William M. Windsor Takes On Too Much

Bill has been active on his facebook and lawless page over the Christmas weekend.  His hired help (jail bondees) don't seem too interested in becoming his slaves.  He has decided to wage war against Jennie Morton and blame her for just about everything including wrecking his jeep.  In perfect Windsor fashion he posted her phone number, named her boyfriend, and mentioned calling her parents.  This of course is the woman he previously claimed was trying to remain anonymous because of domestic issues.

What is clear from Bill's online ramblings is that he plans to run from the Montana charges.  Its also clear that his new form of terrorism is going to be of the cyber variety.  Windsor is absolutely a terrorist and enemy combatant of the United States.  While he isn't violent, his weapons of choice are online defamation and legal terrorism.  His goal is the exact same as any other enemy of the State, he wants to destroy our government in its current state and he's willing to use just about any means necessary to do it.  Its clear that he wants to go back to his domain registering and online defamation of public officials who had the audacity to follow the law in his case.

While Bill wants to skip out on the MT charges and go on the run, he's a little worried about the bond posted in Texas.  While it wasn't a monetary amount, if he runs from the charges as planned, he will also have Ellis County coming after him in addition to MT.  This is a major problem for Windsor as it will put him right in the crosshairs of Ellis County DA Patrick Wilson.  Its Wilson's job to put away monsters like Windsor, and Wilson is especially astute at it.  Windsor got a brief taste of Wilson at the last hearing on extradition, and he isn't looking forward to any more appearances in front of him.  This is why Bill has an appeal in to the State to try and void the current TX bond that is in place.  Having MT chasing him for the rest of his so-called life is bad enough, but having Wilson and Sherriff Johnny Brown after him as well, might be too much to overcome.  Windsor's terrorist like demands to Wilson and the State to void his TX bond with the threat of civil action will fail....like always.  Once Windsor runs, it will thankfully mark an end to his litigating career (or at least I would think so) as he simply wont be able to attend any scheduled court hearings especially with everyone watching him.  But, at the same time, his defamatory and stalking behavior will be put in to overdrive as he goes out on the run.

  1. His facebook page indicates he's been in Los Angeles. If he's been there, I'll bet it's an attempt to get an appointment to pitch his ridiculous story to a movie media, yet another effort that will fail. Attention, attention, attention seeker.

    1. Just because his FB page says Los Angeles doesn't mean he's there. Just like all his posting from "Richardson" he did while he was at home in Dallas.

    2. The blank space for Facebook users asks, "what's on your mind?"
It's just my observation that Montana, being imprisoned there, and any/every official that has had any part in the preparation of documents regarding that distinct possibility, IS weighing very heavily on Windsor's mind (just by reading his Public Facebook posts).
And? Yes, it's very easy to enter a location to a Facebook status update. All part of the features to customize Facebook postings.
For example? I could very easily be sitting in my friend's cozy apartment just East of downtown Dallas, make a Facebook status update making it appear I'm in the nearby suburb of Richardson, or anywhere. Users have the ability to even create a Facebook #place with this customizing feature & never leave their recliner, in their own home. The most reclusive/elusive of individuals can make it seem as though they're globe hopping with a mere 2-3 clicks :)
Try it! It's very simple. Just click the icon for entering a location and type in anywhere from Bangledash to Waxahachie! TaDa!

  2. If he runs, he has MT and TX after him, can't address the judgments against him and can't file anymore lawsuits. If he can't/won't address the judgments, I hope someone slaps a lien on him or however that works.

I think he may show up in court in January, being on the run sounds nuts and with all Bill's medical conditions and desire to share all the little nuggets of his daily life, he'd be miserable. Plus, get pulled over once by the PD, and they'll see he's wanted. If he jumped on TX, the next place would probably have him as no bond.

  3. I believe just like everything else Windsor says and files, he's leaving out some very important facts behind the laws for extradition. While he's out defaming legal intern Tyler Dugger and Missoula County Montana Chief Deputy District Attorney Jennifer Clark--it's what he's not posting that might be the key. Here's an interesting read--

    1. I still remember how the Montana Univ. PD, Missoulian Newspaper, etc., etc. were all corrupt/incompetent because they wouldn't stop what they were doing and immediately read his 500 page diatribe on SB. I believe they did ask that he leave their property though. Bill wearing a protective vest may not have helped.

Bill still hasn't gotten that stating your point/accusations in 10-15 pages vs. 500 repetitive ones might be a better idea. Voluminous is a term often seem in his judgments. He really believes what he's saying justifies hours and hours of peoples time to read. That strikes me as a person that's fixated on his self importance.

    2. Self importance--bingo.

Who writes a letter like this? In third person no less, asking for information about themselves? He's so stuck on himself--and elevating himself up to "Star" status or something, writing as if it's someone else reporting. It's the strangest shit I've ever seen.

  5. Windsor appears to be playing his stupid stall games again. In one of his recent dot com articles, he is asking DA Jennifer Clark to reiterate basically the same information Judge Larson clearly spelled out in the Nov. 2013 order. His poor little pro se games are moronic. He got the order from Judge Larson, and his questions to the DA are stupid. The TOP is still in full force and he knows it. All his appeals were denied, and he failed to answer the court, even after asking for an extension of time. He went off on a typical Windsor tangent, in another direction, and probably thought that would keep them busy--all the while, just like in all the other cases he is bitching about--it was HIM not following court procedures.

Seems like he's just playing the same games he's always played. Crying the Corruption game, while flooding the WWW with nasty articles for publicity. Still trying to create their own media, defaming as many people as possible along the way--again for publicity for William M. Windsor.

BILL WINDSOR IS FILING CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST ELLIS COUNTY TEXAS SHERIFF JOHNNY BROWN AND JAIL EMPLOYEES WHO OPENED HIS LEGAL MAIL....I wrote four (4) letters to the Governor of Texas while in the Ellis County Jail. I spoke with the Office of Constituent Services in the Governor's Office yesterday, and only one of the four was received."

"Bill Windsor--Perhaps I can get proof of money being paid so I can file charges for organized crime -- RICO.... Judge Bob Carroll shielded the Hargroves from being named or deposed in the Ellis County lawsuit, so a top priority for me is to sue the Hargrove family in a different court. I also have to get a judicial complaint filed against Judge Bob Carroll as well as my 42 USC 1983 lawsuit against the Ellis County Mafia." December 24

"Bill Windsor-- I am filing a 42 USC 1983 civil rights violation lawsuit against Ellis County Texas. I am including things that applied to all inmates, like the inhumane dental situation, denial of legal information, exposure to a host of diseases, serious fire hazards, leaving people in jail for months without providing them with the court-appointed attorney that is supposed to be provdied in three days, outrageous prices, very limited exercise opportunities, lack of a law library, telephone system that is close to useless, inadequate bedding, no socks, freezing temperatures, etc."
    December 25

"Bill Windsor-- I have just been advised that Jennie Morton is still on Facebook, so she has blocked me. I've never done anything to her but help her when she was down. Amazing! I'll make one more appeal to het father, and if she doesn't contact me, I will file charges with the Mabank Texas Police Department."
    December 26

"I'm organizing all the postal violations evidence, have sent freedom of information requests to a variety of Ellis County entities, have the complete donations reports coming for Judge Bob Carroll, Sheriff Johnny Brown, and District Attorney Patrick Wilson, and much more. I can prove that each of these corrupt officials had been sent proof of my illegal "arrest," incarceration, denial of bond, and denial of discharge. In addition to letters or emails to each of them, I also submitted approximately a dozen Grievances to the Ellis County Sheriff's Department/Jail, and perhaps as many as 100 Inmate Request Forms."

    I'm sure there are more...

  17. OMG HAHAHHAHAHA!! William M Windsor's Drama Saga continues. No mention of bowel movements though.

Bill Windsor does not have Herpes, Tuberculosis, or a Staph Infection from his 53 Days of Illegal Incarceration in the Ellis County Texas Jail .

    Monday, 29 December 2014 13:40 William M. Windsor

Bill Windsor was exposed to staph, MRSA, Herpes, and Tuberculosis when he was illegally held in the Ellis County Texas Jail as a political prisoner.

First stop when William M. Windsor was finally released was Snuffer's in Dallas for one of America's best cheeseburgers and the World's Original and Best Cheddar Fries. Second stop was the doctor for a complete physical, TB test, lots of blood drawn, urine sample, unnatural probing, etc..

    There is only one problem....

Bill Windsor does not have a staph infection, MRSA, Herpes, Tuberculosis, AIDS, any venereal disease or communicable disease. Blood pressure was 120 over 66. Still had a pulse. Blood sugar and everything else was normal. Cholesterol was a low 156 (200 is considered desirable with anything below it considered excellent).

But the one probelm is that Bill Windsor lost 10 pounds the first two weeks he was in the Ellis County Jail. He was scared and upset; the food is limited and not very good. But then he discovered The Commissary Lady and her cart filled with a wide variety of extremely fattening junk food.

William M. Windsor had to make a decision: Would he diet and come out a thinner man, or would he try to drown some of the despair and frustration with Chili Fritos, Spicy Tostitos, Snickers, Ramen Noodles in an array of flavors, Hostess Cupcakes, apple fried pies, butterscotch candies, and full-strength Coca-Cola.

Bill Windsor chose The Commissary Lady, and he gained 16 pounds!

Well, that's a lot better than a horrible disease.

According to the doctor, Bill Windsor is healthy, except for the 7-inch gash in his abdomen and the related hernia that still need surgery, the arthritis in his hands, a hearing loss from his fractured skull a year ago, his acid reflux, his extreme claustrophobia, and a few other problems. His dislike of corrupt government officials is now off the charts."

Glad he decided to remember to post about his hernia, he hasn't whined about that in a while. Been too busy bitching about everything else under the sun. How does one need "emergency surgery" about a year or so ago...drag this surgery out?

What is wrong with you. Please stop harassing my parents I just saw them the first time since August yesterday. I will contact you when I get back into town. Lessons learned by two "helpers" when he was in jail. Jennie and "Not Bill here" both called out by Windsor. Another lesson here, maybe people shouldn't "help" him. He'll just blame them for something, and then slander them. I wish I would have kept count over the past two years how many he turned on after using and abusing them.

  21. I can't wait to find out the truth of the matter here. Did notice get sent to the last address Windsor filed with the court? That would be South Dakota I believe. You know, the typical mail stall Windsor chose in the civil case. He's admittedly not living in SD, yet he filed at least two mail address changes for there. I smell some outrageous Billshit trickling starting right now. Clearly--Windsor has notice, if he notified the court clerk he got notice. How can one say, Uh, I didn't know, when he's calling? If ya know, ya know. He's choosing not to be there--because what's he saying--he'll be in another state? Oh, so did he get notice and hot foot it out of town, to claim he's "out of town?"

Surprise! Surprise! Corrupt Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson has scheduled a hearing at 1:30 pm tomorrow in Waxahachie, Texas WITHOUT notice to me.

I heard about it from someone who happened to see it on the docket.

    I won't be there....

I am guessing that the corrupt District Attorney Patrick Wilson received a packet from the Montana Governor.

He will try to claim that it is the Governor's Warrant. It isn't. The Texas Governor must review it and sign a Texas Governor's Warrant. But corrupt Ellis County Texas District Attorney doesn't let the law get in the way. This is a disease that afflicts many of the prosecutors in America.

I called Judge Cindy Ermatinger's clerk, Melissa, and told her that I had received no notice of the hearing and that I was unable to attend in person. I told her that I will attend by telephone, and I will be calling in from another state.

Things could get exciting. My Personal Recognizance Bond only requires that I return to Ellis County on January 21, 2015 or turn myself in up in Missoula, Montana prior to that hearing.

Call DA Wilson immediately and sing the first two stanzas of Midnight Blue to him though the phone. He likes acappella. It's worked in the past.

Whatever it is, it'll keep till the morning
Haven't we both got better things to do?
      Midnight blue
Even the simple things become rough
      Haven't we had enough?
And I think we can make it
      One more time
      If we try
One more time for all the old times
For all of the times you told me you need me
Needing me now is something I could use
      Midnight blue
Wouldn't you give your hand to a friend?
      Maybe it's not the end
And I think we can make it
      One more time
      If we try
One more time for all the old times
      Midnight blue

    William M. Windsor

Will you help Bill Windsor and Lawless America?

The Gestapo may be out trying to arrest Bill Windsor at this time.

If you would like to add your name to a list of folks who might be able to help in some way (no money), please email windsorinjail@yahoo.com.

windsorinjail@yahoo.com is an email address that someone other than Bill Windsor will have access to in the event of his incarceration or disappearance. Please email your name, address, phone, and email to that address, and add any comments about what your relationship is to William M. Windsor (if any), what you might help with, just anything that might be relevant.

When Bill Windsor was illegally incarcerated for 53 days, he didn't have any addresses or phone numebrs and those he thought would help disappeared (except for one sibling and one childhood friend who literally saved him). Next time, Bill Windsor would like to be better prepared. Dottie Lafortune (Maine), Glen Gibellina (Florida), Mark Cuyler (Florida), Jennifer Goings (Texas), Mary Deneen (Montana) are folks who should know what's going on once I can get word out to one of them. Dottie Lafortune has worked closely with me for several years.

I want folks to keep Lawless America going if I am "tied up." I want to write from jail and have someone post my writings online. I may need some legal research help. I never like asking for help, but it's awfully debilitating to be in jail without much in the way of Constitutional, civil, or legal rights.

BILL WINDSOR IS NOT PLANNING TO RUN.

Someone just emailed to say that I had posted online that I plan to run from the law. NO WAY.

I have a personal recognizance bond that requires that I appear on January 21 in Waxahachie, Texas or turn myself in up in Missoula, Montana before that scheduled hearing. I intend to do one or the other unless someone somewhere comes to their senses and orders a discharge.

I have never violated a law (other than traffic) in my life, and I have no intention of violating one now.

Judge Cindy Ermatinger advised me to head to Montana because I am so severely claustrophobic. I have a conference with my Missoula attorney tomorrow.

    6. Bill Windsor Thanks, folks. Gee, Montana Mary, that's a bleak outlook. Joseph, if I can get the Tenth Court of Appeals to declare that I am discharged due to all the illegality, then my PR bond gets vacated, and I have nothing holding me in Texas. I will be out of Texas as fast as the speed limit will take me. I won't be able to leave the country because there will still be a bogus Montana warrant out there. I've identified one state with the least favorable extradition law as far as Montana is concerned. That may be my destination.

Another fact is, that if he's trying to say Jan 21, was his agreed date to show back up in Judge Cindy's court, that has nothing to do with Montana. They want him now--so not sure about his rational there.

And, now with all his latest posts to the lemmings, claiming he was illegally incarcerated, their calls to media, civil rights attorneys etc, he's really hoping he can create mass confusion to get him out of this. At least that's what I think.

    9. "I am guessing that the corrupt District Attorney Patrick Wilson received a packet from the Montana Governor.

He will try to claim that it is the Governor's Warrant. It isn't. The Texas Governor must review it and sign a Texas Governor's Warrant. But corrupt Ellis County Texas District Attorney doesn't let the law get in the way. This is a disease that afflicts many of the prosecutors in America."

      Ok, now for the truth--
"On December 23, 2014 Texas Governor Rick Perry, at the request of Montana Governor Steve Bullock, issued a warrant for the arrest of Windsor..."

Semantics or straight lies, it doesn't matter, a lie is a lie--and Windsor should not be trusted. He has slandered the DA without one shred of proof. This kind of blatant billshit is his only hope to keep the masses all riled up and anti govt. But, its all LIES!!

    10. In my opinion, blending snipets of the truth with lies has been his calling card. In Judge Cindy, who on the exterior may have seemed "soft" to him, gave him the opening he was looking for.

Actually, she showed a little compassion, he got to go home for the holidays, which to him is weakness, and he ran with it. After his weeks worth of ranting's and the warrant, I doubt he'll get that from her today.

    1. Oh but it's not bullshit. It's Billshit and it all must be true and justifiable because the great Windsor says so. (He thinks the entire world is as dumb as his 50 followers.)

    2. You think he really has 50 followers left?

    3. Marty counts as at least three people by weight alone.

Then again, only half as bright as MaryD...

    4. Definitely more than 50 followers, if Bangladesh counts. He has a holiday named after him there.

  52. If they let him call in today, I wonder if the Judge will ask where he is, and the make model and license plate # of his vehicle?

They may just pass his call on to the District Attorney, Patrick Wilson, the "Corrupt" one and part of the "Ellis County Mafia" I assume, using Bills words.
