Bill Windsor Tries to Scrub His Past

Bill Windsor never lies, as he reminds everyone repeatedly.  But one important component to that statement is the ability to erase everything he has said in the past.  Late last night, Bill sent out a plea to his followers for spying, but this time its to spy on himself.  You see those over 100 talkshoe shows of him blabbering on and on may have statements in them that contradict what Bill has already sworn in court that he never said.  You see, all those "haters" are lying about me, but just in case I'm gonna need to review and edit all the shows that I did where I spoke about grand juries, 501 c3 non- profits, proposed legislation (I never did that did I?), donations....oh and I forgot all the different things I said about the fake movie.

If Bill Windsor never lied then he has no reason to worry about all those talkshoe shows.  But he did, and now he does have to worry.  Oh and anything anyone else said is not important, only what Bill says....but then again we already knew that didn't we?

  1. Spot on Ginger. He may think nothing anyone else said is important, but that would be another large mistake on his part. I am curious as to why he needs this information, when he said he downloaded this entire site, and we have in the past, documented what he said, and when, to prove his lies. Not all of them of course, but numerous- very damaging ones.

Also kind of blows his defamation out the door too, since everything is documented that we comment on what he does and says. Just because he doesn't like certain comments, doesn't make them defamatory. He seems to lack the ability to embrace humor.

There are plenty of links to his talk shoe shows on this blog, with times and dates of what he is specifically requesting over on his FB page that you frequent.

If that is too difficult for you to comprehend, why don't you be a good lemming and listen to all 106 of them, and analyze them with your super duper litigious mind and find exactly what he asked for, since you think you know everything.

I disagree with Bill. IMO, the guests on the show are relevant and what they said is important.

    1. I agree. I think it will help to prove he was never misunderstood in his intent, and it was clear. Also, when he said he was a 501 c3 long before he actually filed for one. I believe when the "haters" pointed out that the IRS didn't have any records of a 501 c3 for Lawless America or Bill Windsor, he put out request- and he had two people offer theirs for his use. I think that is pretty important.

Also, something else is bothering me about that 300+ affidavit he submitted last week. He has tons, I mean tons of allegations that don't pertain to him. He brings up things that are totally irrelevant to himself. Like other people allegedly harassed. That has nothing to do with him. Is he really that desperate for manufactured evidence to support his BS? Rhetorical of course. That affidavit is "Void" in my opinion. LOL

    2. "I disagree with Bill. IMO, the guests on the show are relevant and what they said is important." That all depends on what was said and whether or not Bill agreed with it.

HOW is that important? What does it prove?

Ninja you are correct that the affidavit is rife with irrelevant information. However, that does not make the affidavit void.

    3. Wow, you just don't get humor do you? I was mocking Windsor's constant whining about Void orders. Sheesh.

As for the rest of what you said, it's not worth explaining to you.

As far calling anyone posting here a hater, well that is a good example of the pot calling the kettle black. IMO, YOU are the most antagonistic, hateful reader here since Booshie got muzzled.

    9. Booshie, and the Booshie sock puppets are so stupid. Bill contacted the person they told Bill she was. It was the wrong one. He is too stupid to understand when some random person calls someone up on the phone, out of the blue, and asks some asinine question, if they don't engage in a conversation, and say you have the wrong person and hang up, that means piss off you have the wrong person. Only lemmings and lemming leaders would assume that means they have the right person.

      Delete
    10. NBTDT- they are just evil and vindictive. This woman told Bill he had the wrong person, yet, he decided to sue her anyway. Now, why after a phone call, did he decide to send her something to sign? She doesn't owe him shit. I don't know anyone who would sign some random document sent by some stranger.

Bill will end up paying this woman money I would bet.

    11. sadly I have seen these methods used before. Stalking innocent people who have no clue WTF you are talking about or who you are can get you in some real trouble. Especially when they lawyer up. It is really frightening when these guessing games go wrong, and idiots chase after innocent people who have never heard of them.

I am sure all of this will not matter to these idiots. Innocent people are being targeted, and stalked and harassed. Deep down, Bill knows he has the wrong people. Deep down he just doesn't care either.

And no one in their right mind would sign a disclaimer and provide their personal information to a loony tune who calls and threatens them with a lawsuit if they don't. I'd be calling a sheriff. And if I read the stuff he is accusing these people of, a lawyer too.

I would think the person was a dangerous and deluded person...oh wait....

    12. Did Bill ever answer Susan's question about a deadline for signing the affidavit? I never saw it if he did. Is he ignoring her now as well. She just can't catch a break.

    14. If all it took was to say that's not me, and I don't know who you are, that would be one thing Anon 7:56. But Billy asked for much more than that didn't he? And what makes anyone think he can be trusted? His legal history of continual lawsuits would hardly convince me he can be trusted. Heck, just seeing how many people he is trying to add to that lawsuit would convince me he is not to be believed. And I sure as heck wouldn't provide him with any personal information given the history of what he has already done to other people. See his Lawless America site for examples. Google of his name would also prevent me from signing anything for him. His word means nothing based on his own history.

      Delete
    15. @ 7:56 (Sharon)- no, you are completely wrong. When Windsor called this woman she gave him her answer. He just didn't like it. Sending her the affidavit was harassment. He has zero proof. Only some assholes who set him up. Probably like you who probably told him to send the affidavit in the first place.

      Delete
    16. He filed a motion to add her the same day he mailed the affidavit. So the whole "gave her a chance to deny" is nothing more than Susan trying to defend Windsor just so she can argue with people here.

      Delete
    17. LOL, it is pretty funny that he is being played by the fools who gave him names to people who don't even know who he is or what he is talking about. That's called a setup Bill, and you have been well played. Either that or the people you are trusting really are that inept. Could be both.

LOL, and I know he won't believe it because I am saying it, but you got it wrong Bill. You sources are as clueless as you are for believing they know anything.

      Delete
    18. You know what's even funnier Oceans, is that the profiles he thinks are real people, are some of his least favorite people. He's just too stupid to know which ones. But, if he tried really hard to think about it, I bet one brain cell might fire up that dingy light bulb. *hint* it isn't any "Joeys" Bill.

      Delete
    19. Oh, I should add ^^^ that means you have to stop thinking that everyone who posted here in the past, or some who sporadically post now, are "Joeys"

      Delete
    20. his head would explode before he would believe that the whole world is not Joeys...and yep, I've noticed some of his favorite people are not so nice when they post outside his little page. He might be shocked what some of them say about him vs. the things they post on his FB.

It's pretty funny how he labels people who did a quick post or two here as Joeys. Some of them left all kerfluffled and angry because we didn't buy their snizzle either. He just finds it easier to try to say there is some big ole scary conspiracy. That's what happens when you hang out with a bunch of conspiracy nuts.

I really love the ones who think we get paid for this. Why is it so hard to see that we are just people who don't agree with him? People who fact check and form opinions.

LOL, he really does think the world should just believe him and follow him blindly. And yes, I know how silly that sounds

That you're trying to prevent Bill from bringing to the attention of the public?

    23. Sorry to burst your bubble Nan, but the whole "movie" thing was only to get people to join Bill's Revolution. He said it numerous times, maybe too many Mike's in your head confused you. Now, Bill has had plenty of opportunities to finish his movie, but he chose not to. It is Bill who is gang-stalking by sending out "Sleuths" to hunt us. We are merely exercising our first amendment rights to disagree with his whole Revolution, which is to take over offices around the country, and charge everyone currently in office that they remove with Treason.

You really need to pay attention. There are plenty of people who don't agree with Windsor's agenda. You will find them all over the place. Big hint...we aren't all "Mike." But I think the "Mikes" of the world are the one's who need to be charged with Treason. You all are anti-government. You want to form your own version of Government the way YOU feel it should be. Not the way it was set up. Personal accountability Nan. None of the Billified people seem to want to acknowledge they lack the ability to accept responsibility for their own actions.

Gang-stalking, not so much. It's you that keeps coming over here Why? Nan, look in the mirror. Your double talking, sidestepping, finger pointing, everything is corruption crap doesn't fly.

They talk big. Act big..as if. When push comes to shove they vanish. Go into hiding behind fake screen names. Use those they can in essence Blackmail and manipulate. To do their dirtywork for them.
In a more functional world. These same people would be investing their time, money and their effort. Into helping to prevent true victimhood and assiting those who have been victimized.
If you can't be part of the solution. Don't become part of the problem.
Make complicated issues out of simple problems.
All of this was avoidable. If certain people did not think they were above the law or better than others.
Who knew the right thing to do. Yet felt the rules. They are for other people..certainly don't apply to me.
Wrong. There is right and there is wrong.

I guess if Windsor takes over, the mental health industry will be abolished, so the nuts can run the offices.

  7. I have a question for that Anon that seems to be a rabid Windsor supporter, Snoozan.
Why does Bill Windsor make his Facebook posts about those he believes are on his to be sued "Joey" list private? For his Facebook friends only? If he's so fearless and is putting them on social media blast, wouldn't he reach more readers with public posts? That method seems rather cowardly, IMO. Of his approximately 230 Facebook friends, I only see the same 6 to 10 liking or commenting on all his posts. Usually, it's that one woman Sharon that uses her comments to promote her own agenda. Then, there's that Marty guy and he's always putting weird sexual innuendo stuff, that is just plain gross. There's always that Mary woman that makes sentences that are at least a hundred words and always mentions her Lyme's stuff. Or that Nancy woman that complains about her ex a lot and puppets. Is that really all he's got as a target audience? Then, you Snoozan? You're always over here, defending him. Why doesn't he use a fan page? Windsor posts as if he has thousands of readers, where are all those?
I've been reading here, and you always have the explanations for everything Bill Windsor says or does. How are these individuals supposed to be intimidated if they're unaware? Isn't that what his posts are about? Intimidation? What Windsor deems retaliation? It doesn't seem like he's getting the intended targets recently.
My other question is, how does Windsor remove one name when he does figure out he chose incorrectly? Or do those wrong people named get removed or replaced in his lawsuit in Texas ? 1,000 people is a lot of people! A lot more people than seem to be supporting Windsor, just using his Facebook numbers as an indicator.
Since Snnozan seems to know more about Windsor than anyone else, hopefully she can explain this.

It's my opinion. Nobodies is an under statement. In my opinion, he's just a stalking, suing, grown toddler who didn't get his way so he's inflicting as much pain and hardship on people as they will let him. I'm not saying he isn't dangerous if people let him be, or that he's not a problem for vulnerable people. He is. I was one myself. I'm just saying that the energy is what he is after. Like jeepers creepers without the cape. Or the truck. Or the producer, lol. Or the movie, lol. Once you stop putting energy in, he's nothing. All that's left is helping other people steer clear of the wingnut and showing the authoritiiii what he really is. He's probably in the corner at his computer, scowl on his face, jacking off angrily, pounding out more crap that no one reads.

    3. I told y'all - these people are scary. A couple of weeks ago I posted about a blog talk radio show Darash was on. He's got something big planned within the next few weeks. With an 'or else' at the end of it. He was cryptic about the end but it sounded not good. As I recall, sending out several of these letters was like phase 1.

Like Gingersnap said - these groups ignore the fact that the legislators and judiciary hold office because the majority of THE PEOPLE put them there.

And when you have somebody with views the likes of Jon Roland, yep, that has caused me to consider the Libertarian party a haven and platform for SovCits. Godwin's Theory aside - Darash's rhetoric has a lot of similarity to the Nazi party before 1933.

"Police across the Nation are being militarized and soon you will be going out on “operations” instead of patrol and you will be caught up in arresting and killing people in the name of America, after all they are just sovereign terrorists."

I certainly hope Darash is right, if he proceeds with his plan. If they threaten to remove, by force, officials duly elected or appointed by the majority of THE PEOPLE, then I will support the effort of our duly sworn PEACE OFFICERS to do whatever it takes to keep our country out of their hands. If our laws and elections don't matter, anarchy is next, followed by a totalitarian government.

    6. Link below is for last night’s NLA radio show.

This is the 5th letter sent. To educate the addressees. To teach about them about the Constitution, people in courts and Sheriffs don’t understand it. NLA is organizing with Oath Keepers for the next step. The next step is all hush, hush for strategic reasons. NLA is going to send a letter to the oath takers every week until they get in power.

Under NLA’s system, Judges will get one chance to “straighten up”, then they will be true billed, indicted and “yanked from office”. Straighten up by what standards?

Darash says “we can bring this nation back to 1789 before the summer is out”. After they get New York in position and the judges in order, they’ve got plans to help Connecticut, Oregon, Washington and Utah. Also after they come to power, Darash is going to write a text book on his principles to re-educate kids in grade school. Darash’s idea of “bringing all people together” is including all Christians - Catholics, Episcopalians, Baptists, etc.

And then I had to quit listening. Except for the religious foundation, Darash basically implemented Bill’s plan to “take back our country”. But Darash did it with better focus (he ignores dissenters and trolls) and without collecting all that evidence before forming Citizens Grand Juries and putting them to work. All of his followers are as vexi as Bill’s. And all judges and lawyers are corrupt. Same song, different verse.
Mary B is a caller on the show. She’s still filing complaints and getting arrested.

    7. NBTDT : Do you think it was wrong for this blog to attack Joey Dauben's family for his transgressions? I do..

      Delete
    8. I don't think this blog "attacked" anybody. I think there have been several individuals come and gone, and some that just won't go away, that "attack" people. They are just nasty people.

As for opinions about public behavior - that's an easy fix. Don't act stupid in public, don't air dirty laundry and nobody will have anything to talk about.

      Delete
    9. This blog reported information that included a story about Joey Dauben's parents contemplating divorce in legal proceedings. None of their children knew about that beforehand. There were many more attacks. GS sanctioned and participated in it.

      Delete
    10. Attacking someone's parents to satisfy a grudge is just about as low as you can get.

      Delete
    11. How is it I am responsible and why do I owe anyone, but especially the two of you, any explanation for the behaviors of others?

That's a rhetorical question. Since Snoozan is handling out legal advice, she ought to know the answer to that question. Many people have been victimized by Snoozan, as well as Bill on behalf of AMPP, Booshie and Allie. But here Snoozan is, blaming the victims. The justification for the continued attacks on me indicates just how mentally ill all of you are and provides ample explanation for why you picked somebody like Bill to "lead" you in the first place. And I don't think there is a word that adequately describes just how sick it is that you think it's OK for Booshie to stalk and harass people, lie about it to 5 courts and then start the process over on a new victim.

I would invite you to be specific about anything I've posted that is unethical, mean or inaccurate so we can discuss it. But I don't think you are capable of an honest, fair or civil discussion. You've lost any chance to prove me wrong. This is the last time I will respond to either of you.

  24. This is interesting. Apparently a mainstream news reporter in MT did a story on a woman with ties to NLA. In what looks like an after thought, the reporter dug deeper into the NLA. He posted what he found on a blog.

The first comment under the article is by Elias Alias, a member of the Oath Keepers who is "authorized to speak with you publicly or in print about Oath Keepers". He writes a dissertation on SovCit rhetoric in what appears to be an attempt to educate the reporter. About 3 comments later is Paul Stramer, who is Booshie's father in law. Yep, he's all in on the SovCit and Citizen Grand Jury thing.

Paul Stramer • 2 months ago

I concur completely with Elias Alias below, as what he said clearly outlines the basis for the Grand Jury, and Mr. Becker should take him seriously and he should continue his studies of this issue, only leave aside the apparent bias he has for the status quo position, and try to arrive at the whole truth.

To that end I would like to offer some research I have accumulated that might help inform.

However, if you're signed up with an Internet Service Provider (ISP) -- which is the way most of us get our Internet service -- then your ISP can easily link your IP address with your name, home address, phone number, e-mail address and even credit card information.
Don't get paranoid just yet: In general, ISPs have fairly strict privacy policies. They won't give out your personal information to any random person who asks for it. However, under laws like the U.S. Patriot Act and through subpoenas from the police and federal agencies, an ISP may have no choice but to supply personal information related to an IP address."

  27. Bill tried for 2 years to get the attention of mainstream media. It took Darash only 9 months.

In a FOX report Darash takes exception to being called a "sovereign citizen" and says he doesn't advocate violence. He says after the ADL wrote about him, he's in fear for his life.

The ADL listened to one of the blog talk radio interviews: Darash said the NLA would contact county sheriffs about making arrests; if a sheriff refused to make an arrest, they would indict him and go to the undersheriff. Darash concluded with a veiled threat: “Now there is another thing to do, if that doesn’t work. I’m not ready to speak about that until we are ready to do it. But it is an atomic bomb, it’s very strong.”

I heard that broadcast and 3 or 4 others. Darash delivered the same message with slight variations in verbiage each time I've heard him. It sounds like a threat of future violence to me too. Darash should probably read up on how this kind of thing went for Bill's pal Carl Swennson and his group in TN.

In an odd twist: William Taylor Reil, militiaman and CC2009 delegate, denounces NLA in an 8 page document that includes his bio and his plan for reform.

I remember reading Deanna Klosotra and Maria Melinn visiting the Grand Rapids Police station or maybe it was the Sheriffs office and there were flags like that. These conspiracy ding dongs believe that means Martial Law. I was in the Army and those flags are decorative ones with the nice gold fringes on them. They are for Display only. They call them Ceremonial.

Anyhow I laugh at this. Bill Windsor could not put up with such comments calling his group of people of Lawless America the Revolutionary Party complete conspiracy weirdos. I already heard schied say if he does not get his way he will use the 2nd amendment rights. That means force with armed weapons. I worry about this really. With as many people who are given the ideas that the "progressives" democrats are bad and destroying America and are Tyrants and are evil etc. there are many people who will do almost anything thinking they are defending the country. I believe if we wanted common law we would have it. Forcing it is not the way to do. I suggest maybe they could all move to an unoccupied pacific island and start there. Definitely this has become a debate in the lime light now. I will continue to voice my opinion against a movie to promote such things and to gain supporters for a take over of the us government.

This whole premiss and the related groups who want to impose their reality on my country are scary. I particularly am offended by the proposal that only things references in the King James Bible are in fact lawful. Based on the Magna Carta?? Really?

I object, and I do think that violence is intended when they want to start militias to replace local law enforcement that does not agree with them.

These are indeed dangerous people who want to bypass the will of the majority of the people and replace it with the will of the few who are part of their movement. They are and always will be power hungry, militant, and IMO crazy conspiracy nuts.

  28. So I found this interesting e-mail string from 1997, right after Republic of TX Richard McLaren founder (SovCit) took hostages and had a 7 day stand off with law enforcement. Two guys are jumping all over Jon Roland about the militias.

The simple facts of the situation are these, Mr. Roland. We have here just *ANOTHER* example of the essentially *VIOLENT* nature of the Patriot movement in general, and the militia movement in particular. Clearly after the Oklahoma City Bombing, the numerous arrests of numerous militiamen for all kinds of crimes (Starr and the Militia at Large of the Republic of Georgia, the Viper Militia, the Washington
State Militia, the West Virginia Mountaineer Militia, etc., etc.), it is becoming clear with every violent act of the militias just how horribly dangerous you people are. No amount of your demented thinking will change these facts. If you think that any law enforcement agency at any level of government would *EVER* trust a militia, you are very much out of your mind! Hang your head in *SHAME* militiaman, hang your head in shame!

    With disgust,

    JP

Time to go in with guns blazing. No one cares if you want to call yourself an 'freeman' and go shoot guns in the woods with a bunch of your drinking buddies, but when you start taking hostages, you're nothing more than a terrorist, and should be dealt with accordingly. I hope the hostages are safely released, but these morons need to be taken out. They are dangerous, and have shown a willingness to use violence to achieve their crazy goals. I guess its time to start those "US Murdered
