, but they never actually acted to protect the tax payer from his abuse.

I think the Judge who granted this lawsuit made a HUGE mistake. Vexi Boy is out of control and this is why the original Judge labeled him as such. To save people and taxpayers money, frustration, time, and stress of being maliciously, and FRIVIOLOUSLY sued.

"Lawless America I will very much appreciate any help that anyone can provide in helping me compile a list of every Friend or Like of this group, Claudine Dombrowski, Lorraine Tipton, Jennifer Dotson aka Jennifer Herbert, Kimberly Wigglesworth, and Shannon E. 14. The Bitter, vindictive, nasty man that is traveling around America under the so called name of LAWLESS AMERICA can not seem to do anything that he promised his followers, but he can manage to set up websites to attack and slander Women in their own names/groups, stalk, slander and harass people endlessly.

This is the true face and agenda of the SO CALLED LAWLESS AMERICA ASSOCIATION. This is what you support. Not fixing corruption, not changing laws, but in fact supporting a mad man on a mission. Period.

I would think what comes around will go around. Linking yourselves to Lawless America/William M Windsor might just get you sued too for supporting his attacks.
