With his big showdown in court tomorrow, Bill has put his vexatious self in overdrive. He continues to pretend to be a real attorney as he hires a court reporter to document his made up deposition of Allie. He didn't find neither Allie's nor her "alleged so-called" attorney Matt O'Conner's reason for not being able to come as an acceptable excused absence. So he went ahead and filmed it, with the smirking court reporter sitting there wondering if she should have looked to see if his check bounced before showing up. He posted all of this on his new lawless facebook page which only has 81 Likes, down from the previous 46,000 just a few weeks ago.
Winsdor then did a solo-youtubing of himself coming out after the mock deposition stunt. Bill called Matt a prick. He then went on to confirm the death of Lawless America because he has decided that stalking people critical of him is now more important than exposing his made up corruption, I guess this is bad news for all those murders in jail hoping he was their white knight. Windsor said that we, his critics, cost him everything including his family (wife, kids, and grand kids). The only thing he seems chocked up about losing was his grand kids, no real love lost for his wife and kids. Of course this new story doesn't jive with his previous version where he said his ex-wife gave him an ultimatum....either stop driving around the country putting random people on youtube, or lose your family. He chose youtube, and then subsequently lost his log in password to it. He lies by saying he never knowingly tells a lie, and he vows to hunt down stalk, harass, libel, slander and intimate all his critics for the rest of his life. Never mind that he has, as of today, been completely unable to bring successful charges against any of them, civil or criminal. And what happened to the Sean Boushie tv show? Please don't tell me you are cancelling that one again.
His new show will be similar to a compilation of: Cops, The Walking Dead, and Top Shot.

I think you accelerated the death by exposing the truth about DC so publicly, but that info would have gotten around quickly on its own anyway. There were too many witnesses there. Actually I think Ally's departure was the fatal blow.

LA was destined to fail from the beginning, when he put out his phony press release. He drew in quite a few people in 2011, but he couldn't hold them for more than a few months. LA was officially dead by September of 2011.
It was amazing to see LA resurrected during the second half of 2012, only to die an equally rapid death during the first half of 2013.

DeleteThere are P.O.s that are strictly related to litigation matters. For example, you can move for a P.O. asking the judge to issue all kinds of orders regarding discovery: when, where, how it is to take place, whether a deposition can be filmed, who can attend the depo, etc. Such a P.O. would be litigation related and moot if the case is dismissed.
Since we don't know what kind of P.O. Ally has requested, we don't know if it is litigation related or not.
Why would it be moot if the matter is dismissed?

DeleteWell, I recall Allie stating he didn't have to have a bond because Thrash's order explicitly states the bond is only for when he wants to sue a judge or govt. official. Indeed, that's the way I took Thrash's order (I've read it many times).
Also, I thought the $50K which is due Barb is Bill's half from her writing a $100K check to clear the MoM judgement, but I could be wrong.

We are working on it. My son directly msgd him asking him to take it down 3 separate times. He ignores the request. So, part one is done. Trying to work it out amongst ourselves hasn't been successfull. Now, either he comes up with evidence to base that statement on or I'm sure my son will see him in court. Not to sue him. DeleteI'm curious, if Billy is so judgement proof now, why wasn't he "proofed" prior to taking on MoM? As I understand the case, he wrote a fat (~ $500K) check for settlement.

She says his "donations" do not need to be reported. She says he hasn't committed a crime. Just because he hasn't been charged yet, or has no clue what's going on behind the scenes, and she can't "see" it, doesn't mean she's right. But, she will argue just to argue. Need more proof, just scroll back ^^^. Read all the bitchy Anon posts, relentlessly bantering everyone on her slighted point of view.

If he'd had his assets hidden I doubt he'd have settled. But you can't just make $500,000+ disappear overnight when someone is suing you.
Either way, by the time MoM was trying to collect their sanction money, there were no liquid assets in his name. He had either run out of money or he had put it in Babs name. Willy resisted their efforts to discover Bab's records for almost two years.
When he finally ran out of ways to delay producing Bab's records, he opted to pay the money voluntarily. All of this infers he tried to hide the money in Bab's name.
I know you are not convinced he's judgment proof, lol. If he has any money left, it is possible he put it back in his own name during the divorce. He may have had no other way to hide it. BUT, given how much experience he has in judgment collections and how he actually ASKS people to sue him, it's hard to imagine he has unprotected assets.
Sure, he could be bluffing and hoping like heck that no one calls his bluff. If anyone is crazy enough to take a chance like that it would be Willy. But I don't think even he is crazy enough to take a chance with what is left of his assets.

Yes, silly me, since he hasn't been charged with a crime, and since I have never seen him cross the line, I do not think he has committed a crime. He is not organized crime. We don't need a full scale undercover investigation to get the goods on him if he has done something illegal. What he does is all out there for the world to see. People behind the scenes have been running to LE for ages now. If LE had a way to charge him they would have done so.
But hey, you just keep fantasizing that the guy is public enemy number one, lol.
