A Clubhouse PSA

As Billy continues to raise the stakes and make a mockery out of Allie's protective order and our judicial system, its only natural that people have become incensed and defensive of Allie and this looming showdown in Missouri.  And now that Wild Bill is putting any and everything out in the WWW in to his court filings and blaming them on Allie, I guess it needs to be stated what our official policy is on this.

I know a lot of folks are kinda joking around about this made up "trial" of the century and thats fine (it is funny as hell), but I want to make it clear that the official stance of I and this blog is to not go to Missouri for this court date.  Don't let Bill suck you into the gutter with him, this is still a simple protective order by Allie against Bill and the backdrop is her own family court custody battle.  No matter what you think of Allie its important that her family court case remain private and allow it to resolve itself on its own accord.  Bill is trying to bring his Ringling Brothers show down there to disrupt her case.

Its certainly commendable to want to go and defend Allie as Bill and his goons show up to intimidate her.  But the courthouse has been alerted to the freak show coming their way and they will have sufficient law enforcement officers who are commissioned and authorized to use deadly force.  Bill may not respect their authority but his old, frail and obese body will recognized the authority of their instruments of enforcement   And that goes for his goons as well.  Lets allow law enforcement and the judicial system to run its course here.  Allie has taken steps of her own to ensure her safety at home while the circus is in town.

So anyway, I just wanted to reiterate that neither I nor anyone in the clubhouse is actually going up there for this court hearing, nor do we encourage anyone from doing it.  Remember, we are far superior to Bill intellectually  physically, and most of all morally.  While that usually goes without saying, I just thought I would remind everyone of that as we should never cede the high ground.

  1. Strongly agree. Everyone but Ms. Overstreet and the other people directly impacted by the hearing should stay the hell away.

    1. I think most of us, myself included, are just joking. There is no need to give Windsor any more attention by showing up. It is exactly what he craves. We are just trying to show our support for Allie. I have no doubt that she is well protected and has make arrangement for her safety as well as her family.

    2. I know, up until now I would have said this goes without saying, but thanks to Bill I'm going to put it up there in black and white for everyone to read.

Look, just several hours after this he is already implicating us as going to be Allie's bodyguards there with her in Missouri.

    3. I guess I should chime in as well. No one was going there but he's too dumb to figure that out. That includes our "hammer man and Petunia"...

Brannon, he called you the hammer man in his documents. ROFL That's how I introduced you on our first radio show with the music n all. But he doesn't read here or listen. hahahahahahahaha dumbass pie liar makes me laugh.

I'm certainly no expert with "legal mojo" but after reading his petition, it's very easy to see how he continues to lose in court. The guy is an absolute idiot. 98% of the crap he wrote has NOTHING to do with Allie at all.

  2. Yes, please set aside your differences right now. Allie was simply in the wrong place at the wront time as we all are. She stepped up to the plate for all of us and gave so much of her time, more than many, to help us all. By the luck of the draw she wasn't fired, she was elavated so we could all watch what he is doing to her now. It could have happened to any of us. Indeed it is happening to all of us. He lied to us all, he's threatened us all. By naming us "John Does 1-1000" he is harassing us all through the court system. There are other ways to support Allie. Please stay home.

    HELP NEEDED

Friends, I could use a little help. I need more evidence of threats against me and outrageous things that you have seen posted. I really need, and cannot locate, the gross video about me that featured photo after photo of, excuse the word but it is all that applies, sh*t.

If anyone has a screenshot of when the American Mothers Political Party advised its supporters to watch the movie, "Kill Bill," I could use that. I need any horrible stuff on AMPP as their leader plans to be at my "trial" on April 8. Same goes for Sean Boushie and http://joeyisalittlekid.blogspot.com/ -- all allegedly going to be there as "bodyguards," etc.

I don't read any of this hate stuff, so I rely on friends to send me the evidence. Trouble is, there is now so much evidence that finding something specific is really difficult.

If you have anything, or know where to find it, please email me at nobodies@att.net

  5. As a lawyer, I second Ginger's request that we all stay home. Frankly, I'm amused at the thought of a bunch of Bill's yahoos showing up to a court hearing and being disruptive. Bill's "affidavits" will be ruled inadmissible as hearsay (or on grounds of relevance, or both).

Given what I've seen on the LA website, it goes without saying that the LA true believers all all inherently distrust the judicial system. They are quite likely to see any rulings against Bill or in Allie's favor as more proof of corruption in the system.

I think the reaction some of his true believers will have when the judge rules the "affidavits" inadmissible or prohibits them from turning a simple TRO hearing into a diatribe against Allie, AMPP, and the Clubhouse will be hilarious. If we are fortunate, they can learn first hand what one of my mentors told me early in my career -- there is nothing closer to being God on earth as being a judge presiding in a courtroom.

  6. As an aside, though, I feel I owe Bill a debt of gratitude. Reading his rambling, largely incoherent "pleading" was quite amusing. I needed the lift on an otherwise dreary day.

    1. Welcome to the wild world of Bill Windsor, Vexatious Litigant/Sore Loser Extraordinaire.

If you liked that filing, you might find the long line of crazed motions he's filed in his own lawsuits in Georgia and D.C. federal courts even more interesting. (I suspect it would take days to read them all, though.)

If you've got the time and the interest, start with Windsor's personal Pearl Harbor—Maid of the Mist v. Alcatraz Media, 2007 WL 7119047, Case No. 1:06-CV-714-ODE (N.D. Ga. Aug. 9, 2007)—and go from there.

"Lawless America Stephanie, I am anxious to testify for her ex. I didn't threaten going. I don't threaten. I would have been there on April 1 to tell her judge that she's a pathological liar. But she got a protective order by claiming I'm out to shoot a bunch of folks, so now I can't be there. And all this garbage about me publishing addresses is just that. Her address is in the phone book, and it comes up in simple searches online. My home address has been published by these creeps far and wide, so what about my children and grandchildren? One of these wackos claims to have been following one of my granddaughters and has claimed to describe what she was wearing one day. To every liar, I say this: I will work to expose you. I will publish your address. If you have a valid reason to fear that someone who shouldn't know your address will have it, then don't lie. Stephanie, I am very disappointed in you. You know me better than most, but you want to believe scumbags."

I have no steak myself in any of this and find it hard to believe some of the Allie story too unfortunately I am not going to try to figure it out.
I have faith in Judges and the police for the most part are just and do work. I believe it is people themselves who don't always tell the truth
to protect themselves when in court so judges only get as much info as us here at the clubhouse do also.

He still believes that that people live in Texas. Suing someone has to be done in their own district. Furthermore, he has already filed criminal charges that were denied by Cobb County Georgia his own Domicile. He is filing them again in various counties? So, who has jurisdiction. So...I guess Billy has obtained a leave from the federal district court in Texas? If not, he's in direct violation of this court order (below) and may be held in contempt.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Plaintiff, William M. Windsor, and any parties acting in concert with him or at his behest, are PERMANENTLY ENJOINED from filing any complaint or initiating any proceeding, including any new lawsuit or administrative proceeding, in any court (state or federal) or agency in the United States without first obtaining leave of a federal district court in the district in which the new complaint or proceeding is to be filed.

    4. Ok so before S.H. came here, and confused this whole can he or can he not file, some were under the impression he could not. She made a mess of understanding the orders and either said or posted something that said it was only regarding the Maid stuff.

So Sluggo, are you under the impression that we all were before, that he can not file? And if so, then perhaps it's why the other criminal case he said he filed got booted? And the reason none of the other complaints go anywhere?

(As for contempt, its almost his middle name now)

      Delete
    5. Ninja,

I understand S.H. erroneously believed Windsor could file with a leave from a federal district court, but she (ultimately) admitted her error and stood corrected. I think the direct court order speaks for itself, don't you? I count no fewer than five "anys" in that order; can it be any clearer? With respect to any filings Windsor had made since this order, I have no comment other than I would assume he is in violation of the order if he didn't get a leave first.

      Delete
    6. Oops..that first sentence should be: "Windsor could file without a leave..."

Forgive my errors...I've got massive amounts of allergy now and it's affecting my vision.

      Delete
    7. well lets say, just for argument sake, that you are right. So he faxes in some paper work to file charges against "the joeys" in Colin County. Chances are the people in Collin County don't know anything about his court orders or something like that. Would they be able to flag this right of way, or would that information need to be put in front of them to know the situation?

      Delete
    8. GS, I'm not an attorney, so can't give anyone advice, but if I knew Windsor was attempting to file on me, I would make sure the federal district court knew of Thrash's order. Did I answer your question?

      Delete
    9. Thanks Sluggo. I never saw the correction so I was still under the impression he could file as long as it wasn't about the maid case.

Now it appears he is either just flat out lying about filing or as you pointed out he is in contempt.

      Delete
    10. Unlike Sluggo, I am (duh) an attorney, though I am certainly not giving anyone advice here; everyone reading should consult their own counsel.

That said, I agree with everything Sluggo has posted on this thread-let. I agree with his reading of the 7/15/11 Thrash order; and I agree that if Windsor were suing me, I'd do everything I could to educate the judge in question about Windsor's long history of vexatious courthouse stupidity, up to and including (but not only!) the Thrash order.

I also think it's exceedingly unlikely that Windsor has obtained permission from any federal judge in Missouri or Texas to file lawsuits in those states. But that's mostly my guess based on the guy's prior behavior.

To answer Ginger's question, most courts would need Windsor's opponent to clue the judge in regarding Windsor's history. (Something tells me that the state and federal courts in Atlanta, Georgia are an exception to this general rule, though.) It's possible that a judge or his/her staff would do the research to figure out who he is and what his history is before addressing his filings, but it's more likely that they wouldn't have the time, resources, and interest.
