Windsor Finally Heads To the Mental Institution

After going crazy with the heat in both Arizona and Nevada, Bill now heads to the funny farm to check out the operation.  The man with no home had been previously touring prison facilities, but now he wants to check out his other possible final destination.

The reason for this visit is he plans to spook the latest Lawless follower to be institutionalized (even odds on either Mary Deneen or the Rhode Island woman as next up) in Connie Fielding.  Bill even points out that the "likes" on his facebook page are dwindling but he blames that on the new settings he said he put in place.  The truth is the core of his followers are ending up in jail or committed.  It is fun watching them give Bill advice on his health when Bill is either complaining about his ear or the heat.

Domain Names:  Windsor has decided to adopt the Crystal Cox tried and failed method of taking out domain names in the name of the person or group you are stalking.  He has recently put one up on Boushie, Claudine, and all of the AMPPs.

Crazy with the Heat:  Bill gave daily and sometimes hourly updates of the current temperature on the Las Vegas Strip as he took his photo's all from a half mile radius of the MGM Grand

Drive-by Shotings:  The Jeep now has a ceiling cam on it so that now Bill won't even have to get out of the car to do his filming.

Utah:  Bill took his crime scene tape to Utah as he filmed a woman he knew nothing about for 3 hours.  He was fascinated by her story calling it maybe the most compelling story he has filmed yet.  The main reason he believes her is because she apparently has some gruesome images Bill can't wait to upload for shock value.

Ear owie:  He blamed the gale force wind from the hotel air conditioners (someone should let him know that he can control those) for having an ear ache.  He claimed to visit several clinics in the area but disagreed with their diagnosis and told them to cease and desist.  He used that excuse as a way to stay a few extra days in Sin City as he lived it up and worked on his Missouri lawsuit filings.

Windsor AMPP's Up His Wild Goose Chase

Bill has been quiet on his vacation.  Thats because he is busy writing and preparing for his civil case in Missouri.  He posted that he plans to add all the known members of the AMPP as his John Does, currently he claims that number to be 33.  He claims his residence is changing to South Dakota, aka that's where I will receive my nomad mail.

This is really no surprise actually, we are back now full circle as Bill wants to, admittedly, devote the rest of his short life to terrorising women who disagree with him.  As we speculated all along, he is trying to use the lawsuit in Missouri against Allie as the catalyst to his all out war against his naysayers.  He found a federal judge foolish enough to grant him the right to get vexatious in Missouri so he is going to milk this frivolous lawsuit for all its worth.  But there is one big problem for Bill.....

Allie has representation, outstanding representation at that.  She will quickly be off the hook, and therefore, I believe, get everyone else off the hook as well.  Once Allie and Brenda are out of the picture, there is really not good argument for jurisdiction in this particular court for them to go wild goose chasing down the AMPPs literally all over the Country.  Yes, technically he could do it, but I think this Judge will be done with it once it turns into a John Doe hunt.

Bill doesn't enter these cases to win.  I'm not sure there is any documented proof of him winning anything in his overly vexatious career in court.  But what Bill can do is tie up both the court and the defendant with his astounding level of frivolous and voluminous filings.  Much like his entire life is a waste, he has a way of brining others down in to the muck that he resides in (and its not somewhere in South Dakota).  But, this will fail as I believe that his true motives will be revealed once Allie is able to dismiss herself from the case.

Bill and Barbara's Divorce, Lets Hear Some Details

While Bill is out trying to make Claudine his stalking target of the day, a woman he now admits he is devoting his life to exposing her (kinda sounds creepy from a sexual pervert), the details are emerging from the one woman who had the unfortunate experience of spending most of her life with this man.

Bill claimed his divorce was caused by all the threats from the "haters" and the distress it has caused his family.  We said no, it was the American Terrorist named Bill Windsor that caused his divorce and the details show that we were right...and he (wait for it) lied.

First, and certainly foremost, the great news is that Barb got the cat.  Kitty really dodged a bullet on that one.  She also got full possession of both homes while Bill got to keep his drum set (I guess he needs something to beat on).  Even the Jeep, the mobile terrorism command center, is in her name.

What does she not want?  Anything that has any association whatsoever to Lawless America or Round America.  She wants all of that out of her house, and she wants to make sure that she is no longer associated in any way shape or form to any of Bill's scams.  "The Wife has no, nor has she ever had, interest in, responsibility in, or association with Lawless America, its legal matters, videos, or films produced by them or her Husband".

Then, just because Barb knows just how evil and vindictive Bill really is, we get this:  "The Husband shall not mention the Wife, or any other family members by name on inference, without express permission of that person, on his website or facebook page".  Ahhh yes mister 64 and 3/8ths year old grandfather, you are not a grandfather, you are not a father, you are not a husband and you are not even a man.

Deja Vu....All Over Again

For Bill, it seems like every new day is the same as it was yesterday.  He is still in the Phoenix area.  He is now filming, and at a 2nd grade level I might add, at places and stops he already covered a year ago.  It's not like he needed to new footage he just simply doesn't have anything else to cover.  There is nothing new to see here.  And he can't even get the subjects to go on camera, showing just how far he has now fallen.


Ohhhhh, but hold on, here is something new:

I will film a TV special June 17-21, 2013 in Missoula, Montana.

I am spending a lot of time in Missoula as I believe a man who has threatened to kill me is there. He is an employee of the University of Montana. I intend to try to locate anyone and everyone I can who knows anything about this guy. The special will explore whether this man actually works for the government through the University of Montana as a paid cyberstalker. There isn’t any other logical explanation for why law enforcement ignores what this guy does. There are as many as a dozen people who have come forward to report that he has cyberstalked them. I hope to interview most of these people for the TV special.

While in Missoula, I will be filing charges against this man and the University of Montana with the university, the police, the sheriff, and the FBI. This man indicates that if I drive by his home in Stevensville to film his home, he will shoot me. I plan to drive by and film, but I will wear body armor while in Missoula, and I will hire an off-duty police officer or sheriff to accompany me. I will also travel in an unmarked car.

Anyone who would like to join me while I am in Missoula is certainly welcome. Bring protection, if it is legal in Montana. I could REALLY use a cameraperson to go with me and film me as I do all this stuff.

I have been contacted by two distribution companies that say they can syndicate my stories for TV and online TV. This will be the first test of this proposed deal. 

Yay, something new......or wait, check that, no we have already had the big high noon showdown with Sean Boushie out in Montana.  Remember Bill, you chickened out?  And, by the way, how can you get any sympathy on a guy you say wants to kill you when you drive all the way up to his house to stalk him for 4 days?  Not only that you ask some lemmings to come along with you to be bullet stoppers.

The good news is, from the videos he uploaded, that the old, lonely, sexually perverse, American hating terrorist is just about gone.  He can't even go once sentence without losing his train of thought, or lack there of.  His body is pale, swollen, and you can visibly see his shaking hands increase in intensity.  His mind is consumed with his haters and his uncontrollable desire to have vengeance.  Soon his body will cease and desist, and it will finally be a brand new day for everyone else.

As Bill continues to vacation in the kinda great State of Arizona, he has thrown up two testimonies, both of which show just how far down at the bottom of the barrel he is operating from.

First up, we have the case of Julian Soncco, Bill lays out the case like this:

MEET MY FRIEND JULIAN SONCCO. JULIAN OWNS HIS HOME FREE AND CLEAR ON EAST CAMINO VIVAZ IN SCOTTSDALE ARIZONA. BUT THERE'S A BIG PROBLEM....

Four years ago, Julian and his family were wrongfully evicted from their home. No foreclosure. Done while they were not at home. Someone else is living there. But I am holding a 2011 letter from GMAC Mortgage confirming that the mortgage is paid in full and remitting a $3,650.28 overpayment. But no one seems to be doing anything about this.

I believe this story is why the Arizona Attorney General's Office wants to go on camera. This story stinks so badly that they may be looking to do damage control. Julian cc'd me on communication with the Attorney General a while back, and that seems to be why the AG's office has been pursuing me for an interview.

To the Arizona Attorney General I say this: Get Julian and his family back in their home, and I will make the Arizona Attorney General's Office look good in the movie with a success story such as this will be.

That is patented  Bill.  Nothing but lies and deception ending with a threat to a law enforcement agency under the guise of his fake movie.  Now, how about the truth?  The truth is this man, like many others, had a home that plummeted in value from the housing crash.  He became upside down on his loan, and he was duped in to a lease back offer.  So he sold his home...the mortgage was satisfied, but the new owner didn't like the lease back idea and kicked him out.  The Attorney General did sue on behalf of many homeowners who fell victim to this scheme, but the guy is now insolvent and no one is going to get restitution.   This isn't a story about government corruption or anything like that.  This is a story of a guy who became upside down on his mortgage and in desperation fell prey to a run of the mill scam artist, and now he is falling prey to a new scamster in Bill.


Then we have the porn star and B movie actress Sheri Thomas.  Even though Bill had just explained to a follower that he was not in position to quickly upload their movies to youtube, Bill excitedly welcomed this washed up porn star in to his private hotel room for some "filming".  Bill quickly uploaded her video's to youtube and set up her sob story this way:

Sheri is the mother of two boys who are now young men, and she has seen them only five times in the last 20 years. Her sons were courtnapped, and she (a stay-at-home mom) was literally put out in the street -- left homeless and penniless. Her aerospace executive (six figure income) ex-husband planned the whole deal while his lover waited in the wings.

Sheri's story is incredibly maddening. Her life was destroyed by this man. 

But as they say, karma is a bitch. It seems the divorce never actually went through. Her "husband" remarried, and if this is confirmed in court, that makes him guilty of the crime of adultery. He should also have to pay spousal support and cough up at least half of the marital assets.

I look forward to the new developments in this story. Sheri is a beautiful woman inside and out, and I hope her sons see her Love Letter to her Children and begin to understand how she was victimized.

Well the truth is she divorced in 1988, the father was awarded custody of their two boys and they seem to be living very well adjusted lives now in their early thirties and twenties respectively.  Sheri, in contrast, has devoted her life's profession to selling her body in the form of adult videos.  Now, in her 50's and hideously deformed by too much botox along with ageing) that she can no longer sell her body for the kind of living she has become accustomed to, so she is after her ex for alimony money.  Yes...I know, tomorrow was supposed to be the big day for the grand jury stunt..but now this, apparently, is how we take our country back.

Beware of the Shadows

So Bill spent the night again at the Residence Inn in Mesa Arizona.  And of course, he also reads this blog religiously, as he has from the very first day he became aware of it.  Bill is now freaking out that we have him on our terrorist watch list:

The serial stalkers you know it is true, sometimes in the morning I am a cereal stalker and terrorists who are stalking and threatening citation needed here me are now publishing names, addresses uh no, but I could if you really want me to, and even photos of the places where I am staying and will be filming I even have pics of inside your hotel room....but I'm saving that for later.

I will be meeting with the Mesa Arizona police tomorrow I bet they could use a laugh, and I will be requesting protection. Perhaps the police will send someone over to be here during the filming, or we may relocate the filming to the police station I think there is a very secure location inside the police station we would all like for you to relocate to.

Everyone who comes to be filmed in the future needs to bring a driver's license which is generally a good idea anyway for those that drive to your hotel room or passport and a photocopy of the license or passport for my stalking records. I am also now refusing to film anyone who does not provide the required information in advance meaning if you are a female, single, and you look good...I will consider it.

These safeguards are necessary for my protection you mean for your stalking...don't deceive people Bill. I hope these crazy people will not be able to figure out where I will be in the future you mean after you announce your itinerary on your site? . I don't believe they will be dumb enough or smart enough? to continue to stalk and threaten since every new effort builds the case against them I thought we were already toast, you mean you are just now starting to build a case?. And surely they won't be smart enough to figure out where I will be filming at my next stop -- San Diego surely not. 


Bill wasted the day yesterday, the one thing he did to was break with his norm of supporting murders and criminals.  After seeing a picture of Sheri Thomas, and being told that she is ok with coming up to his hotel room alone for a private "filming", he was more than happy to make an exception for her.  He noted how pretty she was and can't wait to follow any further developments in her case.

Who is Stalking Who?

So a very reliable inside source confirmed to me that Bill Windsor spent the night in the Marriott Hotel just off of I-10 and right behind the beautiful Franklin Mountain State Park.  Not only that, but this source can also confirm that Bill spent the entire night, from 1 am to late this morning, reading up on the blog.  No time for sleep, no time for the lemmings, just nothing but "the Joeys".  The poor old man can't look away, he has to keep up with every single post and every single comment, it consumes him.

Beautiful sunset in El Paso on May 27, 2013. It takes forever to drive from San Antonio to El Paso. There was no one on the list to be filmed along the route, so I stopped for a photo at county courthouses that were along the route.

Filming in three cities on May 28. Then I will be filming and working in the Phoenix area for several days.

So as most of the Nation pauses to remember the men and woman who fought to keep us free, Bill Windsor, who said those that died in battle died in vain, continues to unravel at the seams.

Bill gives his usually tired old tactic of trying to discredit the source because of actions he has taken against them.  Example...."I filed criminal charges against so and so, therefore nothing they do or say is credible".

Then Bill decides to really scare everyone by releasing this:

The laws of some states provide that I should clearly and definitively demand that stalkers, haters, harassers, libelers, slanderers, and anyone posting anything negative about me or threatening to my family... or me cease and abate his or her pattern of conduct. So, cease and desist and abate.

Let there be no question whatsoever that I will personally pursue criminal charges against each and every one of you, and I will sue you for general damages, special damages, and punitive damages.

That's right...did you hear that everyone, from now on we are all on notice that he will not hesitate to file charges against us and vexatiously sue us and anyone around us.

Of course the joke continues to be on him as his bluff has been called.  He can't stop anyone, he cant do anything about free speech.  He is biting his own tail and too stupid to realize where that sharp pain is coming from.  Yes Bill, keep operating out of that same ole playbook, its doing wonders for your sanity.

Sometimes You Eat the Cookie, Sometimes the Cookie Eats You

So yeah...Bill had a complete meltdown last night.  The failure, the stress, the loneliness, the aimless nature of all of it must have come to a head late last night.  Bill put up a post, which he has since deleted, where we pleaded for help from anyone to help him stalk down Connie Bedwell (I kinda thought she was out of the picture at this point).  He is heading out Californi way to stalk down Connie and is desperately pleading to contact her ex.  As he said last week..."I hate to sound vindictive, but I guess I am".  Something tells me he will regret incurring her wrath.

Then he lashes out at me and the clubhouse, naming a $1,000 reward for information that will lead to the arrest err I mean stalking of the infamous Ginger Snap and other main characters of "the Joeys" (though not specifically designated).  Curtis decides to take him up on that offer and tells him he will surrender his information to Bill for the money.  Well it turns out that the 1K was for all of "the Joeys" collectively.  Yeah Bill if you want a box of cookies, you better up that offer substantially....maybe like start with putting that RV that you cant drive up as an offer.  By the way, would any of the slow kids still in his class like to ask the obvious question of how it is he has no money but can offer $1,000 bounty for a cookie?  You can read more about the exchange between Bill and Curtis over at Curtis' blog  http://editorcurtisbutler.blogspot.com/

This morning, after taking down his wanted add against us and Connie, he replaced it with an all points bulletin out on Lorraine.  Now we are back to the AMPPs again as the cause of all his self destruction, the insanity has gone full circle.

The other interesting thing about last night was that in his rush to delete all the new posters that flooded his blog, his responses to them were unusually loopy, even for him.  At this point...forced institutionalization is the only appropriate option.  He needs protection from the cookie, or the AMPPs, or big bad Connie, Allie, Elizabeth, the man with tiny hands, or the most terrifying Brannon.  Its simply too much for him, he needs his own witness protection facility inside a secure mental health compound.

Bill Spends All Weekend Travelling, Can't Seem to Get Anywhere

Talk about spinning your wheels, Bill continued his Texas vacation and stalking tour all through the weekend.  After taking two days to go after Brannon, he then tried to find me and then it was off to Austin to do a prop with 5 hippies who don't like laws.

Bill doesn't really hide the fact that he is just on a never ending vacation as he keeps posting up all his site-seeing pics including the places he likes to eat.  He is an attention whore who no longer has any real family whatsoever so he is using the zombies that follow him as his captive audience.  He even uses his facebook page as a venue to do his creepy old man flirting that he apparently is unable to contain:  Lawless America Bambi, I would be delighted to have you as my bodyguard. 

Beyond all the jokes and non-stop hilarity that Bill provides, the truth is that this is a rabid psychotic on the loose and until he ends up either behind bars or institutionalized, more people are going to be harmed by him.  At this point it really doesn't matter why he is the way he is, since he won't seek a remedy for his condition society must do it for him.

We also get more of the same in his constant contradictions.  He continues to point out how he has no money, but then gives us a screen shot inside his fully loaded jeep with his own mobile terrorism command center.  The man (or man-like creature) has to be burning at least $200 a day while he begs his lemmings to donate $300 for a stupid $50 banner that says "crime scene".  So at day 330 or something, he has had to burn at least $60,000 just on gas, food and lodging alone.  This doesn't count the crazy RV that is sitting in his driveway.  Yet he has no problem taking donations from people who don't even have enough gas money to get back home.  This ridiculous story needs an ending.

Billy Stalks the Clubhouse Looking for the Hammer Man

He had said that he was going to spend the day taking care of personal matters, but of course he lied.  He spent the day stalking our very own Brannon, both at his residence in a late night drive by, and at his former place of employment in Italy Texas.

Bill also managed to squeeze in time for his other favorite hobby of manufacturing his own drama.  Bill posted this:  "The mother of all thunderstorms hit here this evening. Cars pulled off the road. It was severe. It's still storming as I type this."
Thats not true either, the "mother of all thunderstorms" hit about 30-40 miles west of him, but why let facts get in the way of a "look at poor me out here braving the elements all for you lemmings..worship me"?

His website is down once again (its that time of the month), and Bill again blames his abject failure on someone else.  "LawlessAmerica.com is down because the tech guy I have used is more than worthless. He's had months to complete the move from GoDaddy to BulkRegister, and GoDaddy finally zapped the site again."
He is worth exactly what you pay him, nothing.  That is also what your entire 64 3/4ths years on this earth has amounted to.  Once again, for those scoring at home, you failed as a son, a father, a husband, a granddad, a student, a businessmen (many many many many times), a terrorist, a webpage owner, a facebook page owner, a networker, an RV driver, diet, victim's advocate, a member of the press, a protest organizer, a book publisher, a movie producer, a pro se litigant, a bully, trip organizer, radio show producer, a home owner, politician for office, and much much more.

Bill did his late night drive by of Brannon's home and said this on his facebook page:  "He's a guy who threatens to beat me with a hammer in a series of videos he does to stalk me. I drove by his home, and I visited his place of employment. Both are as strange as he is. I'm hoping I can help get Brannon Bridge committed to a mental institution."
Thats funny because most of society is hoping for that very outcome for you.  You can also read between the lines when he talks about wanting Brannon to be committed to a mental institution, that means he was run out of the local law enforcement office. 

So what's next?  More of the same, more stalking and support of murder as the terrorist network know as Lawless America will ride again, and riding shotgun right there with Bill is his fellow co-conspirators:  David Schied, Trish Kraus, Nikki Hannavig Cary-Andrew Crittenden, Mary Deneen, Naomi Chambers, Julia Fletcher, Stupid David Dauben (stuipid was his parental given name), Angie Gilmore, Nick Marrs, Kevin Brady, Matthew Orames, Dottie Lafontaine, Dennis Lawrence, Glen Gibellina, Sharon Anderson and many others.

A Stalking He Did Go

Bill celebrated Mother's Day the only way he knows how...by stalking a young mother.  The creepy old pervert spent the day taking pictures of the former places of residence he suspects Elizabeth Hernandez to have resided.  He even got vexatious in local restaurant which he believed Elizabeth was fond of.

Windsor then went down to the Biloxi PD to have a "sit down" with the police and to file criminal charges against EHH.  He says the matter will now go before a judge, but he is forgetting a key step...the PD must go forward with those charges.  More than likely his charges went the way of the morning junk mail.  Another failure for Bill Windsor.

Of course this is really all about bullying.  Bill wants to stalk and intimidate anyone who dares speak out against him, but like everything else in his life, he isn't very good at it.  How the zombies at lawless america can still support this kind of pathetic behavior is a testament to their own character.

Next up is Texas.  Bill plans to spend a week and a half in the Lone Star State.  No doubt his stalking campaign will continue.  Meanwhile, what about the fake movie?  The grand jury stunts?  Congressional hearings?  Local public access TV?  Has he "taken his country back"?  All of that was just lip service to an old man who wants to stay on vacation for the rest of his life, forever in search of someone to give him unquestioned love and attention.

David is taking over in this email.  He is correct, there is a lack of interest mainly because how could anyone follow all of this with the daily antics of Bill and still know what they were supposed to do?  Forget the fake movie, David says its time to focus on a television show, and by that he means local public access channels (nothing to do with anything Bill is producing).  Even though Bill just said that the grand jury is his only remaining hope for justice, David is trashing the entire stunt.  David is pragmatic, he is trying to salvage what is left, but this puts him directly at odds with his despot in chief.  But he cannot escape the blood that Bill has put on his head.  He is directly responsible for Bill and his antics.  Continuing to hide in the corner will no longer work, the spotlight is now on him, what will he do?

Windsor Continues His Stalking of Women

A very lonely, single and perverted old man by the name of Bill Windsor has now opened up his stalking list to include even more women.  This time the target is Elizabeth Hope Hernandez and he is heading to Biloxi Mississippi to carry out his terrorist operation.  Once again, his weapon of choice is paper terrorism through law enforcement and the judicial system.

Bill, once again, posts this woman's name, address, phone number and even includes a favorite place of dinning.  Bill vows to be at that place of business on May 11th.  He then sends a call out to his terrorist network, Lawless America, to help him in his serial stalking attempts:

"I ask anyone with any information on this person to please email me at nobodies@att.net. Please put ELIZABETH HOPE HERNANDEZ in all caps in the subject line. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone who is friends with a private investigator would ask for a little free help. I am told that it is possible that this woman has a prison background in another state, but that has not been confirmed."

He then goes on to explain to his lemmings why they must continue to be patient and to aid and abet him in his immoral activity.

"Unfortunately, part of the story of this movie and two movies or videos to follow is the serial liars out to destroy any attempts to expose dishonesty and corruption. I wish it didn't involve me, but it does, and I will be investigating each of the major players, and I will do everything I can to get them exposed and incarcerated as well as sued up one side and down the other. One major lawsuit is already underway in Missouri."

Now, a couple of points as I consult my pathological liar to English dictionary.  It has long been speculated that the only reason he had Biloxi listed on his vacation schedule is because he was after EHH.  That speculation proved to be dead on accurate as he admits he never had any other reason to visit that city other than to stalk EHH.  The second point is..notice the terminology, he has to find a way to file a criminal charge against her.  And while he would love to "sue her up one side and down the other" it doesn't look like he will get that chance as no judge seems poised to let him get vexatious in Mississippi.

Bill is Moving to Texas

The State of Georgia had a day of celebration as Bill announced that he has ceased and desisted his residency in that State.  The Lone Star State is the unlucky recipient of the walking caucus known as Bill Windsor.  His turn-key divorce, which he just announced last week, is nearly finalized if you are stupid enough to believe anything he says.  So he is ready to move on.  Tell someone to ship his RV (The Fugitive) to an undisclosed location in North Texas:

I did take some time for myself over the weekend and managed to break my primary lens. I'm going to just try and forget I read this.

I went to see Music Row in Nashville a lonely old man on vacation, and I had to make a sudden stop, and the camera fell from the passenger seat to the floorboard. you should tie that down, have you ever travelled before?  It had to have hit funny, and it no longer focuses properly. you no longer focus properly A replacement is coming Thursday, and this one heads to Canon for repair. you know, you could just use your smartphone cam to do all this youtube filming

Despite the frustration with the lens, I did enjoy seeing the various record company locations and studios. ohhh how you wish you could be a somebody like them  I have been to Nashville many times, but Musc Row was something I had never seen.

There was excitement at the Bledsoe County Correctional Complex when I visited there. fresh meat  I was denied the ability to film interviews with two inmates.  In fact, the State of Tennessee has banned me from filming at any state prison. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2zlPNGuPbw  

It seems they don't like the idea that they might be out of jobs if we get the truth out about our corrupt legal system. or...they just don't like you If we let all the inmates out who are wrongfully convicted or who were found guilty of victimless crimes, I believe something like 90% of the people in prison would be released. should that be the campaign theme for your Revolutionary Party? Trillions of dollars would be saved in prison costs alone. while crime rates would sky-rocket And if we changed the laws about victimless crimes, tens of trillions would be saved in legal expense. unemployment would shoot through the roof

We need to ask our fellow Americans if they would prefer to have social security benefits assured and have lower taxes now. but be murdered when they step outside? If so, they need to jump on the Lawless America legal reform bandwagon.  I think there will be plenty of room on that bandwagon

I have visited several crime scenes on this trip, with many more to come. you are a crime scene Twenty years ago, Walter Smothers murdered a 19-year-old boy in cold blood in the back of a pickup truck just down at the end of the road in this photo.  The boy had been accidentally shot.  When he cried out in pain, Walter Smothers put a shotgun under his chin and "blew his brains out."  He then mutilated the body. they all did

Walter avoided the death penalty by claiming the two people in the cab of the pickup truck were involved.  they were They weren't.  But the truth didn't matter. thats exactly what mattered  Based upon Tennessee's felony murder rule, Theresa Deion Smith and Stacy Ramsey were guilty of first degree murder simply because they were there. ummm no  They've been in prison for 20 years, and they will be there for the rest of their lives unless someone looks at the evidence and the law enforcement, attorney, and judicial wrongdoing.  yeah well I looked at it and they are right where they should be

Gee, it looks so pretty in the photograph. It's a shame that what happens inside isn't pretty.  When I exited the mens room, I heard people all over the courthouse talking about the Lawless America Jeep outside.  I was quite the attention-getter all over this small town. yea its not everyday you see someone declare themselves lawless and drive TO a courthouse

It's Day 326 for Lawless America...The Fake Movie.  I am now starting to worry about having the film edited in time for submission to Sundance. its nice that it finally dawned on you that at some point you will have to actually edit this fake movie.  This is much more than a one-man job and you aren't even one man, so all I can do is do the best job I can. meaning you won't do anything We do not have funding.  Money would cure everything, but we simply don't have it.you have lots of money...but you are hiding it so you can fleece more from your followers I will set aside a day in the next week to contact agents, film companies, TV networks, and celebrities.  meaning you are going to watch the E network all day  I could edit the film, but I am a novice at editing. omg did we just have a moment of honesty?  We need a great film editor. 

Atlanta Federal Court Corruption

The crooks in the federal court system in Atlanta continue to rape me. I don't think they like you in that way  I just received word of an order from the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals dismissing my appeals filed 17 months ago claiming I did not provide all of the information needed.  well provide it  The order denied me the right to file a motion for reconsideration or refile the appeals.  So, they sat on everything and blocked my totally valid appeals with no valid justification. like..totally  This was a lot easier for them than issuing ridiculous orders denying totally valid appeals. ohhh totally

The federal judges in Georgia are the scum of the earth -- an absolute criminal racketeering enterprise. I bet they would have a few choice words to say about you as well

Then I just learned that federal judge William S. Duffey has filed a judgment against me for $27,000 as well as liens on my wife's property.  when are you gonna tell everyone your wife already settled the original claim? Is that TMI for your lemmings?

This is a contempt of court sanction of $4.5 million in fines about which I was not notified, I thought you said it was for $27,000, is that what penalties and interest takes it up too?  was thus denied any and all due process rights, and it is a sanction that requires criminal due process, including a jury trial.  when did judge sanctions require a jury trial?

Itinerary Plans

As of today, I plan to do photography only in Memphis you going to graceland now?, and then it's on to Jackson and Biloxi Mississippi, New Orleans and Baton Rouge Louisiana, and then Texas. sounds like a nice vacation  I will have a replacement lens in Jackson Mississippi on Thursday. ohhh good that will make a big difference  Lynda Pearson Barnett will be joining me at a death scene in Pearl Mississippi. yours?  Her story is one that was rated by Facebook Friends as perhaps the top story that I have filmed. is this the new source of creditability in our world?

After Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas, I plan to visit New Mexico, Arizona, California, yeah thats all those states that you will run in to if you keep driving west Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado.  That's as far as I have planned so far.  I will then head back East visiting many more states, but I haven't decided the order yet.  and I forgot their names  If your story takes place in any state as opposed to the moon?, please email me atnobodies@att.net with BE IN THE MOVIE in all caps in the Subject line, if you want to be filmed or have me film locations important to your corruption.

I am keeping my schedule flexible, so I don’t have to push myself so hard. thats how all vacations are I will be in Jackson Mississippi on May 9 and 10, Biloxi Mississippi on May 11, New Orleans on May 12 and 13, Baton Rouge on May 14.

I will try to schedule myself to visit any town where there is a good story or location that is important to a good story. or pie I need  names and addresses as I must enter all of this data in a trip routing software, and then that will be loaded into one of the GPS units. SS numbers, bank routing info, close contact lists, passwords ect..

Medical Report

My mouth seems to have healed.  I will continue the two medications until they are gone. and then I will get more because I LOVE THOSE PILLS

Relocation

When I left Georgia two weeks ago, I ceased and desisted to be a resident.  I am relocating to Texas.  Central North Texas to be precise. what if you are not welcome?  The location is as central as possible to enable me to head in any direction with the least amount of travel to film stories and try to help folks. thats the stupidest reason I have ever heard to move somewhere 

I will not be disclosing my exact location. cuz I'm a coward I will have a private postal service address. As soon as that is finalized, I will publish it.  Facebook says Dallas, Texas, but that is not where I will be. I say waco...it only fits

I will be in Texas in a few days.  I will take a day or two to make some necessary arrangements by day, while filming at night.  yeah it doesn't matter what kind of lens you have when you film in the dark

I lived most of my life in Texas -- elementary school and junior high in Texarkana; high school and college in Lubbock; then my wife and I lived in Dallas for 18 years of our marriage.  I have always considered myself to be a Texan. but I don't think the feeling is mutual 

Some have speculated that my relocation announcement is a ruse to protect my family. no its a ruse to try and hide from all your legal responsibilities  It's not; it's real.  Part of the motivating factor is protection for my family as they have been terrorized by threats that we have received.  They will feel safer if I am not around. there is no doubt about that in anyone's mind, getting rid of you was the best thing they have ever done  Central North Texas is also an ideal location from which to travel to film stories and help people. when do you plan to start helping people?

My wife and I are separated, and as I understand it, the divorce should be final soon. you fought admirable to save her

The Springhill Suites on Airport Center Drive in Nashville is the nicest hotel for the money that I have ever stayed in.

Don't ever eat at Chili's late at night.  I have loved Chili's for 40 years, but everything was bad last night at 10 pm'ish.  and something tells me that poor waiter heard all about it too, they should have spit in it.
