Who's Line is It Anyway?

Here is the new lawsuit that Bill filed in Ellis County
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4qOlSHNnmKeeXhBeU0yTjBBaXc/view?usp=sharing

First, you will notice that when he isn't asking for access to his computer, his hand writing greatly improves.  As you can see in the scribble, Bill wants to go ahead and void the Montana charges and just try his case in civil court in Texas.  And what better way to base your new made up lawsuit than a complete straw man argument?

Inmate 14-1898 thinks his entire incarceration centers around him serving legal papers on Sean Boushie.  He claims that the MT order doesn't affect him in TX and its basically Judge Carroll's fault he violated the rules because Carroll told him to serve all defendants properly.  Of course it would have been helpful had he not been trying to deceive Judge Carroll and alerted him to the pre-existing order of protection.....that might have been useful information.

The other thing Bill leaves out in this new lawsuit is that he fails to mention that the protective order against him by Boushie was in place before he filed the frivolous lawsuit last December.  No matter how you slice it, Bill is doubling down and continuing to lie about his activities.  As usual, the joke is on Bill and his lemmings as they don't even understand which game they are playing.  Montana doesn't want Bill for serving Sean those papers, they want him for some of his other stalking activities.

Oh what a tangled web Bill weaves and its never smart to insinuate that its Judge Carroll's fault that he is in jail....no less than a week before that same Judge decides the monetary judgement amount that Bill must pay defendant Sean Fleming.

  1. Ridiculous. Does Windsor really think no one will obtain the warrant/arrest papers, and see this is yet ONE MORE frivolous filing--wasting more court resources?

And on that note, how many lemmings have now sent letter to various TX Governmental offices asking for the release of Windsor solely on the lie of Windsor and "Not Bill?" Unbelievable!

    1. I'm really enjoying the latest #NotBill status updates! Cryptic, vague, yet still in keeping with the #WindsorRhetoric.
Yes, I've seen the charges in the arrest warrant, @NotBill. Why continue to perpetuate a lie to these people that follow so devoutly?
Let's take Vic, as an example:
Vic Fedorov - Just number one, the catchy tune, the sound bite for media: can the judiciary be trusted to treat one producing a movie exposing the judiciary? No, obviously, it's tautological. And a real unresolved issue. 2) A protection order is to protect, not imprison. It's obvious bill is not nor ever was a threat. This can be ascertained through some deposition of affadavit of good will in texas. So there is no need to jail him over this, when the point of the protection order can easily be served. That the protection order is being applied to jail someone of no threat, just shows that was its initial and illegal purpose all the time; and was never honest to begin with, and that it is an example of the judiciary sheilding itself from free media, by finding pretext to jail, sad.

Vic? Before you spew any more? Stalking is a #felony. Repeated #felony #stalking is what Windsor is incarcerated for & awaiting extradition, and it wasn't via the mail.

@NotBill just continues to spoonfeed the #BillShit
They're not BatShitCrazy, they're dumber than a box of rocks, literally.
The hilarity on those @NotBill threads is endless!

    2. Judge Carroll is going to have to read a copy of "the warrant" into the record, put Windsor under oath and then ask him if he wants to withdraw this doozie.

Windsor has already served Boushie by certified mail from what I can see on the court website and that's a violation. Boushie did not consent to being stalked from Texas (or at all), and Montana told Windsor to knock his stalking chit off.

August 2013 (not 2014) was his last stalking date? For real? I thought it was 2014.

In the protection order Montana ordered Windsor not to circumvent the MT order and that is exactly what Windsor is doing by filing in TX. Not too smart.

  2. Wow.

One would hope that the Ellis County attorney will promptly file a motion to have Bill declared a vexatious litigant as defined by Chapter 11 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code. I mean, one would surmise that either Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code § 11.054(1), (2) and/or (3) would describe Bill to a T.

I mean, he has been declared a vexatious litigant more than once, hasn't he?

    1. MrSpk - how & when might a judge order a psychological exam on someone like Mr. Windsor? It happens on TV all the time, but in reality? I doubt it happens much at all.

      Delete
    2. I don't believe Windsor needs a psychological exam. My belief is that this is his history. He's always been vindictive and down right nasty when he doesn't get his way. This seems like a methodical and well thought out plan on his part, to abuse the court system as he weapon.

When he gets a ruling he doesn't like, he files appeals, before they are even appealable. He never answers or files responses he is supposed to on time, but floods the court with other frivolous crap. If you go back to the MT order from Judge Larson, as one example, you will see he didn't respond, but instigated other frivolous filings instead. Then he complains that his rights were violated--with no merit. It's all right there in the documents.

He's done the same his entire life. In the M.o.M case, same things. Doesn't respond, yet bitches and files more motions that have nothing to do with anything but to be vindictive. Then, once it appears it's over, and he even agrees and signs, then starts an entire new campaign of harassment. Documented by other Judges as well.

He knows exactly what he's doing, and he doesn't care. He loves to sue, harass, annoy, and create drama. Never underestimate the power behind the Vexi mind. It's all about the "Games" as Snoozan has repeatedly said. They know how to play the courts just to screw with people. They thrive on tormenting. It is their drug. imo

    3. Yes and this didn't answer the question posed. Here's another: What conditions would cause a judge to order one?

      Delete
    4. A judge can do whatever he or she wishes to do in this type of case.

      Delete
    5. Windsor is perfectly competent. He's just incredibly vindictive and has several personality disorders/features.

      Delete
    6. Agree! He is NOT crazy. He's just not your average assrag. He's a wealthy assrag, with no hobbies or friends, who believes he's smarter than anyone else & that laws & rules don't apply to him.
      Not crazy.
I do hope incarcerating him pushes him that direction after ALL the horrid things he's done to others over his lifetime. Incarcerated for many years & left to go unnoticed, un missed & just slap ass crazy would be a fitting fate, if it were up to me.

    7. the motion for a mental exam in KS..... was why one of the people was dismiss in KS case

    8. I've never encountered a guy like this, but generally, you have a right to act crazy as hell. The only circumstances in which I think a judge would require a competency hearing is in the event of erratic behavior leading to self-harm or threats of self harm, or if a close friend or family member petitioned the court to have him declared incompetent. Now, in indigent criminal defense cases, courts can require a competency hearing, but I don't think its warranted here. The man's affect is of a personal capable of making rational decision and understanding who and where he is.

The fact he chooses NOT to make rational decisions is, frankly, irrelevant in these circumstances.

  3. She's made several brain dead comments recently. She claimed he filed a writ of habious corpus or something in the extradition case which Vic now believes it fact which is a LIE. Now there is this:

"Mary Deneen I hope Bill files Notice To Move To Federal Court under rights of Diversity of Jurisdiction, parties residing in different states under Civil Rights and Writ of Habeous Corpus."

Can we all just Facepalm now?
I think she just cracks open her legal dictionary and picks shit out and attempts to form sentences.

    2. He's filing in Texas when he should have considered filing in Montana. Everything he touches from now is crap. What a legacy he's built for himself. All of his former followers who have even a small part of their brains working now know he's only been in this for his own, twisted objective. He should be held in contempt every time he files his spew because everything he does is in bad faith, the vexi stalker he is. If he can't drive across state lines to impose himself on his victims and law enforcement to escalate his drama, he'll do it from prison if he's allowed to do so -- his beaten down, intimidated victims aside. This is a VERY VERY weird guy who does as he pleases and thinks it's okay, in his deranged mind. Makes you wonder how anyone would hand this guy money EVER. At least now there's enough on the Internet to warn the unsuspecting. His ego has gone wild, the dangerous psycho.

I apologize I do not know how to properly blog etc and could not figure out how to email gingersnap directly. I am trying to locate anyone who may have an archive of Joey Dauben's Ellis County Observer blogs before it was shut down. Specifically I am looking for a thread from August or Sept 2010 in which he and a woman from Iowa are attacking a Texas resident named Jim Schico AKA Jim Collins. This would be used in an Iowa trial next week but whomever gets it to me would not be drug into trial. I can get it in myself if I can get my hands on it. lease email me at brucerhoads@hotmail.com if you have or know of anyone who has archived those blog threads. The police agencies involved only seized the domain name so the blog is gone or floating in cyber space. Thanks all in advance
