Bill Windsor Has a Bad Day In Court

Still waiting for his ride up to Montana, Windsor was brought into the Ellis county court yesterday in his prison outfit and shackles along with that security escort he always wanted.  Windsor's elaborate lies started to seep out on him in court:

-the entire Boushie episode was read aloud in court including the PPO and Bill's omission of telling that to the Court.

-He is more than capable of handling the $100,000 bond in MT and said he is going to hire an attorney for his criminal defense (no public defender), but I think he forgot he already told the court he was broke and couldn't afford an attorney, that is why he was pro se.

Judge Carroll noted that it seemed that Bill had sued defendant Sam Round and Sean Boushie in Texas because he could no longer continue litigation in their home states (he's a vexatious litigant in MT and GA).  This is exactly true.....and further evidence is with two of the other defendants Allie and Claudine.  Bill, of course, sued Allie in her home county for the exact same thing he is suing her in TX.  That case went on for over a year and then Bill dropped the case when it came time for him to answer questions.  That case is in Lafayette Co in MO...case # 13LF-CV00461
He sued Claudine and the American Mothers Political Party in her home county in KS again for the exact same thing:  Shawnee County KS  case number 2013-CV-001045

This is how Bill operates. All of these cases are about harassment and intimidation, not justice. He will modify his lies however he needs to in order to get his foot in the door with a lawsuit. Then its immediately to discovery where he tries to force the court to make the defendants give up personal information which he will then post on website domains he took out in their names. And even if he is ordered to remove his defamatory content from a website...he still wont do it....enter Montana and their 3 felony charges, or at least part of those charges.

Bill wanted to ask for a stay in the TX case. He used a couple of his classic excuses. Seeing how the jail wasn't up to Marriott Rewards standards, he has developed a cough that seems to only effect him during court time. Some of you will remember way back when, he used this same excuse about an uncontrollable cough as a way to get out of talking to his followers. Then he employed my personal favorite of the ole "I can't see" excuse. This time it was because he didn't have his glasses. I wonder if the Court knows that this is the same person who claimed this in court in GA:

"The 2009 income tax return is inaccurate. It was submitted when Windsor was unable to read. It will be amended when time and reading permit. The 2010 Income tax return is on extension due to the same factors."

Windsor wants his laptop back.....BAAADLY!! Those meanie guards took it, and it seems it may be heading up to MT as *gulp* evidence. Uhhh Ohhh, it just got real for Bill and all of those on his email list. No telling what kinds of incriminating evidence they will find on that poor machine. Bill tried to get the TX court to intercept his damning evidence before it reaches Montana, but TX will have no part of that.

He claimed to have an attorney for his criminal case...and named dropped Clay Jenkins, but he said he hadn't paid the retainer. This of course would also expose his "I'm broke" lie. He says, in true Windsor fashion, that he is going to fight extradition to Montana. I guess he wouldn't be Bill Windsor if he didn't.

Judge Carroll asked him if he was still interested in dismissing the crazy case as he mentions in his emergency stay motion. Bill claimed it was a moment of weakness, or maybe clarity, and that his vexatious blood had returned and he was ready to continue on to the bitter end.

The next hearing is on the 20th where he will have to deal with Anti-slapp motions. It doesn't help matters that he claims in his 3rd amended petition that even after suing the "Joeys" they still won't shut up. Yeah thanks Bill, thats the exact essence of Anti-Slapp. Will he even be in Ellis County on the 20th? Or will the extradition hearing be over and he's on his way up to Montana?

****Update*****
Heh, I forgot to mention one of the main procedural points from the day.....Bill is a limited purpose public figure and must prove actual malice in statements by defendants.

  1. I am so relieved to know the truth about Boushie vs Windsor's lies was revealed yesterday. It's just not right that Windsor flat out lies and gets away with it. I can look on the court docket and see when Boushie replied to the court, and for Windsor to beg for sanctions? Unbelievable. He should have earned his own sanctions for that IMO.

Yes, this is clearly harassment and a violation of the PPO, and I am hoping new charges stem from the sanction request--and the Prosecutor will obtain the transcript from last weeks hearing.

I am also relieved that Judge Carroll noted the Round harassment connection. Clearly, when Windsor can't get around another court, he uses a different one. How many defendants are on the "waiting list" to be added to the TX case, that have already been involved in another suit?

I am eagerly waiting for the information to be released as to the "business" Windsor is suing for. Which one will he try to spin? The Delaware non profit LLC with Barbara Windsor listed as director, or the PAC from the trademark application? He does use whatever he can, for the situation he's trying to "win." Everything is completely contradictory-- and truth doesn't appear to be a factor in those games. Ever.

    1. Thanks Ninja for your kind words. Yesterday, I got the order granting special appearance and dismissal with prejudice which has been sent to Carroll for his signature.

As I understand it, because of res judicata, Windsor can't go to another state and sue me again (like he did with others, esp. Boushie and Overstreet).

Thanks also to those folks who gave up their time to spend all those hours at the courthouse, and for their reports back to us--well done!

  4. He claimed to have an attorney for his criminal case...and named dropped Clay Jenkins....

Interesting. He certainly looks like a big step up from the legal representation Windsor has been getting for the last several years. Even though, er, the website doesn't list criminal defense as one of the Jenkins firm's practice areas. It's a little odd to hire a civil litigator (a species I belong to as well, FTR) to defend you in criminal court.

Anyway, given that Jenkins is from Waxahachie, he may or may not be interested in putting on a defense in a criminal trial that takes place in Montana. I'm guessing that Jenkins' job, if he is in fact hired, would be to help Windsor fight extradition. If and when Windsor finds himself on trial in Montana, it would probably make a lot more sense, both strategically and economically, for him to hire a Montana attorney. And one that practices criminal defense law.

    1. yeah I think thats exactly right in that if he does hire Jenkins it would be to fight the extradition. I doubt Jenkins is licensed to practice in MT, although I'm sure you can explain better how that works. I really do think it was a name drop but it backfired because he's a high priced attorney and Bill forgot he is supposed to be playing the poor old homeless guy

      Delete
    2. I doubt Jenkins is licensed to practice in MT, although I'm sure you can explain better how that works.

Sure. You're almost certainly correct that Jenkins isn't licensed in Montana, but that would not be likely to pose a problem; under most circumstances, an attorney from State X can ask a court in State Y to admit her to practice just for the purpose of a single case. This is called pro hac vice ("pro hock vee-chay," literally "for this turn") admission. If Montana courts are anything like the other courts I've practiced in, it's unlikely that Jenkins would have a meaningful problem getting admitted pro hac vice to represent Windsor in Montana.

The bigger obstacle, I suspect, is the question of whether Jenkins would want to appear in a criminal trial 1,700 miles away from his home practice. I certainly wouldn't.

And then, of course, it would almost certainly be in Windsor's best interests to hire a local attorney in the Montana county who is familiar with Montana statutes, court procedures, and sentencing standards. Most importantly, he should find someone who's familiar with the Montana prosecutor and has a good shot at convincing the prosecutor to take it easy on Windsor. Jenkins might be a fabulous litigator, but if the prosecutor sees him as a big-buck carpetbagger from far out of state (as opposed to "that nice local defense attorney I go out for drinks with a few times a month"), Jenkins might not be able to do much good for Windsor in Montana.

      Delete
    3. thanks, yeah I didn't know about that. I think that would sum up the logistical and interpersonal problems Bill would have with bringing in someone out of state

  6. The Judge inquired to Windsor's ability to post $100,000 bond, on a Black American Express Card, to ECSO last Tuesday afternoon? Windsor denied it happened.
Attorney Flemming asked permission to show the Judge an email she received from a Deputy of ECSO stating those facts. The deputy's email stated that accepting the Montana bond was an error on their part & Windsor was back in ECSO custody.
Windsor was visibly upset by this revelation & demanded the deputy's name repeated & spelled. (was not)
Regardless of facts presented, Windsor continued claiming that it happened, that he never used a black AmEx card, never left ECSO's custody or facility Tuesday after being arrested at conclusion of the hearing. Flemming's attorney used Windsor's continuing claims about this one instance, despite official records, to show Windsor's lack of credibility.
Judge Carroll read each & every communication Boushie has had with the 40th District Court beginning late January 2014 thru November 5, 2014.
Judge Carroll read all the documents relating to Boushie aloud, including documents from various Montana courts, 2 counties' Sheriff's departments in Montana. This was read aloud, as Windsor was racked w/ numerous coughing episodes. Again, Windsor was visibly upset. After reading these documents & reviewing motions & claims of Windsor re Boushie in this Texas lawsuit, Windsor spent more than 10 minutes telling a tale of corruption! Windsor's cough abated! Not 1 cough! He told a long version of being shot at in Montana. When Judge Carroll asked for police reports, exact location in Montana, the highway? Other than another episode of coughing, He couldn't recall. Judge Carroll read Montana courts' decision on Windsor's photo entered into evidence, & referred to as Roschart blot! Foiled, Windsor tried a different tact. Cough free, several minutes of how #CORRUPT the entire state of Montana is! 2 counties, JP, university, city of Missoula, Supreme Court of Montana, per Windsor are corrupt & working for & with Boushie! Windsor vehemently stuck like SuperGlue to merely following the rules of civil procedure in Texas, providing copies of filings for Boushie has now led the corrupt state of Montana to complicate this current case in Texas, incarcerating him (my personal fav)
Windsor spent vast amounts of time contradicting himself & his previous statements. Vigorously denying that he was in any way a public figure or had ever attempted to be a limited public figure! Court was shown examples that Windsor had titled himself a #PublicFigure, on his Facebook About Section, complete w/photo. Windsor denied ever even attempting to lead a political party! What Windsor did not deny? He could not recall or 'it must have been in error'.
Another example, that was shown to the Court & Windsor was his IMBD account, described by Windsor himself, a website that celebrities, film makers, singers, musicians, artists, etc use. When shown his IMBD profile? Windsor compared it to using Facebook, still claiming he isn't even a limited public figure, just a private individual. More coughing by Windsor during & after IMBD exchange!
Windsor announced to the court at the beginning of day's hearing that in addition to terrible chill, sleep deprivation & cough? He claimed to be stricken with, & I quote, "raging diarrhea". Coughing came & went in carefully timed episodes, to me, & his raging diarrhea? Wasn't mentioned, no emergency bathroom breaks were requested. Wow! I would be very curious how Windsor managed his "raging diarrhea"! I'm left to suppose his gastric ailment just abated?
I took 52 pages of hand written notes, to document everything mentioned throughout the day. Windsor's contradictions of just his own affidavit? I don't have a word worthy of using at this moment! I'll go with daaaayum!

It sounds like Windsor and Judge Carroll are getting along famously. Windsor is one hell of a litigator.

(We've discussed the serious trouble Windsor could well be in in Montana—but given the hostility with which it sounds like Judge Carroll is greeting Windsor's presentation, Windsor could have real problems in Texas, too, that go beyond sitting in the county lock-up for a few weeks. Anti-SLAPP is coming up soon, and conceivably contempt sanctions or worse could follow. Look out, Bill!)

I am not nearly as kind as SuperBarb.
I do see that Windsor is certainly a brilliant mind. Closed mind, but brilliant. He's the maniacal type of brilliant.
When he openly admitted, under oath, in court yesterday, that he would never relinquish the thousands of domains that he has bought in the names of not only his defendants, but of judges? Even when ordered to do so? As he has been in Montana, to remove the Sean Boushie .com hate site? That? In my opinion is just stupidity.
When one's brilliance is so clouded by hate, that they are willing to give up the last years of their very privileged life over a domain site in someone else's name? I call that slap assed ignorant, not brilliant. But, hey, I'm just using my #RightToFreeSpeech and I'm not the the over 66 year old facing many years in prison for #stalking or suing the internet for being butthurt.
Windsor has spent his lifetime attempting to draw attention to himself. Here it finally is! it will be only fleeting, but the attention seeking whore consequences could certainly last a lot longer.

I also find it interesting that while he needs to prove "Malice" he admitted to being completely malicious when he bought up ALL the domain names. He needs to be ordered to relinquish them all, since they are just slander, hate, harassment sites waiting until he unleashes his wrath, upon his release. (just like the MT court noted the one's he's already got up and running are)

What part of that is fixing corruption? What part of that is "Saving America?" This is the exact action that is destroying it. Taking extreme actions, without credibility behind the attacks. Just butthurt. Some mad old man, who wanted to be like Leo standing on the front of the PieTanic, screaming "I'm King of the World." Using his money to walk all over people!

  7. Beautiful report. I am calendaring the November 20th hearing on the Anti-SLAPP motion. The beautiful thing about anti-SLAPP motions in Texas is that, even if Windsor were to dismiss his entire case immediately, the Court would still have to conduct a hearing to determine whether the anti-SLAPP statute applied and, if so, the amount of reasonable and necessary attorney's fees Windsor would still have to pay as a result of the ruling.

If Windsor did not pay, then opposing counsel could have a lot of fun conducting post-judgment discovery (which is extremely broad and intrusive). I personally love conducting such discovery.

It sounds like Judge Carroll is making sure to paper the record in order to lock down his decision and make it appellate-proof. Windsor just can't seem to grasp the idea that, when you are in a hole, you should STOP DIGGING.

    5. That? Is a creepy scary thought, glimpsing what he's been doing on his computers (plural).
Windsor was very desperate for those yesterday! He was 'Eddie Haskell-ing' Judge Carroll so ferociously to be afforded special privileges while in the Ellis County Jail. The jail administration made an excellent point that if Windsor is given his laptop, then every other inmate should be allowed theirs. Windsor has access to his files & to computers at the detention facility's law library. Windsor expects to be given a cubicle area workspace and his time expectation he described was 'burning the midnight oil'. That means a deputy has to babysit him.
It is no one else's burden or fault he commmitted crimes in another state and is confine in jail. He's already costing taxpayer's money with his frivolous fililings, now housing him in jail.
Does ECSO also have to change their rules for inmates to fit #pusscake, now, too? What is that going to cost?
He's just not that special, he said so himself yesterday! He's just a private citizen per his very own argument. Treat him as such.

Judge Carroll seems like a good judge, but declaring your contempt for those who'll decide your fate probably isn't a great idea. Judge Carroll also isn't afraid to lay a heavy sentence on criminals, he gave 32 years to a 5X drunk driver.

Mr Windsor's Twitter account has been in the control of some woman in Rhode Island for several years. Now, whether that Twitter account is dually controlled, with Windsor generating some #tweets? Would be interesting to discover!

Personally? I believe 32 years to a 5Xs drunk driver far too lenient. First, why is anyone allowed the freedom to rack up 3, 4 & 5 drunken driving charges? It seems very obvious to me that this drunken driver is not being rehabilitated after convictions 1 thru 4. I am biased to this, having lost 2 loved ones to a drunken driver that had multiple previous convictions. Hence, my view that 32 years is not a 'heavy sentence' for a 5th time offender.

That seems strange to me as well. Possibly it's just the way Texas courts work.

More likely, though, I think, is that it's simply not true, and Carroll is not presiding over the (as-yet unscheduled, it appears) extradition hearing.

Yes, there is a comment exchange upthread that appears to indicate otherwise, but it looks to me as if the commenter who provided the answer didn't actually understand the question:

      Anon 11/7 2:22 PM:
Sounds like Bill might be in that jail a bit longer with more appearences, while he fights extradition. Is Carroll the Judge hearing that as well?

      Anon 11/7 4:18 PM:
Yessir/ma'm. Judge Carroll is the judge hearing that on the 20th.

But the hearing "on the 20th" is the (civil) Anti-SLAPP motion hearing, not the (criminal) extradition hearing. As far as I can tell, anyway.

So it appears to me that the notion of Carroll presiding over Windsor's criminal proceedings might be a simple comment-thread misunderstanding.

I doubt he fully believes it when he wakes up daily and remembers where he is. Even fully awake, he isn't taking the MT felony charges seriously. And that is a really bad mistake.

    8. I agree Anon 9:13.

Windsor says anything he thinks will fly, and usually gets away with it until questioned. He claimed he has a production company called "Whistleblower Productions." I believe this is the company he told MT would be filming for a TV pilot. He probably also told them he was a "card carrying member of the press." However, upon further investigation--both are lies. Whistleblower is not a real company, and Windsor is not listed on the site he claimed he was registered as "press."

Then flash to court. Deny any claims to being a card carrying member of the press, deny or ignore any claims to owning a "Production company." Deny all claims to being the leader of the numerous names he's created for his "Revolution." Deny, deny, deny.

Problem for Windsor is, that due to his extra large ego, and his addiction to bragging about himself, it's easy to find every lie somewhere on the WWW to prove how he contradicts himself, when necessary.

      Google "Lawless America Whistleblower Productions"
Google "William M Windsor card carrying member of the Press"
(that will pull up sworn affidavits Windsor posted on his hate domains @ Boushie dot com, Allie dot com as well as places Cox has also shared court documents for the Boushie case)

  13. Wonder how much of Bill's legal expertise is copied from Crystal Cox. Been looking at some of her recent YouTube stuff and at some points she is in danger of making legal sense. Almost had me on some stuff - then I remembered she bought the domain name of someone's child.

She's not stupid, and can speak very clearly - neither meaning she isn't delusional (or is, of course). But that was a huge surprise for me - hearing her speak after trying to read what she has written. Night and Day.

Again, I'm not trying to make any points. I just find this stuff interesting.

Now, do a search in your browser for the word 'boushie"

It will find two matches, but will not highlight them because the text seems to be hidden. Now do a "view source" and search for "boushie" again. Here's what you'll find:

"Folks, the TV show has a new ending. Talk about something that could not have been scripted better. It's so perfect that if you saw it in a dramatic show, you would shake your head and say, I knew that was coming.

As I quietly filmed in front of the University Center right smack dab in the middle of campus, these two gendarmes strolled up and served ME with a Temporary Order of Protection for Sushie...." It goes on and on. Just strange. I can't find an explanation for it.

For once my wishful thinking turned into reality. I won the lottery when Bill Windsor was finally incarcerated a few days ago. He picked and picked at me for NOTHING and I ran from him, wishing I'd never met this cruel alpha male, only in his own mind. He tried his pecking order on me and now he's paying the price for doing the same to his defendant/victims and others. Thank God the judicial system works once in a while like it's working in this case. He's getting what's coming to him. I was already in such a bad situation, he promised to make it better, but only tried to assert his dominance over me. He's a criminal promising to resolve legal problems for people as a guise to obtain their information and to hurt them. Sorry if i'm redundant, but it needs to be said over and over for the benefit of anyone looking for help with parts of the legal system that were never set up to work. If you have had a negative outcome in court and are seeking help, never go to William M. Windsor.

It just feels so good to say all of this. Thanks guys

    1. You are right. There are flaws in the legal system, and Windsor knows them, and how to manipulate them. He knows he can file a frivolous suit, and then immediately demand discovery. Forget the fact the case has no merit, and it's just a plethora of unsubstantiated gripes. He uses the information obtained through discovery to harass. Period. Proven fact from the discovery of the Overstreet case.

Windsor was labeled a "Vexatious Litigant" for a very good reason. The Judge in GA was trying to protect the Judicial System and parties in the line of Windsor wrath. His history is well documented at who he will attack using the Judicial System as his weapon. Judges, clerks, attorneys, and basically anyone who stands up to him become targets. If the Judicial System had some kind of main computer system that lists "Vexatious Litigants" and the reason for this label, perhaps the Judges granting leave would have a better understanding of what's headed into their courtrooms.

Windsor is notorious for filing frivolous lawsuits. He makes them seem credible to get them in the door, then all hell breaks loose.

He made promises to people to bring their causes before the Senate, Congress, and Govt. Officials, and if they failed to correct the problems, he would be filing suit. He never followed through. He made promises to help fix people's court cases, yet, still to this day, crickets. He made promises to make a Documentary for Sundance, but everyone found out that he didn't qualify, yet he still mislead the lemmings to believe it was because of the "haters" and not his own incompetence the "Documentary" for Sundance wasn't being made. Ok, so what about just the "movie?" Ah, no funds? The Millionaire has no funds? Laughable. His rich TX Tech buddies wouldn't even help him out. Why is that? Why wouldn't "friends" gladly donate to a worthy cause? Nope, he needed to go begging to strangers who knew nothing about Windsor, and who are easily manipulated because they are blinded by claims of a quick fix in the system. "All donors will be listed as Financiers in the movie credits" Then the flip that no one was "investing" in the film. Uh, isn't a "financer" someone who has backed the production, therefor having some interest in the outcome?

In my honest opinion, Windsor is a very cunning business man, who has managed to make his way through life, misleading people for personal gain. Forgetting the people he tromped on to build his fortune. Except, they won't forget, and eventually they will speak out, but he will simply dismiss them as "Haters" and possible sue.

      Delete
    2. He was on his honor to tell the judge he was a VL, and in this case we knew. A database would be nice, but would it mean all pro se would have to be run through it? At least something for the judge to read once he becomes a VL times more than one state. The discovery process should not be allowed to happen while the judge is too busy with other cases to read what is being filed. It appears VL statutes may have been written to keep lawyers from stepping out of line without expecting pro se VL's to abuse the process. He does lie to get his foot in the door with the hopes of forcing his victims to comply with his harassment, or face court sanction. And all of this before he'd ever proven he had a case or permission to file. So new statutes to protect the public would be 1) database, 2) court review of his vexi background and/or outstanding warrants 3) initial review to see if the case has merit (what's more likely that 1,000 are paid by the government or that he has bad business practices) 4) stayed discovery and this being communicated by the court to his victims until the above is met and 5) at this point a mandatory psych eval for Windsor might not be a bad idea. He's not gonna meet qualifications for criminally insane. Mental and/or physical illness may be another matter. Quite possible he is not mentally healthy to represent himself which would halt much of the abuse, and that such sanctions would not hinder him if he's not all there. Given his age, delusions and paranoia, a dementia diagnosis should not be ruled out. We also know that his father was hospitalized for an extended period and unable to direct his own medical decisions. Even if he is not suffering dementia or pre-dementia what is to stop someone who is before they have created a track record such as Windsor's. Thoughts?

      Delete
    3. How about this for 6) and the ultimate in deterant/revenge? As the court does not have time to supervise Windsor and it is unjust that his victims should have to retain counsel for the many months/years that Windsor has been allowed to abuse his victims before the first hearing---let's have him pay for his own babysitter? His victims are free to hire counsel or go pro se, but meanwhile Windsor is forced to pay for a public defender to supervise him and report to the judge and REPRESENT his victims?

      Delete
    4. Another thought about the VL title (along with a data base), is that if an automatic bond and attorney representation order were made, perhaps the pro se vexi's wouldn't continue on.

When Windsor attempted to sue Boushie in South Dakota, they told him to get an attorney before he could proceed. That ended that frivolous and harassing suit. (so, he went on to file in TX) One thing Windsor hates, is attorneys, the next is parting with his precious money. He doesn't mind paying the piddley court fees, jury fees, filing fees, etc. those are nothing to him. Make him post a substantial bond, say 50-100g? AND hire an attorney to proceed? I'd say that would put an end to much of his frivolous crap. His "upon information and belief" wouldn't fly. Attorney's aren't going to risk their reputations and standing by taking on cases like his, without true evidence. Had an attorney looked over his complaints in TX? Surely they would have told him he's got nothing. How many opposing attorneys so far, have had to "educate" Mr. Vexi on the laws he's trying to manipulate?

I'd say a sure way to throw a wrench in Vexatious Litigants court games, is to make them pay up front- a substantial bond, and hire an attorney.

      Delete
    5. In other words, Thrash, as he did with court officials, should have included protection for the no bodies by requiring a bond from Windsor.

      Delete
    6. ***I forgot to mention this very important fact***

Yes, Windsor was ordered to state he was Vexatious, prior to filing in ANY court in ANY county. BUT--he gets by because he claims that order is VOID. How many unknowing defendants will he sue, that haven't researched his history? If you don't know he is a VL, how can you alert the court, that he didn't obtain leave?

That leaves unsuspecting targets wide open to Vexi's. So, there needs to be stronger laws implemented for notifications to ALL courts across the US, to link these people who abuse the system together in a easy search prior to allowing filings.

      Delete
    7. Yea thrash put the bond on any judges that bill wanted to sue. At the time that's were he was abusing it. That stopped bill in his tracks so now he sues private citizens instead. The same bond should now apply to anyone

      Delete
    8. If Thrash was notified of his suits, could he be held in contempt?

      Delete
    9. Exactly 12:50.

I'd say since Fleming has a motion to classify Windsor as Vexatious, perhaps Judge Carroll could protect defendants from further harassment if he implemented and extended the bond past Thrash's Judicial officers to ANYONE, as well as putting Windsor on the Texas Vexatious Litigant list. Clearly Windsor abused the TX Judicial system by trying to put one over on Carroll with Boushie, Round, and other defendants he's already sued in other states. Windsor has no respect for any court, any Judicial officer, or any authority figures at all. Suing multiple people, in multiple states for the same things in each? Yeah, that is Vexatious and shouldn't be rewarded by allowing him free reign.

    11. Right and he didn't care about the fine for MOM. He didn't pay it for the longest time. He has the money to pay the bond up front but tries to argue around it. He doesn't care about the VL label because it gives him a pretense of street cred. The court system is nothing more than his own casino and addicts don't care about losing because the pay out when they win is so large. He's also been in charge of complying with his punishment and so far the VL statutes have been about punishing him with the hopes of protecting the public. Allie and the others had to hope for relief from the court and damages after the fact, but Windsor simply cashed in and walked to the next casino before that could happen. A reform would put protections for the public upfront. Thanks for bringing this up because I had been thinking about it. Keep talking please.

    18. This is the best definition to describe Windsor from where I sit, and in what I see in him from watching his videos, reading his motions, and his FB posts is narcissism and these links are not what you’d use for a psych evaluation, but helpful: http://samvak.tripod.com/9.html and http://samvak.tripod.com/faq75.html

The other thing is Windsor’s exaggerated illnesses, injuries (falling on ice/fractured skull) and needed surgeries or Munchausen. The needed abdominal surgery (cannot have that because of all this litigation, poor me) and has come up again since being incarcerated and expect to see more mention of that if not more serious "medical needs."

Although the "faking illness" thing is said to be part of the narcissists coping behavior and used to procure attention/sympathy it still seems to be Munchausen (just without a proxy).

I think Judge Carroll is onto Windsor though from reading through the play-by-play notes. Looks like Windsor can be in some trouble in TX, too if he keeps digging.

Legislation that says a judge shall appoint a GAL and attorney for the VL and filter all motions through the court. In Windsor’s case, he can pay for the court appointed GAL and attorney. The VL should never have access to discovery. … well, that would be my dream after watching Windsor.

adj "having or showing skill in achieving one's ends by deceit or evasion"
noun "skill in achieving one's ends by deceit."

Frivolous, is one of the definitions for his lawsuits. What you posted there is pretty good "evidence" of that. I'd say the above definations of cunning would also apply to his litigation tactics--not his complaints. Those are frivolous.

Also note, much of what he claims he was called, no one even knew about until he posted it himself with these wild claims.

      Delete
    3. So if I understand Bill's Suit, he thinks there are up to 100,000 instances of defamation on the web directed towards him by 1,000+ "Joeys".

As absurd of a premise as this is, let me go with this.

He wants the court to find them liable for his marriage issues, reputation issues, etc. So they will need the supposed 1000 IP addresses, then with the "up to 100,000 posts", spend 100,000 man hours lining up who said what, "stupid" is $50 awarded, "showing one sided views" is $100 awarded, then go from there.

Is this Bill's Plan? Then I assume the million rude posts on Facebook and Tweets on Twitter daily follow? Then the comments sections of every media outlet after that? Isn't there a constitutional amendment that covers this? I read about people arrested in the news for serious crimes daily with pages of comments arguing to castrate or execute them, and they aren't pubic figures, I guess all that is brought into the civil courts as well?

For someone who has complete contempt for anyone in a robe, Bill is confusing me?!

I'm telling you all, William Windsor & the truth are total strangers.

  27. And just for added effect to Windsor's Facebook followers that are praying for him, attempting as futile as it may be, to help him? He was less than flattering in his descriptions of y'all. Sharon isn't the only one that got his chuckling, embarrassed to be associated with pity & "heart blessing".
It irks me to no end that he is incarcerated & still preying upon these people's emotions! Windsor was done with them the second he realized he could get Vexi! He dropped his followers like a sack of flaming shit! He'd drop them a status update to phish for ego stroking or information, but he could care LESS about any of them!

WAKE UP! He has a BLACK AMEX Card & is HAGGING yall for donations! Hello?
    Why?
I'm even "blessing your hearts"! Damn! Y'all got played. Hard.

    2. Yep, and what's more disgusting? He preyed on mentally sick people. How many of them said they were diagnosed by mental health providers as needing medications? I remember several who were ordered Depakote and refused to take it. It's easy to manipulate the minds of already weak individuals. So that to me? Shows he has zero compassion for anyone. Could care less, as long as he's making a name for himself.

      Via Wikipedia®
The Centurion Card is invitation-only after an appropriate net worth, credit and spending criteria are met.[2] American Express does not publicly disclose the requirements necessary for getting a card except that the cardholder has a substantial net worth and they are a former platinum card holder.[2] For reference, the average Centurion cardholder has $16.3 million in assets and an annual household income of $1.3 million.[5]

To become a Centurion cardholder, one must meet American Express's eligibility criteria. Cardholders are required to pay an annual fee, and in some countries also an initiation fee (In the United States, the initiation fee is $7,500 in addition to the $2,500 annual fee from each cardholder).

    10. The actual name of the Black AmEx card?
Whether it was William Windsor's, is a mystery (to me), not to those that handled it at the ECSO. It was readily accessible by him, though. He was arrested on the elevator, in private, AFTER the hearing on October the 28th, taken to the detention facility, booked in, bonded out erroneously and released in less time that it took this defendant to drive the 67 miles home from Waxahachie.
When Windsor was called by the ECSO & told there was an error & that he was needed to return to the detention facility? Windsor did return, in less than an hour & he was not alone. His Jeep had NOT moved from in front of the Courts Building, where he had parked it before noon that day.
Now? It doesn't take Magnum PI deduction skills to figure some of this out.
Knowing he has access to a Black AmEx card? While whining about funding to his handful of followers? That is so many kinds of wrong.
Those same followers and supporters have applauded all his 'good work' and 'help'. Can any one of them make a list? Beyond Windsor filmed them and uploaded it to YouTube?
I doubt they would make a list, even if they could.
I'd be guessing they're all busy going thru their emails and private Facebook messages on a deleting frenzy.

His new suicide scam more important than helping Bill? Where is that legal expert Tim V.
