Bill Windsor Arrested in Idaho!!!!!!

Today is a great day for America, after 66.6 years of hurting other people, Bill Windsor has hopefully breathed his last breath of free air.  A big shout out has to go to the DA's office in Ellis, particularly detective Ward and Alwardt, as well as the DA's office in Missoula county MT.

FUGITIVE CAPTURED!
I am happy to report that the multi-state fugitive William Windsor has been arrested. He is now in custody in the state of Idaho.
I want to extend special thanks and congratulations to two of my investigators, Jeff Ward and Bob Allwardt, for their diligent and thorough efforts in tracking down this wanted man.

  4. Just to re-post for discussion a few things I put on the previous thread:

I agree with Mr. Wilson: the investigators who tracked Windsor down are impressive. Well done!

Now we may find out the answers to several questions, such as:
    * Who gets to try Windsor first--Ellis County or Missoula County? (The Ellis WANTED poster implies that it's Missoula, but I could imagine Mr. Wilson wanting to try Windsor, in light of the resources he put into the capture.)
    * How many protective-order violations will Missoula County charge Windsor with?
    * Will Windsor hire (or accept the appointment of) defense counsel?
    * Will we ever hear the full saga of Messrs. Ward and Allwardt's pursuit of the fugitive?

    And perhaps even:
    * Are there actually any Joeys in Missoula County who could attend Windsor's trial hearings and report back to the blog?

    Then, a little geography help:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ada_County,_Idaho

Ada County is the most populous county in Idaho; it's the location of Boise, the state capital. (It also appears to be a little over seven road hours from Missoula, Montana.)

    Interesting place to hide out.

    1. Hopefully we will get the details about the arrest. It will be interesting to see how Smarmy was caught, who was with him, who's going to clean out the Smarmy hideout, Angel or Butch? Etc.

      Delete
    2. I suspect Wilson and his Missoula counterpart will discuss who gets him first, and part of that decision will likely rest with potential sentences. I do expect Wilson will seek criminal charges for Bill's going on the lam, though.

The number of protective order violations - well, that's gray, but I don't see the DA looking for a conviction for each separate incidence. There's little point in that after the first several counts.

Finally, who's to say whether Bill will finally hire an attorney, sit down, shut up and let the guy do his job. That would be the smartest play he could make (presuming a competent, experienced local litigator); however, based on what he's done this far, Bill may very well be incapable of doing so. If he doesn't, things will only get worse for him.

Here was the last and final blog post taunting this morning :-)

Bill Windsor is just hangin' loose at 7:30 am Eastern Time on February 19, 2015 -- Day 53 on Lawless America Road Trip #3.

It was a beautiful night down by the water...

...Still haven't caught him after 53 days.

Bill spent the day dealing with computer software issues, and he educated two (2) people and several fish and birds about the pandemic of corruption in America.

How in the world do we get millions of people to realize that our country has been invaded and taken over by corrupt government officials, lead by the 18,000+ judges?

Thomas Jefferson said the press was the key to maintaining our rights. Well, the press sold out to be among the 1% with all the power.

It is beyond frustrating that we now live in a country that is as bad or worse than the very worst of the countries in the world. As one woman who emigrated from Russia told Bill in a Lawless America interview: "At least in Russia we didn't have rights but they told us it was that way. Here we don't have rights but the government pretends that we do."

If everyone reading this would educate just one person tomorrow, we'd have a start.

    As a matter of fact, if 200 people read this, and they each tell another person, that's 400, 800, 1600, 3200, 6400, 12800, 25600, 51200, 102400, 204800, 409600, 819200, 1638400, 3276800, 6553600, 13117200, 26234400, 52468800. It will only take us 19 days if everyone with just educate one person a day. Piece of cake.

    5. A guy like Bill wouldn't survive in the REAL boonies. No audience, no cable internet (in most places), and no convenient place to get food or candy. And perish the thought of staying in a tiny cabin! I'm betting he's been holed up in motels and hotels this entire time, in medium- to large cities ... or staying with special "friends." (If that did happen, those "friends" should also be taken into custody for harboring and aiding-and-abetting a fugitive.)

    13. "I19-4514" appears to be Idaho Statutes Title 19 ("Criminal Procedure"), Chapter 45 ("Proceedings Against Fugitives From Justice"), section 19-4514:

19-4514. ARREST WITHOUT A WARRANT. The arrest of a person may be lawfully made by any peace officer or a private person, without a warrant upon reasonable information that the accused stands charged in the courts of a state with a crime punishable by death or imprisonment for a term exceeding one (1) year. When so arrested the accused must be taken before a judge or magistrate with all practicable speed, and complaint must be made against him under oath setting forth the grounds for the arrest as provided in section 19-4513, Idaho Code, and thereafter his answer shall be heard as if he had been arrested on a warrant.

Pretty dry and not very informative, except that it appears that whoever made the arrest was aware that Windsor was wanted for a crime meriting imprisonment for more than a year (which usually means a felony).

      Delete
    14. The "F" before "Fugitive to Idaho" appears to stand for "Felony."

The "(F)" after the statute cite might as well, but I can't tell. (There's no paragraph F in the statute, which was my guess about that before looking the statute up.)

"2/20" could possibly be the date of arraignment (i.e., tomorrow) or of some other criminal-procedure milestone, though it's interesting that other arrestees on the page have the same "2/20" entry, while others have "3/12" or even "1/1."

  11. Funny, based on his internet posts, I expected him to look more tan than that.

Wonder if he still thinks this is all a game? Maybe he can get that dude from the National Alliance to come explain to the judge that the laws don't apply to Bill because he hasn't agreed to them, and has surrendered his corporate personhood to the gold fringed flag of the corrupt admiralty court run by the UN, the Bilderberhs, or some such nonsense.

Frankly, I have difficulty following all that goofy SovCit crap.

Bill Windsor is asleep but undoubtedly dreaming about exposing corrupt judges, law enforcement, and prosecuting attorneys
Bill got this close to Montana. This photo was taken in Mullan, Idaho to prove that he really did travel all the way from Dallas to the Missoula Montana area...
...but he didn't cross over into Montana at any point because he wants to continue to say that he never returned after leaving in August 2013.

Still haven't caught him after 41 days.

Bill has made it to his first semi-permanent hideout. He'll be here for some period of time, and then he heads further into the boonies to the permanent-ish place he has found."

Maybe you can visit LES SACHS - the predecessor who wrote the corrutpion FAQ.

An Unusual Revelation regarding the Corruption FAQ.
The hopeless and despair of the victim of injustice is so completely and accurately documented in the FAQ, that it begs the question.
HOW COULD THE AUTHOR BE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT EVERY FACET OF THE INESCAPABLE INJUSTICE AND NOT RECOGNIZE THE CAUSE? AND THE EXIT?

Demonstrating the deliberate and intentional distribution of information to distract and misdirect the American People from the cause of the injustice. The FAQ clearly convinces the reader of the hopelessness and despair of the victims of injustice. It demands the injustice experience be accepted, and not challenged in any way.

This document is so accurate and complete that it becomes highly suspect when it fails in ONLY two instances. Neglecting to indicate THE CAUSE (Rule 1.6) and THE EXIT (Sheriffs – CLEO of the county.)
