Bill Thinks He Scared Us

Yes Bill spent the weekend ranting and raving about all the meanie people in the world he wished he could get.  He thinks his never ending barrage of threats is somehow having an effect on us.  The truth is he is simply a bore and has nothing new to say, just a tired old rehashing of his empty threats.  Its been what like 8 months now that he has been promising to have a "big surprise for us"?  Lets just say no one believes you or cares any more Bill, you have been exposed as a liar and fraud so there is no reason to believe anything you say.

Bill sent out this feckless rant over the weekend:

My father would have been 95 today he also would have been wishing for death knowing the monster his oldest son turned in to.. He was a "special" person . Sadly, his memory is one of the victims of the criminals who have stalked me thats all you can remember about him?. If you didn't see it and almost no one did, these scumbags be specific please set up Facebook pages in his name with photos of him in his casket and on his deathbed I only remember seeing one page. They also published a photo of what was allegedly his bones, and in another photo, they showed him on his deathbed talking on the phone with a caption saying he was having phone sex with my dead mother who died 30 years prior so see judge, this couldn't have been true. This scum will be held accountable for this this scum, that scum, those scums....who are you talking about?.

There have been a lot of developments Syria has agreed to give up its chemical weapons. A lot of the defamation, libel, and stalking has disappeared nuh uh, you are still posting as these criminals are trying to hide their work before they have to deal with the courts and law enforcement I'm not hiding anything...its all here you don't even have to download my site. Fortunately, I downloaded all the sites what did I just say? that I was aware of many megabytes were harmed in the process. I have also sent preservation notices to Facebook, and subpoenas have been issued to a boatload of people and entities what exactly does a liar consider a boatload to be...hey bill dont get your hopes up too high on those, just saying.

Claudine Dombrowski of the American Mothers Political Party has been put out of business by the courts I think that would be news to her, but she is violating the court order if you say so. On Monday, I will file a motion to have her found in criminal contempt not just contempt but criminal contempt?, and I will file a complaint with the Topeka Kansas Police Department to show that she is in criminal violation of the court order and KSA 21-5924 and KSA 21-5427 when was the last time those little stunts turned out like you wanted?. I expect her to be arrested but you know she wont be, and she should be subject to both state and federal firearms restrictions so should you be.

I have sued the American Mothers Political Party, Claudine Dombrowski, and her co-conspirators (which includes every member of this so-called group). Discovery is beginning and its ending just about as fast as it begun..

The new judge in Missoula Montana has terminated Sean Boushie's protective order against me yeah well great but wasn't the PO from his wife and UM?. I filed a civil action against Sean Boushie yeah and I just clipped my toenails but I was planning on sparing everyone of that pointless detail, and I am preparing to name the University of Montana, President Royce Engstrom you just did name him, and all the players so you are going after the athletic department?  there in a very special legal action again special needs to be "".

My lawsuit against Allie Overstreet is rolling along after I whipped her attorney, Weasel Curly, in federal court. He filed an absolutely outrageous and frivolous I'm pretty sure you still don't know what the word means removal to federal court of the Missouri state court action. So, discovery is flying out of here on that case and I think you will discover that you know very little about anything. I have set a hearing for October 8, 2013 in Missouri to ask the judge to throw the book the phone book? at Allie Overstreet and Weasel Curly for contempt, sanctions, failure to appear for depositions, failure to provide discovery, etc. I have asked the judge to order a mental examination of Allie Overstreet, and much more do you think you can pass such an examination Bill?  careful, these are dangerous waters for you.

I appear to have pretty much stopped the Joeyisalittlekid people from their criminal activities ummm, it appears not as I'm back to your "criminal" activity of taking your own words and commenting on them. I've now got two of the Joeys seemingly wanting this is seemingly not much of a sentence to trade information for a release from liability and criminal action by me too bad there is no such "information" to trade. A BIG surprise is coming to the Joeys as I am holding JoeyCon, a national convention of all the Joeys yay, reunion, I know you must mean it mr bill, you wouldn't keep lying to us all this time would you?. It is an invitation-only event sponsored by some high-ranking people high ranking like what? who's who?. There's a lot of exciting stuff coming to the Joeys thats right, this is the party that never stops.

All of this legal activity can require that I change direction quickly please use your turn signal, but I am hoping I can get to California for filming in mid October or early November yeah that will make it a movie...film California thats all your movie lacks. It appears that filming in the midwest and east will have to wait until Spring nooooooo, what are those poor people going to do without you saving them?.

I am still working on financing meaning you have none other than your inheritance from daddy. That's one of the reasons I need to get to California they don't finance idiots.

I am working on the pilot for the proposed Lawless America TV show no one is going to fly that. It is being edited now, and I am drafting a script for studio segments that will introduce some of the pieces sure, and while we are making up things why not say its being produced and directed too?. It will be a one-hour show they have already done a show about nothing, and it will be presented as the first show in a weekly series as long as its just one week. The first show is all about cyberstalking, Sean Boushie, and the University of Montana you mean your stupid "stakeout"?. Subsequent shows will feature three stories each week as well as important brief updates on stories covered in previous shows you might as well promise to have a unicorn guest host it. All of the stories will be about victims of various forms of INjustice.

Windsor Admits to Cyber Terrorism

So this site was temporarily down last night for a brief period and both Bill and his former partner in crime "Susan Harbinson" immediately jump on facebook to gloat and proclaim the death of joeyisalittlekid.  Evil hates exposure, and for a brief moment they screamed with glee at the thought of not having their words and actions critiqued.  Bill of course bragged that he gotten the site taken down so he was left chewing on his foot when the site came back several minutes later.

But it was what Bill said in the comments after that are really interesting:

Hmmmmm, that sounds a whole lot like he is trying to hack and cyber attack the site. So now we can add cyber terrorism to paper terrorism, mail fraud, sexual perversion and constant stalking that Bill has directly admitted to doing.

Thats right, every single one of you...even though we have over 20,000 comments on this site Mr. Bill is going to drag every single on of us to Criminal...yes, Criminal court. What kind of crimes have we committed you might ask? Ahhh, we are part of a racketeering enterprise according to Mr. Bill. And just so we know what he is actually alleging by this....here is what Criminal Racketeering means:

Racketeering is an illegal act which constitutes the operation of an illegal business or scheme in order to produce a profit. Racketeering is a broad category that can include a variety of criminal acts, such as bribery, illegal gambling, the exploitation of children, money laundering, etc.

Yep....he sure pegged us on that.  There is so much money flying around on this blog its almost as if its not even there in the first place.  What if someone made up that they were making a movie and took in volunteers and donations with no tracing of the funds to any organization whatsoever along with avoiding to file a tax return?  I'll just let all you other gangsters weigh in on what you think about this criminal enterprise we have going on here.

Terrorist Bill Windsor Rides Again

Well the idea that maybe if you just ignore him, he will go away just wont work with with Bill.  As Bill went in to hiding after his defeat in Missoula, he has spent all that time doing the only thing he can do....stalking people.

First, Bill went back to his old stand-by stalking target of Claudine and the AMPP.  He claimed to have gotten a restraining order against her and her organization which includes anyone who has ever said a meanie thing about him.  He says everyone is connected and that must be true because he said it and he is Bill Windsor.  Of course the only "proof" of such an order is coming from Bill and it most certainly does not include all those that he is trying to broad brush it in to pertaining too. 

Then its on to stalking his favourite cookie and us "racketeers" at Joeyisalittlekid:

Megan Van Zelfden has been the person behind Joeyisalittlekid no, she has nothing to do with this site and never has....you are slandering her and I hope she sues you for that. I have received reports to indicate that she is a dangerous person who may be capable of doing just about anything uhhhh, no that would be you. I will be investigating the Church of Scientology and a practice called Scientology Fair Game thats a great idea Bill....I hear they love people snooping around their operation asking stupid questions. I will be visiting the Church of Scientology facility in Irving Texas, and I may take a quick trip to Longmont Colorado where some strange stuff has happened yeah you do that Bill.

I am going to strategically position myself between pie and adult book stores for a few days in states where defamation, libel, slander, and stalking may be prosecuted in the state where the crimes are received kinda sounds like entrapment. This will make it easy for me to get all the Joeys in one friendly court a bunch of baby kangroos in a kangaroo court...how ironic.

Schied has been franticly trying to do everything he can to try and divert his own culpability in Trish's death and project it on to both this site and to her loving family. This included unleashing this especially stupid individual:

Presley Dauben-Tuma

We all remember Presley Crowe through one way or the other.  We got to see her first as Joey Dauben played a Nancy Grace wanna-be in trying to raise publicity for selected cases of sexual molestation of a child.  Joey fell head over heels for Connie Bedwell and her story as soon as he saw her picture.  Based on her picture, she had to be telling the truth so Joey turned everything over to her including his then nightly radio show.  It was there that we were introduced to Connie's partner in crime, Presley Crowe.  Presley had become Connie's "plus one" to just about everything they did out there in California.  As Connie slowly rebuffed all of Joey's attempts to get a "personal" interview, Joey started to turn his attention to Presley. And, unlike Connie, Presley was willing to give Joey the time of day even without him asking.

Presley's story is somewhat unique in that she is not fighting for her own child, she is claiming to be fighting for her half sister whom she says was abused just as she was.  Presley decided to come forward with her own claims of sexual abuse by her dad over a decade after the fact and during a contentious divorce between her dad and mom.  Her claim to fame was going on the Dr. Phil show with her claims even though she didn't use her real name on the show.

So Joey, having been shown the Heisman pose from Connie, decided to really start interjecting himself in to Presley's war on her father.  This included Joey making posters that Presley then passed out at her half sister's school, calling her dad a pedophile with a picture of him on it.  Then the hammer dropped and Joey was charged with having sex with a then 14 year old boy on a camping trip.

Presley dropped everything out in Califorina and rushed to Ellis County to be with her new hero and boyfriend Joey Dauben.  She even changed her last name to Dauben and used the disgraced reporter David Webb to proclaim that she and Joey were engaged.  The clear inference they were trying to make is that "Joey can't be gay, see he is in love with Presley and they plan to be married".  Well as the trial started Presley bolted and left Joey to fend for himself as he was convicted on all counts and sentenced for the main part of the rest of his life in prison.

No, it was on to her new hero in life, none other than Bill Windsor and Lawless America.  Presley thought he would be her saviour and she filmed several youtube clips for Bill where she sobbed uncontrollably and rambled off a bunch of incoherent names, dates and instances.  She was so taken with Bill that she called him her daddy, and of course being the sexual deviant that he is....he went along with that name calling as well.

Well trouble brewed again as Connie, who had also fallen for the Lawless scam, got in to a fight with Bill and of course he banned her and all her friends including Presley.  This put Presley in a tough spot as her former "daddy" was now calling her a liar and threatening to sue her, so she went back crying to Bill and pleading with him to take her back.  Bill did, in that he didn't name her on the list of people he wanted to sue, but she lost her youtube rights and her connection to Lawless.

Now its back to Connie.  And low and behold Connie's father is now accused of being a serial rapist of young girls.  Once again Presley shows her undying support for child molesters by changing her last name to Tuma in support of Connie's pedophile father.  And, once again, he is convicted and will spend the rest of his life in prision.....and does Presley learn her lesson as recently as last week?

Nope, looks like nothing has been learned even still. Now why do I bring all this up again? What still kills me about Presley is that she, absent all the stupid she has inserted in her life, is a bright young girl with her whole future ahead of her. But she is choosing to fight other peoples battles and it is sucking the life out of her. She has pushed away all her family, and the more isolated and alone she is, the more she gets used and abused by all these predators. We saw how this can end tragiclly as it did for Trish Krauss, who like Presley was a smart vibrant person full of life but allowed others and these "causes" to literally suck that life out of her.

We are never going to change the minds of the Bill Windsors, David Schieds, Connie Bedwells of the world. They sold their soul and there is no turning back for them.  I can only hope that we can do something to help the future Presley and Trish Kraus' of the world from falling in to their web of lies and abuse.  If Presley had never met Connie, Joey, and Bill....I have no doubt that her life would be in a much better, more productive and happy place.  If Trish had never met the vampire known as David Schied....I have no doubt she would be alive and well.

Bill Takes To the Streets to Beg For Money

Out of ideas and now low on funds he said he never had in the first place, Bill has gone into hiding as he begs and pleads for someone to give him money.  Windsor had let his emotions and his rage cloud his scamming instincts as he kept banning and vanquishing any and everyone from his group.  While this served his most basic revenge element, it was not wise in the more grand scheme of his scam.

Lawless America never cared about what your particular story was, everyone was welcome as long as they wanted to overthrow the government and as long as they worshipped Bill as their unquestioned leader.  But as he turned all his attention to his stalking and terroristic activities, he lost the remaining followers he had. Now the bloom is off the rose.  There is no longer any buy in from all those that he filmed as most of them can now see that it was a hoax all along, they don't even ask about the "movie" anymore, they know they were duped.  This also means he has poisoned his well, he can't go back to the same characters, for the most part, with whatever new version of a scam he comes up with.  He must now come up with a whole new set of future victims to scam and he will need to put and emphasis on getting their money this time not just their following on facebook.

Lawless America Dies!!!!

Bill Windsor has gone into hiding.  He has stripped off the advertising on the Jeep and ordered all his followers to stop harassing him with their issues.  This is his way of admitting complete and utter defeat. After all the miles, all the videos, all the hype, all the pie, he is right back where he started.....with nothing.  No movie, no funding, no tv show, no home, no family, no reason to even get up in the morning and exist.

While its clear from his history that Bill will re-emerge with a new scam and ultimately new victims, it is comforting to know that this Lawless chapter is over.  Windsor has scammed people all his life, but never before did he prey on the raw emotions of people desperate for anyone to listen to them like he did with Lawless.  He wasn't just taking their money and time, he was taking and crushing their hopes and dreams. This scam lasted much longer than I ever anticipated, and while he still has his court cases in Montana and Missouri to lose, I am happy to announce that the scam known as Lawless America is over.

Even though Lawless is now over, the stalking and harassing of others from Bill will not cease till he has taken his last breath.  You can bet that he will continue to devolve in his methods and tactics as he seeks to bring pain and suffering to others.  To this end, we can only hope that law enforcement or the judicial system will finally put a stop to him.

After Defeat Bill Goes in to Hiding

The showdown in Missoula was supposed to get Bill's mojo back.  He was going to go down there and get Sean Boushie arrested, get a restraining order, or at least fired and declare victory of his chief "hater".  In true vigilante style he orchestrated his own sting operation.  Turns out, playing police officer is a quick way for his adversary to get a restraining order against him.

So Windsor had to flea Montana with his tail tucked between his legs.  Reality is his biggest adversary and it is really bearing down on him now, he can't seem to escape the fact that his entire life is one big lie and a failure.  Bill is out of ideas, and is possibly running out of his never ending supply of cash.  Yes those perpetual trips with $150 a night Courtyard at Marriott bills are catching up to him.  I'm guessing the T-shirt sales are down, not to mention he probably never even sent out the ones that were purchased.  His lawsuit against Allie is going sideways, his stalking against Sean backfired, and all his "haters" have not been silenced.....in fact they have multiplied exponentially.  His remaining few followers are not only nobodies, they have nothing of value to offer bill.  They have no money, no skills and no connections, in short they are all worthless to Bill.

So Bill is left with nothing, and he has to resort to made up accolades like going on a diet or taking great pictures out of his car.  Yes he has failed, but sadly this is nothing new for him.  He has done this his entire life, he will go in to hiding, ignoring all the problems and obligations his most recent stalking tour accrued, and eventually emerge again with a slightly different vision of his same old scam.  This is the life of a gypsy con man.

Pervert On the Run

Bill Windsor goes to Missoula Montana, spends two weeks stalking and annoying everyone he can, especially all the local adult book stores,  makes up his own "sting" operation and then is served a restraining order from Sean's wife forcing Bill to pack up and leave town with nothing to show for his terroristic efforts. So after cutting and running, he heads to Great Falls Montana where the sexual deviant and national terrorist tries to exploit the death of a young child for his own gain in a vain attempt at diversion from the failure in Missoula.

So it turns out that the great "sting" that Bill orchestrated on the grounds of the University of Montana was the evidence the Boushies needed to go to the local municipal court judge and get a restraining order, not only for her but for the property of the U of M as well.  Windsor filmed the serving of the order to him. Two officers calmly and clearly gave and explained the order to Bill as they both towered over the diminutive, pasty white and portly little coward from Georgia.  The interaction between the 5'8 Windsor and the two officers, who both looked to be in excess of 6'3, was classic.  Bill tried to control the conversation and tried to keep glancing at his stationary camera with his sheepish, insecure little smile that gave away that he was both frightened and nervous all at once.  Despite all his online puffery, when faced with law enforcement in real life, Bill is terrified and deeply insecure and for good reason.  Throw in the fact that both of these officers were actual real men, you then have Bill completely out of his element.  At the end of the video he tried to tell the officers a story about his made up magazine days, but it failed miserably as Windsor is no longer able to converse with real people in the real world, especially if they are not required to listen to him.

Windsor packs up his mobile terrorism vehicle and leaves town with his tail between his legs.  He heads to Great Falls to re-aggravate a story he already covered in his first go round with Lawless.  It its a tragic story of domestic violence that has gained much attention locally, but Bill wants to re-stir that pot especially since he is desperate to change the topic from his failure in Missoula.  Bill, always looking for the shock value, posted several pictures on his personal fb page showing the dead child with the wounds visible.  He tries to blame CPS for allowing this to happen.  I think in a lot of ways, this marks the bottom of the barrel for the sexual deviant, domestic terrorist and murderer advocate.  Exploiting a deceased child in this shock value type of way is something no human being could do.  Windsor is not even a human being, and should not be given the rights and privileges that we give to other human beings.

The Sting

I have really enjoyed our guest writers and their contributions so far and I can't wait for the others. And thanks to OReader for setting this all up.

Obviously I need to jump in real quick so we can recap the infamous "sting" that Bill performed yesterday on the campus of the University of Montana.  Out of all the crazy claims he makes against his "haters", there is one particular area of vulnerability that Sean Boushie had, and that is in his employment through the government at the U of M.  What he does on government time is open to the public just like any other government official.  Up until this point, Boushie has been able to slide by based solely on the utter and complete incompetence of Bill.  But yesterday, Bill may have finally barked up the right tree (even though he is a skunk).

Windsor went to the extraordinary length of fabricating, yes he Bill fabricated something, a made up announcement of something "big" involving Sean.  He then goes to the parking lot of the building that he says Sean works at, turns on his camera and starts filming the truck, he says, belongs to Sean.  Bill thinks that this is proof that Sean is in the building and at work.  So he films for almost an hour of dead air time as he films lots of people whom he doesn't have consent from, and then he says he got his big hit....an email response from Sean.  Bill then calls the UM PD....they take his report and give him the "don't call us, we will call you" treatment.  As time goes by and it becomes clear to bill that they are not coming, he then calls the Missoula PD who quickly patch him back to the UM PD once he tells them where he is.  The UM PD sends an car out there to try and shut him up and as they roll up they see a crazy old man out filming the building.

Now we finally have an interesting moment...and guess what....Bill doesn't film and we can barely hear what happens.  But from what you can hear, its clear that the officer asked Bill what he was doing.  Windsor whined about all the things he says Sean did to him.  Bill goes on and on about how he fears for his life and how he must wear the bullet proof vest.  The officer then asks the logical question of why would anyone who fears someone that much actually go to that person's place of employment and start filming their vehicle? Windsor then lies directly to the officer's face and says that Boushie cost him his 42 year marriage and he is dead set on seeing him arrested.  Bill then has to bring up his new favorite topic of glory holes and the officer quickly shuts the creepy sexual deviant with a camera down.

The UM PD tells Bill that they may not have jurisdiction (possibly assuming that Sean might have emailed it from his personal phone device) but Bill....knowing their job better than they, points out that they are wrong. In the end, they tell him they wont be making any arrests today and that they will take his information and look in to it.  This, of course, equals a huge victory for Bill and he celebrated with his "full strength" pepsi when he got back to the hotel.  He shouted out from the rooftops to his 15 remaining followers that they had finally taken their country back.  This was it, the culmination of all those miles, hours, pie, rv's, lemmings, talkshoe shows, congressional testimonies, his entire family and home.....it all ends with this.  He called the police, and they responded and took his report.  What a victory.

I think, in the end, this will not result in any kind of criminal charges.  But Sean could be in trouble with his employer.  At some point this becomes an annoyance to them and they may feel its best to extricate the University from this school yard pissing match.

RIP Trish Kraus

As I have spotlighted him for quite a while as Bill's number two domestic terrorist, David Schied leaves pain and suffering to those he leaves behind.  His ex-wife, who reportedly has a learning disability, was left to fend for herself with her son as she lives out of her van.  That was the woman that David "became married to with a child".  Then he leaves her and shacks up with Trish Kraus as we saw them both show up in Missouri to support Bill on his terroristic endeavors against Allie.  So what happened with Trish and David?  Well, this is how they are spinning it at Lawless:

This one she did not. There is only so much a heart can take before it breaks as was the case here. REST IN PEACE Trish Kraus. Trish was 50 years old. She was the driving force behind LAWLESS AMERICA in Michigan."

But well before that was posted we had this posted on the blog which I believe is very much credible from the second it was posted.  I had emailed with Trish's daughter back in June where she was concerned for her mother and worried that David was causing her great pain and alienation from everyone (much like a cult).  I think its important that the world hears this as it relates to David, again this is just what was posted:

I live long a distance from my mom trish and all of my family. So as i sit at the computer typing to the people i need to notify, i see the link on my desktop to this webpage. i figured id update you. dave and my mother are no longer together. he tried to control her life. he didnt want her working. he was keeping mail from her. he even held her dog hostage for approximately a week. they are no longer together and she is no longer a part of lawless. she committed suicide today :'( she was very mentally ill. because of david, she alienated her whole family. he convinced her we were all the enemy (there are email messages between them to prove this). when she could no longer be with him because of his controlling ways, she ended up with no one. and now she is lost to us forever. i blame her mental illness first, she wouldnt get help. i blame david second. he is why she thought her family was the enemy. i dont think you will ever hear from me again. there is no need for me to be here.

He Came, He Saw, He Squandered

   
So its now been over a week in Missoula Montana, and Bill has still not be able to get noticed.  Really, the only thing he can brag about at this point is that a Justice of the Peace threw his wadded up paper at him. Sean Boushie is still employed with the University of Montana.  He is still married and with his wife, unlike Bill.  There are no criminal charges out against Sean and it seems Bill still can't even get a judge...any judge to give him a protective order against Sean.

Things are really getting bad for Bill.  His room is piling up in his own filth (usually he leaves by now so he never has to notice just a slob he really is).  He is tired of wearing his kevlar vest....he can't seem to get anyone on campus to care that he is holding a camera.  Yeah, he doesn't much like Montana but he can't seem to leave until he can get a feather in his faded out cap.  Bill has now resorted to touring all the adult book stores to see if they know or have seen Boushie.  Given his proclivity to sexual deviancy, I would image that he will end up visiting all the adult book stores in that entire region for his "research".

I'm Good Enough, I'm Smart Enough, and Doggone it, People Like Me

Bill is in full drama queen mode in Montana.  He is still trying to get his protective order against Boushie, but now he is turning his attention to the authorities in Montana.  He senses that he is really now in danger as he continues to cross lines.  But instead of backing away when he senses real danger, he is escalating his stalking and paper terrorism activities.  Bill plans to bombard the courts and local law enforcement with 500 plus pages of vexatious complaints (many trees were harmed in the making of these complaints).  Even if he had a point or even proof....good luck finding it buried in that massive amount of wasted paper.

Then Bill takes an odd moment to himself by posting a pic of him wearing a cowboy hat and then asking his few remaining followers if noses grow with old age.  Uhhhhhhh that would be lying that made yours grow Bill.  Constant pathological lying.  Before this, Bill was commenting on how he needed a hair cut.  He seems to know that his body is breaking down, even in the pics he posts, but he refuses to accept the real reason for that.  His vanity won't allow him to accept the truth.

Then we have our old buddy little David Schied dropping in.  He posted on Bill's page that he wanted to know what it takes to get a call from Bill.  Poor little Davey, sitting quietly in the corner waiting for Bill to tell him what's going on.  For the rest of his so-called life, Schied is forever going to be tied to Windsor and his antics and he can't even get Bill to answer to phone.  All those hours of study on citizen grand juries and Bill is wasting it all out conducting his own circus in Montana. These poor sovereign citizen folks can't ever seem to get anywhere in their terrorism, as insanity seems to be a requirement for admission to the group.

Badges? We don't Need No Stinking Badges!!

So we are now well in to Piemegeddon.  Yesterday, Bill took a brief break from his stalking and vexatious activities to put on his sexual deviant hat.  Windsor took the opportunity to post, in graphic detail as only his perverted mind can, about the subject of what is known as a glory hole. Yes, he would like everyone to know that they should send him their stories of not just rape and incest, but now he is ready to hear a good glory hole story to help with his "media" endeavours.

Bill then posted his subpoena request that he says was issued to Sean Boushie and Sean's wife. Bill would like to know....among other things, what Sean had for breakfast, his travel desitnations, is he an organ donor, the name of his pets, his boy scout merit badges, the mowing records of his property, his high school book report topics, favorite Muppet character, choice of deodorant (if any), his alibi on the morning of Sept. 11 2001, choice of pie, and....everything else he and his wife have ever done or said.

The adventure in Missoula has not gone as expected for Bill.  He hasn't been shot at, there was no police escort waiting for him...in fact no one even cares that he exists.  Since he can't get anyone to pay attention to him including Sean....he has already signalled that he will be escalating his temper tantrum and aiming it at the local law enforcement and University officials.  Prancing around everywhere in a bulletproof vest with a bodyguard hasn't seemed to get him the attention he desires, so the American Terrorist named Bill Windsor now needs to escalate the terror watch to level orange for Missoula Montana.

Weapons of Mass Distraction

Windsor is "beyond excited".  Yesterday he dropped Brenda from his lawsuit which then allowed him to apply for subpoenas.  Yes that means, once again, his over hyped and chronicly delayed showdown with Boushie....must be delayed once again as bill is distracted by his new shiny object.  He may be so distracted now, in fact, that he will forget he is looking for the recipe for a certain spicy cookie.

RAMMING SPEED…MAJOR VICTORY FOR BILL WINDSOR IN LAFAYETTE COUNTY COURT IN LEXINGTON MISSOURI:

Judge Dennis Rolf granted my motion, and the Clerk of the Court is now issuing subpoenas for me to take depositions and obtain documents from non-parties in William M. Windsor v. Allie Overstreet and 1,000 John Does.  I have been trying to get this for months.  Now I’ve got it.

Now the cyberstalkers have really got something to look forward to.  Facebook, Google, Yahoo, CraigsList, YouTube, MySpace, LinkedIn, and many others will be having subpoenas winging their way to them.  And a whole host of individuals are being subpoenaed.  American Mothers Political Party members, Joeys, would-be killers, and others.

I am beyond excited!

First of all, is MySpace still up?  Who really does LinkedIn?  How can he separate the cyber-stalkers from just the kooks?  What constitutes "a Joey"?  How can he possibly find where to start?  How many days before Bill names Google, Facebook and company to his listed of named defendants?  What about all the physical stalking (not to mention cyber) that he is currently doing to Allie?  Does this mean he will start naming his John Does?  What happens when he names them and Allie is dismissed?  How will the court have any jurisdiction over someone who must likely will be out of state?

Ahhh, stay tuned as this circus never seems to end and Bill is rejuvenated with the superpowers he was granted in his frivolous lawsuit.

I Guess He Is Not in Kansas Anymore

Bill spent the weekend stalking Allie and Cluadine and continuing to avoid his showdown with Boushie in Montanta.  He fired up the Claudine site and listed this sworn affidavit he says he filed with the court there:

I, William M. Windsor, the undersigned, hereby declare under penalty of perjury which means nothing to me anyway:

1. I am over the age of 21 way way way over, I'm 64 and 7/10ths years old, am competent to testify ohhh, I'm a pathological liar so you might want to take that with a grain of salt, and have personal knowledge of the matters stated herein.  I provide this affidavit to be used in this matter and in any other legal proceeding never stop vexaiting.
2. I failed at life to include Exhibit 5 with the AMENDED VERIFIED PETITION FOR EX PARTE PROTECTIVE ORDER filed on July 26.  It is attached hereto as Exhibit 5.
3. I failed at life to include one document in Exhibit 6 with the AMENDED VERIFIED PETITION FOR EX PARTE PROTECTIVE ORDER filed on July 26.  It is attached hereto as Exhibit 6A.

I failed as a son, husband, father, grandfather, RV owner, movie producer, activist, taxpayer, author, business owner, being a human being to include Exhibit 8 with the AMENDED VERIFIED PETITION FOR EX PARTE PROTECTIVE ORDER filed on July 26.  It is attached hereto as Exhibit 8.  This exhibit is information posted on the American Mothers Political Party Facebook page.  Page 4 shows one mention of watching the movie “Kill Bill.” it's a pretty good movie  The members of the organization were encouraged to watch it.  This document is filled with many other defamatory published statements.  DOMBROWSKI has published that she and she alone is responsible for everything on this website.  This is shown in Exhibit 47 hereto.
5. I failed at everything, yes we know Bill to include Exhibit 9 with the AMENDED VERIFIED PETITION FOR EX PARTE PROTECTIVE ORDER filed on July 26.  It is attached hereto as Exhibit 9.
6. I failed a telling pattern huh? to include some documents with Exhibit 10 with the AMENDED VERIFIED PETITION FOR EX PARTE PROTECTIVE ORDER filed on July 26.  It is attached hereto as Exhibit 10A.  Sean Boushie has stalked me by email I think we all know just how serious email stalking can be, Facebook messages and posts oh my, by mail you guys are pen pals, and through published information online.  He has threatened me in many ways the worst of which is he challenged my manhood.  He uses lewd language and is continually telling me to go fuck myself but judge....I don't even know how to do it.  He publishes information online pretending to be me, and he uses aliases including John Smith and John Brown btw...isn't this about Claudine?.  He sends me emails showing the email address as killbill@yahoo.com and gofuckyourself@yahoo.com and I have reason to believe he created those email addresses just for me.  He is associated with DOMBROWSKI and the American Mothers Political Party as well as with Joeyisalittlekid.blogspot.com how?  I don't see him listed on the member list.....bluff called.
7. I failed so just quit to include Exhibit 19 with the AMENDED VERIFIED PETITION FOR EX PARTE PROTECTIVE ORDER filed on July 26.  It is attached hereto as Exhibit 19.  This exhibit shows some of DOMBROWSKI’S websites.  She stalks and defames a number of local attorneys, doctors, and social workers by setting up websites in their names.  Note that she publishes all of their personal information – name, address, phone, email, and more and we know how horrified you must be of someone that would do something like that.  These websites were set up before she and her organization and associates began stalking me how many times has she driven by your house and taken pictures of it?.  It demonstrates a pattern and practice of wrongful behavior by DOMBROWSKI.  Page 1 of Exhibit 19 is the website about Dr. David C. McKenzie.  Pages 10 and 11 of Exhibit 19 are websites about her former husband, Hal Richardson.  Page 12 of Exhibit 19 is another website about Jill Dykes is this give a shout out night?.  Page 13 of Exhibit 19 is another website about Rene Netherton.  Pages 14-18 of Exhibit 19 is a website called Glenn’s Cult that also attacks Rene Netherton.  Pages 19-21 of Exhibit 19 is a website called The Truth About The Family Court.  Pages 22-23 of Exhibit 19 is a website called Kansas Court Whores, one of the sites that published an article calling me a sexual predator.  Pages 24-29 of Exhibit 19 is a website called Kansas Fatherhood Initiatives, one of the sites that published an article calling me a sexual predator.
8. I have been unable to locate Exhibit 7 oh no, not exhibit 7....this whole thing doesn't make any sense without exhibit 7.  A recent posting online by DOMBROWSKI said she would have an army to meet me when I came to Topeka but after checking with the Pentagon, she doesn't have command of any known armies.
9. Exhibit 47 hereto includes several publications by DOMBROWSKI that make it clear that she is the American Mothers Political Party and claims full responsibility for everything that appears on its web pages.  She states that she created the American Mothers Political Party.  Thousands of people involved with family court issues nationwide know that DOMBROWSKI is the American Mothers Political Party have you actually talked with all of these people to verify this or are you just talking out of your ass?.
10. Exhibit 48 hereto contains two published articles by DOMBROWSKI on the news service, Newsvine.  One shows the video that I filmed of her and says I am a con man you are.  The other says I am a sexual predator.  These articles clearly show they were published by her.
11. I ask the Court to realize you can't ask the court to realize anything, present evidence and allow them to make their own conclusions that it is not possible for the hundreds and hundreds of defamatory articles posted in the name of DOMBROWSKI could have been done by anyone other than her.  She also claims responsibility for everything published by theAmerican Mothers Political Party, and there is a massive amount of stalking and defamation done on their Facebook page, which is provided as part of Exhibit 1 – flash drive hey bill...fyi, flash drives get thrown in the trash, just saying.
12. Exhibit 49 hereto is a publication that DOMBROWSKI made that talks about the Safe At Home program and shows her card with the assigned address.  This is the address published online for the American Mothers Political Party.  This is defamatory and stalking what is?  the Safe at Home program?  Have you just randomly said those words so many times you forget their original meaning?.  For someone else to have written this article, they would have to have access to her state-issued ID card as well as information about this program.  DOMBROWSKI wrote this, just as she has written and claimed all of the stuff that has been published.
13. Exhibit 50 hereto is the home page of a website titled “I-am-a-pedophile-william-windsor.”  It shows 102 articles have been published about me on this site in 2013.  It lists many other sites about me, including sites about me being a pedophile, having a tiny penis do you plan to contest this in court?, being a terrorist you are a paper terrorist, by definition, being a sexual deviant asking for strangers to tell you their stories of rape and incest qualifies as sexual deviancy, not having balls again....do you plan to show the court that this is not true?, liking to suck cock I, and I'm sure the court, can't believe you actually filed all this, and other such outrageous terms.
14. Exhibit 51 hereto is DOMBROWSKI’S most recent post on her website.  In this post, she admits that she and the American Mothers Political Party are on in the same.  She speaks of an article that recently denounced her written by internationally-renowned spousal abuse advocate, Lundy Bancroft Lundy advocates spousal abuse?.  This article is included in a prior exhibit.  Additional pages from her website are included with comments about me.
15. I have shown that I am in fear for my safety look judge....my hands, even now they are shaking.  I have demonstrated that my family is terrorized in fear for their safety what family? They are doing much better after they dumped you.  I have shown a perhaps unprecedented volume of stalking ohh you mean that flash drive...yeah sorry about that, in terms of both the number of people involved and the volume of written material I think what is unprecedented is the amount of vexatious litigation you have done in your so called life.  I have shown that Google shows over 15,000 web pages did you really count them all? that publish that I am a sexual deviant.  I am not a sexual deviant uh huh, don't ask for strangers to send you their stories of rape and incest then.  I am not any of these things that these sick people publish.  I have shown a continual publication of hundreds of articles over a long period of time that is continuing as I type this well stop typing.  I have proven as well as anyone could ohhh others could have done a much better job that DOMBROWSKI published an extensive amount of defamatory and stalking material.  To say that she didn’t publish this material would be to say that someone has stolen her information, ID card, identity, business, Facebook pages, LinkedIn pages, MySpace pages, YouTube pages, WordPress pages, numerous websites, Business Week login, Newsvine login, and has done all of this without the very active DOMBROWSKI ever saying someone was doing this I seem to remember you pulling that trick...."my facebook page was hacked, I didn't post what I posted".
16. I have filed criminal charges with the Topeka Police Department you lie...you filed a complaint.  I ask this Court to contact the District Attorney and ask him to investigate translation....you guys got to help me out here or I'm just chasing my tail.  If this doesn’t meet the criminal defamation statute, I don’t believe anything ever will and I can not overstate how much the State of Kansas cares about your opinion of defamation.

Lawless America Goes to Deadwood

As Windsor continues to spend his summer of stalking north of the Mason-Dixon line to avoid melting in the heat, he continues to chase his tail in the heartland of America.  He travelled to the Black Hills of SD and to the town of Deadwood.  So that means that Wild Bill Windsor went to the town where Wild Bill Hickok was murdered.  Its also ironic that Windsor would take his Lawless America travelling circus show to the town of Deadwood.  Deadwood is a very small town of a little over 1,000 people who continue to live/act and reside as if we were still in the wild west days. Lawless America, of course, is also a very small movement of about 20 people or so who still think they can take the law in to their own hands just because they want to.

Bill records a video where he claims that the judges in our court system still operate in the wild west.  He has become accustomed to accusing others of the exact thing he is currently doing, and this is no different.  And this is the case here.  It is Bill Windsor, and people like him, who are tying up our courts with voluminous and frivolous filings.  They want our legal system destroyed, and they are more than happy to assist in the destruction of it.  Windsor, and people like him, are our enemies....they are the face of domestic terrorism in America.  But instead of literal bombs, they use paper bombs and aim them right at the heart of our judicial system.  The end is still the same though...total destruction of our government and way of life here in America.  Windsor, like the foreign terrorists, doesn't want to work within the system and try and fix the flaws, he just wants to blow up and destroy the entire thing.

Some may wonder why I continue to cover Bill since it has nothing to do with me directly.  The answer is he is my enemy, he is a sworn enemy of the United States.  Our Country is not broken and that includes the Judicial system.  It is most certainly flawed, as it always has been....but not broken.  We must work to fix and learn from the flaws but fight to protect and defend this system that has produced the greatest Nation in the world.  Bill Windsor perverts and exploits the very freedoms that this Country has given him because, at the end of the day and despite being born in the 1% inside the greatest Country in the world, Bill Windsor can not measure up to anything other than a 100% maggot of society.

Stalking is Conflicting With His Stalking

After hyping up and promising his long awaited showdown with Boushie in Montana, Bill, once again, postpones it as he claims his stalking of Claudine has now impeded his stalking of Sean. Windsor claims he has to race back to to Kansas for a hearing/trial against Claudine for his temporary restraining order he applied for.  But what about the camera crew that was waiting in Missoula?  How about the big already scheduled press conference with all the major media outlets in the area.  What about that vexatious lawsuit in Missouri?

All this driving back an forth from South Dakota to Kansas and on to Montana is causing him to lose whatever remaining marble he had.  He still pretends that he is filming for a movie (you know the one that we must wait for a rich person to pay for it).  He congratulated himself for driving down a road where the pavement ended for having the where with all to turn around and go back. Metaphorically speaking, it perfectly sums him up.  He doesn't know where he is going, or even why.  But don't let that stop him from pointing out how successful he is.

Windsor Plays With A Ball of Twine

So after his day in court in Missouri and then spending a few days stalking Claudine in Kansas, Bill headed up to South Dakota to work on getting his drivers license with his fake residency (nothing about this man is not a scam). On the way up he stopped off at a place in Nebraska that has the worlds largest ball of twine.  Bill is fascinated by this completely pointless attraction because it reminds him of all his endeavours, maybe its symbolic to him of how he ties of the legal system with layers and layers of worthless motions.  The only problem for Bill is he lacks to focus and discipline it takes to accomplish anything, even something as frivolous as making the worlds largest ball of twine.  He tries to make the analogy to his Lawless America movement, but forgets to mention that his ball of twine is completely entangled and there is nothing left to do with it but throw it away at this point.

After he attends to his fake documentation in South Dakota, its off to Missoula Montana for his long delayed showdown with Sean Boushie.  Bill is ramping up his twitter feed with any and everything he can think of related to Sean, including 280 plus criminal charges he says Sean is guilty of and demands that the authorities arrest him, as a way of setting the stage.  And who can blame him, how could any follower possibly keep track with all 1000 John Does who all seem to be the worst person in the world when Bill addresses them. So a quick refresher course is in order. Windsor wants to film people on the campus of the University of Montana and get them to say something bad about Boushie which he would then blast all over the internet in triumphant fashion. Will he actually do his patented drive-by stalking of Boushie's house?  Will he even go? What happened to the charges in Kansas?  All we ever get with Bill is endless questions but never an answer as Bill continues his terrorism in the heartland tour.

AMPPing It Up

After stalking Claudine for two days in Kansas, Bill has decided to "craft" a lawsuit against many of the member (former and present) of the American Mothers Political Party.  Bill says he is bringing this against: Claudine Dombrowski, Lorraine Tipton, Jennifer Dotson, Shannon E. Miller, Kimberly Wigglesworth, Connie Bedwell, and Loryn Ryder.  The lawsuit is to be filed at the Shawnee County Courthouse in Topeka, Kansas.  Tipton (Wisconsin), Dotson (Florida), Miller (Mississippi), Wigglesworth (Connecticut), Bedwell (California, and Ryder (Ohio) will all have to come to Kansas to participate.

He gives away his true intention right off the bat as he admits this is all about inconveniencing his detractors. Keep in mind the operative word still here is wants to file this lawsuit; he has not yet been granted the right to take his vexatious handcuffs off.  Bill claims that the AMPP's have caused harm to his business.  What business is that Bill...the fake movie?  the fake non-profit?....ohh how about the Revolutionary Party?  He says his reputation in the community has been lowered as a result of their actions.....not possible Bill, it could not possibly get any lower than it was thanks to the actions YOU have taken.

Even if Bill gets his wish and is allowed to file this lawsuit, he may want to re-think this.  Uniting all these women together in a court of law in Kansas may just allow them to turn the tables back on him and all his many past actions.  Barbara Windsor better hope Bill doesn't file this as she was the one writing all the checks when all the "events" took place.  Getting a divorce won't extricate her from her role in the scam formerly known as Lawless America.  What would happen in discovery when the books that were hidden in the Maid of the Mist case are finally revealed?  Something tells me there are still plenty of assets left for a counter-claimant to find worth their while.

We Have Reached a Verdict: Not Competent

Yesterday in Lexington Missouri, Windsor had most of his motions tossed out along with Mark Supainich being dismissed from the case.  But he was allowed to continue on with a specified discovery process that will include a deposition of Allie.  Obviously this is going to be spun as a big win for Bill as he avoided contempt of court (although he was threatened with it) and the entire case was not thrown out and he gets to keep playing Perry Mason, at least for a little while longer.

Apparently the Judge needed more in the way of discovery to be able to rule on the merits of the case.  One point that was made very clear to Bill, and I'm sure ignored, is that he really needs to hire an attorney, his utter incompetence is basically unreadable in a court of law.  He was visibly shaking in the courtroom and fumbling over his mountain of vexatious documents.

In Bill's mind, Allie committed the ultimate sin by retaining counsel in the lawsuit he filed on her.  Now he knows he is going to lose, he knows he is going to be exposed and he is now directing that anger at her attorney Matt O'Conner:

"I have developed an instant intense dislike for Allie Overstreet’s attorney, Matthew J, O’Connor.  He wears these really ugly alligatorish patchwork black shoes.  Picture a slick hair used car hustler, and that’s what I see when I look at him.  He has lied in court pleadings, and he has filed false pleadings.  He lied to the judge today, and I called him on it right there.  I’m going to refer to him as Weasel Curly.  My late former father-in-law used to tell stories about a guy he knew named Weasel Curly.  The guy looks and acts like a Weasel Curly, in my opinion." 


Translation.....this guy is smarter and more connected than me in every way.  He is legitimate....Bill pretends. He works for a living, Bill spends his life trying to avoid actual work.  He is a somebody, Bill is a nobody. He gets asked to be on TV, Bill can't even hijack a real television camera.  He knows the law, Bill knows he hates any kind of law.


Windsor blames us, his "haters", for the demise of his movie scam, his drop in fake followers, and his family leaving him, and we should all pay him a cool one million each at the very least for resitution.  Why thank you Bill, I guess what you are admitting to is that we literally own you in every conceivable way.  You have allowed your unbridled hate for anyone that calls you on your bluff to the point that it has completely consumed you.  Case in point, today you are back on the stalking warpath as you try and stalk Claudine at her Kansas home.
