When Bill Windsor Speaks, His Nose Grows

So to recap yesterday's pie fight, lets track all that Windsor said.  It all started when we (OReader and Yappy) did a little digging and found out that the pictures that Bill was posting on where he supposedly was, where all stock photos from the internet.  He even went on to mark on a map the exact locations he supposedly went to such as Paramount Pictures and Rodeo Drive.  So the logical question to ask is if you just went to a location and you want to tell your followers that, why would you take the time to find a fake pic on the net to show it?  Then we could see that his facebook time stamp and his claimed locations didn't jive either.  Throw in the fact that he was able to constantly update his facebook and other pages throughout the day and you have us finally say "pants on fire".  He has struck back and decided to show us some pictures of some building he was at, in some location at some time not known.  10-4 Pie Daddy

Then we have the fake news story he made about the police needing to have riot officers out because they knew Lawless America the movie was going to be such a big hit.  Yappy called and found out from the hotel that they have no knowledge of any of that.  No police inquires, nothing.  Just a made up story to try and get his dwindling followers to amp up and re-commit themselves to his cause.  Pie Daddy bragged that he now has 30,000 followers yesterday   Well he linked those supposed followers to this site and my traffic on here decreased slightly from the day before.  So I say pants on fire once more.

The Pie Man then made a fatal mistake when, in his rage at reading this site for the first time, decided to out us to his followers, along with a link to it.  He goes and puts up a picture of some poor guy and says:

Lawless America No, I just posted this picture and message above. I do not know who owns the site, but I was told three or four months ago that it is a pedophile. I find it especially interesting that he or it has teamed up with the hate group, American Mothers Political Party.

So that was the pic believed to be me?  "It is possible that he used the photo of a better-looking guy" heh cute way of admitting you lied.  Then you say that I, a person you admit you dont know who I am, have been emailing you threats and all kinds of lies?  And you then ask your lemmings to report me to the FBI.  So how do you know I'm emailing you threats and lies if you don't even know who or what I am in the first place?  On top of that you told your lemmings you don't have time to read your 50,000 emails a day anyway.  So which lie is it?

David Webb Blames Joey Dauben's Demise on Alcohol

David Webb is the Joey apologists that stuck by Joey's side all the way to the end.  Yes he did cover the trial itself in a balanced manner but leading up to it, he acted as the mouthpiece for Joey as his stories always reflected the Joey Dauben slant.  He even went along with the Joey/Presley "we are about to get married" lie and watched it blow up in his face as she didn't even bother staying for the trial.  Anyway, he makes a few good observations, but on the whole he still doesn't understand who Joey Dauben is.

David's opening statement says it all:  "After sitting through a surreal, six-day child sexual assault trial recently I came away with the knowledge that the least likely of people can fall victim to disaster if they are foolish enough to consume alcohol with a minor who legally cannot give consent to sexually activity."

-least likely?  fall victim?  Its alcohol's fault?

"It seemed impossible that the youthful, charming Dauben who came from a humble background and seemed so driven to be someone someday could succumb to a fate so sinister that it would destroy his life."

-humble is an understatement.  Why was this impossible?

"To the best of my knowledge Dauben was straight, but apparently anything can happen late at night when two people are drinking alcohol alone." 

-well first of all your knowledge of Joey is very limited, in fact its limited to only what Joey told you.  There goes the blame alcohol excuse again.

"It didn’t matter that the teenager, now 20, testified he willingly participated in the sexual activity, and that he came from a broken, troubled home that probably contributed to him being alone late at night drinking with an adult 12 years older than him"

-ummmm, what a horrible statement.  If we are to believe the victim's testimony I would not go as far as say he "willingly participated", I would say the boy wanted out of there but he just didn't say no loud enough to stop Joey.  At no point in time did I hear anything that sounded like the boy wanted this.  What the hell does the broken home have to do with him being alone that night?  IT WAS A CHURCH CAMP!!!!!  It was the responsibly of the organizers to oversee the boys that night, not the parents.

"The Texas youth did not make an “outcry” about the sexual contact with Dauben until the summer of 2008, a year after it happened, when he told a friend, who told a pastor, who told the youth’s father."

-yeah but he did tell someone shortly after the event, and actually this is fairly common in most rape cases that the victim, especially a young boy who had a hard time understanding what happened,, would be scared to come forward.

I and I alone started this blog and I have never been accused by Joey Dauben of anything, much less sexual assault   Can you get anything right David, I mean anything?

-Ahh, finally a sentence we can all agree with

-the first sentence is true, the second has no evidence to support that claim.

"Some of the last words Dauben said to me in the courtroom before the bailiff led him off in handcuffs were, “I’m going to take responsibility for this.”

-Joey has no idea what the world responsible means, so how can he take it?

 

Billy Throws His Pies At Us Now

Let the pies fly!!!  So Billy finally finds this site and in his outrage he makes a dumb move, he posts this site for all his lemmings to see (I can see one of them asking Bill very shortly "what is a lemming"?). 

Billy grabs the first pie he can get, and that being the one his former adopted daughter Presley Dauben gave him.  Presley, before she was kicked out of his cult, told the pie man about this site and told him that her dad ran it.  Poor Presley, everytime she lies she gets ratted out.  She knows very well that her dad doesn't run this site, but then again she was never good at the lying game was she?

So the pie man strikes, but he contradicts as well.  He puts up a picture of some hick on his site and says that's me and I'm a pedophile and I have been emailing and harassing him.  He then later goes on to admit to his minions that he doesn't really have any idea who runs this blog.  Then he asks his lemmings to report this blog to the FBI, he would do it but he doesn't want to make another false report, that's what lemmings are for after all.

So we should be seeing his goons and his worshipers on this site shortly, buckle up, its gonna be fun.  Just make sure everyone takes the time to enjoy some pie in the process.

Just a Little Too Much Pie in the Sky?

How does a man who says he has no money, go all around the country filming people with no donations?  Maybe he is exaggerating   Yappy and OReader's BS meter was going off and after a little investigating  it turns out that all the pics he is posting from his time in both Hawaii and Los Angeles are standard stock photos that everyone can find on the internet.  If he really is in the locations he claims, why not put up real photos, why spend the time to find fake ones on the internet?  It also appears his facebook timestamps don't jive with the times he says he is in a certain location?

Pie Daddy also decided to chicken out of his called showdown in Montana.  He claims he has a bad cough and must head back home, but maybe he was home all along.

The Problem With the Pie Man's Open Mic Tour

This is more of a semi-serious post on why Lawless America is a failure (besides the problems with the Pie Man).  There is no doubt that corruption does exist at any level of power.  It has since the beginning of time, and it will until this world ends, I don't think anyone would question that.  The problem is trying to convince your average Joe, who has no dog in the fight, that your situation is corrupt.  Certainly LA has jumped the shark in this regard.

I have no doubt that some of the individuals in the LA open mic tour have a legitimate case.  The problem is they are drowned out by the never-ending side show circuses  To be effective in something like this you must be exceptionally focused and specific.  Who exactly do you have a grievance with and show me proof of why?  That is what you would need to do to get buy in from the general public.

Instead, we have the LA pie tour and open mic.  Any and everyone can go under his lights and talk about whatever they want.  Everyone is corrupt.  No proof, no vetting, no follow up just bits and clips of some long sordid affair.  Now, the Pie Daddy never really wanted to fight widespread corruption, just his own problems so he doesn't seem to be to worried about the fact that LA has no focus.  Bill is much more interested in picking personal fights with different groups and individuals because, after all, thats how this pie tour got started in the first place.  Bill was legally kicked out of the courts, so he will show them, he will start a nationwide tour to build support for HIM, not really any cause.  He will wrong everyone's rights, just as long as everyone understands its about HIM.

Just look at this little sight seeing trip he is planning in DC.  The lemmings have no idea where they are going, they can't even get a hotel at this point.  Bill says they are pretty much responsible for setting up their own schedule.  Other than one meeting together, which will be like a giant blind date as all these internet personalities meet in real life, there is no co-ordination no plan.  This does bother some of the followers, but not Bill.  He is just after some sort of event he can spin as a major success and continue to build followers and pie across the country.

Then we have the LA facebook page.  Its the wild west.  The conspiracy nutcases have taken it over.  Sandy Hook was a government cover-up.  China is working with our Mafia to control the CPS.  Then you have those that are political activist both on the right and left.  Again, someone looking at that page for the first time would get the impression that LA is about any and everything as long as anarchy is involved.  And as we follow these people more and more, that might be exactly what it is about.

Some of The Emperor's Followers Make a Discovery

Some of his minions are starting to get suspicious of all the conflicting orders from Der Fuhrer.  One of them, Debbie, had this to say about Windsor's ever expanding naughty list:

Earlier this morning I sent you an e-mail stating I wanted to be removed as Manager of the Lawless America Indiana Facebook page. This is directly due to your “orders” that you are now implementing. Are you attempting to be a dictator here, I Sir will not now, nor ever take your orders.

The Pie Man had no other choice to respond to such independent, rational and logical thinking than to say:

Then he goes on to explain why he did that:

Lawless America I don't like eliminating people from this project (but since I lost about half of the videos I shot, I need to figure out a reason to X them out). But I made it extremely clear before I ever left Atlanta (when no one knew who I was) on June 14 that there are two things I cannot and will not tolerate: liars and extremely rude people (who wont give me pie). At that time, I never dreamed (it was during the day and I was wide awake) I needed to add evil people and vicious slanderers. I have to do what I think is best for the project and the movie (uh oh lemmings, read between the lines, he is laying the foundation for a big change), and if anyone doesn't like that, the option is quite simple: unfriend and go away...quietly (please go quietly because I can't stand people speaking out of turn and without the emperor's blessing).

Then he decides to give everyone an update on his little "Mr. Smith Goes to Hollywood" trip.

1-15-2013 - 6:00 PM PACIFIC TIME - HOLLYWOOD CALIFORNIA:

I met some nice people in the movie business today (some WB janitors let me in and I had some apple pie). Those I spoke with said they were very excited about what we have (pie?), though the best meeting was with a pro who doesn't do document...aries (pro at what?). He is headed to the Sundance Film Festival where he plans to speak with several of the right people for the project (so I met a guy who knows a guy, who plans to go to sundance to talk to some other guys). He indicated that he felt this is a natural for a television series (like Gilligan's Island?). He indicated it should be much more compelling than a show like America's Most Wanted because of the human interest; her loved The Nobodies (what do we mean by "loved").

So, we now have several irons in the fire (oh Billy, you have many more than that you just don't know it yet). I believe we have three very viable possibilities: One contract from an agent for a TV series (wait, when do agents offer contracts for TV shows?); an application to be on a reality TV show with 19 other documentary directors vying for funding (ummmm, did you just say reality TV?); and the last group I met with today.See More  (hey lemmings, did you notice what word he didn't use, yes that's right no MOVIE, all of these will be available at your local youtube)

       

The Pies Continue To Fly

If anyone thought that the Pie Daddy had called off the war he started, you were mistaken.  The battle has broken off into several skirmishes as Windsor has put Loryn Ryder in his sights and unleashed his gustapo on her.  Connie has decided to fight back and has announced that she and AMPP are teaming up to make a movie about Bill.  Take that, we can make up a fake movie and advertise it around just like you do.  Well them is fighting words for Bill, and he is now trying to redeploy his confused lemmings to counteract this new threat.   Der Fuhrer is throwing out the number of followers he has to let everyone know what they are up against.  My fake movie is better than your fake movie should be the battle cry.

Ok, So What is The Score?

Now that we have had time to digest all the news and information coming from Joey's sentencing, I think we now have a pretty good idea of where it stands.

The jury wanted no part of straight up probation, and from my information I think several of the jurors seemed to want a much stiffer sentence.  They arrived at something, I think, everyone, and maybe even Joey, would agree is fair.  He must serve some solid time in prison, he must forever be a registered sex offender, but they wanted to give him a chance to rehabilitate and come back as a productive member of society.  His penalty is:


3 ten year sentences for the 3 sexual assaults of a child charges, and a $7,500 fine
1 ten year probation which will kick in after he is released from prison for the indecency with a child charge.
The Judge will decide next Tuesday if these sentences run concurrently or stacked and he will be eligible for parole half way through his term
So best case scenario, Joey is out in 5 years and on probation, worst case he could be stuck in prison for 30.

Now, as to today's drama, I think Joey's attorney Ed Jendrzey saved Joey from some extra prison time with this statement:
"He noted that the ex-blogger is small and not strong, and he could be severely injured or even killed in prison."  from the rare reporter blog
I don't think after watching him sob on the witness stand that any juror would disagree with that statement.  Jendrezy also repeated his claim that this was a very strange case.  Well the case itself isn't all that strange, other than the time it took to bring charges, it was a simple rape of a young boy.  But what I really think he means by that is that he has a complete nutcase as a client.  Remember when Patrick Wilson wanted Joey to undergo a psychological evaluation?  Jendrezy was noted as making it very clear to the Judge that he wanted no part of any appeal aka I will never stand on behalf of this crazy kid ever again.

To sum it up, this is a terrible case of a boy who was raped by someone with cold calculation.  The victim is a hero to many people he will probably never know who Joey attacked, as well as prevented future crimes both of the sexual and slanderous nature on potential victims.  Society is a winner in Joey Dauben going to prison.   Joey had every opportunity to swallow his massive pride and take a deal, he turned down a 10 year probation only plea offer.  I think he could have had a much lighter sentence even after the verdict if he had just owned up to what he did.  So while society is a winner, there really is no reason to rejoice as a life that could have been so much has now been compromised.  It is so sad that it had to end this way, but in the end its the only way it could have.

Joey Dauben is Headed to Prison for At Least 10 years

I'm hearing that Joey was convicted to 10 years on each of the three counts, and and lingering probation attached with the other felony. The Judge will decide Tuesday if its concurrent or stacked. Joey was taken into custody. Ok, update, the 10 years for the lesser felony is community service/probation. So he could possibly get 30 years prison plus 10 years probation, its up to the Judge now.

The Defense Has Concluded Their Dog and Pony Show

It sounds like Joey has taken over on his defense team as they have spent the morning bringing up character witnesses in an effort to get Joey probation.  They have called a messianc mother of 9 who said Joey was always good around her kids.  Prosecution asks her if Joey was ever alone with any of them....No, would you want Joey to drink around them...No (I would have also asked why anyone would have 9 kids).

Then comes the Kevin's house story.  Joey trots up there the mother who came to Joey about abuses at Kevins House.  She said she wanted to notify someone, so she told Joey.  Then up comes her son who is a convicted felon (drug crime) and his testimony backfires to some degree.

Next we have Joey's probation officer I guess to say that Joey sort of followed his probation.  Then the defense rested, Mommy and Daddy sitting on the sidelines deciding not to beg for mercy.  So now the jury is deciding on how long he will be in prison.

Ahhh yeah, I almost forgot about this one.  Lets paint the picture.....Joey had just been raided, as he said, for the Ellis County case and he was already saying on his blog that he had protection of the press in not having to reveal his sources or be accountable for them.  I and a couple of others told him on his blog that he is not the press, he is just a blogger and nothing more and he better take those charges seriously.  I dared him post his tax returns if he really thinks he was some sort of media group.  Instead of that, he decided to give us a tour of his messy blazer.  Ahhh memories.  Back then he thought I was a female process server in DeSoto (thats what his criminal buddy Margetis told him), now he thinks I'm some guy in Ennis.

Joey Dauben Now Faces His Future

A court room in Corsicana is about to be called into order and the jurors will hear pleas from Joey's parents on what to do with his future.  Let's be clear on this, there is no way Joey doesn't get at least 10 years in prison. The jury has no choice, even by Joey's own words.  I would say its 10 at the low end in and 25 at the high end.  His parents may be able to shave a few years off, but thats about all they can hope for.

I can't think of anyone in the world more unprepared and unfit for prison than Joey.  Then throw in the fact that he will be in there for sex with a young boy and the odds will be all against him.  I still say he belongs in a prison mental institution but most likely he will be heading down to the state's general population.  If he survives, and thats a huge if, he will no doubt be a drastically changed person when he gets out.  In some ways that can only be a good thing, but will he try to make the best of his time there?  Learn some real life skills.  Try and equip himself so that the mid 40 year old man that re-emerges from prison will have a chance at some sort of life outside those walls.  Or will he fall victim to himself and the system and become someone who can not make it outside of the new system he must learn to adapt to?

So after Windsor backs out of a showdown in Montana that he ordered, Daddy Dauben's new messiah has continued with his paid vacation around the country.  He has learned that he needs to use cars with GPS (I guess he still hasn't figured out that he has it on his phone).
He went to Hawaii and now there is a pie shortage in the island state as a result.

Loryn and Connie set up a new facebook page to attack Lawless America.
Another group has out smarted Bill as they have actually made application for the trademark of Lawless America and may force Bill into using another name.  The Pie man responds by saying he has the rights to it because of his fake movie on IMBD and that he called it a copyright, even though he never actually did it.

Joey Dauben's Own Words Are Used Against Him During Sentencing

I could spend a couple of hours of "I told you so" on this, but I will spare everyone that.  I will have to do one though.  Many have disagreed with the name of this blog..joey is a little kid.  Oh he most certainly is:

“If you’d be merciful and give me probation, that’s great,” he said. “If you were to hold me to the same standards as the Ellis County Observer, then no.”

Dauben described one case in which he falsely accused a man of sexually abusing his children based on the word of the man’s estranged wife. In that instance, he was arrested and convicted of the fraudulent use of identifying information in Ellis County.

“I made a mistake,” he said. “I falsely accused a man of the same thing I’m accused of.”

At that time, Dauben was put on probation and told he couldn’t get on the Internet anymore. His probation was revoked when the newspapers continued publishing. Dauben said he didn’t do it, though.

It was unclear Friday evening if Dauben realized the irony of the situation — that he claims to be falsely accused, just as he falsely accused others; that he advocated the death penalty for child predators, but asked for mercy for himself after he was convicted of it; that within half an hour of his conviction, he took the stand and cried as he described his role as sole defender of children.

“I’ve learned I’m not a judge,” he said. “I didn’t have mercy on people. I was not forgiving of people.”

These revelations came to him the second time he went to jail, Dauben said.

Dauben also said he accepted the jury’s decision, but he refused to admit having sexually assaulted a 14-year-old boy in 2007 while at a church retreat at Navarro Mills Reservoir, insisting that he was falsely accused. When Wolf asked him if the purpose of probation wasn’t rehabilitation, and wasn’t a necessity of rehab that the person admit guilt, Dauben dithered and finally said yes, adding: “I’m not going to admit to something I didn’t do.”

So once again we have Joey basically saying I take full responsibility for my actions, but I didn't do it.  I would still say the mental institution should be on the table here.

Its no longer charged with, its no longer we think he will be, he is now a convicted sexual predator on young children.  Presley Dauben choose to connect her life to this monster, she is now literally known as a pedophile lover, by technical definition.

I must admit, even I was blown away by the details in this case.  Joey blitzed this poor innocent, unsuspecting boy with cold calculation and callous.  Joey had a plan, executed on it and before the boy really knew what was happening, he was being raped by a man who seemed exhibiting all the signs of a professional and seasoned sex predator.  Its the sad end to the story of Joey Dauben, whatever he goes on to do, this will be what he is remembered for.  All those that were slandered by him can now rest in the fact that they were slandered by convicted felon.  In a way they are forever exonerated, at least in the online world.  Mommy, Daddy, and all the Daubenistsas are left holding the bag as their blind faith in all things Joey is now backfired on the very things they said they were against.  Its a bitter-sweet ending to a fascinating story.

The Jury Has Gone Into Deliberations

There really is no other drama and anticipation like when a jury, who hold the freedom of one man in their hands, goes back into their room to come up with a verdict.  That is where we stand now.  The longer they take, the better it is for Joey, at least in terms of a reduced sentence.

Apparently there was some last second drama as the Judge allowed the case to be re-opened and Bruce was asked to give more testimony, against the objection of the State.  Heh, maybe Jimmy really did stop the presses.  I think Joey's attorney is doing his best to pull a rabbit out of his hat, but either way its in the hands of the jurors.

The Jury Will Have a Tough Decision Today

First lets get a quick recap of where we are in the trial:

For the prosecution we have:
The boy's detailed emotional testimony
Joey's "shower waiting" reference well after the event
Professional testimony that Joey engaged in grooming the boy for sex
Brandy Owen's testimony which contradicted Joey's
Officer Bobo backing up Owen's version of events

For the defense we have:
Who bought the wild turkey
Did Joey give it to them or did the boy steal it from his dad
Why did his dad go missing shortly after this event
The boy made a hypothetical threat of accusing Joey's friend of sexual misconduct
Joey says he didn't do it and....its a big conspiracy aimed at him by the political machine in a neighbouring county.


Joey made several fatal errors when he took the stand against his attorney's advice.  One is he forgot which lie he was going with and contradicted a the one he told earlier.  The other thing he did is made the jury not like him.  He gets up there and right off lets the jury and everyone in there know just how insane he really is by saying he will one day run for President of the United States.  Then he goes on to demonstrate to the jury a consistent disregard for the rules of the court and then excusing it all because he was "passionate".  The problem is "passion" probably had something to do with what happened that night as well, and its not one of the approved excuses.  Then he goes conspiratorial and I can't imagine how lost that poor Navarro jury must have been at that point.

So today they will head back to deliberate Joey's fate.  I think the question for them will be where do the convict him?  To prison or to a mental institution, or one of those that does both?  But no matter how you slice it, last night was Joey's last night as a free man for quite a long time.

Wow, that's all I can say.  Joey, against his attorney's wishes, takes the stand and almost immediately goes into the "Powers that be in Ellis County orchestrated this" conspiracy.  The Dauben delusion and rage comes out as he has to be stopped by the Judge's gavel mid-sentence as he lashes out at everything he can think of.  This would include Joey saying he thinks the father of the boy set him up for some reason, even though he really didn't even know Joey.  Joey then says this set up was payback for his Kevin's House story, even though no logical person can see any connection.

Then Joey goes into a Connie IBedellesque rant about how the boy falsely accused him.  Joey said he only had a swig of the wild turkey and did go out on the boat but only because the boy wanted to so badly.  Joey said halfway out in the boat he decided to think "hey this doesn't look right, what am I doing out here" and then paddled back to shore and went to bed (notice he didn't say anything about the shower room).

So now here comes, OMG I just can't take the irony here, his former co-editor of the Ellis County Press, Brandy Owen herself.  Brandy was forced to appear, but once she did her testimony was devastating to Joey.  Brandy said:
"Owen said Dauben spoke to her about the allegations in late 2011, and that he told her he went out on the lake with the teenager and that they went to the restroom before going to their respective tents. Although she initially supported Dauben, Owens said she had doubts about the veracity of his explanation. "It just didn't sound right," she said."

Ooops, did everyone notice what Joey left out in his testimony that he did admit to Brandy?  Yes that's right, he forgot to mention his little excursion to the restroom with the boy.  I can just see Joey's attorney's face and palm meeting at this point.

David Webb mentions that Joey rejected 4 different plea's including 10 years probation (no prison time) but registered sex offender.  I think at this point just about no one can feel sorry for this impudent monster as he chose his fate, all the way to the ugly end.  Tommorow, his freedom will end as the jury will have their chance to tell Joey what they think of him.

Will Joey Dauben Make a Run For the Border?

That is the first question on people's mind, did he, last night, cut off his ankle bracelet and head for Mexico?  I dont think so because I think in Joey's head he thinks he is winning.  He probably feels he is going to come in today, take the stand and clear up this big misunderstanding.  But lets look at what we have learned:

-Joey is a hardcore sexual deviant.  The ease at which he put the full court press on this 14 year old virgin in one night leaves no doubt in my mind that he has been a part of a dark sexually perverse underground for some time.  What really scares me the most in this story is how Joey didn't seem that nervous, he didn't seem to be worried that what he did was wrong and said, as the boy testified Joey saying "everybody does it".  I think that might be true in the circles that Joey ran in.  We now have to look at Joey's relationship with Michael Messinger in a new light.  Not just as one monster and one curious confused blogger, but as two monsters involved in a dark underground world of sexual exploitation of young boys.  I think its pretty clear that Joey wasn't just a reporter in this, he was right there involved in it.

-The hard turn towards exposing child predators that Joey decided to take is pretty clear now.  No wonder Joey couldn't stop talking about pedo rings, he was obsessed with them.  Now we can see why he loved reporting every single sick detail in these pedo rings he just knew were out there.  Well of course he knew about them, he was very much a part of it.  Maybe he figured that if he could snitch out the others, his sins would be absolved.

-What blame do Mommy and Daddy Dauben share in this monster that roams in their midsts?  They were more than willing to give Joey all the aid he needed to continue living the lifestyle he did.  They might have disagreed with parts of what Joey did but never did their disproval equal a lack of support, either monetarily or by defending their son.  Cheri taking the stand yesterday to try and explain that Joey liked to do other things while the shower was running and while waiting for it to heat up, was an insult to everyone in the courtroom that day.  But it was classic Dauben.  These people live in a make believe world where any and everything they say must be true mainly because they said it.  Accountability for ones actions is never given, only excuses and blame shifting even if that means going conspiratorial.

-So far the defense has been able to get everyone wondering the big questions like "who originally bought the Wild Turkey, and was Joey drinking beer or Wild Turkey when he was with the boys".  I guess this is really all they have to work with and we might even go into the conspiracies today as Joey takes then stand, they have nothing left to lose at this point.  How will Joey go out, with all the mainstream media there for one last shot of the boy blogger, what will he say or do to leave a lasting impression of who and what he really is?

Now we have Webb's story, with more details.  Joey brought the raft that they ended up on together.  Joey left early the next morning before the boy got up.  Then we have this:
"David Stebbins, a licensed professional counselor for the University of Texas Medical System, testified he determined from the materials sent to him a year ago by the prosecution that Dauben had used the technique of "grooming" to seduce the alleged victim in 2007. That technique is used by sex addicts to gain control of victims, and it can be accomplished in minutes, days, weeks or months, depending upon the individuals involved, he said."

Joey's defense team then kicks in with the other two boys who were with them that night but had gone to bed before Joey and the boy went out on his raft.  They claim that it was the boy's father that had the wild turkey that Joey gave to the boy and that Joey was drinking beer (Joey always drank liquor, I don't ever remember him drinking beer).

Then we have the boy and Joey exchanging a message well after the incident with the boy:
"The next message shows that the alleged victim responded to the bulletin with the message, "That's awesome. What exactly are you doing up there?" Dauben responded that he was attending a public policy hearing and said, "Let's get together. I hear a shower calling my name."

So enter now Mommy Dauben, as Cheri tries to come to the rescue and explain away that shower calling reference as just a Joeyism that he used all the time.  Hey and who is to argue with her, she is after all a Dauben therefore she must be right.

So it turns out its much worse than we ever thought.  The love of Presley Dauben's life is a monster.  The testimony revealed today that the boy was a virgin, was given liquor by Joey and then taken out on a raft and then to the shower.  As we also speculated there were messages between Joey and the boy afterwards that indicate they had a sexual relationship.  He described in great detail (as I said earlier would be critical) exactly what happened in the shower.  The boy told a girl about it the next day but it wasn't until a year later that he told another girl about it that she believed him and reported it.  The boy didn't want to testify initially because he felt it was somehow his fault.  He had trouble taking a shower and became angry afterwards.  Joey even gave the kid his business card.

And then we have the defense in cross-examination.

Under cross examination, Dauben’s attorney asked if the boy had ever heard the expression “I hear my bed calling me,” or similar things, but the boy said he hadn’t.  this was in reference to a text message joey sent after the incident where he said he heard his shower calling him

Also under cross examination, he was asked if he’d been forced to stay and drink with Dauben, or to go out on the raft, or even to go into the showers with his alleged molester.

“No one forced me,” the boy testified.

Wow, so to sum up:  Joey doesn't have a defense.  He most certainly did it, he is a monster and all his followers now have a 666 mark on their forehead for sticking with him.  Ohhh Presley how indescribably stupid you must feel at this point.  Forever you will be know as this monster's other half, that now is your online legacy.

Important Day for Joey Dauben's Defense

Probably going on right now down in Corsicana Texas, Joey Dauben's freedom is on the line.  The boy, now 19 year old man, who accused Joey of sexual assault in 2007 is on the stand.  The prosecution came out swinging yesterday and teed everything up for the accuser to come in and knock it out of the park.  Two things to watch for in today's testimony.  How graphic and detailed oriented will the boy be in describing exactly what happened in the shower with Joey.  How credible will he look to the jury.

Today we will also get a good look at just what Joey's defense is going to be under cross-examination.  We have certainly been given hints that they plan on attacking this boy's credibility.  That may be a tough sell.  So far we have learned that he came from a divided home but its hard to connect any of that to what Joey is accused of.  The defense has got to establish holes in his testimony, and not incidental ones but holes large enough to create reasonable doubt that the boy is telling the truth.

Lawless America There is NO forgiving (the Bible be damned). I cannot forgive the crimes these women have perpetrated and continue to perpetrate (I hate them so much), the outrageous libel and slander (only I get to do those crimes), and on and on (I say on and on because those are the only words in my lexicon to describe them, oh and I hate them). That is a hate group. Those are hateful women (I hate them so much I might be a hate group now). I will have absolutely nothing to do with anyone associated with them in any manner (unless they have pie). I am filing criminal charges against several of them (I just don't know their names, locations ect), and I will file civil charges as well (oh yeah, I can't the courts wont let me, why are my pants on fire again?). I still have 150 friends who Like their page, and I will unfriend all of those people (also, could someone show me how you unfriend someone on facebook?). If you don't like this, please unfriend me (and then tell me how you did it). I simply will not ever tolerate liars and extremely rude people, and these folks have taken both to a whole new level (God I hate them so much I can't see straight).

Is It Really Joey Sandusky? Day One of The Joey Dauben Trial

David Webb once again gives us a play by play of the prosecutions opening round.  I have mentioned the similarities between Joey and Jerry several times on here.  No question Jerry is a much bigger monster than Joey but we can't help but notice the striking deja vu going on here. So far from Joey we have heard that the boy is a liar and then we hear some deep conspiratorial plot as the reason for this accusation.  Now we are taken back to the shower rooms.

Joey is accused of sexually assaulting this boy in the shower at this camp ground site in Navarro.  Joey was stupid and left a myspace message to the boy that mentions a "shower waiting".  Context is needed on that statement but once again we have a situation where if the prosecution can just establish that this boy and Joey showered together, its game set match for Joey Dabuen.  Why in hell would Joey be showering with an underage boy alone?  It seems that other witnesses are going to be able to establish that at the very least they were together alone in the shower.

The other fact that comes out today is that this boy didn't want to make these accusations and reluctantly admitted them to his mother, but he made them shortly after the incident and has stuck by them ever since.  His behavior was withdrawn and isolated after this incident. 

The prosecution has teed up the ball for day two.  If the boy comes in to testify and can establish what was alleged today, the ball will be out of the park and I don't think it will matter what Joey says in defense at that point.  Even if he didn't actually engage in sexual intercourse with the boy he is going to be guilty by proximity.

He starts off the video as the gentle granddad but it quickly takes a turn.  First of all Bill, you can always start of a sentence with "I'm probably about as big as a....." in your case that goes without saying.  I can't figure out this woman's case and I sure can't tell from the video's on Lawless as to why she no longer has her kids. She is legally retarded but she claims that's not true she was just sleepy the day the evaluated her.

At the end of the video Bill goes after the judge in this case and threatens her that he will "personally track you down for the rest of my life until you are exposed, and we will do our best to see that you are put in prison for the rest of your life".  So much vindictive anger aimed at those in authority with the Pie Man.
