DeleteI just took a look at the PACER listing for the Maid case. Nothing has been filed since March 4.
If Windsor missed his April 1 deadline to provide discovery to Maid, the next step is up to Maid's counsel: they can (and should and presumably will) file a Motion to Compel Discovery with the court. If they're planning to do that with regard to the April 1 discovery deadline, the filing could come any day now.
However, I think I saw someone (Sluggo? I don't really remember) on one of these comment threads in the past few days mention that the Maid folks had agreed to give Windsor an extension on the discovery deadline. That's entirely their prerogative. If they don't complain to the court that Windsor is ignoring their discovery and ask Judge Duffey to order him to comply, nothing will come of the blown deadline.
They'll move to compel at some point, though, if Windsor doesn't respond to their discovery requests.
As for "the pokey," that would still be a few steps down the line. One way it's possible (but not inevitable) is if (1) Maid moves to compel, (2) Judge Duffey grants the motion and orders Windsor to respond to discovery, (3) Windsor refuses to do so, and thus (4) Duffey finds him in contempt. (Note that each of these steps would involve the passage of a few weeks at least. None of this is going to happen quickly—which is one reason why this litigation, which was initially filed in 2009, is still going.)
DeleteOf course, Duffey has found Windsor in contempt before, and Windsor doesn't seem to care much. For me, the most interesting question in the whole Maid case is how much slack Duffey is willing to cut Windsor before he actually imposes incarceration as a sanction for repeated contempt of court. It's available as a sanction, and Duffey will clearly invoke it if Windsor pushes him too far. But exactly how far is that? I guess we'll have to stay tuned....
Whoops, my mistake: the original Maid case was filed in 2006, not 2009. Seven years—on a simple summary judgment! The extent of this guy's vexatiousness is just incredible.

It looks to me like someone else owns Alcatraz Tickets and Alcatraz Media helped them run their website.
I know that someone who owns a lot of Domaine Names and websites gets them cheaper. So it looks to me like Alcatraz Media bundled costs of websites/Domaine Names and probably charged Alcatraz Tickets.
In order to prove Bill lied about not owning Alcatraz Tickets, you would have to show more than he owns the Domaine Name and is the Admin of their Website.
Does that make sense? Did I miss something?

Alcatraz Media Inc. and Alcatraz Media LLC are listed as Delaware Corps and Georgia Corps, yet they have many, many "official" addresses, including one pointing to a UPS Store mailbox in California. Alcatraz Tickets is a subsidiary of Alcatraz Media. Bill Windsor is named as the Alcatraz Tickets representative who responded to the complainant on Rip-off Report. With Windsor acting as an agent of Alcatraz Tickets, a company nested under his family's "mother" business, Alcatraz Media--which the courts deemed Bill Windsor as one in the same as Alcatraz Media in the MoM case--well, you should get the picture.

Did I read somewhere that his son owns Alcatraz Travel? If so, one reason could be that Bill responded to complaints, is there are independantly owned companies who share services. That happens all the time, especially where families are involved in alot of little companies. I used to own a small business where my brother-in-law would do the ordering of inventory for me because he was bigger and got a better deal. It was my company, independent of his. I would get the bills under my company name and pay them. If I had a problem w/a supplier, sometimes my brother-in-law would call them for me. But we were never the same company under the law. My accounts and inventory were mine and his were his.
What acts of which specific company caused litigation?
You don't have to respond if you don't want to and I do appreciate you sharing this evidence - that's more anyone else has done when I have asked questions. But I don't see the smoking gun that Bill is a crook, based on the evidence you have provided.

Sharon, it is true, there are some who made videos believing in the story line/party line that Bill spouted about helping them.
DeleteAfter interacting with him, some were booted, labeled liars because the dared to question him, and their videos taken down. This really won't impact their cases, because the videos do not help their case.
Many left after getting a clue about the dictator that is Bill, or realizing that he was not actually doing anything to help them. Many left when they saw him threaten others with appearing for the other party in their court cases(usually for child custody) to punish. Bill calls it a promise, the victims of his rampages for disobedience call it a threat. He has no clue, and just assumes that if they disagree with him in any way they must be liars and he needs to exact his revenge- where? In court- you know the places he calls corrupt.
Read up on how he asks for people to do his stalking- wanting drivers license numbers and social security numbers and employment information and anything else they can find on those he deems enemies. Tell me how you see this movie being formatted to be a watchable and interesting thing. It makes perfect sense, but not to BW of course, who instead deemed all courts, attorneys, and judges corrupt across the nation, and then, out of desperation, set out to amass large numbers of people to fight this said mass corruption.
His history of being sued and losing cases, and his history of suing others and losing, is what led him to where his is today--a vexatious litigant who should certainly NOT be advising ANYONE about court, much less grand juries, citizen grand juries, en mass citizens arrests, and execution of whomever he deems to have committed treason (which according to his i-net postings, is almost 100% of judges, attorneys, elected officials, etc.).
Those who continue to support him and his efforts, IMO, are enemies of this country, and by proxy, my enemy as well.

I've found Medieval Times v. Alcatraz (C.D. Ca., Court File No. 09-CV-02111) and AT&T v. Alcatraz (N.D. Ga., Court File No. 11-CV-00354). It appears that both of those cases settled out of court. There wasn't any judgment entered; both cases were dismissed on the joint request of plaintiffs and defendants, because they'd settled.

The Jorgenson case (N.D. Ca., Court File No. 07-CV-02445) clearly is our Bill, but that one settled as well. (And Bill had an attorney, for whatever it's worth.)
It's a hilarious case, though: Bill got sued over a picture he took in 2003 of a guy who was working at an information booth on the actual Alcatraz Island in San Francisco Bay. Windsor posted it on the website of Round America LLC, one of the several businesses he's been involved with. The caption he put under the photo: "Cellhouse Information Desk - manned by a former inmate at Alcatraz." ...Which wasn't true. Yikes!
Two years later, when the guy in the picture found out about it and had a lawyer (named Sussman) send Windsor a "take it down" letter, Windsor changed the caption to "Cellhouse Information Desk - manned by a brain surgeon/nuclear physicist and client of Esquire Sussman."
Bill's attorney argued that the suit (for defamation and other things) against him should be thrown out because the statute of limitations had lapsed; essentially, he argued that the guy was required to sue before two years had passed. Before the judge could rule on that motion to dismiss, the parties settled the case out of court.
Finally, all I can find on the Real Entertainment case is a short passage from a Jacksonville newspaper article from 1998. I'm not so sure it's even the same Windsor Companies.

The Real Entertainment case is still sort of mysterious, in part because the Middle District of Florida doesn't store complete documents on PACER going all the way back to 1998; for cases that are that old, MDF only saves docket entries—basically document titles and sometimes short synopses of the filed documents.
DeleteAccording to the Florida Times-Union article, though, the case is about "a Jacksonville company" called Windsor Companies that was creating and distributing bootleg copies of Jerry Springer: Too Hot For TV.
This "Windsor Companies" defendant is also mysterious--including, it would seem, to the plaintiff (who owned the copyright to the Springer flick) and the court. It doesn't appear that the defendant filed much of anything in the case; it looks like they pretty much agreed that they were liable and stipulated to the court's entry of a permanent injunction in which they agreed to stop distributing the plaintiff's copyrighted material and to pay the plaintiff a little under $270,000.
Once again, though, it's not clear that this "Windsor Companies" has any connection to Bill Windsor of Lawless America fame. Since when were the Windsors in the video business?
All in all, it's a very funny list of cases, though. (Only the AT&T thing is boring. "You didn't pay your phone/internet bill, doofus" doesn't make for entertaining courtroom theater.)

Take a guy's picture, put it on your website, give the picture a caption based on the made-up notion that the guy was an actual inmate at Alcatraz... and then, when the guy gets understandably unhappy that you did that, post a revised caption sarcastically sneering that he's a "brain surgeon/nuclear physicist" instead, complete with a pointless swipe at his attorney. What a jackass!
Kramer, the widsor family has a lock down monopoly on buying tickets from Alcatraz cruises the ferry service to the island. They then sell the tickets for a $10 surcharge. Bills son and wife run two seperate yet identical companies. Bill owns several domains. He is also a domain swooping up hoarder. He does this to mess with others. I have found from this he has followers that are looking for his help but bill is just a guy with issues who is not going to ever help anyone else. I believe while he might had started just a movie he has had his group transformed which he did into a cause and a political party and now also a news service. Nobody cares if the movie is made. It's going to be a terrible trainwreck. It's going to make all the cases in it look totally flawed based on the association with a vexatious litigant as well as several people who were not properly vetted. But, no worries, I doubt it will ever get past youtube. However, it makes the road harder for anybody that tries to fight court corruption in any similar manner.

For example, most of the well known film festivals are where the movie PREMIERS. You can't have all the content plastered all over YouTube. And, they aren't going to show something that is going to result in massive lawsuits. Which, Bill's lack of vetting SCREAMS for lawsuit after lawsuit for slander.

DeleteI was in DC. I did not stay with the group. I stayed on the Hill. I did meet with four attorneys for four different Senators/committees. I never thought there were going to be live Congressional testimonies. I've moderated a Senate Staff briefing before. It took six months to set it up.
I was hoping that maybe there would be actual hearings scheduled for this summer. I continue to keep contact w/the Senate Judiciary Committee.
I do believe that better access to grand juries could possibly help curtail some of the court corruption. I have not followed this aspect of Lawless America. I have not had time to study this to voice an intelligent opinion of how it works or should work.
I don't think grand juries should be biased in make-up one way or the other. I have no plans to cause anyone to be executed - for treason or any other crime. I don't believe in a death penalty for anything.
I do believe there are those who should be made to reliquish their robes. I'm not big on revolutions, but would like to see more public light/outcry on the problem of court corruption.
I would like to see politicans from both parties be forced to hold compromised branch leaders accountable for letting the corruption get so out of hand.

DeleteThe only actual cases that I have found, that I thought were handled terribly wrong are with the abuse of children, domestic violence victims & investigations were not handled properly & far too much leniency & access to kids &/or the abused parents was given.
I strongly believe our CPS/DHFS/DCF in America needs a huge overhaul & massive funding & many more qualified investigators & case workers. One person cannot be an investigator, case worker, counselor & advocate to 100s of families at once, which is how it seems to be in most counties across the nation.

How many of you have law degrees and have any clue what is or isn't illegal in court orders? Most of you believe and republish things from facebook that have incorrect stastics and fatally flawed logic and legal inferences. Like a gag order. Most of you guys think that all gag orders are illegal and ban free speech. Not true. You really think that all of you are above the law and don't have to abide by it simply because you don't like it? Bill does.
Bill would destroy the court systems if he could. Look at his MoM filings. All of his redundant and improperly applied filings cost the TAX PAYERS money. He is still costing the tax payers money by not abiding the court order. THE COURT ORDER THAT HE SIGNED. Why did he sign it and agree to pay?
Secondly, have you read about Bill's ideas for citizen grand juries? Do you really think any of that crap is going to happen peacefully? What he wants to do is tear down the courts and virtually start from scratch. 1. Do you really think that is necessary? 2. Have you ever studied history? How many "revolutions" are peaceful? And how much collateral damage is there in the mean time? Bill has said it over and over and over that he doesn't care about the individual stories. Do YOU care about your individual story? Do you think that every case that goes to court is tainted by massive corruption? Or do you think that there are millions of cases that get heard that end up with a reasonable and fair judgement (as fair as can be when you make decisions like how children from broken homes are going to be divided between their parents)?
Lastly, again. Your "little videos" don't destroy anything except your hopes. The only thing good about Bill's movie is that he had a decent camera. He doesn't know how to direct. The videos he has taken are inherantly boring. What he has online could never make a movie that people wanted to see. Yes, he's talked about the B-roll. That is where the meat of the movie would be. It would be about a guy traveling around the country meeting people who experienced corruption. It would be some individual stories showing people in their everyday lives dealing with their court cases and family turmoil. The stuff he has filmed, is filler. It would just show sheer volume. To be interesting, it would have to have some glue to hold it together. A hero. Victims that we get to know an feel for. Bill can't even lead all the blabbering people in his videos to tell the interesting parts of their stories. Sure, some are interesting, but that's because those particular people were articulate and animated. Bill doesn't bring that out of people, but some people still have it. However, that's only a handful of participants.

Given that it is all grassroots and there is no structure in place to stop conflicts from blowing out of propotion....the trick is, to not let the conflicted interests along the way destroy the over all endeavor of removing corruption from the courts for the good of us all.

I do not see the same type of corruption or the same cause of corruption in the different court systems. Those who fight the criminal system is a fight between the falsely accused and the government. Family court is a different battle. Family court often has an opposing party along with the government. Sometimes several agencies or groups are involved. IT is a different game all together.
Attorneys often work in certain areas or take simple cases. One of the reasons is it is too difficult to be versed in all the different court systems and cases.
You are very correct in that you COULD NOT IMAGINE THE RAGE. Please don't try. The mothers who have gone through this own that rage, it is theirs and they have a right to it. Fathers who have lost custody have a different type of rage and they own that.
Family court corruption is not and never has been a concern of lawless and these people have always been pawns for him, nothing more.
The group of mothers many of us work with are the mothers who lose custody after coming forward with domestic violence/sexual assault on them or their children. Those women have fragmented into separate groups based on the enemies in their cases. Some fight CPS some don't, among other issues. For these mothers they fight GENDER ISSUES in the court system and court BIAS, and SOME corruption is in the mix.
The bottom line in those cases is the perpetrator of the violence and those who support (which is most often a)him.
There will be no uniting on this issue as far as I can see, unless you unite under specific issues. We have a fathers rights movement, a mother's rights movement, and a family rights movement. Each of those have groups under them that specialize in certain areas.
The idea of a movie and a savior to step in and revamp the process is crazy.
If you want the corruption stopped in your area, enlist people to help you, do not try to force other issues to join with yours.
Back away from the whole family court issues and let the respective groups continuing raging on with their wars as they have for years. They have been making progress toward their purposes.

Redd actually you have it wrong while the groups don have different issues and cases the one thing they are all upset about are those judges decisions and they all blame it on some crazy conspiracy. They have been listening to some radical Glenn neck or Alex jones far right wing republican and tea party agenda where constitutionalists have latched onto. I think a large group against court corruption could work, but it would have to be LARGE and divided into special groups, each with leaders, and budgets and focus, etc. Bill and group simply don't have the resources (and I'm not just talking financially). Being one big group with one leader just doesn't cut it. Even if Bill were some amazing leader, true CEO type. Ms. Kramer, do you have any understanding how large corporations or even large charities work? They have many leaders and very specifically focused groups. No, not like the laughable state groups that Lawless has. Yes, different states are going to have different laws and different types of problems, but as Redd pointed out, there are still a million different directions to go within one state.
DeleteI agree with Redd. The mothers groups, fathers groups, wrongful criminal conviction, etc groups, would better fit people's needs. They can actually share experiences, tools, and resources. Bill does none of that. Not only does he not do that, you put yourself at risk of being "shunned" if you seek those resources from one of the other groups. Just because somebody supports mothers' rights, doesn't mean they don't acknowledge that there are court cases and times when fathers are treated unfairly. It's just acknowlegding that the hurdles and stereotypes mothers may face in court are different than ones fathers may face. DeleteFamily Court is set up to do exactly what it was meant to do. It's a cottage industry made up by professionals to line the pocket books of each other, "Cronyism" for me is far more rampant than any conspiracy theory.
I entered this vocation by watching 60 Minutes one Sunday in 2007. The episode was called, "Chamber of Secrets", it is still online, bing that shit. Frieda Haminov became suspicious of her GAL and the judge in her case and rightly so. They were both caught, on hidden camera, giving and receiving bribes. Not saying it always goes down like that but I have seen far too many judges and cases where the judge uses his favorite "golden boy/girl" to be the GAL. Which essentially throws money their way by way of retainer fees and then subsequently the "itemized billing". I know because I have gone through it three times now. My ex monopolized the GAL's time while my child and I were barely given 5 minutes. I know of other mothers and fathers who also had the same issue with the same GAL. In fact, one of the children who was being represented by golden boy GAL had to take a cab in a rural area to meet with HIS lawyer. Since the lawyer REFUSED to meet w/the child and was making reccomendations for the children to relocate out of the country, they didn't WANT to go. But the kicker was that the GAL presented to the court that HE would make a trip to the country (Spain) once a year (paid for by daddy) and check on the kids. Do I need to go into how screwed up that is on so many levels both professionally and morally?
I want to set the record straight once and for all. My group, AMPP, does not hate fathers or men. In fact, I'm helping a MALE cousin now with his "custody dispute". Big problem with Family court is that it is set up to take money, not help children. There is a money trail that would make those that don't have an issue blood boil.
Any one person can go into family court and come out screwed. But you put a DV victim/survivor in there it's goddamned dangerous. You not only risk losing your children to an abuser by way of court order you risk it by an abuser murdering them, you, or both. Family court sucks but more so for those that I am interested in helping, DV Victims/Survivors.
Now trust that we are doing far more than just complaining". We have been action oriented for many years with many different facets of this shit gem. It took me years to comprehend it all and I doubt there is any crash course that could do it justice. There is simply many facets to the twists and turns of this INDUSTRY of family court and even the DV Industry. It sickens me.
But as long as I'm alive I'm going to warn others and help my fellow human against those that mean to do them harm. My message is simple.
Sean, I have read your message a few times and it seems that perhaps my words flew right past you. I know your words flew right by me. They make no sense. I am not a tea partier and my political party does not matter in this issue. Domestic violence affects all parties. I agree with you that Bill is out for himself but I did not post anything about that. Let me know what you think I should open my eyes to and I will take another look. I have read your stuff, watched your videos, and for the most part it hits different issues than the ones that brought me in here.

I REJECTED A CONTRACT OFFER FROM A FILM/TV AGENT TODAY.
I have been sitting on a written contract from an agent since January 11, 2013 when I was in Los Angeles to meet with agents. I simply couldn't get comfortable with the people. I spoke with the folks again today, and I pulled the plug.
So, back to the drawing board. Once there were four, now there are none. An agent isn't essential, but it was the path that I had chosen. We'll see what shakes out...
HA! Me either, not a chance in hell ANYONE nowadays turns down a contract. There's a million reality TV wannabe's out there. Windsor was rejected first time around with the other Reality show he so SO SOOOOOOOO desperately wanted to be on and cried about it for days.

Film and interviews update please? I thought you were interviewing in MT last August. A few that I know were all set and never heard anything.
Did you read In his complaint for damages form that he is having his first amendment rights as a news journalist taken away. But at the same time he does not want anyone else to have freedom of speech what news service is his website operating as its almost like having a discussion at the al jezera site.
ReplyDeleteThere is much to dispute about Windsor's articles being considered Journalism. He is biased, and only writes his slighted opinions. That is not Journalism. And it is interesting that no one can have an opinion or write about it or dispute it, if it's different from his. They get shut down and labeled haters, added to his list of John/Jane Does and sued.

DeleteI read some more of the page. Her arrests were for stealing and assault and violating restraining orders. This all happened after she was filmed. Says the arrests are because she is in the movie and all part of a plot to keep her and"The Mink Squad" quiet about what they have found out. Funny, she doesn't mention what they " found out ". Seems like pie boy is desperate for volunteers....SERIOUSLY !!!

She has to be in court again tomorrow for a pre- trial conference for 4 separate counts of violating a restraining order her ex has against her. She says they're all made up charges to stop her from exposing the truth. My question is, "What truth"? Wait till she gets hit with Felony refusal to pay 18K in child support. Maybe she can sell some of those lovely paintings. She says she donates 25% of her sales to Lawless America. The Judge is going to LOVE that !!

ReplyDeleteOn April 6, 2013, Bill Windsor leaves Atlanta, Georgia headed for Lexington, Missouri. Bill Windsor will stand "trial" on April 8 on charges that he is a would-be serial killer and/or mass murderer.
Assuming Bill Windsor doesn't find himself in the pokey, he plans to film in the Kansas City area on April 9, and then hit the road for MANY states...
I have not yet decided where I will go from Kansas City. I will announce my next stops as soon as possible after April 8. My itinerary will depend in large part on how many people who were already filmed respond to my request for the information listed below.
I am planning to visit the locations that are meaningful to important stories. For example, I will film outside the courthouse where subjects were screwed; outside the home that was foreclosed; at the CPS office that stole your children; etc., etc.
I definitely plan to be in these locations over the next two months: Montana, Nevada, Utah, California, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, District of Columbia, Virginia, Michigan, Minnesota.
Some of you have already provided me with a list of locations that are meaningful to your story, but with 50,000 emails that I haven’t had time to review, I need to ask everyone interested to send me an email -- nobodies@att.net -- with the subject line in all caps: LOCATION FILMING. Please provide the following:
1. Your name and all contact phone numbers.
2. A list of the names, addresses, and phone numbers (if applicable) of every location that would be meaningful to your story, with a sentence to explain the importance.
3. A list of the key documents or other things that you feel would reinforce your story.
4. The names, addresses, and phone numbers of people who I might confront who would be meaningful to your story, with a sentence to explain the importance.

This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. I am traveling alone, and I need for everyone to make this as easy as possible for me. I will not have time to track you down or hunt for addresses.
I will not be able to do this for everyone who has been filmed -- only for those stories that I have deem to be the most compelling. We will not be able to feature those who fail to respond.
I like to use every waking moment when traveling to film as many people as possible. If you haven't been filmed and want to be considered for filming, you must email Nobodies@att.net immediately to indicate (or reconfirm) that you wish to be filmed. Please include a link to your Facebook page in the email, if you have one (and any other website or blog that you have). This is part of the security screening. You will then need a driver's license or passport for identification at the filming.
The filming locations will only be provided by email to those who confirm their attendance.
Anyone who belongs to a hate group need not attempt to be filmed.
Anyone who cannot make it to one of these locations to be filmed, but who would like to be filmed should email BeInTheMovie@nobodies.us.
