Windsor Can't Stop Himself in Montana

Bill can't take no for an answer.  So after losing in MT, then losing his appeal, its time to go to the Montana Supreme Court as he is requesting supervisory control, with control being the one thing that continues to elude him.

Windsor thinks this is deserved because the judges are corrupt, Boushie is a serial liar, and he forgot to alphabetize his table of contents.  But here is what really fries his circuit board:

30. Judge Larson also issued an order placing filing restrictions on
Windsor. The filing restrictions injunction is outrageous. [APPELLANT'S BRIEF
in DA-13-0785, Exhibit#21.] [Exhibit#22,165; Exhibit#24,165.] There has been
no finding of anything that Windsor has filed that was frivolous or improper. No
court in Ravalli County or Missoula County made any such finding, nor could any
honest judge so claim. This issuance of the injunction was done in complete denial
of due process to Windsor. Windsor received no notice or opportunity to be heard.
Windsor does not have $50,000, so the requirement of $50,000 BOND deprives
Windsor of any ability to ever file a lawsuit against this judge and the other corrupt
judges and judicial employees who Windsor intends to sue and intends to seek a
grand jury to bring criminal charges against the corrupt judges, corrupt court
employees, and corrupt law enforcement officials. There was no show cause order
issued to Windsor, and Windsor was not given an opportunity to be heard on this
matter as is required by law. Meaningful access to the courts is a Constitutional
right that has been denied by DC, and this alleged ORDER denies significant
rights. [APPELLANT'S BRIEF in DA-13-0785, Exhibit#21, RECORD.]

Its like we are in a time warp, this could just as easily be Judge Duffy in Georgia and the year is 2012.  Bill's "rats" have been violated because he has to post $50,000 which he most certainly does have but doesn't want to post, so he thinks he no longer has meaningful access to the courts.  Meaningful being the operative word here.  Bill has had more access to the courts than thousands of people put together.  There is nothing meaningful about any of his filings as they are all copy and paste jobs of his previous frivolous filings.

Notice also Bill's terminology....he didn't say before a jury, he said he intends to bring these judges before a grand jury.  He doesn't want to let John Darash and the National Liberty Alliance steal all his fun, he wants to play judge, jury and executioner as well.

  1. LOL @ the graphic!

It appears that Windsor's eye troubles extend into court orders and rulings as well as taxes. What he is claiming he was denied was written plain and simple. He just doesn't like it. Screaming "corruption" is his only answer to avoid personal accountability and responsibility. He also picks and chooses portions of case law to quote, missing important other factors that clearly go against his arguments. How can he be so blind? Physically and mentally? Rhetorical of course.

  3. So I listened to as much of the NLA 3/24 call-in as I could stand.

Yeah well, Darash is starting to sound like Bill: doesn’t have time to read e-mails and is so busy he is going to take calls only two days a week. He’s asking for donations of $5 per month, talks about donations he has received, says they need funding. He’s also too busy to know who his state coordinators are – says there isn’t a TX coordinator. Then Joanne, the TX coordinator calls in to tell him just how busy she is organizing in TX, with 42 counties active.

Darash expects to take over power on 4/7 9:30 AM at the Columbia Co Courthouse, where he expects the 5 judges indicted to respond to the CLGJ summons or get arrested for contempt and treason. He’s still hush, hush about the ‘or else’ if they are ignored again, but he hopes the Oathkeepers in attendance will step up.

    4. So? Are 'they' planning to take over & use the existing courthouses, jails, offices, equipment, etc? Or do they have their own? For example: handcuffs for the arrests of these judges? & once they've taken over, how will they fund their recovered gov't (courts, LE, highway depts, etc)? Those $5 a month donations? Are they gonna keep the IRS around to collect for them? I'm really curious how all this is gonna be paid for. Is this like a conquer & take what's already in place? Or just begin new?
These people ARE scary. Windsor can't hang with these folks, they're serious & seem to be able to have the ability to 'enforce' (heavy on the force) their plans. Windsor just wants to file papers & post about himself on the Internet...he used to enjoy filming himself, but too many viewers giggle snorted at his on camera yammering, that he gave that up. Seems odd, too, he once would YouTube himself in heartbeat! Now? No way!
Wasn't a lot of camera equipment & video editing equipment 'donated' to him, too? I remember something.... Hmmmmm, gotta go look.
Anyway, my view from here? Bill ain't nearly badass enough to be part of this NLA. He can blab all he wants, I don't think these guys are gonna be intimidated by his paper wad throwing...just me...

In Texas, he's still filing stuff, ignoring the order not to do so until he gets leave, he's pushing for sanctions etc., and he is waiting to see if he is granted leave. Although I would think since he ignored the order, that might have some bearing if he will get leave. Shows a complete disregard and lack of respect for the Judge, as well as how vexatious he really is. Just my thoughts.

Well, the reporter should speak up then. He doesn't like to be discussed, and has taken much offense to it other places. And seeing as Marty has misquoted him numerous times, that should irk Mr. Webb. When Marty claimed that Webb was the one who said Bill and he are bi-sexual, I expected Mr. Webb to immeditally make Marty retract that statement.

Why is Marty so focused on Mr. Webb's sexual preferences, unless Marty is trying to get supporters from the LGBT community, like he gloms onto other groups, for the sole reason of making himself look important. I think the LGBT would be offended personally.

Certainly Mr. Webb should be offended at the least."

I know absolutely nothing about Bill Windsor and Marty Prehn. I certainly have never written anything about them being bisexual. I could care less.

    5. Webb, they were in separate places. Between Windsor and Marty, posts were flying on both of their facebook pages. On Marty's Facebook page, where you say you were unaware of any comments, perhaps you forgot. You responded to one very long post Marty made, where he thanked you for supplying him with information regarding MVZ and the "Joeys." Then Marty reposted an article you wrote, in which he twisted beyond belief.

Around that same time, Marty said he was working with Windsor (and was "Undercover" for the FBI) and would be more than happy to throw the cuffs on MVZ for Windsor, is when he made a comment that you told him that you and Windsor were bisexual.

Also around that time, Windsor made a post naming everyone who has posted on this blog as "haters" of whom he will sue. Your name was included.

    4. David, most of this goes to a mentally retarded guy named Marty Prehn from Michigan. He gets on the internet to pretend he is everything he isn't in real life, including some kind of investigator with direct connections to the FBI. Windsor said find out who GS is, so he googles the name and sees your blog specificity the one about Lorraine Haake and her lawsuit against MVZ which involved comments on this blog. Being mentally retarded, he can't seem to understand that your article was not naming MVZ as the owner of the blog so he goes back to his master with the big news. Bill doesent care, he will sue anyone and was about ready to just start going through the phone book so he added the name.

Marty has tried to pretend like you came to him with the information, for instance here is something he posted:

Names used by this retard have been abbreviated...
      Marty Prehn
To DW. Just to clarify no one sent an e-mail using your name that I am aware of. I had googled M's name and your article showed up and I shared it on fb as I have the same suspicions that you do about some of the anonymous posters and who they really are and the IP addresses confirm that. Ginger Snap had taken on many identities and under different names and has gone out of her way to convince people that Ginger Snap is a male. This . It appears she at times had also accused her father who resides in Colorado and is a police chief that he molested both her and her sister Allie or Ollie who is currently in the Army over in England M has stated that her sister is a known lesbian which M seems to have a hard time coming to terms with. The connection between M and Gingersnap comes from M referring to the mental institution where she was committed to several times against her will as the Gingerbread house. Khaki the reference to her having to pay out alot of money comes from another article that I shared where another person who defied a court order not to post on fb or any other blogsight was hit with a multi million dollar fine for restitution and punitive damages. Daphlia the Saint of the Insane. This explains alot.

And then we see the trolls going to you with all kinds of BS "tips", none of which were true:
Farty is just a brazen liar ... David W is now responding to Liar, Liar Mart the Fart ... "So I hear everyone over at JIALK is clamoring for The Rare Reporter to take down the referenced story, and they are calling it names such as "bogus crap." The story is an accurate reflection of court documents. If GS & Cronies are so concerned about someone falsely being identified as GS, why don't they prove it? Come out of the closet GS. Not doing it indicates you have something to hide, or it shows a complete disregard for the "poor woman" you are referencing. While you are at it, why don't all of you come out into the sunlight, instead of sniping about people from behind pseudonyms?
For the record, I do not know the identity of GS."

so, as you can see, these little birdies that tell you stuff intentionally twist the truth to get you to do something

So, when you say something to the effect that you can't say for certain....they always assume they are right. The thing that brought them all together was Bill. He made giant claims that he was going to make a big movie to be seen at film festivals, in theaters, Blockbuster, and Red Box. When somebody makes big claims and starts taking names, addresses, personal info, volunteers, money, etc, don't you do a little fact checking before you go all in? At the very core of this, Bill Windsor is not equipped with the talent, resources, or even a single original idea that would have made Lawless America/Grip/Revolutionary Part a success. Period. One comment made by someone that stood out to me, is that it costs him virtually nothing to harass people through the courts, other than the filing fees. He doesn't care about the amount of time and money others have to spend defending themselves against his meritless vendettas.

If only the courts would issue an order like the one for the 50K to sue Judges, for everyone, maybe he'd think twice about if he actually has a "colorable" claim or if he's just really more vindictive and petty.

Divine's mother, Frances Milstead, remarked that while Divine "was blessed with many talents and abilities, he could be very moody and demanding."[143] She noted that while he was "incredibly kind and generous", he always wanted to get things done the way that he wanted, and would "tune you out if you displeased him."[

Sound just like Snoozan. Minus the good attributes.

    2. I agree most people are to some degree. But it speaks volumes with regard to degree if your mom says it out loud.

  19. Bill has possibly committed ID Theft; I believe his search for personal information has led to that here...

    1. 20 years? Where the hell did he come up with 20 years?

"Bill Windsor How could a group of people justify spending 20 years of time publishing comments defaming me and others? I just have to wonder if someone hasn't paid some or all of these people."

I see in his little math experiment, this is how he compiles his spiffy "Evidence." He writes some stuff, throws in some cockamamie theories, embellishes it with Billshit, and poof, he just compiled "evidence" that proves a "crime." Any of it verified? Nope. Any of it factual? Nope. Any of it prove he has been "defamed?" Nope. Only him making claims. Judge, Jury and Executioner.

I think the part that blows his entire little "sting" on IP hunting is when Marty starts rambling. Problem is with both of them, the amount of screenshots showing what they have done themselves which could be used against them in a far more effective manner. My opinion is that when you have a self made limited public figure, leading a "Revolutionary Party" and those members follow their leader's requests, the group as a whole has now been implicated. All the articles and comments Windsor wants to use in his "evidence" actually once again proves that as a public type figure, people will comment on their activities. He makes a move, people comment. It's still not "Cyberstalking" it's people watching and discussing a public figure making an ass out of himself.

    2. Good point, Ninja. What's the difference between his faithful followers commenting on the activities he publicizes and dissenters commenting? If dissenters are cyber stalkers, doesn't that make the faithful followers cyber stalkers too?

  23. "I know some of you aren't interested in my battles against cyberstalkers. But unfortunately, it is currently the most important issue to me personally -- more important than than the effort to expose government and judicial corruption. Until this is resolved, I cannot accomplish much with corruption issues."

Code for: I bit off more than I can chew. I made promises I couldn't keep. I need an out that you silly lemmings will fall for and not blame me. I know it was my choice to stop helping, and I have made hundreds if not thousands of excuses over the past few years, slowly showing you I had no intentions to follow this through. This is and always was about me! It will never be resolved because I will always find someone who's opposed to my vexiness to sue. (my opinion- based on the semantics of Windsors past in reading between bill lines)

    1. HA! A lemming understands perfectly.

"Gerard Beloin I believe you are altruistic but losing sight of the big picture. Judicial corruption issues supersede your defamation lawsuits. If you lose track of the big picture, they will continue to yank the defamation chain forever to prevent you from your original and more important goal. Exposing judicial corruption."

Except for the point that it will be Windsor yanking the chain forever.
