Bill is becoming distracted as his frivolous lawsuit in Missouri is conflicting with his stalking activities in Montana. Seems as though "Weasel Curly" has pulled a fast one and now Bill feels he is about to lose his grip on that case. But what can he do? He has to get some kind of result in Missoula. How can they do this to him when he has now declared himself a cancer patient?
Windsor says that today is the "main event" for his showdown with Boushie as he will attempt to get a restraining order against him (have we taken our country back?). Yes folks, that's right, this is what 50 states, 1,500 videos, and lots of pie has culminated in.....a restraining order against some guy in Montana. It may be the case that he isn't even granted the restraining order in which case he will turn his attention to attacking the local courts and law enforcement.
He then says that he has mastered the art of being flexible. The secret to that is have no job, no family, no life, no purpose or even reason for existing. He is free to stalk and file frivolous lawsuits against anyone. Even though his over hyped and perpetually delayed showdown with Sean is going out with a whimper, Bill will move on and declare something else as the most important thing in the world. Its Bill's world, we are all here just paying rent.
Lets revisit some of the outlandish things Bill said he would do when he plagued Montana with his presence.

I'm not hurt, so don't worry about that. But today will go down in the books as one of the most exciting days so far. I was assaulted twice and threatened with arrest several times. All at the Ravalli County Courthouse in Hamilton Montana.

Naw don't think like that. :) Every case is different, even with the same judge. Federal court has far far less bias than these local courts. Plus most of it is done on paper. You rarely have to drive there to show up in person. Rarely

Bill how you win, is you come in with 100% honesty and goodness, as you have been doing, but you were in the wrong court. :) Federal court is where you file. The local courts are too confused about Internet offenses. Plus, one filing in federal court covers all 50 states. You don't have to drive to some far off state capital. You file the lawsuit in the closest federal court to where you live. All the evidence you bring into federal court, you support with an affidavit. You will win :)

I made sure that law enforcement was well aware he was coming and that he was a friend of cox. Mention her name and theyy all groan. Judge baily is pretty no nonsense no bs, bitler is scrrewed.

Yeah, it's pretty clear from the video you were whining to the police well ahead of Bill's visit. Nice touch, connecting him to Cox. Did you mention to the Sheriff that you started this fight because Bill was interviewing Cox for his "movie"?
DeleteMost of there critical arguments re: Bailey are written by Cox or Speadbury, but that does not mean there isn't a kernel of truth in what was written.

And, where did he file the charges & with whom? I don't think he gets it yet that it's the DA's job file criminal charges. He says in his video, the nice District Judge's office tried to school him. He makes a complaint to the police, they take the case to the DA.

So, is he eluding that if the sheriff doesn't act, he will include them next? Threats and intimidation seem to be a fluent theme with Windsor. While he tries so hard to come across in his video as this innocent old man who hasn't done anything wrong.
Yeah his desire to file with courthouses by email is much more about his ability to file things when he wants and not have to wait for the courthouse personnel than it is about him being on the road.

On Friday, 9 August, 2013, I was viciously and maliciously bombarded about the face and head
with a crumpled paper wad thrown by Bailey.
I suffered great bodily injury in the melee, to wit, I had to re-set my mascara and make-up several times. Furthermore, I have sustained great emotional pain and suffering which has manifested itself in most if not all of the symptoms of PTSD, including, but not limited to, insomnia, paranoia, nail-biting and impotence.

DeleteI was thinking too how rattled Bill is in the video. He really is naive. I think he was in shock. He's accustomed to a certain sophistication and decorum displayed by the judges and attorneys he despises so much. He was expecting the same from an old school ex cop who got elected JP of a town where the good 'ole boy system is in play. This JP probably thinks politeness is a handicap and scaring the crap out of people is not only an art, it is a necessary tool for survival. Bill is so out of his wheelhouse. IMO.
