First Rule of Fight Club?

So the phrase of the week seems to be citizen grand juries.  It seems that Bill and David Schied were both contacted by the FBI and asked about their involvement in the Sovereign Citizen movementand specifically their plans related to citizen grand juries.  And with this coming on the heels of Lawless member Paulson being arrested for trying to carry out the stupid stunt, Bills' and David's answers differ quite a bit.

Bill is only playing games and he can change his story in mid sentence without batting an eye.  When asked if he was a Sovereign....he adhered to the first rule of being a Sovereign http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i2lmFCqbJcI.  He then brought in a new phrase to his lexicon by saying he didn't propose citizen grand juries but rather "Special Regulatory Grand Juries" despite the mountains of documents and videos where he did propose citizen grand juries.

Then we have ole David Schied who really is a believer.  He isn't playing games and he refuses to lie.  This puts him at a great disadvantage in this world of underground anarchists and makes him a liability to the them. David recaps all the details and more in this article:  http://ppjg.me/2014/02/19/why-would-the-fbi-be-calling-on-me-to-ask-if-i-know-anyone-who-is-organizing-independent-common-law-grand-juries/

Incredibly long story slightly shorter....an FBI agent contacted David because of his connections to both the late Trish Kraus and Bill Windsor and that they "were somehow involved in a "domestic terrorist" organization called Lawless America".  Will Bill now be adding the FBI to his lawsuits?  Well, instead of following SOP, David like a boy scout went right ahead and gave this agent a long lecture about the sad state of our Country, particularity the legal system. Then when asked about the buzz word of the week, citizen grand juries, instead of denying it or making up a new word like Bill, David went full speed ahead.

"In addressing Agent Brand’s concern about independent grand juries springing up in Michigan without the authorization of these very same (corrupt) judges (and their counterparts in the executive branch), I reasoned that I and others across Michigan and the United States have enough evidence to show that We The People have no other means of accessing any other state or federal grand juries for reporting these government crimes. As case-in-point, I referred to my own numerous case demands to both the judicial and executive branches of both state and federal government for access to the real government of “the People,” by way of either petit or grand juries, and as both a civil “plaintiff” and as a bona fide “crime victim.” I also described how I have thereafter been repeatedly denied such access to anyone outside of government (i.e., “the People” of a petit or grand jury) by both the courts and the prosecutors. I pointed out that I have had so many denials of grand juries by the judicial branch that the latest responses to my demands, at both the state and federal levels, have been to threaten me with sanctions if I file such a court action again clarifying and redressing my demand of this all-important recognition that government crimes are being committed…in spades."

So there you have it mr. FBI agent in an unusually open, honest and transparent way.  Agent Brand goes on to articulate the whole platform of this blog and why we have been following bill and his appointed number two guy Schied:

"I doubt that Agent Brand was taking notes, though he was likely recording our conversation as he further elaborated upon his characterization of the classic sovereign by his definition. He described the person as one who locates a single code or statute and uses it to justify one’s own exemption from being subjugated to the chain of other written laws. This is the person who propagates wrongful information while relying upon just that one statute and a limited interpretation of the law, even though such an interpretation might be entirely correct. His concern was the disregarding of the greater context of other laws, either leading up to or encompassing the one being referenced by the sovereign; and that they were encouraging others to join in on relying upon such a limited interpretation of the law while breaking other laws. In regard to those who are undermining and circumventing the laws to form their own grand juries, Agent Brand insinuated that some of those involved in this movement appear to be people who might have fought numerous court battles and emerged as “disgruntled litigants” (like Bill Windsor) who simply did not like the results of the judicial rulings against them."

I give a standing ovation to our brave public servant FBI agent Brand in articulating exactly what is going on here.  Bill, David and Lawless are not about exposing real government corruption, its about revenge against a system that rendered a ruling they didn't like and they simply refuse to abide by the ruling of the court. Instead, they want to destroy the very fabric of our society.  No evidence, no due process, no actual democracy, just pure vigilante justice at its most primitive form.

The rest of the piece is Schied putting on his reading glasses and giving the agent a long....long.......loooong lecture filled with the usual Sovereign Citizen propaganda with the all caps word TREASON littered throughout the dissertation.  The main point being that when asked by a man with a badge, David didn't run from the Lawless America dogma, he reiterated it.  Bill Windsor, when put in the same spot, ran from his previous initiates.  For all his faults, and they are many, Schied sticks to his guns as a true believer in what he espouses.  I can at least respect that.  Bill is just simply a vindictive baby hell bent on getting back against any and everyone who dared to speak out against his self serving goals.

  1. I tried to read that article you quoted from Ginger. It was quite the dissertation on the world according to David. And then I watched Bill's videos again about how he wants these grand juries(pick a name and stick with it Bill, they are all going to be invalid and illegal anyway), and these trials by the members of his group of any and all public servants, judges, police, clerks etc.

I re-read his articles on his own website about how he wants all the laws changed, the judges replaced(none of the replacements can be attorneys), and how he wants everything in every court to be a jury trial.

I still have the opinion that Bill is indeed trying to fit in with the sovereigns (many of his current supports are involved in the movement). I still believe Bill wants to be the head of a ruling party. I still believe Bill wants to try any judge that has ever ruled against him for treason, and we all know what he thinks the penalty for that should be.

Yep, all in your own words Bill. There are no do-overs on the internet when you put it all out there in so many places.

And best of all Bill, because I know this is important to you, this is my opinion, and I have the right to have it and state it. The first Amendment is a wonderful thing.

Remember Bill, you named yourself head of the Revolutionary Party. You posted your

    2. Well, JeezaLouise AND Thelma! I finally finished Schied's long winded novel! (I may have lost some vision)

It's good that he 'schooled' the good Agent Brand! (I'm guessing the Agent had hearing loss or at the very least, bleeding from the ears)

Thank you to Agent Brand for his sacrifice to our nation! That was probably 3 hours of his life he could've poofed off doing ANYTHING more pleasant, like, uh, proctol exam, bamboo under fingernails, scratching chalkboards.... seriously!

  3. Another great article. (The picture is hilarious)

Windsor's attempt to quash free speech by threatening and intimidating people who have or may in the future discuss his Revolution in a negative light to Windsor's liking, is on the line of terroristic mentality to me.

I am an American, I have the right to express my thoughts and opinions. If I laugh at some clear hyperbole, mockery, or anything else that is under my first amendment right to do, he has no right to threaten to sue me for it. HE is what is wrong with the Judicial system. Just because Windsor decided to post up his entire life on the world wide web, including his ideology to create a Revolutionary Party who will do unspeakable things under some premise that they are making a better world, I have the right to my opinion that his plan SUCKS. I don't want to live in that world, and he can not force me to shut my mouth just because it hurts his feeling, causes him some embarrassment because we are highlighting all the moronic things he believes. He does not have the right to sue me, or anyone else for it either. Suck it up pie boy. If you would have been elected into one of the two offices you ran for, you would be hearing a lot worse that what's been posted on this blog, and by a lot more people.

Believe it or not, there are other people in the world that are not going to agree with you. EVER. I know a few Judges who agree that you are wrong, vindictive, and malicious. One gave you the gift of a Vexatious Litigant award for a reason! Deal with it.

Plus, who do the SovCit groups think they are that they have the right to decide what is best for all Americans? I kind of like to vote for what I think are the best leaders.

And, I'm still waiting to hear the plans for after the "revolution". Call me selfish, but I want to know who is going to keep me safe, fed, the lights turned on and the water running? What's going to happen when another group decides it wants to be in charge? Seems like a good idea for these people and their followers to study what happened in Russia 1917.

The same probably goes for the FBI. It is a joke, in my opinion.

  7. In Schied's dissertation on his visit with the FBI, he said:

"So I referred him to the website of the National Liberty Alliance in New York as having a site chock full of educational material for people like him that are not well-informed about the functional independence of grand juries being free to operate as a “fourth branch of government” outside of the control or influence of any of the other legislative, judicial and executive branches."

I've looked at the NLA site a few times, as have several other contributors here. That group is more scary for two reasons 1) they are more organized and focused in forming Citizens Grand Juries and 2) they support the Oather Keepers.

What I didn't know until today is, the Oath Keepers was founded because of what happened in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. And I disagree with the founder's (Stewart Rhodes) analysis of the aftermath. It was local government that failed to prepare and protect the citizens. Mayor Nagin ignored state and federal recommendations and assistance that was offered 5 or 6 days before the storm hit. Nagin did not issue a mandatory evacuation order until the day before the storm. I don't think anybody believes what happened next was a good thing. I also don't think it's fair to play Monday morning quarterback. The people on the scene did what they needed to do in an extreme situation to protect the rescuers and the citizens.

The whole state of Louisiana is known for corruption. Corruption is such a way of life, there is no effort to hide it in some cases. It should make NLA and other "Patriot" groups happy that Mayor Nagin was convicted earlier this month for corruption. A FEDERAL GRAND JURY INVESTIGATED AND RETURNED AN INDICTMENT OF 21 COUNTS OF CORRUPTION. A jury found Nagin guilty on 20 counts.

What disturbs about Oath Keepers are the extremists, some of which have formed Cop Block and cop watcher sites. At the very least, the watchers interfere with cops doing their jobs. At the other end of the scale, Oath Keepers want to kill cops. I've posted about Melvin Willis (in TX) before, these are some comments posted on FB:

  8. Well, lookie here - the National Liberty Alliance is getting the attention of the ADL

    Press Release
ADL: Sovereign Citizens Create Vigilante “Grand Juries” in Latest Attempt to Flout the Law

New York, NY, February 20, 2014 … Adherents of the sovereign citizen movement are forming their own vigilante “grand juries” in counties across the United States in an attempt to exact pressure on local government officials to accede to their anti-government demands and whims.

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL), which monitors domestic anti-government groups and reports on their activities, has noted with concern the attempted formation of numerous so-called “common law grand juries” or people’s grand juries” in various counties across the country.

The sovereign citizens claim their bogus “grand juries” have the authority to conduct investigations, issue indictments, and remove officials from office. The juries have made demands or harassed government officials in several counties in New York, Florida and elsewhere.

“The sovereign citizen movement is an extreme anti-government movement whose adherents believe that they can virtually ignore all laws and regulations because they view the all established government institutions as illegitimate,” said Mark Pitcavage, ADL Director of Investigative Research. “The movement loves to create fictitious judicial or governmental entities, having formed various ‘people’s grand juries’ in the 1980s and 1990s -- and the so-called common law grand juries are only the latest variation of this long-running scheme.”

The sovereign citizen group behind this attempt to form bogus grand juries is the National Liberty Alliance, formed in 2011 as the New York Liberty Alliance by sovereign citizen guru John Darash of Poughkeepsie, NY. It recently launched a nationwide effort to recruit new members, and Darash and his followers have spent most of their time establishing “common law grand juries” in counties across the country. The Liberty Alliance boasts of having 852 county organizers in 36 states and nearly 2,000 members from coast to coast.

According to ADL’s research, Darash’s organizers are most active in Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Washington state. The group claims to have established more than 100 “common law grand juries” during the past year, although a number are just notional at this stage. Some of these grand juries, however, have already begun harassing government officials and making demands.

“How these bogus grand juries will enforce their claims to power remains murky,” said Dr. Pitcavage. “During an Internet radio interview, Darash said his group would contact county sheriffs about making arrests. If a sheriff refused, they would ostensibly ‘indict’ him and go to the undersheriff. He also issued a veiled threat that if those steps didn’t work, there was another unspecified step they might take, which he likened to an ‘atomic bomb.’”

In January, common law juries in Marion and St. Johns counties in Florida sent a “Writ of Mandamus” to county officials demanding a budget of $1.5 million, office space and equipment and a meeting room with a conference table and chairs.

In New York State, Darash’s common law grand juries claim to have signed a “true bill” charging the chief clerk in Greene County with numerous “crimes” related to her alleged failure to file paperwork for the “grand jury,” according to ADL. They also “fined” a Greene County judge the amount of “100 ounces of silver,” citing 23 separate “violations” for failing to provide demanded documents and refusing to speak to their “board of review,” and allegedly sent harassing documents to a number of judges.

    4. A couple of links on the side of your article, NBTDT. The ADL says the Sovereigns flew under the radar until 2009/2010 time period when they began to grow as a movement. What a coincidence.

      Delete
    5. @ 2:21 - yeah, I noticed the coincidence too. Seems the alliance between different interests was kicked off by the Birthers & financial bail outs. It appears the radar picked them up around the time of the Continental Congress 2009, which in November. All of the groups seem to be an off shoot of CC2009, including GRIP & Lawless America.

I listened to John Darash on 2 blog radio shows. Darash said he had been listening to different groups wanting to send letters to sitting officials, then form Citizens Grand Juries after they are ignored (a la Lawless America) But Darash's idea is to form Citizens Grand Juries, issue indictments, then write letters. The letter I posted above was sent out last week, another letter will go this week. They've indicted 4 judges already.

Darash says before things "go ballistic" he is giving the indicted folks an easy way out. If they chose not to take the easy way out of office, there is a hard way but he was hush, hush about it.

  9. Tomorrow is the "Big Trial" according to the Dictator of Lawless America A.K.A. The Revolutionary Party. He is his own media source that his followers subscribe to other than the Alex Jones/Planet Prison channel. The only problem Windsor is the spinster of news. Its like the Life of Windsor. Making his own Sockumentary. Tomorrow on Monday Google a non-party has a hearing on their special exceptions. This is a hearing and not a Trial. This is a civil case and not a Criminal case. While Windsor drives to court he may be looking into his car mirrors making sure nobody is on his tail from the FBI. I heard he already has his Tin Foil hat on deflecting the governmental mind control rays and he talks in gibbberish code like Mary D. does so the FBI can't figure what he said while they are listening with the huge directional booms. The Ellis County Sheriff will have extra people on hand to perform a full cavity search for recording devices. We all know recording in the court building is prohibited. We will wait impatiently for the outcome as the judge asks then tells Windsor 5-10 times that today is not a Trial and motions are not being heard. I believe he will need a supplemental dosage of Paxil. It is possible he can call Oooga Boobies for support she has plenty to give.
