Bill Windsor, Hopelessly Adrift at Sea

Reality is the bitter enemy of Windsor.  As I have been highlighting, this little fugitive trek Bill started out on is really backfiring on him now as he is beginning to realize that he can no longer scare anyone with his usual terrorist threats.  He can keep screaming and yelling and cursing any and everyone that has ever come into contact with him, but he is still drifting away into his own abyss and no one is left hear his cries.

No matter how many times he tries his criminal case on facebook, and no matter how hard he tries to convince himself that he is inflicting pain on others......the results are just not there.  Ohh and Bill, here is the other huge problem for you.....you have to go appear before the MT court before you can start making your criminal defense argument.  I'm sorry, but they are not going to make up special rules for you.  You can make all the demands you want, but you are the last person on earth a "somebody" is going to listen to.

Bill decided, over the weekend, to elevate his wilful insubordination of a protective order over cases of rape.  His temper tantrum knows no bounds as he continues to demand attention and fear.  Even his loyal followers are now confused over which references is another lame attempt at humor, and which one is just another empty threat.  As he continues to drown his sorrows away in a bag of chocolate (his version of "changing his appearance") once the sugar rush wears off.....his bitter life long foe, reality, sets right back in again.  Day 43 of not being in a courtroom has taken a toll.....he doesn't seem to be able to hold out much longer.  But a court appearance will equal prison.....what an ironic situation for a life long vexatious litigant.

Great points Ginger. He's still huffing and puffing, but it's all Blowhard Blustery Billshit. He dug himself into a hole the only way he'll get out of--is to go to court and answer (something he doesn't like to do. Ever) It is ironic like you said. He may be a millionaire but that doesn't make him immune from prosecution. Something I think he never thought of before.

  2. Bitler--"ELLIS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY PATRICK WILSON SHOULD GET LIFE IN PRISON WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF PAROLE, AND AUTHORITIES SHOULD CONSIDER TRYING HIM FOR TREASON...."

Treason; the crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government.

Create the "Revolutionary Party." Join in, find them all guilty of treason, the only act the death penalty should be used for. Yeah, I'd say Windsor should be the one charged with TREASON!

Yeah, those servers, to allow Bill to run his gagging over(FROM) or in ICELAND.(SERVERS), beaming from, WWW, TWEETS FROM the COLD
YEAH, Joe Zernik and Bill, and as you all note the twin, OLD GEORGE McDermott., fat boy in the Beltway.
No need to run you tracking software to, BIG SKY Country, TEX D A Wilson could track him down in a heart beat if he wanted to, but is that TOPS, or MOPS ?
Yeah, riddles in Texas, and and Bills' off -shore connections. WOW.
Recall, his FAMILY name was something else before it was Windsor, and the old W C Field jokes, who is laughing last ? Yeah, who gets the last laugh. Is this all like a trilogy of KING LEAR, NEAR DALLAS ?
Taking the Country back, is the HOOK, yeah, but for who, and for whom do the bells TOLL ? No, not Taco BELLS, but can't any of you all do some U of Mont CHEER leading songs, for the FOLKS, or is it all HOOK 'EM horns with you boat tour operators, Recall, it all started over some dust up over Boat Tours at the Falls, (ticket gigs),MAID of MIST, and why have none asked, how much did Windsor pay to attorneys, were the attorneys he hired in Georgia, not worth a crap. How is this all hidden in the saga on BILL Tales from the swamps of Georgia ?

    3. Snippet from his recent .com post:

Bill Windsor is proposing a change to the laws in Texas and Montana. Any prosecuting attorney who intentionally violates the rights of someone and wrongfully imprisons them should be subject to a sentence of a minimum of 10 years in prison and a maximum of life in prison without the possibility of parole. Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson deserves life, and the authorities should consider trying him for treason. And we all know what the penalty might be for that! It's up to the judge and jury.

Bill Windsor wonders if Jake Heffernan and Amy L. Lockhart want to go to prison with Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson. Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson has committed one or more felonies, and if they don't report him to the authorities, they will be guilty of the crime of misprision of felonies as well as acting as accomplices in the wrongful imprisonment of William M. Windsor. Something to think about, huh Jake and Amy?

    4. Windsor is not from Georgia--he's from Texas. Although he wasn't born in Texas, he grew up in Texas, went to school in Texas, went to college in Texas, married and raised children in Texas, and started many businesses (and law suits) in Texas. I think he moved to Georgia to be with his family and grand kids, but of course we know the evil Joeys took his family away from him, so he moved back to what he considered was his true home: Texas.

In the MoM case, Windsor claims he spent apx. $1.5M on attorneys. He claims the attorneys lost the case because they forgot to file a crucial affidavit of a women who overheard a conversation between Windsor and a MoM executive. Windsor claimed the agreements in the conversion constituted a verbal contract. Did you get that? Here we have a self-proclaimed serial CEO who wants to enforce a verbal contract for a multi-million-dollar deal over the phone! What's wrong with that picture?

    6. thats probably the biggest thing about Bill...he was born into wealth, into privilege....raised to be a somebody, declared himself a CEO...acted the part, but there is just one big problem, he has below average intelligence. Thats why he never fit in with his peers. Thats why all his ideas are simply lifted from someone else, but even at that he still can't get them to work. He is quick to bully and weed out any intelligent people around him because he knows they will expose his dirty secret. At this point he is happy to be the blind leading the blind

    7. Looks like the 10th Appeals Court in Texas is now tapping its mighty and collective toe waiting on payment from Windsor--he's beyond 30 days since filing his rubbish.

    9. Well, the math on attorney payments is most curious, all the money Windsor paid for his own attorneys,(in Georgia) and the big amounts he had to pay for the attorneys of those he sued due to what were deemed his malicious activity. (by the Courts in Georgia, who he has utter hate for).
The Georgia MoM is where he went off the rails, and became unhinged, his giant tipping point. What is even more curious, he brags on getting money from some lady, DT, he posts up it made him cry, one moment, then later he goes on the WWW, and savages the unfortunate lady, as if he has a sadistic streak in him, fed by some
WWW mania/ urges. Does he really think a WWW blog is tantamount to a court, and his ravings are court filings ? If so, how many false claims has he filed with assorted states. But, he now believes he has discovered the key, to put P Wilson( D A Ellis County) behind bars, and prove, he is really the Clarence Darrow of America(2015 time). His hate for real lawyers, knows no bounds, It stems from MoM, which was a travel ticket dispute, in his son's company in Georgia. It is so ironic, that it was Montana where BILLY BO ran aground, and @ the U of Mont, and it was Lab TECH, S B, who led the charge, which has now ensnarled two states in the BILLY cyber bombastics, played out in CYBER- WWW-land. MoM caused BILLY to snap, tragic in some ways.
He figures there are 1,000s and 1000's of gullible people on the WWW, who will read his crap and swallow it, hook line and sinker. He is taping into the vein of hate for lawyers, and those who got a raw deal in the justice system. His trip to Missoula was his Waterloo. His inept handling of legal pleadings in Montana, has forced issues going into uncharted waters. Here things stand, the 2nd decade of the I-net, and the U S justice systems dealing with the tantrums of unhinged Uncle BILLY.
His claims on being a biz man, how true are there, so he sold T Shirts,
and had a few rag trade magazines, is he really a tycoon ?
He is indeed a riddle wrapped in a paradox, covered over in a his own bytes. Does he know when to keep his fingers off a key board and an upload button, or is it he just can't help himself, the mania has over-powered him. The new Cyber Mania, perhaps the DOCs at the Anderson Clinic will get FED funds to study this new form of some CYBER bug

Bill Windsor is on the road again at 11:15 am Eastern Time on February 9, 2015 -- Day 43 on "Lawless America Road Trip #3."

If you know where this is, you know where he stopped...

...Still haven't caught him after 43 days.

The only news to report ths morning is that Bill Windsor is busy getting far, far away from Montana. May he never see it again. Bill is now happily invisible!

Missoula County Attorney Kirsten Pabst now has her website set up. If she has an honest bone in her body, she will dismiss all the charges against Bill Windsor and claim that she was confused about the law.

Corrupt Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson seems to be threatening that Bill Windsor will be shot. See the recent comment by Julia Fletcher with a photo of a man shooting a rifle on the Ellis County District Attorney's Facebook Page. Julia wrote:

About a year or two ago, Mr. Boushie sent me a photo of a butcher knife with vulgar comments - as though he was trying to scare me and stop me from exposing public corruption.
"If we just remember that we're dealing with adults who are acting like adolescents, it will help keep things in perspective. We need to get the attention of good people in authority in Texas - and federal authorities - and ask them to investigate the corruption in Texas and Montana so the public corruption is apropriately addressed and so those who are exposing the corruption are protected. It looks like there's a lot of public corruption in Texas."

I love vacations. I will be writing windsor a letter soon but it won't call for his resignation. He will be getting lots of 8am wake up calls, Mid-afternoon calls and late night calls on that cellphone of his. Family members might get calls asking for his whereabouts. This is all because of great debt collectors who will be looking for that $250,000 owed. I might even hire a private detective to follow the postal mail and all. I hear some of the tools used will be Spokeo, and other awesome places. So while bill will be hanging out in one place it will make it easier to find out where he is. He chose to stop making the fake movie to sue people.
He chose to let his "precious family" slip into the abyss for his vindictiveness.
He chose to sue people with zero merit to his claims, and lose, to make the false illusion of more "Government Corruption."
He chose to ignore court orders protecting the Boushie's. Everyone has read Larson's orders, and knows Bill is full of shit about his void stance.
He chose to go on the lam, not appear back in court when the Governors signatures came in.

All his choices. Always the wrong ones, always blaming everyone else for those wrong choices.

injunction or other order issued for the purpose of preventing violent or threatening acts or harassment against, or contact or communication with or physical proximity to, another person, including temporary ex parte and final orders issued by civil and criminal courts (other than child support orders) whether brought as an independent action or in another proceeding, provided that any civil order was issued in response to a specific complaint, petition, or motion sought by the victim.
This order is enforceable in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, all tribal lands and all U.S. territories, and shall be enforced as if it were an order of that jurisdiction.
Violations of this order are subject to state and federal criminal penalties.
If you travel across state or tribal boundaries with the intent to violate the order (including with intent to injure the plaintiff) and then commit a violation of the order (including committing a crime of violence causing bodily injury), you may be convicted of a federal offense under VAWA (sec. 2261[a][1]). You may also be convicted of a federal offense if you cause the plaintiff to cross a state or tribal boundary for this purpose (sec. 2262[a][2]).
If a final order is entered against you after the hearing, even if you did not attend, you may be prohibited from possessing, transporting or accepting a firearm under the 1994 amendments to the Gun Control Act, 18 U.S.C. 922 (g)(8). They are simply going confirm a FELONY warrant exist. When the warrant is confirmed, they are done. No trial, no discovery, just a jail cell until MT or Texas get there to pick him up. I hope Bill continues convincing himself that 17 states can't arrest him. That idiot will try to sue more people soon and when he does, game over.

And, it clearly shows he knew the TOP was active and extended, as he appealed it becoming such, right? Or am I misunderstanding something?

  16. Anon 5:52: You are correct. Windsor can't file any new lawsuit ANYWHERE without posting at least a 50-thousand-dollar bond against sanctions (and getting the permission of the federal district in which he plans to file). And yes, Windsor knows full well about the TOP. He appealed it twice, once to the District Court and once to the Montana Supreme Court (as that link will show you). Both appeals were denied, the extension stands, and the order is still in place. He's claimed at least twice now that he was never given a chance to appeal it. He's lying. He's also claimed it doesn't apply to him because he's not in Montana doing anything. Another lie. His victim still lives there -- so the order is still good.

    11. It's an interesting topic, Anon @6:54.

As I think I've said in previous threads, Windsor would be (is being!) very foolish to proceed in his criminal case without an attorney. If and when he is apprehended, Windsor's fate is largely going to be in the discretionary hands of a prosecutor and possibly a judge—and a well-respected defense attorney is the best possible person to have in his corner under those circumstances.

Now, it would appear that Windsor thinks that he can beat the Montana charges as a matter of law—which is probably the most significant of the various reasons he thinks he can do without an attorney. I find his legal arguments dubious, but even if they're correct, he's better off with a pro making them than he is with himself. (Not that he's likely to see things that way.)

I'm not at all convinced that "no attorney would take Windsor." Presuming he has the kind of money stashed away that many folks here believe he has, I have to believe that there would be plenty of practitioners willing to represent him. (Many of us are accustomed to dealing with difficult clients.) It could be a significant problem if Windsor demands that his counsel litigate in the manner that Windsor himself litigates, though. He'd be a horrific "backseat driver," if he sees fit to behave that way.

Finally, while under ordinary circumstances a criminal defendant has the right to represent himself, that right is not absolute. A defendant who wastes the court's time (or patience) with delaying tactics or other nonsense can be forced by the court to retain counsel. Given Windsor's litigation career to date (and the recognition of same by Montana courts), I think there's a very good chance that his request to represent himself would be rejected right off the bat. Those are quite possibly the wages of "paper terrorism."

      Delete
    12. I also see the issues that Windsor will have in this criminal case, is that he will more than likely try to turn HIS criminal case into a "See, look what he did..." appeal/civil suit deal. It's all he knows. He can't answer his charges without saying but, but...I have massive evidence. None of that will matter. It's a did you do this? He'll lie, they'll show the evidence (that he never has) and boom. One lie down.

Just looking at all the justifications he's attempting to distract from his own actions, is a pretty good indicator at what he'll attempt in a court. However, the criminal Judge won't allow him to play his side stepping semantic games like the civil court in TX did.

It's been said here numerous times, he's got nothing. He did break the law, and he will have to answer for it. His belligerence over the past 45 days surely will also count against him in a negative way. He spit on the Judges, DA's and the protection orders, when he started posting Boushie's name again. Clearly showing no remorse, which in a criminal case, the defendant really needs to do their best to persuade the Judge they have. Not Windsor. No way. Pompous, Arrogant, Cocky, Vindictive Prick. There is not one thing I think an Attorney could possibly do, to help Windsor at this point. He's screwed himself good this time.

There is not one thing I think an Attorney could possibly do, to help Windsor at this point.

I don't think that's true. You're quite correct that Windsor has made a series of very bad moves that have harmed his legal position—and it's doubtful that any attorney could undo very much of that harm. But I strongly suspect that there is still a range of reasonably possible outcomes (mainly sentencing terms) available to the prosecutor and judge in the criminal case. A good defense attorney could still be a major help in getting Windsor something nearer the favorable end of that range. I don't think he's doomed to a de facto life sentence... yet.

I'm plunking my (imaginary) money down now to bet that the Montana court won't allow Windsor to "go pro se" in the eventual criminal trial. Surely, at this point, all of the judges who could potentially preside over that trial have a pretty good idea of what would be coming if they let him do that.

      Delete
    23. ohhh could you imagine the lawsuits and screaming bill would do if a court made him take on consul in his criminal case?

I certainly can. I think there's a real possibility that the Montana court would do it anyway. As the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 1975:

"[T]he trial judge may terminate self-representation by a defendant who deliberately engages in serious and obstructionist misconduct.

"The right to self-representation is not a license to abuse the dignity of the courtroom. Neither is it a license not to comply with relevant rules of procedural and substantive law."

      Faretta v. California, 422 U.S. 806, 834 n.46 (1975) (citation omitted).

Alternatively, the Montana court could give him an instruction along the lines of "Okay, you can represent yourself for now—but if I see one more burst of craziness from you I'm going to appoint you a lawyer." It seems to me, though, that the antics he's already been up to in the Montana criminal proceedings have quite possibly worn out his welcome on Faretta terms.

      We'll see, I guess.

  30. Mary D - " Invisible Native Chief enjoying sweat lodges, pipe, sweet grass, drums, chants, rain, thunder and sun dance!"

(Strangely enough the " The Singing Stone" offers retreats & ceremonies that include everything Mary mentioned ...)

    1. MaryD is an avid JIALK reader. I thought she was bringing up the Native Chief thing due to the video above. She's not terribly bright, nor original. She sees things, and then incorporates them into her by and thru epic fail spew. She's a nut. There isn't any other explanation.

  31. "HELP NEEDED. Would someone who knows how to run a warrants check please run a check for William M. Windsor, age 66, Madison South Dakota or Marietta Georgia or Dallas Texas?

I used a website once before, but I can't find it now. I used beenverified.com, but it shows no warrants. I haven't received word if Montana quashed the bench warrant, and I need to know if the crooks in Texas did anything."

"Mike J Mcilroy-- Just call the court clerks office and ask them"
"Bill Windsor-- Thanks, Mike, but I need to know what will show up in the Boonies"

LMAO!! Why doesn't Marty call his 3 letter buddies for access to the NCIC data base. Oh, that's right because he doesn't have any. Uh, Windsor--you are looking for information that wouldn't be listed on a public data base. HAHAH Oh man, someone is paranoid today. Yes, your name is on the NCIC data base, does that help?

    1. Hopefully, since Windsor is such an avid #Tweeter, as he claims, I, out of the kindness of my heart, sent a #tweet to @EllisCountyDA to do the #Fugitive a 'solid' & help him out by removing any doubts about warrants pending!
I highly suggest he zip on to WalMart, Kinkos, the UPS store, his usual daily trots, though, being so invisible, as Windsor has repeatedly claimed, should protect him, right?
      Derrrrrrrr.
MaryD? Help your leader, here, Gurl. Tell him to go on & venture outta the boonies in the Rolls.

We gotta mark this one up to his top 3 Dipshittiest things ever Facebooked.

    2. It's all clear Willy. No warrants for your arrest anywhere. If you hurry, you can make it to the hearing in Ellis Co tomorrow. You can be there in person to hear how much money you owe Kellie. Be sure you bring your check book. And maybe a few extra pairs of socks.
