Domestic Terrorist Windsor rats out the USA to Al Jazeera, Visits Jefferson's Grave in Missouri

Last night on his talkshoe show, Bill admitted that he has sought out foreign media to cover his complaints about the United States Government including the Al Jazeera network.  Should we convene our own made up citizen grand jury and convict him of treason, punishable by death?  Well, by his own words, he should be, in fact it would be our patriotic obligation to do so, according to his own standards.  His number two, David Schied, agreed with reaching out to the foreign press and called for our Country to revert back to common law.

Bill then said he went to Columbia Missouri to film the "most important" Founding Father Thomas Jefferson at his grave site to see if he is in fact rolling over in his grave.  Bill said that he couldn't hear Jefferson actually rolling over in his grave, but he saw steam coming up from the ground implying that TJ was steaming mad.  One little problem with all of this is that Jefferson was buried at his place in Monticello Virginia.  The Jefferson Institute decided to move his gravestone to Columbia in an effort to preserve it.  Complete incompetence hasn't seemed to stop Bill yet, so I guess this incontinent truth won't deter him either.  But I have to wonder about Schied as he tries to play academic at a local college, is he fine with being directly associated with, and ruled by, someone so completely clueless about even the basics of American history?

Other notes to come out of the meeting is that he got the RV off an elderly gentlemen who I guess could no longer operate it (since Bill can't operate it either I guess we should qualify Bill as elderly as well).  Bill plans to be on the road (in his jeep) for 3 months on this new tour while he films certain places.  He kicks off the vacation by going to Dollywood Thursday.

The big surprise for us haters is that he may get a Federal Judge to allow him to file civil cases on those that he considers stalkers.

They still plan to carry out the citizen grand jury stunt, now in june, but with Bill out on the road it looks to be completely coordinated and run by David.  I'm wondering if paper terrorism will look good on his educator resume?  Schied also claims to be working with a congressman who wants him to help right a new grand jury related law.  He wont say who or what though.

  1. One little problem with all of this is that Jefferson was buried at his place in Monticello Virginia.

Indeed he is! That's some severe stupidity, right there.

I've got an update on the filings in the Maid case coming up. It's not a terribly exciting update (because they're not terribly exciting filings), but it's coming in a half-hour or so, I hope.

If he is actually that stupid, its time to start suing Barbara, she has all the money anyway.

  4. Very unnerving information contacting foreign media, inviting more hatred over here, and exposure to his complaints of what/who he is planning on attacking with his little revolution. Who the hell does that? There are plenty of media outlets here, it's just they don't feel his crap is news worthy.

Another unnerving thing was waking up to an email from Bill Windsor. I have never emailed him, so I don't know how he got my address, unless he used FB to gather contact information from liking his page. BUT again, I have never received any emails from him, until now. I unfriended him a long time ago.
It was his standard 'want to be filmed' email, but not happy he sent it.

  5. Okay, time for what might well be the final update on the filings in Bill Windsor's lawsuit against Maid of the Mist in Georgia federal district court.

When we left the narrative last week, federal judge William S. Duffey had placed a hold on Maid's attempts to get discovery from Bill Windsor. On April 8, Duffey had ordered Maid to explain why they needed this discovery, given that Bill's wife, Barbara, had already paid off Maid (to the tune of $100,000) for all of Bill's debts to them. Duffey gave Maid until April 22--yesterday--to file a written explanation.

And they did so; yesterday Maid filed two things. The first one (docket #376) is sort of boring and logistical: if you remember, Bill Windsor argued in a filing earlier this month that he had sent a bunch of documents to Maid years ago, and Maid never gave them back. He argued that this made answering Maid's questions impossible. Maid's first filing yesterday is a statement that they've now sent documents back--to Barbara, as it happens--in mid-April 2013. I presume, though I'm not certain, that these are the same documents Bill complained about; anyway, Maid says that the Windsors now have their documents back. (Woo-hoo.)

Finally, the filing at docket #377 is Maid's explanation of what was going on with the discovery post-Barbara's-check. They state that they didn't want to release Bill from his obligation to respond to their discovery primarily because of a different lawsuit that Windsor filed against Maid in a New York state court in late 2009. That "Article 78" lawsuit, a blatant attempt by Windsor to get revenge on Maid for beating him in court in Georgia, was dismissed in March 2010 (you can read the decision throwing out the lawsuit at http://tinyurl.com/cdj3xdj ). Maid says that Bill started trying to revive the New York suit via appeal early this month. (Which is a ridiculous idea: you can't wait three years after you lose a case in trial court to attempt to appeal. Or at least not without a fabulous reason.)

Maid states that a separate but very similar "Article 78" New York lawsuit was also filed earlier this year, and they suspect that "Windsor may have been involved behind the scenes."

And, as of early this month, Barbara's $100,000 check hadn't cleared.

    1. [Part 2]

Well, since April 4, when Maid's previous filing said that they still expected answers from Bill, all three of those concerns have been alleviated. A New York appellate court has issued a negative ruling on Windsor's attempt to appeal his 2010 "Article 78" lawsuit, and Maid clearly thinks that that suit is going nowhere. The same, apparently, goes for the more recent "Article 78" suit that they suspect Windsor is behind. And though they don't say it explicitly, it would appear that Barbara's check has cleared, and Maid has their hundred thousand dollars.

So after all of that, Maid says that they've now agreed to withdraw their discovery requests directed at Bill Windsor. He's not going to have to answer their questions or allow them to inspect his real estate. Basically, it appears that the Maid case in Georgia federal court is finally over, at least as far as Maid itself is concerned.

There are two loose ends to tie up. First is Windsor's right to respond to this filing of Maid's; between now and May 6, he has the right to file something responding to Maid's argument. Conceivably he could claim that he didn't get the right documents back from Maid, or that their assertions about the New York lawsuits are nonsense, or something--but the central point of the filings is that he doesn't have to answer discovery, so at this point he doesn't have anything more to fight about with Maid. If I were Windsor, I wouldn't respond to this Maid filing at all; there's really no point. Bill's about as combative as they come, though, so who knows. (In the all-too-likely event that Windsor files something stupid, of course, Duffey will block it from public view. So it seems unlikely that we'll have anything to see on May 6, other than perhaps a docket entry that basically says "Windsor filed something, but Duffey rejected it.")

Then, the very last vestige of the Maid lawsuit is that Bill Windsor owes the Georgia federal court $29,500 in fines for contempt of court. He's going to have to pay that. Goodness knows when or how he will do so.

      The End … ?

    3. @ Attorney: Thank you. Seems any reasonable person would not respond to Maid at this point - it should be the end. Bill seems to always want the last word though.

If it is the end of this saga, I hope you aren't leaving us. I have a question re: new suits, hopefully you can help. If Judge Thrasher OK's Bill to file a new suit, does that mean Bill has shown something like 'probable cause', gets OK, then writes the papers? Or would Bill have to actually file the suit for approval to proceed? I'm wondering if the entire suit will be reviewed by the Judge before respondents are served.

    4. Thanks for the update Attorney.

    5. Question now raised. What happens to his vexatious not being able to file thing. Does that go away, or does it stand indefinitely now? Or can he appeal that order, stating he has basically complied with everything for this case, so he's not vexatious anymore? (Cause that would be the greatest blunder of all time to allow HIM free reign to terrorize the courts seeing his june date is coming up. You know he will go after Maid, and all Judicial staffers then.)

If it is the end of this saga, I hope you aren't leaving us.

Oh, don't worry. I'm here for two main reasons, and the Maid case itself isn't one of them.

First, Bill Windsor has slimed my entire profession (or really, two of my professions: several years ago I was a clerk for an appellate-court judge) as a vast criminal conspiracy, based all but entirely on his own inability to admit that he's ever been wrong. I find that extremely offensive, even before we mention the horrendous abuses of judicial process he has committed, richly earning himself the status of vexatious litigant. (I'm sure there have been litigants in the long history of American courts who have been more vexatious than Windsor--but I'm not familiar with any of them.)

Second, and more importantly, I think the man is a scam artist who is all too good at promoting himself online, to the detriment of too many people who read his work. The picture he paints of himself is deeply disingenuous, and I think it's important that the public has access to a more critical account of who Bill Windsor is and what he has done. That's why I think this blog (like the Quatloos thread on Windsor and a few other places online) provides an important public service. It's also why I dislike the fat jokes and (especially) the Nazi references in these parts: I think those can drain credibility from what is a socially important critique of a guy who has too much power to hurt people.

I have a question re: new suits, hopefully you can help. If Judge Thrasher OK's Bill to file a new suit, does that mean Bill has shown something like 'probable cause', gets OK, then writes the papers?

Honestly, I don't know what standard a federal judge would apply to a proposed Windsor filing before allowing it to proceed. I suppose the judge would examine it to make as sure as (s)he could that it wasn't obviously a junky, frivolous lawsuit. But procedurally, yes, I think you've got it right, as mentioned below.

(BTW, it's Judge Thrash, not Thrasher. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_W._Thrash,_Jr. )

I'm wondering if the entire suit will be reviewed by the Judge before respondents are served.

"The entire suit," no--a lawsuit is a long series of events spread out over weeks, months, or years. What he would need to submit is a complaint, the document containing (1) factual allegations and (2) legal claims that serves the purpose of initiating a lawsuit. What's supposed to happen under Thrash's order, to my understanding, is that Windsor submits a proposed complaint to a federal district-court judge in the district in which he wants to file a lawsuit and requests that judge to grant him permission to file that complaint in state or federal court. When and if permission is granted, Windsor is allowed to file the complaint and serve it on his opponent(s).

It's unclear to me whether Windsor takes this requirement seriously. Does he think that he has the right to disregard Thrash's order and file whatever litigation he'd like, without consent of a federal judge? He might think that. And that whistling-past-the-graveyard attitude could lead to a (highly entertaining) collision in the months or years to come.

I dunno. Maybe this is professional bias, but I think Windsor's settlement (to the extent that it was his doing, rather than Barbara buying her own way out) is a perfectly reasonable and ethical way for him to get out from under the Maid lawsuit. It's a hell of a lot more appropriate than playing hard-to-get from Maid's attorneys and collection agents, as it appeared until recently that he would be doing for years yet.

He is one lucky bastard, though, that he (or his wife--whichever) had $100,000 lying around to pay off the debts he's run up with his big mouth. The vast, vast majority of people in the U.S. (indeed the world) would not be in a position to write a check to cover so much misconduct and waste.

As for citizen grand juries and suchlike, I don't think he's abandoned those in his case at all. Regardless of this settlement, I think he has every intention of bringing Judge Duffey, Judge Thrash, Judge Evans, and all the rest of them up before his glorious grand juries, and indicting them for the usual ridiculous list of crimes he constantly blathers about. Indeed that, far more than the stuff he's selling about widespread injustice and a national conspiracy and whatnot, is what the grand-jury idea seems to be all about for Windsor: getting revenge on the particular judges who dared to rule against him. I don't think he's given up on that at all.

So I don't see this as hypocrisy. It's just disappointing, from the perspective of a curious onlooker (such as you and me), that we're not going to get to see Windsor's private affairs laid bare anytime very soon.

      But then, of course:
he just showed that there is a pot of gold still at the end of his rainbow and he could be inviting people to come take it. And he also showed everyone how to get him to pay up....force him into discovery of his personal finances.

That's a good point. If I were representing someone suing Windsor (though I'm not--thank goodness), that's exactly where I'd aim.

I completely agree. I would say, socially important critique of a guy and some of his devotees. But, some of our, ummm....more creative contributors appear to be turning over a new leaf with regard to jokes.

Of course, we are hoping for a highly entertaining collision. I just hope it's not at the expense of our friends. What Bill said was, he'd gotten the OK from a Federal Judge to file a suit against his stalkers. Then he said something like, people shouldn't be or will be surprised to see a process server standing at the door soon.

Thank you for catching my error in naming the Judge. I tend to make an error with names when I'm not paying attention.

Question now raised. What happens to his vexatious not being able to file thing. Does that go away, or does it stand indefinitely now?

I'd have to review the Thrash order to be certain, but I don't think there was anything in there about an expiration date. Unless Windsor gets it lifted somehow (and presumably there's a way to do that via Thrash or another federal judge--but good luck!), I think he's got the VL label for good.

Then (though again I'm not absolutely certain), I believe that Windsor's time limit to appeal Thrash's order has lapsed. I don't think he has any further appellate recourse.

(There's no way that a federal court would buy the notion that a vexatious litigant is "not vexatious anymore" just because his most recent lawsuit has petered out. That would almost entirely defeat the purpose of legal protections against vexatious litigants.)

his june date is coming up. You know he will go after Maid, and all Judicial staffers then.

Wellll... First, the "June date" has been postponed twice already, as you know. I wouldn't bet much money that the events Windsor wants to happen will happen in early June. I fearlessly predict at least one more postponement. (Maybe he'll find another ex-ally he needs to waste weeks abusing some more, same as he did in April.)

Second, I have real doubts that anything more will come of Windsor's silly effort to file criminal charges in June than came of his equally silly efforts over the past many months to file criminal charges against his enemies in Georgia. He was summarily dismissed and ignored in Georgia, and my expectation is that he and other LA folks will be similarly ineffective this year.

I hear the concerns that several people have expressed on this blog regarding Sovereign Citizen types and what they might try to do in connection with these exciting "criminal charges." If someone connected with LA oversteps the limits of criminal law--say, if they try to "arrest" somebody--then this story could take an interesting turn, and law enforcement might end up being part of it.

But more likely, I think, all of these "criminal charges" will be meaningless (and mostly harmless) nonsense that will be roundly ignored. And then Windsor will have to find something else to holler about--while I imagine a fair number of rank-and-file LA folks start to ask questions about whatever happened with that "movie" thing that Bill was supposed to be producing and getting premiered....

Don't take this (or anything I write) as legal advice, but: one thing that doesn't win much credibility with a judge is demanding a hundred billion dollars in damages. She met and married a Convicted felon. He murdered a man, then continued into a brutal and heinous dismembering act. But, per her and him, he was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. He didn't receive a fair trial, blah blah blah.

    1. American Anonymous already tried this and it was a dismal failure. Want to hear more? It was Guy Fawkes Day, Novermber 5, 2012. (What historic week was that here in the U.S.?) Thousands of people showed up for the yearly festivities in Britain which also made news in the U.S. Presidential election week notwithstanding, the 60 or so protesters we observed on livestream failed to make news or come to anyone's attention---except for D.C. LE. They were very outnumbered. LE will be on hand for Bill's theatrics, but they will be there to arrest him and his followers should they step out of line.

      Delete
    2. Oh and such an interesting threat of arresting Congress from a man who could not even successfully get all of his followers into the Houses of Congress to deliever a few DVD's. LE will take this as a credible threat and be ready for Billy. As for everyone else, after having been in the buildings of Congress, I can tell you that the idea of a few hicks walking into these huge buildings and walking out with all the members of Congress in some sort of chaing gang is ridiculous.

  16. Here's more - it was posted for the 5/14 date:

Its past time the American people took action to hold OUR elected officials accountable for the damage they have done to this great country. I hope you will be one of the true American patriots that will show up and help the American people to see OUR country again.

Lets do this the PEACEFUL way fellow Americans. We are a republic - the rule of law and lets use the law to do the right thing and arrest them all for treason.

I chose this date because it is the week they WILL BE at work because the budget expires that week and we need to take care of business before they try to screw us more with their budget BS!! They are gone on Mondays and Fridays and they leave late Thursdays. Tuesday and Weds are the only days that work. They will have just gotten back to work on Tuesday.

This Is NOT A Political Party Thing Folks!! We Are ALL Americans And Its Time We Call Each Other That! No Party Labels Or Tags!! With That Being Said - We Welcome EVERY ONE That Wants To Help Stand Up For America!! Remember We All Think Differently So Lets Embrace The Diversity And WORK TOGETHER To Save OUR Country!! We Are All On The Same Side - Americas!! We The People Are All In This Together And ALL Together We The People Will Prevail!! Thanks Fellow Americans And We Will See TRUE AMERICA Again!!

I want them to know we are coming! I want the media to know too! What BETTER way to wake America up? Both the people and the elected who will be arrested! Think about it - WE ARE THE BOSS - not them!! The constitution demands we do this!! America demands we do this!!

"When the representative body have lost the confidence of their constituents, when they have notoriously made sale of their most valuable rights, when they have assumed to themselves powers which the people never put into their hands, then indeed their continuing in office becomes dangerous to the State, and calls for an exercise of the power of dissolution." ~ Thomas Jefferson

The American people are going to take back the power taken from them by the federal government by having each sovereign state in the union vote to nullify THIS federal government and starting over sticking to the constitution.

WE THE PEOPLE Are The Ones In Charge! It goes The People, The States and THEN The Federal Government. THIS Federal government is OUT OF CONTROL! We The People MUST TAKE BACK Our Power And Country!

To Restore The Republic - Four Goals

All 50 states each nullify the federal government by voting by ballot - only takes 35 to do it.

All 50 states make voter registration without declaring any party - only register to vote. We are all Americans and America comes before any political party. Both major parties are corrupt and no longer represent the people. Make the primaries blanket so there are no parties involved. That means no republican or democrat primaries - all Americans.

All 50 states make ALL elections paper ballot only and mandatory hand counts. NO ELECTRONIC MEANS to count ballots or vote.

All 50 states make it mandatory that a jury is told there are three options - not guilty, guilty, and the law is unjust and nullify the charges. The legal system needs checks and balances too and a jury is one way to do that. The status quo currently HIDES this from any jury.

** We need to recruit oath keepers and such to form a security for us. Anyone interested in helping with that please email ladyliberty24@hushmail.com.

** If enough fellow Americans seriously want to go I can look into getting group discounts at local hotels.

There is a reason I keep spotlighting David, he is in operational control of Lawless America at this point. Bill is nothing more than the cooky old mascot driving around the country and yaking it up with whoever will listen to him.

Bill doesn't know he has been ousted yet, and its in David's interest to let him keep thinking that he is in control as his road trip helps recruit new members and keeps Bill out of the way of those that really know what they are doing.

    LAWLESS AMERICA UPDATE - APRIL 23, 2013:

I spent several hours with dentists today. I fractured a tooth on a Mike 'n Ike, and there is no saving it. So, I have oral surgery to remove what's left in the morning. The surgeon says I will be fine to leave on the trip on Thursday morning.

Kathy Lester Bill do you read posts anymore, Monterey Grandma remember me

Lawless America Hi Kathy. No, I rarely have time to read posts. Sorry! I will be out there in May or June. I'm now receiving between 500 and 1,000 emails a day. It's totally out of control, so I just keep putting one foot in front of the other, doing what I can.

Kathy Lester I understand Bill..... I know many have hurt you but I have always told you I stand with you as does God and I would help you in anyway I could.... I am here for you too... Thank you for answering this one at least it is urgent and perfect if you are here in June 2013 Kathi Duran will be on a hungerstrike at Sacramento State Captiol would love it if you could film it and if so I will start organizing a group in Northern CA and Southern CA to got out too... GOD BLESS YOU.... LOVE THE MOTOR HOME THANK GOD FOR THAT..... Have you ever received any postive responses from Congress since you did the deal in DC I am really interested to find any officials that are willing to listen to us...?????

    1. This is one of the most ridiculous posts yet. One cannot fracture a tooth on soft chewy candies . Furthermore depending on the type of fracture , the tooth can likely be saved . The only Dentists that are eager to extract a tooth are typically miltary or prison Dentists. Many encourage saving the tooth when it is possible to be salvaged. Since he offered no specific details it is highly likely such a thing had not occured.

      Delete
    3. Best as I understand it, they are sending the letters asking to present evidence of criminal acts. They expect the letters to be ignored, which will give them cause for the mass arrests. Some where in the process, it appears they plan to jam up the courts with law suits (paper terrorism) and form their own Grand Juries.

      18 U.S.C.
      Sec. 3332. Powers and duties
      (a) It shall be the duty of each such grand jury impaneled within any judicial district to inquire into offenses against the criminal laws of the United States alleged to have been committed within that district. Such alleged offenses may be brought to the attention of the grand jury by the court or by any attorney appearing on behalf of the United States for the presentation of evidence. Any such attorney receiving information concerning such an alleged offense from any other person shall, if requested by such other person, inform the grand jury of such alleged offense, the identity of such other person, and such attorney’s action or recommendation.
      (b) Whenever the district court determines that the volume of business of the special grand jury exceeds the capacity of the grand jury to discharge its obligations, the district court may order an additional special grand jury for that district to be impaneled.

Robinson plead guilty, accepted a plea deal and now they are complaining about that too. If they felt there was any reason that murder or lighter sentence was justified, why didn't they go to trial? The only defense they have is to bad mouth the dead man on YT and in the press? That doesn't seem so fair to me.
