Windsor Melts Down, Admits He is a Fraud

With all his legal endeavours collapsing on him, Bill took to his facebook page in an effort of revisionist history.  He lashed at out Sean Fleming for putting Bill's words in his mouth, specificity his plan to form citizen grand juries and use them to try officials for treason.  Well lets look at the facts:

Seems pretty clear cut, surely he isn't pretending he didn't say and send all that?  This was in the comments under his meltdown post last night with his new #2 (of 2) Susan:

Susan Harbison Bill, Fleming and some of the other GENII indicate you propose the formation of citizen grand juries which would hold criminal trials and sentence the convicted. Is that statement true or false? Did you propose that the citizens grand jury could impose the death sentence and somehow see that it was carried out? I never heard you suggest such a radical plan but there are those that insist they did hear it. ???

Bill Windsor No, Susan, I never said any such thing. I never said any jury of any type could impose a death sentence and somehow carry it out. I spoke many times about the fact that citizens grand juries were worthless because no one pays attention to what they do. What I presented was a way for people to go to the county/ state and federal grand juries with their criminal complaints, and I shared the list of criminal statutes that I researched and determined to be possible. There have always been links to this information onwww.LawlessAmerica.com. At one time, I used the term "citizens grand juries" (unfortunate choice of words since I feel they are a joke) as to something I proposed that could be done if the government grand juries could not be reached, but that was to be like the case review that the New Hampshire legislature has done. It would have no power, but it would be a way to highlight injustice and alleged wrongdoing. There were never any details discussed about that. These Joeyisalittlekid people have no evidence of any of this outrageous stuff they say.

Susan Harbison OMG, all this time from what I read on Joey I thought you were a proponent of citizen grand juries! So you were really just trying to help people REACH legitimate grand juries to try to get indictments? Incredible.
Bill Windsor They knew the truth. there are multiple looong TalkShoe shows about this. There are links on the home page of www.LawlessAmerica.com about this.
Bill Windsor There is a video where I used the term "citizens grand juries." That was a bad use of words by me. All the TalkShoe shows will show that my thought was never defined. My ideas had been made crystal clear, and there is massive proof of the grand juryeffort being the county/state and federal government-sanctioned grand juries. They then take the fact that I feel the death penalty should be abolished except for treason to be that a jury would find that death should be the penalty for treason. Treason is punishable now by prison and with the possibility of death as a sentence. I never ever said I wanted people to be sentenced to death. In fact, I joked about some of the victims volunteering to work for free at the prisons where the traitors would be put (if a legal jury found them guilty). I never planned executions and murder and all this garbage that these sick people have written. And the only way to get new people in office is to have them elected; that's how it works in America. Since these cyberstalkers cannot produce videos or audios or stories where I said I was going to kill people or have them executed, they have a big, big problem. Accusing someone of being a killer, murderer, executioner is defamation to the extreme.

Now, obviously we have the clear fact that his pants are on fire.  He lied, he didn't just misspeak one time on video.....no he made that the crux of his threatening letter to Congress (where he stole their seal too).  He can't run from his past, but he sure is trying.  I want to highlight another fact that he just gave away in his meltdown.......Bill admitted that what he was preaching to his followers was "worthless, waste of time, and a joke".  That is exactly why I call him a fraud, he doesn't even believe in what he is proposing.  Its all an illusion intended to scam his audience.  Last night, Bill said that very thing.  Its not defamation if its true.

Right. He just doesn't like the way it sounds when he hears what he said played back, IMO.

I don't know who posted parts of these Talkshoes, but it was a great idea. Not that we need any more examples of Bill's plans but in these two clips, Bill is adding to his list of officials to be tried for treason. What was his expectation after "we find them guilty"?

And "we going to find them guilty". This is a 2 minute excerpt from a longer video Bill posted in which, if I recall correctly, he says he wants Lawless America to be feared (I'm looking for the original).

I'm going to go kill people vs I'm going to start a political party that puts politicians to death. Semantics, semauntics, tomato, tomauto. He's riding on courts not knowing him and having to go by specific wording. His butt has got to be sore by now, it's a bumpy ride.

    1. yeah he is trying his hardest to focus on execution....murder, fill in the blank. He didn't actually say those words which he hopes somehow saves him. But when you propose taking over government positions, putting those officials on trial for treason and then mentioning that you think treason should be punishable by death.....well thats the logical conclusion.

    2. In the last video NB posted ^^^ Windsor says "ammunition" and quickly catches himself. He knows what to say, to make the points he is inferring, without using the specific terminology that sounds so much more ominous. Personally I don't think it matters much, the intent is still clear.

    3. Good point re: word play. Bill is the master at double speak. In the beginning of video ^^^ he says he doesn't expect his plan to work. But then he declares "we are going to find them guilty". He always sets up an out in advance for when someone wants to nail him with his own words.

Just like with the "revolution", he maintains his position that it is a peaceful revolution and he does not advocate violence. He follows that with saying he wants government officials to "fear" Lawless America and that they will be tried for treason. Does he expect that government officials will hold still for being tried for treason? Where a guilty verdict is guaranteed? For which, as Bill has said REPEATEDLY, the penalty can mean death. Does he think the officials are just going to show up at the court house at the appointed time and agree to be punished?

  3. Love it! #6 and #7 completely contradict his back peddling venture yesterday. He clearly states his intentions to hold "Citizen Grand Juries." He clearly states once his people are in power, they will retroactively validate what his "Citizen Grand Juries" did. Numerous times he said and posted these things, but this one is my favorite because it was directed to Congress.

  6. An interesting thought here, is that while Windsor is trying so hard to claim he didn't intend for Citizen Grand Juries to be the end all send all to his plans, I have to bring back up the fact that Paulson was arrested for doing just this. Paulson was following Windsor, and Windsor interviewed Paulson. How does Windsor plan to undo what he lead Paulson to believe would work now? He was simply following the Windsor plan. IMO

  9. My name is Bill Windsor. If you don’t know who I am, you should. I am leading a new American revolution, and we have formed a new political party – The Revolutionary Party. It is our goal to become the dominant party in America, formed from the 99% of us who currently have little or no power.

If you are honest, we ask you to step up and expose the corruption of your colleagues and other government officials.

We have drafted a list of common sense laws that will save America from the corruption that exists today. We ask you to immediately endorse our proposed legislation to reform the legal system and minimize corruption. Please contact me to confirm that you are honest and that you will act as we are requesting.

Sadly, my view is that you probably are at least dishonest, likely corrupt, and have committed treason. If this is the case, please resign immediately. If I do not hear from you, we will proceed accordingly with plans to remove you from office and try you for your crimes.

It is my plan to convene citizen grand juries all across America to bring charges against dishonest and corrupt government officials. We will ask law enforcement to arrest those charged and convicted. If existing law enforcement personnel fail to do so, we will replace them and validate the grand jury actions retroactively once we gain control of the legislatures in our country.

America has become lawless. We have plenty of laws, but judges, attorneys, elected officials, law enforcement, and a wide variety of government employees feel they are above the law. These dishonest, corrupt people take the law into their own hands. And no one is accountable.

We are being denied our Constitutional rights. And that’s a crime.

It's Lawless America. But we intend to change this. We want our country back!

Bill Windsor feels corrupt judges and government officials who ignore the Constitution should be charged with TREASON
      Thursday, 21 February 2013 00:00
      William M. Windsor

Bill Windsor feels corrupt judges and government officials who ignore the Constitution should be charged with TREASON.
Treason is defined as violation of allegiance or duty to one'scountry or its government. It is also defined as violation of allegiance or of faith and confidence.
So, in my opinion, there is absolutely no question that these people are committing treason.
Federal officials, including Congress, federal judges, and every commissioned officer in our military take this oath of office:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."
Federal officials in the United States are bound by this oath to reject anything that violates the Constitution of the United States. When Constitutional rights are denied, the laws are ignored, and government officials allow corruption to go unchecked, tht's TREASON to me. This is crystal clear to me.

Since we have federal government officials who have allowed the Constitution of the United States to be usurped, these people are domestic enemies of the people. I personally would rather die fighting against the domestic enemies that have usurped power in our country than live in a country where we think we are free. I believe we must work to educate our fellow Americans about what has happened. The first step is to expose these domestic enemies at all levels of government, and Lawless America has begun that process.

    3. PART 2: Bill Windsor feels corrupt judges and government officials who ignore the Consitution should be charged with TREASONApril 10, 2014 at 4:45 PM

"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague." -- Cicero (58 B.C.)
"Today we need a nation of Minute Men; citizens who are not only prepared to take up arms, but citizens who regard the preservation of freedom as a basic purpose of their daily life and who are willing to consciously work and sacrifice for that freedom. The cause of liberty, the cause of America, cannot succeed with any lesser effort." – John F. Kennedy (January 29, 1961)
"Domestic enemies are those within our own government who pursue legislation and programs that are contradictory to the powers and principles embodied in the Constitution. Domestic enemies are those who deny our Constitutional rights as a pattern and practice. Domestic enemies are those who either refuse to acknowledge the Constitution at all, or speak praises about its importance in public, but in private act in a manner that contradicts its restraint. Domestic enemies of the Constitution also include all those who support political officers who themselves are enemies of the Constitution."

    4. PART 3: Bill Windsor feels corrupt judges and government officials who ignore the Consitution should be charged with TREASONApril 10, 2014 at 4:46 PM

Treason is the crime that covers some of the more extreme acts against our country. A person who commits treason is known in law as a traitor.
Treason was specifically defined in the United States Constitution, the only crime so defined. Article III Section 3 delineates treason as follows:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.
The Constitution does not itself create the offense; it only restricts the definition (the first paragraph), permits Congress to create the offense, and restricts any punishment for treason to only the convicted (the second paragraph). The crime is prohibited by legislation passed by Congress. Therefore the United States Code at 18 U.S.C. § 2381 states "whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States." The requirement of testimony of two witnesses was inherited from the British Treason Act 1695.
I personally support elimination of the death penalty for all acts except treason. I feel this way for two reasons. First, our criminal justice system is horribly broken, and way too many innocent people get convicted. Second, treason is so dangerous to so many that I believe death must be retained as a deterrent.
I love America and our government. What I hate are the corrupt public officials who violate their oaths and have broken America, the traitors who have committed treason. I do not in any way advocate overthrowing our government. I advocate ridding us of all the corrupt traitors.
On October 11, 2006, a federal grand jury issued the first indictment for treason against the United States since 1952, charging Adam Yahiye Gadahn for videos in which he appeared as a spokesman for al-Qaeda and threatened attacks on American soil. It's time for federal grand juries to begin to deal with what I feel is an even greater threat to our country -- our domestic enemies.

Open Letter to every member of the U.S. Congress from Bill Windsor of Lawless America
      Saturday, 16 February 2013 00:00 William M. Windsor
On behalf of Nobodies all across America, Bill Windsor of Lawless America asks every member of the U.S. House and U.S. Senate to ask that publc hearings be held immediately to expose the corruption in the judiciary.
Congress has been presented with massive evidence, so it is time for them to act or be recognized as dishonest and/or corrupt public officials. This letter is being faxed to every member of Congress...
      Members of Congress:
The time has come for you and your legislative colleagues to publicly prove your honesty and your commitment to the citizens of the United States.
On February 5 and 6, 2013, hundreds of victims and advocates for integrity in the courts had appointments with their elected representatives in the House and Senate. They hand-delivered a Lawless America DVD containing testimonies for Congress from victims of court corruption from all 50 state courts as well as federal courts. Proposed legislation to reform the legal system and the judiciary was included in the packets with the DVDs.
Unfortunately, security personnel were instructed by someone to block our efforts to distribute the evidence of felonies occurring at the hands of legal system officers and staff. If we were blocked from delivering to you, we have mailed a packet to you. In the meantime, you may go to the website ofwww.LawlessAmerica.com to view the information. The top right column of the Home Page says “Lawless America Testimony to Congress.” Click on “Congressional DVD Page.” Then follow the links. The evidence of systemic corruption in the United States legal systems, hand delivered to Congress, is online with the names of all House and Senate representatives who received a copy. Please carefully review our Proposed Legislation.
On January 29, we sent you an invitation to one of several events that we scheduled for February 5-6, 2013. You and your staff were invited. Not one single person showed up to meet with the hundreds of citizens who were there to answer your questions about the corruption that is destroying America. Unacceptable. You were advised that our judiciary is hopelessly corrupt, and you didn’t choose to get involved. Unless we hear from you to the contrary, we must assume that you will participate in aiding and abetting the corruption.
To prove that you are an Honest Government Official, please send a letter to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees urging them to immediately schedule public hearings into judicial branch corruption. If you have any question of the need, call me. Please send me a copy of your letter so I may add you to a list of Honest Government Officials. If I don’t receive a letter, you will go on the Dishonest Government Officials list.
It is OUR country, and we want it back. Please do what’s right for your constituents and for the country. It is time to expose and stop the dishonesty and corruption in government and the judiciary for the good of the people. All we want are our fundamental rights, government officials who always tell the truth, protection of the rights spelled out in the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and accountability for the dishonest. We want our proposed legislation to be enacted so that America will be saved and our legal system reformed.

    6. PART 2: Open Letter to every member of the U.S. Congress from Bill Windsor of Lawless AmericaApril 10, 2014 at 4:53 PM

      1. We are asking you and every member of Congress to request public hearings on judicial and government corruption, in writing. I ask you to send me a copy of your letter to prove that you did so. Those who ask for hearings will be placed on a list of Honest Government Officials.
      2. We are asking you to do your duty and report to law enforcement the thousands of felonies of which you have been made aware in the videos that Lawless America has provided to you. 18 U.S.C. § 4 says: “Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.” We have provided you with actual knowledge. If you fail to report these felonies, you will have committed thousands of violations of this criminal statute. Therefore, I am asking that you send me a copy of your communications where you report these felonies.
      3. If public Congressional hearings are not scheduled to be held by March 1, we will proceed with our plans to file criminal charges against many elected officials and government employees who we can show have committed felonies.
      4. On or about April 1, we will file criminal charges with grand juries all across America – state and county grand juries as well as federal grand juries. Constituents will be requesting a letter from you to the grand juries encouraging them to do what the law provides and allow the charges to be presented. Since citizens are almost always blocked by prosecuting attorneys and U.S. Attorneys, we don’t expect to get very far with this, but we will publicize it all. We will bring additional criminal charges against those who violate the law in blocking the evidence from being presented to the grand juries, and we will bring criminal charges against every member of Congress who fails to report the felonies that we have reported to you.
      5. When the U.S. Attorneys block access to the federal grand juries, as they always do, we will be asking you to bring charges against them and remove them from office. 18 U.S.C. § 3332 reads: “It shall be the duty of each such grand jury impaneled within any judicial district to inquire into offenses against the criminal laws of the United States alleged to have been committed within that district. Such alleged offenses may be brought to the attention of the grand jury by the court or by any attorney appearing on behalf of the United States for the presentation of evidence. Any such attorney receiving information concerning such an alleged offense from any other person shall, if requested by such other person, inform the grand jury of such alleged offense, the identity of such other person, and such attorney’s action or recommendation.” This is also a Constitutional right.
      6. Starting this summer, we will begin conducting sessions of citizen grand juries and courts in which we will put all the criminals on trial for their crimes, and when appropriate, treason. We will publicize this.
      7. Then we intend to work to make millions of Americans aware of the corruption. We will build a new political party and strive to become the majority party at the local, state, and national level. Once we are in power, we will retroactively validate the actions of our citizen grand juries and courts. If you have not seen my Response to the State of the Union Address, I encourage you to watch it:

Our Constitutional rights are a mirage. We have lost what our founding fathers established for us. We have lost our fundamental rights. 750 nobodies and their families and friends have set out to save America. No guns, no violence, just a Jeep, cameras, microphones, and 750 everyday people telling their stories. We have not yet written the ending of our movie. We hope it will end with this Congress saving America. We expect the movie will end with virtually every member of Congress being charged with wrongdoing.

Time to admit what you said, own it, and go home. Sadly you don't really have a home anymore after you chose lawsuits over family. You chose revenge and hatred over life and happiness. 2. Here are some bits of this one:
Plans announced to bring Criminal Charges against Every Corrupt Government Official in America
      10-11-12
Bill Windsor has announced plans to bring criminal charges against every corrupt government official in America as well as corrupt attorneys and others.
Lawless America is exposing tens of thousands of corrupt government officials. This is a start, but I believe we need a full court press.

      ...................................

I want every government official in America to be afraid of Lawless America. What I propose and support is absolutely non-violent, so I want the Lawless America Revolution to be feared in other ways -- exposure, removal from office, and prison.

We intend to take control of every state legislature, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the U.S. Senate. We intend to elect every state governor and the President of the United States. When we accomplish these goals, we will be able to retroactively take the steps necessary to validate actions that we take in the interim.

So, we won't wait until we are in control to put these criminals on trial, we will start next year. We will coordinate the process of preparing charges and evidence against the corrupt government officials, and we will assemble citizen grand juries to hear the charges. We will try and, I expect, convict these crooks for a variety of crimes, and I anticipate that many will be charged with and convicted of treason. A group of people in the Dakotas have been doing this, and we will call on this group for guidance and help.

The first corrupt government official to stand trial for treason and other crimes is federal Judge Orinda D. Evans of Atlanta, Georgia. She is the corrupt judge who facilitated the theft of all of my money. I know this matter backwards and forwards, and I have all the evidence organized, so this is the best one for me to begin with.

I will be publishing the procedure and the forms to be used. We would like to have people in every state to head this up.

So, I hope every corrupt government employee in America starts to fear their trials, including every member of the staff of corrupt judges, everyone in the court clerks' offices, and every government employee who has been aware of the corruption and has done nothing.

I am calling today on every dishonest and/or corrupt government official and government employee in America to resign. Your resignation may remove you from the list to stand trial.

    3. This pretty much sums up Bill to me:

"This article announced The Revolutionary Party:

      America, we have a problem.

Are you a victim of government and judicial corruption?

Sure you are; you just may not know it."

If Bill says it, it must be true . . . or, he'll just sue you for repeating his own words and try to make it true.

  11. More Bill Words:

I have learned from my own experience that our elected and appointed government officials are dishonest, and many are out-and-out corrupt. I can say this because I have contacted local, county, state, and federal officials (of all parties) with undeniable proof of significant corruption, and no one has done a thing. Instead, many of these officials have worked together to thwart my every effort to expose the corruption. My money has been stolen; my life has allegedly been threatened; and I have been denied every form of Constitutional right.

Our Constitutional rights are a mirage.

There is no one in government who will stand up against the evil-doers. Judges do whatever they want.

Judges all across America regularly commit criminal acts and damage people because they have the power to do it. Judges answer to no one.

Our elected officials ignore the wrongdoing and corruption because they are all part of “the system.” Most are attorneys, and they all belong to the same “fraternity” of attorneys.

They protect one another. In my case, I contacted every member of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House, the President, every federal appellate court judge in America, every federal judge in Georgia, every legislator in each and every state, and many others. No honest government official could review the information that I sent and do nothing. No one did a thing.

Our fundamental rights have been stolen. Our government officials have failed to protect us and they have denied honest services to us. We want our country back!

The so-called “mainstream” media (newspapers, TV, radio) will not cover it. I have been told they are afraid of the judges and other power brokers. This will be the biggest scandal in the history of America if the story were exposed.

    Instead, they cover it up.

    1. In case anybody still wondered what he thinks about judges:

So, here we are. Judges can and will do anything to any of us without concern for the facts or the law. They will commit crimes to damage us.

They will protect and rule for the benefit of their attorney friends and those with money and connections.

They destroy people financially and emotionally.

      They rip families apart.

They allow the elderly to be abused physically, mentally, and financially.

They conspire to commit foreclosure fraud and financial fraud.

They deny parents and grandparents the right to see their children and grandchildren, with guardianship and children and family courts often acting as money-making schemes for those favored by the judges.

We do not have the rights to due process. We do not have the right to a fair trial. We do not have the right to an impartial judge. We are guilty unless proven innocent…against all odds.

We do not have the right to have the laws properly enforced. We may be denied the ability to file a lawsuit, call witnesses, examine or cross-examine witnesses, and the list goes on.

The legal system is a giant money machine for the bad guys.

The system has been bastardized over the years to generate more and more money for attorneys and our elected officials.

The system has been completely warped to favor big, rich corporations, campaign donors, bribers, other government officials, and anyone else whom is favored for the wrong reasons.

0:36:55 - 0:37:40: William Windsor [talking with DT who is communicating with Bill via the Talkshoe chat screen].

D, you're a sweetheart. Um, you know, I, if you want to do that, then you know it's your call. She's talking about donating $5,000 and what I told people I would do is, uh, if we get people who donate, then, uh, I can't offer to allow people to quote/unquote invest for a percentage of the profits if there are any. But what I'm planning to do is if people have donated money, we'll take whatever percentage that is of what we bring in totally to do the movie and then, uh, if we end up having a block buster hit, folks might actually make out pretty well from it. So D, I'm gonna leave it up to you.

0:39:00 - 0:39:21: William Windsor [talking with DT who is communicating with Bill via the Talkshoe chat screen].

Well alright D, you're in. D do know this, we have somebody who's come in saying they're gonna put in all the rest of the money we need, uh, but hey, you'll get in there and um, and you'll have a piece of it, and I told 'em that we had folks that who had put money in.”

I was listening in to Talkshoe. DXXX XXXX TXXXXXXXX is very, very upset with Bill. She was wrecking his chat room and Bill's train of thought. Her video has been removed (AMPP?), she said she donated $5k to the cause and now Bill has deserted her. Bill denied that she or any body else donated that kind of money, then threatened to call the police to complain about cyber stalking. She just kept on wrecking the show. That was funny, but otherwise show was boring, so I shut the program.

  14. I took the bait for the Talkshoe link Bill posted. My first thought, how can anybody talk non-stop for 3 hours and 43 minutes?

At the beginning Bill says the best hope for results in the short term is to address existing, government sanctioned Grand Juries. He then says they have other plans for later on but they aren’t going to talk about it until the time is right.

Then he lectures on how power of the Grand Jury is corrupted by DA’s, which are criminal acts. He coaches with step by step instruction in ways to get around the GJ gatekeepers - #1 “set up” the prosecutor to ignore complaints about other officials. That way when you present criminal complaints to a GJ, you can include the DA and block him/her from being in the room when you deliver presentment a GJ. He explains several criminal statutes and RICO. He talks about plans for the movie.

At 2:09 Bill says he has poo-poo’d the idea of De Jure Juries in the past, he thinks nobody will listen to them. But he thinks that is an option if they can’t get a legal GJ to do anything about their complaints. (LMAO - also about this time he figures out the *8 feature isn't working, he un-mutes all the lines so people can ask questions. Somebody fell asleep during his 2 hour monolog - you can hear snoring for the next 45 minutes).

@ 2:56 on the heels of saying it shouldn't be necessary to be a lawyer to be a judge, getting rid of the BAR Assoc other than making it a boys & girls club, his proposed laws would set up a Regulatory GJ, made up of citizens. The purpose of which is "to take everything out of the hands of one biased, member of the bar judge".

Is this Bill's idea of proof that he never supported Citizens Grand Juries?

It seems Sean D. Fleming will say just about anything, and the Joeyisalittlekid gang endorse what he says and does. They need to read the case law on this.

Sean D. Fleming just makes this stuff up. He is just one of the really horrible people with Joeyisalittlekid. believe it or not, there are a number of them who are even worse. But then again, I haven't seen this character's videos or heard his audios or seen websites that he put up and then took down.

Some to see the big bad mean Joeys and what all his ranting is over, some to hang out with others who agree he's [insert your choice here], some to get support from others who have felt his harassment, some to laugh because it can be pretty funny over here, some to 'help' him keep track of the stalkers and haters (his words). But still to this day, HE is the leading advertisement. Every day he sends more people over here by bitching about it. What stopped him from carrying out his threats to start charging everyone for "Treason" this past summer? Him. It is all on him, yet some of the mentally frail ones still don't understand while he said all along "we won't accomplish a thing" he really meant it. 20. In the above letter to congress, he says the packages were stopped at security and blocked by someone to stop his efforts. If you've ever been to the capitol complex, you know the rules. You can't deliver packages to congressmen that are large manila folders sealed up. It could be a bomb or anthrax or something for gods sake. Nobody blocked those packages from getting in the capital building that day. It was just a rule (rule number one on the giant sign hanging on the door. Right above the No Fire arms rule.) that all visitors have to go by.

The only blocking that went on that day, was by Bill. I was there. They have a very convenient office that you can drop off packages to, that don't make it through security, for congressmen. You drop them off, they x-ray them to make sure they are legitimate, then deliver them for you later. By the time we (me and two others that were trying to be grown-ups and deliver the parts of the packages we agreed with in a normal person manner) got to this drop off point....word had gone through the capitol security radios that a bunch of crackpots were wandering around the complex causing issues. That they were headed up by Windsor who was a huge nuisance and causing trouble. That he was a radical. That some had yelled at security and been thrown out. Etc etc etc. So ya, we tried to leave some packages for security clearance and were told they were instructed not to accept anything from Bill Windsor or Lawless America. Lololol. THAT'S the only blocking that happened.

And there is evidence to indicate that Allie Overstreet was secretly communicating with and working with Joeys prior to the Meet Me in DC event. Imagine that. Can you spell c-o-n-s-p-i-r-a-c-y?

And who do xxxxx xxxxxxxx AND xxxxx xxxxxxxx know? I have a long list to ask about.

The deposition notices and subpoenas include a list of documents that will be very interesting to read unless they destroy or fail to produce the evidence as I am quite confident Allie Overstreet has done.

xxxxx xxxxxxxx AND xxxxx x xxxxxxxx received notices by email. xxxxx's went to the email address used by Ginger Snap. Gee, neither responded to claim xxxxx x xxxxxxxx is not Ginger Snap. And xxxxx x xxxxxxxx did not accept my gracious invitation to remove him from the lawsuit by signing an affidavit stating that he isn't Ginger Snap.

    1. Is it safe to say he's lost his mind NOW?

      Facepalm, repeat.

Read it again, Windsor. I was secretly LAUGHING at the joey blog a few weeks before DC, not WORKING with them. You sent me here, remember? To read for hours and hours to see what they said about you. To report back to you what they said and all the names they posted under. Ring a bell? The stuff I read was funny. I laughed. Yes, while I still stood in your corner and still believed in you and still did my best volunteerism for you, and still disagreed with what they were saying. But it was FUNNY. And I laughed. Just read it again, nice and slow. Can you spell d-U-M-B-A-S-S?

    2. yeah I remember that ***waiving*** pic you did the first night before being Billyboarded. I'm sure Bill will assume that means you were a CIA plant.....to me it was funny

      Delete
    3. Hahaha, I thought it was funny too. That was back when people were comparing Petunia and I as the Minister of Alpacaganda vs the Minister of Propaganda. Plus Bill had me over here reading, reading, reading, so I tried to send a message that I WAS reading.

Boy, the CIA doesn't pay very well.

    5. Right. Bill needs to keep reading the blog. Nobody associated with him in the past and nobody sending him information now is going to tell him the truth. Past associates and "informers" have hidden agendas. The truth is right here on the blog.

    6. it is pretty funny that he believes whatever he is told. He is so desperate to have a target, that he has made himself one. Anyone can send him bogus names and leads and he will bite it hook, line and sinker. Yeah, keep on being the fish Bill

@ Nothing, please tell me you at least got a little bit of entertainment from that part? Not at the situation, or anything else, but at the part where he claims I am in the joey clique. I mean, ya can't get much further off track than that, and I laughed pretty hard. I was hoping you did too. Irony I guess.

      Delete
    8. No, I don't it amusing in any way to be connected to you. It might be different if you and your inner circle hadn't been trying so hard to get to others on this blog involved in Bill's actions.

    9. And let's not forget the people named that have nothing to do with this blog - I'm sure they are not very amused right now either.

    10. Ya don't have to be connected to me in order to laugh at something I also laughed at. Nobody is forgetting the innocent people named or all the others named either. For the umpteenth time, I've not tried to get anyone involved in Bills actions, quite the opposite, your information is wrong, I don't think I have an inner circle, in fact, I'm about the least liked person ON this blog besides that Susan woman. Which is why that sentence I referenced was FUNNY. I was hoping you'd find a little humor in it too. My bad. Sometimes humans find humor within horrible situations, Nothing. You know that. It doesn't mean they find the situation funny. It just means it's a release of stress to laugh in the middle of a storm. Didn't they teach you that in class?

      Delete
    11. Didn't they teach you in class that actions speak louder than words? Any attempt to contradict your actions with words is a waste of your time. Like I told you before, I see right through you.

That's right, he can't say, it's whenever he finishes up on his personal agenda in court IIRC. But he will never be finished, and he says he will keep at it till his last breath. Even with Bill's special math, that adds up to never getting it done I think.

    1. Wow Fleming, you are top "hater" this week. He's dedicated numerous articles just to you. Although he sounds like a broken record. Hahahah

I am still trying to understand what part of his plan "Treason = death" he's having a hard time understanding he said. It's fricken laughable now how many times he keeps trying to spin what he said into something it wasn't. He is spun! Seriously spun.

      Delete
    2. I'm still trying to understand what part of his plan to have CGJs = CGJs will UNLAWFULLY impose the death penalty.

      Delete
    3. I think the real point is he wants to try judges and court personnel for treason, not changes to the penalties. He alludes to a death sentence being possible but that is already true. He wants judges that ruled against him in jail, and punished for their crime against him in following actual laws and not Bill's versions of laws.

I don't agree that he plans on killing them, although he wouldn't object to it. He wants his vengeance against the courts who told him he was wrong. He wants control of the courts too.

And yeah he said so. And he did talk about the death penalty only for treason. He can't change that. He also talked about citizen grand juries charging people with crimes like treason. He can't change that.

I think he is frustrated he can't charge people with crimes, lol, he really wants to punish any and every one who hurts his ego, or disagrees with him.

      Delete
    4. Windsor says "Treason" is the only charge he supports the death penalty for. What part of that is confusing?

      Delete
    5. It's not in any way confusing. It's currently possible to get a death penalty for treason. He wants treason to be the only charge eligible for the death penalty. He wants judges and others tried for treason, and convicted. It's a logical leap to assume he wants the death penalty imposed, but he doesn't clearly state it, it's just inferred.

He wants to stop death sentences for murder, especially felony murder. But keep it for treason. And while he believes everyone who is deemed by him to be corrupt is treasonous, thus eligible for a sentence of death, he was careful not to word it that way IMO. It's eligible vs. sentenced to.

      Delete
    6. He doesn't get that he said these things, and that it can and has been interpreted as saying death penalties for all convicted of treason. It's his game with the semantics again.

It's like him saying he didn't talk about citizen grand juries, but he clearly did. Or taking over positions opened up by the removal by charges of treason, because he did.

I just want to stick to what he actually said exactly. He implied he wanted death sentences, I agree, but he didn't quite say it. Jmo

      Delete
    7. He will try to spin his words until he falls down dizzy. His own words screw him as always. There is more than enough to prove what we have been saying here all along.

There's no reason to get stuck on the same thing Bill is right now about saying he planned on killing politicians. He planned on trying them for treason, which may result in a death penalty. That's bad enough as it is. His definition and scope of treason is what the problem is. His belief in circumventing our judicial system with citizen grand juries is the problem too.

      Delete
    8. Probably everyone has their own idea of what fits under treason and what doesn't. But dang, the guy said not answering his letters would be proof they were corrupt and not going by their oaths, which he said was treason. That's pretty far to one side, if you ask me. It equates to not answering a letter being reason to be called treasonous. Wowza. Maybe Bill should work on his choice of words if he doesn't want folks jumping to conclusions, eh?

  33. Bill Windsor wrote"It is my plan to convene citizen grand juries all across America to bring charges against dishonest and corrupt government officials. We will ask law enforcement to arrest those charged and convicted. If existing law enforcement personnel fail to do so, we will replace them and validate the grand jury actions retroactively once we gain control of the legislatures in our country. " What A lovely quote

Or Bill was it when you said...

"We intend to take control of every state legislature, the U.S.
A group of people in the Dakotas have been doing this, and we will call on this group for guidance and help."

Who are those people in the Dakota's Doing Grand Juries that you said people were already working on up there. The same place where a constituent of yours was arrested for having a grand jury and threatening a judge. Is that why you were in South Dakota and your a resident there?

You wrote, "I am calling today on every dishonest and/or corrupt government official and government employee in America to resign. Your resignation may remove you from the list to stand trial." Trail for what? "many will be charged with and convicted of treason" And you want "I want every government official in America to be afraid of Lawless America"

Finally you wrote this "What I propose and support is absolutely non-violent, so I want the Lawless America Revolution to be feared in other ways -- exposure, removal from office, and prison." But you said this also...

"Bill Windsor feels corrupt judges and government officials who ignore the Constitution should be charged with TREASON." , "I love America and our government. What I hate are the corrupt public officials who violate their oaths and have broken America, the traitors who have committed treason. I do not in any way advocate overthrowing our government. I advocate ridding us of all the corrupt traitors. " "I personally support elimination of the death penalty for all acts except treason. "

So your going to riding them all by using the death penalty put on by a citizen grand Jury?

SEAN D. FLEMING JUST CAN'T STOP LYING AND DEFAMING BILL WINDSOR.

Here he is 2 1/2 months after he was sued for defamation, after reading where I swore under oath that this and the other garbage was false and defamation. Can you say perjury Bill?

Talk about dangerous! Why yes you are Bill. You sue people because you are vindictive and can't handle your words being brought at you to show exactly who and what you are.

How would you like to explain this in court in front of a jury of 12 Texans? Well, Sean D. Fleming will get the opportunity. he is one of the defendants in William M. Windsor v. Joeyisalittlekid, et al.If it gets that far, the one who should be worried is you Bill. You have been a menace to people using the courts as a weapon for YEARS. You are just too hateful to understand that people have the right to comment on your very public life, your "Revolution" and your plans to get your people into office by removing everyone you deem corrupt, and finding them all as you say you believe you will, guilty of TREASON.

And because the Joeys all conspired to defame me, guess what? Aunt Alice in Albuquerque who became involved in this hatefest will be guilty, too.Your "Aunt Alice is fair game too Windsor. Do you not understand that your ex wife signed checks for Lawless America, and your son's company hosts/hosted the hate domains you purchased in everyone's names you are suing? Talk about dangerous and vindictive. Who does that??? Obtains domain names for the sole purpose of being an asshole.

This is a report of information that is in the public record in this lawsuit, Case No. 88611 in the 40th judicial District Court in Ellis County, Texas.

If Joeyisalittlekid continues to publish this stuff, I believe everyone on there is just as guilty as Sean D. Fleming for saying this. I have told them: CEASE AND DESIST. I have requested corrections and retractions. But they just keep it up.Here's a thought, how about you Cease, Desist AND ABATE. How about you stop harassing people who have the right to comment on the life of a public figure who stated that if people don't know who you are, they should. YOU and YOU alone wanted glory and fame. You stated in DC that your goal in the "movie" was to gain supporters for your "Revolution." You just need to wake up and see that you did actually state these very things which will be proven without a doubt, and you will more than likely paying every one of the "haters" you've named. You have issues with the money you lost in the MOM case, I bet this will end up costing you far more. Food for thought there- Pie Boy.

    1. Well written!

      A couple of points:

      1) Sean F. is not correct when he states Alcatraz Media is hosting the
sites. Technically, Sean is using the terms "hosting" and "providing services to" as synonymous terms and they aren't synonymous. Alcatraz Media is providing DNS service to Windsor's "squatting" domains, but they are not hosting them. The term "hosting" is usually reserved for web and file services. In any case, I would hate for Sean to continue to hand a legit argument to Windsor--Sean needs to make this correction now.

      2) I'd very much appreciate the citation to this quote:

" You stated in DC that your goal in the "movie" was to gain supporters for your "Revolution." "

      Delete
    2. I believe it is also written somewhere as well, but here is one part; throughout this video he is talking about reaching millions of people to help them with their goals. (he also talks about how to join his "Revolution" and throw a penny on the desk) At the end of this video he says "The idea behind the movie is that the movie is the way to reach millions and millions of people out there..." (this is all about the Revolution, their plans, all the stuff he is whining about not saying now.

    3. Actually 1200 your wrong. I've spoken to Ryan myself and we both know what is going on. Bill has posted them to the Alcatraz media DNS and Alcatraz has it's own sf owned DNS server which is if there was a website there on a server that the domain was posted to it would show up. But there is nothing there in the servers to be there. At one time lawless america was hosted on an Alcatraz server the same very server reserve123 is on. I have a full understanding of how the internet and domains work. Until the sites are pointed away from a Alcatraz owned DNS that points directly to an Alcatraz owned server then that is where they are going even though bill purchased the domains.

      Delete
    4. The theory that Alcatraz is somehow liable for anything Windsor does is = to Windsor's theory that all of the GENII are liable for Fleming's posts.

      Delete
    5. Sean, with all due respect, YOU are wrong, To claim you have full understanding of how the Internet and domains work is, at best, an enormous stretch. I assure you, I was working on the Internet back when it was the DDN/Darpanet nearly 30 years ago--most likely when your Mom was still wiping you.

Just as you can't seem to differentiate between "your" and "you're", you're not going to be able to grasp the complexity of setting up a Domain Name Server or a HTTP web server--mush less the difference between virtual hosting versus actual hosting. I agree with you lawessamerica.com was once hosted on an Alcatraz server, but it was moved several years ago to Godaddy and then about a year ago to enom.com. But go ahead and misstate facts--it's your skin, not mine.

  36. "Maybe Susan can explain to Windsor about everything that's been posted above from HIM, will go against him in his lawsuits."

I have expressed my opinion. Windsor has his own theories. Obviously he HAS at times expressed an intent to use CGJs "if necessary". There is nothing unlawful about convening a CGJ. Windsor has also indicated his CGJ would try and probably convict some defendants.

I don't see where Windsor has ever stated that his CGJ would do ANYTHING beyond convening and agreeing on a judgment. I haven't seen him say that once they find someone guilty they will do ANYTHING other than what is allowed by law, about that finding.

It seems to me that you are adding apples and oranges and coming up with an unwarranted conclusion about his plans.

He has acknowledged that he supports our current law, which allows the death penalty for treason.

He has acknowledged that he might hold CGJs that would try and "convict" people.

Where has he stated that since the death penalty is available for treason convictions, his CGI will do ANYTHING to bring about the enforcement of that sentence?

    5. Sean I think what you fail to realize is that Windsor is not a defendant in this case. Which of your statements do you think will be proven by the fact that BW signed a check?

You've stated that he has a "fraudulent company". I don't know what you mean by that, but you are going to have to explain it. WHAT IS IT that is fraudulent about any of his companies? What does BW have to do with proving that?

The only way you will get permission to depose her, is by convincing the court she is a material witness to your defense.

If you want to prove that your "fraudulent business" statement is true, and there is some way BW has information that could help you prove it, you could depose her. Otherwise I don't see how she could possibly have any material information.

      Delete
    6. I don't think Allie's statement is well written at all. There is nothing "horrible" about what BGW has done. What Allie fails to realize is that Bill's statements maybe contradicted by fact. There only 2 people and maybe an Anon posting here that I can recall saying they want to include Windsor's family (now ex-family) in a cross or class action against Bill. Those people do not speak for anyone but themselves and they have been largely ignored. I personally think it is a bone head move to invite Bill into a court action (unless there are millions of dollars at stake). But just as Bill has any right to go fishing with 3rd parties to prove or disprove a claim, so do the defendants in the actions he has filed.

    7. Shhh, if you agree with me, just keep it to yourself. It upsets people when anyone agrees with me. 13. No, I'm not anon 2:52. I did, though, write the march 21st copy/paste above. And there IS one thing I am failing to see. Where do I say I believe the defendants don't have the same right to play go fish as Bill (although I think it's pointless and mean, and witch hunt-ish regardless of what side it's coming from...but then, I hate court and I'm not a lawsuit kind of personality), and where do I say Bills words can't be contradicted with facts? I absolutely DO think the defendants have the same rights as him. Hello, I'm a defendant. And I absolutely think his crap can be contradicted with facts. Up one side and down the other. I just don't think (even with discovery, depositions, courts, blah blah blah) that Babs or Ryan are liable for any of this stuff. And I don't believe any court anywhere will think so either. Further, I don't think any court will see his business side of this as big a deal as we do. It's tit for tat drama, if ya ask me. Using bits and pieces then filling in the gaps with gossip, anger, and hopes, then pretty soon omg they're all in it together and it's a crime. Just because I think most of the business side of Bills actions aren't crimes, doesn't mean I don't think he's a Douchebag Supreme. THAT, I know.

    14. @ Allie - you seem to be back peddling. The discussion about discovery is specific to the defense of actions Bill filed. You make it sound as if you are trying to protect BGW from an attack, suggesting everyone on the blog is looking for a reason to sue her and Ryan out of anger at Bill. I thought the comment made at 2:52 summed up the issue well, but you went backwards IMO.

    15. I thought you didn't want to address me, my mistake, that's why I said I wouldn't address you anymore. To answer to your 6:47, I don't feel like I'm back peddling at all. I also don't feel like I'm trying to protect Babs from an attack, although I don't think she deserves one. Since when does anything anyone says, prevent you folks from attacking? You are right, in that I think SOME, not near all here are just looking for a reason to sue her and Ryan out of anger for Bill. I also think some, not near all, are just looking to sue/oust/smear/add/etc anyone they can in order to be the hero of the haters. All that is really beside the point though. My comments today are just my opinion that Bill is a one man show and all the tax/non profit/political party/money/business stuff isn't going to get anyone anywhere. Also that my opinion is the family wasn't knowingly involved in anything wrong and no court will think so either. I'm not sure what backwards means to you, I just state my opinions here like you do. Mine differ from yours sometimes. Big deal. I've watched you flip back and forth between defending Bill to attacking Bill, over the months, many times. I'm sure you don't see it as back peddling, but rather, just your level headed opinion of fairness to all parties. Guess you are the only one capable of pulling that off? I think I've been pretty clear and constant on my opinions of Windsor, the haters, the family, the lawsuits, etc. I'm sorry if you see it differently.

    16. hahahahahaha - one of the several reasons I have no interest in talking to you is because of statements like this one "I've watched you flip back and forth between defending Bill to attacking Bill, over the months, many times". I have neither defended, nor attacked Bill.

But, with that statement I am happy to have confirmation from you about where some of Bill's "intel" came from.

      1) I felt guilty that my comments might have been viewed as sniping at you, per the note at 5:55. But don't worry, I'm over it now.

      2) You say things that feed Bill's claims against people that post here. Whether you realize it or not, doesn't matter. Every time you cross the line, I will take exception.

Now: put up or STFU - go find an example of each of your claims, defending and attacking Bill. Opinions about something Bill has said or done don't count.

    20. Here's where YOU say things like "it's all right here on this blog", and "Go find it yourself" and "I'm not doing your homework for you" and "Go research like everyone else". And Gawd, ya sound a little on edge.....whether you realize it or not.

  38. OK, this is long but this story is too rich with a couple issues relative to our discussions and a couple of my pet peeves – I’ve got to tell it.

A video of William (Billy) Dale Foust is posted on NLA’s site by Joe Kelly in answer to a question as to whether the Arizona Constitution allows for incorporated cities to organize police departments. Foust was an Ambassador and Chief Justice for Supreme Court Arizona for Tim Turner’s group, RuSA.

The video is heavily edited and there is a lot of SovCit rhetoric. But what struck me in listening to Foust is how some of his instructions are similar to what we’ve seen and heard from Bill Windsor. At 1:40 in the video Foust begins to talk about powers of attorney. He says anybody can be your counsel in court, all you have to do is give them power of attorney. This sounds a lot like what Windsor attempted with his wife (now ex-wife) in MoM. It appears most of Foust’s audience have filed complaints that were rejected or ignored by courts. At 11:34 Foust says “drop your bomb of paperwork on every court from here to New York” but you need to attach an affidavit of truth signed by a Notary – the affidavit “seals the deal” for a win in court. At the end of the video he basically neutralizes attorneys, stating that they are “attorneys at law”, rather than “attorneys in law”. He makes a distinction between lawful and legal, then advises his audience to put together their paperwork in a way that is lawful for them but legal for the court system so that their cases are not thrown out on a technicality. Throughout the video, Foust states that his speech is “for entertainment purposes only”.

Foust mentions that he was a fugitive because as a foreigner he refused to consent to enter into a contract with the US Government. He got a speeding ticket (what is it with these guys about speeding tickets???), for which the fine was $115. He failed to appear and was found in contempt of court, the fine was raised to $1,052. According to the SPLC: “Foust dragged his feet on the ticket for months – clogging the court with a jumble of meaningless papers, refusing to acknowledge the judge’s authority or tell the judge his date of birth, and failing to appear at a scheduled hearing.” According to the AZ Daily Sun: “Foust had made a slew of filings, including an affidavit of political status, Uniform Commercial Code financing statement, a property list, power of attorney, commercial security agreement, indemnity bond, hold harmless and indemnity agreement, non-negotiable security agreement, legal notice and demand definitions, along with a motion to dismiss.” So here again, we have someone practicing and failing at what he preaches but instructing others to do the same.

The reason this video was posted is that Foust was shot and killed by a Page, AZ police officer. If you Google Foust, you will find a lot of postings by SovCit/Patriot groups stating that Foust was assassinated, murdered, gunned down by a De Facto policeman because Foust was the De Jure Chief Justice of AZ. They are calling him a martyr. No. The officer had a duty to protect the potential victim of a crime and the officer appears to have been in fear of losing his own life. In that moment, I doubt very seriously that the officer considered Foust’s political leanings.

    1. Roughly 2 weeks after the video was posted on You Tube, Mrs. Toni Foust called 911 to request an officer to respond to a complaint of domestic violence as it was taking place. She and Foust were fighting. Foust left before the officer arrived. Foust came back while the officer was speaking to Toni. Foust continued the argument with Toni, he was “upset, loud and confrontational with the officer”. The officer took Toni outside to finish their discussion, Foust came outside and started to leave again. The officer asked Foust to wait, Foust ignored the request, threw his truck in reverse, turning the wheels sharply almost hitting the officer. There was some truck door tussle over whether Foust would stay or go, the whole time he was yelling at the officer. When it appeared Foust was finally getting out of the truck, the officer believed he would be attacked and he pulled out his taser. Foust grabbed the taser, there was a struggle for control of it, Foust got the upper hand, the officer pulled out his service weapon and shot Foust. The officer was wearing a camera in his uniform, several outside agencies investigated, the shooting was determined to be justified.

Toni Foust filed a $6.7 million wrongful death law suit against the city. She is demanding remedy in the same courts her husband was not only preaching against, he was instructing others in how to overwhelm and defeat the system. The Lake Powell Chronicle reports that the Page, AZ police department had a total of 32 contacts with Foust prior to this incident. Toni had to know Foust’s opinions about law enforcement, the final outcome was foreseeable. She called 911 to report VIOLENCE IN PROGRESS. Did she expect the police would show up without weapons to protect her? What did she expect the officer to do when Foust took the confrontation from verbal to physical? IMO, she should have no right to burden the officer, the city or the tax payers with her complaint.

    2. I totally agree with each point made by NBTDT.

Why is it these SovCitz, like Windsor, continue to use the very system they claim is corrupt and broken?
IF I believed that something was corrupt? Broken? Unjust? I sure wouldn't waste a moment of my time in it or on it!
This broad called for help from 911? & now she's suing. Talk about corrupt.
These types are terrorist. Trashy domestic terrorist. IMO

    3. She really doesn't have justification for her suit. This was ruled justified for a reason. People get shot by cops in Arizona, and it's for stuff like this. You fight with a cop, force is justified IMO. They investigate the heck out of cases like hers, and they do it fairly. SMH. It's another lawsuit to clog the court. Thanks nbtdt, interesting stuff.

  39. Lol, so Bill thinks suing his wife or son would be proof of malice and negligence and animosity because they aren't involved in his websites or movies. He left off lLA movement. Isn't this the same thing he does with his many lawsuits against uninvolved people? Why yes it is. Bill you just explained the case against your lawsuits. LOL

You are attempting to sue people who don't even know you. For saying things about you. The difference is they aren't public figures, you claim to be. They don't know you, and haven't said anything about you.

You are such a fool. And you will lose again in court. Your own videos and posts are there to be used against you. It won't get that far, I see a dismissal in your future.

  40. @Oceans 2:23 pm: "He planned on trying them for treason, which may result in a death penalty."

MAY it? Where are you getting the information that a CGJ supported by Windsor might result in a death sentence? I haven't heard him mention the death penalty and CGJ in the same discussion. He indicates there will be verdicts but I haven't seen him mention a CGJ sentence. If there is evidence of such a statement I will stand corrected.

It's like a neighborhood watch guy commenting that he totally agrees with the law that allows a cop to shoot at a fleeing felon. He also says he is going to carry a gun when he is on watch. There is no justification to tell people that this guy intends to exercise a power HE does not have by shooting a fleeing felon. If the guy has never expressed that idiotic intention to break the law, you have no reason to falsely ascribe it to him.

Windsor has consistently stated that he intends to achieve reform through lawful, non-violet measures. Everyone here reads every word he writes, therefore his position is well known. I haven't seen anything yet that would justify representing that he plans to murder people.

The false accusation that Windsor holds such a radical view would certainly deter others from associating with him. It goes beyond expressing an opinion on someone's public position. It is a 360 degree misrepresentation of his position.

Like I said, if any of you can show me a nexus between his CGJ statements and your representation that he plans for those CGS's to SENTENCE anyone, I will stand corrected.
