William M. Windsor Bails Out "The Guys" in the Tank

So Windsor is feeling in the holiday spirit, and by that I mean he would like to free a selected list of current inmates in the ECSO.  Windsor first lied by pretending to ask for donations to free these poor guys for the holidays.  But that charade quickly broke down as the man who says he has no money went to a local bail bonds office and reportedly freed 7 current inmates with $12,500.

If there is one thing we know about Bill, he doesn't help anyone else out unless something is in it for him.  Windsor has declared war on Ellis County and now it seems he is buying him some foot soldiers to help in his war.  Bill also made this curious and seemingly violent threat:

Bill Windsor Thanks, Karen. Understandable. It's worth a shot at helping some folks who are down on their luck with no one else to stand up for them. If they fail to appear, I'll just set up web pages in their names and blast all the Joeys. That'll fix 'em.

  4. Windsor's intentions are very questionable. I don't recall Windsor ever helping or giving one of the LA victims anything. But now he is shelling out money for criminals? Makes no sense whatsoever.

    1. That's so true. How many of the lemmings went to jail, and he ignored them? How many were begging him for help with their cases, and he ignored them completely. Nah something is up, and it has the distinct smell of Billshit all over it.

    2. Way over the top. Adding these men to the mix yet another VERY weird move. Is he going to lie and spin like a top in court for them too? My guess is that he may try at some juncture to victimize them and that will backfire on him. Can't wait to see the outcome of this genius move.

    3. I can't even begin to estimate all the pleas for help or even just for Windsor's attention by those that have been so loyal & supported him. They begged for emails to be read, calls to be answered, they were ignored or got excuses with blame aimed at haters, or injuries, accidents, car break-ins, multiple poor health issues, yet they continued to 'support' him.
Each time Windsor would fabricate his Facebook status update tales? They'd send prayers, offer their help, even offer him the few dollars they had & he'd snubb them, not even acknowledge their comments. This has gone on for years.
He's repeatedly told them how financially broken & ruined he is, how he's used all his life's savings. They got more blaming, adding Georgia's Judge Thrash, 1,000s of anonymous haters, new illnesses, traveling to HIS instigated & pending court appearances across the nation & on & on.
      Within the last 48 hours?
Windsor was able to update his Facebook how he spent $112,500 on bail bonds, was enjoying dining out, is now residing at a Marriott. $112,500 is a huge amount of money to the average person, but not for Windsor. Keep in mind how he's been claiming no family support, having had his Social Security cut off, no job, & has just been scraping by? That very same Windsor was able to make it rain thousand$ for individuals he's known less than 2 months.
      Wow!
This might finally show most of Windsor's remaining few loyals what their real worth is to him. It's very obviously below strangers he met in jail.
$12,500 could've been divided several times & then, it could've made a huge difference in some of Windsor's most loyal supporters' lives.
Instead? Windsor invested more of his vast wealth into yet another of his of never ending vendettas.

Windsor was moved several times during those 53 days & also recall how many hours must have gone into his volumes of scribbling he was whipping out.
It's county jail, not church summer camp.
Windsor has a 'better than' attitude, somehow I'm not believing the #bromance #friendship bond is that deep after those 53 days.

    6. He knew I was in a dire situation in the summer of 2012, including financially, when I met him and he willingly took my money. Windsor promised me that he'd help me and that I'd be in a movie. I had hope for the first time in years. In the end, all I got was ripped off, threatened and snubbed, and back in the throes of hopelessness and despair. It's disgusting that Windsor would throw money at criminals the way he did today and never intend to help any of the thousands of desperate, deserving believers who were foisted into adversarial systems during the loss of their spouse or children by death caused by inadequate VA medical care, by family court systems and related cottage industries, by foreclosure and in other failed legal/government systems.

Windsor is masterful at portraying himself as a genuinely caring, warm grandfatherly type at initial meetings. He gains the trust of victims quickly, essentially gathering many at-risk persons (etc.), teased their personal information out of them, filming them, often even requiring disclosure of their social security numbers, and he abuses them as he did to me and so many others.

Windsor's many criminal actions are most certainly prosecutorial. Anyone and everyone who has been taken by this monster should contact law enforcement, district attorneys' offices, etc. and pursue any and all legal avenues to keep him from doing this again in the future, EVER, including after any potential prison sentences have been served in Montana.

He's a control freak via intimidation and other covert tactics. Many of his victims are barely making it through the day and he's counting on this. Not many have the time and energy to face off with him in court and he's counting on this too. He targets the vulnerable intentionally, as they rarely are able to rectify the type of abuse he inflicts over and above the strife they are already living. It's also embarrassing to have to admit that someone lorded over us the way he has. He's put many in fear of him after he got their money and "the goods on them".

No one needs to feel embarrassed by having been taken by him because, after all, he's done this to incredible numbers of people in his so-called Lawless America Movie venture alone. One or more of his Texas Tech classmates have chimed in on JIALK to say that he's been up to these antics for thirty years or better.

It is my sincerest hope that justice imposed on Windsor in Montana is swift and severe, but I'm concerned that it may not be enough -- that, again, he'll be back at it after completing whatever sentence he may receive in Ravelli County, Missoula, Montana.

As an aside, thanks to Barbara Hachenberg, Facebook and their Perkins Coie attorney any anyone of the many who have fought for justice that incidentally protects further potential victims. More of us need to step forward like Renee Harrington is doing, to object to Windsor's unethical and criminal actions. I admire y'all.

The inmates he just bonded out are his next victims, but this time he's playing with people who know how to make themselves dangerous. I doubt if many of them will tolerate his bizarre supremacy strategies all said and done.

From another vantage point, Windsor knows he's most likely going to prison in Montana, possibly for years, and he's befriending inmates in an effort to watch his back in whatever small or large ways they can. Repeat violent offenders can teach a first-time prison inmate a lot about how to survive long-term incarceration.

    7. Somehow I get the feeling that Bill really didn't want a stable family life, to be a husband, father or grand father. Everyone in his life is required to acquiesce to his every whim whilst singing accolades for every one of his way-out actions, including the evil ones. He seems to need the thrill and satisfaction of controlling large numbers of people by whatever means necessary, not in keeping with what it takes to be decent towards family, friends and other possible meaningful relationships. I personally think this is one messed up guy, kind of like the German monster whose name I don't feel like uttering. What would have happened if the courts had allowed him to delve further into his defendants' personal information? I've never met anyone who claimed to be determined to fix what was broken for people but who threw one after the other person out like trash. He was fixing to take over the world and it's a damn good thing that the law is on him now.

I do think his former wife is responsible for her part in this morass nonetheless.

    8. Shaking my head and wondering what Windsor's 'plan' is for these criminals he just released. Foot soilders for his dirty deeds?
Having volunteered for Windsor during the Summer of 2012 - during the filming of the bogus LA Movie - I can attest that Windsor has no compassion for anyone. Doing something - such as assisting criminals in obtaining bail - is not out of the kindness of his heart.
I cannot keep track of the number of phone calls I received from victims from the LA Movie, who called me, crying about their desperate situations and telling me how Windsor promised them he would be able to help him. It was gut wrenching when Windsor's promises fell through and the victim was left feeling hopeless and victimized, once again.

And money. I never recall Windsor financially helping the victims he filmed and whom he knew were in dire financial straights. Instead, he took from them.
One such sad situation: A woman traveled by bus to Lansing Michigan, to be filmed by Windsor. She explained to him that she didn't have enough money for a hotel room - because she wanted to give him $100. Instead, the woman spent the night at an all-night diner. And when Windsor heard of her story, he took the $100 from her.

And of course, there is the $5000 that Windsor took from Dale Trowbridge - and when she brought it to his attention, after the LA Movie scam came to light - he attempted to add her to the Texas lawsuit. He claims that she is a liar.

So Windsor claims he spent $12,500 to bond out criminals because of his kindness? Billshit! I hope Ellis County investigates this one - ASAP!

Kpat Brady-- Bill. Why didnt you get EVERYONE out? That place can't be much fun
    3 hrs

Bill Windsor-- Thanks, folks. Pat, I have said that when I win a huge financial award from Ellis County, I will try to get everyone out. I already set it up with Act Swift Bail Bonds. The Ellis County Jail usually has 450 or so inmates. Maybe 50% are bondable (with the rest probation violations so no bond, those with no bond, those who have accepted guilt and signed for a specific amount of time, and those with such big bond amounts that it would be financially impossible. We had one guy in P Tank who had a million dollar bond on murder charges.) It would be incredibly exciting to get half of the inmates released all at once.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Hands UP, Don't Shoot!

He wants to flood Ellis County with bonded inmates, yea, a few might be innocent, but that's not his play, he want's to get even, and putting the 90% of them that are guilty back on the street will piss Ellis County off. And when the guy re-offends by breaking his wife's nose, getting a 3X DUI, hitting a minivan with a family...etc. he could give a sh*t, it's all about revenge. The staff at the courthouse and jail also have computers.....flail away Bill, flail away, the chickens will come home to roost.

    ReplyDelete
  15. And if he could, I think he would probably post bail for those under murder charges, just because he "cares".

  16. Yeah, this is what is puzzling. So, he's got lemmings complaining of say, Elderly abuse. You know, like Marty? Then one of the "guys" he just freed, or is trying to free, is in there on Elderly abuse charges. Ok, then there are some lemmings complaining about child abuse/endangerment/neglect going un prosecuted. He just let that one kid out, who was in on those very charges. Yet, those same lemmings are calling him Santa, a saint, one of a kind, blah, blah, fricken blah. This is the most backasswords shit ever!!

  17. Well, in DC, he did say, when the "Revolutionary Party" ruled the world, under his reign of course, he would release the majority of the prisoners. It was right around the time he was talking about then throwing all the Govt. Officials in jail for "Treason."

Guess he's just getting a jump start--maybe he's buying his Million supporters--so they can vote him into office? You know and the King of Windsor World?

    ReplyDelete
  18. He's changed tactics, but he has an anvil of problems over his head, and starting this anti-court/ law enforcement focus is a day late and he'll be waging it in jail, who would antagonize the court system where he may well be incarcareted again, what about the 415 he didn't free? It's like candy bars in China, we had US troups in '46, don't selectively give children these, because over 50 US troops were killed, stampeded by mobs wanting the same candy bars. If he goes back into the jail he is in trouble.

  20. And now for something completely different...

Here is an e-mail sent to Clarence Page of the Chicago Tribune after an article he published concerning a name change for the Washington Redskins.

    Dear Mr. Page...

I agree with our Native American population. I am highly insulted by the racially charged name of the Washington Redskins. One might argue that to name a professional football team after Native Americans would exalt them as fine warriors, but nay, nay. We must be careful not to offend, and in the spirit of political correctness and courtesy, we must move forward.

Let's ditch the Kansas City Chiefs, the Atlanta Braves and the Cleveland Indians. If your shorts are in a wad because of the reference the name Redskins makes to skin color, then we need to get rid of the Cleveland Browns.

The Carolina Panthers obviously were named to keep the memory of militant Blacks from the 60's alive. Gone. It's offensive to us white folk.

The New York Yankees offend the Southern population. Do you see a team named for the Confederacy? No! There is no room for any reference to that tragic war that cost this country so many young men's lives.

I am also offended by the blatant references to the Catholic religion among our sports team names. Totally inappropriate to have the New Orleans Saints, the Los Angeles Angels or the San Diego Padres.

Then there are the team names that glorify criminals who raped and pillaged. We are talking about the horrible Oakland Raiders, the Minnesota Vikings, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Pittsburgh Pirates!

Now, let us address those teams that clearly send the wrong message to our children. The San Diego Chargers promote irresponsible fighting or even spending habits. Wrong message to our children.

The New York Giants and the San Francisco Giants promote obesity, a growing childhood epidemic. Wrong message to our children. The Cincinnati Reds promote downers/barbiturates. Wrong message to our children. The Milwaukee Brewers. Well that goes without saying. Wrong message to our children.

So, there you go. We need to support any legislation that comes out to rectify this travesty, because the government will likely become involved with this issue, as they should. Just the kind of thing the do-nothing Congress loves.

As a diehard Oregon State fan, my wife and I, with all of this in mind, suggest it might also make some sense to change the name of the Oregon State women's athletic teams to something other than "the Beavers (especially when they play Southern California. Do we really want the Trojans sticking it to the Beavers?)

I always love your articles and I generally agree with them. As for the Redskins name I would suggest they change the name to the "Foreskins" to better represent their community, paying tribute to the dick heads in Congress.

  23. In Windsor's "Part 3" on his .com, it appears he's throwing Jennie under the bus.

Does Windsor even have a licensed business under which he can legally employ her? Will he pay his share of her employee taxes? Or did she work as a 1099 employee? And if so, then she's required to have a business license, and she's required to pay her own employee taxes.

Based on her video "testimony" filmed by Windsor, it seems safe to assume she's on public assistance, and there are income reporting requirements there, too.

As for her [alleged] broken leg - if she was his employee at the time (as he claims she was), and was driving his jeep when the accident occurred, then it shouldn't have been TX taxpayer dollars being spent to fix her up, it should have been Windsor's money--which he has plenty of.

If any of Jennie's baby daddies are reading here, you may want to consider the risk she's putting your children in by assisting Windsor (for pay) in his stalking & suing of innocent people - especially in light of him freeing criminals who may decide they want a piece of Windsor's pie.

    5. Not trying to disrespect them in any way...just pointing out that there were cautions in place, like the vexatious order that probably should have been more carefully examined. And with that, hoping now that he's got numerous appeals in, those will be handled like they were in MT, and an injunction placed against him as well from TX. His tattle appeals are meritless, premature, and strictly vindictive. No one has to be corrupt to follow the laws when vexatious litigants attempt paper terrorism tactics to completely undermine, disrupt and mock their courts.

I think it was Windsor's duty to notify that HE had a bias against the Judge out the gate. Why should he get to play this court for a year, and then all of the sudden claim bias? It's bullshit IMHO. There should be some law or rule that Windsor arguing in front of Carroll without disclosing HIS bias--he gave up his rights to bitch later.

    17. @ Spam--yes. It does. Why should Windsor get to play the courts like that, when he chose that particular one in the first place, allowed the Judge to hear the case for a year, and then pulled the "bias" card out of his ass once the ruling wasn't going his way. He had a conflict of interest, and it was his duty to notify the Judge--who had no idea about Windsor/Margetis/Daubins relationships.

    18. Ultimately, the judge who ruled did so without missing a beat. The bad-faith sanctions were set at $250,000.00, attorney fees at $77,000.00 and court costs at $3,000.00. Windsor got what he wanted in demanding recusal of Carroll and ultimately he's getting what he deserves with respect to the financial consequences. The adjudication was also delivered timely. I'd say that the Ellis County Court is completely competent in Windsor's civil case despite what stunts he pulled.

Nothing valid regarding corruption was handed to Windsor to shout from rooftops.

How do you know the judge had "no idea about Windsor/Margetis/Daubin's relationships?"

I'm not really sure why Carroll reopened the case. He listed some reasons, and maybe there were more that we don't even know about. But Bill's actions now against him and his wife shouldn't change whether he did the right thing or not back then.

Same with Judge Cindy. She felt that it was proper to set a TX bond while they wait for MT to get in the governors warrant. Bill's defamatory and mischievous behavior after being let loose shouldn't change the validity of her order. 30. HAHAHAHAHA OMG!! Marty would suggest Windsor call someone who handles "free speech" law, when the Anti SLAPP against Windsor is about his attempt to squash free speech. Yeah Windsor, give them a call why don't 'cha. Maybe they can explain how moronic your frivolous suit is! ahhahahahahaha

"Marty Prehn Call the Thomas More law center in Ann Arbor, Michigan they were the group that handled the Pastor Terry Jones case that got national media attention that I was involved in regarding his right to free speech and being put in jail in Dearborn, Michigan. Talk to Richard Thompson and Erin is the girl you want to handle your case."

Oh, and Farty? The Anti SLAPP is against Windsor, so your comment yesterday about Flem shady and the anti slapp was once again, you spewing idiocy. HAHAHAHAHA Oh, the comedy relief from the Mongloser!

  31. Windsor--"When I saw myself in the mirror, I was SHOCKED. I looked like Grizzly Adams on steroids."

    1. Marty is close personal friends with ol' Griz.

They're doing a TV special with Betty White!

    2. Oh please! Grizzly Adams? Windsor looks more like what grizzly bears leave in the woods, or like this guy--a pathetic, sociopathic, looser/dictator.

Keep pulling on that rope, Billy, and just like Saddam, you'll be hanging on the end of it soon.

  32. I feel sorry for MaryD. She really believes the stuff Windsor posted as exhibits, are the only documents. He is leaving out the important ones, the ones that will show there is no conspiracy. Windsor even stated he was not entitled to free representation as his income was too high. SMH at the deception, and how easily the lemmings believe everything he posts.

  33. Bill - you are desperate to control those con's you bonded out. They're not calling you and you find that shocking? I thought these were really nice men and you did this out of the kindness of your heart. That kindness has come with some huge strings attached.
