Idaho is the End of the Line for Bill Windsor

First hand reports when Bill was arrested in Ellis County say that Bill Windsor sobbed and screamed uncontrollably as he was put into custody.  Well, look at those eyes, he can't fight back the tears...the sorrow.  Those eyes tell the whole story, its over and he knows it.  On the bright side, Bill gets to finally get back into a courtroom.  Of course the downside is its a criminal court and none of his games work there.  Windsor is finally going to learn something he has spent his whole life running from....the rules really do apply to him.

Something tells me Jennie Morton wont be picking up his vehicle for him.

Who will he use as his phone a friend?  He just disinherited Ryan.

Leave it to Bill to be so vain that he can't change his appearance, even as a fugitive.

Will information on Bill's laptop incriminate "Angel" and "Butch".....others?

Windsor really picked the wrong guy to mess with in Patrick Wilson.

Now that he is in custody and can be legally served, how many of his victims are lined up strike back in civil court?

Just how many felony counts will Montana slap him with, hundreds?

Which state will he be extradited to first?

Will Bill depose himself at his own trial?

Load up on your popcorn, this is gonna get interesting...and hilarious.

  1. Silence descends on BILL WORLD. NO more Bill DAILY...
Who will visit him will he get a court appointed attorney, or fork over hard $$ to a pvt Mont counsel who is a grad of Mont Law school, who he bashed, endlessly as a law school that caters to dopes, the lowest 1 % of law grads, according to BILL..
Will Race Horse Haines rush up to MIssoula to pull Bill's bacon out of the fire ?
Bill is going to learn the hard way, where the rubber meets the road: AMERICAN JUSTICE, and his KEYBOARD CAPERS.

Care to revise that statement, Windsor?

    1. Yep, Windsor is most definitely his own worst enemy. His online obsession will more than likely bite him in the ass. How many people has he defamed, and called criminals? This reality he dodged while he created his fantasy will certainly clash in the Criminal Courts. People don't tend to live by semantics, and surely he won't be able to play those same games there.

      Delete
    2. Ninja, you're absolutely right. Windsor won't be able to pull his "I'm just a sweet Southern grandpa" routine in criminal court. His own online rants and veiled threats; history of nasty litigation; and taunting prove he is not and never has been a sweet old Southern man. Going on the run and defaming/taunting everyone in sight just added gasoline to the fire. Windsor can't deny or hide that he did those things. He's in deep trouble.

    3. I really hope, all those new domains he bought since his release, for the DA's, the Judges, and the other court personnel, with all his slanderous commentary, will set the path for any new Judges, DA's or court staff that comes in contact with Windsor. It's his history!!

He'll surely try the "You've got the wrong William M Windsor." Then possibly, "I didn't see any warrant." Followed by "They didn't read me my rights." With the standard "I need computer access" and the plethora of "Motions to Quash, Habeas Corpus, and Umpteen Writs."

Since he loves to document his terroristic strategy, it's all right there, waiting for him to abuse the system further. At least now, they can see it, and get some kind of preemptive injunction to stop his vexatious frivilousness or something to stop this nonsense.

      Delete
    4. Yeah - go Bill. Straight to jail - do not pass GO, do not collect $200. Windsor is NOT wanted for exercising First Amendment rights. He's wanted for repeatedly violating a legal restraining order in Montana. (Which he knew about - he appealed the thing twice, and lost both appeals. How could he appeal something he claims he didn't know about?) Apparently, Windsor thought if he wasn't in Montana, he could get away with violating that order. WRONG.

He's also wanted for jumping bond in Texas. He promised the judge he would turn himself in to Montana authorities, get that done, then return to Texas to deal with them (even paid $100,000 as security for that promise). Then, he decided that since he didn't like the situation, it didn't apply to him and he'd go into hiding. And he started slinging s**t at everyone in sight for daring to hold him accountable.

You see the pattern here, Supporter? Windsor believes if he doesn't like decisions or rules, they don't apply to him. And if anyone disagrees or tries to hold him accountable, he screams "corruption" and begins an obsessive search for ANY information that would discredit that person or court. Classic narcissistic behavior - and wrong again. Rules and laws DO apply to Windsor - and he's going to find that out real fast.

I'm sorry for what many of his supporters have been through. But Windsor is not anyone's savior and never has been. He was and is not out to expose corruption; he just doesn't like being held responsible for anything he does. And that movie he's been promising for nearly three years? It will never be made. Windsor himself admitted the movie was just a way to get people to support his anti-government activities.

  32. I have some questions for "Lawless Supporter."
You and your fellow Lawless supporters have been at this "Exposing Corruption" gig for years, how's that going for you? Are you all in the exact same spot? Yes, you are. Why is that?

Quote "Lynn Maris-- The joeys are criminals. If they think Bill being arrested will stop us, they are also delusional."

Can any of you back that up with evidence? Have any one of us been charged? Or are you simply believing what Windsor told you. No, you can't back that up. Yes, you are lemmings. Same as you still believing he's going to do anything to help you.

You all made little video clips and signed contracts, giving him the exclusive rights. (whether those contracts are legal or not remains to be seen) What exactly are you all going to do with them? Windsor might sue you for using them in any fashion he doesn't agree with.

Ok, so really, what is the issue here? Is it your ego that blinds you? Is it embarrassing to know, that you were taken for a ride by a Narcissist? His sole goal was to be the President of Windsor World. Wake up!! Just the other day, he wrote another article asking how to get millions on board. Same mantra he said from day one. It's not about the "Movie." It's about getting William M Windsor's name out in the public. That's it. While you are being distracted with false illusions of "Corruption" your "Leader" has broken laws left and right. You won't see it, because he brainwashed you into believing 'Everyone is Corrupt.'

Do you even know that the DC debacle was a scam? He didn't properly get permission for it. He didn't follow proper procedure in inviting all the Senators/Congress to attend. No, that was all a big show. Even Dotty can back that up (that is, if she isn't too chicken shit) because she is the one who FAXED letters a few days before the event. NOT PROPER NOTIFICATION. You all wasted your time and money, to go sit in a room full of other people who were being played. The "CD/DVD" he left? Yeah, they weren't allowed to even view them. He had you all traipsing all over, delivering things that would never be seen. Windsor is the master of Games. Just ask Susan aka Sharon V Galloway, the woman who was with him at the GRIP formation who went by Scout. She's all about playing games with the Government. Manipulating laws to suit their needs. (Ironic hu? Many of you feel you lost your cases due to shady people manipulating the courts? Yeah, right there--they--those Vexatious types, the greedy assholes who don't care who they screw over--those ARE the people you are fighting against, yet you are supporting them in Lawless America.)

Cut your losses, move along. You were played. No shame, find someone else who actually IS doing something to help people. Research their history, don't blindly follow. Be smarter this time. Stop making yourselves easy targets!!

  33. Okay, time for a long-winded comment:

I actually think the presence of “Lawless Supporter” is a good sign—it provides an opportunity for a somewhat calmer and more open discussion of the pros and cons of Lawless America and related endeavors than has been possible with Windsor still at large. (Also, c’mon, LS—can’t we have a shout-out for us pseudonymous commenters, including you and me? Can I get a “what, what”?)

I have long thought that the basic concept behind the Lawless America video series (or movie, or TV show, or whatever form it might take) was sound; a serious documentary project that examined controversial judicial proceedings—though, crucially, it would have to be done to very high journalistic standards—would be fantastic. It’s just that, from the perspectives of many of us, that has never been what Lawless America has constituted.

I would be willing to bet plenty that some portion of the people Windsor filmed have suffered honest-to-goodness injustices at the hands of the American judicial system. The phenomenon of (1) judicial corruption very much does exist; crucially, though, as far as I (as a practitioner) can tell it’s far less common than (2) judicial doing-a-lousy-job-for-non-corrupt-reasons, which is itself less common than (3) losing litigants believing that they wuz robbed, when in fact the decision that went against them was the correct outcome under the law. I’ve been litigating for a while, and I’ve seen more than a few cases of (2), but no out-and-out (1) corruption. Then, law is complicated and confusing, and people (including lawyers!) do not always analyze facts, rules, and arguments as rationally and dispassionately as we should, so (3) is always a pitfall any time one loses a lawsuit.

So I have overwhelming sympathy for a large proportion of the people who gave on-camera “testimony” to Windsor. Some fraction of them, it seems clear to me, were in fact done wrong by courts; others weren’t but labor under the understandable and (I think) forgivable misconception that they were. (For this reason, I don’t like calling LA members “lemmings,” though I do understand the frustration that goes into that moniker.)

The more tendentious question is what effect any/all of this has on one’s perspective on Bill Windsor. Some commenters on this blog (generally the ones that had some past affiliation with LA, though various Anonymous commenters here have claimed to know Windsor in other contexts) have asserted that they have seen Windsor say and do seriously dishonest things. I haven’t—I have no first-hand experience with the man—but I have read a lot of what he has written, including a large number of his court filings. In my considered opinion, the vast majority of legal positions he has taken are clearly erroneous, and his longstanding practice of burying court personnel under mountains of voluminous filings reflects very poorly on him. Moreover, the facts and law presented in written rulings from numerous courts over many years paint a picture of Windsor that is deeply unattractive; the behavior those courts have found him to be engaging in is at least significantly unethical, and now of course there is clear evidence that he has repeatedly violated criminal laws as well.

    1. I simply do not find it at all plausible that Windsor’s numerous litigation losses are evidence that such a large number of judges and other public officials in numerous jurisdictions—federal, state, and local, in locations thousands of miles apart—have fabricated instances of wrongdoing on his part because they are somehow part of a vast conspiracy to deny justice to innocent people. The logic (such as it is) underlying that conclusion of Windsor’s is continually based, in his specific instances, on his elementary misconceptions of how law and judicial procedure actually operate; Windsor continually interprets this ruling or that loss as “corruption,” when in fact it invariably represents legal professionals applying statutes or rules properly but in a manner that Windsor cannot or will not understand. All of these defeats (in disputes that he believes he should self-evidently win) clearly make the man furious, but they don’t make him right nor his bêtes noires corrupt.

With all of that as background, it is difficult to ignore the way Windsor has actually operated as the creator and leader of the Lawless America effort. If the two competing hypotheses are (A) Windsor intended to create a high-quality exposé that would help bring justice to victims of judicial corruption and (B) Windsor intended to aggrandize himself before grateful followers while taking vengeance on the public officials he believes to have wronged him, it is hard for me to see how anyone who has watched Windsor’s behavior closely over the past several years can believe that (A) fits the facts better than (B). As more than one concerned LA member posting online has pointed out, Windsor’s continuing pursuit of vendettas against people who have spoken ill of him online (including, as Montana courts among others have found, his outright stalking of them) do nothing whatsoever to advance the interests of victims of judicial corruption—but those actions have an obvious connection to Windsor’s apparent need to avenge himself on his enemies. In the end, after seeing all of this play out for years, it is very difficult for many of us to believe that Windsor has the intentions and goals (to say nothing of the guileless and innocent character) that he claims.

Then, there’s the experience of watching Windsor continually shooting himself in the figurative foot in his dealings with the judicial system; for a long time he confined that to civil court and a grand jury or two, but now it appears that he’s going to misbehave his way into a lengthy prison sentence that, if he had just stood up and contested the charges against him in a straightforward manner, he almost certainly could have avoided. (Admittedly, there’s more than a little Schadenfreude going into this part of the story. Watching a guy who slathers so much vitriol on my profession fail so very badly at trying to practice it brings with it a not insignificant amount of shameful pleasure. Ah, well.)

So: I am actually very sympathetic to the motivations that brought most people (including not a few current Joeys) to Lawless America. I would in fact applaud a conscientious filmmaker, TV producer, etc., who set out to do a good job at documenting the kinds of cases that LA purports to be intended to bring to light. Finding, exposing, and rooting out actual judicial corruption is a very valuable (not to mention terribly difficult) thing, and no practitioner of law should be anything but supportive of intelligent efforts to do those things.

      [Continued again]

    2. But, after quite a bit of study of these matters, it is clear to many of us that Lawless America, as it has actually been run by Bill Windsor, does not live up to that standard. Its failures as a journalistic exercise are severe, and (perhaps more to the point here) it appears to us that succeeding by those measures is not in fact something that Windsor has ever been terribly interested in. It is our opinion that using Lawless America to help others has always been at best a secondary consideration, if not indeed a fundamentally false pretense.

Does all of that make sense, Lawless Supporter? I presume you disagree with a large proportion of the above; what is it that leads you to that conclusion?

    3. "Elementary misconceptions" is a great way to sum up Bill's understanding of government, business, the judicial system....I dare say being a father...fill in the blank.

That is probably the biggest reason I cried scam early on and right out of the gate. Real corruption does happen and its horrible. Anyone that actually fights it has all the support I can possibly give to someone. If Bill were actually doing a real documentary movie he would have been more focused and more specific. "Corruption in America" is not a topic, its a generic label. For instance, had bill stayed focused on family court and the inefficiencies of the process that lead to unjust rulings....he might have had something there. But he can't do it, he was willing to bring in any and everyone with whatever topic they wanted as long as they signed up to be a part of his army. That is why, Lawless America, the never will be produced movie would address the topics of:

      property owner rights
      CPS abuse
      Convicted murderer's rights
      Gandparent rights
      Elder abuse awareness
      Mental health issues (ironic)
      unethical business practices (ironic)
      Corrupt Lawyers
      Corrupt Judges
      Corrupt Clerks
.......and, as bill always says, much much more

There is no way anything could address all of those topics. But the main thing is, to anyone who doesn't have elementary misconceptions, one topic doesn't really have anything to do with the other. Each one should be addressed on its on.....not thrown together into come kind of sloppy conglomerate of a "documentary movie"

Very cogent and comprehensive post indeed, Attorney.

With regard to your ultimate conclusion -- that "[i]t is our opinion that using Lawless America to help others has always been at best a secondary consideration, if not indeed a fundamentally false pretense" -- only a brief additional comment needs to be made.

If you were to go back and listen to several of the TalkShoe calls that Mr. Windsor hosted while preparing for the first Lawless America road trip -- which was done solely for his anticipated movie, which he billed as his and his supporters' best chance to improve all of their circumstances (perceived or real) -- he occasionally expressed the sentiment that all he wanted to do was "win." That's why he also often said that if he were to retain an attorney to represent him in court anytime in the future, he would seek out the largest law firm in town, and his second question to prospective counsel (after "What is your name?") would be whether he or she had any special relationship with (if not an outright bribe to) the judge handling the case that would ensure (in his mind) victory.

These comments, relatively infrequent though they were, peeled back the thin veneer that the Lawless America road trip and movie were intended to help the group of supporters, along with Mr. Windsor, better their respective situations. If he ever really wanted that, it was a distant second to his ultimate interest: to "win."

The comments also are evidence -- firsthand, from the man behind Lawless America himself -- of your central conclusion/"opinion," which I of course think is right. His subsequent actions attacking those who he perceived as attacking him, rather than ignoring those people to help his supporters as he had indicated he would, also prove your thesis beyond any real doubt.

    6. Bill lied. It did not start out as a movie, it started out as a bitter angry man, documenting his butthurt on line. Then progressed into how he could run the world with a Revolution being the leader. Then and only then, did the idea pop into his pea brain during a talkshoe about making a movie--only to get more people to join in. SMH!

      "Founded in 2012
The Revolutionary Party is building a new political party from the 99% of us who are currently essentially powerless. We elect people who we feel will be honest and protect these fundamental rights, and we have contracts and pass laws that make these elected officials accountable. Our elected officials and judges do what they are supposed to do, or we remove them immediately. By requiring every government official to sign a Contract with the Citizens making them accountable to us through a Grand Jury action, we will be forever protected against the corruption that has eaten our country alive. Never again.

As to the many other issues that face our country, our new party will not take positions. Our concept is to put truly honest, accountable people in office, and then let them carefully study the issues and make informed decisions. The idea is that honesty, our fundamental rights, and saving America from corruption are what’s most important."

You're probably right—but if so those are elementary misconceptions about filmmaking, not law. As it happens, I know a lot more about one of those things than the other. (Though I do love movies, including well-made documentaries. I'm just no kind of authority about how to make them.)

Actually I think the LA concept, if done right, would work best as a TV series. You're right that the subject matter Windsor purported to be addressing seems vastly overbroad for a two-hour film, but imagine a lengthy documentary series on a TV network or (these days) streaming service—such a work could absolutely address problems with American judicial practice in that kind of breadth. And if the series were done well, I have to think that Americans would love it. Including lawyers—perhaps especially lawyers!

Doing it right, though, would require vast resources, including a very large production staff. (Which would absolutely need to include, ahem ahem ahem, a significant number of ... lawyers!) The production would be extraordinarily expensive, complicated, and administratively difficult, which is why a project on that scale will probably never be seriously attempted. (The value of such a work to the public interest would be tremendous, but the dollars-and-cents profit potential would probably be pretty meager. And then there's the terrifying litigation risk!)

Finally, to return to the main focus of my long comment, the tremendous challenges of such a production very much appear to place it quite a ways beyond Bill Windsor's capabilities, not to mention (it appears to many of us) his actual intentions.

    8. Thanks, SCA. Maybe I'm paying you back for the good analysis you posted a few months back.

I think you're right about the binary "win" idea that seems to have been driving Windsor; it's hard not to see the functional definition of that "win" as "get vengeance on people who have disrespected me."

But I am honestly interested in hearing what "Lawless Supporter," or anyone else reading these threads who still supports Windsor and/or Lawless America, think about all of the above.

Supporters: obviously you can see, above, the reasoning that leads many of us to conclude that Bill Windsor is not the hero, or the wronged innocent party, that (we understand) you take him to be. (Obviously this blog has hosted a whole lot more of that reasoning, expressed in ways that are both genteel and not.) Where do you think our logic goes wrong? What are we misunderstanding, or misrepresenting?

Call it an occupational hazard, but I have this possibly-naïve faith in the power of reasoned discussion to create consensus. LA Supporters, please make yourselves heard! (And if they do, Joeys, please lay off the nastiness in response until/unless it's richly deserved.)

    9. Also, lets bring up the liability issue of the stories. Bill, only filmed one side. He is essentially allowing the speaker to make claims/allegations, without verifying facts. This, I assume would be where the lawyers would come in. This is one of the main reasons I said there wouldn't be a movie.

Windsor tried to claim he would get the other sides, after we all noted that what he had put on youtube was pretty bias. Did he ever do that? No. There are specific things he had to do, in order to make this "movie" a reality, and he failed to do it, yet, he will still claim it's real. It, as it stands now, and has for the past few years, is nothing more than propaganda for his "Revolutionary Party."

Someone said the other day, I think it was Spam, that the views on many of those videos were poor. Some I've seen had less that 10 views. Windsor, made all kinds of blanket claims regarding those one sided stories, standing up for the "victim" speaking. However, NBTDT had actually vetted those stories, and did an outstanding job of debunking many of them. Those are the ones that would bring lawsuits against Bill if he put them out as he has them. Just as he put them on the disk to congress that they never saw. (actually, they were only links to his dot com, not actual clips) Bias, one sided allegations. Much like what Windsor does himself on his plethora of slanderous dot coms. Makes outrageous claims, yet has zero factual evidence to back up his claims. Just my thoughts.

    12. Very well said @Attorney. I agree with all that you stated.
I was empathetic, too, to the Lawless Supporters, at first.
I learned a lot this past year going to court with the Windsor Vs The Internet lawsuit. Court proceedings don't always work out as simply as it appears they should. I can easily see how becoming 'fed up' does happen.
However, I'd much rather have our Judicial System than any other in the world.

Very bottom line? Windsor did it all wrong. Mostly, he promised desperate & vulnerable individuals things he could never deliver. His turning on his own supporters when they dared ask a question or disagreed with him? Had an idea or suggestion? Was beyond cruel. How many of those were there? So many that I lost count.
Had ANY of his supporters had a creep sitting in front of their home, buying up their domain names, all while suing them? They'd be hollering to high Heaven.
Pardon me for losing my empathy for them.
And? I'm not one teeny tiny bit ashamed of the sheer joy I feel KNOWING how Windsor's lies are about to be exposed to his supporters. Just the evidence on his devices should be enough to finish off the most loyal & staunch supporters. They'll be able to see the Exhibits showing what Windsor was really doing, not doing & what he really thought and felt about them.
The mere thought of him taking money from those on fixed incomes while he poofed years in Courtyards By Marriott & dining out? Makes me sick.
Just for what he poofed on bonding out 'his guys' could have helped some of his supporters out of their dire situations. Or the amounts spent at Kinkos? Think of all the good Windsor could've done for those so devoted to him.

Our system of government could use a lot change, fixing, no doubt. Windsor could have done a lot with his knowledge & his followers, he chose NOT to do that.
      Speaks volumes to me.
Y'all support away, wasting more time & never moving forward. It's working so well thus far.
My thoughts & prayers are for all his victims.
My admiration is to Overstreet, Boushie, Flemming, Round, Emerson and the numerous Law Enforcement, Judges, Court Coordinators, Clerks for having to deal with him far too often.

Day 1 of a new beginning!

Yes, definitely. Though you (the producer) would also need our help to make sense of the legal arguments and judicial rulings and whatnot that are at the center of the story.

A documentary producer with good writers and researchers and intelligent legal counsel absolutely can avoid serious liability exposure. (That threat of litigation is a major reason that the public-figure doctrine in defamation law exists.) But protecting a critical-documentary production from defamation claims ain't cheap, and it ain't easy. It requires serious care and attention, and it's difficult to see how any of that has been applied to the defamation concerns inevitably raised by the Lawless America project.

    17. Wonderful well thought out and explained opinions. I think this is one thing the lemmings don't understand about those who post here. We vet stories, check backgrounds and the story being presented. We check multiple sources, and usually can give your actual documentation of the reasoning behind the opinions we have posted.

Unlike Bill, who expects you to believe because he said it, it is true. His own perception of his court failures (many times based on the misunderstanding of legal concepts and laws) is that he was alwayserroneously ruled against and that it was always corruption. That morphed into conspiracies against him by all involved.

To be honest, Bill isn't that important, he is not an attorney who comprehends the laws, and spins everything into it being about him. There never were any conspiracies to hurt Bill, or even Lawless America.

Bill publishes all over the place, in fact there are dozens of recent hate and rant websites he recently put up, many of those domains he has had for years until he had time to copy and paste his rants and hatred and calls for jail, or treason charges.

Not one of those sites is about any litigation but his own, and/or his anger at having someone disagree, or OMG rule that he was wrong. Bill is incredibly vexatious and has been for many, many years.

He has also repeatedly said himself there will be no movie until he crushes his enemies in court. He has also repeatedly said he will not give up on his vendetta until the day he dies. Does that sound to you Lawless Supporter, like he ever intended to return to making a 'movie'.

How would you format a movie from all the endless clips, and no physical evidence, or vetting of the stories? How would this help those in need? Can you point to even one instance of any one of these film clips or Bill helping anyone?

I can point to cases he harmed. I can point to his own words saying he will punish those he deems enemies. I can point to so many who were only 'guilty' of disagreeing with him.

The lemmings choose not to look too closely at what he is up to. Many are just like Bill, they don't care what he or anyone else is doing as long as they can talk about their own cases. How the hell does this help anyone beyond having a place to vent their own stories where no one will question the facts?

  35. One of the most primitive and basic elements of being alive is seeing things from your point of view. You are born with it, its the essence of a child. As you grow and develop you begin to learn about the complexities of this world and the different views and angles other people might have....other than your POV.

Bill and his most adamant followers never developed. They use the magical C word to connect the dots that adults already understand is much different than their conclusion:

officer gave me a ticket and I didn't like it.....Corruption
CPS took my kids away just because I was doing drugs....Corruption
Judge wont let me keep making domain names that try and trick people into buying something they didn't want....Corruption
Maid of the Mist wont let me keep selling their tickets at whatever price I want with whatever terms I choose.....Corruption

Its the same thing with a baby playing with a knife.....you took it away, they want it back. A baby has no concept of property ownership, parental guardian responsibilities, or harmful outcomes of playing with said knife. All they know is that knife was theirs because it was in their hand and now its gone, if they will keep screaming at the top of their lungs until you put it back in their hand.

  42. I'd like to thank Bill Windsor for a few things. One, a few individuals that began as blogger adversaries, I now consider friends. (Giggling @ memories of Minister of Propaganda and Alpacaganda, mountain lions and cookies ) Two, my experience with Windsor was my introduction to Internet safety and checking people out a little bit before jumping off a cliff with them. Opened my "Midwestern Everyone is Honest and Scams Happen on the News", eyes up wide open. Three, it gave me the opportunity to work with Law Enforcement /Courts on the same side of the road. When I met Bill, I'd gone through an "event" (ain't hindsight great) that made me see all clouded and angry and biased. I was emotionally convinced (and maybe a little traumatized as much as I hate to say that) that most police/courts/lawyers/government agencies /etc, we're a complete dishonest train wreck. Thanks to Bill, I was quickly convinced that only a few are "corrupt" and our system for the most part works as best it can. Four, my being physically stalked kinda killed the "poor me, victim " thing I was going through. Something about a crazy man with a gun driving across the damn country to circle your home and try to get pictures of your kids, smacks the "victim " right outta ya. At first I hid in my house, had the police over all the time, filed my protection order, moved my children to a different address. But after awhile, I'd stand out on my front porch waving, and just waiting for the coward to get out of his jeep and step towards my family. He's got rolls of film of my middle finger. And if he'd of crossed the property line, he'd of filmed my heritage card carrying skills. Five, he directed me to this blog, when I was still his assistant, and I've gotten countless laughs reading over here. It ain't over til the fat lady sings, or so they say. But it's nice to know that he is being dealt with. Thank you to everyone who has ever helped stop, expose, or warn others of him. (And no PhlegmShady, I'm not sitting on a hotbed of information that I won't turn over to authorities. It's long been turned over, many times, in many states. I know, not as exciting a story as the ex assistant holding self incriminating information, but it is what it is. )

    Happy second arrest, everyone.

  43. To All - My name is Dale Karin Trowbridge and I have never been a “joey” as you all know. But Windsor opened a website in my name stating I was one of the “joeys” with untrue defamatory information. He published a copy of my investment check, of $5,000, with my account number and address. A website I would have never known existed if not for my friend Renee (another “non-joey” who also has a Windsor hate website in her name.) and SempiFi from this sight. Thanks to them I was able to close my account prior to any damages.

Sadly I have read derogatory comments on this sight against Renee. She is a big girl and take care of herself I just wanted to express my feelings regarding the comments. As to whether DA Wilson was/is responsible to contact and notify all of the victims that Windsor has opened a website in their names; I’m not sure. However it only makes sense to me for DA Wilson to do so since all information is available to him. I believe people have lost sight of what, I believe, this is about to - help victims. Renee just as I and most if not all of you have been re-victimized by Windsor. Accordingly I would hope those of you whom have written belittling (hurtful) comments about Renee would have the honor to retract those statements, they are neither here or there concerning the real outcome – THE ARREST OF WINDSOR.

BOTTOM LINE it is the responsibility of all (including me) to make sure all victims are notified; as stated earlier I would have never known about “my” website if I had not been contacted. I could have suffered enormous financial losses if I had not been notified. Just as other victims he has “exposed” may be in physical danger due to Windsor publishing their addresses and contact information. And not all have the luxury of filing charges against Windsor in the jurisdiction they reside in for various reasons. Please keep this in mind.

I will be filing charges against Windsor to my County Police Department on Monday, I have not filed sooner because I have been waiting for all of the information (talk shoes, name domains, court documents, etc, etc.) Renee has been busily putting together for me and all of us victims; we should all be thanking her for the endless hours and hard work she has put into our efforts to nail Windsor. This same information is invaluable for the filing of the class action lawsuit. I intend on presenting all information to my County DA with contact information to DA Wilson so they may collaborate, I am still wondering if this may be a case for the FBI since there are victims throughout the United States.

Please contact me on several issues; first being I have no problem contacting all victims Windsor has opened “hate” websites on. I thought you may have an easy list to help me do so if not I will just go from sight to sight. Second I will also ask all if they would be interested in being a client in a class action lawsuit against Windsor. Third, I guess it’s not an issue, but please remember we are all victims and should stay focused upon the issue – making sure Windsor is held responsible for his liable actions. If you disagree please let me know, I have only read your website the past two days.

Dale Karin Trowbridge – I have no problem with having my real name known.

      Delete
    6. Ginger Snap,
No, neither Dale nor I went to Windsor for LE bashing,
In my case, I had reported a Judge who had failed to protect dv victims / honor their PPO's. The case 'disappeard' during the midst of the investigation. The Judge was put back on the bench. Within 6 months, two DV victims, whose divorces were before him, were murdered by their abusers because of the Judge's mishandling of their cases.
And, FYI, I did not bash the LE the other night. I questioned the COURT for allowing Windsor to be released, although he had not met bond conditions with the release of SeanBoushie.com

    7. Renee, we're all still waiting for you to show us where you're getting these bond conditions. I know you won't be able to because they don't exist.

    8. Speaking for myself, I wouldn't want to join a class action lawsuit with those who volunteered for Windsor, or who gave him money. Seems those who were his volunteers/donors might want to consider that the claims may differ from those who never volunteered for him or gave him money (ya know, the ones who were smart enough not to).

The company one keeps speaks volumes - mixing volunteers/donors with those who simply became victims of Windsor's after trying to warn/educate the volunteers and donor wouldn't be wise.

      Apples and oranges.

Anon@ 6pm. Yes, the Commissioners did discuss Windsor - behind closed doors, during the meeting - but they did not come to a resolution.
My take: the State of Texas isn't going to do anything about Windsor, and he won't be arrested unless he goes to Montana.
And, that could be the reason why DA Wilson isn't filing any additional charges against Windsor in regards to these hate-websites.

    15. Renee, I was one of the anons that suggested you go to your own DA,/ Judge in Michigan not think, demand or expect Wilson to handle your confidential address as a DV being exposed & exploited in a Windsor website.
I too am a "Survivor ( I refuse to call myself a victim ) of Aggravated Assault attempted murder by my X husband in Michigan. I was never given a confidential address even after spending six months in the hospital recovering from my injuries he inflicted upon me. When my X contacted me after he got out of jail, I contacted my DA/prosecutor who immediately had a judge sign a No Trespass order as I already had a lifetime RO in place.

      Delete
    16. Anon I am also a survivor obviously before your time. I was severely abused by my X called cops etc to only be told they do not get involved in domestic disputes. He had guns pressed against my face so close that when the gun went off I felt the air. I told him I would rather die than live with him; he than told me he would kill my mom and dad, my nieces and sister so I went from 10 foot high and bulletproof to about an inch high. And yes I had three children with him of which they are my most precious loves of my life, however it was marital rape. I finally got the courage to file for divorce insisting I have a protective order in place. Guess what my atty was worthless did not have a protective and was beat with my clothes ripped off in front of my 3 year old son. So my question to you is what year did this happen to you and what county did you live in? I am also a Michigan victim. I ask you to please share your info.

      Delete
    17. I'm truly sorry for what happened to you Anon@1252, with that said ... as a survivor I never would divulge any of my personal details including dates, place of incident or my name online to total strangers.
Surely as a DV survivor you know that divulging any personal info to strangers on the WWW is dangerous and could compromise my safety.
Yes, protective orders are basically useless however I didn't just sit back & cry about it, I went to my prosecutor and obtained a no trespass order.
My whole point was that DA Wilson is not who Renee should be expecting to handle her issues with BW, but the prosecutor in her county in Michigan. And, this is not a DV forum / blog or the place to chat about DV. I come here to read the blog & occasionally comment .. I've learned to like many of the people on here and have been rooting along with them for BW to face justice for what he has put them through .. not to discuss DV .

      Delete
    18. If there has been any confusion about the point of this blog, let me clear that up. We are not activists, there is no group of DV survivors here, although there are some who have been there. We are not trying to change the courts. This is a blog, pure and simple. There is nothing we can do to help your cases, although we may listen, and sometimes give opinions.

And the above poster is more than correct, they are spot on. You should not be giving out details of your past, or identifying locations or anything else on a public blog. It's not safe. Believe me I know this as a fact.

Anon 12:52 I am truly sorry you have and are going through all that. Contact a woman's shelter for counseling. It helps to talk to others that have complete understanding of these horrific events. They will also have resources and contacts that can help you with the courts. And someone you can talk to who you can trust. Please, you don't really know anyone out here on the net, and can't get hugs and reassurance from them like you can a real person.

    9. Anon you r sickening. Why don't you tell me your name and why you have been victimized beyond Windsor. Dale Karin Trowbridge.

Wow Anon I am appalled by your statement, I would not want to be part of a class action suit involving a financer or volunteer of Windsor. Ginger Snap my case has nothing to do with law enforcement. FACT; the Michigan State Police are my and my daughters’ heroes. So back down on your erroneous thoughts, which should have never be published anywhere without supporting evidence. I sincerely hope Anon and Ginger Snap are not the founders of this website. If you are not then there is the possibility the real founders my actually care and accept my help. Renee and I have no alternative motive beyond exposing the illegal actions of the judiciary and other branches of the government. My number one priority is to prevent others from experiencing the horror I, my daughter, my other three children (not involved in this case) along with other family members and friends have. You must understand the trickle down effect which involves all who love and care. Renee’s case is different than mine but I know she too is out to prevent additional victims of corruption.

Perhaps you have never suffered as severely as I have. Perhaps you have not been pleading for exposure to prevent the unlawful abuse of children and good families caught within the vicious web of the court. My political representatives refused to help stating “the judiciary is a different branch of government”. My repeated attempts with the media were ignored; who in my best estimation are afraid of the judiciary. My nightmare began December 8, 1999 do the math; I have been attempting for 15 years (with 100% proof) to expose the illegal, unjust judiciary. My daughter suffered four years of emotional, mental and physical abuse due to the unlawful corrupt rulings of Eaton County MI, under the power of Judge Thomas S. Eviland. I was actually such a fool I once believed the Appellate Court would overturn the ruling. Yep once again inept believing the judicial tenure commission would hold the corrupt parties responsible for their actions.

I still have all proof and do not appreciate your Anon comment of “I would not want to be involved in a class action suit…….” Guess what I would not want to be in a class action suit with someone as uncaring as you. But Anon I am not sure if all participants on this website agree with you. I hope not anyway, if they all do agree with you and Ginger Snap I will never post on this site again; if not contact me at trowbridge.dale@yahoo.com. (Btw what are your real names and cases? Obviously Renee and I have no problem being known.) Anyhow I am done with this site if not contacted by the originators appreciating my desire to help.

      "Renee Harrrington
Great point, Anon 3:30pm, about Windsor blabbering anything he is told, as if it is fact.

I have run the MichiganOIDV website for years - and the only way I will publish something is if it is from a credible newspaper, or from court records. Numerous state and federal agencies, and media use MIOIDV - as a source. In other words, I have to be able to back up everything that is on my website."

    16. Sempifi I did not write that last comment about you. I appreciate all you have done for me. Hope you knew that. However once again confused by your comment are you bashing me or joeys? I only wrote again on this site cuz I thought you may have taken my last comment as a bash against you. Want to know if you are friend or foe; I believe friend but once again I openly admit to my past misjudgments. Once again friend or foe I very much appreciate you contacting me. This will be for sure my last post just want to know where you and I are at.

    17. I'm curious what, specifically, would you want to achieve with a class action lawsuit against Windsor?

  47. As someone who is not involved but has followed this out of curiosity for a year or so: To summarize, Bill has used a veil of "Being a Journalist," as protection for his string of vexatious legal actions and defamatory websites made against people who disagree with his opinions. These actions go back years, and started with the "Maid of the Mist" lawsuit, and may also extend to other lawsuits years before.

There is the question of whether Bill's actions are legitimate journalism or are stalking, but the courts say that he is not a legitimate journalist, but a stalker.

So how did Bill's original goal to prove corruption get confused by his stalking? The answer is it wasn't his original goal at all. He got started by filing vexatious lawsuits and then invented “Lawless America” as a way of covering this all up.

Someone correct me if I am wrong. I'm curious. Plus I live in Missoula and am interested in attending his hearings here.

    2. Geez I guess I am a liar because I am once again posting. But I had not read the previous posts prior to posting. First Sempifi I appreciate you more than you could know for informing about my "website". Second Brannon I am going to my county police on Monday and also DA sharing DA Wilsons contact info but you would know that if you had read my original post. To All from Dale Karin Trowbridge; I just do not understand why you would insult other victims regardless of their involvement with Windsor. I have already posted too much because it is clear to me ya'll do not care about victims outside of Ellis County. That is by no means meant about Sempifi. Btw thank you orig anon (which will not share real name or circumstances) and Gingersnap you have both helped my case of never being a Joey. Bye for good. Dale Karin Trowbridge

    3. Bye!!! and I never insulted other victims, based on there involvement with Windsor, I just don't like the bashing of our DA or pissy attitude about it, I think it's rather cuntish to do that, and awesome glad your going to your DA, maybe Renee can learn something and to be honest I personally don't care about everyone, there are certain people I care about, others I could give a shit less, that's called human nature, I've never come on here to act like I care about everyone, now I need another beer!! should I be more honest or point blank? also Im sure you will be back

    4. Why did he originally target you?

    5. Sorry, I'm sure I could google it and find it eventually.

    6. I'm not targeting anyone.
I'm not going to be a target either.
When shit got real? When Windsor was creeping in our neiborgoods & hometowns, where were you?
When we were in court for over a year, where were you?

      JeezaLouise & Freaking Thelma!
      Windsor is in jail.
      Breathe.
Any of y'all inquired how the Boushie family is? Or the Overstreets? Their .hatecoms have been up for over a year.
Just my opinion, but if I had my way? Those that got the first .hatecom sites made oughta be first in line to get them down.
      That's just me.

Another little prickly matter? There were some mighty snarky (shitty) comment made to DA Wilson of Ellus County's post about Windsor being wanted, then when Wilson posts he's captured? Same ones being shitty, were same ones licking up.
      Quit fence hopping.
Michigan doesn't do shit for y'all? Really? Why?
Ellis isn't my county, but it borders it to the West.
Don't dare be happy or relish the past coupla days, Nope. Get all butthurt & demand retractions & like Windsor, pontificate.
I never saw a claim on this site anywhere about being an advocacy group.
How much hand holding & back patting you reckon it's gonna take?
      #FOCUS
      #ToughUp
      #DoItYouself

Damn. There is only so much mollycoddling that can happen.
Did I mention the Boushies? Yeah, take some notes from them. They've had it BAD. Compare your shit to theirs from Windsor any day.
You really wanna thank anyone for Windsor getting caught? Send your thank yous to that family.

  48. Bill Winsor has done nothing but expose the corruption of our legal system a the political profiteers are pissed at his efforts he has exposed how they generate funding in the abuse of children and families in this nation, I helped a daughter who was exonerated by the transcripts but convicted and appealed the appeal blocked with fabricated evidence and children adopted out of the cps system and the daughter rights were still in place, she has went back to trial again we are awaiting appeal again but the permancy hearing is in July 2015 the last appeal if done the same won't be ready till Dec 2015
