Bill's Trial By Facebook gets Stayed

Since he can't seem to get anywhere in court, Bill has decided to try his case on his facebook account as he libels and defames all kinds of people he doesn't know, and and they don't know him either.  Not only is his lawsuit against Facebook not going too well, now his trial by facebook has been suspended as he is locked out of his account. Yep, he did it again, he violated the rules and now he can't post anything for 30 days. This must be some kind of violation of his Constitutional rights.

Where will he go to stalk and harass people if he can't post it on the internet?  Will this bring about a new lawsuit against Facebook?  Will his victims find out about his defamation of them?  Is it time to pretend he is getting that skull surgery he has been threatening?  Is there even anyone left that will follow him?

  1. oh no, that's so sad, how is he going to be able to let people know he is sueing them, will he post to his .com or .org? will he work on his domain names? or youtube channel?

It is when you've neglected your flagship site (lawlessamerica.com) to the point where it's nearly unusable.

    3. Seriously? Dozens of ways? No Facebook? Fine...he'll just have to go back to his old favorite medium--writing on restroom walls.

BTW, Billy claims he has US Press Association credentials, yet his name is not in their database. Go figure,

    6. Ohh. Sorry Camel Toe. He must have them set to lemmings only so we can't read them. Those are only for you idiots that actually believe him. Maybe after his suspension is over he'll make it viewable to the public so we can discuss it.

    7. Not much there to discuss. Same old Billshit.

    8. I decided I'll play along for one more comment. I deny ever saying anything about Bill Windsor or Lawless America. I have never posted on this or any other blog. These statements are just as believable as the the ones you posted above.

    9. Bill loves to drive, like with that Round America thing in that white Porsche years ago sampling pies.

Same thing now, just minus Barbara, but with the added lawsuits component. I wonder if he'll post pictures of all the courthouses he's visited on his blog? We need to have someone jump into this fray from ME and AK to keep Bill on the road.

    1. Fleming...don't ask her anything. She doesn't seem to "get it." She's just like he is. Semantics, word playing- hypocrites. She'd be better off posting on his FB page while he is in a "time out." Those are the only people who don't research anything spewed out by fellow lemmings.

It matters not to a lemming, if you have real evidence to refute them, it only matters what they can twist and manipulate to distract from reality.

    3. Ms. Overstreet -- if the publicly-available Missouri docket for the case is accurate, the court has ordered you to appear for a deposition in the case filed against you by Mr. Windsor.

Did the judge have any comments on that motion or his efforts to take the deposition last July? Do you have any thoughts or comments on the motion being granted?

    4. Windsor has been granted my depo for months. No idea why he continues to ask for things he already has. No, I don't have anything to say here about the judges comments or court day, other than it was a good day and Windsor seemed less stalkerish than usual. I was not chased down with cameras after court.

  8. In other news: NLA's hearing/court take over in Greene Co has been postponed indefinitely. Their writ of prohibition was kicked out of court on technicality. They are working to come up with Plan C and will file a writ of error.

    3. Btw, on the off chance you win a judgement when hell freezes over, Texas is a debtor friendly state (as solid as Florida). You cannot place a lien on a homestead, nor garnishee wages nor home contents, nor cars or jewelry or art, even if in the millions. Check the laws Webb before you shoot your mouth off. No one gives a shit. About the only thing you can do is attempt to seize a bank account but that too is an uphill road if others know what to do. Good luck in your new hobby, I'm proud you found something to do with your retirement!

Off you go little butt-hurt man.

    4. Dang, forgot one thing. Depositions go both ways and from what's been shared by several people in your real world there's a lot of skeletons in your closet. No, it has nothing to do with the choice of who you love. I for one would absolute enjoy having lawyers depose you :)

Feel free to have the last word. I know you won't sleep it off until that happens.

I guess you haven't thought this all the way through or spoke with a lawyer before you spewed your crybaby crap on here.

Best go ask Windsor for advice. I hear he's a paralegal or sumthin'.

    8. David, you're back I see, trying to scare people with you're silly legal actions. Wanna sue me about wishing Carpal Tunnel Syndrome on you on an earlier blog?

Going on about lawsuits, are you sure you aren't Bill?

    13. Now there you go accusing me of something I didn't do. How dare you. I never said involved did I? Interesting choice of words.

No I am not lying, he's a real person who's discussed you in great detail along with about 5 others in your real world. If he's fabricating the details the issue is with him, not me.

I wish you luck in your success in the courts and fantasies of collecting civil judgements. It's time well wasted. Yay for David!

  11. Better hurry David! You only have 1 year from the time of alleged defamation to file in Texas. That means if you filed tomorrow, the only stuff you could use in your mental case is April 25, 2013. Anything prior to that is not allowable in court.

You mentioned the other night how this was a tiny little nothing blog no one reads so I can't imagine how anyone's words here has caused you 1 shred of "harm" in your real world. That's the hurdle you need to achieve with the judge is proving actual harm to you in some manner.

You're also a limited public figure and most comments regarding opinion about yourself have been directly due to your own articles you wrote. People are entitled to be inflamed and outraged by the things you wrote as a journalist whether you like it or not. Hope that helps and have a nice day :)

    2. Here's how I see it. The only pitiful losers around are the likes of that Margetis dude, Windsor the waddling whiney ass and now Webb's joined the pussy club. Y'all don't want to sue because of any actual harm that's come to you in your real life due to things stated on a blog, you want to sue because your feelings are hurt. Nothing more.

Time to put on some big boy pants and go do something productive in life. If I believe something or someone online is a slimy ass or conman, I'll speak my mind.

    3. 10-4 4:10...I think you've nailed it. What's truly bizarre is Bill has yet to figure out he won't be able to recover from his alleged emotional distress because he's a limited purpose public figure. On the other hand, the folks whom he has harassed and cyberstalked by purchasing the domains of their names WILL have intentional infliction of emotional distress as a legitimate cause of action as they are private persons. Note, a private person MUST volunteer to be in the public--they can't be pulled into "the vortex" as Windsor seems to believe.

    5. I hate having to be rude to people, but sometimes it's necessary. There are certain individuals who continue to come here as trespassers without the permission of Gingersnap its owner, and without any good or useful purpose in mind. They're here only to produce heat and no light whatsoever. IMO, that sort of trollish behavior is reprehensible and despicable, and I very much appreciate admin taking the necessary and proactive steps to stop it.
