Windsor Waves the White Flag and Admits He Lied

It didn't take long for Windsor to breakdown in jail.  While still waiting for his long cold trip up to Montana, Bill sent in this hand written (penmanship is not his strong suit) motion for an emergency stay.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4qOlSHNnmKeckpwTk5tWWpRYjA/view?usp=sharing

Just in case you are not up to date on reading psychotic writing, here is what it says:

"William M Windsor ("Plaintiff") hereby files this emergency motion for stay.
1. The plaintiff was incarcerated at the Ellis County jail following the Oct 28, 2014 hearing.
2. The plaintiff was not given a phone call until after midnight. He was unable to reach anyone.
3. On October 29, 2014 the plaintiff learned that the the Montana Court will not accept an Ellis County or Texas bond.
4. The plaintiff began work on a Montana bond but the necessary funds required some time with getting a check from the plaintiff's family, getting it to the jail for signature, and overnighting it to Montana.
5. The plaintiff is not being allowed to see his case files or access his computers, so the plaintiff is unable to prepare the reply to defendant Sean Fleming's response to the plaintiff's motion to declare him a private individual.
6. Therefore, the plaintiff requests a stay of at least 48 hours after he is released from incarceration.
7. this will not impact the TCPA motion since this court has previously allowed a stay to extend the time.
8 As the plaintiff writes this late afternoon on October 29, he feels like he will dismiss the lawsuit. The plaintiff feels that the bad guys have won and his life has been ruined and now destroyed. The plaintiff's third amended verified petition is contingent upon the plaintiff as a private individual. The plaintiff feels very strongly that the case law establishes that, but without even being able to identify the true defendants after 10 months, it is probably time to dismiss and the plaintiff may be facing the rest of his life in prison for providing defendant Sean Boushie with service copies of documents filed in this case.
9. The plaintiff asks the court to order a stay until at least 48 hours after the plaintiff is released. This will give him time to reply on the private individual motion or dismiss the case. Respectfully Submitted, 29 October 2014 William Windsor.
The plaintiff will serve this on all defendants except Sean Boushie once he is released. The plaintiff asks that the clerk or court coordinator provide this to the defendants except Sean Boushie"

Several huge red flags that should be going off in Judge Bob Carroll's mind here. He can't serve Sean Boushie? Is this the same person you were just begging Carroll to serve sanctions on for refusing to respond? Seems like you have some perjury you need to admit to in front of the Judge here. Why are you getting a check from your family? You swore to the court that you no longer have a family because of the actions of the defendants. How is it your family is bailing you out now? More perjury before the court? So after 10 months you still don't have the "true defendants". I wonder if the current defendants think they were fake? Are you finally admitting that you have no clue why you are suing people and just hoping the judge would never ask? Don't these current defendants who you admit were sued wrongfully deserve restitution for this injustice?

Judge Carroll has a fiduciary and moral obligation to step in and restore justice to the defendants named in this fake lawsuit. Windsor lied to get his foot in the door, and now that it has slammed on him, the lies are flying all over the place.

  5. Is he really claiming the reason he is in jail is just because he served Boushie court documents? Google William M Windsor Sean Boushie...or Lawless America Sean Boushie. SMH idiot!!

Just as Windsor flooded the WWW with slanderous crap about Judges and Corruption to get followers for his "Revolutionary Party", he also flooded the WWW with the his lies about all the defendants -- for Self Promotion. pity, hey, come join my Revolution crap. I'd really like to know how he was planning on proving any alleged defamation came from anyone other than himself republishing and claiming all the allegations.

Unbelievable. He will never accept responsibility for his actions, and the fact that he is a total LIAR!

  6. Wasn't he suing us because he thought we had already destroyed his life? So then how does a couple nights in jail change things?
He's not a gambler?! B.S. He's trying to cash out now that he knows his Ellis County gamble is a bust.

  9. Ginger:
He can't serve Sean Boushie? Is this the same person you were just begging Carroll to serve sanctions on for refusing to respond?

By my reading, he's saying he has served Boushie in the past, but that it's now clear that Montana prosecutors consider every such service he has effected (or will effect in the future) to be a serious crime that they will prosecute Windsor for, so he can't serve Boushie anymore. And (though obviously he's leaving out the parts of the story in which (1) his behavior led Boushie to seek and acquire the protective order, (2) he tried to convince Montana courts to let him serve Boushie notwithstanding the PO, and (3) Montana courts said "Hell, no!") it appears that what he's saying is very likely true. So I'm not seeing the perjury on that point.

Why are you getting a check from your family? You swore to the court that you no longer have a family because of the actions of the defendants. How is it your family is bailing you out now?

Well, yeah. Getting help from one's family to sign and deliver a very large check (a 10% bond for his listed bail amount would be $10,000) does cast somewhat of a shadow on Windsor's numerous pleas of poverty and of estrangement from family.

    1. I think the perjury part on the service of Boushie has to do with the numerous times he said that he property served Boushie....he never once mentioned that he can't possibly legally serve him because of the PO. I think that might have been pertinent information he left out to Carroll. I'm not sure if you can defame by omission, but you can commit perjury by omission and when he said to Carroll he served Boushie properly...he was leaving out a key detail.

      Delete
    2. I guess a little more background on this is in order. At that last two hearings, Carroll specifically and repeatedly asked Bill if he properly served Boushie. Bill said yes. Now while the service of Boushie wsa proper under the normal guidelines of the TX court, in light of the standing PPO that Boushie had and Bill knew he had, it was in fact and illegal service. Thats why I would say he lied by omission

      Delete
    3. I hope since the hearing, Carroll has had a chance to go back over the filings, and realized that Boushie did respond, and the Sanction begging was another attempt to harass Boushie. Just because the Judge hadn't read the motions, is no reason he should sanction Boushie, when he did in fact reply to the court, and Windsor was committing perjury when he said he hadn't.

      Delete
    4. If the previous hearings are any indication, he still hasn't read anything. He doesn't read it until a defendant hands him their copy.

      Delete
    5. Indeed!! Judge Carroll MIGHT see it on the 6th IF someone will hand it to him.

That would require preparation of removing ass from chair & doing something.
Bill's little handwritten SOS? Will languish in box #4 a week or so before anyone notices it, maybe.

      Delete
    7. I have a question for one of the attorneys reading here.
Judge Carroll agreed to sanction Boushie if he didn't respond by a certain time frame. Windsor lied to the Judge to get him to agree to this sanction order. IF Carroll follows through and sanctions Boushie, could this sanction wind up as a new felony charge against him in MT? Just your opinion of course.

      Delete
    8. Who's "him" here—Windsor, Boushie, or Carroll? I presume Windsor, right?

I'm not familiar with the particular terms of the Boushie protective order, but I suspect that no, if Boushie is (presumably improperly) sanctioned for supposedly failing to respond to Windsor's Texas filings, that can't be charged as a violation of the Boushie PO.

If folks here are correct that Judge Carroll's (as yet hypothetical) sanctions of Boushie are based on a misrepresentation from Windsor, that would certainly be a reason for Carroll (once he finds out) to be very unhappy with Windsor. And perhaps to sanction Windsor—via contempt or some other procedure.

This isn't directed at Anon 3:30, but I very much doubt that the above Windsor representation would ever be charged as perjury, though. Laypeople—prominently including Windsor—throw the "P" word around waaaay too much. Perjury does not actually mean "My opponent said something in court that's not true!" It makes one look a bit silly to use it that way. If we could charge everyone who has ever made a statement in court that's incomplete, misleading, or arguably incorrect, a huge proportion of the witnesses and advocates who have ever appeared in court would be guilty many times over. If you don't have a person testifying under oath who has said something provably false under circumstances in which you can very clearly demonstrate that (s)he knew entirely well that it was false and specifically intended to mislead the finder of fact, it makes very little sense to call it "perjury."

Windsor accuses his opponents (and even the judges who rule against him!) of perjury all the time. It's laughable. Others shouldn't follow his example.

      Delete
    9. You are right he was not under oath with the proper service claim to Carroll so it's not technically perjury. But the second part is very much true and even provable as true. Bill intentionally lied to Carroll to deceive him into making an order

      Delete
    10. Then I'd say contempt of court is not out of the question, if Judge Carroll wants to go there. It's not as if that would be a new experience for Windsor, of course....

      Delete
    11. Yes, Windsor--I should have specified. Sorry.

I just thought it might be considered some sort of PPO harassment, or more stalking type behavior using the courts to harass, or inflict the revenge-- going around actually attacking Boushie by himself. Like he put a "hit" out and the Judge bit. (not coming up with the right terms) I guess we'll have to wait and see. Thank you for your reply.

    12. Gotcya on the Perjury thing.
However, in Windsor's umpteen Affidavits, Amended, Amended. 2nd, 3rd, Amended Affidavits etc went into great detail as to how Boushie was in violation and Windsor never once mentioned anything about the Montana Supreme Court rulings, the PPO. That? isn't considered perjury. He repeatedly stated in the September hearing & the hearing on Tuesday "how his sworn Affidavit stated....bleh bleh..."
      Not perjury.

Damn. Perjury has always scared the snot outta me!
Go figure. I'll be scratching that bad mamajama offa my list of things to fear while in court. (like we all spend a lot of time in court! NOT)

    13. Maybe this all just finally made the courts take Boushie seriously and check out what is readily available on Lawless America. Pictures taken outside of Boushie's house. Videos of Bill standing proudly in front of Boushie's truck. All of this turns a previous Rorschach Inkblot into a fairly high resolution picture of stalking. (I'm just guessing)

      Delete
    14. In that it was very recently I first viewed the Sean Boushie stuff on Lawless America and YouTube, my immediate reaction to that material is fresh in my mind. This is the truth:I was surprised that Bill hadn't already been arrested. All of that evidence points toward a very unhealthy, escalating compulsion. Courts are becoming more sensitive to that sort of thing. Too many homicides, sometimes multiple homicides, where those indicators were obvious and ignored.

He was going on an on about some guy named Sean Boushie and I thought, holy crap, this guy hates the shit out of Sean Boushie! Then I deduced that he had traveled to Montana, because ummm Sean Boushie lived in Montana and Sean Boushie was stalking him. Wut? Seriously thought it was some sophisticated satire. Viewed as such it was marvelously well done. Then watched some other Bill videos and figured out that Bill was dead serious. Amazing situation. And my luck to find all this the day before the Ellis County hearing where he was arrested.

If Mr. I'll tell you what....I am leading you all...We're going to file charges against every Corrupt Govt Official in the US--won't defend himself? What is that message to the lemmings? If he can't represent his own issues here? And needs to hire one of the "scumb bags" he's written about for years to try and get him out of this? It leaves all kinds of questions about exactly what was it, he was planning on doing to help any of these people he was leading.

I still have to giggle when reading their "theories" as to why he's in jail. Had he NOT lied to them? Maybe they would process the TRUTH a little easier. You can't break laws, without consequences.

I really look forward to the final hearing, and verdict. When the lemmings will actually learn Windsor committed "crimes" and this had nothing to do with their moronic beliefs it's because he was "exposing corruption." (They still don't get that Bill didn't do anything. No congress people, senators, govt. officials even knew of him--that was just made up shit they all fell for. 17. On another note, Lawless America Rhode Island Coordinator Rebecca Mclaughlin began posting on the Facebook page after many months of silence. Well, she is in jail again. She was placed on probation for a no-lo plea to 3 counts of violating a restraining order and 1 count of felony theft. She was also sentenced to a total of 2.5 years in prison but that was suspended by the judge. Just three days after narrowly escaping jail time she was arrested for yet again violating a different restraining order. She is being held without bail and will most likely be charged with felony stalking. That charge carries a minimum 3 year prison term. I guess she didn't know R.I. takes that sort of thing seriously. My guess is that she will claim she is being persecuted for resuming her whistle-blowing activities. On Nov. 9 she has a hearing for her refusal to pay over $30,000 in child support. The prosecutor will be using the Lawless page as evidence against her. In one of her posts she says, "Why should I pay child support when my child was taken by corruption and fraud." Another post states, "I am donating 20% of my income to Bill Windsor."

I think this is why Windsor has been charged and arrested. Right away in this clip, Windsor not only admits to stalking someone's workplace, home and vehicle, he's also,

    1) proud of what he's doing - bragging that he's doing it

    2) outing a private citizen's personal information

    3) oblivious to the fact that he's doing something at once hypocritical and illegal

Your job is to protect the citizens of your county, city or state -- not just Sean Boushie. You're aware that if you do not act upon this information and something awful happens, you've failed in your responsibilities.

I apologize for continually trying to drive this point home. I know you folks get it. I'm just speaking as someone who was until very recently recently, completely unaware of anything regarding Bill Windsor - just like the hypothetical county attorney above. I'm telling you that you can completely discount imagining this stuff and/or projecting it toward a preferred outcome. Your subjectivity (we all have that) isn't modifying reality here. The reality is that Bill Windsor is a stalker, and perhaps much worse.

    11. @1:16 PM Anyone here taking bets on whether Montana is going to spend the $3,000 plus to extradite Windsor?

This has been a concern of mine since the get-go. Not all states extradite due to cost. It goes like this (very close to this): If MT does not pick up within ten-days (to the ticking-clock hour) from initial hearing in TX, Windsor can actually walk. That does not mean the warrant in not valid (it is and it's still there), it just means that TX can no longer constitutionally "hold" for MT. If he does walk (and I hope he doesn't), I doubt very much that TX will ever hold him from MT again. Instead MT will wait for Windsor to re-enter the state (of MT) and then try to effect arrest and go from that point.

...so, that is why I asked (the day of the hearing and day after) when we were trying to figure out what was going on) if anyone had any contact with anyone in MT as to what the intentions were. The Gov has to sign the pick-up order for out-of-state warrants. Anyone know if that was done?

      Delete

DA and sheriff in the courtroom? (If I were Windsor, I'd have been sweating that one) He had his TX hearing and the ESCO website dispo changed from nothing to "MONTANA / WILL NOT TAKE OUT OF STATE BOND." He's gone and it's just a matter of when.

      Delete
    39. @MT- The article does apply to this situation. The author uses the term "fugitive " loosely, to describe any individual with an outstanding warrant that gets arrested while in a different state.

The point of the story was that some major police departments told the FBI they wouldn't pursue 90% or more of their felony suspects into other states. In other words, only 10% of the suspects are worth extraditing even if the arrest took place just over the state line.

Sure Montana extradites, when the Governor's office signs off on it.

"Windsor is not a fugitive, and did not see this one coming...." Really?

    44. @ anon 11:54 PM Please read through my prior posts. Not limited to this thread. My concern (not based on news articles) had been that MT may not pick Windsor up until another fact was mentioned. Ginger Snap posted the DA and sheriff were present at the civil hearing and that speaks to communication between TX and MT. The other thing that happened was there was a hearing and the ESCO dispo notice changed from nothing to the bond statement.

Your write: "The article does apply to this situation. The author uses the term "fugitive " loosely, to describe any individual with an outstanding warrant that gets arrested while in a different state."

Windsor to my knowledge did not have an outstanding warrant (outstanding being a warrant that had been attempted and gone "open") but rather had a warrant for his arrest for serving Mr. Boushie papers with respect to the recent/ongoing Ellis civil matter and that process of service ran contrary (in violation) to the terms of the MT PPO. From where I sit, the warrant seems to have remained in the hands of MT with communication to ECSO (seems that the warrant did not go "open" so would not have been outstanding) and MT "asked" TX to effect arrest and hold. I get this from the DA and sheriff sitting in the courtroom.

I don't know why you want this to be wrong but system appears to be working as it should (and appears to be). The one part we can't know is "when."

That said, I refer to all open warrants as "outstanding warrants". See definition here: http://legal dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Outstanding+Warrant

It may be common in your area to distinguish between outstanding and open warrants but the article in question makes no such distinction.

Again, the point of the article is that extradition is rare. Forget the article. Do you or don't you agree that extradition is rare, particularly when it involves a long distance?

Let me be clear that I hold NO OPINION as to whether the butthurt judge in Montana will persuade the Governor's office to extradite. Anything is possible.

I am a spectator in this game with no stake in the outcome. I raised the question of extradition because as usual, the GENII have jumped to a lot of conclusions without bothering to find out the actual facts about how the system works.

    51. In order for a person to be extradited interstate, 18 U.S.C. § 3182 requires:

An executive authority demand of the jurisdiction to which a person that is a fugitive from justice has fled.
The requesting executive must produce a copy of an indictment found or an affidavit made before a magistrate of any State or Territory, and
Such document must charge the fugitive demanded with having committed treason, felony, or other crime, and
Such document must be certified as authentic by the governor or chief magistrate of the state or territory whence the person so charged has fled.
The executive receiving the request must then cause the fugitive to be arrested and secured, and notify the requesting executive authority or agent to receive the fugitive.
An agent of the executive of the State demanding extradition must appear to receive the prisoner, which must occur within thirty days from time of arrest or the prisoner may be released. (Some states allow longer waiting periods of up to 90 days before release).
Cases of kidnapping by a parent to another state would see automatic involvement by the US Marshals department.

I have always signed my posts. And my name should look familiar to you, if you recall the games you and everyone else played over on Windsor's FB page as of September 4th.
Why don't you tell everyone here how you Windsor groupies in LA LA Land thought it would be 'fun' to hunt me down - knowing I was a crime victim with address confidentiality. How did that hunt go, Susan?
Since you know so much about the law, why don't you explain to everyone here what the criminal penalties are for exposing a crime victim's confidential address - across state lines.

    76. Um, sorry RH, I have NO idea who you are. I don't recall playing any games on Windsor's FB, concerning you or anyone else.

Since I have no recollection of every hearing your name, the rest of your comments/questions are obviously a mystery to me.

    77. She's not only face blind, she has zero memory!
The wanted poster your Willy made for Renee that you commented on. Susan/Sharon! That's what Renee is referring to & you were chiming right in!
Susan/Sharon? You're as smart as your comrades, the Lawless Leaderless Losers!
AND your boyfriend is also in the clink? You know more 'lingo' than you care to admit!

      Bwahahahahaha

    78. Do you have any evidence of my chiming? What did I say about/to this woman I've never heard of? Let me know when you find out please.

    79. Psssssssst! Susan or Sharon? Check, then check again in a few days. I'll wager a lot of your disability income that there's more than one judge in Montana. And butthurt isn't the problem for your Willy! It has been flagrant disregard & disobedience of Supreme Court Orders, breaking the law and violating a PPO numerous times.
Imagine for a moment that Willy did not tell you every nuance of his escapades!

      How funny!

    80. Here's what we know, Snoozan/Sharon V.: you are a GINORMOUS HYPOCRITE and a TROLL!--You've been told to leave here and not come back. CEASE and DESIST as Billy Butthurt, the lap in your lap cow act would say, yet you persist. We shun you; we rebuke you, yet you continue to harass us. There is nothing here for you but a hoisted raised finger. QED.

    1. Because Mr. Windsor has recently filed an Emergency Writ of Mandamus
to the Supreme Court of Texas requesting judicial review and oversight
of his case the the proper mixing of gravy (gravy must contain no more that 20 lumps per CC and each lump must be less than 5mm in diameter) for his Turkey loaf.

    2. OMG!! LMAO MaryD??? It was a joke you tickwit!!

"Mary Deneen-- Did Bill file an Emergency Writ of Mandamus in TX Supreme Ct for oversight?"

    3. Clearly humor, sarcasm, wit, mockery, etc are wasted on the lemmings. As IF someone would file a Writ over their lumpy gravy.

  33. Goodness Gracious! It is seriously no wonder Mr Windsor couldn't get anything taken back, with that bunch of nucking futz over on his Facebook page!
Even Lippy Larah has chimed in as to what a truly dippy doodle she is! She asked did Windsor have any idea that Montana had these charges for him? Duh, Larah, yeah, he knew! Windsor has known for a long time that the Supreme Court of Montana upheld the PPO against Windsor from ever attempting to so much as utter Boushie's name EVER again. Larah? With the college degree? Loosen up your little beauty queen tiara & think real hard. Windsor begs for #Courtwatchers, then shortly afterward? post that no one should even bother! Instead of telling the #TRUTH? Windsor attempts to instill fear into a group of already very unstable individuals by insinuating that any supporters of his attending last Tuesday's court hearing "could" become targets. ***eye roll***
    D U H
Windsor knew! He did NOT want any of his faithful followers actually witnessing or hearing what he has said in front of the Judge! Windsor only wants y'all to read his version, Larah! I know the standard answer for your type is #WorldPeace, but, Good Lawd gurl! Get a grip (pun intended). Hello! Google it!

And? Mary D? You simply do not have a STFU in your goofy ass anywhere! You as self-centered as Windsor! You, MaryD are still repeating the spew Windsor spoon fed to you about Boushie! Of course you MUST add in your special spin on Lyme's & how denied you''ve been in the state of Montana!
MaryD? If Montana is such a shithole to you? Why do you continue to reside there? If they are so crooked, so criminal and you are so terrified, why in Tarnation do you stay? We all KNOW your 'children' are grown, now, and even they refuse to acknowledge you! I hope you, Mary D, keep spouting off at the keyboard over on Windsor's Facebook page! The authorities that are reading there will scrutinize you next (after they quit laughing) just as they have your great leader! It amazes me, MaryD that you are so proficient with a device & using the Internet, but have such a terrible tale of woe! I just flat out call "BullShit"! Your dear Bill Windsor will be close to you very soon and he will be trapped in a detention facility and you can visit every time it is allowed! MaryD? You and Windsor deserve each other!
It's Mrs Windsor that I'm curious about! I'm anxious to know how she's going to be greeting you, MaryD! Perhaps you two, that adore Bill so very much, will get to be besties & the Mrs can just stay with you while she's up there? Or? Better yet, I bet she will just leave Bill in your more than capable hands, MaryD!
I wish Vic, Charles, Debbie Lynn, Rose, heck, the whole gang could join y'all in Montana! Y'all are just the assets Bill is going to need!
No wonder Windsor couldn't ever succeed! Look at the personnel he had to work with! Half of them actually think he's Facebooking from a podunk county jail in Texas and are posting threatening comments or just blathering about their own experiences, a fourth of them think he's out! The rest just dunno what the Hell is going on, so they're either praying or cheering!
I keep reading, laughing hysterically & wondering how Big Vexi is getting along with the Bloods, Crips, AB, pedophiles, killers, dope slingers, rapists, etc
After a weekend in Ellis County Jail? I'd venture to guess that Montana is beginning to sound appealing to Windsor!

    1. There are several Lemming Lawless Supporters that I can't wait to eat crow once they learn that Windsor hid all of this from them, while they were so gladly jumping up and down, supporting him, tagging him into conversations of valid concern for his antics, which put numerous innocent people on his "hit list". Ignoring the warnings that really were for their own good. Nope, I don't feel sorry for any of them now.

    2. They'll never eat crow. That would mean they had to admit they were duped. It's easier for them to claim its unjust or a conspiracy than believe they might have been wrong

And furthermore...a set up to stop Lawless America the Movie."

Marchesa Balrum I met Bill, and he did my story and I know he is a very good character--

Huh? Nowhere in Bill's films is there a lemming named Marchesa Balrum.
