Windsor Tries To Do Math

MAGNITUDE OF THE CYBERSTALKING aka simple blogging AGAINST WILLIAM M. WINDSOR

I know some of you aren't interested in my battles against cyberstalkers actually no one is. But unfortunately, it is currently the most important issue to me personally so you gave up huh? -- more important than than the effort to expose government and judicial corruption especially since you were not really going to do that anyway. Until this is resolved, I cannot accomplish much with corruption issues you didn't accomplish one single thing before it, not one tangible accomplishment.

You might be interested to know the magnitude 7.2? or even higher? of the defamation and cyberstalking. There have been 455 published articles on Joeyisalittlekid.blogspot.com ummm, you pinky swore to the court that there was 320 articles posted as of Jan 7 2014, and there has been less than 30 since, you just called yourself a liar. plus 44,362 published statements by 681 screen names, 95% of which are anonymous I think you missed a few, go count again. Based on my calculations, there are 3,312,027 words in the 455 articles and comments given your kind of "calculations" I can see why the IRS would need some further information from you. According to a study mentioned in Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Academic_use, the average person writes 19 words-per-minute when composing. This means 174,317 hours were spent by the 681 screen names as they composed ok so 174,000/681=255 hours over a two year period which equals 1.5% of their time, thats about right Bill, you take up about 1.5% of my time, maybe 2%. There are 8,760 hours in a 365-day year its almost April Bill, you shouldn't be able to read, much less do math, what will Uncle Sam think?. This means 20 years of 24/7 time was spent composing plus an untold number of years spent reading by the 681 "people uhhh, now you lost me." The average adult reads prose text at 250 to 300 words per minute but in this case we are reading cons. While proofreading materials, people are able to read at 200 wpm on paper, and 180 wpm on a monitor. Assuming 180 words-per-minute for me whoa whoa....you think you are anywhere close to "average"?, it will take me 306.67 hours JUST to read what has been written and at least 408,579 hours to understand it. Assuming I can stay at it eight hours a day why just 8? You have nothing else to do, you just said it, lets bump that up to at least 14, it will take two-and-a-half months for me to do a first read all the hands go up at this point....shouldn't you have read it before you filed it in the court and called it defamation?  Or is this like the Minority Report thing where you know its defamation even before you read it?. Joeyisalittlekid is just one of the blogs what blogs?  there is more blogs with this name?. I have identified dozens of them "dozens" is a word liars use to say I didn't really count. Then there are videos and talkshoes. One of the defendants, Sean D. Fleming, has 561 videos of his own on his YouTube site oh yeah, from the Sean Fleming Show. There are perhaps 700 or more videos and radio programs that need to be reviewed, many of which have been hidden from me. And I have no way to determine the identity of these people without court orders or law enforcement intervention and you will never get that so is this you waiving the white flag finally?

In Texas, I cannot find a reported case that is ANYTHING like my case thats because they get thrown out immediately. If anyone knows of a defamation case anywhere in history I think US courts usually like to cite US cases, taking it to the world court now are we? involving this much stuff, I'd love to know about it. Maybe I can read up on any such cases "in my spare time." hahahaha, that is so funny

Then in the comments section, we get some tinfoil Billy:

Bill Windsor How could a group of people justify spending 20 years of time publishing comments defaming me and others? I just have to wonder if someone hasn't paid some or all of these people.

  1. "all the hands go up at this point....shouldn't you have read it before you filed it in the court and called it defamation? Or is this like the Minority Report thing where you know its defamation even before you read it?."

No kidding!! I thought he swore under penalty of perjury that he had too. So what is the truth here again? Are the courts just supposed to accept the written words on a piece of paper where he "swears" to something as a "crime," but what he just admitted was a complete lie? It's full of defamation (in his mind) yet he can't pin point any of it, other than to say that xxxx # of "Statements" (which are actually opinion based comments) are all defamatory. So, I guess this one is too? I am asking questions based on his comments, which are my opinions yet it is a statement to him? Previously he made a long boring post about the things he says were defamation, of which I am pretty sure every single one of them can be proven to have been based on something he did or said. Proof to discredit much of what he claims, has also been shown in pictures and screenshots, proving he is actually a liar. Actual proof, not Billy proof.

Oh, love the picture BTW. His excuse about his little "Press pass" to excuse stalking is perfect.

Then he goes on to say this...

"Bill Windsor Wow, Marty! I have IP addresses that Google provided as well as a large number of IP addresses gathered from some other websites. We need to compare. As I have shown in the Soushie case, folks are often mistaken that a proxy server will hide their identity."

So, which one is it? Does he have the names or doesn't he? Is he so busy writing dramatic "stories" he forgets what he actually wrote, and contradicts himself in the same moment? Or are Marty and Bill pretending once again, using their "intimidation" or "sting" tactics to scare everyone into silence like they have tried so many times in the past?

  2. I see a blocking in Gerard's future:

Gerard Beloin I believe you are altruistic but losing sight of the big picture. Judicial corruption issues supersede your defamation lawsuits. If you lose track of the big picture, they will continue to yank the defamation chain forever to prevent you from your original and more important goal. Exposing judicial corruption.

Mr. Beloin is running for a US Senate seat, New Hampshire. And wow, does he have a story to tell.

  4. One of the lemmings posted 3 links to stories about defamation cases in TX. I wonder if she actually read them. The last one posted is about the former Mayor of Kemah, who filed lawsuits, pro se, against 10 people for "actions he asserted “induced disparaging, hostile and disagreeable opinions or feelings against (him).” A news report says, the Mayor claims the 10 people worked with others to damage him for political reasons. Two defendants have been absolved by a jury, 3 have been dismissed from the litigation.

"Carl Joiner and Bryan Sawyer, who say they haven’t been served yet, claim Wiggins’ lawsuit is without grounds because he fails to identify the defamatory statements that he accuses the defendants of publicly making about him."

"Wiggins would have to identify the alleged defamatory statements and prove that the statements about him were false and made with malice, Joiner’s motion states."

  7. As I plow through 20 years of data entry on the primary cyberstalking Google BlogSpot site, I come across documents that have been altered. I have the original emails in my computer. But the documents on the website contain additional sentences that paint me to be a horrible person. Then the Joeys feed off it and make it a huge defamation frenzy.

The question is: Did Ginger Snap (believed to be xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx) falsify the documents, or was it Allie Overstreet, who gave the confidential documents to the Joeys?

Inquiring minds want to know. But having this evidence is WONDERFUL. Nothing like documents that you can prove were falsified to help support malice and tortious interference.

    4. 20 years of data entry but Bill is going to read it in only 2.5 months in 8 hour/day settings. Really, to be fair then, isn't it more like 60 years of data entry? How come Bill is the only one who gets to work 8 hour days?

So by my crazy Bill math, it takes 2.5 months to read what it takes 60 years to write. Yeah, that sounds about as logical as his sworn court documents.

Oh, so a month or so ago Bill was asking Google for copies of his own emails, but now that he's claiming published emails were forged, he miraculously is a great record keeper?

Ha ha Bill. I've seen your spreadsheets. No wonder you think data entry people would type at 19 words a minute. That's probably lightening fast in your head.

    11. Allie he is implying about the email that you got from him about the highly confidential one that said he can not have the company in his name. You should make a copy of it and share so it will prove he is wrong.

      Delete
    12. Sean I don't know why he'd be implying just that particular email, that's just the one email out of them all that interests YOU. And I'm not sure why that'd be confidential other than he probably doesn't want it "getting out". Making a copy and sharing it doesn't prove squat. Only the original, still in my yahoo box, seen by someone of some authority, would prove he sent it and it said what it said. I'd be happy to do that. I've offered, but he doesn't wanna play that. Maybe you can talk him into it. Also, really, it's wrong, shitty, immoral, shady, etc, to think about hiding a company from debtors. But it's not illegal. At least not what I have in the email. It makes the guy a douche, not an axe murderer. Now, I know you'll take that as me making excuses, covering up, or protecting windbag. Whatever, but I am on the side against Bill whether you think so or not. If it's through court, I'd be happy to "share" all 1400 or so emails. Well, I already did in Missouri.

    18. Personally, I think he's just being dramatic. Whomever said that he might be talking about the bolded commentary like in this post, is probably correct. Bill probably knows exactly what that is, it's not even in dirst person, so it's pretty obvious. But, he can claim ignorance.

His goal has always been to bully, scare, and divide. Why would this be any different. He lies all the time but does it in a way that he can usually have an out through double meaning, omission, or pleading naivete.

Allie would know if anything she shared was altered. So his goal is to make Ginger question the emails/Allie or the resy of us to question Ginger, the emails, or Allie.

Ultimately, if they were altered before being given to Ginger, that's not his responsibility. It's reasonable to believe any emails we've seen attributed to Windsor are in fact from Windsor. His tone rings through, and "forging" them would be ridiculous because there are always at least two parties involved who have copies as well as the email service provider who might still have archives.

Which...is exactly why he doesn't specify which emails and what statements. It's just part of his game to get people to question everything. He doesn't want to give enough info that he can be disproven. This is exactly how he files court documents. Broad sweeping accusations. Impossible to defend point by point because he gives none. He's too dumb to see that it works against him.

But the man has never ever had focus in his life. There is soo much evidence of that. And unlike Bill, I can point to several pieces of concrete evidence of his "acomplishments" vs promises over the last 30 years. In fact, I could go all the way back to college with him.

Ask yourself, why does a serial entrepreneur and business executive have to reference his college days in every business profile he shares? That's over forty five years ago. Shouldn't there be tons that is more relevant by now? Sure, you meet another Delt or TTU alumna and you swap stories, but otherwise? Why?

Oh yeah, because those were his best years. The ones where he played with the kids that became big boys.

Bill never left the sand box.

  12. Oh no, Bill has another reasonable free thinking lemming on his hands. This was under the forgery post - could be trouble.

Roby McKinney I am sorry Mary, for all that you have been through, and your need to get it said, but my question and comment was directed to Bill and about these "falsified documents" he has posed the deeply disturbing question about.

I personally don't like being manipulated and inflamed with suggestions about some other persons quasi criminal behavior unless one is willing to in fact let me see the evidence and then I can judge it for myself.

With what I have been through and experienced, I don't believe anyone any more and specially NOT Lawyers and ones who don't put up and show their proof, but go around relying on their ability to convince others about things with only their inflammatory and prejudicial suggestions that they often make simply by asking provocative questions.

So if you are going to try to provoke me, then please at least do me the courtesy of being willing to show me your evidence and let me decide for myself what to believe.

I do hope that Bill understands what I am saying, because I believe that I am much like one hopes the jury will be. Even though I am well aware that juries are easily manipulated and inflamed, most readily by attorney's, I don't think one should rely that much on that particular skill and technique as it can and does sometimes backfire! Bill should be prepared, as it will in fact be done to him by the other side! And when it is done by both sides, a jury may in fact just throw their hands up in disgust and give him an award of nothing, and that goes for the Judge as well. Prove everything to be on the safe side!

"Roby McKinney- Care to let anyone else see them, or is this just to let them know not to try to use them or else? Interesting tactic, however it could back fire. Things have a way of doing that when there is corruption in the machine. Don't they have some rules written somewhere prohibiting threatening to bring criminal charges on litigants in a civil case to gain advantage? I know I have read something on it. I know the Judge won't get involved, he will most likely tell you to take it to the DA if you think a crime has been committed. At least that has been my experience. The DA will say, no can do, its in the hands of the Judge. Round and round you go, with their run around, just like a hot potato."

Susan Harbison FB posts like the one Bill wrote here are called "vague booking". The author usually has a reason for writing the post as he did and that reason is not always apparent to every reader. I can't imagine how anyone would be manipulated, provoked, or inflamed by something that obviously does not provide them with the full story. I just read the post and proceed accordingly!

Roby McKinney " I can't imagine how anyone would be manipulated, provoked, or inflamed by something that obviously does not provide them with the full story." I think You made my point exactly. It is the suggestive with no evidence, to me that is inflaming. I have to trust in the speaker. Not that Bill doesn't have a reason to say it, but what is it for, if not to inflame readers? Certainly not to inform is it? Or there would be some necessary evidence attached to show what the basis of it is. It is not totally baseless for sure, (I hope not anyway.)

"vaque booking" as you call it, is what I believe I see Lawyers often do to inflame the passions and prejudices of a jury. They understand all they have to do is suggest it, and not necessarily prove it, because often they can't, but it gets the job done anyway! Winning in court is in theatrics!

What I wrote was a caution to Bill, that is what he is going to be up against. They are reading this too!

He should come to court with his forgery evidence in hand, and ready to prove it, and don't rely on them to take heed of his warnings, if that is what he put it here for.

Bill Windsor I suspect there is more to it. If I were a Joey, I'd be VERY upset about the published articles and comments that I believe establish animosity, malice, and tortious interference. If the Joeys haven't read up on joint and several liability and conspiracy, that would make some good bedtime reading at about 3 am when they stop publishing defamation.

  18. I think, for all the crazy talk out there....saying this is a hate blog or some kind of agenda blog so on...they all miss the point. This blog is A. only connected to itself and B. Is mainly a parody blog and always has been. I would think the pictures alone would give that away. I mock people who have inserted themselves into a public role. Those that try to persuade others into following them and their agenda, and who say and do stupid things are the target of my ridicule. If my parody helps others to see through these public figures, then all the better.

When Bill first found this blog his initial assessment of it was the closest to correct. He called us all the Joey Jokesters, and frankly, I would accept that label. The hate blog, the RICO conspiracy stuff and so on, is just him descending further in his own delusions.

You wanted the homophobe question left up just because it gives you another reason to claim you're being attacked here. Get over yourself David, nobody here cares enough about you to attack you. I call Ginger THE HOPPER. In my experience, THE HOPPER is one of those people that believes he is so smart that he is invincible. He is certain he can never be identified because he uses "layers of proxies". He is certain that even if he is identified, he has done nothing wrong. He's probably been advised to shut up, but he can't do that. I think being the owner of that blog allows him to believe he is someone of importance. He can't give that up.
There are other types of forums that would work better for a group that wants to have running conversations (facebook, message boards, even the old mailing lists) but those forums don't allow anyone to monopolize center stage. I think THE HOPPER'S use of a blog indicates he does not want to simply converse with his "friends". With a blog, the spotlight is always on the owner and everyone else is merely the audience, revolving around the star. A blog is a lot of work because the owner has to regularly produce "articles" in order to hold his "audience". People don't do that kind of work unless they are getting something out of it. I think THE HOPPER has an emotional need that is filled by the blog and he is not willing to give that up.

Susan Harbison Well how about that, lmao? I wonder what criminal charge is pending against you then?

Bill Windsor The criminal charges are for me being harassed by a friend of his by telephone.

All proceedings are stayed and on hold, by order of Judge Carroll effective 3/10/14. Isn't discovery a proceeding? I am disgusted by Bill's ongoing efforts to deceive his followers and his game of semantics. Maybe Snoozan should trot her fanny over to the Ellis Co court house to take a look at the order before taking Bill's word for anything and shooting off her mouth.

Bill's behavior is outrageous. He is ignoring the court he solicited and using discovery as a tool to intimidate and harass people whose names were pulled out of somebody's butt or off a FB page. Mental illness is the only viable explanation for cold calling people with threats, no matter how "politely" the threat was delivered, then claiming HE was harassed by phone. Bill has no legitimate reason or excuse for what he is doing to most of the people he has named in his action. For all the justification he has in choosing his targets for harassment, maybe he should just pull out the phone book so he can call everybody in Texas.

Mental illness is the only viable explanation for Snoozan's behavior too. She acted so righteously indignant with respect to our discussion that by virtue of Bill's injury claims BGW could be dragged into this mess but she ignores the fact that Bill continues to stalk, harass and invade the lives of people that can never add value to or support his claims. Bill is harassing the father of one of his targets. Assuming the target is older than 18, how is the father accountable? How does Snoozan rationalize that behavior as being acceptable? If the legal actions are a war as Snoozan sees it, how is this beneficial to the effort? Are they winning yet?

    1. All good points NBTDT. Also, along with the stay, was the special exceptions raised by another party, which effectively Quashed all discovery and production requests until the next hearing. Which is "stayed" so back to the Quash. You are right about Windsor's semantics, and justifications too. It's is intentional on his part to mislead in every area he can, only to be called on it, and then try to justify.

I also completely agree with you about deposing third parties. He can't even know for certain the party is even right, but will then send deposition requests to friends and family of that person? Shows how desperate he is. But, I think the up shot is, he will more than likely have to financially compensate people for their inconvenience, harassment, legal fees, etc.

      Delete
    2. "...have to financially compensate people for their inconvenience, harassment, legal fees, etc."

The high school drama queen that calls everyone a slut because she is one. That guy in Wal-Mart that pours water on the floor and lays down in it so he can cry they made him fall. The bird that shits in its own nest, rolls around in the poo, gets all gross, jumps up and down flapping it's nappy wings hollering omg look at all this poo on me, then screams at everyone when they look at it because it's not nice to stare. Issue is, it chases them around to punish them for staring, slinging as much poo everywhere as it can because its pissed off they didn't give it a bath and stroke its little head and feel sorry for it that it got shit speared on it, poor sweet baby.
