Tyler Dugger School's Old Man Windsor in Court

As Bill continues to drift off into his own personal abyss of irrelevancy,  he received a major slap down to his motion to quash a bench warrant.  Bill has been dismissive of Tyler Dugger, an intern for Missoula County DA.  Bill likes to say he's too young and inexperienced to go up against the likes of Windsor.  Well, Tyler took Bill behind the legal woodshed and gave him a whooping.

Once again, Bill can't seem to get anything right in his motions....including the title.  The order is not void, its in effect, prohibits the actions Bill took and continues to take and the worst part....its not even a debatable point.  Its settled law.  Dugger also harpoons Bill's claim of being part of the press. Bottom line is its check mate for Bill Windsor.

****Update*****

There is more

Ohhh no, this is going to violate Bill's non-existent constitutional right to get vexatious.

  3. Bill is half right. The second amendment guarantees freedom of speech. It doesn't mean you can yell, "FIRE" in a crowded theater unless there really is a fire. That would be abusing that right. Windsor lost the right to publish the name of Sean Boushie when he was issued the restraining order. I've seen what he wrote about Boushie and I've seen the photos of Boushie's home and office and truck. If that's not stalking I don't know what is. I'm sure the Judge, corrupt or not, made the right decision. Bill just doesn't like the decision. If I were Boushie I'd be scared to death. Thank god there laws to protect people from people like him. There are lots of laws I don't like however I obey these laws because I don't care to face the consequences of not obeying them. Bill Windsor is a LAWLESS MAN !!!

  4. Good for him, Bill is a bully, and Tyler has learned at a young age how to deal with a bully. Tyler Dugger is working hard on his career and this bag of Sh*t decides to take a swipe at him for no apparent reason. Bill seeks the weak, but Tyler isn't weak, and he knows the judges, another great call for Blow Hard Billy. You've insulted the Judges, DA, Interns, let's see...I guess the Governor and AG of MT would be next?

Just love it when the responses and motions pretty much state everything we've already said here. Windsor violated a very valid order of protection. Windsor is a fugitive, the warrant is valid, Windsor is on the NCIC list, and the warrant won't be remedied by one of his frivolous and meritless filings, AND because he is a fugitive, he shouldn't be allowed to file his voluminous, frivolous crap.

Can't wait to hear what happens tomorrow!

There is a whole section on Facebook just about how Facebook cooperates with LE. Even a link to request info about a user if you're LE. In addition ... Facebook has a link that you can download your data for your personal needs. OMG. I looked at what is included data and it is EVERYTHING you do on Facebook, every post, comment, like, search. photo etc ... and the exact date and time ... every IP you use to get on Facebook inc. the dates, times and location ... every login and location .. etc .. basically everything you do on Facebook is documented and preserved .... including all the fugitive's IP locations where he is posting on Facebook at & the times, dates and computers he is using .. which with a subpoena LE can have access to, if they don't already. I was amazed at the "data" they are collecting.

  13. At the start of all this Tyler Dugger didn't know Bill Windsor from Adam. Windsor made it a point to criticize Dugger and belittle him. Kid was just doing his job. All of this is pretty important. Didn't Windsor stop to think for one minute that Tyler Dugger might be well-liked in his workplace? That people might naturally be supportive and protective of an innocent intern - some nice fellow who's working on his law degree - even more than they would be protective of a prosecutor or a judge?

Here, Windsor has not only made a bad decision, it's a *perfectly* bad decision - a decision that would easily win the Blue Ribbon in the Bad Decision Contest at the State Fair.

Windsor isn't satisfied with being prosecuted. He has to be a pleasure to prosecute. He must be happily prosecuted. Mission accomplished.

Mary, clearly you came here and read the Tyler's response. What in there was confusing to you about Windsor now fleeing, not paying the bond in TX or showing up like he said he would when the Governor's signatures came in? Interesting that Windsor, who's a fugitive, hasn't appeared before Larson, or any Judge in MT yet, would be able to "Outsmart" them by sending in a recusal that appears to not be proper court protocol as of yet.

    3. As a layman, it seems this simple to me, you go to court and address your accusers, not with a tsunami of filings or electronically. Even a person like Lindsay Lohan has a lawyer there for arraignments if she won't be there.

If we did have a virtual court system, we'd have a 10,000 Bill Windsors, sitting in their basements drinking hot chocolate and bringing our court system to a halt. I hope they shut down his filing abilities today....

    1. Contrary to popular belief, a bench warrant is not the same as an arrest warrant.
So what’s the difference between the two? First and foremost, whereas arrest warrants are issued when a person is suspected of committing a crime, bench warrants are reserved for individuals who commit an offense against the court. Secondly, while arrest warrants are typically only used in criminal cases, a bench warrant can be issued for civil cases as well. If a bench warrant has been issued against you, it means that you can be arrested immediately In addition, the officer must physically show you the bench warrant at the time of your arrest, or shortly thereafter.

    2. Correct, so the "service" was done at the time of the previous court, the correct service of time/date of the court proceedings you skipped, release from jail, or signing of the bond, whatever the case. If you have a bench warrant, you are just ordered to appear. You either go take care of it, or get arrested to be forced to appear. I'd like to see a court or a cop knock on your door (or mail to the proper address ) and serve a guy a bench warrant for non appearance then say "okay then, have a great night, see ya later". Defeats the purpose of the warrant (or need for it) in the first place. Lol. Windsor is some piece of work.

    3. Question:
What is a bench warrant? Is there a difference between a bench warrant and a regular arrest warrant?
      Answer:
Here's a mnemonic device to start you off: A "bench warrant" usually means someone didn't have their backside on the bench when they should have. That's the bench in front of the judge, not the park bench where pigeons can be fed.
Speaking more technically, a bench warrant is issued by a judge when a defendant violates the rules of the court. Most often, the defendant has simply failed to show up. Once a bench warrant is issued, however, the police can treat it like any other arrest warrant -- and use it to bring the defendant back in front of the judge. (For more on failing to appear in court, see Bail Jumping—or Failing to Appear After Bailing Out.)
By contrast, the arrest warrant process is started by a police officer. The officer files a statement with the judge explaining why he believes that the person named has committed a crime (in legalese, the officer is showing "probable cause" to arrest the person). If the judge is convinced, she signs the warrant, and the police can make the arrest. That doesn't mean that police officers must go running back to court for arrest warrants for every purse-snatcher they see. Many arrests do not require a warrant at all. The most typical use of an arrest warrant is when an officer wants to nab an unsuspecting suspect in the comfort of his or her own home. Simply busting down the suspect's front door in such a non-emergency situation would be neither polite nor legal.

    2. All of these articles are just pure b.s. His hatred of the Government oozes with every word typed. I believe he is really just trying to litter the internet with as much flaming Anti Govt. rhetoric as possible before he gets locked up--that way, he will feel somewhat accomplished in his goal to go down as a Martyr for the "cause." The Lawless America Revolution--where all Lawless People believe they can do whatever the hell they want, and never be held accountable. Surely he'll fail at that too though.
