As I have spotlighted him for quite a while as Bill's number two domestic terrorist, David Schied leaves pain and suffering to those he leaves behind. His ex-wife, who reportedly has a learning disability, was left to fend for herself with her son as she lives out of her van. That was the woman that David "became married to with a child". Then he leaves her and shacks up with Trish Kraus as we saw them both show up in Missouri to support Bill on his terroristic endeavors against Allie. So what happened with Trish and David? Well, this is how they are spinning it at Lawless:

This one she did not. There is only so much a heart can take before it breaks as was the case here. REST IN PEACE Trish Kraus. Trish was 50 years old. She was the driving force behind LAWLESS AMERICA in Michigan."
But well before that was posted we had this posted on the blog which I believe is very much credible from the second it was posted. I had emailed with Trish's daughter back in June where she was concerned for her mother and worried that David was causing her great pain and alienation from everyone (much like a cult). I think its important that the world hears this as it relates to David, again this is just what was posted:

dave and my mother are no longer together. he tried to control her life. he
didnt want her working. he was keeping mail from her. he even held her dog
hostage for approximately a week. they are no longer together and she is no
longer a part of lawless. she committed suicide today :'( she was very mentally
ill. because of david, she alienated her whole family. he convinced her we were
all the enemy (there are email messages between them to prove this). when she
could no longer be with him because of his controlling ways, she ended up with
no one. and now she is lost to us forever. i blame her mental illness first, she
wouldnt get help. i blame david second. he is why she thought her family was the
enemy. i dont think you will ever hear from me again. there is no need for me to
be here.
Now here's the $20,000 question: Could she have been helped. If Lawless America was everything that Bill led the public to believe, and if Lawless America was allowed to evolve into the network of caring and compassionate activists as it tried to be under the care of genuine and loving people from various backgrounds and expertise, could she have found at least enough friendship and support to live one more painful day? We will never know. I do not wish to exploit her death, only to point out how Bill created a network of underground low lifes who watched and still watch silently as he hurts others and advertises it. He created an atmosphere of suspicion and feat, exploited family rights differences between mothers and fathers groups, and repeatedly begged his followers to stalk and report on each other. This was not a healthy environment for anyone to be part of, least of all those who had already been broken.

Had Trish reached out, and asked for help to get away from David, or let others know he was manipulating her, controlling her, isolating her, perhaps they would have shunned her, and called her a liar. Maybe they would have said she was making it all up to stop the movement. After all, David is #2. He is supposed to be working on the mass Grand Jury attack. You do not speak out against the movement or the members. Period.
How absolutely frightening her last days must have been. Feeling alone like that. May she rest in Peace. It is so sad and tragic to read this information. I am left feeling empty and sick.

People cannot cause others to commit suicide BUT they can create an atmosphere so unhealthy, the mentally ill person has no ability to cope or protect themselves. It wouldn't take much to push someone over the edge when the suicidal person already walked to the edge of the cliff.

Over the past several months I've seen many people repeatedly state BILL was their last hope! My heart sunk to read those comments from others so desperate knowing he was never going to come through for them in any way because he's a scam artist & sociopath. Chances are very high Trish was one of those people, putting all her egg's in Bill's basket. In my opinion, Windsor definitely played a part, big or small, in contributing to her decision to take her life.

After all I did state in my opinion, both professional and personal, David and those around Trish (like Bill) most likely did things to push her off the cliff. It took Trish to place herself there in the first place but if she didn't have the skills to cope, she didn't know how to resolve what she faced. I feel sad for her that life was so terrible she felt this was the only option.
I hope more comes to light because there's some serious life lessons here and if it goes ignored, history will repeat itself.

Shocking. I was impressed with Trish's strength and organizational skills. If not for her, the MI group wouldn't have stayed together for so long or gone so far. I agree with yappy that nobody can cause another person to commit suicide, that is a personal choice. But it always makes me so sad that a person lived with so much pain that death seems like the only relief.

He was refusing to give her stuff back to her when she wanted to distance herself from him. He took her keys. She felt trapped. ReplyDeleteunfortunately most of what you read on facebook isnt the truth. its what she wanted people to believe :( she was very sick. she was trying to manipulate how people would view her and the situation between her and my father. i am pleased to say, that towards the end, the communication between her and my father, it was finally becoming peaceful. she began to call and confide in my father. remorse for her actions was beginning to show. she also started letting him know of the harassing and torturous behavior david schied had started with her. he still has a lot of her belongings. he says he will schedule a time to release them to the family! DeleteI couldnt agree with you more. One of the reasons I made that post, is because I know he checks. He would see, everyone knows what hes doing. The police said because of the investigation (im assuming is routine for deaths like this) they would need a search warrant. That we should contact them on monday.
DeleteLow an behold, shortly after I made that post, he changed his mind and agreed to release her belongings to her family. Scheduled a time for later on this afternoon.
He has even gone as far as to comment on her facebook page, putting blame on her family!!! Who does this to a place we would memorialize! We have requested now that instead of the memorial, her page be removed completely. He also blames her physical state . Her physical state had nothing to do with how she died. Hes so full of drama! Hes so disgusting! Hes a crazy stalker! He was seen peeking in and lurking around their house BEFORE my parents even separated! If I lived there, I would be carrying a sign in front of his house. I would want to notify EVERYONE of how horrible and crazy he is.

Yes, they should investigate. They should start with David. What role did he play in her death? Trish's daughter said she left Lawless, why? Did Trish learn too, that Bill is full of shit, and wouldn't help her? Was she devastated because she learned she was being used by Bill as well as David?

It takes a little work to figure out the links Anon posted at 2:29. What I got is this: Martin Jr. was arrested again on 6/28, on drug related offenses. Martin Sr. went to the Commissioner's meeting, a special one - ironically to approve an amendment to benefit the Arab Community Center. Marty was there to complain about the search warrant executed against his son.
If you find the audio, Marty's speech starts at about 15 minutes. He tells the Commissioners that he's famous, an advocate against elder abuse, a body guard and invites them all to come the conference he's hosting (they can come casually dressed or dressed as their favorite hero).
Then he gets to his main concern, the search warrant executed he says is in his name but served at his son's residence (warrant says Martin Prehn). Marty claims that the warrant was written and signed after his son was kicked in the head and after he asked to see a copy of a warrant, which was after the search and seizure of the drugs. Marty then goes on to say that he tries to stay out of the public limelight, he works behind the scenes and he rationalizes his support of Terry Jones. Then he does some bipartisan stroking. The end.
The warrant is signed 6/28/13 11:38 AM, this list of items seized is dated 6/28/13 1:00 PM.
