Bill Windsor Runs

Vexatious litigants, pathological liars, and sovereign citizens would be well advised to steer clear of Ellis County as DA Patrick Wilson will make an example of you if you choose Ellis to conduct your "activity".  Yesterday, having received the signed warrant, Wilson posted on his FB page that Windsor is wanted and called on social media to help bring him in for his charges in MT.

Obviously this freaked Bill out.  It seems the warrant is in and there is a hearing today on it.  Bill doesnt wan't to play that game as he knows he will be heading to MT so he decided to say he can't attend the hearing in person (too dangerous) while he offered to call in.

Bill Windsor I am on the way to Montana. I will go with my new attorney and turn myself in by January 20, 2015 as agreed with Judge Cindy Ermatinger.

That was posted late last night as Bill is back to playing his semantics.  Judge Cindy advised him at his last hearing BEFORE the warrant was in that he should go up to MT and turn himself in before the then scheduled Jan 21st hearing back in TX.  Now that the warrant is in, Bill wants to go back and play that game.  But thats not how it works, his time for turning himself in has passed and if he skips the hearing today as expected, he is now a full fledged fugitive.

But lets go back to the first pic, thats Bill's very unwrecked jeep sitting nicely at his secret hide out location.  Barbara Hachengburg's background check on Bill's assets listed an interesting location in Dallas.  That along with the room arrangement in Bill's "selfies" convinced OReader that Bill was staying at the Mitchell Lofts at 3800 Commerce street in Dallas TX. Sure enough, there was the jeep and its clear that Bill is/was staying in room 212 and has been subleasing that unit for almost a year now. This is information Windsor intentionally withheld and tried to mislead the court when Wilson pinned him down on this exact issue. Windsor wants everyone to believe he is staying at the Marriott in Richardson while he hides in room 212 of the Mitchell Lofts. This was done to try and give him a chance to run when the heat came down and thats exactly what he is now doing.

Now that he is wanted for the warrant hearing today, Windor has bolted and pretends like "ok I'll just turn myself in to MT when I feel like it" plan. But that's not how it works, Windsor doesn't get to set the terms of his freedom and he now enters a new era of lawlessness.

this is the view of Bill's "humble" abode from the outside.

    1. Was Windsor under oath when he lied about his residence? How does one go from "You got the wrong William Windsor" to "I'm turning myself in by Jan 20th?" How many other counts of perjury could there be? Set an example to the Lawless folks--that lying in court comes with stiff penalties! They are watching, cheering, and patting him on the back. "We love you Bill...." "Praying for you Bill.." yack!

I'd guess the rate is actually higher than what is posted, but there are probably several fees tacked on like valet waste, etc. And, I bet the utilities aren't cheap in a big drafty warehouse loft. But, only the best for our Bill.

Wonder if anyone will be charged with harboring a fugitive, or aiding and abetting. That would be a good lesson for his "help." Maybe it was the seven bonded out "guys?" The real problem is the nonsense that he has put authorities in Montana through -- including contesting extradition, which forced them to go through the trouble of obtaining and delivering a governor's warrant.

Say the charges for violating the temporary order of protection are based on mailing documents to Sean Boushie (especially only documents related to his litigation with Boushie) or other, generally innocuous conduct. In that case, a decent criminal defense attorney in Montana could approach prosecutors, give them the "this sort of conduct isn't why our law makes violations of a temporary order of protection beyond the second a felony" talk, and likely get an easy, no-jail deal for Windsor. But putting Montana authorities through what he has -- in other words, continuing to dig when he should have stopped -- has likely placed any attorney he retains at a severe disadvantage in trying to negotiate with prosecutors to cut a deal.

      Delete
    5. He has over 130 violations now.

    6. yeah I think thats true, whatever animosity they had for him before has been greatly amplified by his behavior and I don't think its over. I don't see him turning himself in to MT, I think he's going full fugitive here.

      Delete
    7. Second-Chair AttorneyDecember 30, 2014 at 1:30 PM

For what conduct, though? To any criminal defense attorney, that's the relevant metric, not number of technical violations. If what he was doing was non-violent and generally harmless -- i.e., it's not like he's violating the order by returning day after day to Boushie's residence with a firearm -- then there would still be still room to talk. The point is that the rest of his conduct may cause prosecutors to turn even the most persuasive defense attorney away.

    8. Second-Chair AttorneyDecember 30, 2014 at 1:33 PM

He will report in Montana by late January (if he is not otherwise found and taken there before then). The publication of that wanted poster on multiple social media outlets -- which he has ironically long touted as a uniquely powerful way to reach the masses -- will, I think, cause him to realize how serious all of this is. He's just trying to buy as much time as possible by making them wait for him to get there.

He cannot live his life with the degree of anonymity and seclusion that would be required to keep from getting found -- and he knows that.

I would imagine he's also seen "Fargo" and doesn't want to end up like Jerry Lundegaard, [spoiler alert] getting dragged through the back bathroom window of a seedy motel by the authorities who have finally caught up to him.

He is taking advantage of what he has now because I think he realizes that these are the last days for a long time that he will enjoy some measure of freedom.

It wouldn't even be a hard prosecution. Just compare the transcripts of the hearings with one another, and with Windsor's prior sworn statements or unsworn declarations. Every inconsistency is a separate charge. The prosecution would not even have to prove which statement was true or false to prevail, at least, as to those statements made under oath, both of which cannot be true. Texas Penal Code 37.06.

Just think - maybe Bill could get a cell next to Joey, thus completing the circle of lies.

    4. That's a darn shame. Unsurprising, however. Bill already laid out his course of action nearly three years ago in an article he titled "How to Fight Judicial Corruption and Government Corruption -- A Step-by-Step Procedure".

It is his playbook, and we've seen him use many of these "gems" in the past few weeks, including "Fire Your Attorney", "Document Everything -- Take Notes -- Put it in Writing" (okay, at least the "Put it in Writing" part), "Get Help from Others", "File Motions for Conferences and Hearings", "Put your Proof on a Website", "Appeal Early and Often", "File Criminal Charges with the District Attorney and U.S. Attorney", and, of course, my current favorite, "File Motions for Recusal" (though that really doesn't work if the judges realize what a corrupt, vexatious litigant the filer is).

I guess the next parts in the series could be 'Lying to the Court About Where You Reside -- a Primer for Idiots"; "How to Gain the Trust and Assistance of Fellow Inmates by Bonding Them Out'; "How to Recover Financially From Losses Incurred in Bonding Out Inmates Who Skip Town"; "How to Skip Town"; "How to Convince Your Moronic Followers, er, Loyal Supporters, of your Innocence"; and "How to Prove the Bilderbergers and Trilateral Commission Were Behind Your Persecution the Whole Time".

I think it was almost exactly two months ago today I was snottily hectoring some folks on this blog for throwing the word "perjury" around too freely to describe Windsor's courtroom antics. But now... yeah. Windsor's massive stacks of affidavit testimony + (and here's the crucial ingredient) a pissed off D.A. can in fact = honest-to-goodness perjury charges. I may have to take those lectures back.

Then again, it seems possible that Texas/Wilson could possibly be content to prosecute Windsor for mere (heh!) bail-jumping, no? Or even, if Montana does succeed in imprisoning Windsor for a meaningful number of years (!!), not bothering to prosecute him in Texas at all?

    13. Attorney, I thought about that and think that, even if Montana prosecuted, there's a better than even chance Texas will prosecute because ... well, Patrick Wilson.
He's irritated with Bill as things stand, and it's an easy prosecution.

History also supports this theory. Remember what Joey Dauben was facing when Ellis County tried him on the relatively mild charges it had against him? That's right - three significant felony counts in Navarro County for sexual misconduct involving a minor. Wilson proceeded with the trial, incurring the expenses and sacrificing the time associated when he could have easily gotten a continuance and punted to see what Corsicana would do. I mean, Ellis County's charges were comparably trivial, right?

The fact Patrick proceeded anyway says volumes.

They let you out of their wholly illegal incarceration of you; flagrant and with impunity; because the national media doesn't notice these things; and you launch of snow storm of mailings pursuant to USC42 sec 1983, and they, allready out of control, and prone to not calmly working through the causes ultimate and pedestrian of serious issues, are panicking with the hearing you werent notified about, and texas prosecutors and montana county prosecutors, who you know should be doing realer things; and you are going right into the firefight, like a good soldier, but really you want some time to pass to cool things down and let things steady and settle. I think anyway.

Also suing state attorney generals creates a buffer between you and the joeys and judges; as it's the attorney general's job to protect the world from joeys, and have honest judges. The attorney general's office, is less prone to violent crime than the more criminal elements directly against you, you are collaterally and unilaterally attacking. I believe it is case law, that you have a right to protect yourself from unfair and illegal government; and by showing the conspiracy under color of law against you, you show the right you have, that should stand it court, to so discredit the government as that it has no compulsion over you, or, theoretically, anyone, at this rate.

Bill Windsor is Alive and Well between Dallas, Texas and Missoula, Montana
The Gestapo is out trying to arrest Bill Windsor at this time.

Bill Windsor is driving slow and very cautiously in hopes of avoiding any contact with law enforcement.
I planned to surrender myself in Missoula Montana because Ellis County Judge Cindy Ermatinger gave me a personal recognizance bond based upon either appearing at a hearing before her on January 21, 2015 or turning myself in to authorities in Montana. That's why I'm on the road.
But today, a hearing was held without me that I received no notice of, and Judge Ermatinger says I have to pay $100,000. So much for hoping she was uncorrupted. I'm still headed to Montana, but the $100,000 changes the picture.
I learned about the hearing at 5:00 pm the night before. I filed a Motion to Cancel and s Motion for Continuance. My motion should have been granted.

    1. Judge Ermatinger is now corrupt I see, apparently ALL of the judges Bill has dealt with are now corrupt. The "Gestapo" is on the look out for him, they must be stupid Nazi's if driving slow would make a difference in identifying his vehicle. Not that anyone is buying that he's where he said he is.

IF HE WAS OUT OF STATE FOR THE HEARING, WHY IS HIS STARTING POINT DALLAS FOR THIS TRIP?

      Delete
    2. I'm sure it will take time to get up to Montana, the bad roads and all. Maybe 3 weeks or so.

He'll need to find a long term garage as well for his car. Assuming he didn't store it somewhere and will be taking a one way rental up there.

Frankly, MT wants him now, so why hurry, Judge Cindy mentioned the 21st, before his signed warrant, not MT. Bill may have incredible tales of why it took weeks to get to MT, stalkers, black helicopters, bears, etc..

Dallas to Missoula is a 27 hour trip.

      Delete
    3. LOL I am still LMAO at his theory that a conversation with a Judge in TX, gave him until late January for a hearing in her court, (and he is all big on how other Judges don't have "Jurisdiction" blah, blah,) and he's trying to say that the TX Judge's date, is a valid date to show up in MT. Comical! If he gets pulled over, is he going to tell the officer he's not wanted...because... Judge Cindy said...

Bill Windsor is alive and well at 8:00 am on New Year's Eve en route to Misosula Montana.

There probably aren't any warrants out for him where William M. Windsor is now and where he will be later today.

Bill Windsor is driving slow and very cautiously in hopes of avoiding any contact with law enforcement.

The corruption in America is mind-blowing. I shouldn't be, but I never cease to be amazed.

I want to write Part 7 to my saga, but there is driving to do and some very important worth that I must accomplish before I surrender myself on an alleged charge that I was in Montana on December 30, 2013, committed a crime, and fled the state. I wasn't there, and I have documents and witnesses to prove it. But the facts and the law are meaningless with most of our prosecuting attorneys and judges."

I think Windsor decided to take advantage of his interpretation of Judge Cindy's 3 week out of jail free card, to bury himself in somewhere--forcing a kind of hide and seek game. Then, if found, it will then start the game of extradition all over, and his plethora of papers on why he shouldn't be extradited, and he should be allowed bail--only to bold once again, and start the game all over. Until his ugly mug ends up on the NCIC data base--he's feeling foot loose and fancy free. IMHO of course.

    4. If nothing else, if Windsor intends to continue this on-the-lam episode beyond January 21, he is at least going to need to come up with a different story to tell his supporters. (Possibly one of his Facebook posts from yesterday floated a trial balloon in that direction: "I am on the way to Montana to turn myself in if my attorney finds that they actually have charges against me." "If"?)

In any case, all of this is very interesting to watch. It's not often that one gets to see an actual fugitive from the law--who's nonetheless posting on Facebook--in real time.

      Delete
    5. "If" is the operative word, according to Windsor.

It is captivating to see a narcissistic sociopath (batshit crazy) snubbing the legal system after he obviously violates laws over and over. What's more is the supporters who have stayed with him are some loony tunes too.

It is my sincerest hope that Windsor is convicted of multiple felony charges in both Texas and Montana and elsewhere.

Most of the original supporters of the Lawless America movement have dropped off, the sane ones in 2012 or thereafter.
