Joey Dauben Gets a Pen Pal

Probably out of sheer boredom on both sides, the Joey Dauben mailed a letter to the Bill Windsor and bill was delighted to receive it.  One reason I put this picture at the top of this article is to show how Joey can pull off something Bill will never be able to do......be a solid six foot tall in his mug shot. Old man Windsor would be topping off around Joey's glasses.

In the letter, which very much seems originally solicited by Bill, Joey shows just why he is still such a kid.  Unfortunately, he is every bit as delusional as he was when he was running free in Ellis County.  Joey mentions how he still dreams about being vindicated for his crimes (no sign of actual remorse) and those very dreams reassure him that he is being persecuted for his godly crusade.  I had hoped that Joey would have changed.....drastically by this point.  He does indicate that he had recklessly harmed many good people's reputations with his gossip rag, but he doesn't seem set on changing course.  Joey is spending his time taking legal classes in the one day dream of coming out and becoming a lawyer.  That registered sex offender cloud hanging over his head will make that quite difficult, but why stop dreaming now?  Joey offered Bill some advice......always have two witnesses as Joey kinda got burned on the just one witness.  Again, zero remorse.....good luck on getting parole.

Meanwhile, Bill has consulted with his legal team (susan) and he has decided that the Judge is going to be soon dismissing his MT criminal case and its best to go ahead and start gloating about his imminent victory now.  With his long, long loooong career of losing in court rooms all across this nation, his instincts tell him he is sure to come out smelling like roses in this case.  So break out the champagne and reeces and lets party.

Bill's premature celebration has even taken the next step to ask the question of now what?  What is next after his already declared victory over the MT courts?  Well, that question is easy to answer in Bill's case.  He will continue to live his life filling vexatious litigation all over this nation under the made up guise of "fighting corruption".  Vindictive is his middle name, and you can count on a new offensive legal front against the judges, law enforcement, and criminal justice system that has pestered him for nearly two years now.  Vengeance is mine says the Windsor, and MT or anyone else thinks he might finally leave them alone.......you don't know Bill Windsor. He will most surely spend the remaining days of his miserable life attacking any and all of those that dispensed justice (what he calls corruption) in his case.

Bill Sees the Doctor

There is nothing in this world that Windsor loves to do more than filing frivolous, malicious and duplicative lawsuits.  But what ranks right behind that is going to the doctor and telling the doctor what new illnesses he has (to be used in future litigation as a stall tactic).

Bill was back at it this week:

I haven't wanted to say anything about it because I have had way too much medical stuff to report uhhh, that's a lie. But, a few people know, so here goes.

I am having difficulty walking you are old and fat, mystery solved. It started just before I went to Missoula Montana for the hearing scheduled with only 22 hours' notice no, its been going on for years.  You have been waddling in and out of court rooms now for quite some time. The 11-hour marathon drive didn't help!  so how does driving impair your waddling ability, or lack there of? 

Tests are being processed today.  yes they are, all around the nation I think I have the best doctors and nurses in the world. Just look at this team above! you are so funny bill...don't ever let reality tell you otherwise 

Nurse Mary gave me some things to try like telling the truth?, and I really appreciate her help. I fell over today next time make sure you don't have to reach as far for your Reeces while sitting at your desk, so I decided I couldn't put the doctor off any longer.

Dr. Raul feels there is only the tiniest of chances that there is a blood clot. That was a relief.  you dont have lupus either  My blood pressure was excellent (as it always is), but my pulse was really high compulsive lying will do that. I was poked and prodded and squeezed  its been a while hasn't it?. And Nurse Christine jabbed several holes in me as she tried to get blood. I am a phlebotomist's biggest challenge as my veins just don't want to pop up. that's the result of a lifetime spent avoiding exercise or manual labor of any kind, your muscle tissue is virtually non-existent and the blood veins are buried deep

Dr. Raul won't offer an opinion until after he gets the blood work back.  uhhh that's how all doctors operate He did say that I really need to get in to see a neurologist you do, you are insane, so hopefully he can make that happen.

My calves feel like I have the world's worst charley-horses, but only when I put weight on them.  I think you just figured out your problem, weight  And then there's the tremor. May or may not be linked. More likely its linked to a lifetime of lying

Nurse Christine says I haven't been eating enough bananas. So, I'm eating bananas!  did you tell her you have been practically living at Snuffers, Fuddruckers, Dickey's and Burger King?

Please don't worry about me. I won't I'm sure I'll be fine. I'm sure you will be, but that's not what you will be telling the judge now is it?  Hey, worst case, maybe I can get a handicapped parking sticker... or a cane... or a wheelchair.  scooter, fat lazy man wants scooter.. or a wonderful woman to care for me. ohhhh, a two seater scooter? This reminds me of when you wanted to install your "movie" cam on the top of your car so you didn't even have to get out to "film" your subjects for your "movie"  Walking is for suckers isn't it bill?

Windsor Prepares for the Winter

Perhaps anticipating a long cold winter in Montana, Bill has planned ahead by putting his winter coat on now.  In a new video he posted a few days ago, it also appears as if Bill is going to store up extra acorns in his cheeks.. taking a page from the local chipmunk play-book.  Being the self absorbed narcissist/pathological liar that Bill is, he was quick to blame the hotel lighting for his troll-like appearance.  At one point in the long-winded selfie with audio, Bill also took the time to point out that those U of M police officers who served him the restraining order on campus were actually giants.  That, along with an apparently bad camera angle made it appear that Bill was short, but he assures everyone that he is in fact 6 foot tall.....Montana giants aside.

Bill is alternating between nervous and giddy.  He can't figure out what's going on, but in his mind.....he must be winning.  He is not sure if he trial is still on for the 28th, or if it will be delayed. All his stupid motions to dismiss the case in MT were denied, but Bill claims in his trial by facebook that all those motions must have won since Jennifer Clark didn't respond to his denied motions.  None of his appeals/stall tactics are working, but of course thats just more evidence for his fake movie of judicial corruption.  The windsor wheel of delusions never seems to stop spinning.

One thing we can be sure of is that Bill didn't store up all those acorn (Reeces) in his cheeks for nothing.  As long as he is a free man.....and even if he isn't, he will spend all fall and winter filing as many frivolous lawsuits as possible.  It is who he is, at his core.  There is a reason corruption and dishonesty follows him no matter where he goes......he is it.  Windsor, and all the other legal/paper terrorists like him are what is clogging and retarding our judicial system.  If you love what this Nation was founded on, if you love freedom and liberty given to all and the responsibility that derives from that......you must then hate everything Windsor and his ilk are doing.  He is attacking our freedoms by abusing them to a ludicrous end.  To stand up for the principles that this Country was founded on means to stand against the American Terrorist Bill Windsor and his Lawless band of mutants.

Windsor Demands Everyone Speak American in his Lawless America

While Bill continues to exact his favorite form of terrorism on the Montana courts (paper), he made a very telling declaration in the comments on his facebook page.

Bill Windsor I agree. I would LOVE to be able to speak Spanish. I took it for two years in high school, and I just didn't learn. I've always felt that if you want to be an American, learn American. But I have sooo much respect for anyone who speaks more than one language!!!

Maybe he was having trouble seeing the trees from the forest? Bill has also decided to tout his new made up category he uses in measuring just how many people pay attention to him. He noticed that by exploiting pictures of the dead body of a 2 year old girl he was able to get more views on his page. But still that number wasn't anything to write home about so he made up a new category called "clicks" and decided to say he has over a million of them. So now have we taken our country back?

Bills admission of failure to learn a new language can now be added to his pot of other failures: father, son, husband, grandfather, CEO, terrorist, RV owner, home owner, any kind of math, movie/tv/book producer, detective, pro se litigant, humor and satire, politician, pro se tax accountant, promoter, website operator, radio show host, photographer, tattle tell, clothing (pro se), medical diagnosis (pro se), employer, employee, cat owner........

Windsor Cracks His Case Open

As I continue to chronicle, among all the other things that Bill is including an American terrorist, he is first and foremost.....unbelievably stupid.

Whodunnit? ummm, you.  Next question Who falsified physical evidence to charge William M. Windsor with a FELONY? 

Criminal charges have been filed with the Missoula Police Department and will be filed with the U.S. Attorney and the FBI.   And the supreme chancellor of the galactic federation

Someone manufactured a Tweet...  either that or you are incredibly stupid

Someone has manufactured a Tweet where have I heard that before? ohh yeah previous sentence  in order to charge William M. Windsor with a felony.

I discovered this just yesterday.  Sometimes I don't see the trees for the forest. you also don't have both oars in the water  There's so much stuff flying (stuff:  made up lies and crazy conspiracy theories meant to distract everyone from my criminal behaviour) around that I haven't focused on the alleged evidence against me -- a few sheets of paper printed allegedly online.   "pro se baby!!!"

I needed to go to the Lawless America YouTube Channel to check on a statistic.  I noticed the video that was done when I was served with the Temporary Order of Protection on August 23, 2013.  This video was allegedly Tweeted by me on December 30, 2013.  But it wasn't.  I don't Tweet.  We who the hell is we?  have automatic Tweeting applications on various websites that send a Tweet when something is posted.  This video was posted on August 23, 2013.  I was recovering from a fractured skull you never did recover remember? on December 30, 2013, and the YouTube account will show that nothing was posted by me on that date and any time before or after that.

All of a sudden, I noticed the title of the video. shouldn't you have noticed that right off?

The title of this video is: “Bill Windsor is banned from the University of Montana. Corruption at its finest.”  It does not mention Sean Boushie as the manufactured evidence Tweet does.The State of Montana claims the Tweet is titled: “Bill Windsor is banned from the University of Montana and Sean Boushie.  Corruption at its finest.”  

This sentence does not make sense.  I don't not write sentences like this that do not make sense. like how you can't see the trees from the forest? 

Yes folks there you have it.  After nearly a year since he has been arrested and charged with these crimes.....after hours of intense focus.....Windsor has figured out that he didn't send out the tweet.  This is mainly due to the fact that he doesn't tweet or have any idea how. Some might say what took him so long?  But I would say its about right.  Remember, we are dealing with someone with the body of a very old man and the mind of a small child.  Taking a year to discover he didn't tweet the tweet because he doesn't know how to tweet is about par for his course.

The main reason bill can't see the trees from the forest (or even vice versa), is because he isn't in the forest, he's in his own desert.  He is a nomad wandering around in a wasteland reporting on every mirage that crosses his eyes.

And, to add insult to injury, now Matt has the T.V. show and audience that Bill has always wanted. 

Bill couldn't get a show on television even if he paid for it. 

Maybe if he'd just signed on the dotted line . . . .

Bill Finally Realizes He's About to Get the Boot

Its all fun and games until Bill Windsor actually has to show up to prepare for his pro se criminal case.  What was supposed to be a eye opening "deposition" with his sworn advisory Sean Boushie, turned into Bill's own Crying Game as he learned that the crux of his whole defense is actually a federal violation of law.  Bill planned to go into that court room next month and mockingly say how could he commit a crime in MT when he was busy committing the crime in TX?  DA Jennifer Clark pointed out how Bill just admitted to committing a federal crime as this would be crossing state lines. She also informed Bill that she had turned that information over to the proper authorities.  Windsor went into full freak out mode at that point....which means he goes to his little keyboard to hunt and peck out another fictitious rendition of what happened.   Mrs. Clark was none too happy with Windsor's wild misrepresentation of what she said.

"You did misrepresent what I said because I never said it was in the hands of the U.S. Attorney's office. You have made several misrepresentations and if it continues during trial, I will ask for sanctions. Your recklessness with the facts is concerning."

Here is my response to Jennifer Clark:


"What misrepresentations? You say I have made several. Let's hear them.

"I believe you said it was in the hands of the U.S. Attorney. That was my understanding. "It's up to the U.S. Attorney," or words to that effect. If you want to type up what you believe you said, I will be delighted to publish it.

"I have no desire to misrepresent facts. You do it too well.

"I need my freedom of information documents. May I send a courier to pick them up tomorrow?

"I will update this article with your latest email"




Mrs. Clark has had to deal with murderers, rapists and various hardcore convicts on a daily basis......but I'm not sure she has ever encountered someone as detached from reality and truly deranged as Bill is.


Bill goes on to play his little 3rd grade tactic of "nuh uh you can't sanction me I'm going to sanction you". Junk yard bullying at its most primitive level. But all of these threats, insults and grandstanding serve to try and deflect from the very obvious fact that Bill Windsor has well below average intelligence. He is out of his element. All of these different laws and statutes are hard for his simple mind to understand. You combine that with an ego that would even make Hitler blush, and what you get is an out of control oversized manlike creature with the mind of a child. The more he can't understand the more he screams conspiracy and corruption. That's the only way a narcissist with a simple mind can cope with a complex world that completely surrounds him.

Windsor Burns Down His House

Its been an excruciatingly long, hot, but most of all boring summer for Bill.  Even he admitted he has been boring by his own standards.  Instead of trying to focus and work on his looming criminal trial in Montana, Bill has been subjecting his 4 remaining followers to watching his home made vacation movies in the form of his 780 Lawless America Movie pics (which are all Windsor selfies btw).  He's also become addicted to the drug like high one gets from reposting news articles on your facebook page that you read from the news feed on your browser's home page.

That is not to say that Windsor hasn't continued his vexatious ways.  We have a new lawsuit in his fictitious home of South Dakota against only fictitious internet names.  Real people tend to defeat him in court.....especially when they have attorneys on hand.  So let's just keep that pesky reality as far away as we can from Bill's court room.

The Texas 10th Court of Appeals gave Bill his theme letter for the summer.  D...as in denied. They also noted Bill's blatant attempt to hornswoggle them with his premature filings and then trying to go back and amend them as if done correctly.  With Ellis County DA still holding the cards to file charges on Bill for his bond jumping escapade once the Montana trial is over.....I would say Texas isn't on his list of happy places.

Which brings us to Montana.  The Missoula DA gave Bill and offer he couldn't refuse.  It would take a completely insane person (like someone who had lost his mind) to refuse an offer that would keep the words Convicted Felon from always preceding his name.  Ironically, DA Jennifer Clark's can't refuse offer included a mental evaluation for Bill.  Instead of taking the more than generous offer, Bill decided to burn down his house.  He has never done anything wrong in his entire life, just ask him, so why plead guilty to anything?  Ever?  Now, his trial is almost a month away, he still hasn't found a decent defense for himself but why fret, his charm and wit will overwhelm that court room and dazzle the jury as they will surely find him not guilty.  And even if he fails and is forced to serve a prison sentence against his will and pro se, he's got a really good feeling about his appeal.  His warning to the world is that even if they lock him back up....his domestic terrorist activities will not cease as he has a legion of unseen minions ready to continue his cause of dishonesty, corruption, stalking, and lawlessness.

Windsor Takes Medical Leave

With a Thursday deadline in the TX 10th COA to show cause looming, Bill has decided it’s time to get sick and get a doctor’s note.  If the hospital in Missoula is unwilling to write him a sick note then Bill will file a motion to recuse the doctor, motion for reconsideration, motion for clarification of the diagnoses, motion for a stay and of course appeal the visit to the state hospital in Helena MT.

Bill Windsor is going to the Emergency Room in Missoula Montana.  Bob Dole approves of this message

Bill has been ill for three weeks well actually his entire known adult life, and the onset of extreme dizziness has him worried...

Sorry to report that I just can't seem to get well we know you are not, and never will be.

I've been waking up with the room spinning at high speed a mind can only hold so many layers of lies until it short circuits.  I was dizzy throughout the weekend and all day Monday ummm these court filings of yours show that you have been dizzy for the entire 21st century.  It is impossible to get much work done when the room is spinning and even harder when you have no idea what the word work means.

My self-diagnosis is that this may be related to the fractured skull that I had in December 2013  yeah usually head injuries take about two years before they start showing symptoms.  When I was recovering you didn't, I had to be careful to not put any pressure on the back of my head.  I slept propped on my side with my head elevated on a couch you could probably also point out what color your shoes were at the time but this is all under the heading of too much info or tmi for short.

I don't have a suitable couch at the motel in Missoula Montana are you gonna write them a negative report on Ripoff Report?, and it seems that pressure on the back of my skull from a cushion or pillow sends me reeling you know. . . if you really stood back and looked at where you are in your life right now, maybe it’s time to start reeling.

So, I am going to the Emergency Room to get a proper exam yeah emergency rooms just love it when people use them for a checkup.  I need my Parkinson’s-like tremors to be considered as well  you are elderly and your body has endured a lethal level of BS. . . no wonder its shaking.  Ever since I was unlawfully incarcerated and held without bond in tiny little confined spaces, my once-mild tremor has become an earthquake not true...you were shaking like a bowl of jello way before that.

Thank Heavens I am not in jail because this would be largely ignored your health seemed to be at its best while you were incarcerated. . . incidentally.  You could die just waiting for a response to a medical kite figure of speech.

I don't know how long I will be at the hospital or even if you will go because a hospital gown doesn't go well with the ankle bracelet.  I certainly hope they don't find my brain is bleeding or anything terrible like that meaning I sure hope they do so I can stay everything indefinitely.  I do anticipate a Cat-Scan.  I had a half dozen of those after I fractured my skull well that’s pretty stupid they would all show the same thing. . . one incredibly demented mind.  Those have always been quite the challenge for claustrophobic me most junk yard garden variety bullies can't stand to be confined by rules or boundaries. . . kinda metaphoric for your entire life huh?.

Should the hospital keep me don't worry, after you file your first motion against them they will release you, I will get word to someone or something so an update can be posted on www.facebook.com/billwindsor1.  Please don't worry if there isn't a report until Tuesday afternoon no one cares Bill. . . they stopped caring years ago.

Another Road Trip?

As a vagabond at heart, Bill Windsor must roam.  He has announced his Summer Road Tour, and it appears he wants to "return to the scene of the crime" as he put it:

"But then, I am "returning to the scene of the crime" for filming at the Missoula County Detention Center in Missoula Montana, the Montana State Prison in Deer Lodge Montana, the Montana Supreme Court in Helena Montana, the Ada County Jail in Boise Idaho, the Federal Express store in Meridian Idaho, the AT&T store in Meridian Idaho, and the Ellis County Jail, courthouse, sheriff's department, and district attorney's office in Waxahachie Texas.  I will be requesting official permission to film at most of these locations."

Ummm, that sounds like an outstanding idea Bill.  Oh, and he even has more:

"I am obtaining a Bob Barker special orange-and-white striped prison uniform to wear during some of the filming.  Some of my former fellow inmates are planning to meet up with me to go on camera and tell their stories.  I will ask FedEx if the woman who called the police and got me arrested for tweeting would be willing to go on camera.  I'll have an autographed copy of my Wanted Poster for her."

Pro Se Baby!!!  Your instincts are simply spot on here Bill.  Of course, we all know when Bill uses his claim of "filming for his movie" that's just an excuse to do some quasi-legal/maybe completely illegal activity in the realm of stalking and bullying.  Somehow, I just don't think filming Patrick Wilson's office building is going to provide you with the missing link you are looking for.  So let the Summer Stalking Tour of 2015 begin.....all in the name of "gathering evidence"

Bill the Summer Movie Critic

After begging for extra time to find this "evidence" that proves Bill isn't guilty of the crimes he is accused of, Windsor was granted extra time to prepare for his criminal trial (this is after already crying about not having a speedy trial).  Well I can't think of a better way to spend that extra court granted time than to use it watching movies and then writing a review of each movie on your facebook page. And no matter what movie he is watching, Bill finds a way to make that movie all about him.

The infatuation with DA Jennifer Clark has faded.  She, along with local law enforcement, has refused to give in to Bill demands and has yet to drop all his charges as ordered.  Bill swore in a affidavit that he didn't do those crimes therefore the charges must be dropped.

Oh no, not Kpat.....they got him too?  I'm not sure how Darash is "out there" any more than Bill is. Its like a group of people arguing over who is the best unicorn rider.  They are all full time snake oil salesmen and fear mongers.  The only difference is Darash keeps updating the cures his snake oil has while Bill throws a temper tantrum at his own pity party. Darash just saved the nation from Jade Helm 15.....what have you done Bill?  He voided the 49 cent stamp and reinstituted a 3 cent stamp for the whole nation to enjoy.....you can't even void that pesky Thrash order.  Yes, in the world of make believe for these sovereign citizens/conspiracy nut jobs, the NLA is running circles around Bill and stealing all his former lemmings.  Sorry Kpat, but Bill isn't gonna bite, if its not about him he isn't interested.

Windsor Wants a Do Over

I guess Bill was able to delay his criminal trail till the end of September.  Which means he has all summer to sweat it.....so to speak.  The Texas 10th Court of appeals told Bill that he needs to pay the fees, get leave, and make a salient argument or they are tossing out all his appeals in that court.  Bill came up with a brilliant idea......lets file a new appeal in that court.  I'm sure the court will be dazzled by his cunning ways.

The Montana Supreme court said no to bill's motion to recuse Judge Haynes.  Bill disagrees with that ruling:

I mean come on, Judge Haynes called Bill a whining child.......he must issue a formal apology.

Windsor continues to wait on the Missoula law enforcement to take action against Boushie, if they dont meet bill's demands, he will conclude that they are all corrupt.

Bad Dog Windsor Gets Rebuked

Despite his relentless attempts to make a mess out of his criminal case, Bill got a major slap down from the Montana Supreme Court.

A good ole one page bitch slap.  Windsor of course will say that no order can be valid that is simply written on one single page.  Good move Bill, way to piss off the judge in your criminal case.  You hit the preliminary nuke button on Judge Haynes, and the launch malfunctioned.....but the intent was no doubt duly noted.  Pro Se Baby!!!!

After getting that bad news, Bill is now working on his new get out of jail free card.......the old "I'm very very sick, I'm not sure I can make it to my criminal trial" one.  His tummy hurts and he forged a note from his dead mommy that says he can't go to trial this month...or next month and possibly any other one.  And speaking of children's games, Bill's new defense strategy....if he ends up having to go to court......is to try every 8 year old's trusty stand by defeanse reasoning: "but he started it". Move over Susan, Bill has a new legal adviser in the form of the infamous Crystal Cox.  Instead of arguing for his innocence, or to plead for leniency, Bill and Crystal want to go back 20 years and bury the jury with reams full of pointless paper in this made up war against Sean Boushie.....again forgetting that the case before them is the State of Montana vs Windsor.  This is sure to wow a jury of his peers.

After nearly two years of radio and video silence, Bill had an actual radio show last Tuesday night. His sovereign citizen followers were unable to control their true colors as the NLA was continually mentioned by his followers as his way out.  Bill also addressed his ole buddy Don Acree who was certified as insane and was killed in a shootout in his home in Tennessee after opening fire on officers who were trying to carry out a warrant issued on Don.  Its telling when Don...one of the attendees at Bill's Failure in DC event, was remembered by Bill as one of the more sane people there.  He even addressed another SC buddy of his Eugene Paulson and how he is currently incarcerated for carrying out Bill's citizen grand jury stunt.  Bill reiterated that we are not going to be remembering it that way....Bill said "special" regulatory grand juries....not citizen grand juries which is just silly, as to what he promoted.  Windsor showed why he is the king of modesty as he compared himself to Jesus Christ on his show.  It was also clear that the very few remaining followers of his are deeply insane and shouldn't be roaming the streets freely right now.

As always, Bill has shot himself in the foot.  He is about to take what would have amounted to a minor slap on the wrist charge....and turn it into a felony conviction with hard time allotted to it. He has made such a mess of things now that MT must go through with the trail.  A jury is going to have to give Bill a stern lesson in what his unapologetic bad behavior is going to get him.  Bill said on his show that a conviction of 7 years would be the perfect ending to his fake movie......maybe he will get that great ending after all.

Bill Prepares for Court

                                              Windsor Takes the Stand


Windsor is taking all those rules, laws, procedures and protocols he never learned, understood or followed in civil court and is now applying them to his criminal case.  While complaining about how he doesn't have enough time to properly prepare for his preliminary hearing next week, Bill has spent all his time composing (while typing with his two fingers mind you) all kinds of frivolous and spiteful motions.  He doesn't like the judge, and for that matter he isn't going to like any judge that follows the law, so he is back to playing his game of "you can't be the judge because I say you are conflicted". This time, instead of saying the judge's wife is a "joey", Bill is going to call the judge as a witness. Bill also spends an entire motion calling for the case to be dismissed for not giving him a speedy trial within 6 months while completely ignoring two major facts to that point: 1.  He fought extradition both in TX and ID and 2.  He was a fugitive from justice for nearly two months.

Bill gives us a sneak peak into a "chapter" of a "book" he is never going to publish.  And guess what? That sneak peak chapter just so happens to be a rant and spew fest against his family. How dare Ryan not take Bill's phone call while he was in jail.  After all, it was Bill that took Ryan's stupid ticket scalping internet company and made it into one everyone across the nation now knows.....and laughs at.  He then goes on to violate his divorce order by mentioning his ex wife, ending it by saying he will never speak to them again.  That may be true but you can bet that they still we get spiteful messages from Bill through some kind of internet conduit.

While Bill is still spewing and ranting about judges.....he has a special hatred for Missoula DA intern Tyler Dugger.  Tyler and Bill are polar opposites.  Tyler earned, from hard work, his current position in life.  Bill was handed everything he had which he then squandered.  Tyler has his whole life in front of him, Bill is nearing the end of his.  It is no wonder that Bill has a special hatred of Tyler. While Bill gives Tyler the usual online defamation treatment that he loves to do, Tyler continues to whip him in court....and that will most likely continue on to trial.

If there was ever a time in Bill's life to focus and get to work....its now.  But he's as distracted as he's ever been.  In usual Bill form, his legal defense strategy seems to be  to throw thousands of pages up against the wall and hope something sticks.  He is also finding out that the discovery process is much more focused and regulated than what he was use to in civil.  He can't quite understand why he isn't allowed to go intimidate, bully and defame the listed witnesses.  Windsor wants no part of an America that wont allow witness and jury tampering.......that's why he calls it Lawless America.

Windsor is Free....Sorta

Bill Windsor finally bonded out and is free.....to a degree.  Bill must wear his ankle monitor and stay in Missoula County until his upcoming trial at the end of June, but other than that he is free.  As always, Bill ran home and immediately jumped on facebook.  He seems to now understand that he must focus on this upcoming trial in Montana.....but he hasn't figured out that he needs to hire a lawyer.  Thats right, he is still going all the way pro se, and he thinks he found a good argument.  He is going to argue that he didn't get a speedy trial because MT didn't schedule this new trial until well after his math says it was 6 months. I guess we are just supposed to forget that whole fugitive and fighting extradition thing.....yeah lets just pretend that never occurred.

One thing Bill's time in jail has seemed to effect is whatever filter he had left is now gone. His little diary he kept in jail which he now promotes as a "book" is a deviant's reflection of his time in county lock up.  Is it any wonder his grand daughters can't speak to him?

"Bill hadn't had a haircut in 81 days.  Bushy is the word.  The barber has Parkinson's Disease.  Seriously.  Bill says he was shaking so badly that he could't even imagine what might happen.  His comb was like a lawnmower blade.  When the barber took his razor to Bill's unruly eyebrows, Bill said all he could do was close his eyes and hope for the best.  He still had eyebrows when he opened his eyes.  His nose was missing, but Parky said it will grow back.  Bill Windsor would never think of getting up and leaving after seeing the man shaking like a washing machine on an uneven floor.  It was a hair-raising experience, but Bill Windsor says he was shocked to see that he got a really great haircut.  No idea how, but it appears that Parky the Parkinson's Barber knows how to control it."

Real classy Bill....making fun of a poor old guy trying to make a living and dealing with a horrific and debilitating condition.  Windsor always was just a junk yard school bully and this is it on full display.  Leave it to Windsor who has never worked a day in his life to make fun of the local barber.

Uhhhhh, here we go again with the belittling of the working class.  No one is ever going to hold up Bill Windsor as the standard bearer for male masculinity and heterosexuality, and that was true before he admitted he is addicted to manicures.  Then its on to Asian stereotypes as Bill's mind is blown by the fact that the woman doing his "manly" nails isn't from the far east and can actually speak the language.   What a wonderful person Bill is....inside and out.

Windsor Gets His Jury Trial

"Bill needs help. He needs one or two typists (must type at least 60 wpm) and also one or two people to help with legal research. Pay would be $12/hour contract labor. His Trial is set for June 22-25 in Missoula. If there are any people who can come on the 25th to testify on his behalf, please email him at windsorinmontana@yahoo.com."

This post is true, Bill now has a jury trail set for those dates. And as you can tell from his request....."pro se baby" is going to be his choice of defense. I'm not sure if Bill is all that in tune with the economy these days, but $12 a hour contract labor doesn't exactly get them to come running to you for work. Of course $12 an hour is bigtime money for his followers, but he would also have to supply with a computer.....and be a little flexible on the 60 wpm standard. His followers can type 60 things per minute....some of which can be considered words.

Anyway, more to the point......how did Bill get to this? Is this another case of Bill being Bill? Did he reject any and all plea deal offers? Is he fully aware of the serious time he could face if his dog and pony show backfire? Certainly, some things have had to occur behind the scenes here. Regardless, the date is set, and it sounds from this request that he plans to stick to that date (of course Windsor reserves the right to postpone anything for any reason with no notice). Just how big of a circus does Bill plan to put on in Missoula court? Will he call himself as a witness? Does the jury get to hear all about the wild story about Bill being shot at on the highway? Ohhh, how about how these all powerful "joeys" control everything and everyone and somehow set this whole thing up? One thing is for sure, there will be a tinfoil shortage in Missoula MT that week.

Windsor Continues to Wait in Jail

Not a whole lot to say this month other than Bill continues to be held in Missoula County detention center.  Its not clear if he is waiting on/fighting extradition back to Ellis County TX or if MT is still holding him.  Seanboushie.com....long purported as being one of the conditions for Bill's release, has gone offline and bill has claimed that he paid the bond for the MT charges.  Bill continues to file away in all his civil and criminal cases.....objecting to any and everything.  He says he likes the Missoula jail (its nicer than Ada and Ellis according to him).  I think the taxpayers across the nation hope he continues his stay in this county jail.

Most of the info from Bill has been coming out by way of Cruz Gomez.  Bill seems resigned to being in jail for a while longer and wants others to update his facebook page and slander sites. Gomez decided he lost his country in 1985 when he had a heart attack and he didn't get the care he thinks he deserved.  He is now a full blown conspiracy nut who wants to bring down the nation.

Can Windsor Take a Plea?

As we now approach the 100 day (cumulative) incarceration milestone for Bill, we have to wonder if he is now ready to consider taking a plea deal, if offered.  Its all fun and games hiding out in his room with his recess and facebook, but jail is jail and the longer Bill languishes away in there the more likely he will be to make a deal.  Windsor has defiantly stated that he will not release the Sean Boushie website.  No doubt any deal, including even a bond release, must include that.  Is Windsor going to finally live up to his word?  Will he waive extradition to Texas where he is facing a felony charge and owes Ellis County $100,000 for the bond he ran out on?


The other question is will Missoula add on charges to the original 5?  Are they going to let all those facebook rants Bill made, while a fugitive, about the University of Montana and Sean Boushie slide? Even if they offer Bill what would amount to a slap on the wrist, I still wonder if Bill is capable of agreeing to that.  And if he does, can he go back on that agreement?  This is a man who has clearly, and recently, in a court of law shown that even before the ink dries, he is ready to violate his own agreement.

Lets keep in mind that in Windor's World, he never did anything wrong....ever.  So why would he agree to a deal, the whole thing is bogus remember?  We also have the emerging story of sister Wendy Harper/Windsor as she is now his go to person "on the outside".  She is the one travelling to Missoula to assist in his legal and financial matters.  She is, no doubt, the new sibling that bill mentioned as his new executor of his will.  Is her involvement creating a kind of civil war showdown in the Windsor family as both Ryan and Barbara have stayed out of Bill's recent activities?  Is she doing this all for money?  Does she really know just how much of a monster her brother has become? Maybe she is trying to ultimately help him to change.....then again maybe she is simply enabling a monster to continue on his path of destruction.
