Bill Windsor Dreams of His Future

As he continues to manufacture his daily papers of copy and waste, Bill's thoughts and dreams start to betray him as he knows where his future now lays.  While he tries his best to picture his days in a Montana prison like the above picture....he knows its going to be much more gloomy than that.

Now that he is a fugitive, his rants and threats are even less threatening than before.  Because of this, his tone is becoming more and more Sovereign Citizenish in nature.  He says he is bringing forward charges against 5 different DA's and thinks he will do this before a grand jury.  Well surely even he knows this wont be happening before a real grand jury...but are we back to his citizen grand juries now?  Maybe he could call the clowns over at National Liberty Alliance and ask to borrow their official state stamp they have (express order from office depot).

Reality is slowly seeping in on Bill and even he is getting tired of his boring 3rd person "I'm alive and free" daily drivel.  He can't get the attention he demands, and he can no longer appear in a court....its his own vexatious limbo.  He tries to rely on his daily tantrums and threats to fuel his resolve....but even that is wearing off.  How long can Windsor survive without appearing pro se in court?

  2. Bill Who?
Oh! Him? Yeah, he's just a loser, 'running' from warrants felon.
Pretty funny that he's too #InFear to show up in court, but he's filing/bringing charges! How does that work? Is that an extra service the @KinkosKids provide?
Floridzilla isn't even praying over his recent drivel.... That's bad.
Buh bye Bill Who. Go hang out with Marty Who.

  5. Who wrote this petition? It's a hot fricken mess, along with blatant lies. This for example:
"It is an emergency for William M. Windsor’s rights to be declared so that he will not have to be arrested and forced to stand trial for alleged offenses that are not viilations(? hello, spell check anyone?) of the TOP and so that he will not lose potentially large awards in civil litigation that he has pending in Texas."
Uh, what civil litigation in TX is pending? It was dismissed dumbass.

    3. There's too much of his voice for that not to be from him. Anyone that is smart enough to write in his style would be smart enough to punctuate and spell properly. That's why I think it's evidence of wear and tear rather than another author.

When his little "Not Bill" posted on Facebook, it was evident that the choice of words were not his own. He wouldn't have written "I am good."

The brain under that much stress on top of age and whatever mental/medical issues may also be there, yes it's possible that his communication will continue to degrade as his paranoia increases.

You thought you were smarter than you really are. It must suck to be you, a fat, lonely old coward. I'm sure you read every word of this blog and think about what to say when you sue us all. Go ahead, sue away! We can say what we want. Remember, freedom of speech for all, unless there's a restraining order. What a sad,sad way to spend what's left of your angry life. While you're sitting in jail with cold feet and rotten teeth, we'll be here laughing at you for a little while. Then you'll be forgotten. No one will care. Additionally, he is piling up more charges every day that will more than likely keep him in prison longer than he originally was subject to. IMHO

Bill Windsor is preparing criminal RICO charges against authorities in Montana and Texas at 6:30 pm Eastern Time on February 6, 2015 -- End of Day 40 on "Lawless America Road Trip #3."

Bill reports that he is so thankful that he isn't in prison in Montana.

Prisoners who represent themselves don't have a chance because they are denied the access to legal information and tools that they need...

...and William M. Windsor experienced that first-hand for the 53 days he was held as a political prisoner in Ellis County Texas.

Still haven't caught him after 40 days and 40 nights.

Have we told you lately about serial criminal Sean Boushie and one of the most corrupt judges in America, Judge John W. Larson of the Fourth Judicial District Court in Missoula, Montana?

If you haven't read the article about Bill Windsor's Petition for Extraordinary Relief to the Montana Supreme Court, the gist of it is that no court in history has ever told someone that they can't speak or write an alleged human being's name as it is a Constitutionally-protected right; Bill Windsor is not subject to any form of protective order, so he can't have committed crimes by violating one; even if there was a temporary order of protection in Montana, it is not valid anywhere but Montana; and this is all a bunch of crap by a criminal, Sean Boushie, who gets paid by government entities to cyberstalk, harass, threaten, and shoot people. Sean Boushie

Bill reports that he has never seen a dead body floating down the street in New Orfleans or anywhere else, but he does admit that he was a much better passer in high school when he had an underinflated football.

  10. We all know Bill is nothing more than a push over blowhard bullshitting guy who is even making t-shirts asking people to finance his BS. He is not doing anything at all. There is no movie, TV, Book, News Channel, News site, etc. This is all Fake and nonexistent. There is not going to be any grand juries happening for Bill any time soon by any legitimate justice system in place. He is not getting anyone anywhere charged with anything, He's blowing smoke and old smoke if that. Whistleblower productions is a fake company it does not exist. Basically Bill is what I call living a pipe dream and is just a sorry delusional guy. Who ever is following him is just as pitiful.

Now? The system works? He's and Snoozie are out trying to smear everyone who accepted responsibility for their actions--like it's a bad thing. I thought everyone was always innocent to them, and it was just a screwed up Judicial system. I can name numerous filmed stories that Windsor supports--where the filmed person is full of crap, and the system worked perfectly. One way Windsor and his vexi sidekick.

Seriously hilarious to watch them spin, and try to dig for smear tactics. Windsor is the only Fugitive here. He's the one who is currently facing numerous criminal charges. The diversion tactics are evident, and extremely pathetic. At the end of the day, it will be Windsor behind bars--keep spinning Windsor. You and Snoozie are pathetic losers.

    5. Yeah, in his latest smear campaign, he relishes the protection order against two people he claims are "joeys" and of which he claims learned the stalking tactics from--yet HE filmed these people's story, supported them, advocated for them, until they saw he wasn't doing anything he promised. Now, he's throwing it back in their face, and can boast about the order NOT to post things on line about certain people, yet in his own Criminal Case for doing the exact same thing, violating an order, he claims it's violation of free speech.

Just go read the article, and notice the similarities between this smear story and Windsor's actions--see his one sided views. He knew of these people long before the "Joeys" did, and these people have engaged in the exact smear tactics that Windsor taught them to do. Not the "Joeys." Such a hypocrite Windsor is.

    6. He, Windsor, is THE premier HYPOCRTIC. Windsor has done FAR worse than anything described in the article he copy & pasted from. The subject is not a wanted felon, a bond jumper on the run either, nor a domain hoarder/cyber squatter... More teeny little nuances he omits. Another thing I keep noticing is none of his 'articles' are very current 'news'.
I suppose it is difficult to keep up with others, run, hide, stalk, crank out Vexi ish that no one will ever read (because it's from a felon) and just the regular everyday stuff, like teeth brushing.
      Pffffft.

Lets see, how many charges can Sharon V. Galloway rack up by aiding a fugitive in his paper terrorism, one who also has an injunction barring anyone from helping him file?

      Delete
    5. Anon @ 10:59 am
The agreement that people -who were filmed for the supposed- signed was not legally valid.
The film was never legit - even Windsor himself admitted it was a joke.
Victims of Windsor's movie scam turned over confidential information to him under the agreement that it would be confidential. However, it has since been proven that Windsor wanted this information for a database that he freely distributed to others, with no regards to confidentiality.
And, if anyone stood up to Windsor, he would use their confidential information to smear them - as is the case of Windsor's FB post today.
      Interesting, you say?
      No, it's criminal.
Take a look at the websites that Windsor has created in his smear tactics. Many are victims of crimes and domestic violence - who have relocated and gotten on with their lives - many who are living fear and violence free for the first time in years.
And what has Windsor done on those websites he created? He has posted their pictures and posted their addresses - exposing them to once again to the criminal / their abuser and re-victimizing them.
Interesting you say? I say criminal.
You want "Interesting"? I invite you to come spend a day with anyone of us whom Windsor has smeared and exposed confidential information about on his websites - as Windsor prints and exposes confidential crime victim addresses.
And, if you want something more "interesting", come visit for a 24-hour period of time with anyone of the numerous police departments that are protecting Windsor's website smear tactic victims.
"Interesting" you say? I would venture to say that the term many police officers who are currently protecting Windsor's victims, are using in regards to Windsor, is "Dangerous".

Only fools rush in and just take someone at their word based on the sales pitch you read on facebook or other online sources. If you're a victim of some crime, should that make you question the honesty of people you know nothing about?

      Delete
    9. Anon 1:21,

I couldn't disagree with you more. You obviously live in a different world than I because in my world there are folks who prey on others. You seem to suggest if only others were as smart and as wise as you they wouldn't be victimized, but that view is errant, IMO.

Let's take the victims of Bernie Madoff, for example. Here's a map and list of his victims:

      http://s.wsj.net/public/resources/documents/st_madoff_victims_20081215.html

How many of them were Ivy League educated do you reckon? You're saying you would be able to figure out Madoff was a scam, yet these folks and institutions couldn't? That defies logic and common sense.

Moreover, I think you're overlooking what modern psychological research proves: human beings are vulnerable to cognitive bias, and one of them is known as hindsight bias-- the tendency to see past events as being predictable at the time those events happened.

You think you're too smart/wise to be scammed? I sincerely doubt that. Let me ask you, if your leg was cut and you were bleeding badly, are you going to vet the ER physician as to where he/she went to med school? I doubt you would, but that physician may be a janitor in a white coat.

IMO, the simple truth is, Windsor preyed on average people (not stupid or foolish)--some of whom were vulnerable and victims of crime, and he used a bait & switch to do it.

      Delete
    10. Your Madoff analogy would only be valid if there was readily available info as to his past. There was for Windsor. And I live in the same world as you were there are people that prey on others. That's exactly why you research someone before you give them info that can be used to harm you. Be honest, you jumped at what Windsor was offering without questioning him. And your ER anology is quite ludicrous. It would hold true if I was seeking medical treatment on Craig's list or facebook, not an established ER.

      Delete
    11. And I didn't claim you were stupid or I was more intelligent. I just stated I hope you learned from your mistake. I'd wager the next documentary maker who promises to make you a star will get researched before you hand over your private info to him.

    12. Anon@ 1:21, 3:27, abd 3:30
Stop putting the blame on Windsor's victims / trying to minimize what Windsor has done to them.
"I hope you learned from your mistake" ??? The victims made no mistakes.
Your analogy makes about as much sense as telling someone who was injured in a car accident by another driver who was texting, "You see, the accident is your fault because you trusted that the other driver who hit you wasn't texting and was instead paying attention to the road."

      Delete
    13. Wow. Your analysis is quite ludicrous as it is clear you can neither spell nor write coherently.

Prior to Windsor's film project, what information was available that would lead one to conclude the film project was not legit? Be specific. Of course, there is NO specificity or particularity with your posts--EVER--so the question is rhetorical.

Your assertion you would vet an ER physician defies credulity; of course, there's no credulity in you.

      Delete
    14. What anology are you referring to Renee? And did you or did you not hand over sensitive info to a man you knew nothing about and didn't bother to research? People were filling the Internet with warnings about this con artist while you were doing PR work to help him find more victims.

    16. I just stated I hope you learned from your mistake.

Excuse me, but no, you didn't just state the above. You clearly implied you "knew it along" (this the hindsight bias) that Windsor was a scamster.

BTW, it's interesting you want me to take your advice anonymously and over the internet without vetting you first. How rich!

      Delete
    17. I don't remember offering you any advice, I only expresed the hope you learned from your previous mistake. But I guess you can just continue to believe any internet huckster that fills you full of dreams of stardom and false hope. Maybe you'll even volunteer to help him.

      Delete
    18. So, if only those who participated in Lawless America would have read about Windsor's Round America, that would be a huge red flag? How so? That there wasn't a published book? Delays in publishing happen all the time.

Again, one more and final time--I'm saying you think you're capable of detecting a scam before it happens, and I'm saying the reason you think that is because you're suffering from a cognitive bias.

      Delete
    19. and I'm saying you blindly trusted someone with info you shouldn't have, including your SS #. You didn't so much as Google his name before you did. Now you don't want to admit you were duped by a con man. Your dreams of stardom and victim mentality made it easy. You not only gave up your info, you paid him to take it and volunteered to help him do the same to others. All based on an Internet promise.

      Delete
    20. Ha! Delays in book publishing. Just like delays in movie releases right? I'm not the person you've been arguing with but that statement is hilarious. And if that other poster is arrogant for pointing out you should share in the blame for becoming Windsor's victim, then I'm a stuck up ass.

      Delete
    21. Windsor is surrounded by red flags. No reasonable person would have trusted him without further investigation. It's that simple. All you had to do was look at the website and read a few articles. One cannot miss the fact that the headlines usually convey something that that article does not support.
Having said that, even with all of the red flags I might still have chosen to appear in the movie but I would have done it with extreme caution.

      Delete
    22. I didn't give advice earlier but I will now. If you gave Bill your SS #, you might want to consider getting a detailed credit report and see who has been checking your credit. I know there are more than one who had their's checked by Alcatraz media. But don't take my advice, I'm not a movie maker or anything.

      Delete
    23. Ok, I'll accept you're not the person with whom I'm arguing and you're a stuck up ass. You seriously think a person looking up roundamerica.com would conclude Windsor was a huckster? That's some weak cheese. There were quite a few organizations who got sucked into Lawless America--they too thought he was legit. You're a poster here, so did you get sued by Windsor for being a Joey or did you escape that? If you got sued, shouldn't you have known better? Shouldn't you have seen that in advance? Shouldn't you share in the blame for allowing yourself to be one of Windsor's victims?

      Delete
    24. Before Lawless America became his latest rant and obsession, information about the man Bill Windsor and his Maid of the Mist lawsuit was available. All you had to do was google the man, and you would have found his pleadings to the Supreme Court. It really wasn't hard to tell he was unhinged and self serving if you read his older filings. LOL, the info was out there BEFORE his latest spin cycle of Lawlessness.

Participating in a group led by Bill Windsor was a choice, mostly made by the uninformed who had their own issues with the legal system. I can't even begin to tell you all the 'cases' I have researched and found IMO to be valid decisions with unhappy participants.

What the hell was Bill's filming supposed to do the help them? How exactly did people believe a few minute you tube video (that they could have done themselves) was going to change their outcomes? Why did they believe they would somehow get a different result in court because Bill claimed to be filming corrupt cases? There was never any way this would have helped, not then, not now.

    25. Wow Oceans, you'll be considered arrogant now. How dare you point out it was obvious Bill wasn't legit before the movie scam. How could anyone have know that by reading his facebook page? It's not their fault in any way they gave him their sensitive personal info. How could they have known?

      Delete
    26. @4:36. Disagree. It's not that simple. You're overlooking that fact the LA site and Windsor's plans changed though time (as bait & switch scams do). I'm still waiting for someone to provide more than an assertion of "red flags" all over the place.

I might still have chosen to appear in the movie but I would have done it with extreme caution.

So, how? You mean you'd wear a flak jacket while being filmed? You would never have been filmed if you hadn't signed Windsor's film release--not that it's legally binding, but he'd would still have your story and info.

@4:45. Probably good advice but Windsor didn't get my SS.

      Delete
    27. Are you trying to say you researched Windsor and didn't find any "red flags". If you are I call bullshit.

      Delete
    28. LOL, they could have known by finding out who their new mentor or messiah was with a simple google search like I did.

If someone wants to sink to name calling, I'm cool with their silliness.

Doesn't change that I researched Bill before Lawless America, because I saw a ridiculous post offering magical help with someone's case. Before he really even got started with LA, it was apparent he was playing solely for his own benefit. LMAO,

Bill was easy to spot if only you looked before playing with him. I do feel sorry for the false hopes he somehow created for desperate people who had been ruled against in their own cases when he lied and said he would help them. Their first question should have been HOW?

      Delete
    29. The biggest red flag is that anyone would believe in a facebook page without vetting the person running it, or the alleged qualifications and claims presented on such.

People who are desperate for help don't always think clearly, hence the need for pages like this blog. This blog has presented the warnings, the research and the back story to Bill Windsor for years. Those who refused to look for information can only have regrets that they were led down the rabbit hole by Bill.

Once again, I ask exactly how was his filming supposed to help anyone?
Bill's own words over the years have clearly explained the nonsensical nature of his many claims of conspiracy. There are fools who will believe anything if it makes them have hope. He preyed on them.

You were desperate, overwhelmed, frustrated, you'd made yourself sick, you're at wit's end. I've had these moments, especially in the past year. I can see how easy it could happen.
On flip side, from my heart, my empathy, I type this. Each & everytime Windsor sees that he's caused pain, inconvenience, created problems, made hardships? He gets a sick high. #Delighted. Especially if it is among the commenter's & readers here.
I don't ever want to gift him that delight.
I want his 'victims' to be fierce! Like Allie. She put up with so much shit slinging from every direction, ALONE, yet she trudged on & beat his ass until he just QUIT!
Just my view, as I read. I/we get 'it'. Windsor f-ed so many over! Only when they stood up, as better than he, not beneath or 'equal' (yack) did he begin to unwind, to the unwound mess he is today.
Just me again, but, I'm reading it all & the others are/have said it for months, you are right, Windsor was wrong! Hindsight is always crystal clear! I/they don't want you or anyone else to remain a #perpetual victim.
You've learned, I have, we all have, what a POS Windsor is!
For what it's worth? That's my take on this. Don't give him the delight he craves!
Finding joy in his failures is so much more enjoyable & funny & gets easier each passing day!

I would have assumed the filmmaker could not be trusted at all. If I was desperate to bring attention to a problem, I'd have done as much as I could to participated without putting myself at risk. No SS #, no donations, no information that was too personal to be blasted on the net.

      Anon,
The information that you and others have at their fingertips now regarding Windsor, is because of many people here on Joey who made sure that information on Windsor - which had previously been hidden - was made public. They wanted to insure that others - like yourself - were warned of and protected from Windsor.
Look closely at the names on Windsor's lawsuits and the names of those whom he had created hate websites for. Each of those people - in some shape or form - spoke out about Windsor.

  15. Caught in a lie again, it would appear.

In the most recent LawlessAmerica.com post (11:30 a.m. EST on 2/7/2015), Bill -- through the third-person perspective voice he's using now -- claims to have taken a picture of road signs for Missoula in Mullan, Idaho, "to prove that he really did travel all the way from Dallas to the Missoula Montana area" after he claims to have left Texas in December of last year.

But his obsessive cataloging appears to expose this lie. Try to save the image. Its file name is "2012-02-03-idaho-mullan-missoula-sign-cropped-200w.jpg." So while I'm sure Bill would be the first to claim otherwise, his own file-saving system indicates that this image was taken (by him or someone else) not in late 2014 or early 2015, when he claims to have been headed to Montana from Texas, but rather on February 3, 2012.

Too easy to say, after the fact, that involvement with Windsor was avoidable by an average person applying due caution. I don't think it was. All this is new to me as of October, 2014 or so.

    2. I haven't seen anyone mention the fact that it wasn't until DC that Windsor unleashed his true agenda--which was "The Revolutionary Party", wanting the millions of followers to be the leading party so they could get rid of everyone in Govt and replace them with their chosen ones, and make retro-active immunity for the actions they took to get there.

Sure, Windsor got all these people through misleading "groups" and their members to believe this was just about a "Movie" and changing laws. (none of which he followed through with) This was not the truth, and many wouldn't have known until DC.

I don't really think anyone following Windsor prior to DC would have known or could have known that. Correct me if I am wrong, but that is the way I remember it. That was when the bait and switch became evident--and the majority of the people who simply wanted help with their cases bailed. When Windsor explained about his plans to hold "Citizen Grand Juries" and the whole "Treason" thing.

I don't recall anyone posting his Sov. Cit. rhetoric prior to DC either. So, with that, to say that everyone knew, or should have known is harsh. Sure, there were signs of him being a total cry baby about his case, and the fact there was no merit to his bitches about "Court Corruption." But, the "Revolutionary Party" agenda was not readily expressed by Windsor to my knowledge back then.

    3. I agree, Ninja. As for this blog having been on for years warning people, it has, but it was too late for me. I may be wrong, but this blog started in on Windsor in Nov. 2012. I was already long gone from LA by then. I also think the folks who lived in Ellis Co. were grafted in (no pun intended) to the Windsor story along with the Dauben story.

Before posting here, the only blog I could find on the subject of Mr. Windsor was on Quatloos. I posted as Mycroft a few times and got quickly beaten about when I referred to Windsor as a Sov Cit. I tried to explain he had, at minimum, used Sov Cit tactics, but one of the posters didn't buy it.

One final point about red flags. When should have Barb Windsor seen enough red flags for her to file for divorce? In other words, the marriage lasted 43 years, when should she have "seen it coming?"

    4. Personally, I think she's as much to blame as he is. She enjoyed the lifestyle Bill provided so she just ignored what he was doing. Maybe went shopping. She allowed the donations he was receiving to be put in her name. To me, that makes her an accomplice.

Windsor has conned people for a long time. He is a narcissist, and even as recently as Judge Cindy fell for it. She was told not to trust him, yet she did what she did, putting Windsor back on the streets. Narcissists are not easy to spot out the gate, and I just don't believe it's as cut and dry as some believe it was. Just my opinion.

    6. From my view, in the front seat, during the months leading up to DC, and the few weeks after DC, there was a marked "coming out" of sorts. In hindsight, some of it for me was the fact that I was in fact a little traumatized by a recent event. Some of it was the fact that I had never ventured on the Internet beyond yahoo and Facebook, nor dared trusted an Internet stranger before Bill. Some of it was the fact that I'd never in my life been in a place of distrusting my government or worrying about being scammed, or even wanting to stand against or protest anything. But there I was, a newbie to all of the above and one pissed off mother to boot. That said, still above all of that, there was a marked change in the 2 or 3 months leading up to DC. Before that Bill was not nearly as open about his hatred, his sovcit opinions, his mental state, his case (s), his agenda, his addictions, or his plans. Before that he focused on the scam part I guess. The grandpa, the wholesome American, the wanting to legally, morally, peacefully, and legitimately, change some laws/rules that effect us all. Now, add the first several things mentioned in my comment, with his less evil exterior and more secured scam, and you unfortunately get a bunch of people (me) who don't even think to vet or research him. My naive small town American mind never thought "hey I need to check this guy out because he's a con". Unfortunate yes. But I've been my entire life thinking people are good, trustworthy and mostly honorable. That bad guys live in the newscasts somewhere else.
The few months leading up to DC were different. He began more and more, revealing his feelings, his hatreds, his sovcit opinions. I never had even heard of a sovcit until Bill. No joke. More and more, he became angry in public view. More and more he didn't hide his vengeance or agenda. His selfish lack of give-a-shit towards other people. He stopped hiding his lies in front of me, he started telling me and showing me more of his agenda. My niavity with con artists and my blinded views from my prior event, led me (for a few months) to say to myself "just ignore the stuff that seems too far out there for you. Just focus on the parts you believe in, like lobbying Congress to change a few family law items. After all, it's a free country and who am I to judge if he thinks way right or way left. What's it to me, if he's a supreme dickhead to some people." That suddenly changed for me when I met him that second time. 3 days in DC with him beside me, trusting me, and not hiding much anymore. 3 days of revealing Bill Windsor to me (and a bunch of others). I'd started questioning him a few months prior to that trip. I'd started trying to guide him in a better direction. But DC was the wake up call for me. I left Arlington that week with a totally different opinion than I arrived with. I was shocked. I went to the police a few weeks later, after he suddenly came up with a bunch of lies about me and it was obvious it was going to get a lot worse. It did get a lot worse, but I don’t regret going to DC. I told him he should have never trusted a woman who kept everything he ever said to me. I meant that in every sense of the words. Opinions are one thing but wrong is wrong no matter, and he is so wrong in so many ways. His moral compass is a train wreck. To me, what he's done (is doing ), the morally wrong stuff, is worse than his current criminality. He harms people for a living, for a hobby, for his own addictions and anger. That, is despicable.

    7. This was a classic cult style group, created and controlled by an extreme narcissist that usually do this type of thing. This has happened millions of times in this world and will continue to happen. Some use a form of religion to organize their cult. Some use political beliefs, others like Bill, sought out people who were are their most desperate just looking for anyone that would be willing to listen to them. I guess its easy to sit on the outside and say how could those people do that.

My thing is what did you do once you saw what Bill really was? Did you get out? Did you learn from this so that you would never do something like that again without full vetting? Allie got out....learned from it and is a much wiser person as a result. Mary B? Bless her heart, she won't learn and she will repeat the exact same mistake again and again. He believes he has a wide network of friends, I'd guess about a dozen hard core supporters, the remaining ones are just watching the train wreck that Bill has created for himself. Yet he posts as though the country is on the edge their seats cheering him on. What's left are a bunch of people with some axe to grind about the legal system or society, I've looked at several of their FB Pages, very few family pics, puppies, etc. mostly just raving about a variety of judicial and social maladies in America, and of course, a lot of wining about their situations.

If I created a FB Page about alligators in our sewers, or Area 51 stuff, my following would surpass Bill's in no time. An angry old man posing to a small group of angry and often nutty people who feel betrayed by someone or something.

  20. Just for the record, the people who fraudulently adopted my child (did not return him when we asked, secret court hearings where they mailed us the notification the day before, falsified court documents, and their lawyer has a 20 year history of adoption fraud as identified by parents, lawyers, a judge who called him a kidnapper, and the law board who found him guilty of fraud in Baby Emma's case) went into court admittedly without serving us, and that is how they got a restraining order against me by default (their lawyer's clients all have a history of placing parents under gag orders so what is more likely that he only adopts out children of criminal parents or that he commits fraud and instructs his clients to hide it), meanwhile the judge even had to coach them on the record about what to say, and admitted that their accusations against me were Freedom Of Speech. Neither I nor my lawyer were there to defend me against obvious lies to include that their police officer buddy (who we can show submitted false reports that conflict with each other, also claimed to our lawyer that he would drop charges after a 48 hour investigation IF we promised to give up our Freedom of Speech) cooperated in hiding evidence for them. They did try to press charges against me-----but when they learned that this would involve a hearing where I and my lawyer would be present----they ran away. I am ready, willing and able to stand in court to show the evidence of their lies, and we are just waiting on the judicial system which Windsor and Sharon and their ilk have burdened with their crap. Windsor's true hatred for me is that I have friends and associations with people who have exposed him, that I asked him to focus on true activism, and that I reported his actions to the BBB. Please note that none of the Windsor's have ever contacted me to speak about why Windsor purchased domains on Alcatraz Media's servers. And despite it being reported, Ryan did not take steps to ensure that Daddy Dearest would not access company assets again for Windsor's stalking.
I do have an email where Windsor admitted his contacts for Maryland include Ms. Sharon Galloway. I came to Windsor because he had falsified his biography online to make himself look like a hero, because I was trusting of older so called activists who led me to him, and because if I could not get help for my case, then I at least wanted to make sure that the laws were amended so that they would protect families rather than allow lawyers to profit from abusive adoption practices. I am committed to helping others, and the only people who have ever accused me of being violent or of stalking have so far refused to stand in court where I and my lawyer are present, or to offer any shred of evidence for their paranoid delusions. I will not regret walking this path because I have learned a great deal, and I have met some interesting people. Now that authorities are waking up to Windsor, I am proud for the small things I was able to do to get their attention focused on him for the protection of the public.
I am absolutely waiting for Windsor to explain which government agency has employed me and where my presidential pardon is for doing what he claims is my job. Never met a Joey in my life, but it was Windsor who lied and manipulated me in support of his SovCit/Vexi ideals, and the public absolutely has the right to know of his true motives, as I told the FBI. Windsor can spin all he wants, but he is the one with the felony stalking charges, the many admissions of having weapons, and oh yeah, the fugitive from justice.

Daaaayum. We're gonna need a lot of beer & snacks today.

    5. BILL WINDSOR I KNOW YOU'RE READING THIS
I'm wondering why Bilbo is just now "filing charges" against Justice of the Peace Jim Bailey. I can't believe he would wait a year and a half to rant and rave about it.I've been following his nonsense for quite a while and the first I heard of paper being thrown at him was about a week ago when he published the photo of a crumpled piece of paper with Sean Boushie's name on it. I dont believe the judge ever threw a paper at him in the first place. Are there any witnesses? That was just his childish way of publishing Boushie's name. What an ass! He was probably sitting in his hotel room going through his pile of lies and decided to expand on one of them.

  26. Latest Anti Government Harassment article is up.

"ARREST ELLIS COUNTY TEXAS DISTRICT ATTORNEY PATRICK WILSON NOW AS WELL AS ELLIS COUNTY TEXAS SHERIFF JOHNNY BROWN
Corrupt Ellis County District Attorney"...blah, blah, blah

The desperation to divert away from Windsor's clear violations of a very VALID order has become such an obsession--it's scary. Who is going to arrest the DA? Windsor seems to be putting out a veiled call to the lemmings.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. So another interesting point in that article is this. Windsor claims the arrest cost him his 100 Million dollar judgment by jury, because he couldn't appear. This is FALSE for several reasons. One main reason is that when Windsor was in jail--he was appearing at the hearings. He'd still be appearing at the hearings if he was still incarcerated, except HE chose to go on the run becoming a FUGITIVE. Again, another Windsor epic fail, blaming others for HIS actions.

Not to mention the glaring facts that he couldn't prove his case, and defendants were being dismissed rightfully so.

See www.Joeyisalittlekid.org for a list of some of the scumbags in my life. I guess those scumbags will be mighty disappointed when I am free to hammer their scumbaggy heartless "souls" in court."

You FAILED to do it, and now you'll probably never get the chance again, to file your stupid, moronic, frivolous, lying lawsuits for harassment. Screw you fat boy! You're the one going down!! Criminal style!

  29. For arguments sake, let's say Bill had a basis for all these lawsuits he's launching. RICO, Class Action Suits, Blah, Blah, Blah. I large law firm with QUALIFIED Attorneys would need to put all of their resources into this.

Bill is copying and pasting filings while on the run. In my opinion, after watching THE JUDGE with Robert Downey, (8.5 on a scale of 10, as a flick), it's only a matter of time until Bill soils his boxers as Robert Duvall did between rants. The problem is that he's lost his family, per him, and will need to swim around in his excrement to get up, I doubt anyone will be there to help.

  31. Yessiree -- it's showing now. Windsor is getting more frustrated by the day. Online access to court documents is proving his claims are lies (especially the TOP, which extension he appealed. Appeal denied. Windsor cannot claim he was never heard on it or didn't know about it.); his hardcore 25 "followers" aren't in a position to help him (either financially or otherwise); his family has rid itself of him (AND is doing just fine on its own); he's not getting the attention he believes he deserves (and, as a narcissist, requires). The only real attention he's getting is from US -- we who prove him wrong at every turn. THAT'S making him more angry than anything else.

I doubt very much Bill altered anything about his appearance or went off to live in the hinterlands: there is no audience in the boonies. Besides, I believe he's posting these different locations to try pissing L.E. off. But I'm quite certain they know exactly where he is; Windsor has neither the skills nor smarts to outsmart professional L.E. That he's still free is pure luck.

But luck runs out ... and you're just not that special, Bill. You're one of thousands who go on the run every year, and they eventually get caught. But, if it gets you through the night, you go right on believing you're special, and that you're evading police simply through your brainpower. Delusions are all you have, now that everything good and right in your life is gone (through your own vindictiveness and anger).

To quote Buzz Lightyear: "You are a sad, strange little man. And you have my pity."

Bill Windsor is kickin' a$$ and takin' names at 6:20 pm Eastern Time on February 8, 2015 -- End of Day 42 on "Lawless America Road Trip #3."

Bill reports that he has documents flying out of every printer as he plans to paper Texas and Montana come morning.

He is also seeing how many Reese's Peanut Butter Cup he can eat in one day without getting extremely sick...and offering a $10,000 cash reward...

Bill Windsor. They still haven't caught him after 42 days.

Bill is now invisible, and if he ever does get stopped by the police, he will whip out his Get Out of Jail free Card! He now travels in states that by law consider TEMPORARY orders of protection to be invalid. Bill says he is tempted to try out his Get Out of Jail Free Card. But after some thought, he said he would much prefer to unleash his new programs on the evil, sick cyberstalkers who compose the Joeyisalittlekid Gang.

William M. Windsor has announced that he is increasing his reward to $10,000, payable in cash, to the person who can provide him with evidence as to the identities of the major Joeyisalittlekid cyberstalkers. Your identity will not be revealed. The information can be passed to a third party in another country, someone who cannot be deposed. Someone here is the U.S. will deliver the green cash money in a brown paper sack to the location that you specify. $10 Grand. Anyone can do a lot with $10,000 Semolians. $10,000 smackers. Come on Joey, step up and pocket some real money!

To tell Bill Windsor that you want $10,000 in unmarked bills, get yourself a brand new never-before-or-again-used email account, and email Bill@BillWindsor.com with SHOW ME THE MONEY in all caps as the Subject.

And if you email within the next hour, Bill Windsor will throw in what's left in a 1.25 pound bag of Reece's Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures and an autographed copy of his Ellis County Texas Wanted Poster. Remember: SHOW ME THE MONEY! Act now. The $10,000 is good for only one Joey. Offer void in Montana and the 33 states that do not subscribe to the Protection Order Act. Must be 21 years old or older, a resident of the United States, and your name cannot be Casey or John or Barrack or Hillary.

  34. Bill Windsor: " I guess those scumbags will be mighty disappointed when I am free to hammer their scumbaggy heartless "souls" in court."

Okay Mr. Windsor, first thing, you've never hammered anyone in court. You've always *been* hammered. So any freedoms you're fantasizing about would allow only that possibility -- for you to go back to losing every court action you initiate. But never mind all that. Those days are gone and I don't see any way they're coming back, ever.

Getting back to "square one" on that isn't possible now. Every civil action previously pending has been acted upon with a good amount of finality. The only question that remains on some of that stuff is how much money you're going to have to pay, Bill. Information on the "Joeys" is of absolutely no use to you now.

No one is afraid of you any more. No more paper terrorism. You can no longer require anyone to do anything. Everyone can ignore your every page and email without consequence. You no longer have enforceable rights, Mr. Windsor. You're a fugitive from Justice.

I'm certain it's fun to reminisce back to a time when people feared you. I'm certain these fantasies keep you going in these tough times. But let's be clear. They're fantasies. They're YOUR fantasies - no one else's.

You're a powerless, weak old man.

You're done. You're finished. Let that sink in.

One minute he's indigent, the next he's throwing around a supposed 10K like a drunken sailor. In my opinion, there is a honey pot somewhere, and these posts whether on a civil or criminal level, will bite him on the butt.

Ex Mrs, forked out 100,000 a short time ago, to pay Windsor MOM debt, so she didn't have to fork over her financials. Windsor has forked out almost as much in civil litigation filings, jury demands, and appeals in the past year or so. Windsor was ready willing and able to drop 100,000 to bail out. Then we have the Windsor brother, trying to make nice-e-nice by telling people to just ignore Windsor. Really? WTF for? To protect their little family empire they are all enmeshed in? Then we have the sister who helped the fugitive. Nah, enough with the passive aggressive Windsor shit. They are only out to protect their "Honey Pot" not stop the lunatic from harassing and hurting endless amounts of people along the way.

If they weren't of the same lacking moral pool, surely they would have sought help from the courts to sever him from access to their combined "honey pot."

    1. How do you suggest they "make him appear in court"?

      Delete
    2. Montana and Texas both are going to choose the most cost-effective option with regards to Windsor - that is - wait. They'll wait for him to be picked up in a routine traffic stop or in some other incidental fashion - OR - for Windsor to turn himself in. Windsor isn't a very important criminal. Elevating the importance of apprehending Windsor just because he's blogging some stuff they don't like, isn't an option for these folks. It's not their money. It's public money and they have to spend it cautiously and wisely.

Bill Windsor has a real crimp on his preferred lifestyle right now. Won't take long and he'll do something stupid and get caught -- or smart and turn himself in.
