Bill Windsor a Vexatious Litigant

I had never even heard what that word meant until I started following Joey Dauben.  We were first exposed to what a vexatious litigant was when we met his business partner Jeff Barron and then his partner in crime John Margetis.  Once you really dive into the details you learn what filthy scum these people are.  These people are the opposite of taxpayer advocates, they stifle our judicial system with thousands of frivolous motions and suits.  Joey attracted all kinds of scum, but these people are especially repulsive.

Daddy and Presley Dauben's new messiah is also a vexatious litigant.  This is what he spent his life doing prior to this Lawless scam he is now running.  In fact, they finally shut him down from his vexatious ways which is why he had to take to the streets with his claims as no court will hear him.  Bill has "filed hundreds, if not thousands of frivolous pleadings, wasting the Court's time and parties' time.  He should not be permitted to continue his abuses and this Court should enter a protective order to ensure, to the extent possible, that this case does not result in any further waste."

At some point in time you have to accept the courts ruling.  You go in there, you present your case you make your argument and you can even appeal the ruling if you like.  But after all of that has run its course, good standing citizens have to accept the ruling, even if they still don't agree, and move on.  Fat Bastard Windsor can not accept the ruling of numerous courts on his case.  He is defiant, like a 2 year old that just lost his candy.  He is content to burn hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars to try and change the ruling, and when even that doesn't work he wants to bring his cult down to Washington and tear down our entire system of government simply because he didn't win in court.  And speaking of that, this is civil court, not family court which just about all of his cult followers are raging against.

It is incumbent on us to stand up against taxpayer waste and judicial abuse by these vexatious litigants   They must be exposed as the societal viruses they are.  Joey Dauben has inadvertently raised awareness to these sick individuals that plague our country.

  1. Is he? I'm not surprised. In June 2011, the courts deemed Connie Bedwell a Vexatious litigant. Its why she too needs to scream on FB and for lightning. She's permanently banned from bringing orders. She lost all rights to her kid on top of the vexatious ruling. Its funny when I see people tell her she needs a new lawyer or to sue the County. Yet of course Connie refuses to tell them she can't, she just lets her minions race around wasting their time all the while knowing nothing can be done. ever ever again.

LMAO I find this quite hilarious that Billy is in the same boat. Yet not surprised in the least. They sure have zero ability to obey any and all authority. wow

    Too funny!

Bill you have no clue how to write a pleading to be heard by the Supreme court, and I can't believe (see #42) that you think saying 'shame on you' should be included in a legal filing.
see #53 where he talks about his granddaughter and carpool
      see
and #52 where he threatens them all with a lawsuit if they deny him again.

there is more in there, but these just floor me...
You are batshit crazy if you think this will work, or get your case heard or even considered for hearing.

'The facts are that Windsor has always been totally in the right. The law provides that Windsor should have always prevailed on every meaningful issue. '

You called it exactly Ginger, dude does not like being told no, and will not give up, right up to the point of threatening the U.S. Supreme Court Justices in writing

    4. Well he's sure showed them. Got a bunch of SUCKERS to pay for his USA trip, hotels, n pies. He's traveled for free all the while filming the deep-seeded nature of the court corruption. Of course he ensures every last one of the videos are legit UNTIL he's challenged about the legitimacy and proceeds to threaten those who try to claim some video interviews are in fact - FAKE and lies.

I gave two examples Billy deeply embellished a week back.

Billy you're not gonna show anyone anything but another one of your disappearing acts. WHEN you have time to regroup and develop something new, you'll be back on the market in 2 -3 years. Until then Billy, you realllly don't understand there buddy - that the crazies that follow you are hanging on so desperately. WHEN YOU DO NOT create any results in 2013, they will turn on you. ALl their hopes are in Billy the Pie Man's baskets and he's about to sneak away in the middle of the night, pie n all. Boom, Billy has left the house.

    5. The more I read about him, the more I can understand why he adores people like Connie, among others.

Seriously, I must sign up for the conspiracy newsletter...I have seen more bizarre and deluded conspiracies just today than I even knew existed. From misogynistic car dealer clubs, to people being traded on the stock market via their birth certificates, to the world according to Bill. Seriously, maybe Bill should sell tickets to the Delusion Train. People can pay him in pies.

I really wonder how many of these people have ever researched their self proclaimed chief activist. It won't be pretty when he disappears and things don't pan out, and they are unable to arrest the entire U.S. Judicial system.

After reading his filed pleading to be heard by the Supreme Court, I am sort of looking around for the Candid Camera people to jump out and say this is all just a joke.

oh my, I also loved his article about how you know he is telling the truth posted on the news tab under the Bill Windsor Case on the Lawless America site.

You couldn't make this shit up.

    6. Oceans, billy not wanting to be told no was addressed by the judge whe he asked her to recuse herself. Of course she said she wasn't biased & due to the sheer volume of Bill's (vexatious) filings, it would be a burden on another court and waste resources. AND she also said basically that if any other judge were to rule against Bill, it was likely he'd try to have that judge recuse himself as well. She was obviously well-versed in Bill by that point.

    7. I know what you mean Oreader, and the more you read about his case in his own words, the more you see how determined he is to be right. And nothing is ever his fault, or error. Dude thinks people want to kill him, really they only want him to shut up and stop repeating himself. No matter how many times or how many ways he says the same thing, the results are the same.

The only thing missing from his pleadings and emails to the court and clerks and secretaries is the stamping of his feet as he threatens to hold his breath until he turns blue.

Maybe he can achieve that color if he drinks enough of his own (blue)Koolaid. He loves to see his own written words, and expound on why the universe revolves around him and his amazing feats. Oh Bill, you really need to stop- you lost, get over it. And for God's sake, stop writing your own filings with the courts- you really aren't a lawyer, nor are you as amazingly intelligent as you keep saying. Repeating it to yourself does not make it true. They are denying you for a reason, and it is because you are a fool IMO.

Billy signed this judgement that waives his right to appeal, and yet what do you think he did? Yep, tried to appeal.

So after filing nonstop (mostly on things that were non-appealable), his friend Judge Thrash had this to say about him in June 2011.

"This is the latest in a series of frivolous, malicious and vexatious lawsuits filed by the Plaintiff. The Motion for Protective Order [Doc. 4] is GRANTED. All outstanding discovery in this matter is quashed and no responses to the discovery by any party or non-party are required. No discovery shall be served and the parties are not required to hold the conference pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 26(f) pending further Order of this Court. No party need respond to any filing by the Plaintiff absent an Order to do so by this Court. The Plaintiff is ordered to post a cash bond or corporate surety bond acceptable to the Clerk in the amount of $50,000.00 to satisfy any award of Rule 11 sanctions before filing any additional papers in this case without the consent of the Court."

So Billy files some more. Then this. July 2011
"It is necessary to issue an injunction in this case because of the Plaintiff’s extraordinary abuse of the federal judicial system by repeatedly filing frivolous, malicious and vexatious lawsuits against the judges assigned to his many cases, because of the burden to clerical and judicial operations caused by his voluminous frivolous filings, and because his continuing course of conduct has become an impediment to the administration of justice. The administration of justice will suffer irreparable harm if the Plaintiff is allowed to continue filing frivolous, malicious and vexatious lawsuits against the judges and others involuntarily involved in his litigious campaigns."

  6. Off-topic but your readers might be curious about the prosecutor involvement.
So this person isn't Ginger Snap, and it's not yappy. Does anyone know who this is and who is the Ellis County prosecutor?

"One woman who worked at a radio station in West Texas and got involved in the search for a missing child apparently hated Dauben because he had accused her of faking a photograph about alleged evidence of human remains.

The woman contacted me and said she had heard that the thought of Dauben being released from jail terrified me, and that she had consulted with a prosecutor in Ellis County on his jailing Dauben on the fraud charges if he managed to make bail in Navarro County. I denied being afraid of Dauben, and she immediately signed off the Facebook account and blocked me. I later contacted her via her e-mail account because I wanted to know how she got the erroneous information. She refused to believe me, and she accused me of getting drunk somewhere and telling people that Dauben frightened me. It never happened, but she remained unswayed by my protests."

  7. Wilson is the prosecutor. I read that too, she was one of Joey's victims he wrote about but for the life of me I can't recall her name. I would think if Joey broke his bond, it would make sense she would complain directly to Wilson / the prosecutor who convicted him.

It's so highly doubtful that anything and everything Joey wrote was even true so his crap would be libelous as far as I'm concerned. I don't care to rehash Joey's victims, none of them deserve joey's old articles being brought up.

I'm pretty damned sure Joey made it all up. He's all about salacious crap that got him attention. I've never seen the guy do 1 piece of good for anyone.

    3. You're welcome Anonymous... I'm just curious anonymous why you brought it up? Is it because of how he broke his bail conditions and why he ended up back behind bars? I'm only curious to why you asked. I'm certain though that Patrick Wilson is the DA in Ellis that handles all complaints about Joeys conditions. I can't imagine how Joey will remain off-line for 5 years if he's found not guilty in Navarro. That boy has a lot of life lessons to learn. More than I think he's capable of the way his brain has hard-wired.

    4. wow, another mess Joey created that I hadn't really read details about. Dude just loved making life hell for anyone he could.

Joey didn't care that this was a real case, with a real missing person, all he seems to care about was page hits. SMH

The more I read about these cases, the sadder I become. Real people, with lives that are impacted by Joey's need to write sensational and exaggerated stories about anyone and anything he could find. His unwillingness to fact check, or issue retractions when wrong, and his stubborn desire to wallpaper the internet with as many redundant pages of his and his groupies lies and twisted allegations. Just wow...

    5. OReader linked, yappy. I don't understand why an Ellis DA was involved in the article that's been written about a Navarro release. I get that there were Ellis charges, but maybe ppl were going overboard with trying to keep Dauben in jail. Maybe if you actually know of anyone that was frightened or terrified of Dauben? I've seen Mr. Webb's article, and it's sounding like this victim was fishing. And now the 2 other older ones. I'm kind of leaning toward "two wrongs don't make a right".

    6. I don't believe Joey was sent back to jail because of a radio DJ. I think it was because he broke the conditions of being on the internet, for example he was on Angelia Mitchels throat cancer special. Wilson played it for the judge the next morning. That's a no-no. An internet radio show is just that, on the internet only. Joey was being Joey, he CAN'T help himself, the internet is his addiction.

      Delete
    7. I agree Yappy, Joey was sent back to jail because Joey can't follow the rules. It is not a matter of being a rebel, or pushing boundaries, Joey can't and won't and doesn't want to do what he should, i.e. following court orders.

While there may have been former victims of Joey's that were not happy that he was out on bail, he did this to himself. No one helped, no one pushed, he just followed his usual pattern and screwed up. It really is simple. Joey doesn't think about consequences.

    8. NothingbettertodotodayDecember 12, 2012 at 5:28 PM

The people that brought complaints to the DA about Joey's release were victims/targets of Joey's that Joey continued to victimize via internet and blog radio during his release. He was clearly in violation of bond conditions - we all knew it.

yappy & Oceans are right, Joey was the cause of Joey's bail revocation.

    9. And keep in mind that while he was out on bail he was printing up all these "newspapers" of his and they were filled with slander towards Erica and others. I don't think they were worried about Joey physically hurting them more than they were being slandered by Joey.

I'm sorry for that, but it'll save you reading thousands of pages in court filings. This is my summary, it's factual, but I'm not a reporter, and yeah, I'm opinionated. 1. Longwinded OReader - Continues to be LongwindedDecember 12, 2012 at 1:29 PM

In 2005 Maid & ALCATRAZ had a verbal agreement that ALCATRAZ could sell tickets to Maid's Niagra boat tours. They were extended a line of credit by ALCATRAZ to sell the tickets online. ALCATRAZ sold the tickets but inflated the retail price to show a false discount. For example, the Maid true retail price for customers was $11.50 (ALCATRAZ paid a discounted rate of $9.65 for the tickets). Originally Billy('s son) was selling the tickets online for $13.95 and showing a "internet discount" of $5 from the "retail" price of $18.95. Billy says they were covering the cost of business overhead and such. (It's important to note here that there were to other companies selling the tickets for the true retail price of $11.50 without the mark up above retail, just the couple dollars difference between the $9.65 & $11.50.) Anyway, not only was he overcharging customers and falsely representing the true retail value, they were making it appear that customers could "schedule" their tour. Well, it was a first come, first served deal. And when the customers had to wait in line with their vouchers to find that they'd paid too much, they were obviously unhappy.

Maid told ALCATRAZ that they were no longer going to accept their vouchers. ALCATRAZ agreed to fix some paperwork problems and not book for specific times, but didn't change the markup issue. Maid tried to get ALCATRAZ to remedy the issue by putting the true face value on the tickets and disclosing the booking fee. ALCATRAZ added some verbiage to the tickets, but never did put the retail value or booking fees on their tickets or website. So, Maid told them they were going to immediately stop honoring ALCATRAZ's vouchers July 29, 2005. Maid kept records and honored about 1800 tickets sold by ALCATRAZ prior to 7/29/05 but denied about 900 tickets that ALCATRAZ sold after 7/29/05. Rightfully, customers were upset and Maid made various concessions to customers in order to keep their business.

Maid sent Alcatraz a cease-and-desist letter in August threatening legal action if Alcatraz didn’t stop selling the vouchers. So Billy responds with a series of emails. “Your letter is false, and your client knows it is false.” He goes on to tell them in another email that he has reported them to various entities including the BBB. And then Billy states that he has 3 customers that will testify to libel and slander by Maid because they told customers to that Billy was operating a scam and to get their banks to file chargebacks. (oh yeah, later the courts will deny this slander claim because well, it really wasn’t untrue , was it?)

    2. Longwinded OReader Hopes These Post In Order. This is the 3rdDecember 12, 2012 at 1:31 PM

Billy - “I’m afraid we’re going to clean up in court against you. Wouldn’t you rather just pay us a seven figure amount and accept that we will be selling maid of the Mist tickets forever? Write us a big fat check.”

So Alcatraz kept selling the vouchers and changed its pricing for them several times over the following months, up to $21.50, $15.95, down below retail to $9.95. Billy sent another email stating that they had a contract (which really seems more to have been a line of credit with a loose verbal agreement that they could sell tickets in the 2005 season). He also continues his slander claim. Then my favorite of all Billy quotes,

Billy: “Alcatraz Media has complied and continue to comply with all terms of the contract with Maid of the Mist. Therefore, Alcatraz Media will continue to sell. Alcatraz Media has no intention of EVER stopping to sell Maid of the Mist tickets. I myself, personally, am busily preparing a new web site that will solely sell Maid of the Mist tickets. In addition, I, personally, am applying to Niagara Parks Commission for a contract to operate a boat ride at Niagara Falls, and I will do everything in my power personally to see that Maid of the Mist loses the ability to operate at Niagara Falls or gets the competitor they so richly deserve.

Alcatraz Media is now providing form letters to all of our customers to enable them to quickly and easily file complaints with the Attorneys General and the Better Business Bureaus.

You have never responded to any of my previous emails and faxes. Have you taken Alcatraz Media’s settlement offer to your client? Alcatraz Media will settle for $4 million and a long-term contract to sell for Maid of the Mist. Please extend that offer to your clients.”

    3. Longwinded OReader attempts to slide into home plate. #4December 12, 2012 at 1:34 PM

See how nice Billy is? He tries to bully people into working with him? I have to wonder what his son thinks of this whole thing now? If they had just disclosed the true retail price on their website & their real service fee, he wouldn’t have had to pay half a million in legal fees to Maid. Was it worth it?

So anyway, the story doesn’t end there. Maid thought Alcatraz would no longer sell tickets once the 2006 season began. Well, that’s not how Billy operates. He started listing e-tickets instead of vouchers. The e-ticket was to be redeemed for a real ticket by Alcatraz itself. Bill’s plan was to either buy the tickets at Maid’s box office, buy them off another website, or get gift certificates through Maid. There isn’t evidence to show if Billy actually went through with getting any tickets like this. (But really, Bill?)

That’s about the summary of the actual events. As far as the court case goes. Maid got an injunction to keep Alcatraz from selling tickets/vouchers and filing false reports with the BBB. Blah blah blah. Maid didn’t have a lot of physical evidence in loss of business, so they just sought a permanent injunction against futures sales by Alcatraz & attorney’s fees and expenses. The attorney fees were awarded because Bill was stubborn litigious. His email threats, seeking $4 million in damages, complaints filed with Attny General & BBB, and treatment of customers seeking refunds all show that it was Bill’s stubbornly litigious actions that cause the suit by unduly complicating and prolonging the case. Bill & son signed the summary agreement that said they couldn’t appeal, but since then Bill went on a tirade as a pro se litigant. He’s tried to sue everybody and their dog since.

So yeah, in addition to being found a vexatious litigant, let’s add vindictive SOB.

Bill Windsor is vexatious and a sore loser. He repeats his mistakes, and does not change his game. He still expects a different result.

I did LOL at the way he describes himself on Wiki, and in that expert qualifications description. Quite a bit of copy and paste going on there Bill.

I am fascinated by the people who are following him, especially some of the truly interesting ones with all those conspiracy posts on their walls. Particularly those who see your name being in all caps on things like your driver's license or birth certificate as being proof you are a publicly traded commodity on the stock exchange- yep, you have to believe that right?? We are all collateral for national debt, and in effect slaves since we were issued our birth certificate, and the governments of the world trade on this stock of humanity...

    9. I just don't see how people continue to follow him. OK, so you blindly follow the jolly grey-haired granddad at first because you feel you've been wronged and maybe, just maybe somebody really is here to be your voice, at least in a collective sense. Now, I'm not saying that is what I would do, but hey, I can see it at first. However, by now, wouldn't there be red flags? He has supposedly got people trying to kill him. He's shared that he is banned from filing in courts, he's got people trying to kill him, even sabotage him. Don't these people get curious and wonder what the lawsuit that tipped this whole thing off was all about? I understand some people are private and don't go around talking about their personal battles, but Billy is anything but shy. When he starts leaving out details, why don't people think that it's strange? And then the biggest red flag to me is the way he reacts when people ask him simple questions about their footage. He gets downright mean. Now people are starting with comments like, "Bill I don't want to make you mad, but . . ." I mean, come on. What kind of leader is that? I can understand if he kindly gave a request for patience, but he's rude & arrogant. He'll tell you what HE alone is doing. He told somebody to use one of his quotes often today. He eats up all praise and turns on anybody that dare try to engage him on debate of a single issue. He says this isn't about him. He wishes he could be anonymous. Well, uh, stop plastering your photo all over everything, that's a good first step. The more temperamental he gets, the more I see the parallels to dictators and cult leaders. It's becoming less of a joke and more of a reality.

Did you enjoy his little list of accomplishments in the Medieval Times document? His little biography took up half the document. A large part of it had no application to his "expertise" in that field.

I still seriously wonder what his son is like. I'm guessing he is a lot like Bill or he wouldn't have let him continue on in his tirade under that Alcatraz name.

    10. hahahha, yeah I noticed all the self promotion and grandiosity in his 'expert qualifications' that had absolutely nothing to do with anything pertaining to this case. A whole lot of 'aren't I special and amazing' to the point I had to scroll on up to be sure this was still supposed to be his qualifications. Oh.MMMM.GGGGG. Dude likes to talk about himself.

I loved the part about how he wouldn't be paid, because it's his son and he wouldn't charge his son.

I understand your concerns about why there are apparently no questions or critical thought processes in play amongst the sheeple, I mean followers.

The way they eat up his every edict or comment is interesting to me. Some of them make me angry, like this recent one about having children is a right and parental rights should never be terminated. Tell that to those children who are rescued from vile animals who gave birth to them. While CPS needs an overhaul, it is needed. GRRRRR - don't want to start ranting here.

The lack of any real in depth questions, or any fact verification for all of these videos/allegations and the way the followers blindly believe whatever is written on the internet (you know the one Bill's son discovered in 1990 was it?) as absolute facts is proof of the mindless nature of a mob mentality.

Sadly, there are some really unfortunate victims of malfeasance and bad breaks in court cases mixed in there. I wonder if they realize that this association with Lawless America will not really help them.

There is no overthrow of the entire judicial process and system in the works because Bill wants it. There is no mass movement, only a few thousand follwers who have no plan and only a bunch of demands they want to make. This is not going to be a movie seen around the world, and this will not put all judges and court employees and cops in jail.

    11. I read pg 14 and on and on.........it doesn't pass the smell test.

1st, his 'expertise' has nothing to do with the issue at hand in the courts.

2nd, his incredible lack of details tells me something stinks to high heavens. He embellishes at best. Here's what I think thus far of our Billy... "1st credit cards given to students" really means - I was hired by Visa as a stand on the street corner sales person with a clipboard to sell credit cards to College kids.

His 'world' travels with products and inventions without ANY company names or specific details in the least... translates to me "Billy was a sales person for tradeshows". Like the sham/wow's or Oxyclean demo's at our local state fairs. "New" inventions are often given their first shot at venues like this. I have a feeling when I start digging, we're going to find Billy has embellished the vast majority of his career.

Time to go surfing........see y'all later. Thank you Oreader. MUCH appreciated amigo / amiga.

    12. Hey now, he was a member of Who's Who, if thats not a big deal I dont know what is.

But yeah you are right, his life reads like one colossal failure after the other. Not one time did you hear him mention a reputable company name or did he give out sales revenue figures from any of his business endeavours. It sounds just like Joey saying "I stared over 200 different newspapers".

    13. So I got the letter to be in Who's Who of high school students. Am I cool like Billy? I have no idea how they got my name. I was an average student in a very good school. I played a sport, but I was hardly an athlete. I'm pretty sure they just blanketed everybody that was receiving college booklets in the mail. I filled out my little form to be in the book, but I opted not to pay to buy one . . . so who knows if I made the virtual yellowpages of random students looking for something to put with their transcripts.

    14. LOL, I know what you mean Oreader. Pretty sure I got that same letter about my daughter.

Did not opt to buy it either, but pretty sure she is out there somewhere too :)

I doubt it affected her many scholarships at all. Still, I would say you are cool - but not because of the Who's Who thing

OR: I admire your tenacity. I tried reading thru the Alcatraz suits when Bill first came to my attention, I got the gist of it but had to quit. It made my head hurt.

I went web surfing after reading page 14 and on and on, so I'm a little behind other comments. I agree, there is nothing of substance to even hint that Bill is an expert at anything, other than manipulating people. The whole way thru the bio I kept thinking: jack of all trades, master of none and holy crap the guy can't keep a job. I did not find one single book written by Bill. I found a web site for Round America, in which he says he's writing a book (circa 2003). The excercise of traveling the country for Lawless is remarkably similar to what he did for Round America. Only difference appears to be with Lawless there is more pie, less wife. To be fair, I found one magazine article written about screen printing.

And this is interesting: Bill, Barbara and Walter Windsor are listed as officers of a company called Shirtcans, in Winter Park, FL. Bill and Barbara are listed as living in Dallas. Company data was updated 11/10/12.

      Delete
    16. I noticed that too NBTDT. His so-called shirt-cans he claims were a 1970s era invention. I cannot find a trace anywhere regarding this product. All of the information supplied in the court documentation seems to be in billy's head. I can't find anything about magazines or books (booklets) that he's written anywhere. There would be a long list of this info if in fact anything he was sayng is true. the 1 and ONLY thing I could verify is that he was the VP of coordination for the Expo division for a mere 2 years in the 1990's.

It's more like he was a traveling "tonic" salesman roaming the earth trying to convince people he has the next best thing. All fluff, no real experience at anything but essentially fooling people into believing they 'need' his product or service.

I read today somewhere in this mix, he brought 138... YES 138 lawsuits to the same judge. Billy is attracted to Connie and people like her because they speak the same language. Screw the system, USE the system, BLEED the system, dry up all their precious resources because THEY are not happy with how the judge decided and ruled against them so attack the system.

Its never ever their own fault. Ever. Its always someone else's for they are perfect and all knowing. I have a feeling 2013 is going to be a very hard year for Billy. IF he thinks dealing with judicial system was tough, he has no clue what the mentally ill is about to do to him.

It doesn't appear to have ever materialized in Houston, but I could be wrong. All I'm seeing is maybe 2-4 locations of which none still exist.

So if you ever wondered why Bill has the vintage police car, it's an artifact from Hotties:
HOTTIES has a sense of humor. A vintage police car out front is the first signal. Inside, you can watch the action in the donut theatre. http://www.hotties.com/ is filled with humor. HOTTIES team members add to the enjoyment with their professionalism and friendliness. HOTTIES has a heart. Each restaurant will be involved in many civic and charitable activities. Local police and firefighters are always served complimentary donuts and coffee. And a number of the HOTTIES donuts feature a heart instead of a hole. Bill Windsor, CEO of HOTTIES: "We are very enthusiastic about HOTTIES national launch. The response has been nothing short of incredible. Of course, Krispy Kreme and Starbucks paved the way for us with their tremendous success. The foundation of our concept is incredible hot donuts and exceptional specialty coffees, but there are many unique aspects to what we're doing. These are exciting times at HOTTIES."

Looks like the business was a front to go after police and firefighters. He was going lure them in for free coffee & donuts, then he was expose them for spending any time there! We all know Bill doesn't have any gratitude for law enforcement. Too bad nobody he's awesome business skills failed yet again.

  10. What is truly sad is the people that truly suffered due to injustice in the courts. I noticed that Windsor is using the story about the 4 Yankton Sioux men who were all jailed on charges of sexual abuse of children. It is a story that surely does sound as if there was improper conduct by the people investigating the crime but going to this blowhard will never help them and only create false hope. People that go to him are desperate. These men that are in prison probably are desperate but there is no way pie-dude will benefit their cases. He will promote any story if it gives him an ounce of credibility but glosses over the ones that even he thinks isn't what the "victim" says. I noticed he took Presley's video off of Facebook several days ago. Of course the "boogey man is in every corner of the world" theorists claim that a threat was behind the removal of the video. His page is nauseating to read. Windsor is kind of like Joey in that he throws and crap against the wall hoping something sticks. The difference is that he actually had money to drive across America. Dauben had money to drive to the Shell gas station to put out his papers.

  11. Yeah, I linked because I preferred not to put her name on here. I'd forgotten she wrote her own articles about Joey. I know there are some places where she has spoken out about what Joey says vs the truth, but I don't recall exactly where those were nor have I had the time to look.

I believe her story. 1. She has more credibility than Joey 2. She has a reputation that I'm sure she values over such lies 3. She has no motivation to lie 4. Joey's story made no logical sense. The last point being the key point. Yes, stranger things have happened, but with the absense of motive, logic rules the day. Occam's razor.

There are several people that Joey has basically harassed by his "publications." I don't see a necessity to drag them through the mud by rehashing their stories. He's in jail. He was out, but he couldn't obey the rules. It's a moot point. If there are people wronged by him that are trying to compile a list of criminal negligence by Joey, they have every right. I don't call that fishing. That is research, building a case, discovery, whatever.

"And now the 2 other older ones. I'm kind of leaning toward "two wrongs don't make a right"." What are you talking about?

    1. I don't know why you would believe either story. Neither of their articles make logical sense. Skull and bones in one story and frightened terrified ppl in the other. I think both stories were made up and they're both wrong. And trying to get ppl to say that they're afraid of Dauben by leading them is wrong. That's what happened to Mr. Webb. And the prosecutor being a part of the frightened terrified victims story. That's really wrong.

    2. Nor would I believe David's version of the story since he is clearly biased and uninterested in the truth. We really don't know what Erica said much less the context of that.

    3. Anonymous, you do realize that there are people who Joey caused harm and devastation in their lives right? You do not think that those same people would not want to see Joey out to do more harm?

You need to dig a little deeper to see the types of reactions that skull and bones picture being posted caused the writer of the article. It didn't take much for me to find it, and it was crazy and hate filled. Not to mention the pain and anguish it caused to the family and friends of the missing girl. I will grant you it is a convoluted story, but there are real people involved who live with the consequences of what Joey does/did.

Not that I think that they had anything to do with why he ended up back in jail, but seriously, you don't think he did enough damage to make those people he hurt not want more insanity being posted by Joey? We may not call it fear of Joey, but possibly they would call it fear of what Joey would do.

Not sure I am following what your point is...

      Delete
    4. If what everybody means by doing more harm and insanity is his blogs I agree with you. But that doesn't have nothing to do with the slant of the terrified-of-Dauben article or what the author did to invent her story. The story led to the reader thinking that Dauben was a physical menace. The prosecutor had already charged Dauben in Ellis County, right? So he got himself tied up with the fake story so he could keep Dauben in jail after he was released in Navarro. I don't see that as right for the DA to do. When Dauben violated his conditions, Mr. Wilson did the right thing and Dauben went back to jail. But trying to manufacture a reason is wrong.

      Delete
    5. yeah I'm having trouble following you as well. I dont know what you mean by "so he got himself tied up with the fake story so he could keep Dauben in jail after he was released in Navarro". I dont think Wilson got tied up in that at all, he waited until he had proof that Joey was violating his bond and then tagged him. Erica Moore or Joey's story about her had nothing to do with it.

      Delete
    6. I guess I am missing something. How did the DA get tied up in a 'fake story'?

How was there an attempt to manufacture a reason?

What I got from the story was not physical fear of Joey- he just is not a physically intimidating guy. He may incite violence, but he is not going to do anything physical. Articles like the one posted are not the most unbiased in reporting, that is why they are on a blog I bet.

I also think the inventing a story falls on Dauben, as he is the one who posted the claims right?

What is it you think the DA did wrong?

I am not trying to be difficult, just not following your thoughts well I guess.

Anon: I don't think any of Joey's victims manufactured a reason to be afraid. Joey incited violence and retribution against numerous people for manufactured reasons that Joey printed in his blogs.

If I recall correctly, the reporter was threatened and/or harassed as a result of Joey's "reporting" of the event. I don't recall that the DA "got himself tied up with the fake story" - Joey was sent back to jail for violating the conditions of his bond.

      Delete
    8. Dauben and Moore both put biased made-up invented stories out there. No doubt about that. But it looks like the DA teamed up with Moore to manufacture a reason to put Dauben back in jail. So maybe he didn't want to wait until he had a for-real reason. I don't know about you all, but I sure don't have faith in a DA that is making things up to get want he wants.

    9. I'm still not sure which "2 stories" you are referring to. We have David Webb's, the missing children website one, and Joeys. They are all kind of on different topics with Joey as the main thread.

I'm talking about her version of the debris/skull events vs his salacious story. The story you linked is more tied to David's. Yeah, she was probably writing her blog/story about Joey's release and was looking for people's reaction. I don't see anything wrong with that. Is that particular story about his release perhaps a little dramatic? Maybe, but if you seriously go try to find all of the reaction to her, some of which may be hard to find because it was on the ECO FB page, you'd see that she was totally jumped all over by numerous people. Her version of events is out there somewhere also. I haven't looked to see if I can find it. That's what I'm referring to when I say I believe her story. It absolutely is logical. Joey basically maniputlated the whole thing to make a story. He was just looking for another Barbara Farris. From what I can tell, this woman has an honest history and good track record, unlike Joey.

    10. You are right NothingBetter, I read some of the attacks and they scared me. She was naive in her handling of a situation, but I don't think she did anything intentionally.

What was clear was that Joey played a part in this that was more than just reporting a story. I don't know how long the situation spiraled out of control with the anger and written attacks, but it was vicious.

I still don't get that connection to Joey being in jail for violating his bail conditions. He did that all on his own. Am I missing something Anon?

Anon: I'm beginning to think you have a hard on for the DA - " I don't know about you all, but I sure don't have faith in a DA that is making things up to get want he wants."

      1) what "thing" did the DA make up? You've been given the facts. Nobody made up any story that Joey violated the conditions of his bond. He was violating the bond conditions a long time before the DA a) knew it or b) did anything about it.

      2) what did the DA want? I hope the DA WANTED Joey back in jail to protect the public in the short and long run. I WANT a DA that prosecutes criminal behavior. I applaud the DA for taking this case with whatever law he could apply.

Which reminds me, Webby never answered the question of what law he thinks Wilson should have applied to Joey's criminal behavior.

    14. I'm not sure about what you mean about Joey being in jail for violating his bond conditions and doing that all on his own? That's what I think happened, too. But there was months between his Navarro release and him getting thrown back in the slammer. And I think that nobody liked that and wanted him back in jail right when he was released, including the Ellis DA. Using a fake story is no way to do it.

Anon: Joey was/is not a physical threat by himself. It's more of a Charles Manson type threat. There are several people for which allegations were made of child abuse and Joey printed the allegations, without vetting any part of the story and said those people should be physically harmed in some way. There was a post in which Joey took issue with someone, I think it was a cop, and said if he wasn't a moral man he'd put a bullet in that person's head. The case against Joey in Ellis Cty was due to Joey's printing of the guy's address, where he worked, other personal data and said somebody should hurt him.

I would tell you to use Ocean's go back machine, but thankfully most of what Joey posted can't be found now unless you know the name of the target.

    16. When Joey was originally released on his bond Erica complained to the DA about fearing for her safety. That story was run by Joey in one of his "newspapers" and now echoed by his lone Daubenista in the quasi-media David Webb. Wilson had nothing to do with either story and we have no evidence that he tried to act on that report in any way.

Anon: Some of Joey's victims did complain about his release right away. He bonded out on Navarro charges and the victims complained about the release to Ellis Cty because of pending charges. One thing has nothing to do with the other.

Joey started violating his bond conditions almost immediately after being released from Navarro Cty. Joey got away with it for months before Wilson did anything about it. As I understand the revocation hearing, Wilson used current events to make his case and none of what Wilson used as evidence was made up. It was common knowledge that Joey was in violation of the court.

    19. Ok anon, I did some digging myself. It looks like this Radio lady actually lost her long-term job because of Joey's antics. If that isn't causing someone harm, I'm not sure what is. This woman wouldn't have a reason to lie, she didn't even seem to know about Joey, only wanting to help. So Joey comes up with yet another bullcrap salacious story and libels someone. Because that person is a public figure / media, her boss doesn't like the negative exposure and boom, she can't pay her mortgage or put food on her table. If that is how this went down, then there's reason for her to fear Joey.

My friend fears Joey as well and its credible real fear. It may not be physical fear although Joey did threaten the family one time, but it is fear of more emotional and mental torture. The family has been through enough over the years and Joey keeps opening up the most painful wounds in their lives all because he's a freaking little prick. He doesn't care about the pain he causes one bit.

I don't know about a lot of people Joey wrote about but what I do know, he caused more than a lifetime of pain. Group all his victims together, this guy has some serious bad Karma coming his way for the next 100 lifetimes. Its a relief he's locked up.

    20. My guess is Joey was following the murdered kids story angles and got ahold of this woman who appears to be a media person of some kind, not sure about the DJ part. How much you wanna bet Joey wanted her to air HIS take on Haley or Amber's murder and she declined so Joey being Joey went for the jugular with this woman and his libelous crap and harassment got her fired. I'd be very scared of Joey but I'm only going on a hunch, trying to think how Joey would use people. When he can't bend people to his reality, he goes for the kill shot.

Anon, why the obsession on this particular Joey victim? You seem to have a LOT of motive here. There's hundreds Joey wrote about. I cannot see for the life of me how this Moore lady did anything wrong. If I feared Joey and felt he was breaking his bail conditions you bet I would be calling the DA's office. That's the responsible thing to do. There's reasons he had condiitions attached and that was to protect the public. The guy IS a monster and he HAS truly hurt many people. Some will never get over what he's done to their lives.

    21. Anon, you have not been researching the background of these 'fake stories' very well. It's not hard, but you seem unwilling to do so.

It would be a waste of my time to explain the full history of what was done by Joey with the help of some of his 'contacts' to this woman. He reported lies, and published a picture she had taken but never shared with Joey, and he added his own special spin on it. The case related to that picture has a lot of extremely devoted followers that reacted badly towards the woman based on Joey's claims of her motives and actions. This woman paid the price so Joey could get page hits based on the fabricated story he told. This woman was threatened with violence, and had people actively trying to destroy her.

Check it out yourself, there are pages and blogs related to the Haily Dunn case where you can find more information about the chaos caused by Joey's fun and games.

You want to believe what you already do. You are not going to take the time to look at what really happened. You want to believe in some conspiracy by the DA, and I am really on conspiracy overload after reading up on Bill Windsor.

You seem to be fixated on these 2 articles to the exclusion of the actual facts and timelines. That is your right, and your opinion.

      Delete
    22. I don't think that you guys can stay focused. Both Dauben and Moore wrote fake stories about each other. That's a given. Moore's article was written right when Dauben was released so she couldn't feel that he was breaking his bail conditions unless she had a crystal ball. It sure looks like the DA tried using the frightening ppl physically violent angle as a way to get Dauben back in jail. I don't know Mr. Wilson but if he's willing to do that, where does he draw the line?
Why do you think that I don't care about what Dauben did or his victims? Anybody would. Why do you think that I'm Mr. Webb? I'm not. But that's not what I am talking about here. I'm beginning to think that you don't care, either. I think that maybe trying to divert and going off on tangents is what you guys like to do.

      Delete
    23. Anon, Given her history (and others too) with Joey, she had reason in her mind to be afraid. Her opinion, and yes it was biased.

How do you figure that the DA used that article to get Joey back in jail? People have a right to voice personal concerns about Joey to the DA, but that isn't even what got him back in jail on violations, despite those who complained possibly wanting it to. She wouldn't need a crystal ball to feel Joey was a danger to her, it was her experience with him.

I don't see how "It sure looks like the DA tried using the frightening ppl physically violent angle as a way to get Dauben back in jail."

Are you saying that the article somehow was cause for the investigation that landed Joey in the bond revocation hearing? He didn't need that info, or the complaints, or the article to do that. He didn't need anything but knowledge of Joey and his history to know he would without a doubt violate the terms. History not including any article by this woman, or even complaints by former victims.

Joey broke the terms of his bond, it took time to find that out, and then revoke it. There was no rush to judgement that I can see. I also don't see any line crossing or abuse of power by the DA. Joey is a screwup, and we all knew he would violate the no internet rule- no crystal ball involved.

I think you are giving too much credit to the article written by this woman. I don't think her fears played into it, nor did her attempt to get others to say they were also afraid of Joey. (not necessarily physically in fear of, but Joey knows how to wage a vendetta and hurt people when he wants to).

Maybe I am just not understanding your point. How did the DA try using that article to put Joey back in jail? How do you feel the DA failed to follow the letter and spirit of the law? Do you feel Joey was wrongly put in jail while awaiting his next trial? Where is this conflict you see? Thanks for explaining.

    24. One more try. Take Dauben and Moore out of the whole thing. Maybe you guys hate Dauben so much that it's hard for you to see the forest for the trees. And I agree with you that he's written awful stuff about his victims. But that's not what I'm talking about.

Somebody writes a fake story about somebody else. Later on the somebody else writes a fake story about the first storywriter. Unknown DA with a law interest in the first somebody is involved with the second storywriter's fake article. That sure seems to be an ethics problem for the unknown DA.

      Doesn't that bother anyone?

      Delete
    25. okay how is the DA involved in the second story writer's article? That is the same question you have been asked in several posts. How is the DA tied into this article, and what exactly are you saying about this 'involvement'- how is it you see that the DA involved in the article?

And I don't hate anyone, not even Dauben. His actions suck, and I am disgusted by things I have seen him do to people with some of his articles, but I don't know him to hate him. I really am not seeing this DA involvement in the article. So try to explain how he is involved in the article specifically.

This is from Mr. Webb's article.

She talked to Mr. Wilson about how to jail Dauben in Ellis county when he was getting bailed out in Navarro County. This was also when she tried to get Mr. Webb to say that he was terrified of Dauben, and when her fake story was put out.

Ahh, your thoughts and questions are based on Webby's article. So what? She complained because she was scared, pissed off, whatever. Where do you see an actual connection between Moore's complaints and revocation of Joey's bail? Seems that if Wilson was going to react to the complaint, Joey would have been back in jail sooner, don't you think? It wasn't until Wilson had clear, indisputable evidence of violations that he moved to revoke Joey's bail.

In the hearing, he used a recording of Joey on a blog radio show that was broadcast right before the hearing - nothing to do with Moore. I believe he also presented evidence of Joey's internet posting, posting by proxy and his "newpapers" posted on line - also nothing to do with Moore.

    28. What you're trying to do is force us to believe her story was fake and had anything to do with getting Joey back behind bars. Well she complained to Wilson, what? June. and Joey didn't get tossed back until September. I don't believe her story was fake and I cannot fathom why you keep hanging on to her. The reason I believe you are Webby is because Webby has a big issue with this lady. He obviously wants to make her the center of attention because she upset him.

Furthermore I'm not getting off on any tangent, part of this entire fiasco is what Joey did to her and WHY she was in fear. Joey getting her fired over HIS false accusations is a pretty good reason to fear someone. You have real strong motive to blame Moore because I see you so acutely focused on Moore and what you believe she convinced WIlson to do and no focus on Joey's actions. She had nothing to do with him breaking his bail conditions. Joey did that to himself. wow

Issues, anon. You have issues. and yes, I believe you're Webb. You can't stand not having attention on you and one of the last things you wrote was about this woman. The moment GINGER turned the attention away from Webb in her articles, an "ANON" popped up to bring up Webbs lies and spins. I'm sure out of the hundreds Joey wrote about, we should chalk this up to 'coincidence'?! hmmum yup

    30. Can't anybody respond to my "unknowns" post???

I've already said that when Dauben violated his bond all by his lonesome Mr. Wilson did the right thing and threw him in jail for it. He deserved it. And you are right, Mr. Wilson needed clear evidence to revoke Dauben's bail. Dauben gave it to him.

I think that Mr. Wilson did react when he was contacted by Moore. Like you said yourself, he needed evidence. I think he really tried to get that with the story but it didn't work out, like when Mr. Webb didn't agree that he was frightened. Not enough indisputable evidence, but not for a lack of trying.

I think that yappy has some sort of issues going on. Why would I be focused on Moore? Why would you even think that I was blaming her? Why do you want me to not ask questions or voice my opinion? Go to my "let's take out the names" post and maybe that will help, but I kind of doubt it. And I have already posted that I am not Mr. Webb. You are trying to divert again. Stay on track, if you even can.

    31. At least Joey never personally stalked anyone at their place of business and elsewhere (caught on tape) that he wrote about. Nor did he write on a major news station their name, address, and unlisted phone number falsely claiming they were an FBI informant against the Mexican drug cartels solicting them to act against an innocent person. Nor did he solicit groups such as the hacker group Anonymous and the Occupy Movement to act against someone without any cause, or write online for people to contact them for deviant sex including their pictures, and calling for them to be beheaded. He also didn't submit their info online for telemarketers and others to harass them. He didn't stalk minor children, or fabricate allegations they posted online to look like email from someone who never heard of them. But one of your regular posters DID! Eventually this person will end up just like Joey, in jail where they belong! Pot meet kettle!

    32. Anon:

Unless you have some kind of information not available to the general public, I think you are making incorrect inferences. David Webb saying that Erica Morse (its Morse instead of Moore) consulted with the DA is pure conjecture on his part. How does he know what Wilson said or did about the complaint? He is just simply repeating Joey's talking points from his "paper" that he did earlier. Here I will quote to you what Joey wrote back in June:

"She threatened to sue me, accused me of "theft of work product" and a myriad of other "infractions". Then, only hours after I got out of jail on March 22 (stemming from other false allegations) this lunatic calls the Ellis County DA's office and lodges a formal complaint against me accusing me-falsely-of spreading her photos and that letter online. Her public attempts at putting me back in jail are well known according to David Webb, a 30-year newspaperman who has followed my case closer than anyone. On top of that, she teamed up with California pedophile Shane Crowe-father of my fiancée Presley-to file joint complaints. She then had the nerve to say Presley and her little sister made up the stories of horrific sexual abuse. What a team."

Now what is missing in your jump to conclusion is any evidence whatsoever that Wilson took any action on those complaints. And any of these stories that came out, came from either Dauben himself, or his media mouthpiece David Webb (isnt it interesting that Joey called him a newspaperman who followed his case closer than anyone). I just don't see any evidence of Wilon's involvement other than his office taking the formal complaint.

      Delete
    33. Do you happen to have some kind of information not available to the general public to back up your inferences? I've given a set of "let's take the names out" facts that most have conveniently ignored. The articles you posted don't support your conclusions. They bolster the indication that the DA was unethically involved in attempting to get Dauben thrown back in jail in March.

I guess that you guys will just keep on hiding your heads in the sand come hell or high water, or, maybe you agree that unethical behavior by a DA is acceptable? Which is it?

      Delete
    34. You have been incapable of connecting any link whatsoever to Wilson getting Joey's bond revoked to the stories and claims that his Erica Morse was related to. Zero. Maybe you really are old man Webb because you share his love of evidence to support his wild claims.

      Delete
    35. I'm sorry Anon, but I have some how missed the set of "facts" that you presented. I (and others) have not ignored anything you posted.

      What are these facts?

      The facts that see are:
Joey posted damaging story about Morse (true or false - still damaging)
      Morse disputed the story
Joey landed in jail on totally seperate charges
      Joey got out on bond
Morse contacted people she thought might be victims including Webb
Morse contacted the DA to express her fears
"On March 28, Dauben was required to appear at the Ellis County Courthouse in Waxahachie where District Attorney Patrick Wilson personally asked the judge to ensure that the defendant complied with the ban on his use of the Internet."
Webb wrote a story and indicated he was contacted by Morse who said she had gotten in contact with the DA
      Joey violanted his bond
      Joey back to jail

Has it ever been reported that the March 28 appearance was as a result of Morse's contacting of the DA? Do you know it wasn't pre-scheduled? Even David Webb didn't report that the March appearance was an attempt revoke Joey's bond. And, so what the appearance was a result of Morse and other victim's complains, maybe Wilson was trying to get Joey to take his bond requirements seriously.

      Joey was obviously online.

So why does that mean that Wilson conspired with Morse to "get Dauben thrown back in jail."

You have pointed to ZERO evidence of your claims of unethical behaviour on the part of the DA. In fact, I think it is the duty of the DA to make sure that Joey followed his bond requirements. What is the point of setting conditions of release if they are not followed?

So, when you get pulled over for speeding (and actually were) was a police officer unethically involved in trying to get you a citation?

  12. SC,

I'd like to clear up another rumor/lie that I saw printed about you by Joey/Presley. Joey claimed there was bullet-proof evidence against you. It was some handwritten letter where you had supposedly written a "known pedophile website" across the top. Well that site, "www.girlsonthemove.com" is conveniently no longer up. That didn't satisfy me, so I checked the wayback machine.

I found several archives. Here is one.
    http://web.archive.org/web/20010306221707/http://www.girlsonthemove.com/daily/nov03.html
    It's is a journal entry from 11/3/00

    "Friday, November 03

Bryan, OH to Bowling Green, OH 70 miles!

The beautiful weather bubble continues to follow Girls on the Move. We enjoyed the flats of Ohio into our lunch spot at Camp Libby. Girl Scout Leaders provided a traditional Girl Scout lunch for the whole team. We were honored by their generous support and interest in Girls on the Move. Both Organizations, Girls on the Move and Girl Scouts, are dedicated to helping girls grow up strong. It is an ideal partnership.

The partnership continued into the evening with a community chicken dinner at Poe High School in Bowling Green followed by a Girls Expo at the Woodland Mall. Approximately 200 girls attended the expo along with their parents. Stations were set up to assist girls in earning their Girls on the Move Girl Scout Patch. Girls focused on learning more about physical fitness, nutrition, geography, and bike maintenance to fulfill their patch requirements. The evening program began with a Girl Scout Flag Ceremony and a few Girl Scout songs. Core Riders, Candace Cable and Megan Shull spoke with the audience about the Girls on the Move project, their life stories and hosted an interactive question and answer session. The support for girls and their dreams in the community of Bowling Green was evident. Remember girls, "You can do it!" "

After looking at several, I kind of had an idea what it was all about, so I Googled with better terms and found this article:

    http://www.nancyspeaks.com/media-self.html

“7 women who will amaze you
AS YOU READ THIS, AN AWESOME fitness feat is taking place. Twenty women - from Gen Xers to grandmas - are sweating their butts off on a cross-country bike ride called Girl on the Move. Says the group's founder, Robyn Reed, "We'll be holding festivals in five cities aimed at building self-esteem in girls through sports. There are fitness challenges (like a 35-foot-tall climbing tower) and appearances by Olympians, including Dominique Dawes, Kerri Strug and Kristine Lilly." The 3,865-mile ,10-week ride began in Portland, 0regon, last month and ends in New York City on November 16. (You can log on to www.girlsonthemove.com for more information or to sign up for a 5- to 10-mile leg of the trip.) This past spring, SELF met these cyclists - each of whom has overcome her own obstacles - at a training camp in Atlanta. Come along for the ride and be inspired by their get-fit, feel-great message. -Carolyn Mackler”

Uh, yeah so not only is that NOT a pedophile website, it's the almost the exact opposite. It's a group of women that were on a mission to empower girls through sports. They were working directly with Girl Scouts. Gee, what a terrible father you are. I'm pretty sure Joey just made up his claim because it was salacious. It's funny how all these "victims" "truth" and "evidence" is based on easily dispelled lies.

  13. I saw that post with the handwritten letter, and still don't understand how it is damaging to Shane. Of course I don't understand the quarter in the diaper, or was it semen claim either. Oh dopy non-conspiracy believing me ;)

From what I have seen, it's just Presley saying whatever she can to make unfounded allegations. Not one shred of any proof. Not one link to anything real. It is confusing how she thinks anything and everything is proof of some evil.

But then I look at her cohorts and it all makes sense. More accurately it all becomes non-sense.

Sadly it will all hurt her little sister when she reads about this in the future. I sure wish there was a giant eraser to wipe all this crap off the internet about these little girls. I wish these women would consider the future damage they are doing to these children's reputations and emotions when they read all about it someday. This is the lowest form of abuse I have ever seen

  14. "Girls on the Move" was an organization that does exactly that. They had programs to help keep girls active. I was always trying to find things for her to do. Anytime I showed an interest in getting Presley active, her mom would find ways to alter Presley's "availability". She always liked basketball when she was little and I encouraged her to play. She would attend basketball camps while she was with me and would have so much fun. When she got to be a little older, her mother, Brita Craven stomped out the appeal of participating in sports like basketball by telling her that if she played sports, she would end up becoming a lesbian. I wanted Presley to stay active at least while she was with me. It would allow her to meet friends while she was at my home and also give her something to take an interest in. Really no matter what I did, Brita would be there to try and blow it up. They were advertising the "Girls On the Move" in Redding which is where I heard about it.

While Presley was with me in Redding, a friend of ours had a daughter that was friends with Presley. The friend invited Presley to the party and actually set the party on a weekend that Presley was there so that Presley could attend. The party would have made Presley's return to her mother two hours later than normal. Presley begged me to let her go and I said we need to see if her mom woudl agree to the later return. Presley said that her mom would let her so she called her mom. Her mom said absolutely not and we had to leave right before the party was to start.

When Presley was four, I took her to Disneyland for her birthday. I was working on a project in Arizona while her mom was living in Moorhead, Minnesota obtaining her masters in speech path. In 1997, there was tremendous flooding throughout the country. While I was in Arizone, I still had Presley one week a month for visitation. I would fly to South Dakota, drive 500 miles roundtrip to get Presley and either spend the week in SD or fly Presley back to Arizona where she would stay with me and my dad for the week and then do the same when I returned her. She would deny two of the week long visits between January and May 1997. In April was our trip to Disneyland that was scheduled for two months. Upon my return to South Dakota, I got a call from Brita at 10:30 PM on Friday where she stated that she could not drive to the midway point in Mitchell, SD because she was stranded due to the severe flood. She said I couldn't take the visit because of dangerous flooding. Then she would say I could have the visit if I took a flight from Rapid City to Moorhead, Minnesota to pick Presley up the next day. I didn't have the $2500 to pay for our flights the next day. Finally she said I could have the visit if I did all the driving. So instead of driving 500 miles roundtrip, I had to take off and drive 10000 miles roundtrip to get Presley. My dad and I took off the next morning for Moorhead, Minnesota. Drove straight through and got there in the early afternoon. I kept checking road conditions while driving and there was no indication that the flooding had closed any roads. I arrived at Brita's home and knocked on the door. When Brita opened up, they were having a party for Presley. I believe it was an attempt to make it so PResley wouldn't want to leave. The only thing I said to Brita was "It's funny how you claimed the town was flooded and that there was no way in or out. Our tires never got wet once during the entire trip." Presley saw me, grabbed her bag and said bye mom and said lets go to Disneyland.

Her being convinced Girls On the Move was a porn site is just another example of how Brita manipulates her. I kept a log of every visitation from 1993 through 2006.

SC: you sold me with this "So instead of driving 500 miles roundtrip, I had to take off and drive 10000 miles roundtrip to get Presley. My dad and I took off the next morning for Moorhead, Minnesota. Drove straight through and got there in the early afternoon."

Good for you for trying so hard. I hope you have no regrets. Maybe as Presley matures, she will begin to clearly see thru the people that failed her by putting their own interests ahead of her well being.

      Delete
    2. I never gave up because I was absolutely certain my bond with her was unbreakable and that she needed to have one parent that would be there for her. I moved to California so that I could still be a part of her life. Never considered moving here because I have no family out here. I did it because of that day at the school in Salt Lake City where Presley cried at her desk for me.

I'd get anonymous phone calls when on holidays where they would only say "Fuck You!". I'd get nasty letters from Brita calling me names and trying to argue about what the judge ordered (never once did she ever write to me claiming I was abusing Presley in ANY manner.) She'd argue with attorney's. She'd fight with her own attorney. Brita would pose as a CPS investigator claiming to be investigating me and call my work or call my friends. She had 10+ attorneys in a span of 10 years.

Presley's mother and her mother's husband use to send Holy Oil with Presley for the summer visits and tell Presley to use it to protect herself while she was at my home. Use to tell her that Indians were bad and would hurt her. Brita told that to Presley because she wanted to hurt me and also hurt my dad. My dad was full blooded Sioux and he cherished Presley. He loved her with all his heart and did anything for her. Prior to his death, he said nothing could happen to him because he wanted to see his grandbaby grow up. He would be so hurt seeing what she has been doing.

Sorry for the tangent, just venting. Regrets...the only regret I have is not getting custody of Presley when she was little.

      Delete
  15. Wow, sounds like a truly difficult time you went through SC, and yet you persisted, despite it all to try to remain in Presley's life. It had to have been heartbreaking to see it all destroyed. There was no reason for it, and nothing gained by it for anyone.

I am sorry that both you and Presley had any hope of a relationship crushed. I have seen this happen in other relationships, and it is always tragic, and always done by manipulation and out of vengeance and a need to control.

I know how awful things like this can get. Not in a custody case, but in other ways. It is hard to accept that someone wants to devastate and control others to this extent, but I know it happens. I am truly disillusioned by people that do this shit intentionally.

I wonder if Presley really is getting any therapy. She surely needs it, lots of it, and not just here or there, but consistently.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Those are just a few examples of how Brita did everything she could to destroy my relationship with Presley. The court allowed her to go to Minnesota to finish school and let me have a week a month during the school year and 9 weeks during the summer for visitation. Brita drove back to Rapid City quite often to see her mom. When school would get out, she would drive back to see her mom. Numerous times instead of making it so Presley wouldn't have to travel needlessly such as exchanging Presley prior to her mom returning to Minnesota or if she was on her way back to Rapid City where she could wait until she got there and then do the exchange. What would Brita choose to do? She would meet me in Mitchell, SD (the court ordered halfway point) as she was returning to Minnesota, exchange Presley and then keep driving to Minnesota. Presley would be on the road for over 8 hours for no reason. When she would be on her way to Rapid City, she would still have me meet her in Mitchell and then she would proceed to drive to Rapid City with Presley right in front of us driving down the highway...laughing as she would pass us.

  17. How long were you married to Brita? Sounds like she enjoys the game of making people suffer. I say this only being slightly familiar with this story. It sounds like she really controlled Presley in a lot of ways. Sad, as a mother I have trouble understanding how someone could use their child, or try so hard to control their thoughts and life.

Where does she want this to go? SMH this sounds like one very long and very painful childhood experience for Presley.

Being a parent in a divorce is hard enough...why do people want to make it harder?

    ReplyDelete
  18. Short marriage. She never seemed attached to Presley until she was trying to make an impression on someone.

She hated not being in control. She told me when we separated that she wanted pictures of me so that when Presley grew up, she would know what I looked like.

My grandmother passed away in 2000. Brita actually thought she would dictate when my grandmother's funeral was and ridiculed my family for having the funeral on a certain day. Not because she wanted to come, just because she thought it was all set up so I could have Presley for longer. Same thing when my father passed away 9 months later, she again ridiculed me for the time of the funeral and that it was an attempt to have Presley for longer.

Anyone can check any city she lived in and see she called 9-1-1 hundreds of times in each city. That kind of environment was molding a little girl into a Bedwell conspiracy theorist.

    ReplyDelete
  19. The upside here is that it was a short marriage I suppose. It boggles the mind to think anyone would consider someone used a funeral as a visitation excuse. Like the death of a beloved family member isn't sad enough, let's just make it even sadder by suggesting this is to extend a visitation. I'm sad you had to go through that, even sadder that there are people who can think like that.

The calling 911 thing should have landed her in court...that flat out pisses me off. Wasting emergency services resources is not okay. Not ever.

Too bad Presley hooked up with Connie, she is another woman with a twisted reality and a f'd up way of living her life full of hate and conspiracies and imbalance in so many ways.

I hope that someday things work out for Presley. I hope you can remember the good times instead of the crazy days. It has to be hard to hang on to the hope, and focus on the good, but you have had lots of practice it seems
