    1. Pfffffffffffffft. It appears BW had nothing on Fleming, else he would have presented it, no? Wouldn't that mean that whatever Fleming said was acceptable? Seems so. So why do you feel the need to warn him to be more careful? Because you're just 'that' way.

    2. It was painfully obvious today that Bill has no case. He really doesn't even have a reason he can state for suing.

    3. It must hurt deep knowing others may and do believe they have won big against your Willy otherwise you wouldn't have to say NO WINNERS in ALL CAPS.

      As for Fleming? He can go right on saying exactly what he has been all along about your hero. Freedom of Speech n all.

    4. Snoozan, Not speaking for Flemming (or anyone at all) but what part of this case (or any of Windsor's cases) have you not understand; the victims did nothing wrong and never deserved to be sued (by Windsor). Windsor is a vexi-narcissist, a bully and a tyrant.

      In my eyes, the folks at JIALK did a great public service by exposing Windsor and not backing down.

    2. I thought Snooze said it was all a game, and there were no winners. Now I am confused. So, it's a game to the vexi's to harass, stalk, annoy, torment, defame and libel without cause anyone they feel they can, because it's a game?

      Again, another great point about not letting Vexi's near a courtroom. They never have anything with merit, yet they always say they do. Makes me sick!

      One would have thought that Windsor would have embraced the computer that was at his table in the court, after being w/o during his time in jail. But, he didn't touch the puter, according to SFW - which seems odd. Perhaps he is now terrified of computers???

    Yay!
    My happiest portions of today?
    1). My ear quit bleeding, I thouht it fell off, but, it was just bleeding from the LYING!
    2). That Jennie? Loving out loud & praying for 'us'? Windsor plainly said she isn't his friend, she was "hired to help" him. Hired help, Jennie! She was "helping someone alone that had no one" & Bill referred to Her as hired help.
    How in God's Green Earth that kinda shit gets woven into his hearing regarding what Windsor has suffered as a result of Flemming stating his opinion? Beats me!
    3). BarbH, despite being so sick, whooped that ass, H A R D! The girl was on freaking FIRE.
    4). Me & Mr Speaker have eyed each other for our competition for BarbH's affections! & we shared a good coupla giggles! (BarbH said she couldn't wait to get home so her hubby could pamper her sick little self, sorry, MrSpeaker. I'm still gonna be her bff)
    5). Bill openly admitted that Citizens Grand Juries were a good idea to take some load off the courts, even tried to sell Judge Carroll on it;)
    There were umpteen high points! Windsor had to pilfer thru his own paper piles of BillShit several times! He was somewhat overwhelmed.
    Oh! And? Windsor had to pay $467.12 for BarbH's copy of his 344 page jailhouse, handwritten word vomit. He was not happy about that at all. Booyah! (that's how #hiredhelpJennie got brought up! If she wasn't skeeeert now or had a broke leg? She'd have been in the job)

    Whew! I'm tired!

    2. So, Windsor's story is that Jennie was "hired" to transport his court papers for him. I find that extremely odd since she was there like Johnny on the spot when he was arrested. How would he have had time to "hire" her? IDK, seems like another Windsor Whopper for the appearance of separation. Why would he do that if he had nothing to worry about, or to cover his tracks. Now it seems more suspicious.

      Like telling the Judge he was retaining counsel, but wasn't? He's got so many lies flying, he can't keep up. Now she allegedly broke her leg? What is that story for? Because he wants to say he isn't ready for his extradition hearing because his "hired help" was not available to run papers to the court for him? Pssshhhh not buying it.

    2. For what Windsor did to so many, his stalking of Allie for over a MONTH? His stalking of others? the domain name purchases?
      For his drive bys of my home? For attempting to intimidate me? For putting my husband's photo as his cover photo & rejoicing that he was killed? For putting that shit out there on the long, sick, sleepless night as we waited for dive teams to recover his body & our son seeing it?
      May William Michael Windsor rot in the Hell of numerous prisons.
      May his blowhard, braggadocios ass be made to be as miserable as he attempted to make SO many others.
      Seeing that piece of wasted human shit squirm as he was caught in lie after verifiable lie by a petite little female attorney? That? Brings me Peace.
      Knowing Windsor can't take advantage of the MaryDs, the Nancys, & so many othets he gave false hope to? Those that are disadvantaged & desperate, that he used? He deserves to spend the remainder of his life locked away from society.
      Windsor is really pure evil & has wasted every advantage afforded his sorry ass for a lifetime!
      To hear him chuckle & act better than those that devoutly support him to this day? Makes me despise him.

      I appreciate your words survivor, I'm sorry for you & everyone else he did nasty things to & he did a lot.
      Windsor is an unpatriotic coward, that has used his money to attempt to intimidate those he considers beneath him. To me that is beyond disgusting. Real men, humans that are as intelligent & wealthy as Windsor? Work to make life better for others. He never did that. Ever.
      He found joy creeping around single mothers, widows, & anyone that dared disagree with him or questioned his methods. Pfffffft! Can't take criticism? Answer questions? Be transparent? Don't keep putting self in your own made up lime light.
      I am well aware of our nation's faults, I see numerous things that need improvement. Forming citizens' grand juries & taking our great nation apart in the way of the Sovereign movement? I see THAT as treason.
      I hope life gets better for everyone that Windsor ever interjected himself into.

      I'm off to Veteran's Medical Center today to see real Patriots! Real Heroes! After seeing Windsor? Being able to see the greatest of our nation's Patriots is a terrific reward to me! Especially knowing while I'm there, Windsor is facing extradition! As my husband would've said "OooRah THAT!"

    MT Out-of-State Transportation (excluding MPTS shuttle transports)
    1. Staff will comply with the following procedures when transporting inmates out-of-state:
    a. the transportation sergeant will assign transportation officers to out-of-state trips;
    b. the transportation coordinator will schedule departure and return dates, and make
    the necessary financial, ticket, and accommodation arrangements;
    c. the records department will furnish necessary legal documents, e.g., extradition
    waivers and warrants;
    d. health care services staff will furnish a report regarding any medical concerns,
    including prescribed medication or special handling instructions;
    e. the transportation coordinator will ensure that proper inmate "dress-out" clothing
    is available to the transport officer(s);
    f. when ground transportation is used, inmates must be strip-searched, dressed in
    orange coveralls, and issued footwear;
    g. all necessary restraint equipment will be checked out from the transportation
    office;
    h. the transport vehicle must be serviced and completely searched;
    i. transport officers must wear official identification, side arms, and uniforms when
    transporting inmates out-of-state. Uniforms are not required when transport
    officers do not have an inmate in custody;
    j. prior to leaving, the transporting officers must report to the transportation office
    to obtain all necessary documents, e.g., waivers and warrants;
    k. transport officers must have in their possession:
    1) an inmate identification card
    2) current inmate photo
    3) an information sheet on each inmate to provide local law enforcement a
    picture and relevant data in the event of an escape or other emergency
    l. transportation staff must notify the receiving facility of the departure time,
    estimated arrival time, number of inmates, and other pertinent information;
    m. should overnight accommodations be necessary during a transport, a county jail
    will be used to house the inmate(s) and transport officers must:
    1) inspect the cell(s) that will hold the inmate(s) to determine if they are
    adequate
    2) ask the jailer(s) to isolate the inmate(s), if possible
    3) strip search the inmate(s) prior to cell placement
    4) ensure the inmate(s) are provided meals
    5) inform the jailer(s) of the scheduled departure time and leave the jailer(s) a
    phone number and location where officers can be reached
    n. transport officers must check in with the transportation coordinator or sergeant
    each day before 1500 hours to pass on necessary information and contact the shift
    commander on weekends and holidays; and
    o. if the arrival time is delayed en route, transport officers must notify the shift
    commander and the receiving facility. If the cause of the delay is serious,
    transport officers must also notify local law enforcement.

I found this link (anon 9:47) for Montana back when looking at whether or not Montana would do their own pick-up but I think they will use an extradition transport company such as http://www.transcor.com/ ...and with "numerous" extradition hearings going on for Windsor, tomorrow, who knows if Montana gets him or not.

      Delete
    2. I just don't think there's more than one state wanting to extradite Billy.
      It's possible Carroll emphasized the plural because multiple charges which varied in severity (ie, misdemeanors and felonies) are involved in the MT warrant, right?

      Delete
    3. If Montana obtained Windsor's computer - and in reviewing the computer came across more crimes that Windsor had committed, then Montana would be obligated to report those crimes to the state's AG or that county's prosecutor. It would be up to the state AG / county prosecutor as to whether or not to file criminal charges.
      I am hoping that Windsor's creation of websites under his victims' names will be considered stalking - and that MT turned that list over to the victims' AG / prosecutor to have charges filed against Windsor for stalking :)

      Delete
    4. Multiple charges in one state/warrant is just one hearing for that state/warrant. Montana has 2 misdemeanors & 3 felonies on one warrant - one extradition hearing for one warrant.

      Numerous extradition hearings? Numerous warrants? Tomorrow shall be interesting. Billy has been a busy and not in a good way.

  15. Hi all. Lots of thoughts about today.

    1) SFW DID give me an EVIL look, but in a hot sort of way,

    2) Judge Carroll will go through all the documents before ruling. He's conscientious that way.

    3) I heard from a little bit birdy how Windsor managed to get himself arrested. Apparently, Windsor told the court he was concerned for his own personal security for the hearing at the courthouse at the end of October. He apparently told court officials he believed he might be the target for violence in the court room. The court, being concerned for all that you can safety, ask for additional deputies. As part of their background research into their charge (Windsor), they discovered the felony warrant out for him from Montana. when Bill left that hearing, he was shaking hands with an thanking the deputies for coming to see to his security. He was trying to make a production out of it and acting like a big shot (as usual). I That's when they told him, “thank you sir, but, there is a felony warrant out for your arrest. We are going to have to take you in custody.”

    4) am going to try to make tomorrow's hearing, but no promises. The billing monster got very irritated today.

    add Windsor never tried to be a big shot about is needing security, it is extremely unlikely anyone in Ellis County would have known about the felony warrant and he would not have been arrested.

      He wasn't scared of me for many months. Then, he drove by one too many times & I did chase him with my SUV. I had learned he'd been to the cemetery shortly before that drive by....I'd contemplated driving by his place, yes, I've known where he was. I chose not to go out of my way for him. It was that Sunday that he drove past my elderly parents' & I followed, to my house! There he was! Pure rage took over.
      Windsor is a coward. He never drove by when my USMC husband was alive. That's a pussy.
      His lies got him the felonies, his lies of needing security got him arrested. His lies have gotten smacked back in his face by a female attorney so many times I've lost count! I especially love that most! He hates women & attorneys.

      I am truly sorry for those that continue to believe all he's told them. It's sad. Windsor used them & I do hope one day they'll wonder & begin researching on their own...by then? He'll be safe locked up, from some of them!

  16. From the "As Vic Sees It" file..

    "Vic Fedorov
    I see it like this, i know what crooks judges consistently and always are from several cases and court room visits. Bill is establishing that fact in his movie with thousands of examples. Everyone in the court house got their job through the same network that controls judges that were dastardly to you, which i believe is the democratic party, and they are ultimately behind or closely alligned with all the manifestations of judicial bs, and the harrassment and abuse of good bill. Bill can win this docket, but they will appeal and so no money till texas appeals court, or they will not appeal, and yet hearing upon hearing will be called to enforce the judgement, or these joeys are none too good with the credit rating and have no money, for which you have to fi d the people who are giving them orders, or just exactly how and why were these people provoked into attacking, because if the joeys cant answer that question, then law enforcement must find the people behind them. This is criminal stuff folks, and the apparatus to uncovering crime given to government. Moreover law enforcement seems co opted to not ensure cyber security here, nor seen the attack by evil upon the good not randomly or for much money, but because the victim is good, engaging in vital samatarianism, a mother theresa among legal victims, if you will. And this means there is a wide ranging complicit world, upon all these matters, for which just getting honest government concern looking into these matters and ways and means, is prime. My assumption too, is that judges are coerced into criminal behavior and 1, great victims of this way, and 2 aware of the stuff that goes down the most, because no one, the judges, the court house workers, the democratic party, can sensibly be desiring this state of affairs. It sounds like a horrible way. It only happens because it is very easy to control the kingdom of god, which was created purposefully, for the purpose of rendering a brutal and sacrifically natured history. So this exists, this substructure to american society, and it doesnt exist. It is a foil to climb over and get to a very serious discussion about God. That these night mares can exist point to a higher power doing more than what human nature is capable, to many many people.

      Vic Fedorov I feel the people bill is up against are physically dangerous, the network behind them, and yet by putting in the light their utterly assine attacks on one doing serious work that benefits all of America, one just sees how helpful the truth is, and how illogical the fears and machinations of the people in the darkness of crime are. So as u all know, this is a great story, older guy films chronic complaints by the people of criminal and corrupted behavior in the judiciary and courts, in an award winning documentary fashion, pulitzer work really,:-)and because criminals cant handle the truth, he is shot at and slandered and threatened, and forced to wade through the pathetic corruption of montana, trying to raise money suing the threatening and slandering to make money paying for the documentary. So pls try to get reporters on board.:-)its a national story

      The people who believed in Madoff-- did so, until he was arrested. Those people who supported Clinton with his "I did not have sexual relations with that woman" did so, until it was so blatantly obvious he was lying it was laughable. Now, he's just a joke.

      Sadly, the gullible people who don't want to see they were played, will scream and cry corruption, which is why they will always find themselves being played, taken advantage of and just plain miserable. "By and thru" something or other, but never due to their own poor choices.

      One can hope that he refocuses on the TX and MT legal systems though, I'd guess those will be his first targets, to hell with Judge Thrash. He's a boiling pot of fetid hate right now and I'd guess every day behind bars will make it worse.

    2. His life as he knew it is over. I'm not sure that he will be out, or if when he does get out if he'll have all the health and freedoms he has squandered. Just a guess. We'll see.

    1. Bill was right when he said the joeys were puckered up. He just didn't realize it was because we were getting ready to kiss his vexi ass goodbye.

    2. And by JOEYLAND, I mean the part of Bill Windsor's mind which realizes he's been in the Ellis Co. jail for the last 23 days.

  22. It is plausible that since Jennie has the fb password furthering the cause and being paid by Windsor to continue on. She may be in conspiracy of a crime against boushie now.

    2. Me too ... and regard to Jennie in the above comment, wouldn't she be considered a "agent" of the Pie Guy ... which means she would be guilty of breaking SB's PPO as well ?

    3. Possibly, Anon @1:07. It would take some real research to figure out how agency law intersects with orders for protection.

      If, say, Windsor hired a private investigator to follow Mr. Boushie around, I could well imagine that that would constitute a violation of the PO on Windsor's part—but would the P.I. be chargeable as well? What impact would the P.I.'s knowledge, or lack of same, of the existence and terms of the PO have?

      I don't know the answers to those kinds of legal questions. Law enforcement in Montana (and probably Texas and other places) almost certainly does, though.

    4. Thank You, Attorney. From personal experience I know that in a personal case of DV, the judge told my attacker that if he or any of his "agents" = (friends) tried to contact me, approach me or come anywhere near me, he would throw them in jail. He even went so far as to personally address one of the (friends-agents) and warn him individually.
