A Jury Is Seated In The Joey Dauben Trial

David Webb has a very good story on his blog.  Its balanced, factual, and informative.  I think we are wearing off on him.  Anyway, it took all day but they found their 12 jurors.  David says its a mix of men and women (I kinda figured that) but what I think might be interesting is how many men are on this jury?  I think men are going to be more likely to go light on Joey than will woman.  This is again assuming that the course of events are as we speculated.  The boy was drunk, he wanted it, he might have even pressed Joey for it.  Those factors won't matter in terms of guilty or innocent, but they may factor in during the sentencing phase.  I think some men will see this in terms of who made the advance and if it was the boy, they might be lenient on Joey in terms of a sentence.

Hopefully today we can start to hear the case that the prosecution has against Joey and the speculation can be replaced with facts.  Will Brandy Owen be called in to testify?  I have my popcorn ready.

The Pie Man Doesn't Show Up to His Own Showdown

So high noon came and went today.  And all was quiet on the Montana front.  Not only that but Windsor never even went to the State, he spent the day vacationing and taking pics in Utah.  Now why go and call this blood duel for no apparent reason and then not even show up?  Could it be that we can now add liar liar pants on fire along with as phony as a three dollar bill when we discuss Lawless America?

It looks like American Pie wants to use Connie and Loryn in his movie afterall, but as an example of liars and frauds, you know just to balance out the movie.  And will someone tell poor Daddy Dauben who's team he is on now?  He is still giving Lawless updates and seems to be out of the loop with the whole Presley vs. Windsor war.

Joey Dauben's Trial Starts Today

Whether he is out on bond right now or not, doesnt make much difference as his Navarro County trial finally gets under way.  Lets get a recap of what we have been told:

The case against Joey
4 years ago at a church camp in Navarro, Joey is charged with sexual assault with a then 15 year old boy, he is charged with three different counts but you could sum the whole thing up as just one sexual encounter.

We have heard that this boy is going to say that this occurred in a bathroom and out in the boat on the lake

There are going to be numerous witnesses that can verify that Joey and this boy were alone in both of those locations

Joey and this boy exchanged internet messages after this incident possibly pointing to Joey being worried about the boy claiming something happened at the camp that night.

Joey's Defense
We have heard from Presley and Daddy Dauben, as well as the prebuttal that Brandy was ordered to put out right after his arrest, that this boy is someone who accuses people of this repeatedly.  They have always directed our attention to Joey's coverage of Kevin's House as the explanation.

So I spent some time reading through Joey's "book" on the convoluted chapter of Kevin's House.  Here is what I think they are saying.  Joey's messianic leader was Bill Reilly.  Reilly was also a probation officer who sent many of his subjects to Kevin's House.  The guy that ran the place is accused by Joey through several inmates, of abusing the boys sexually.  Those that spoke out about this abuse would have their probation revoked by Reilly and back to jail they would go.  Joey finally ran the story about this abuse and linking it to his pastor.  This got him "excommunicated" from Reilly's church.

So I guess we are to infer from this that Joey is saying that Reilly got one of his boys to make this claim as payback for Joey running the story on Kevin's House.  The whole thing is so twisted and convoluted that its very hard to make sense of anything, but there thats my best guess as to what Joey's defense is going to be this week.

Windsor Kicks His Newly Adopted Daughter Presley Out of His Family

Presley Dauben reveals on her facebook page an email she received from her former Fuhrer and adopted Daddy Windsor.  The email from Bill said:  "I don't want to work anything out with you.  Please don't contact me ever again.  You are vicious and malicious, and I want nothing whatsoever to do with you ever again."

Presley then vows to give up cults altogether:
"This is precisely why I will never support ANY group again. I've been burned one too many times. I have never attacked Bill Windsor, in fact throughout all of this I have been more respectful & kind to him than he deserves. I responded to this email asking that he remove any links to my pages from his articles. I withdraw my support of the following groups as they have viciously attacked me & now their behavior has shown me they support the man who forced his penis in mouth as a four year old girl: American Mothers Political Party & Lawless America. I'm not telling anyone what to do, but be warned if they will turn on me for nothing, the same could happen to anyone of you."

"Vicious and Malicious", those are not words I would use to describe Presley.  Young, naïve, emotional and completely detached from reality are terms I would use for her but not vicious and malicious.  I really hope Presley means what she says here and she starts to put on her big girl pants and tries to start living her own life instead of trying to fight everyone's battle.  Self realization is the first and most important step for Presley and her track to a normal life.

Is Joey Dauben Free Already?

So that is what the Daubenista's are triumphantly proclaiming. They say he got out last week. They think he is going to get off on the Navarro charges with just a slap on the wrist. They also think Wilson is being investigated and that his Ellis conviction will be ultimately overturned. Very odd that no one, including Webb himself who seems giddy with excitement of his boy returning to him, is coving any of this. Certainly I will cover it, but the questions must be asked:

-How did he make bail
-Why is he feeling confident about the Navarro trial
-What is Wilson being investigated for and by whom
-Does Presley still love him now that she is actually with him
-Why do they think the Ellis conviction will be overturned

So The Pie Man creates this little world called Lawless America.  They set very modest goals like taking over the world and getting back at everyone that ever did them wrong.  Even though they haven't accomplished one single thing of merit to date, they still can't even pull off a simple political rally in DC, the group eats the pie and buys into the hype of a new revolution.  Then the Pie man picks a fight and goes to Zuckerberg to tattle and get his enemies shut down.  Instead of getting his wishes, Zuckerberg puts the Pie Man in time out.

Now over on the lawless facebook page, the children are wondering what to do now that the leader can't speak and control them.  Many are coming out with their own agenda and trying to steer the group in their direction.  Others are trying to keep everyone focused on the leader and his greatness.  Then we have Karen Jutkiewicz.  Her best idea at this point is to just repost everything that AMPP is saying as a way to prove that they are a hate site.  I'm not sure they sent this idea through the think tank all the way as now all the Lawless crowd is going to see just how big of a joke they have become.

Bill seems to be out of ideas on how to fight.  He temporarily gets his facebook page suspended (I bet that will happen again) and he runs to the police for help.  Yes that's right, the current authorities are the ones Bill is counting on to bail him out of this mess he finds himself in.  I wonder what they think about a man who's goal is to seize the entire country by force, use a tribunal court to throw all those in authority into jail and install himself as Supreme Chancellor of the Nation.

Battle Updates

Lawless America is using their secret service operatives to spy on and purge any and all members that have even been rumored to be with AMPP.  McCarthyism 2.0.  The purged members are striking back and emailing everyone what Bill is doing to them and then those recipients have to choose, do they go on to the LA FB page and state their allegiance, or do they cut and run?

The American Mothers Political Party is working on putting together a class action lawsuit aimed at the Pie Man with many of those that he filmed.  The old Joey Dauben rule might come in effect on this as I don't think the Pie Man has many assets to share (he ate them all).


Connie is pissed off, and she, Loryn and Pressley are not going down without a fight as well.  Will be interesting to see how they strike back against their former messiah.

The problems for the Pie Man are much deeper now as he is being exposed to all his followers as a thin skinned, petty narcissist.  As we on here know, he was never about helping others he was only about helping himself.  It wasn't until the courts kicked him out that he decided to put in Johnny Cash's "I've been everywhere" and tour the country taking pictures of people.  Now, Pressley, Connie and Loryn are getting a first hand witness to the fact that he was only after his own glory, certainly not any kind of noble cause.

We can all take this time to get a quick group hug, Daubenistas and critics alike as we are now on the same page in exposing Bill for what he is.  What an ironic way to start off the new year.

I am confused as to how all of this started in the first place. I guess I haven't been regularly checking both pages so I must have missed something. I will say this: I have seen both hate and love come from AMPP so I understand how there could be a misunderstanding of some sorts. I used to be an admin but was taken off, I never posted anything as admin that I recall simply because myself and thos...e who regularly post on there have very different views on moral issues such as abortion and other political and religious differences so I did not want to step on anyone's toes in a group that I felt like I was a guest to. I have seen some some postings on the page that could be read as hateful, but I think the intention was to expose abusive men, not claim that all men are evil and deserve no parental rights. I do not know who posted what so I will not play the naming game. I think their intentions meant well, but are not always perceived well. I could be wrong, but that is just what I think. I think all of the women have been brutally victimized by the system and so have their children. I do not know a whole lot of them or their stories other than Claudine's story and I do not know her well enough to judge her character or intent. I am simply stating what I have witnessed or perceived on that page. Shane Crowe, my abuser, did in fact contact AMPP and harass them continually for posting articles that were written by Joey Dauben on my case. For their willingness to share my story, I will always be grateful. I have however removed myself from their page entirely, not because I have deemed it as a hate group (like I said, I really missed what started this controversy) but because my sisters voice has a louder voice and larger audience with Bill, and that is really what this is all about. I am not Anti-Men, Anti-Grandparents or Anti-Justice in any way, shape or form. I have been blessed to have a wonderful step-father who has always supported me and been there for me, so I know that there are good men out there who have been wronged by our justice system just as much as us sisters and mothers. It is not a gender issue, it is a justice issue. Every single one of us needs to remember that. We cannot be just pro-mother or pro-father we must be pro-protective parent, and we cannot lose sight that this battle we are fighting is not for ourselves but for our children(or sisters in my case!) and future generations. The Pie Man Strikeith!!!

Well it has happened even quicker than I expected. Adolph Windsor has decided to unleash his gustapo on a group called American Mothers Political Party. Apparently someone in that group said some mean things about Der Fuhrer and so now he has decided to call them a hate group and ban all video testimonies from anyone associated with his new hate group. This wide net has caught our little Daubenistas Presley and Connie as they have been considered a part of the group and now their life's work which was a 3 minute sobbing youtube video has been erased. As of now Presley and Connie are desperately trying to brown nose their way back into der fuhrer's good graces, most likely sending him some "personal" pics of themselves to their "daddy", but Bill's anger may not be tamed on this. And then we have poor stupid Daddy Dauben and his new customized blazer. What does he do now, who does he follow, and can someone explain to him what happened and why he is no longer on team Lawless? Who would have thought that a group of anarchist would end up eating each other alive? This is so unforeseen, and with Joey's trial next week will Presley be too busy trying to get back into Bill's movie to notice that her fiancée is about to be convicted of rape of a child? Ohh what a tangled web these people weave (and yes David Webb probably took offense to that statement)

Lawless America Makes Big Progress

It may have taken a good while but Bill Windsor announced a major step forward in their goal to take over the County.  He has now set up, with an actual email address, all the 19 different volunteer positions with the name, phone number, email address and fax number.  Never-mind that all the phone and fax numbers are the same, this is big, trust me.  Now that this big hurdle is out of the way, there is very little left to stand in the way of Bill taking over this nation and righting all the wrongs.  This kinda reminds me of when Joey said he started 30 different newspapers meaning he signed up 30 facebook pages.

Connie IBedwell thinks Her Father's Rape Charges are Funny

Her dad is accused of multiple counts with several different victims.  The details are horrific and graphic, making Joey's charges look like a friendly get together.  The ages on these kids are as young as 2 and he is being held without bond in Alaska.  Certainly this isn't something to joke about, but the sick reprobate Connie thinks its hilarious, and so does her scissor sister Presley.

Daddy shared a link, liked by Presley, that speaks out against verbally abusive bullying.  So as the father of the biggest bully in Ellis County, I can only assume this means he, along with Joey's fake fiancée  are now turning against him.  I wonder what it was that helped them become aware of this serious problem?


Its once again funny to see how a Dauben thinks.  To be a Dauben means you have the ability to overlook all self awareness thoughts and make your own reality whatever it is you say it is.  Dauben fact-checking works like this:  If a Dauben says something it must be true because a Dauben said it.

Did Jeff Barron Pay People to Run with his Story?

Obviously the answer was yes in Joey's case, but how did he get fellow scam artists like Bill and John Margetis to do it as well?  Windsor is running his own fake news story on the partial reversal of Judge Ferguson's ruling on Jeff Barron going into personal receivership.  This really isn't much of a victory for Jeff as he will still be bankrupt and the appellate judges did mention that Ferguson had to take some extraordinary steps due to the vexatious nature of Barron, hardly a ringing endorsement of the man.

When we look at Windsor, he has hundreds of guys like Barron, yet he is taking special time and attention in to creating media around his case and giving it special attention.  The same was true for John Margetis who spent almost all his waking time spitting out the propaganda on the Jeff Barron case.  Why would they do this, these are career con artists that have seen much worse.  Is it because Jeff is able to pay them for this work, or is it because they feel that the same punishment Jeff received will soon be aimed at them as they are running similar scams while being branded a vexatious litigant?

Joey Dauben's Business Partner in Crime Jeff Barron Shows Himself For Lawless

He looks oh so nervous and uncomfortable and for good reason. He like Bill Windsor is a vexatious litigant. He ran a scam and used Joey's worthless name to his advantage as Joey had hundreds of thousands in punitive judgments against him thanks to Jeff's shady business. Jeff used Joey to take out domain names that sound extremely close to well known sites and then put advertising links on them to products similar to those of the site the user would have originally intended. Obviously the whole operation is predicated on fraud and deception.

We need to stand up and support judges that throw the book at career scam artists like Bill and Jeff who abuse the legal system with the size of their volumous frivolous filings. Bill and Jeff are whining about how far the judges went in their case, I would argue that they didn't go far enough because neither one is currently in jail.

The hardcore elements over at Lawless America seem poised to take the group over.  I think Bill will stop short at violence, but he is starting to attract elements that sound as if violence is their only way out.  The tone has become much more serious as they start to identify any law enforcement as enemies.  "The police in America are becoming increasingly the enemy of God and God's people" is an example of the the kind of rhetoric going on at bill's facebook page.  Its only a matter of time until they become angry and frustrated and look to take down Bill as leader of this group.  They want results, no matter what it takes.  Many of those that are the most vocal in this group have nothing to lose and are in a desperate state.  Once the peaceful demonstrations like this little song and dance in DC do not produce any results, what will they turn to?

Joey Dauben, Erica Morse, David Webb, and Patrick Wilson

This is a tangent from what a commenter started on the last blog.  What is, if any, the role in the complaints that Erica Morse made to Joey having his bond revoked?  Here is the story Webb ran that would probably contain most of what this commenter is talking about:

"The blogger, Erica Morse of MissingPersonsNews.com, alleged on the website that Dauben through his blogging in the past had made false allegations of child abuse and pedophilia, had published minor's medical records, names and ages, made false allegations of murder and illegal disposal of human remains, incited readers to seek revenge against his enemies, threatened his detractors, harassed families of missing children, misrepresented meetings that never took place with public officials and used the Internet to retaliate against people who filed harassment complaints against him. Morse claimed that a national team of reporters are seeking to substantiate the claims against Dauben.

When Morse,of West Texas, contacted CedarCreekLake.com offering support and was advised no intimidation by Dauben had ever occurred, she repeatedly refused to believe the statement and insisted that a CedarCreekLake.com writer had told people he was "terrified" at the prospect of a reprisal from Dauben. Although CedarCreekLake.com has published several reports about Dauben's former muckraking and his legal problems, there has never been any negative criticism received from Dauben or his associates."


Then David goes way out of his way to try and show that Joey wouldn't dare violate his bond restrictions as if he was trying to communicate to Wilson on Joey's behalf.

Anyway, back to what the commentor said:  "At least Joey never personally stalked anyone at their place of business and elsewhere (caught on tape) that he wrote about. Nor did he write on a major news station their name, address, and unlisted phone number falsely claiming they were an FBI informant against the Mexican drug cartels solicting them to act against an innocent person. Nor did he solicit groups such as the hacker group Anonymous and the Occupy Movement to act against someone without any cause, or write online for people to contact them for deviant sex including their pictures, and calling for them to be beheaded. He also didn't submit their info online for telemarketers and others to harass them. He didn't stalk minor children, or fabricate allegations they posted online to look like email from someone who never heard of them. But one of your regular posters DID! Eventually this person will end up just like Joey, in jail where they belong! Pot meet kettle!"

That comment seems to match up with what David was alluding to in his article.  Are they trying to say that a commentor on the blog is Erica?  And even if they are, where is the evidence to back all of these claims against her that are being made?

Then we have this from Webb's article:  "Wilson reportedly asked for the hearing after receiving complaints from several Ellis County residents who claimed they were frightened by Dauben's release. The complaints apparently were sparked by a blogger and advocate for missing children who contacted people to advise them Dauben was free on bond and to urge them to take action."

When Webb says "reportedly" it means this is what Joey told me.  So what is he saying about some hearing?  Is he blaming Erica for the conditions of Joey's bond, or was this some attempt to get a hearing to revoke his bond right out of the gate?
