Well Folks, I Guess My Time Is Up Today

If you mess with bull, you get the horn or something like that.  I slept in this morning, cleaned off my tooth brush, gave my dogs an extra scooby snack and went to my neighbor's farm and shared a touching moment with an alpaca.  I'm ready to meet my fate.

As you all probably know by now, today is the day Bill Windsor is going to file charges against me for:
"libel, slander, defamation, and cyberstalking. I am filing criminal charges against you on Monday, and I will file one or more civil actions."

And as we have learned, whatever Bill says is true because he never lies, my impending incarceration is only minutes away.  I'm sure they will take this blog down and tear apart the clubhouse.  I'm gonna miss you guys.  Maybe me and Joey can become crayon colored pen pals.

Signing off from the clubhouse, sniff sniff

I'll put some money on your "books" & send you a "how to survive" guide letter asap. You can get anything you need inside by trading 2 soups & a stamp (soups=RamenNoodles & stamp=USpostage stamp/currency on the inside).
I hope IF I go back down, I get my same bunk!

I told our police chief what was up over coffee this morning. He giggle snorted. He said he was gonna pass it on to the county guys, so they could be prepared to haul me in. I love life in my town!

So here's a giggle. I was back over at the last page and noticed that Allie was commenting on some posts. I had asked if her gag order expired before or after the video.

She said (I believe this is her posting)

    "Anonymous February 11, 2013 at 1:24 AM
Expired before the video. Wasn't celebrating. Was very uncomfortably sad."

IF it had expired before she made her video, they WHY even bring that up? Like it was a surprise to her? Games, this is all just a bunch of stupid people looking for sympathy, posting their makeshift drama, and filling some emotional void.

Allie, really, grow up. If we can see through you, no wonder the Judge did too.

    2. Of course she's lying. This is the problem with the masses of asses over in pie land. They all have severe credibility issues.

Good one Ninja! To say that they all have credibility issues, begins with the fact that they are associating with Bill Windsor.

That they believe in these citizen grand juries goes to their gullibility and lack of well, just about everything. There will be no magical reversal of any cases, and no one will pay them back for the money they have spent, and custody cases will not be voided. Some of them may end up worse off for the association with Lawless America purely because they are getting and following bad legal advice.

  6. and just to refresh you on what I'm up against:

Were you born mentally ill, or did it happen over time?

I would have thought you were more aware of criminal charges and the like since I have been advised that you were incarcerated for public drunkenness (if not more).

As most folks know, the charges have to first be filed where the victim lives. That would be here.

Virtually everything that you ever post is a lie, and you couldn’t prove any of the garbage you and yours have posted if your life depended on it. Thank you for replying to acknowledge that you received the cease and desist notice. Check the Georgia statutes on what happens when you persist past this point.
I demand that you immediately issue a retraction of everything you have ever said or that you have ever allowed to be posted, item by item, and issue a public apology.
We’ll have folks watching and listening.

    Dude:

An investigative reporter has the goods on you. The media has been working on you for a month or more.

I believe you are a criminal destined for a mental facility. And I will be there laughing my ass off when it happens. I will investigate everything about you for the rest of my life.

You are a pathological liar. And if you don’t think I can do anything about it, you are a bigger fool than I thought.

Can we meet with the police at the air conditioner repair shop? If not, you name the spot.

Nor should Stop the Silence be worried about Lawless America posting the personal details and contact information of abused women and children on the internet.

I've checked Windsor's local paper, The Marietta Daily Journal (online edition), for the last several days--no notice of Windsor's house/property being raided or ceased. IMHO, we need to make sure we're not the vector of rumors.

    3. Windsor's regular house he resides at is in Fulton County. I'm not sure they're even allowed out in Marietta house anymore? But the tax records for both properties are still in their names.

      Delete
    4. Yappy, I'm not at liberty to go into details, but I have very good reasons to respectfully disagree Bill and Barb are now in Fulton and not Cobb. Indeed, even in his email, Billy said he was going to file charges against Ginger in Cobb--why would he do that? I don't think Cobb would have any jurisdiction if the Windsors had their legal residence in Fulton. Make sense?

      Delete
    5. Ok, no problem sorry for the error. Thanks Sluggo, much appreciated :)

I wonder what they're using the Fulton property for? Hmmmm unless that is Barbara's full time residence. He has mentioned repeatedly over months how she's in Atlanta, not Marietta.

      Delete
    6. Sluggo, that brings up some interesting details.

Fulton - the assessor has Y for homestead exemption on the assessment, but when I go to look at the bill, it looks like they are paying school taxes and there is no actual exemption (also, no homestead exemption is shown on their notice of value - even though it is Y on the main page.)

Cobb - they do have the homestead exemption on the house in Cobb county and are receiving a tax discount. Meaning, they don't have to pay school taxes which amount to almost $7,600 annually.

Now, their Cobb county assessment gets mailed to Fulton. So, one would assume they are in Fulton. But, aren't you supposed to claim homestead exemption on the place you are actually living? (And I'm still a little confused about the main page of Fulton showing a homestead exemption, I'm wondering if it wasn't on for 2012, but will be for 2013. Even if Barbara and Bill were to be estranged, they can only claim one homestead. Or at least that is how it is in the state which I reside . . . )But, I would like to point out that it is very convenient that they claim exemptions on the more expensive home . . . they'd pay more than 50% more in Cobb than Fulton . . .

Now, hopefully that makes sense, and I wrote the right county every time.

  15. WE LIVE IN LAWLESS AMERICA.

It's time. We want our country back. And we are going to get it.

Starting April 1, 2013, Lawless America Nobodies will file criminal charges nationwide against corrupt judges, attorneys, witnesses, and government officials of all types. If these criminals are not prosecuted by those currently in power, we will conduct our own trials.

We will make room in the prisons by releasing all who were wrongfully convicted or who are in prison for victimless crimes. That will open 80% of the space in our prisons, so we will have plenty of room and save gazillions of dollars.

So they want to lock up all our elected officials while letting out 80% of the duly convicted criminals to roam the streets. I wander if "Stop the Silence" is on board with this mission statement?

    2. How exactly are they going to determine who was wrongfully convicted? And just because a crime is victimless, aren't most of these crimes because of the potential victims? Like say DUI . . . maybe nobody got hurt, but the potential is very high. And is there a victim if nobody is physically harmed? Does he think that theft is a victimless crime? Does he have numbers to support this number representing 80% of people in prison? Maybe jail, but prison? I'm pretty sure most of the population in prison represents substantial crimes that do involve victims and have been proven.

So another LIE that the page is being re-done. So I hope that his day with po-po's went fabulous. He violated fb community standard on bullying and harassment. Why is he saying the old page will become a "fan page"? Does anyone know what that means?

If he converts his page, everything he had before including followers and friends goes with him and converts to likes or something like that.

The fan page just means he can have more members or likes and give him more 'room' to fudge stuff.

    2. Off topic but I don't know if people go back and read things higher on the threads here.

Windsor has never been barred from filing "any lawsuit anywhere". The original order said, Windsor is ORDERED not to file in any court any new lawsuit which involves claims arising from the same factual predicate or nucleus of operative facts as the instant case (referring to MOM).

After he violated that order, the court said, "The Plaintiff is ordered to post a cash bond or corporate surety bond acceptable to the Clerk in the amount of $50,000.00 to satisfy any award of Rule 11 sanctions before filing any additional papers in this case without the consent of the Court."

He is free to file any new case anywhere, as long as the facts are unrelated to any of his previous MoM litigation.

You can't file a court document stating that someone has been a "Big Meanie" to you because he attacked them and they responded back. BRING IT ON I say. Been waiting for WEEKS to be erased from the earth (as he said in his HATE video). All started because some people do not agree that grandparents should be on birth certifcates. At a glance, the average person freaks out at the idea that he could have lost his rights as a citizen forever! That's the kind of decision that should concern every citizen of this country.

On the other hand, how many people care that he was finally told he has exhausted all possible reasons to bring claims against anyone involved in the MoM case and that the court will not entertain another word about it?

    9. All you really need to know:

A legal action or proceeding initiated maliciously and without Probable Cause by an individual who is not acting in Good Faith for the purpose of annoying or embarrassing an opponent.

The U.S. legal system permits persons to file civil lawsuits to seek redress for injuries committed by a defendant. However, a legal action that is not likely to lead to any practical result is classified as vexatious litigation. Such litigation is regarded as frivolous and will result in the dismissal of the action by the court. A person who has been subjected to vexatious litigation may sue the plaintiff for Malicious Prosecution, seeking damages for any costs and injuries associated with the original lawsuit.

Litigation is typically classified as vexatious when an attorney or a pro se litigant (a person representing himself without an attorney) repeatedly files groundless lawsuits and repeatedly loses. Under the Common Law, the frequent incitement of lawsuits by an attorney constituted the crime of Barratry. In modern law, however, barratry is viewed as an archaic crime and is rarely enforced. Attorneys who encourage vexatious litigation are subject to discipline for violating rules of professional conduct and may be suspended from the Practice of Law or disbarred.

Sometimes pro se litigants who have lost their initial lawsuits file new actions based on the dispute contained in the original suit. Because the judgment of the original case is dispositive, a court will ultimately dismiss these new actions. To avoid the expenditure of court resources, as well as the costs associated with the defendant's defense of repeated frivolous claims, a court may issue an order forbidding the pro se litigant to file any new actions without permission of the court.

Vexatious litigation is a type of malicious prosecution that enables the defendant to file a tort action against the plaintiff. A plaintiff in a malicious prosecution must prove that a legal proceeding (or multiple proceedings) was instituted by the defendant, that the original proceeding was terminated in favor of the plaintiff, that there was no probable cause for the original proceeding, and that malice, or a primary purpose other than that of bringing the original action, motivated the defendant. A plaintiff in such an action may recover, for example, the expenses incurred in defending the original suit or suits, as well as resulting financial loss or injury. A plaintiff may also recover damages for mental suffering of a kind that would normally be expected to follow from the original action.

vexatious litigation n. filing a lawsuit with the knowledge that it has no legal basis, with its purpose to bother, annoy, embarrass and cause legal expenses to the defendant. Vexatious litigation includes continuing a lawsuit after discovery of the facts shows it has absolutely no merit. Upon judgment for the defendant, he/she has the right to file a suit for "malicious prosecution" against the original vexatious plaintiff. Moreover, most states allow a judge to penalize a plaintiff and his/her attorney for filing or continuing a "frivolous" legal action with sanctions (money award to the defendant for the trouble and/or attorney fees). Btw, the appellate court's opinion upholding the original order which said that Windsor could not file anything else about the MoM case, is on line and says:

The Court concludes that its injunction properly limited Windsor's ability to file new lawsuits in other trial courts, so long as that limit hinged on those new suits stemming from the same set of facts underlying the closed case before the undersigned. The injunction on Martin–Trigona targeted his propensity to file new, frivolous lawsuits across the country by limiting his ability to do so; the Court's injunction here targets Windsor's propensity to continue rehashing issues of fact and law already conclusively determined by this Court and the Court of Appeals, and the Court concludes that it may limit Windsor's ability to do so elsewhere.

    So Slanderfella just received this:

    Susan Harbison

GS, on the very, very slim chance that you have not thoroughly researched cyberstalking and cyberharrassment laws, I am going to suggest that you do so.

I'm sure you know that as the site owner you are not responsible for what your guests say.

I'm not sure what choice of law applies to your situation. TX does not appear to have any cyber stalking or cyber harassment laws, I don't know what Georgia's criminal law is.

    http://www.ncsl.org/issues-research/telecom/cyberstalking-and-cyberharassment-laws.aspx

I think it may cross some lines to follow him around the Net for the stated purpose of destroying his relationships with others (Washington Post, the TV show, other activist groups).

I believe I've seen some clear admissions of malice and intent to harm Windsor on your site. I'm not saying they came from you, I just know I have seen it. These writer's have given him solid claims for intentional infliction of emotional distress, tortious interference with business, etc.

It is fairly easy to stay on the right side of the law and still convey the messages you want to convey about Windsor. But, for some reason, everyone is acting as if there are no laws that will protect Windsor. He does have legal recourse. Whether he will ever go to the incredible trouble of exercising that right, I don't know. But I don't want to find out either. Even if the case is dismissed very early, it will only occur after the defendant invests a lot of time to get it done. What's the point in inviting that? smh

He's the world's biggest ass, and I love that you are exposing him. I'm just suggesting you don't unnecessarily hand him what he needs for criminal charges or civil claims.

    Regards,
    Susan

  24. Yes, I sent that to him. And the reason I sent it privately, is because I didn't want Windsor to see it. I was hoping GS might circulate it privately so that, as I said about Windsor and his movie, people here might take a "first do no harm" (to themselves) approach.

When this guy falls on his face and loses his followers to a better leader (and that IS what is going to happen) the only place he will have to vent his rage is on the posters here. I won't say anymore about it where he can read, but people should not assume he is without options.

He has discredited himself by his own articles of which have been the basis of the posts by said bloggers. (As well as the horrible things he has filed against Judges which will be used against him in any suit against anyone)

On the other hand if he tried, there would be plenty of people to support those he tries to go after, in their support of outing the largest con to protect victims of his fraud. Just my opinion.

    3. Unfortunately Ninja, the court doesn't, or isn't supposed to, decide cases because people think they were morally justified in doing something. The claims that would be involved are complicated and I'm not going to get into them here.

    4. The burden of proof falls on the one who files suit. I am saying that not only would he have a slim to none chance of proving any of the outlandish claims he makes against others, but the defense of those others would have way more support via testimony of witnesses to discredit him, and his cry baby claims.

He told someone here, that he doesn't need to prove anything, they do. He once again is dead wrong. Probably why he has never won any lawsuits he has filed.

In the letter, I stated that failure to do so would be, in my opinion, a violation of the law. 5. YES Anon, he has given many people cause to sue him. How many of them have done so? Even if they do, he can simply default. I assume he is judgment proof. He is therefore effectively immune from a civil claim and too bad for anyone that is his victim. People that don't intend to have any assets in their name for the rest of their lives have this perk.

The question is, if you violate his rights in return will he sue YOU. And there is no defense called, "he did it to me first". Maybe, depending on the claim, you could get in the evidence of what he did to you, but it's not an absolute defense.

This area of law is a mess. It was a mess before the Net and the problem has been magnified many times by the Net. There are thousands of victims with no recourse. No one is bothering to do anything about it.

If a powerful person becomes a victim, he might find some recourse, legal or not!

Recently a man was sentenced to five years in jail in Indiana, for putting up a site bashing a judge, just like Windsor has done. Instead of suing the offender for the appropriate claim of defamation, the judge had him charged under Indiana's criminal intimidation statute. The state carefully ignored a key element of the statute in order to make it fit the situation. The appellate court affirmed and now the case is on it's way to the state Supreme Court. But in the meantime, the guy is IN JAIL for his blog.

A regular victim of such a site would have been told her only remedy is civil. And if the defendant is judgment proof, she actually has no remedy at all. :(

You sure do. But he has an invisible shield around him, protecting him from suit. If you don't have that same shield, make sure you know the difference between your right to freedom of speech and his right to protection from malicious activity.

    7. Ever hear the saying that the "wheels of justice are slow"? Surely you don't think that all of his victims are done with him? I know I am not. He can continue and bully/harass and declare himself King of the world while behind the scenes of fakebook and the internet, you know the REAL world, the gears are moving, trust that. All of his victims are still coming to light. You think there will be no recourse? That nobody is doing anything? That's because you don't have a dog in my fight and I will be damned if one old man is going to take me and other victims down.

  30. @V. Applause applause... Pie boy is the dog crap on the bottom of my shoes. Screw him and his lies. If he comes after me he will regret it.

I'm wondering who Susan is?? An attorney?? Making inquiries about billy? I don't trustanyone anymore, so ya know.

    1. INVISIBLE SHIELD? What?? You're so concerned and it's really troubling since you say one thing on one page and another you change gears. You think that he's untouchable? Based upon WHAT?

      Delete
    2. I was referring to the likelihood that he is judgment proof. He is shielded by the fact that it is impractical for anyone to sue him. Even if you sue him pro se, the majority of the work falls on the plaintiff, so it's a lot of work. If he's judgment proof he can simply ignore the suit, let you get a judgment, and then what? If there were a way to collect a judgment against him, he wouldn't still owe someone else over $75,000.

So what would be the point of seeking civil recourse?

If you need further explanation please ask.

    3. Btw, Anon, if you think I contradicted myself somewhere please point it out.

Maybe you think I am "changing gears" because I am trying to warn all of you?

Look, I detest the guy. I very much want to see him exposed and I love the fact that this site is here.
What I don't want, is to see HIM turn around and hurt one of you back.

  31. Sorry V, that last post was in response to something you wrote.

FYI I wonder who all of you are too, lol.

During my 15 years of experience with Internet forums I’ve learned the following:

Take everyone at face value. If they are not who they claim to be and they have some negative agenda, they are going to be disappointed. They will not be able to mislead me because I don’t act upon any information unless I’ve checked it out. I certainly don’t give any sensitive information to anyone unless they have earned my trust, which is extremely difficult to do.

Paranoia leads to a lot of time consuming efforts to research people. In the end, one is bound to make at least a few mistakes which lead to injustice against innocents. It is never worth the trouble to concern myself with who is who.

    1. Fifteen years?? Pffffffft. Whatever. Sure there is no defense he did this first and I did that. You see the point is this is NO LONGER a civil matter, it's CRIMINAL, savvy??
HE POSTED PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET (we have the screen shots and I'm sure the FBI can retrieve data from his computers etc.) of the evidence in which he posted women who are protected under their state confidentialty laws. WRONG MOVE.
You may want to look back on this blog into the Joey years in regards to fraudulently using personal information. You don't have ONE clue what's going on here and perhaps it's a good thing. I don't know you and you don't know me. But rest assured the cards are falling and as we speak the wheels of justice are coming for billy. WE ARE THE VICTIMS. WE DID NOTHING TO WARRANT HIS ATTENTION. GET IT THROUGH YOUR THICK SKULL

      Delete
    2. no one is going to get anything out of Bill by suing him, I think most of us get that. We have been dealing with Joey for years on here and he operated with the same immunity.

Now you assume since we are anonymous that we would have a negative agenda. Yeah, I can see your suspicions, but what you don't seem to appreciate is the extra layer of protection it provides us from someone like Bill.

Even if he wanted to sue me, for instance he is going to have to be able to subpoena my service provider to get my info, and to get them to give up that info you are going to have to have some pretty good proof of your accusation. And you know what? He still isn't there yet, he only knows where the computer was but can't prove who was on it. So, while I appreciate what you are saying and yes everyone needs to know they are responsible for what they say, I don't think you quite appreciate our little operation over here.

    3. V, I never meant to imply no one had criminal recourse against Windsor. I thought I made it pretty clear I was referring to civil claims. If not I'm sorry.

I have extensive experience in procedure and law for unmasking posters. If you've been down this road before then you know what to expect too.

I know you have some very savvy tech people here, and if you have covered your tracks well enough you may very well be safe enough to do as you please without fear of reprisal.

Of course I don't appreciate your operation! I have no idea what you are doing behind the scenes.

Look, I see that people here believe they are invincible. So be it. MAYBE you are.
I've made my point and will rest my case on this matter, lol.

    4. I don't understand this part though: Now you assume since we are anonymous that we would have a negative agenda.

I make NO assumptions about any of you. I've been in Internet forums since 1998...you learn very quickly not to make assumptions.

    5. I'm not worried about ANY reprisal whatsoever. I have done nothing wrong. If pointing out lies about someone will cause a reprisal then truly you are still on a Kool Aid hangover. I hope it will pass soon.

Yeah something isn't sitting quite right with your expertise.

  32. Hang on there Anon. If I said you have no recourse anywhere, I misspoke. What I mean is you have no practical recourse.

"You think there will be no recourse? That nobody is doing anything? That's because you don't have a dog in my fight and I will be damned if one old man is going to take me and other victims down."

Obviously I have no idea if anyone is doing anything behind the scenes and I didn't claim to know. Don't get mad at me because I am trying to warn all of you to watch your asses! It's not my fault that the law is screwed up!

    2. I feel like I'm playing tag you are it all over this post trying to answer you....anyway no, we are not invincible. I hope no one on here thinks that.

But, in terms of Billy boy I feel extremely confident...not just because of his past history, but mainly because he is a grade A dumb ass. There is a reason he can't ever win in court, he is stupid. So even if I somehow end up there, I think I know how it will end.

If I were dealing with a smart, competent, balanced individual you can bet your ass I would be extremely cautious about what I say, but I've got pegged pretty well.

    3. Right on GS! IF we were dealing with a smart, competent, balanced individual. Just wait until what tomorrow may bring for the liar, con, fraud, delusion person who's lost his mind. As a victim of family courts I know my way around. The Feds didn't take Capone down for being a mobster ROFLMAO. If BW WAS smart he'd book it to Costa Rica real quick like. But sit back and relax because guess who's back? Back again, shady's back, tell a friend LOL and no not that Slimmy, I'm the OG Slim Shady. I GOT THIS.

    1. Who is a public figure?

A public figure is someone who has actively sought, in a given matter of public interest, to influence the resolution of the matter. In addition to the obvious public figures—a government employee, a senator, a presidential candidate—someone may be a limited-purpose public figure. A limited-purpose public figure is one who (a) voluntarily participates in a discussion about a public controversy, and (b) has access to the media to get his or her own view across. One can also be an involuntary limited-purpose public figure—for example, an air traffic controller on duty at time of fatal crash was held to be an involuntary, limited-purpose public figure, due to his role in a major public occurrence.

      Examples of public figures:

A former city attorney and an attorney for a corporation organized to recall members of city counsel
A psychologist who conducted "nude marathon" group therapy
A land developer seeking public approval for housing near a toxic chemical plant
Members of an activist group who spoke with reporters at public events

    2. Not one UNTRUE or FALSE statement has been made against HIM. ALL HIS WORDS, POSTS ETC.
Making fun of a bully to my knowledge is still "legal". He's done far worse than what I and others have been accused of. Of course we don't trust anyone here. This is a blog that highlights the lowlife and his lies. PIES AND LIES should be his new tag line.
I don't get where you think what has been said about him could be construed as some horrific crime.

  34. I've not seen or heard anyone here bring up Windsor's non-MOM case: Jorgensen v. Round America LLC et al

Windsor prevailed in a Summary Judgment because the claims were time-barred, but the case shows just how vindictive "The Piehole" can be.

    1. I've seen that. I just wish there was more information on it.

Funny how Bill claims it was his son's company. (he also claims to have owned 75%) He also claims that he just happened to be visiting the office that day when the MoM negotiation and started it so he kept handling it . . like just through a few emails. . . . and yet, here he is in multiple court cases regarding it & later trying to get the contract to run boat at the falls himself.

    4. Thank you that was a treat. Yet another example of William M. Windsor thinking he is untouchable. An incredible example of how little he cares about anyone else's rights. It seems he enjoys aggravating people simply because he believes he can.

Although the plaintiff probably spent some money on an atty, Windsor did too.

    9. Anon@9:11 I'm not sure what issue you have with Susan's advice here. IMHO, she's trying to alert us to the simple fact Mr. Windsor should be considered "armed and dangerous" when it comes to litigating, and I think the advice is sound and should be heeded. I've tried to read everything Windsor has filed in the courts, and frankly, both tone and the volume of the litigation is simply gobsmacking. Again, I agree with Susan--not since the days of the Colossus of Rhodes has the world seen this size of a$$hole!
