Just as predicted, Bill has turned on Judge Carroll for following the law. The law is what separates us from the animals....and guess which way Bill divides up in that exchange? Yes, the sweet ole grampa act came to a screeching halt as the 40th District Court got to see the real Windsor on full display, fangs, foaming mouth and all. Following exactly the Windsor standard operating procedure, just as he did to Judge Thrash right before Thrash issued the vexatious litigant ruling, Bill has decided to pre-empt Carroll's anti-slapp ruling by declaring that Carroll should recuse himself.

Anyway, on to the rabid dog motion. Windsor, like he has in the past with every other judge he has gone before, says that Carroll is impartial by the fact that he hasn't ruled in Bill's favor. That of course is the Windsor standard of justice in a court. That part is par for Bills course. But we quickly deviate from that as Bill puts on his tinfoil hat and claims conspiracy with the DA, the Sheriff and Judge Carroll being at the center of it all. Its even Carroll's fault that he is in jail for charges in Montana.
Judge Carroll must recuse himself because, upon information and belief (Bill's favorite line to quote before he gives a lie), Bob's wife is perhaps a Joey. Well since no once knows what the hell a Joey is, how could anyone prove that she is not? For that matter, Bill is a Joey since he reads the blog constantly and comments on it. But the really interesting part is how that crazy idea came to him.....yep its none other than John Margetis. Yes this nice fellow here:

Ahhh yes, and for a perfect set of irony, thats Joey Dauben, Margetis' partner in crime at the time, who was filming that encounter. Margetis has been in and out of jail regularly. He has devoted his life to trying the destroy Bob Carroll and many other judges who issued justice in his personal case. Hmm, that sounds familiar. And just like Bill, Margetis is a pathological liar and notorious vexatious litigant who frivolously and and unsuccessfully sued this blog. Margetis is also the one that went on Bill's radio show several times over 2 years ago and was the one that got Bill to take up the domain name JudgeBobCarroll.com. Margetis is every bit as pure evil as Bill is, and he is knowingly and intentionally lying about the Carrolls in an effort to get Bill to go after them. Just like Bill, any lie is good as long as it serves to help your own personal cause. Margetis first got with Joey and tried to use him to attack Judge Carroll and now he wants to use Bill who is now more than willing to blame Bob for everything.
But, in the end, rabid animals like Margetis and Windsor are after not really the person, but the institution of justice. They are both lawbreakers and as such, judges are their natural adversaries. Judicial corruption coming out of Bill's mouth is actually true justice. They don't seek to reform a problem, they want to blow up the entire thing. And with this motion, Bill has hit the nuke button in Texas. He is a rabid dog, nothing will stop him from attacking any and everything in front of him. He can't be reasoned with, he can't be reformed, its simply time for the judicial system to in effect....put him down. That is the only thing that can stop something so warped and so vile.
I took a position in Lawless America (before I knew the truth), followed Bill two years ago to four cities and states, and was interviewed on video in two of them. He was generous and mostly nice but a little rude at times. All that travel wasn't free and I'm not rich. Yes, he must have a fortune to afford hotels everyday and that much gas! After one of our meet ups he literally couldn't wait to give a FB status update to his fascinated and worried audience.

He didn't give me the ol' C & D, but he cut me off and my admin access, IP address, videos, etc. God, him blacking or blurring out folks in the U.S. Capitol group photo was juvenile and pathetic! I caught him in at least two lies, for sure, aside from the lawsuits. The lemmings aren't going to snap out of it and see or seek the truth until something shakes their heroic and noble illusion of Bill. Those suffering with a family and/or legal struggle shouldn't be blamed for following him and being interviewed before about Spring, 2013. Everyone should be concerned what he could do with all that personal info! I really feel sorry and despise what he did to Allie and other innocent ones. That fat, frivolous, old mother fucking con man, hypocrite and narcissist is in jail where he belongs.
Dang, even the old Soviet Union was more efficient that Bill. When they rewrote people out of organizations, they at least doctored the photos to make it look as though that individual was never in the picture to begin with. And that was done by hand, long before photoshop!

I mean, really, this is looking more and more like he/they plotted and planed on how to get before this Judge, and then create the worlds largest frivolous case in history--to then use in some kind of sick plot to destroy the Judiciary. How can Windsor make an allegation like that about the Judge's wife? That is really too far IMO. Now he's defaming anyone and everyone--including the Judge's wife. SMH
The man is a menace. He won't stop, and no one is off limits in becoming his next target. Period. No one is immune, and even a Vexi label isn't enough to clearly portray how evil he truly is. AND with his money? He is basically unstoppable. I'd really like to see him sued on behalf of the people--because at this point? Everyone is a potential target. (IMHO clearly)

What the "Individual" has done is make a complete mockery of the court system, and abuse the need for a protective order. Anyone going online to read the "Individual's" own words can see that he is psychotic, perverted and obviously not in fear of his life from anyone, let alone Bill Windsor. DeleteWindsor is confusing a judge's obligations with those of a juror. They aren't the same. Judges can, and often do, hear "evidence" that is not actually admissible. It doesn't disqualify them from sitting on a case. The law presumes the judge can determine what is and isn't admissible and what should and should not impact his decision and put the inadmissible stuff aside in ruling on an issue or case. Happens every day -- and a good thing, too, or litigants could easily get any judge disqualified by bringing up inadmissible evidence at any time.

DeleteInitially. He's cut off from excess sugar and whatnot. Boredom may actually mean he's sleeping more hours than before being jailed. But studies show that the stress of extended sentences can age the body 15% quicker.

DeleteHis body is essentially in detox/cleanse mode right now. Since the body stores toxins in fat, a loss of body fat may mean that these stored toxins are circulating or draining from his body. This could cause what's known as a healing crisis and some of the symptoms he's complaining about. He's not getting the sunlight and vitamin D that's important especially for mood support, male hormones and flu prevention. He does not exercise, and this is not the first time he has complained of GI symptoms a day or two before a hearing.

In fact, once the door is opened on psych evals (something Windsor wants on his victims), his victims may have to undergo same. Don't open that door.
