He says he rejected a contract from an agent, and now he has no options for the show/movie (possibly because he doesn't have a show/movie)
He claims to now have 100 affidavits in his "trail" against Allie, all of the un-notarized filings have a certain date with a wastepaper basket (some tress were harmed in the making of this stunt)
Move over Bangledeshians....Lawless jumped 5,000 likes in one night and Bill is blaming it on the Russians. Someone better tell Billy boy that you best avoid stiffing the Russians like he did the Indians, the mafia guys over there will take that pie off you one way or the other.
He blames the 5K Russian increase on Facebook. Is this the new Cold War?
Asks for more donations before his new filming trip and then lays out his locations for Lawless America 2.0 (most of the places he has announced he plans to visit are locations thought to be were some of his "haters" reside)
But most of all he continues to harass Allie and the courts as prepare for his hearing in Missouri. Bill does not miss a chance to take as many personal shots at Allie as he can in his filings (no matter how off-topic). He even goes right in to her custody case as he tries to re-open those wounds and gladly offers help to her ex simply out of spite. I really don't see any evidence of anything human left in the obese carcass legally known as William M. Windsor.
He isn't really human, he is a pie disposal unit. Sorta like a trash compactor. Only he spits out court papers. That is later re-cycled into confetti. The confetti will be used when he gets his ass handed to him in court to celebrate adding one to the bill loses again list.

The person who should be talking about BW's health but isn't is Lawless RI, who is now claiming to be a professional forensic psychologist. It's a good bet that if she ever had a license to practice psychology in the first place, that she lost her license by now. She does not have a PhD, so she was always limited in her career field in the first place. Looking at her video, she seems very confused and her eyes are active, but not alert. V, I have to agree with ms. It's not a trial and it's not an affidavit. He's got some real smart ones on his team.
I really hope someone else films this event in Montana and posts it so that we can all see what really happens. It's just too easy to anticipate that it's not going to go the way that Mr Windsor is planning. I know that up here the judge wouldn't even listen to it and the hearing would be over in all of 5 minutes, and part of that would be scheduling the date for his next hearing on violating a temporary order by posing all kinds of bullshit.

ReplyDeleteDave Moff Just a stray thought: if anyone who has participated in Lawless America is facing a restraining order or court action or has been accused of threatening or harassing anyone online, perhaps a downloadable affidavit which can be customized by anyone should be available from the web site. Anyone facing a similar situation can ask friends or Lawless America participants to create and submit their own affidavits. This may help a few people--perhaps more than a few.
Naturally. Because all "7,000" followers know each other well enough to be credible witnesses for each other and a form can be generic enough to be used on any unexpected event, but specific enough to be included in a thorough investigation.

ReplyDeleteFairly big news in the Maid case: according to papers that Maid of the Mist's counsel filed on Thursday (April 4), Barbara Windsor sent Maid a check dated April 1 (heh—I hope they made sure it cleared!) for $100,000 to pay off debts that her husband owed Maid, mostly for contempt citations. In exchange for that check, Maid has agreed to drop (1) their motion for attorneys' fees and (2) the discovery requests demanding that Barbara turn over documents and answer written questions ("interrogatories") for them.

At this point, I'm not sure what the Maid folks are after in the case anymore—they've got their $100K, and attorneys' fees aren't at issue because, as they put it, "Non-Party Barbara G. Windsor has paid them on behalf of her husband." Anyway, clearly they still expect Bill to fork over responses to their discovery. Maybe Bill owes them still more money? It's not clear.
Anyway, this development makes it considerably less likely that Bill will end up in jail over the Maid case.

We wrote about this on the other thread. He was denied by the Judge, but he went ahead and submitted all the affidavits anyway. A few people sent them directly to the court, and they show up on the docket entry.
He has no respect for the courts, people, their rights, or following the laws. Period. I hope the Judge throws his fat pie ass behind bars. He bitches about the court system, but he has gotten away with disrespecting the courts, being in contempt, being labeled a "serial filer" (which you can also see by the numerous filings in this case alone) and all he gets is a slap on the wrist.

Funny how he made such a big deal about filing those complaints and not a word about them being thrown in the trash.....And whatever happened to the citizen's grand jury??

ReplyDeleteHe has violated the order since day one. The court already has that info logged into the system, being denied the affidavit testimony, but still sending it. His posts from day one, after he acknowledged receiving the order, but true to form Bill, ignores it and posts the whole thing, numerous times, with added words and drama to get the masses upset.
Some of the people he invited to go harass you will walk away knowing the truth about the charges, and see what he did to use them. They will be not so happy.
They said frivolous not false. Of course they are false, but the judge threw them out for not meeting required standards of criminal activity and deemed them frivolous.

ReplyDeleteI didn't believe he really filed those complaints because I believe he must have known it would expose him for the horse's ass that he is. But, I guess he's used to being in that position He'll either completely ignore the fact that the complaints were thrown out or make up a reason as to why they were thrown out. Maybe he'll ask for more $$$$$ to buy more pie, I mean pay off his contempt fine, I mean finance another vacation, I mean prove that he's so important that people want to hurt him.

Then found out Lori unfollowed me & blocked me from following her. WTF? Now my 5 year old account has been listed as a sock puppet for Lori, by Sarah because of less than 15 tweets out of 32,356 over 5 years. Yeah right Sarah, I'm a sock puppet.
