Windsor Breaks Down in Jail

After one week in County lock up, Bill is at the breaking point.  This is someone who has lived his life on the upgraded plan.  He was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and it was ripped away from him for the first time in his life, last week.  As he continues to wait for his no frills ride up to Montana, Windsor now knows that his life as he knows it could be coming to an end.  Frivolous lawsuits, stalking, harassing, defaming people online must take a back-seat as he now must find a way to rebut the very serious charges the State of Montana is charging him with.

His lawsuit against Facebook was dismissed last week and his crazy Joey lawsuit is hanging by a thread as he has a hearing Thursday morning and I'm guessing this won't be an excuse that will fly. Will he even be here Thursday?  Will the County let him go to the hearing if he is?  If he can't copy and paste his motions....what argument can he come up with?

And then lets think ahead to his looming Montana case.  Remember how all Bill ever wanted was a chance to be heard in front of a jury?  He may get that chance.  Will all of his past sins and victims come together to testify against him?  I think a DA could make just about any jury hate Bill with his long established pattern of behavior.  Will he be offered a plea?  So much drama yet to unfold, and we will be glued to our keyboards in anticipation.

  1. I just thought I was anxious for last week's hearing!
Thursday's? A sheriff, a DA & 13 deputies couldn't keep me from my front row seat!

    Let's all get vexi, now!

Daydream for a moment that Montana waits until just before the Judge takes the bench to fetch Windsor! That? Would just be even better than last week's elevator arrest! He thought he was being protected as he pranced out, surrounded by LE!
Elevators will forever remind him of that fateful ride:)

Thank you, God! Karma is so sweet!

My thoughts exactly. I wouldn't be surprised if the DA has already collected evidence of Windsor's actions against all of us to support the felony warrant against Windsor.
The DA can use evidence of what Windsor has subjected us to in a hearing before the Judge for setting bond for Windsor - as proof of Windsor's calculated and repeated violations of the laws.
And yes, the DA can use evidence of Windsor's actions against us at his MT trial.
It all points to two things: Windsor has complete disregard for the law, and Windsor is DANGEROUS to anyone who crosses him for whatever reason.

    2. A brief scan of the recent MaryD melt down, repeated rants, by and thru, clearly shows she alone violated her own HIPAA confidentiality, and clearly lays out why she earned the "Munchausen" title.

Her children are grown, and in excellent health. One has a child of her own, runs marathons, and is thriving. The other one is also very active and looks extremely healthy. If these "children" were untreated, they would not be living the life they are. Munchausen Mary needs serious help Lynn, not your enabler comments.

    1. Excellent question! I'm thinking amicus curiae brief may be in order, especially for those who have had web domains of their names cyber-squatted by Windsor. Note Judge Larson's comment in his
Order Affirming Municipal Court Ruling and Order to Remand, Cause No. DC-13-969, Nov. 14, 2013:

Windsor's website at SeanBoushie.com is not Windsor's only website, nor is it his only website devoted to specifically harassing and threatening a particular individual. One need only visit one of Windsor's multiple other websites like Allie Overstreet.com or ClaudineDombrowski.com to note that what Windsor has done to Boushie is not an attempt to protect himself from Boushie. It is clearly a calculated pattern of behavior Windsor uses to intimidate and harass anyone who disagrees with Windsor.

Once Larson to orders the forfeiture of Windsor's domains, I think the ISPs will remove the domains from Windsor's account and control.

I have to ask the two twitwits over there, if they can prove anything they are saying. Word has it--it was Crystal Cox impersonating Boushie, to set him up, like she has in the past, which is why she's getting shafted in the courts herself.

I also have to wonder why other lemmings being sued by Cox, are over there supporting Windsor, who has Cox on as many admins and editor of Lawless. These idiots have no idea just how deceptive and twisted Cox is. Scanning the complaints against her? She should be behind bars IMO.

    3. Well written, and I agree completely. I know there have been very outspoken critics of Boushie here in the past (but I guess one of them found something better to do). What the critics never got was the simple fact that IP numbers and email addresses can EASILY be spoofed. Furthermore, anyone can find the IPs for the U of MT's WiFi on the web--they're on their web site.

    4. Here's another fun tid bit. Crystal Cox's sidekick in the lawsuits? Eliot Bernstein? Yeah that guy? He was on the GRIP steering committee.

Talk about an incestuous history with these assholes. Roxanne Grinage, who was also being sued by Cox, also happened to be targeted by Windsor, after he tried to grab all her contacts and milk her brain about setting up the "business." When Roxanne told Windsor his contract wasn't legal, and questioned him on victim safety for his "data base" he went sideways and called her a "hater."

There is far more behind the scenes to Cox, Bernstein, and Windsor than people realized when making assumptions.

    6. I visited the LA site between November of 2010 and May of 2011. During that time Willy announced that he would create an activist organization and call it GRIP. No effort was made to create that organization while I was there and there were no members of GRIP at that time.

To the best of my knowledge the original GRIP conclave was formed in January 2012, long after my departure from LA.

You were the one supposedly who came up with the "Umbrella" game. Where little Willy would glom on to other groups numbers for self promotion, while using their numbers to boost his own. SMH semantics must be a Vexatious thing.

There were no members at that time? Really? That's a big fat lie. The same people that helped create the "group" were on the steering committee. If your semantic spin is that Windsor didn't formally publish the names of the members until 2012--you're just an idiot. 10. "You were the admin for the "forum""

Correct. I CREATED and moderated a forum for LA for about two weeks.

"You were the one supposedly who came up with the "Umbrella" game."

Correct. I suggested that Willy form an alliance with all of the other pre-existing activist groups. I don't know how you think that would have affected the numbers of any group formed by Willy, but whatever.

"There were no members at that time? Really? That's a big fat lie. The same people that helped create the "group" were on the steering committee."

There WAS NO GROUP during 2011 and by the summer of 2011 I don't think anyone left to suggest the creation of a group. The people that originally visited LA during early 2011 were gone long before Willy announced he had formed a steering committee in early 2012.

"If your semantic spin is that Windsor didn't formally publish the names of the members until 2012--you're just an idiot."

You are right. It makes a lot more sense to believe he formed a steering committee in early 2011 and kept that committee a secret for a year. That must be what happened. You are incredibly good at piecing together events that you did not witness!

"Oh look--seems this is the lay out of your idea on how to glom on to others for self promotion "

Sort of. Sometime in late 2011 or early 2012 Willy apparently got a group of other activist sites to agree to post a link to LA. I would hardly call that an alliance, though it was a start.

These facts are the same as they were when I told them to you the previous 6-7 times, lol.

@8:33: I'm not trying to put any distance anywhere. I have been quite critical about Windsor in the past. I have also defended many of his actions. I stand by all of my previously published opinions.

I have also been quite critical of the GENII and I still hold those opinions. The difference is, there is no way to defend any of what happens on this blog. I consider this blog a much larger blight on society than Willy has ever been.

This blog? I see no similar delusions here. I don't see any blight on society here, and now that Bill is being called to account, no further harm from him either. The potential for that harm was absolutely there though. He's not in jail for nothing.

So, since you don't tell the truth, until you're called out, there is no reason to believe anything else you say.

And, clearly since you don't know how Windsor wrote about using the other groups numbers to boost his own following, that's your own stupidity talking again.

Little Willy kicked you out, yet you hung around, talking crap, just like you do here. Now the question is since you keep pointing out that it's all a game, just how deep you're really in it, but that might just air itself in the near future. Since your little Willy never added you to the lawsuits, even though he said he would, it leaves little doubt as to the game--but we'll see.

  9. "Vic Fedorov For instance, if he was hauled off before his hearing started, then this kidnapping was done to prevent the due process of the court hearing and directly benefited the defendants of the texas hearing, aka the joeys. If he was jailed on warrants after the hearing, it still is a force against the due process that would show violations upon bill by the joeys that need reparations. Now there are two flaws with our judiciary that show up clearly here. The first is the bottom line of justice is to cease the injustice. This involves talking; why is this conflict ocurring. How can we remedy it. Then comes the assumption the government is the biggest player and has the strength to punish wrongdoers. When really we see directly here in this matter, the government is doing what the joeys want. Thus instead of an adversarial system, we need a communicating one. And, of course due process is denied routinely when and because due process reveals the stronger criminal side that is a network more powerful than the judge and law enforcement. How can you have due process when due process here would reveal or start to reveal a huge conspiracy against Bill and others that is protected by government here and before. These are logical conclusions.

    4. Thank you. As for Sean Boushie, I think he wrote some stuff, here for instance, and ended up wishing very dearly that he hadn't. As for the really rank stuff including most of the emails to Windsor, I don't think he wrote or sent that. That's just a guess and maybe one I've probably no right to make. It does fit a lot of facts. I'd guess Cox wrote and sent a lot of that stuff.

I'll also guess that he provided Montana authorities with the truth about all that and that they had the means to verify at least some of it. I'll guess that when he saw himself in one of Windsor's "sting" videos Boushie finally said enough is enough. He finally figured that he had no right to expose his family and co-workers to danger. Bit of unauthorized psychoanalysis there, but again it fits the facts.

I'm just projecting upon Sean Boushie how I would feel after seeing myself in that video. I would feel sick, not about putting myself in danger, but putting my family and co-workers in danger. I got this impression from listening to the U of MT police officer read the protection order to Bill. It clearly mentions Boushie's family and the University. I don't think it mentions Sean. He might have later been added to the order or there might have been another order.

Someone else here noted that Bill had to be dreaming to don a bullet-proof vest and do what he did *at* a University - a school. Doing that showed some measure of delusion. Windsor thinking there was nothing outrageous about it, to the extent that he would call the police to come observe him doing it, that's the specific mental illness part. That's the dangerous part. If I were in Boushie's shoes, that's the part that would make me vomit.

Sorry ( I really do apologize) about writing so much here. Just relating why I'm interested in the Cox / Windsor relationship.

I have to wonder why Lynn doesn't find the court actual documents to read for any of this stuff.

  13. Susan 7:59 PM -- I've been here for over a week and it has been a week wherein I've had a lot of free time (waiting on an actual dirt and metal project to start) so I've been studying "facts" 4 or 5 hours per day (I don't watch television). In that time, I've read an awful lot of stuff written by one Bill Windsor and watched an awful lot of Windsor video. Here's a fact for you: after (conservatively) 40 hours of this, I've seen maybe 1/4 of 1% of what is out there. Maybe 1/40th of 1%. There's is an awful lot written by Bill Windsor on this internet and every bit of it is delusional.

So that one fact allows me to hold some opinions and see some real trends. Before all this, I was not aware that people did things like Google Poisoning, as practiced by Crystal Cox. Then, after reading what she did, I see that Bill Windsor has used her as an operations manual - he does the exact same things, save the outright extortion for money. He also does stuff she didn't, like travel to other states to stalk others. Don't say it wasn't stalking. What Windsor did serves as a pretty good definition of stalking.

So yes, I'm new here. But don't talk to me like I haven't done my homework. I've found lots of people in Ellis County Lockup more innocent than Bill Windsor. They lock people up for driving without a license and having a bit of marijuana in their glove box. The amount of bond he's been assigned is actually pretty low for what he's accused of. So your saying he's in jail for nothing -- do you take me for stupid?

    1. I need to amend this to say every bit of what I've SEEN on the internet of Windsor's writing is delusional. I've already said that is a tiny fraction of a % of what is out there, so I've no grounds to say that ALL of it is delusional.

There's probably some lucid thoughts somewhere there.

I didn't take you for stupid before but this question ^ causes me to wonder.

I have offered no opinion at all on the merits of the charges. Not a word.

"Before all this, I was not aware that people did things like Google Poisoning, as practiced by Crystal Cox."

In other words you are completely ignorant of the kind of warfare that takes place on the internet. You have never been the victim of someone like Cox or of people like the GENII. You've never been unmercifully harassed by a group of strangers that discovered your web site when you unknowingly crossed paths with someone they were obsessing about. You've never had such a group turn their obsession to you, making it their goal to destroy your publicly stated mission as well as every aspect of your personal life.

You've never had a group pursue that goal by uncovering every single bit of information they can find about you and discussing their version of that information endlessly on line. You haven't had total strangers discuss the identities and locations of your children and grandchildren on the internet or publicly speculate about the bloodlines of one of those grandchildren. You've probably never had anyone attack you by making constant defamatory statements about your wife and your son.

Has anyone ever made a FB page in your father's name using a picture of your dead father in his coffin as the profile picture and then posted disparaging comments about you as your dead father? Has anyone published cartoons of your dead parents having sex (my memory is fuzzy on this one)?

I doubt anyone has ever "set you up" by sending you an email falsely claiming to be the mother of a teenager you met and informing you that the kid committed suicide.

Has anyone ever constantly posted that they have spoken to the FBI, the IRS, Homeland Security, etc.and that all of these agencies are investigating you and it won't be long until you get a "surprise" from them?

If you have ever mentioned that you have an upcoming meeting with a new contact, has anyone ever emailed or called that person to destroy any chance you have of working with him?

Have you ever arranged a weekend conference and had people try to sabotage that event by "warning" the conference venue, the local police, the newspaper, etc. that you are a coming to their area?

Has anyone ever made you the subject of a two -year long on line discussion where the "facts" they discuss about you are frequently false? Has anyone ever publicly insisted you are a member of a certain political group in spite of your endless denials of any such membership? Have people publicly, relentlessly, reported that you are a terrorist?

Do you have any idea of the things Boushie did to provoke that confrontation with BW? Do you know how many efforts BW made to get the police or even Boushie's employer to intervene?

I could go on and on but I suppose you get the point. There is NO INNOCENT victim in this war. I have been watching Windsor since 2011. I have closely observed the GENII's outrageous, unfettered harassment and systematic efforts to destroy Windsor's life since it began.

The litigation against these people did not begin until their actions HAD destroyed LA (they publicly took credit for that and stated that it HAD been their goal) and it was clear that Windsor could not freely pursue anything else in life until he found a way to stop these people.

The GENII's actions are blatantly malicious and they believe they are free to "destroy" any individual they choose. So far, they appear to be correct. When they are through with Windsor they will choose another target. They see themselves as self-appointed internet police. Not that THEY are delusional at all.

As for the rest of that melodramatic display, you M'am, are nuts.

As for Bill's "movie," I saw where he talked like it was meant to be an actual box office movie, like Michael Moore's stuff (which I won't judge except to say that they were financially successful and to some extent, politically so). Pretty obvious you're not going to fit thousands of interviews into an 80 minute movie. And let's look at those interviews. Bill was his own sound man and it showed. Either you can't understand the person being interviewed or you can't hear what questions Windsor is asking. A real documentary filmmaker would invest in a $180 mixer, a $110 compressor and a couple of serviceable but inexpensive mics. It was never going to be a movie because technically it was a very poorly executed joke.

And there's no excuse for that shit. There's hundreds of absolutely free film tutorials online. All you need is the basics of sound and video. Bill had lights and a pretty good camera but obviously wasn't interested in learning how to use them. Again, the sound, overwhelmingly important in a documentary like that was atrocious.

I know it wasn't meant to be in the movie, but I haven't laughed so hard in ages as I did when Bill was moving his rig, tripod, camera and all down that sidewalk on the U of MT campus. It just goes on and on and on. *thump* *smack* *thump* *smack* *thump* *smack* *thump* *smack*.... Hilarious.

Sorry but my interest in your little war is not about me endorsing LA. It is about my belief that whether their ideas are right or wrong, they have a right to pursue any legal activity.

The GENII have a right to criticize LA and to dissuade others from participating in the group. However there are limits as to how the GENII may go about that task and I believe those limits have been exceeded many, many times.

It was a scam because the product wasn't capable of becoming a movie, gathering funding, any of that. Bill continually said if he could just win a lawsuits he'd have time to make the movie successful. That's fraud. Bill claimed he was a film-maker. That's fraud. That he was a director. Fraud. Whether or not he suspected the material he filmed would never amount to anything isn't relevant. He was selling himself as having skills and experience he never had. Fraud.

If you don't like where "civilization" has drawn the lines then you'll have to change the law.

Obviously when someone who does not understand the law attempts to represent himself it causes problems for the courts and society. Does that mean he should not be protected from the tortious activities of others?

How many legal actions has he started against how many people? He's wasting the time of public servants and the money of taxpayers because there aren't any tortious activities of others. Does society let him continue with ten more lawsuits because there's a slight chance he'll prevail in one of them sooner or later? Even if the answer to that *was* yes, it isn't now. If Bill does anything beyond apologize and admit he was wrong, he's going to prison. There's a good possibility he can deal his way out of the felony charges but to do that he needs to completely forget about every single civil action presently active. He needs to drop them completely. Do you doubt that?

You seem to know him pretty well. Is he capable of leaving all that behind? Dropping all of it? Staying off the internet? It's that or prison for him now. I'm not going to debate whether that's right or wrong as I suspect it's some of both. Only question now is, is he capable of doing the things necessary to stay out of prison?

For instance, Bill claims his violation stems from serving Sean with court documents. The fact is, the arrest warrant states much different reasons for the charges. But, in my opinion, Bill can't continue his civil mess at this point. He better focus all of his energy and resources on avoiding prison. That, to me, would be far more important than his lawsuit over Internet butthurt.

Just wondering how Sean finds out he has to answer admissions.

It's a good question. If Windsor serving Boushie with legal process violates the protective order, there could be real problems with any discovery procedure.

Conceivably the Texas court itself could notify Boushie that he is expected to answer Windsor's Requests for Admissions, which would solve at least part of the problem, probably without violating the protective order.

Meanwhile, an anonymous commenter upthread (posting at November 6 at 5:45 P.M.) attests to knowledge of the arrest warrant, and (s)he has asserted that some or all (it's unclear) of the PO violations Windsor has been charged with do not stem from serving Boushie with legal process. So who knows?

      Total LIE!

      Delete
    19. Yes, the handwritten request for a stay mentions that the court (in Ellis, TX) not serve Boushie. I took that to mean if Boushie was served, Windsor would be in additional trouble regarding the MT TOP. Ah, it was a total lie. Hmm. figures.

      Thanks!

      Delete
    20. Well, it appears the lie was that in the warrant, it does not say anything about the TX case service. That doesn't mean he won't be charged later with that as well, it just means he lied to the court, when he said " the plaintiff may be facing the rest of his life in prison for providing defendant Sean Boushie with service copies of documents filed in this case. Then he followed that up with a "don't serve Boushie" to kind of try and make his lie more believable.

Everything gets confusing and convoluted with Windsor. There are so many inconsistencies, fabrications, falsehoods and out right lies it's just too much to try and remember them all.

      Delete
    21. How can Windsor face the court, much less face a mirror (hmm, no mirrors to sneak up in jail, huh). Did the judge catch his lie or was the stay dismissed and the lie flushed along with the dismissal :/

I do take it that Windsor is in some pretty deep trouble back in MT and he does face an extradition hearing in TX and that he did not already have this hearing and signed or waived extradition. I previously thought Windsor waived extradition with the bond statement in the disposition note. Okay, no ten days (scratch that). If he signed (or does sign) the waiver, it's ten days from the signing of the waiver. He's going to sit tight. MT does extradite and Texas is not going to fight to hold him far as I know. This process dragged out to the max can take up to 90 days (and not from the booking hour).

      Delete
    22. I have a copy of the warrant from MT, and while it's true the warrant doesn't mention Ellis Co. service docs, it's what the complaint is about, so I can't say it's a lie on Windsor's part (especially in light of the huge whoppers he has told). I think this a confusion between a general category versus a particular offense; for example, the warrant is for a traffic violation but Windsor claims it's because he ran a red light. Make sense?

Have you read the comment, from one or two Joey threads ago, in which a commenter going by "Second-Chair Attorney" researched Montana law regarding protective orders? According to that research, the first two violations of a Montana protective order are charged as misdemeanors, and then each subsequent violation becomes a felony. It's a "three strikes, you're out"-style policy.

That, it would appear, is how Windsor got the charges he has received. It's not, as I initially presumed, that he committed two minor and three major violations of the protective order. Instead, three felonies + two misdemeanors implies nothing more than that he's being charged with five violations of the protective order, with no indication as to their severity.

    26. Midnight_Train is a long-standing pen-name.

No, I missed the "Second-Chair Attorney" posts (will go back and read in the morning). I need to go back through the past two threads to see what I've missed before continuing. I like that three-strikes you're out policy for PPO violations, though. Makes sense, now.

Those require that Flemming must explain how each on is protected by free speech.
      (Even the Sarah Crocker ones).
      There are approximately 1,000 admissions
I heard a great analogy for Flemming: "not a lot of difference between Flemming and Windsor, different tax bracket & generation"

That's at least slightly confusing. Requests for Admissions can't require the recipient to "explain" anything. By their nature, they can only ask binary (basically yes/no) questions. If a party seeking discovery wants another party to explain something, she's required to use interrogatories and/or depositions. Is Mr. Fleming being ordered to answer some of those as well? (That seems possible—but I can't imagine that Windsor would be permitted to force Mr. Fleming to answer "approximately 1,000" interrogatories, or questions during a deposition.)

I heard a great analogy for Flemming: "not a lot of difference between Flemming and Windsor, different tax bracket & generation"

Come on, now. Mr. Fleming has not, to my knowledge, been declared a vexatious litigant by numerous courts in several states. And, unless I remember incorrectly, Mr. Fleming is the Windsor target responsible for hiring the talented attorney ("Barbara H.," yes?) who is credited, downthread, with beating Windsor badly at Thursday's hearing.

Those seem to me to be meaningful distinctions.

  19. Hello!!!
    I went to court!
Poor Wittle Willy! 'Cough, cough!' He went into GREAT detail to tell the Judge how sick he was! "The jail is so cold! He's chilled, & has this awful cough, 'cough, cough, cough!' :) Then? Willy has & I quote "raging diarrheal"! The food is awful! It's loud, never gets dark, he hasn't slept, the doctor hasn't/won't see him, 'cough, cough'! His back hurts from sleeping on a metal bunk! (Go ahead, laugh! It is jail! Not Courtyard By Marriott! Raging diarrhea! #tmi) his cough didn't stop his long winded off topic of hearing 9+ minute speil, the Judge did! Because "much like Windsor's filings, it was repetitive, & had nothing to do with topic of hearing!
    Drumroll*****
Judge Carroll read aloud ALL the documents Boushie has EVER sent the 40th District Court since January, in addition to ALL the Montana courts' rulings! ALOUD!
    Gasp! Windsor lied!
The Judge mentioned that his observation after close review of Boushie's, in addition to to what Windsor had submitted since or has just told, as recently as last Tuesday? The Judge now believes that it is Windsor being so #Vexi and #vindictive was THE why Windsor chose Texas to include Boushie in his "largest case of defamation in the history of the world!"
Then? The Judge asked Windsor why he chose Texas to go after Defendant Round? Could that also be the #vexi and #vindictive reason? "Oh no, Your Honor!" At this point, Windsor's face & neck were red as a fox's ass! He immediately went into the total #SovereignCitizen spin! "Montana AND Georgia are #CORRUPT"
Windsor began prattling again, but his cough was HEALED! He leaned way back in his chair & from the gallery, all I could hear was what sounded like Charlie Brown's teacher, "blah, bleh, blather" (coughing still on hold! Amazing, I know)
After several minutes of him line itemizing his 3rd Amended ______ (GAWD only knows, cough still forgotten, shocker!) I stood & apologized, but I simply could NOT hear, so I asked could Windsor speak into microphone? Better yet! They judge insists we sold all sit closer and all defendants were invited to move forward,
I chose seat next to #SuperAttorneyBarb! Yay!
Windsor was sworn in & gave some TREMENDOUS condtraticting of how he's never run for office, never ever self promoted himself as a leader of ANY political party, never published that was any of those! & much more "Just a retired Grandfather" & much more! (Stop gasping & just begin guffawing)
Then? It was our turn to #cossexamine his #sworn testimony! And, did we ever!!
It was impossible to deny his own words, on his own #FaceBook, Youtube videos, the Lawless.com! #Evidence to the contrary of what Windsor had just given "as the truth and nothing except the truth" were then read outloud & then entered as #exhibits!
    Woohoo!
Let me just say that it was a great day for everyone, except Windsor!
I'm exhausted! I'll finish up with recap early in the morning! *Im sleeping so well! I keep dozing off now!
**spoiler**Windsor went back to ESCO jail & the rest of us? Saw the sunset, we'll see our homes, kids ect:)

Huge thank you to Barbara H the attorney for her hard work for everyone!

    2. Thanks for the report, Anon @12:52.

Then? It was our turn to #c[r]ossexamine his #sworn testimony! And, did we ever!!

Okay—a thread or two ago (I believe it was on Halloween), I posted a whiny comment complaining that people (both Windsor and some of his detractors) were throwing the word "perjury" around too much. But the events described in the above report would quite possibly place Windsor at least one significant step closer to the actual "P" word. If he did indeed say things during courtroom testimony under oath that he knew were false, and did so with the intent of gaining an advantage in litigation, that does look a lot like perjury.

Now, it still would require law enforcement (presumably the Ellis County district attorney) to decide to prosecute Windsor in order for that arguable perjury to actually stick as perjury, but if the transcript of the hearing looks the way Anon 12:52's report suggests it looks, that's not unthinkable.

I'd say perjury charges are still unlikely, but who knows? Once again, it's really up to the prosecutor.

Huge thank you to Barbara H the attorney for her hard work for everyone!

In case my bias isn't obvious, I should probably cop to the fact that Barbara H., as well as Ms. Overstreet's counsel and any other member of my profession who does the important work of taking on vexatious abusers of court process, are the characters in this whole saga whom I'm rooting for the most. Attorneys, as a profession, take an enormous amount of garbage from a whole lot of people, and not all of the criticism is unjustified—but we also do a lot that we have every reason to be proud of. Good on Barbara (et al.) indeed. It sounds like she earned one of those "Perry Mason moments" that we litigators dream of having but almost never actually get, and I'm glad for her.

BarbH was mighty fierce though and very fast thinking! I was sincerely in awe of her!

      Hi @Attorney! How you be?
I asked about perjury a few times, only because dipshit Windsor ALWAYS claims "under oath".
Yesterday? His © tankass ASKED to be sworn in! He still flat effing lied. I despise him. I did get a tad snippy & lippy, & I apologize to all those present and to BarbH for mouthing off loudly "He's under oath!"
      Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  23. I guess a lot. It's fun. Let me guess regarding the wisdom of fighting extradition, or not fighting it. Strictly read, those court officers attempting extradition could not and would not view a defendant who fought extradition any differently than a defendant who did not. Those court officers would be objective.

But humans are not only *not* objective, they are incapable of being objective. So as a delay tactic where the outcome is assured, fighting extradition might be unwise - like winding the spring that is set against you tighter.

Bill said he was going to acquire counsel. I wonder what a competent (and one who kept the end game - ie, staying out of prison - in mind) attorney would say about fighting extradition?

    3. Okay Susan, I'll play. This obviously goes to my opinion that Windsor's actions and attitude can influence how those two felonies are prosecuted and even *if* they will be prosecuted. You seem to think that Bill can carry on, no problem. That the things he does in civil court in addition to fighting extradition etc will have no bearing on whether or not he goes to prison.

Fine. I hope he listens to you instead of me. I'm here for entertainment. Those felonies being thrown away or dealt away would be less entertaining than them being prosecuted. Matter of fact, I hope Windsor chooses you to defend him instead of a criminal defense attorney. That would be epic.

Objective vs Subjective is at once a philosophical and a nuts and bolts courtroom issue. In both areas, the vast majority of people agree with me. So you syh!

Question: what do jury consultants look at? Why are they hired? Because people are generally objective? Nopers. They're hired precisely because people are not.

    5. Yup, Bill said several times he's hired an attorney. Which kinda whacked his begging for his computers while In jail. The 'boss' of the jail told the judge that Bill can use the law library at the jail like everyone else, with their rules. Bill doesnt take 'no' or 'bad' news too well.
His telling the deputies that he'd just stay in courtroom & work thru lunch? Bwahahaha, "no you're not! Get up! You're going back to the jail!" That? Was pretty funny. He had them confused for waiters:) Surely he'll get the hang of it eventually!

We all chuckled, too:) Bill's description? Wasn't flattering, by the way. *chuckle* But, it was hilarious, "she thinks she's a legal expert, Your Honor, everyone just humors her, Bless her Heart". (In the south? Blessing her heart is code for 'what a dipshit' just can't say that here & now). That? *chuckle*

    8. I find it very interesting Windsor would denounce any "Revolution" involvement. "Lawless America the Revolution", "The Revolutionary Party." "GRIP"-- all of it. What will the lemmings think now? He did take their pennies to join in. They supported the entire "cause" which was to bring light to their mission to change the Government. Who was he representing when he did his "State of the Union" address? Not to mention those who patted him on the back and supported his running for those "offices." SMH

He just bailed on them completely--to me, this shows clear fraud and a con.

  25. In that I'm the only person continuing to interact with Susan I wonder if she's just trying to keep me writing stuff, hoping I'll slip up and reveal which amongst a cast of hundreds of characters that have been involved with this online mess over the years. Or maybe she's just a troll. If the former, then that's funny.

I was googling old girlfriends from 30-something years ago (as one does) and found this Windsor stuff completely by accident - found it interesting - so here I am. The old girlfriend was only very marginally involved with one of Bill's opponents and she has never been mentioned by name in any of this. If there are six degrees of separation, she's 4th or 5th degree, making me 6th. The google led me to a link which led me to a link which led me to a link, etc.

I actually shouldn't even say that. I ought to lead Susan to think I'm having an affair with a judge's wife or something.

I imagine Susan could just be bored. If that's the case, I can relate.
