Court Time Open Tread!!!

I'm not sure this is what Bill will be wearing to court today....but at some point, if he goes all in as he claims he will, this may be how everyone will see him.  So who knows what happens today:

Contempt
Mistrial
Judge dismisses
Hung jury
DA drops
Not Guilty
Guilty

The only thing we can know for sure is Susan is wrong

  1. I think Marty has been consulting with Susan.

Bill Windsor I have reason to believe that it was Sean FLEM LING that got you blocked on fb for 30 days. He did the same thing to me on 3 different occasions. GO after him for blocking your freedom of speech. Go after fb as well. Call Governor Greg Abbott's office to have the entire lawsuit in Texas dropped as well as the $250,000 award to Flem Ling. You should then be able to go after him for 3 times that amount and have him and the others incarcerated for the same amount if time that you did or more.

    2. Bwahahahahahaha! Can y'all imagine how that call to Governor Abbott would go?
Was Marty absent the last BillBitchSlap Windsor took from Facebook's attorney Julia?
I was unaware Facebook was a constitutional right!
      Bwahahahahahaha!!
Marty just adds to today's hilarity! He's such a clueless toad and left completely out of the Windsor world information loop! He probably doesn't even know today is "THE Trial of THE Century"!

    3. LMAO @ Clueless toad!! Oemgee!!
How hysterical watching the absurdity postings coming from P.R.E.H.N (for the media) to do something about blah, blah, blah...

DUDE!! Let it go man! Your obsession with Mr. Fleming has gone into creepy stalker status in a bad way. Are you overcompensating for a suppressed issue perhaps? If not? You surely wouldn't still be blathering on like you do. Plus the fact that you are making a bigger ass out of yourself because this--I don't know what to call it? Threat? Marty-mush-mouth-mutterings? What is that?--it's all just empty words on a blank screen for who? Who do you really think it's effecting? What is it accomplishing? Other than more documentation of what a moron you truly are! A completely impotent blowharding billshitter wanna be clueless toad!! (c) (SFW)

      Bahahaha

  3. It must have been bad today for Billy, he hasn't figured out a spin his post other than to say 95% of his 'proof' was disallowed LOL, and yes Snuza, he calls it a trial, and it happened today, should be over by noon tomorrow

    1. Agree Oceans. He keeps changing his spew, I can't follow what he's talking about or what day he's talking about ( say's he has to be back in court in the am on Tuesday for cross exam and jury instructions etc ... )? Duh, today is Tuesday
I think he's deliberately trying to confuse the lemmings about the fact he got his ass handed to him today.

    2. Does this mean Susan won't reveal her great inside info the someone here dropped the ball on? I'll be soooo disappointed if she doesn't. We miss all the important stuff.

    3. he just copies and pastes too much and confuses himself. He has had the same basic post for days and just slightly edits it. He must think it is too wonderful to not post again. He is promising his opening statement and blaming someone in California for his lack of camera today. LMAO and the person who hooked him up is saying they were never able to get in contact. Typical Billspew, it's always someone else.

I just spoke to William Wagener and he did try to get in touch with your guy and I guess we could not reach you guys by phone to talk it out. I know you are busy and that is most likely why this got done. I wrote the media request and fought back when they returned it. So, we tried.

You have preventative measures in place such as not talking on the phone that got in the way. Wagener did communicate with you. Wagener called and spoke to the clerk and she was being squirrly with him. I think they planned on denying the media request in Court just like they denied your evidence. So, there are lot of problems, but we did a lot on our side.

LMAO the clerk got squirrely? How about there are rules that Windsor's ilk can't seem to grasp when it comes to court in general. Could be the big reason they're all LOSERS!

Oh and Windsor? Nice try on the excuse as to why this "Trial of the Century" won't be filmed now. Dickwad. The "haters" once again, foiled your lies. But hey, anyone that can post the court procedures, laws, statutes and codes ARE your enemies right? Thus "Haters" and or "Joeys?"

How many of those wide mouthed Juror's will become "Joeys" tomorrow afternoon? Did you buy their domain names yet? Or are you busy doing that this evening? Because if anything--you are preDICKtable.

Hopefully the DA will request an injunction against you or anyone acting on your behalf, in purchasing any domain names in any form for any member of the jury. It's not like your belligerent history hasn't been proven.

Really? Michael Warnken is going to be played by Windsor like this? Oh, yeah...that's a bad idea. Michael isn't one of the typical lemmings Windsor. He now knows you're full of billshit. He might be soft wording it on your FB page, but he knows the truth now about you. DOH!

  4. LOL, he 'updated' his post. he thinks the jury is on his side...yep, same old windbag. I sure hope they stop him from getting the jurors names as websites, we know he will not be able to stop himself.

  6. I have this question. Bills Defense was so awesome where he was going to challenge the jury with whether or it was constitutionally his right to email the attorney for the University because he "had to" because he had sued boushie and the campus in December of 2013 after receiving a TPO from them against him. So breaking the TPO he sends service of this new lawsuit and further emails to the attorney probably in the same fashion he spoke to my attorneys in emails. Yet now he writes to night this, " I was denied the ability to present evidence to show that Sean Boushie falsified emails to make them look like they came from me or others. This would have helped defeat the charge that I sent an email to an attorney at the University of Montana." Like now he wants jury members to think that Boushie just created them all. LOL wait LMAO, wait LMAOROLF
    This is great.

    2. Windbag wants the jury to apparently believe some hacker created the email that he couldn't have ever sent. Yet he refuses to believe that the emails he all edgily recd could have been sent, if at all, by someone other than who he insists must have sent them. Ummmm ya. Never mind he probably created them or at least sent them to himself. All he provides is a copy paste.

    3. Oh my gosh, that's a great one. LMAO.

Question from the peanut gallery: If Windsor is convicted - when he appeals his conviction, can he claim he was not properly represented?

It's Windsor. So yes. Even though he signed something releasing his court appointed rep. Remember, this is the guy, who agreed to settle the M.O.M case, only to turn around and make a federal case (pun intended) out of it.

Windsor's word is worthless. No matter the outcome of today, guilty or not guilty, the drama queen will continue making mountains out of mole hills for self promotion.

Here's a fun thought--what if TX shows up today to escort him back to TX for his bail/bond jumping there? Oh, that would be fun!

  8. From the Lawless America Facebook page

"The following message was posted on the Facebook page of Democracy Now at 11:19 Pacific time: Seeing how Judge James A. Haynes, of Missoula, Montana, is denying Bill Windsor's rights, it is a mockery to call a nation a Democracy when judges are allowed to not follow the law nor the Constitution (Viendo como el juez James A. Haynes, de Missoula, Montana esta negando los derechos a Bill Windsor, es una burla llamar a un país una democracia cuando los jueces están permitidos a no cumplir con la ley ni la Constitución)."

Seems the call for "Revolutionaries" is continuing to sounding off due to all of Windsor's repeated lies...
