Judge Carroll SLAPPs Bill Windsor

Inmate 14-1898's 30 days of terror culminated in a civil ruling that is the worst case scenario for Windsor.  Judge Bob Carroll meticulously reviewed all the scribble writings of Bill's and then ruled in favor of granting Sean Fleming's Anti-Slapp motion to dismiss.  This is a crushing defeat as inmate 14-1898 must now open his pocket book.  Congratulations are in order to Barbara Hachenburg and her outstanding and disciplined legal work.  This is another big win for Sean Fleming over Bill, who you of course will know from the Sean Fleming Show.  Windsor started this frivolous lawsuit with the idea in mind that he would get a "big fat check" from every defendant.  As you can see in the order, he is now REQUIRED to cover court costs, attorney fees and other expenses.  He can only hassle over the actual amount, not that he must pay a large penalty.

Windsor will no doubt appeal this as he always does, but even for that, he must put some big money on the table in order to make that application.  On top of that, his entire TX case is now looking like a giant fiscal hole as the longer he stays in it, the more money he is going to owe to the defendants.

  1. Whoop, whoop, WHOOP!!!! You guys are incredible ... You shut down Windsor!!!!! I wonder what Windsor's reaction was when he read Judge Carroll's decision and realized his reign of terror was over.

I hope you guys get that s.o.b. for every penny he has. It will insure that he will never do this to others: “...sanctions against Windsor as the court determines sufficient to deter the filing of similar actions.”

MUAH!!! So proud of you guys :)

  4. Wonderful news. I have to say a huge "Thank you" to the Judge here, who saw through Windsor's lies so quickly. While I know this case is almost a year in the making, with only 3 hearings though, it came about quickly in the ruling phase.

When a litigant has been deemed "Vexatious" previously by a court, it should really be emphasized the need to verify merit before anything else takes place. All of Windsor's stall tactic filings only drained time and tax payer money. Just think how quickly this case could have been resolved.

Anyway, fist bumps to Ms. Hachenburg who clearly put the frivolous filer in his place and stopped many of his standard court games.

If Windsor was ordered to pay the 1000 + defendants he's attempting to sue, I'd say, he just might get his "Landmark case." (Just not the way he planned)

No one deserves to have to deal Windsor in the courtroom, lurking around their home, or his internet harassment!
I, too, hope & pray Judge Carroll orders Windsor to relinquish the .com hate site he created to further harass Flemming & all the other defendants/victims.
I also hope & pray the sanctions awarded to Flemming are so substantial that Windsor bawls like a little girl!

    2. @9:07: The way I see it, the GENII need to hate on someone and they selected Windsor as their target. Nothing constructive has been accomplished by this group. The goal was to inflict as much harm as possible on Windsor because, lol, he HAD to be stopped. Your weapon was/is the internet.

You were all SO sure Windsor could not hurt you in return because you said, your real names were buried under layers of proxies. Besides, the First Amendment would protect you!

How have those two safeguards worked out for you? lol Still, you are not finished, because you haven't learned anything.

Windsor eventually fought back. He declared his own war on you because you HAD to be stopped! In spite of how heavily outnumbered he is, he has managed to extract his pound of flesh. His weapon was/is the legal system. He is not finished with you either.

It has been very satisfying watching some of you suffer the logical consequences of your behavior. More would be a bonus I'd enjoy but don't have to have, lol!

      Delete
    4. Susan, do you think the "pound of flesh" you claim Bill extracted is worth the over $100,000 it's going to cost him? And exactly which defendant do you think "suffered"?

Freedom of Speech, satire, exchange of opinion, in addition to $anctions? That seems a tidy package!

Oh! Wait! There is that other #Nuance! Your Willy sits in jail, for felony stalking.
      Yup. That sums it up!

Willy is locked away & you? Well, you're just insignificant, except to toy with, & we do, just so we can see you spew :) & you always do! Ha!

      Delete
    7. @5:02: You'd have to ask Windsor how much the pound of flesh is worth to him. I got to see him take it, and it didn't cost me a penny!

Maybe you and I have different definitions of suffering. It seems to me that several defendants have paid attys fees that they will not get back. I don't think that would be fun.

I've read quite a few claims by posters here about the stress they have suffered via this litigation. Are they making that up because they want to see him sanctioned?

Spitunia just wrote: "No one deserves to have to deal Windsor in the courtroom, lurking around their home, or his internet harassment!"

RH, who seems to dramatize everything to the max, referred to it as "his reign of terror."

If I were a defendant I'd be suffering just because I have to read all of his filings! YMMV. Good for you if you enjoyed being a defendant. A positive attitude is half the battle!

      Delete
    8. As usual, Susan is wrong again. The lawyers in the Texas suit were all paid for by insurance. Nobody paid any fees they won't be getting back. And Sean is going to get paid on top of not paying fees. I don't know what "pound of flesh" you think you got to watch Bill extract. Maybe in your desperation you just imagined that. SMH

      Delete
    9. "Willy sits in jail"

I see Boushie's victory as entirely separate from the TX case. Regardless, if someone knocks out your teeth it's nice to see him get HIS teeth knocked out, but it's not going to help you chew your food.

      Delete
    10. Wow! Susan is still trying to spin a victory out of the mess that Bill has made of this case and his life. It's funny how desperate vexi idiots can see things that just aren't there.

      Delete
    11. 5:43: Really? All of the Texans that have engaged attys happened to have insurance for this situation? Alrighty then, lol.

"Nobody paid any fees they won't be getting back."

Really? Have you asked Allie about that?

"And Sean is going to get paid on top of not paying fees."

Sean is going to PROFIT from this? Now that WILL be interesting. I note you make that claim anonymously. I don't blame you, lol.

      Delete
    12. I'll answer a couple of those. Yes, I'll predict right now that Sean is not only going to profit from this, it'll be 5 figures. I also know that both Mr Round and Sean had clauses in their homeowners policy that covered any litigation expenses. It's insurance that no liens get placed against the home. I can't speak for Allie because I'm only concerned with the Texas suit. So your "alrighty then lol" statement once again points out just how uninformed you are. Even Windsor knows the lawyers were paid by insurance. Catch up dumb ass! SMH

      Delete
    13. @5:49: Not victory dear. Justice. He has at least gotten even with most of you.

Obviously it's impossible to calculate how much trouble each of you caused Windsor vs. how much trouble he caused you in return. I happen to think he gave as good as he got. YMMV.

      Delete
    14. You see Susan, when the Texas suit was first filed, I tried to point out to you that both you and Windsor were very unfamiliar with Texas civil litigation. Of course at the time you laughed at that because you figured no one on this blog could possibly know something your superior intellect might have missed. No you're really making yourself look ignorant but your obsession won't let you stop yourself.

      Delete
    15. RC you covered two Texans. They are not the only two that have used lawyers in this case. Is it possible that YOU don't know everything, lmao?

Let me get this straight. You believe Sean is going to be awarded some type of compensatory damages?

      Delete
    16. No one here caused trouble for Windsor, Windsor did that himself and to himself

      Delete
    17. Maybe you should enlighten me as to what other Texas defendant currently has representation Susan. Last time I was in court, all of the other defendants were pro se. As far as Sean receiving a judgement, you might want to research TCPA rulings and see where the sanction money went.

      Delete
    18. No one picked on Windsor because Windsor is a "limited public figure" and all his antics are up for debate, comments/opinions, mockery and hyperbole.

Now on the other hand, Windsor physically stalked numerous defendants, bought domain names to set up slander sites to list all his unproven "crimes." He did this all for self promotion IMO for his little failed revolution/GRIP crap. He wanted to post everything possible to get stupid people like you to support HIS illegal activities. SMH

Now maybe when Windsor gets a Judgment against him for ALL his various harassment through frivolous litigation tactics, it might be a wake up call to you as well. Vexatious litigants are a menace to the public.

      Delete
    19. "You see Susan, when the Texas suit was first filed, I tried to point out to you that both you and Windsor were very unfamiliar with Texas civil litigation."

Did I respond by telling you that you couldn't be more wrong about what I am familiar with RC? If not, I should have. If I was laughing it was because of the stupidity of your assumption.

      Delete
    20. Now I'm the one laughing at your ignorance and stupidity Susan. The more you comment, the more giggles I get. Do some basic research because, right now you're just pointing out why you shouldn't assume you know what's going on.

    21. "He has at least gotten even with most of you."

      1) Windsor has been in jail for over a month and has at least 26 more days before his next extradition hearing.

      2) He's about to be sanctioned personally and financially which could be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. He may also be required to take down his websites and forfeit domains.

      3) He's going have to answer the criminal charges in MT eventually, and the charges are very serious (he could wind up serving years).

If you think this is getting even, fine, but you forget he most likely will now have to defend himself from causes of action to be filed against him.

      Delete
    22. @7:21: When I speak of Windsor getting even I am not talking about the Boushie situation, which has been a separate little game, lol. I'm talking about how he made most of the people on this blog pay a price for their behavior.

Will he be forced to defend himself? If his assets are hidden he can ignore any lawsuit. So much of the game has yet to be played...sigh.

      Delete
    23. "How he made most of the people on this blog pay a price for their behavior"

I can only think of one person that Windsor made pay a price, and it wasn't for their behavior on this blog. Keep trying Susan, you'll get lucky and get it right someday. LMAO,SMH and any of the other moronic teen age sayings you can think to add to the end of your asinine comments.

      Delete
    24. Oh yes, the Vexi troll admits again, all their lawsuits are "games." This is all fun for them, and her comments are very clear when she claims he's made "most of the people on this blog pay a price for their behavior."

Our behavior? Exposing the real agenda of his "Revolutionary Party" masked in a false illusion of some "documentary?" Yes, we all believed it was a game, so we exposed that, and that is why he's mad. He was--and still is--trying to gain supporters by claiming anything outlandish he can think of for all those who hate our Government to sympathize with him and join in.

Ok, now on to the other typical Vexi game--hiding assets. Here Snoozie is saying that "If his assets are hidden he can ignore any lawsuit." See, they really think they can do anything to anyone, and never be held accountable.

Thanks Snoozie for admitting that-- "So much of the game has yet to be played." Surely it will come in handy when understanding the hiding game of the Vexi mind.

I was re reading some of Windsor's claims of "crimes" on his dot com site, and they are clearly opinions against his Govt. take over plot or opposing him in some way, shape or form. Not "crimes, not "defamation" nothing even close. Just someone with an opinion that Windsor didn't like, but since he's got the money and vindictive of satan, he will sue.

This is the man who said he would sue people for "liking" a group or person he decided was a "hater." Judy slipped in under the radar. Her #LoyalLeaderlessLawlessLemmingCard (#LLLLC) will be revoked, as soon as Windsor is rightfully given access to his computer(s) while he's incarcerated! hahahahaha hahahahaha

Windsor should use the #QuoWarrantoWrit ASAP! That? Would be a must see!

    4. Bill needs to come set these people straight. Enough with the soveirgn citizen propaganda, we don't do that here and I want no part of that. That's how we are remembering it

    5. LOL!! "I am not now, nor have I ever been Sovereign. I swear, I have no idea why these people are posting this stuff on my page, nor been on my "friends" list since the get go. I did not say "Citizen Grand Juries" but if I did, it was once, and a poor choice of words"

HAHAHAHAHA yeah right!! Note to Windsor, you needed to post up your denouncing stuff for the "Revolutionary Party" and all your "we'll find them all guilty of treason with our Citizen Grand Juries" stuff prior to lying to the Judge. It's just kind of messing up your lies.

    1. Appears the motion to dismiss was only granted as to one defendant. The motion for stay was granted, and case is stayed for 6 months as of 11-24-14.

Not really sure why the Judge there would allow the stay, since only one defendant was actually served, and responded. Another defendant was pretend served through the state, but there in no proof the state forwarded and service/suit on to that defendant.

Interesting the names on that suit are the same as some on this TX suit that are current defendants, and some that Windsor is trying to add, but hasn't been permitted to yet. How many cases can one person have, with the same defendants, in different states, pending at the same time?

    3. So, unless there is documents, it appears Kimberly was dismissed, but the rest is still there: 11/24/2014 Memorandum Decision and Order. RWC
      11/24/2014 Order of Stay. RWC
11/24/2014 Judge's Minutes. Order of Stay was issued. Order of Stay will be effective for 6 months. RWC

11/24/2014 Judge's Minutes. Memorandum Decision and Order was issued. Defendant, Kimberly Wigglesworth's Motion to Dismiss is granted. Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment against Defendant Wigglesworth is denied. RWC

  20. All Windsor vexi - ness aside for a second. .....oooooh. eeeeem.geeeee! Those people are dumb as rocks! I don't know to laugh or cry anymore, rocks I swear! I guess I had no idea there were so many in the world. For awhile? I understand. Because you're traumatized? I understand. Because you only hear one story? Okay. But....but....infinity facepalm!!!!! Okay, back to vexi-news. It's no news at all. The guy will never stop on his own. Par for the vexi course. If his goal was to teach a class in how our judicial system works? He will achieve it before it's over, just not in the way he thought.

    1. Yes, they are dumb as rocks. A few of them are posting the links to the crap Windsor wrote on his slander dot coms, that is full of complete fabrications and blatant lies. They comment as if it's the sole truth, and poor little Windsor is completely innocent.

At what point do they think, uh, something isn't adding up. Windsor claimed he had all this evidence of "crimes" and he allegedly filed "criminal charges" against dozens and dozens of people, yet no one was charged? Not one law broken that he claimed? I find that really telling, even in their "conspiracy" laden world, that not ONE state could find ONE single thing Windsor claimed to be true. Yet, all of them? Simply reading Windsor's take believe him without a single question. DUMB!! Probably why their lives are is such a mess. They can't see when they are being used and manipulated.

Here is a snippet in his own words about how the "movie" came about. I just want to repost and hope ONE LEMMING reads and thinks damn! We were played! It was all basically a joke, and only to get people for the main agenda--which is why they are still being strung along.

From "The Revolutionary Party" Facebook page:
      Short Description

The Revolutionary Party is a new political party created to save America from the dishonesty and corruption that is pervasive in government.

From the Lawless America Page that was removed:

"Lawless America is a Documentary film and a Revolution- The Lawless America Revolution.

In 2010....Bill quipped that if there was no other way to get Americans to understand that we are all victims of corruption, he would drive to all 50 states until he reached a million people to educate them. When that idea resurfaced again in 2012, Bill quipped that he guessed he should take a camera."

There is your "movie." In case you need the definition of Quip:

verb past tense: quipped; past participle: quipped
      make a witty remark.
synonyms: joke, jest, pun, sally; informal wisecrack

It was a joke, a quip, a witty remark about how to get to the Million people for "The Revolutionary Party." Period!! It was NOT what he sold you!! LMAO! DUMB!

  22. Wow, the lemmings have a plan to get Bill outta jail. And? They are going to start up a "donation" pool. The man who tried to pay the full 100G allegedly, who just dropped another close to $700 to file a new lawsuit, instead of working on hiring an attorney because he's too rich to get a public defender PER his own words? OMG this is seriously insanity in the making.

We've got rock person #1 writing a diatribe on what and who they all need to contact (which is pretty stupid following her advice since she was arrested and thrown in jail herself for 10 days on contempt charges for violating a court order) to rock person #2 & 3 deciding who'd going to find a bank to set up some account, to rock person #4 telling them all to follow rock person #1's advice because it will get Bill released.

    HOLY CRAP!!

  23. Dismissal for lack of jurisdiction are always without prejudice. That said, I don't think he is going to sue you in Georgia.

    [ Anonymous November 9, 2014 at 11:03 PM ]

The Anon who posted this is WRONG; my dismissal for lack of jurisdiction is WITH PREJUDICE, and I have copy of the signed and filed order to prove it.

(Of course, we know who the Anon was).

Not Bill here again. Bill has been in the Texas jail for thirty-four days for violating a Montana protection order. He has to post bail in Texas and they refused to accept his bond. If Montana doesn't pick him up within 90 days they will release him. He says he's having an experience money cannot buy!

    1. Wow, with the continued Misinformation being spewed over there!! Manic MaryD is still claiming the reason for the arrest was due to Windsor sending the court documents. NO ITS NOT!!

Then DUMB Debbie keeps up the lie that Windsor was "shot" at. NO HE WASNT.

At this point, I can't wait for the case to get heard. I can't wait until the prosecutor shows the actual evidence to shut these rock idiots up. The fact that they keep repeating Windsor's lies and are going to start harassing Government officials over it, when they have NO idea what actually happened? Just goes to show how dangerous Windsor is, in getting his rock lemmings to attack for him.

Here is one comment that is concerning IF Windsor bonds out. "Flight risk"!!!

"Wilbur William Witt Jr.-- If he can get sprung I can bring him here to Killeen. I have two safe houses with offices where he can work this through"

  25. Wow, I saw that last LA post, I mean misinformation, um lie. That clock to pick up tankass does not start ticking until the last formal extradition hearing ends *or* he signs the extradition waiver (whichever one comes first). ...and there is a pesky little note on his jail page: Montana will not take out of state bond. I can't believe the lemmings do not research anything (everything) and instead take Windsor's word as truth.

I'm seeing a trip in Windsor's near future: Round America on the Extradition Bus.
