Bill Windsor: Still Ugly

Bill reports that he has a new look and is now "invisible." So, let's take a look at his possible make-over. One option is  to simply shave and dye his hair dark. Maybe "invisible" just means invisible to the ladies. He's seriously not attractive. The Santa Claus beard adds a certain harmless grampa mistique, and he could be a creeper on the DL. But, when he doesn't have a beard, it's just all out there. Run girls!

This guy has smarmy written all over him.

Total Creeper
I mean, come on, the guy looks like Grumpy Cat. Am I right?

No. Seriously.
Look.

No, it's not just because he's a sad and bitter old man.

They're like totally separated at birth. The only difference is the fabulous outfit.
Look again.

And now, for a low budget, no effort look at several possible new looks for Bill.
Bum, bum, buuuuuuum!

  2. He's deflecting the real issue at hand, $000's in judgments, warrants, etc. and instead is preaching to his little band of followers, many on the fringes of society, about how most everyone in the legal system is corrupt. I can't wait for him to get caught and the statements he's posted about LE and Judges, as well as his "catch me if you can" taunts are considered at his sentencing. Assuming he's found guilty.

Sadly, he's not really taken that seriously IMO by LE, and these rants will probably be going on for some time. I wonder if LE is holding back another slew of charges that they'll spring on him when he's caught?

  3. I imagine being a fugitive, though not as bad as being in jail, must suck. Cashing checks, getting his mail, using his CC's all become a pain for him, I hope his drivers license and plates expire, if the car is in Barbs name, she would need to renew the plates and mail him the stickers, I hope she's smarter than that.

    1. Thanks. I have a story about the first film project I'll share for the first time here. There was a person with a commercial driver's license who was going to volunteer to drive Windsor around the country in an RV on his first filming tour in 2012. This fellow had never met Windsor, so he drove from another state to Windsor's home in Marietta, GA and met Bill and his wife, Barbara. Bill then whips out a contract he had written for the volunteer driver. It was essentially a contract for an indentured servant; the driver would be responsible for all driving plus he'd be Bill's main roadie with the responsibility setting up and taking down all of the camera equipment. He was also required to be Windsor's main gopher-- he'd have to get Bill's coffee, meals and do other chores at Windsor's whim. Needless to say, the guy backed out of that deal real quick!

  8. Press release:
New movie announced by Blowhard Productions:

Today Blowhard Productions announced an upcoming documentary film named Stoopidfellow. This groundbreaking production will document the utter stupidly of William M Windsor, or as he knows himself, Bill Windsor. This movie will feature footage of several delightful scenes such as, Bill being served with a restraining order while wearing a bullet proof vest, Sean D Fleming cashing his big fat check from Alcatraz Media, various judges calling Bill scurrilous and delusional, Susan's head being surgically removed from "Willy's" ass, and the climax, Bill being escorted from a courtroom in Missoula as Sean Boushie wets himself from laughing so hard.

This film is destined to win academy awards and set box office records. It will be debuted at Sundance 2016, or Patrick Wilson's re-election bash.

If wittle Willy is stressed perhaps he should drive to the nearest police station and turn his tankass in. Then, he can discuss with the Judge, all his complaints. Until then? He's going to have far more stress because every person that looks at his sideways, he'll assume saw his wanted poster and will turn him in. Every noise outside his door, late at night, the creeks and cracks of windows and doors? Might just be LE waiting to bust in.

Fact: Civil TX case is done, over kaput. He owes big time.
MT scribbling's? Yeah, those aren't even being read, nor do they need to be. Fugitives don't get to dictate squat, while they are fugitives. Appeals in TX? Moot, dismissed due to non payment, or not getting leave. Again, all done so what's he waiting for? MT is the only thing active, and they'll be coming soon.

    2. I wonder if the fugitive had to get rushed to the hospital because of a stoke from stress or too much pie... or got in a accident (auto, a fall etc .. ) if the cops responded along with a ambulance, if they would arrest him on the spot after running his license or wait for him to be released from the hospital.

It's too bad Bill has wasted all this energy harassing people who are clearly not stalking him. Likewise, it's not good that he is labeling all the judges who have decided against him as corrupt, instead of using his energy to target real corruption.

    7. That's some weak cheese, 12:21, and here's why:

      1) Windsor's vexi career is D-O-N-E done! He'll never be able to file again against anyone for any reason. Oh sure, he'll file, but he won't get anywhere with it--much like the criminal charges he tried to file against dozens of individuals.

      2) Windsor always said he knew he'd never collect a penny from anyone even if he won, he'd just consider it a moral victory. Well then, right back at ya! He's in a tight box and he can't get out of it except by surrendering. From today's post, the stress of being a fugitive from the law is taking its toll on ol' Billy--as it would on anyone.

      3) He's actually in a lot of danger now--he can't go to the cops, yet he's got lots of cash--he's a sitting duck for someone to prey on him. Ironic, huh?

      4) I think Sean F. has at least 250,000 reasons to hire a pro to hunt Windsor down. Windsor may think he's too clever for law enforcement, but he's not.

      Delete
    8. @Snooze12:21 You can't be that big of a dimbulb to believe this....
( What does it matter how many charges have been filed against him? They can't do anything with those charges unless they catch him, which they can't do. )

... of course they can & will "catch" him and maybe you too for aiding and abetting a fugitive. And, the more charges against him = more time in jail/prison, that kinda matters, duh !!!

Windsor, I only see ONE name here, and it's yours. Who are these "Friends" you're referring to?

"The University of Montana is a corrupt, criminal racketeering operation, and we feel that all prospective students and their parents need to know the important facts that they won't learn in propaganda from the Admissions Office. ... They have at least one would-be killer working right on campus. And rapists literally run wild there."

Might want to watch your writing and your mouth, Windsor. You've defamed Mr. Boushie with that little comment about "would-be killer;" you've also defamed the university by claiming rapists run wild there. Certainly hope you have some proof to back up these two statements!

Always claiming he's got evidence which is denied, yet if you read through the transcripts, or court orders/opinions, he either doesn't respond in time, can't prove his case, doesn't have real evidence (this is the ONE thing he doesn't seem to understand what actual evidence is) doesn't pay filing fees, etc. It always goes back to something he screwed up, or didn't follow through on, and then he's whining about his rights being denied.

  34. This is probably a better description.

Once upon a time, William M Windsor tried to pull some shady shit for his son's ticket company. He got caught, but no one tells Bill Windsor "No" so Bill Windsor kept doing it anyway. Then, he got his ass handed to him by several courts, who wouldn't let Bill manipulate them. This angered Bill, and sent him into a tail spin. So, Bill did what William does best, lie, sue, and write fiction--making false and unsubstantiated claims of "Mass Corruption."

Bill then decided to dig up some other angry people and form a group he called GRIP. When attempting to get ideas on how to gather millions of conspiracy theorist whack jobs, he "Quipped" about filming people. Bill figured that this angle would be far more appealing, giving the false illusion that he'd get their stories aired. Oh, but William never intended to actually make the film, he only wanted the head count and a penny each to join GRIP's/Lawless America "Revolutionary Party" group.

Then Bill continued to be butthurt across America when people started making fun of his fictitious filmed stories by other butthurt people who couldn't manipulate the system. So, Bill once again, did what Bill does best--throw another Gigantic Tantrum, and sue--and lose--which in Bill's feeble pea brain = Mass Corruption.

Then, Bill got caught violating an order of protection, but again, no one tells Bill "No" so he ran like true the chicken shit he is, diverting any way he could. Now, Bill mocks, taunts, and cowers behind his computer, for the knock on the door by the Good Guys who will cart him to the Court, to once again get his ass handed to him. And the rest of us lived happily ever after!

    1. Windsor: "Out of 40 contested motions, it was 40 for Maid of the Mist and zero for Alcatraz and me. This was all due to the dishonesty of Judge Orinda D. Evans."

The vast majority of people reading that, those fluent in legal matters and those not fluent in legal matters, won't interpret those two sentences as Windsor intended. Rightly, they'll figure Windsor didn't have a shred of a case so he lost on every motion.

I'd be interested to know if Windsor kept the same lawyer, or any lawyer at all during the entirety of the MOM fiasco. Is that when he started his career as a flawlessly losing litigator? Pro se, baby?

      Delete
    2. If I didn't know much about the Maid case (in fact I've read a good portion of the filings in it), what would catch my eye about that line is the number—40. Forty contested motions in a straightforward contract/tort case? That's eye-opening.

I've tried a large number of civil cases, some of which have dragged on interminably—and none of them have reached anywhere near forty contested motions. What that number would signal to me, a civil litigator, is that someone in the case was probably wasting the court's time with a large number of frivolous nonsense motions. Throw in the fact that Windsor's side was 0 for 40, and one gets a sense who the wacky movant was.

Earlier this month I was in federal court on a case that was initially filed four-and-a-half years ago; I believe it's the longest-duration court dispute I've ever been involved with. Well, in those four-and-a-half years, there have been a grand total of nine contested motions—a figure that is already slightly exaggerated by the fact that there are three different defendants in the case who have been forced to file individual dispositive motions (i.e., here, motions to dismiss and for summary judgment). If you throw out instances in which Defendants 2 and 3 filed motions that said little more than "Yeah, we want the same thing Defendant 1 is seeking," then there have been a grand total of five contested motions filed in the entire case.

To be sure, there is plenty of litigation going on in American courts that is far more complex, in various ways, than either the Maid litigation or this current federal case of mine. But if you're fighting out 40 contested motions in a single piece of litigation, either the case deals with extraordinarily convoluted factual or legal issues... or else someone is behaving simply ridiculously. And, well, there was nothing terribly complicated about the Maid case.

    3. @Attorney? Very well explained. Thank you, once again.
40, FORTY is a ridiculous number period.
Windsor simply loves the sound of his own voice or his words filed in a clerk's office, no matter how goofy or ridiculous! He could not, would not attempt to become a real, licensed attorney, because he lacks the intelligence and focus required.
It has been said repeatedly that he's crazy, delusional, choose a term. IMO? He is none, Windsor is a #wannabe at any & everything, but is unwilling &!flat refuses to ever follow through with anything, from his marriage, to his 'revolution', book, movie, legal wranglings, ect.
Windsor loses at everything because he simply cannot/will not follow any RULES, even the simplest guidelines to be a decent human elude Windsor.
I'm not a vengeful person, but I will readily admit that watching him disintegrate in every aspect now? Is immensely gratifying to me, especially as I think of all those he's used, taken advantage of, stalked, harassed, lied to and about, for decades. The list is literally endless! I have tried very hard to be empathetic toward those I don't agree with or understand their motives, at one time, even Windsor...not now.
I firmly believe he epitomizes #DomesticTerrorism, along with being a full fledged #SovCitz. Windsor attempted for years to hide his pure hate for our nation's government and judicial system under the guise of 'exposing corruption'. Pffffffft ©!
I am secure in knowing that the prison he's created for himself as a fugitive and the prison he will be incarcerated into, be ALL that he deserves!

    5. So, did attorneys for Bill milk him, and see a cash cow ?

It's possible, but I doubt it. My guess is that Windsor's counsel in the Maid case did the best job they could with the dog of a case he handed them—and, quite possibly, the back-seat driving he engaged in while it was being litigated.

The central decision that Judge Evans issued in that case makes it clear that the defense was burdened with some pretty ugly facts, including a nasty e-mail message that Windsor himself had sent to Maid. Call it an occupational hazard, but I have a hard time feeling anything but sympathy for the attorneys who were saddled with that stuff. My knee-jerk reflex is to presume that they earned every penny of fees that they got out of Windsor.

Oh okay. That's when his previous lawyers told him to take a fickin' hike - that he wasn't going to put them through that again. No matter. That's evidently when it started. P.S. Windsor did retain a lawyer for Alcatraz Media (his son's company) during the MoM boondoggle. The funniest part of the MoM case is, MoM didn't even want monetary damages!!! All they wanted was attorneys' fees and costs and a permanent injunction against Alcatraz Media selling boat-tour ticket vouchers.

On the other hand, Windsor demanded at least four-million in damages and a promise that Alcatraz could sell those vouchers forever, for whatever price Alcatraz wanted to (which was one of the main sticking points of the case). How'd that work out for you, Windsor?

    1. The governor will never even see that letter. A staffer will open it, laugh, then throw it away.

    2. Right, then Windsor will say something to the effect of "Bill Windsor's rights were denied by the Governor of Montana, and I highly suspect he is leading the MT Mafia, and it is a Conspiracy with the TX Governor as well." Then he'll go write another article about how the Constitution is Void, there are no First Amendment rights (for stalkers) and much, much more.

    4. NO, the Governor of MT will not throw the letter away, or his staff, it will be sent to the AG of MONT, and copies made for a number of D A's in MONT, and the investigative services in MONT, is the likely course on how that will transpire(IMHO). THE MONT AG might ask for some ( <<>>>), Will the MONT Sup Crt rulings(s) be attached as ADDENDUM(S), in replies, and assorted.... Just a guess, the B-LETTER will not be thrown in any TRASH CAN. It is more illustrative than some may ever know

I am now preparing DEMANDS that this illegal bench warrant be expunged from the National Crime Information Center database of accused bad guys and guyettes. I am proceeding to build as long a list as is appropriate of people who violate my Constitutional rights."

    9. Bill is just begging to get 'slapped' again. I think he likes being beat. Just look at his track record, he obviously lives just to be told he's failed (again)

Oh and Billy, all those hate sites you started since you lost the case in Ellis County, those are extra special proof. Be sure and print those up and carry them with you. Judges love that shit!!

    10. Sniff, sniff, is that the smell of desperation? I think so!

He's getting impatient waiting for someone to bow down to his demand letters, but he'll be waiting a very long time. It doesn't work like that. Each day that ticks by, is another day of defying court orders. Both in MT and TX.

Not one shred of remorse. Just more belligerence. The same belligerence that got him into this mess. Him filing the first appeal in MT before the actual hearing, which is what created his dilemma, and his idiocy-- claiming he was denied a hearing. It was his own actions that created the temp order to be extended, of which he refused to acknowledge as valid. It's been said numerous time and it's completely true, Windsor is his own worst enemy.

Just watch him spin now, each article, each demand, every single thing he does, which is not by the law, but he'll spin it into denying his rights. He deserves everything he gets and then some.

  46. I wonder who Bill is going to claim as his Admin. You know he will claim he never published any of these bizarre ramblings. He will try to say a 'friend' wrote and published them. LOL< he has no idea that can be easily debunked, and whoever aids him in committing this fraud and violations of a protective order is just as libel.

There's a easy remedy to preventing that anon@637, which is if someone other than him is posting on his Facebook ... one must report this to Facebook as him being hacked or his account comprised .... Facebook will deactivate his account until he shows them proof via a Government issued photo ID that he is indeed BW and he is posting on "His" Facebook page .. this would then be a matter of record for future court cases when he tries to claim, he didn't post the bizarre crap. Plus it will be a pain in his fat ass to have to show Government issued photo ID to Facebook to get his account reactivated LOL !!!

You don't have any lawsuits pending anywhere, Bill. You think the Governor can't check that?

You're fantasizing again, Bill. You may actually have forced yourself to believe there's a chance that Judges you've now slandered daily will re-open a civil case they've officially dumpstered.

I am publishing this here so there is a public record somewhere in case something should happen to me. I did not use an attorney.

I have left 50% of whatever I have to each of my two granddaughters. I have specifically disinherited my two children in recognition for what they have done to me.

I want to be cremated and scattered as quickly as possible because of my claustrophobia. I have named one of my siblings as executor.

And if I die anytime soon, expect foul play. The list of suspects will be a mile long."

  59. "I want to be cremated and scattered as quickly as possible because of my claustrophobia."

Why would you worry about claustrophobia if you're dead?

"I have specifically disinherited my two children in recognition for what they have done to me."

And what, exactly, have they done? Refused to let you see your grandkids because of the life YOU chose? Not given in to your blustering bullshit and threats? Refused to help hide you because you brought all this on your bitter, asshole self? Whatever they've done, good for them. You deserved it.

"And if I die anytime soon, expect foul play. The list of suspects will be a mile long."

Trust me, Windsor. No one wants you dead. No one cares about your empty threats, blustering and in-general childish behavior. You'll get what's coming to you -- either in prison, or dying a lonely, bitter old man with no real friends whom no one will mourn or remember six months after you're gone. "Evil indeed is the man who has not one woman to mourn him." That quote fits you, Windsor, to a tee.

    1. Yeah well, they can play games all they like but until the Windsor Family stands up and speaks to the public that they have ALLOWED to be hurt, then they are just as guilty as he is. They knew who and what he was but have done nothing to protect or defend his victims. Yes, you are still potentially liable that Alcatraz Media assets were used to hurt people, and that you did not cooperate in apprehending him, then you are also potentially liable to his victims whose fight was made all the harder by your silence. Don't expect that to change because your Monster Patriarch makes casual and soft words against you.

He has an addiction call it computer- disease, or keyboard-EBOLA, this is eating him up.

  61. Most Governors won't react to your publicly attacking them, Bill. They figure it comes with the job. But now you've started attacking Montana State employees. Governors won't tolerate much of that. That could increase the priority assigned to finding you and putting you in jail.

That is, the top State Employee? The Governor? Probably fair game. Some attorney or clerk or intern? You're treading on dangerous ground there, Bill. Maybe that's your intent. We'll see.
