Bill is Moving to Texas

The State of Georgia had a day of celebration as Bill announced that he has ceased and desisted his residency in that State.  The Lone Star State is the unlucky recipient of the walking caucus known as Bill Windsor.  His turn-key divorce, which he just announced last week, is nearly finalized if you are stupid enough to believe anything he says.  So he is ready to move on.  Tell someone to ship his RV (The Fugitive) to an undisclosed location in North Texas:

Filming the backstories for interviews previously conducted is taking longer than I expected. you could grab any idiot off the street and they would know that you are supposed to film the back-stories for a documentary the FIRST time you roll through

I did take some time for myself over the weekend and managed to break my primary lens. I'm going to just try and forget I read this.

I went to see Music Row in Nashville a lonely old man on vacation, and I had to make a sudden stop, and the camera fell from the passenger seat to the floorboard. you should tie that down, have you ever travelled before?  It had to have hit funny, and it no longer focuses properly. you no longer focus properly A replacement is coming Thursday, and this one heads to Canon for repair. you know, you could just use your smartphone cam to do all this youtube filming

Despite the frustration with the lens, I did enjoy seeing the various record company locations and studios. ohhh how you wish you could be a somebody like them  I have been to Nashville many times, but Musc Row was something I had never seen.

There was excitement at the Bledsoe County Correctional Complex when I visited there. fresh meat  I was denied the ability to film interviews with two inmates.  In fact, the State of Tennessee has banned me from filming at any state prison. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2zlPNGuPbw  

It seems they don't like the idea that they might be out of jobs if we get the truth out about our corrupt legal system. or...they just don't like you If we let all the inmates out who are wrongfully convicted or who were found guilty of victimless crimes, I believe something like 90% of the people in prison would be released. should that be the campaign theme for your Revolutionary Party? Trillions of dollars would be saved in prison costs alone. while crime rates would sky-rocket And if we changed the laws about victimless crimes, tens of trillions would be saved in legal expense. unemployment would shoot through the roof

We need to ask our fellow Americans if they would prefer to have social security benefits assured and have lower taxes now. but be murdered when they step outside? If so, they need to jump on the Lawless America legal reform bandwagon.  I think there will be plenty of room on that bandwagon

I have visited several crime scenes on this trip, with many more to come. you are a crime scene Twenty years ago, Walter Smothers murdered a 19-year-old boy in cold blood in the back of a pickup truck just down at the end of the road in this photo.  The boy had been accidentally shot.  When he cried out in pain, Walter Smothers put a shotgun under his chin and "blew his brains out."  He then mutilated the body. they all did

Walter avoided the death penalty by claiming the two people in the cab of the pickup truck were involved.  they were They weren't.  But the truth didn't matter. thats exactly what mattered  Based upon Tennessee's felony murder rule, Theresa Deion Smith and Stacy Ramsey were guilty of first degree murder simply because they were there. ummm no  They've been in prison for 20 years, and they will be there for the rest of their lives unless someone looks at the evidence and the law enforcement, attorney, and judicial wrongdoing.  yeah well I looked at it and they are right where they should be

It's Day 326 for Lawless America...The Fake Movie.  I am now starting to worry about having the film edited in time for submission to Sundance. its nice that it finally dawned on you that at some point you will have to actually edit this fake movie.  This is much more than a one-man job and you aren't even one man, so all I can do is do the best job I can. meaning you won't do anything We do not have funding.  Money would cure everything, but we simply don't have it.you have lots of money...but you are hiding it so you can fleece more from your followers I will set aside a day in the next week to contact agents, film companies, TV networks, and celebrities.  meaning you are going to watch the E network all day  I could edit the film, but I am a novice at editing. omg did we just have a moment of honesty?  We need a great film editor. 

Atlanta Federal Court Corruption

The crooks in the federal court system in Atlanta continue to rape me. I don't think they like you in that way  I just received word of an order from the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals dismissing my appeals filed 17 months ago claiming I did not provide all of the information needed.  well provide it  The order denied me the right to file a motion for reconsideration or refile the appeals.  So, they sat on everything and blocked my totally valid appeals with no valid justification. like..totally  This was a lot easier for them than issuing ridiculous orders denying totally valid appeals. ohhh totally

The federal judges in Georgia are the scum of the earth -- an absolute criminal racketeering enterprise. I bet they would have a few choice words to say about you as well

Then I just learned that federal judge William S. Duffey has filed a judgment against me for $27,000 as well as liens on my wife's property.  when are you gonna tell everyone your wife already settled the original claim? Is that TMI for your lemmings?

This is a contempt of court sanction of $4.5 million in fines about which I was not notified, I thought you said it was for $27,000, is that what penalties and interest takes it up too?  was thus denied any and all due process rights, and it is a sanction that requires criminal due process, including a jury trial.  when did judge sanctions require a jury trial?

I received no rights whatsoever.  did you call the whambulance?

Itinerary Plans

As of today, I plan to do photography only in Memphis you going to graceland now?, and then it's on to Jackson and Biloxi Mississippi, New Orleans and Baton Rouge Louisiana, and then Texas. sounds like a nice vacation  I will have a replacement lens in Jackson Mississippi on Thursday. ohhh good that will make a big difference  Lynda Pearson Barnett will be joining me at a death scene in Pearl Mississippi. yours?  Her story is one that was rated by Facebook Friends as perhaps the top story that I have filmed. is this the new source of creditability in our world?

After Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas, I plan to visit New Mexico, Arizona, California, yeah thats all those states that you will run in to if you keep driving west Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado.  That's as far as I have planned so far.  I will then head back East visiting many more states, but I haven't decided the order yet.  and I forgot their names  If your story takes place in any state as opposed to the moon?, please email me atnobodies@att.net with BE IN THE MOVIE in all caps in the Subject line, if you want to be filmed or have me film locations important to your corruption.

I am keeping my schedule flexible, so I don’t have to push myself so hard. thats how all vacations are I will be in Jackson Mississippi on May 9 and 10, Biloxi Mississippi on May 11, New Orleans on May 12 and 13, Baton Rouge on May 14.

I will try to schedule myself to visit any town where there is a good story or location that is important to a good story. or pie I need  names and addresses as I must enter all of this data in a trip routing software, and then that will be loaded into one of the GPS units. SS numbers, bank routing info, close contact lists, passwords ect..

Relocation

When I left Georgia two weeks ago, I ceased and desisted to be a resident.  I am relocating to Texas.  Central North Texas to be precise. what if you are not welcome?  The location is as central as possible to enable me to head in any direction with the least amount of travel to film stories and try to help folks. thats the stupidest reason I have ever heard to move somewhere 

I will not be disclosing my exact location. cuz I'm a coward I will have a private postal service address. As soon as that is finalized, I will publish it.  Facebook says Dallas, Texas, but that is not where I will be. I say waco...it only fits

I will be in Texas in a few days.  I will take a day or two to make some necessary arrangements by day, while filming at night.  yeah it doesn't matter what kind of lens you have when you film in the dark

I lived most of my life in Texas -- elementary school and junior high in Texarkana; high school and college in Lubbock; then my wife and I lived in Dallas for 18 years of our marriage.  I have always considered myself to be a Texan. but I don't think the feeling is mutual 

Some have speculated that my relocation announcement is a ruse to protect my family. no its a ruse to try and hide from all your legal responsibilities  It's not; it's real.  Part of the motivating factor is protection for my family as they have been terrorized by threats that we have received.  They will feel safer if I am not around. there is no doubt about that in anyone's mind, getting rid of you was the best thing they have ever done  Central North Texas is also an ideal location from which to travel to film stories and help people. when do you plan to start helping people?

My wife and I are separated, and as I understand it, the divorce should be final soon. you fought admirable to save her

The Springhill Suites on Airport Center Drive in Nashville is the nicest hotel for the money that I have ever stayed in.

Don't ever eat at Chili's late at night.  I have loved Chili's for 40 years, but everything was bad last night at 10 pm'ish.  and something tells me that poor waiter heard all about it too, they should have spit in it.

Lawless America Becomes a Cold Blooded Murder Advocacy Group

As always, there is the truth, and then there is what Bill says.  So here is what Bill said:

Stacy Ramsey, Deion Harris, and Steve Smothers were riding in Stacy's truck to go over to Deion Harris' ex-boyfriend's house to beat him.  Ramsey's truck overheated and the three of them decided to carjack the next vehicle that came by and they agreed that they may have to kill the driver.  That unfortunate next vehicle,was operated by Dennis Brooks Jr., a 19 year old criminal justice student heading back home from his night job working at Subway.  Harris, the female in the group, was out by the overheated truck presenting herself as a woman in distress.  Brooks, being the good Samaritan that he was, stopped to help Harris.

All three grabbed Brooks and forced him into his truck and began driving.  They shot Brooks in his hip, a wound that would be fatal.  Screams of pain came out from Brooks and Smothers shot him in the head killing him instantly.  And the story doesn't end there, I will just cite the actual court records to paint the rest of the picture:


"Thereafter, the petitioner suggested that they bury the victim.
The trio decided to cut off the victim’s legs to make burial easier. Further, the autopsy revealed that
one of the victim’s arms and his penis were also amputated. At Harris’ behest, Smothers removed
the victim’s heart, and all three held the victim’s heart to their mouths. Additionally, they repeatedly
stabbed the victim post-mortem with a butcher knife. Next, they poured oil and gasoline on the
victim and his truck and set both ablaze. The petitioner was later discovered wearing the victim’s
shoes and possessing the victim’s shaving kit containing tools. The petitioner was convicted of the
first degree murder of Brooks, and he received a sentence of life without the possibility of parole."

The petitioner here being Ramsey.  So yeah, thats what Bill calls being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Ramsey and Harris have started this crusade to free themselves as they have both decided that they had poor representation and that they should get a re-do.  Of course Dennis will never get a re-do but Bill thinks these monsters should roam free.

This is what Lawless America is about.  As Bill becomes more and more unhinged and deranged, the more violent his rhetoric is becoming.  So too are the zombies that are following him.  We are no longer talking about mothers rights or family court, we are talking about some of the most extreme cases of violence in this Nation.  If you support Lawless America, this is what you stand for...ignorance is not an excuse under the law.

David Schied Has to Remain in the Kiddie Corner

We are just three weeks away from the big grand jury stunt that will set in motion the means to "take their country back", but there was no talkshoe from Bill or even David, no one knows what to do or even if its still on.  They are supposed to be coordinating with their followers in every county of every state as they put the Nation on notice, yet its complete chaos.

While Bill is still popping pain pills in Tennessee and finally discovering (320 something days into it) that he is going to need to paint a visual story not just non-stop personal testimonies for his fake movie, David has been relegated to kicking rocks over in the corner.  David even tried to reach out to Bill on his facebook page with this:  David Schied Call me ASAP.  but until he becomes a "hater" he will continue to get the cold shoulder as he is simply a nobody inside Lawless America.  He will not get the coordination and support he needs from bill to set up this grand jury stunt..but guess who will get the blame for the impending failure?

And, to make matters worse for David, while he is sequestered over in the kiddie corner, it looks like his ex...you know the one he "became married to with kids", is ready to speak out and shed some light on this former convict.  His ex posted this on the Lawless page of all places:  Barbara Iserman Schied

The Vexatious Litigant Rides Again

Apparently, District Judge Fernado Gaitan doesn't mind turning his court room into an all out circus freak show.  If Bozo the Clown isn't booked yet, he could call the court in to session, and I hear they are trying to get the Blue Man Group to perform the opening act.  Yes, that's right, a judge whom Bill would like to see executed (along with his peers) for treason, is willing to hear just how vexations Bill Windsor really is.  Bill filed a lawsuit, after being given permission, against Allie, Mark, and John Does 1-1000.

Bill rattles off 220 statements of facts...of course none of which can be independently verified.  Its mostly a redo of the counter claim he tried last month against Allie when she filed for a protective order.  Around 92% of it has nothing to do with Allie or Mark, but I guess that's why he adds John Does 1-???.  Think of this lawsuit as Bill Windsor vs. A Civil Society, because that's really what we are dealing with here.

Among the mis-statements of fact, we have a cameo of Judge Snooty as Bill offers her up as an "expert witness", I can only assume she got that title by wearing her glasses down to the tip of her nose.  Bill says he has never operated a scam, swindled anyone, tricked or cheated anyone out of their possessions, never had a parking ticket (wth?), is not sexually attacked to children, isn't a bigot, paid his taxes, is a grandpa, only been to jail as a visitor, didn't have women sitting on his lap, doesn't get nude with woman especially in a hot tub, didn't have sex with animals, did not solicit or accept any investments to Lawless America, doesn't drink alcohol, only cusses on Wednesdays (I just made that up, but it seems to fit), and is stalked and harassed to no end by these "stalkers".....who also (gulp) put out his personal information such as his home address and date of birth (you know stuff he posts himself).   And much much much.....more.

So you can continue to keep quiet and sit in the corner and work on your karate chopping Schied, Bill has better things to do than play with your imaginary friends all day long....no no, forget all that stuff, he is getting back to his bread and butter of being a vexatious litigant, its better than a sugar rush from too much pie.

Billy Just Can't Leave Dollywood

His first stop on his latest vacation tour is Sevierville Tennessee.  He went there to support murder's rights and he just can't stop talking about it, nor can he bring himself to leave and move on to his next scam.

I am still in Sevierville Tennessee, the first of several stops in Tennessee.

I was on location on April 30 and May 1, 2013 filming background and witness interviews for the Jimmie Robinson story.

Sevier County Tennessee is a place where folks who live in houses like this won't get the same treatment by the police and courts as people who live in houses like this thats not exactly a luxury home there bill..compared say to your homes?...

How many people have the clout to get the First Baptist Church in their town to erect a monument to their deceased son right smack dab in the front of the historic church (originally built in 1789)? probably people that are members of that Church do, oh what a conspiracy  A woman who lives in this house did does she have a name?. 

How many folks have the clout to get the local newspaper to publish inaccurate stories I guess you don't, you have been trying for years in your home-town?  How many folks have the clout to get charges covered up accusing their son of sexual abuse? this sentence needs a re-write but the answer is no one

In Sevier County Tennessee, it seems the rich folks you mean rich like the ones in that little house, or rich as in someone who has two million dollar homes? get what they want in court and with the police, and the poor folks are denied justice. Rich folks' kids don't get arrested, but poor folks' kids do especially when they murder someone. It seems rich folks' sons can sexually abuse their children, but a falsely-accused poor folks' son goes straight to the slammer yes, most murders end up there.

The story of Jimmie Robinson is one of the system failing no, its a story of vigilante justice to do what it is supposed to do, and in this case, it resulted in the death of a young man murder, not the death of.  In my opinion which no one cares about, Sevier County killed Jason Hicks.  Jimmie Robinson admits that he pulled the trigger, but it was after he and his family did everything they could possibly do to protect a three-year-old boy from abuse by his biological father so take the law into your own hands, this is how you get your country back isn't it bill?.  I have interviewed witness after witness and have reviewed reports that would cause any honest person lets just say you are not very in tune with how an honest person would think to conclude that Jason Hicks was a sick man who was abusing his son mentally and sexually.

The local newspaper refuses to print the truth coming from you thats the best verification they could have.  I look forward to telling the real story too bad I'm not really making a movie.  

So you are in a trial a hearing. There is one witness against you, and he's an attorney and a liar so says you.  During a break from the trial hearing, the judge and the star witness for the prosecution are smoking together in an alcove beneath one of the entrances to the building.  The judge rules against you and sings the praises of the lying attorney.  How mad would you be in this case I would have expected it, there was no cause for a re-trial?  Wouldn't that be grounds for the judge to recuse himself and the judge's ruling to be vacated? no

That's exactly what happened at the hearing for a new trial hey, you just contradicted yourself in the case of Jimmie Robinson.  These are cigarette butts that I picked up from where Judge Richard Vance and attorney Bruce Poston were smoking did you contact CNN?.  Poston even bummed a cigarette off the judge oh wow, where there is smoke...there is...well smoking.  Now ex parte contact is a big no-no, but between the judge and the star witness in the middle of a trial HEARING remember?, I don't believe it gets any worse no it doesn't get much worse than Bill Windsor, American Terrorist.

And there's more no, there really isn't.  Star witness, lying attorney Bruce Poston, was also observed talking with other witnesses outside the courtroom after all witnesses were instructed that they could not discuss the case you mean after the HEARING was over and no one cares anymore?.

Mr. Hickman, Jimmie Robinson's court-appointed attorney, had better file a motion to get the judge disqualified and the order set aside or what, you gonna wait outside his home and murder him in cold blood?.  The ruling was an outrage to justice meaning justice was served.  I know; I was there, and I know the truth as always, thats the biggest lie you can tell about what happened and why.

It's Day 321 for Lawless America...The Movie and you are just as close to having a movie as you were on day 1.

A significant number of people are scheduled to be filmed in Sevierville, Knoxville, Jackson, and Memphis over the next few days, and I will be visiting four prisons to film stories fingers crossed that one gives you an extended stay.

Can you even believe that the State of Tennessee Prison System has decided it will not allow me into any of the prisons to film hell yeah I can?  I'm told it's for security reasons why would they want a domestic terrorist doing that?.  But others get to film inside thats because they play by the rules and ask for clearance like a year in advance.  It's clear to me that it's for the purpose of concealing as much as they can about the horrile INjustice in the state of Tennessee or its a prison, and they don't want some crazy perverted old man in their filming for his youtube clips.

Schied is Getting Fed Up with Leftover Pie

While Bill continues to complain about his toothache, the others, especially in Michigan, are growing tired of the never ending personal drama.  As Bill slowly resumes his youtube tour, David Schied  wants him to focus on the upcoming grand jury stunt.  For Bill, the idea is just a crazy stunt done to keep the focus on him and his every day tribulations, just like the fake movie.  For David and others, they really mean it as something they think can give them the desired results they are after.

For Schied, this isn't just a never-ending trip into complete narcissism   He really wants to "take his country back".  He is not playing games and from his latest post, he is getting tired of the pie as well, its time for the main course.

"We had our first formal Michigan state meeting last weekend. We were hoping that you would be on the Michigan LLA call Sunday to hear about our taping in the Grand Rapids public access studio. I hope that you feel better and can find the time to call me sometime, Bill. I sent you the template for forwarding to the nation on the letter-writing to U.S. Attorneys in demand for access to the federal special grand juries, but have not seen you pass it on. Are we still on for the national campaign deadline of June 1st for issuing these letters? You have my email and phone contacts. I will appreciate hearing from you soon."

If Bill thinks Allie is a threat, wait till he see's what Schied can do.  David can, and will take over Lawless America and put old man Bill out to pasture for good.

Only Time for Just a Moment of Silence

With his marriage and last remaining connection to his family about to walk out the door forever, all Bill can muster is one day of silence.  "Due to the news that I have lost my family, I postponed today's scheduled filming until April 30, 2013."  No rushing back home to try and salvage his marriage of 44 years to the woman he promised to be with 'till death, no "lets work this out, I can change, give me another chance".

Nope, none of that, just a simple "I had to delay my youtube filming for a day, while I threw myself a pity party."  But don't worry, he won't wallow in his grief for long as it's back on the road today as he gets back to his bread and butter:  a lonely, perverted old man driving around the country and filming people to upload to his own personal youtube channel.  Yes, this is how he takes his country back.  Lawless America, and its support of terrorism and murder is back on the road and won't be deterred.

Barbara Windsor Finally Steps Away From the Pie

She put in a admirable 44 years, but it was finally time to pull the plug on Bill, as Barbara has filed for divorce.  Extricating herself from his Maid of the Mist lawsuit was the final hurdle for her to finally unburden herself of the monster the world has come to know as Bill Windsor.  Bill can now officially add husband to his long list of failures.

In a long winded and highly delusional rant (even for him) by Bill, he blames his failures on his "haters", particularly Sean Boushie and Allie Overstreet.  He claimed she filed because she was in fear from these people.  But then in the same breath he turns around and mentions that he had been given an ultimatum to either choose his real family, or his fake one.  He choose his crumbling Lawless America, but still somehow blames everyone else for his decision. 

For all his fascination with founding fathers rolling over in their graves, there is little to no doubt that his father Walter would be grieved beyond words if he could see the miserable waste of flesh his first born has become.  

Lookout 501 c 3 as Bill now needs a new entity to hide and funnel his assets through.  His newly purchased RV "The Fugitive"  seems poised to become his new home as he indicates he will leave Georgia.   He tries to play the victim role as if he his sacrificing everything for this made up cause he created.  He says he will go after John Does 1-1000 because, as he says, he has nothing left to lose.  But many will be watching this divorce settlement to see exactly what Bill Windsor has left to lose.

Bill says that his wife ended the marriage because "she is so totally afraid of these sick people".  I think there is some truth in that as she is afraid of one sick person in particular.  And this also raises another question.  How is everything in her name?  It seems like every single monetary decision, even related to Lawless America, has to come through her.  Has Bill been ruled mentally unable to handle his estate?  One thing we see from him is that he always accuses everyone else of what he is doing like pathological liars, stalkers, bullies, and of course mentally sick.  We may find out the answer to some of this as, what could become, a very messy divorce case takes shape.

Lawless America Officially Endorses Murder

Just as I predicted the other day, Bill rides in to Sevierville in support of vigilante justice in the form of cold blooded murder.  He described the convicted killer as a "sweet 69-year-old".  He also left his million dollar home in Marietta Georgia to come up there and declare which officials were correct and which ones were corrupt including the defendant's own counsel.

Even though he calls for the complete abolishment of the CPS, he bases his entire argument on the findings of CPS in this particular case.  And as I said last time, that no longer is the issue anyway, the issue now is taking the law into your own hands.

Jimmy Robinson had a hearing yesterday to ask for a re-trial.  Even though he admitted to the murder and accepted the plea deal, he now feels he was wronged by the system and deserves a second chance.  He can count on the domestic terrorist group Lawless America and Bill Windsor for support in that endeavor.  But fortunately justice prevailed and he was denied a new trial.

So where are you David Schied?  Trish?  Judge Snooty?  Julia Fletcher?  PMA?  Naomi whatever your last name is this week?  I don't see anyone speaking out against this therefore you are in support of murder along with paper terrorism.  Silence is complicity.

"Lawless America spent April 26, 2013 at the Sevier County Courthouse for the hearing on a new trial for Jimmie Robinson. Bill Windsor arranged in advance to film the hearing. Gee, imagine my surprise when I arrived to set up and was told th...at a local TV station had gotten permission instead of me. Then imagine my surprise when there was no TV station. I believe this corrupt courthouse didn't want to be exposed on film. I was allowed to take still photos. This is a long story, but sweet 69-year-old Jimmie Robinson was denied a new trial. Another TRAVESTY of the so-called justice system. Jimmie Robinson's attorney, Mr. Poston, was incompetent, in my opinion. He was most certainly ineffective, and that was the criteria by which Jimmie should have been given a new trial. Mr. Poston pressured Jimmie into accepting a 17 1/2 year prison sentence at the age of 67 -- what amounts to a life sentence. Jimmie was not told about possible defenses. Mr. Poston wanted his family to lie and claim daughter Wendi did it. He never interviewed a single witness. He lied on the witness stand today claiming he was told that the CPS worker who knew the biological father was a pedophile and more was not credible as she was fired and was a criminal -- none of which was true. Poston sat at the attorney's table with the prosecuting attorney! When Judge Richard Vance gave his opinion, he sang the praises of Poston. I believe Judge Richard Vance is a corrupt judge. This was an outrage. If "the system" had worked properly, this crime would have never happened. The biological father would be in prison for sexual abuse of his little boy. When it was clear that the Sevier County Courts were going to allow the pedophile to get unrestricted access to his victim, Jimmie snapped. He shot the biological father to protect his grandson. Jimmie was denied a jury trial. Poston indicated that the little boy (age 6) didn't matter. It was obvious to me that he didn't matter to Judge Richard Vance. Absolutely sickening."

Let Them Eat Cake

As Bill heads out to Tennessee in support of vigilante justice in the form of cold blooded murder, we learn that his jeep with 36,000 miles was just too much for him and he had to upgrade to a brand new Jeep.  Yes thats right, after "consummating" himself with a 2013 RV which he then decided he couldn't use, he now decided he needed to pimp his ride.  This while constantly crying like a baby about his visit to the dentist.  He wanted to keep the old jeep for "historical" purposes, but decided against it.

Just like his upgraded hotel room in the Meet me in DC failure, Bill lives an occupant lifestyle while directly preying on people with hardly any money or possessions to spare.  Right after leaving his upgraded hotel suite, he would go downstairs with the commoners and take, in some cases, the last few dollars they had left.  Again we see this this playing out, as he is rolling around in a brand new RV and Jeep, he is constantly asking his followers to hit him up for donations for his upcoming vacation.

Oh yes, Bill has no money as he readily tells everyone.  "I'm just like you, except I have millions hidden in my wife's name".  Yep, just your regular joe nobody, travelling around the country on his tiny budget in his humble vehicle.

Bill Wants to Let the Guilty Go Free

From the places he has listed, this new road trip of Bill's seems to be aimed at the criminal justice system.  The last road trip was predominately the family court system but I think Bill has grown tired of that fight, plus he never really cared much for it anyway.  Now he wants to attack, perhaps pre-emptive?, our criminal court system.

Tomorrow, he will head up to Tennessee to film a hearing of an admitted cold blooded killer named Jimmy Robinson.  Jimmy's daughter and son in law's story begin when she filed for divorce.  The divorce got messy as they had three young boys and custody fights ensued.  The mother, at that point, decided to accuse the father of sexually molesting the boys.  CPS investigated it and found that the charges had merit and passed it along to the police.  Law enforcement investigated and found the charges to be false.

Meanwhile, the courts were in the process of awarding the father sole custody of the children.  Jimmy decided to adopt vigilante justice, and waited outside the home of his son in law and shot him in the head three times when he walked out.  He was arrested and admitted to the crime and accepted a 17 year prison plea agreement from the DA.  At age 67, he will most likely die in prison.

Certainly seems like a case I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole.  Even if you believe that the father was guilty as accused, cold blooded murder is not the answer.  But for Bill Windsor and his Lawless America, thats exactly what should happen.  This man is seen as a hero to those that want to take justice into their own hands.

And as we have seen by some of the creatures that follow Bill, some with long and violent criminal history, the message Bill is sending them is pretty clear.  If you think you have been wronged, take matters into your own hands and bring about your own justice since all law enforcement and the judicial system is corrupt and wont help you.

Domestic Terrorist Windsor rats out the USA to Al Jazeera, Visits Jefferson's Grave in Missouri

Last night on his talkshoe show, Bill admitted that he has sought out foreign media to cover his complaints about the United States Government including the Al Jazeera network.  Should we convene our own made up citizen grand jury and convict him of treason, punishable by death?  Well, by his own words, he should be, in fact it would be our patriotic obligation to do so, according to his own standards.  His number two, David Schied, agreed with reaching out to the foreign press and called for our Country to revert back to common law.

Bill then said he went to Columbia Missouri to film the "most important" Founding Father Thomas Jefferson at his grave site to see if he is in fact rolling over in his grave.  Bill said that he couldn't hear Jefferson actually rolling over in his grave, but he saw steam coming up from the ground implying that TJ was steaming mad.  One little problem with all of this is that Jefferson was buried at his place in Monticello Virginia.  The Jefferson Institute decided to move his gravestone to Columbia in an effort to preserve it.  Complete incompetence hasn't seemed to stop Bill yet, so I guess this incontinent truth won't deter him either.  But I have to wonder about Schied as he tries to play academic at a local college, is he fine with being directly associated with, and ruled by, someone so completely clueless about even the basics of American history?

Other notes to come out of the meeting is that he got the RV off an elderly gentlemen who I guess could no longer operate it (since Bill can't operate it either I guess we should qualify Bill as elderly as well).  Bill plans to be on the road (in his jeep) for 3 months on this new tour while he films certain places.  He kicks off the vacation by going to Dollywood Thursday.

The big surprise for us haters is that he may get a Federal Judge to allow him to file civil cases on those that he considers stalkers.

They still plan to carry out the citizen grand jury stunt, now in june, but with Bill out on the road it looks to be completely coordinated and run by David.  I'm wondering if paper terrorism will look good on his educator resume?  Schied also claims to be working with a congressman who wants him to help right a new grand jury related law.  He wont say who or what though.

So Who is this Naomi Woman?

Why does an atheist join and defend the cause of Bill Windsor, a man that claims he is led by God?    Or, the other side of the story: Naomi Parrish (or is it Naomi Chambers? ….no wait, it might be Naomi Gutierrez or it could be Naomi Parrish Gutierrez?)

The details of Naomi’s background and her “they done me wrong” story became of particular interest with the posting of the video produced for Lawless America by Bill and Naomi, titled ‘Windsor v. Overstreet: Case No: 13LF-V00289’.      Bill, as we’ve come to expect, twists and omits facts to claim victory for a mission in which he said he “felt God was leading me to do this”.      Naomi clearly takes sides on Bill’s behalf,   stating that she knows Bill Windsor, he does not sound or come across “like a whacko conspiracy theorist” and she absolves him of all responsibility for vetting “victims”.       Naomi states that she does not know Allie, yet she offers a highly evolved opinion of Allie and her case.      So, who is Naomi Parrish Gutierrez?   By what right does she pass judgment on other past or current Lawless America ‘victims’ and the cases? 

Naomi appears to be well traveled, well read, educated and intelligent.    She was married in 2010, has two sons with her husband and a daughter from a previous relationship, for whom she does not have custody.    Naomi writes several blogs on a wide range of topics and owns a soap making business.    She defines herself as a “militant atheist”, an Islamophobe, a linguist, self-sufficient and self-reliant.      In reading her blogs and viewing her You Tube uploads, it appears that Naomi also considers herself to be an independent, critical thinker and superior to the general population in most respects.    She gives a lot of lip service to independence and moderate feminist ideas, but clearly she prefers more traditional female roles.   I would have to agree with Naomi on one point about herself – she is not a perpetual victim.   In fact, except for discussion about her daughter, she does not dwell on or even mention her past.     And, as we have come to expect from most Lawless America devotees, there is a lot more than meets the eye.  

Naomi’s “they done me wrong” story starts in Arlington, VA, in Judge Esther Wiggins’ court room.   Custody of Naomi’s daughter was awarded to the father, a French national working in the US as a chef, when the girl was 15 months old (about 14 years ago).     Naomi joined with other mothers that felt Judge Wiggins’ decisions were unjust, starting a petition to remove Judge Wiggins from the bench.    One of the other mothers is Nancy Hey.   Nancy Hey also provided “testimony” for Lawless America.  

DHS became involved in Nancy’s case when Nancy’s daughter was a few weeks old; the baby was hospitalized for failure to thrive.      Nancy’s “testimony” indicates her daughter was removed from her custody and her rights eventually terminated as the State used the baby’s loss of a few ounces immediately after birth, as is common, as an excuse to give the foster parents an opportunity to adopt a baby.     In fact, Nancy’s baby was under fed.   Despite DHS efforts to assist and teach Nancy parenting skills, it was determined that due to a developmental disability, Nancy is “unable to adequately respond to the needs” of a child.    There were no relatives in a position to care for the baby.   The court’s decision was upheld on appeal.

Naomi posted a video discussing her opinion of the Hey case.    She ignores evidence presented in the case and the higher court’s opinion.    She calls Judge Wiggins a liar and accuses the Judge of terminating Nancy’s parental rights because a lawyer friend wanted to adopt a baby.

As regards Naomi’s custody case, Naomi accuses Judge Wiggins of awarding custody to the father out of favoritism.    Allegedly the Judge frequented the father’s restaurant.    Naomi alleges that the father sent the girl to France to live with his family.   Naomi was ordered to pay child support.   It appears that Naomi did not pay as ordered.   She felt she shouldn’t have to because the child was not living with the father for about 5 years.     It’s important to note that after living in Virginia and DC where she lost custody,  Naomi lived in France and Mexico.    It is also important to note that Naomi’s husband is a Mexican national. 

Details of the Judge’s custody decision are unknown.     Other than favoritism, the only reason Naomi offers for the decision is an accusation of abuse for allowing the child to watch ‘Baby Einstein’.     However, it appears possible that the Judge’s decision may have been influenced by Naomi’s life style and occupations at the time.   Naomi appears to have supported herself through adult entertainment and other untraditional methods of making money.    The father appears to have had a more stable and traditional life style.

Naomi gives indications in interaction with her sons and correspondence with her daughter that Judge Wiggins may have had other concerns.   In her “testimony” to Bill, she is obviously irritated by her crying infant.     In a video announcing pregnancy with her 2^nd son, Naomi indicates that she will put Benadryl in her older son’s bottle to keep him quiet.    On Facebook Naomi posts a photo of her son in his 2012 Halloween custom; he’s dressed as Hannibal Lector, complete with his arms in a straight-jacket, strapped to a back board and a face mask.   The caption reads “I thought this would be a great Halloween costume for my son Damien. Then I realized, it could come in handy all year round.”    In a suit brought against her daughter’s father, Naomi says she sent the girl, now a teenager, from whom she’s estranged, news of her pregnancy, along with an explanation that delivery of the baby may kill her.

With regard to Naomi’s custody case, the father was wrong to deny Naomi visitation and move the child to France.      The father’s decision and whether or not he lied to the Judge does not relieve Naomi of financial responsibility for her daughter.     But, what happened when the child returned to the US to live with her father?   Did Naomi begin to pay support as ordered?   Did she attempt to exercise her visitation rights?    It appears that she did neither.     In the following videos, Naomi provides indication that she paid support, late, only as necessary to keep her passport.     She denies that she has traveled outside of the US but that clearly is not the case.     Although the methods are unacceptable, the father appears to be attempting to collect what is owed him in back support.     Naomi’s excuse for not making a payment is that she does not have a job, she is a stay at home mom with a baby on the way.     If Naomi were a man would those excuses be acceptable?

The law suit attached above was filed by Naomi against her father’s daughter, she is seeking $1 million in damages for personal injury.     There are several inconsistencies found in the suit: 

·         Naomi claims that harassment over child support issues caused risk to her health and happiness.   She states “Ms. Parrish has lost enjoyment of life for the past 14 years and does not see an end to her grief in the future”.    There is no indication that the pregnancy or delivery by C-section posed an abnormal risk and by all accounts recorded by Naomi, she is very happy with her life. 

·         Naomi claims that she “underwent an extremely difficult surgery” during the birth of her son, in which “a vertical incision” was made in her stomach.     She is describing the C-section, which was standard and uneventful, as recorded by Naomi’s husband:

·         Naomi claims emotional distress at the father’s threat to “tell the family court judge she was a prostitute”.   Some might argue the father’s point to be valid. 

·         The father “threatens to give Ms. Parrish’s daughter up for adoption”.     Does he really mean to attempt termination of Naomi’s parental rights?     It appears the father and child support office are accusing Naomi of abandonment. 

·         Naomi claims that child support payments were “extorted” from her from 2000 through 2006, while the child lived in France.      Even if living in France is a viable excuse for not paying as ordered, there is no excuse for not paying per the order after 2006. 

So once again, it appears we have a Lawless America “victim” that appears to be cherry picking facts and evidence in attempts to convince us that she is a victim of judicial corruption, when in fact her life condition is a result of her own poor choices.     We end where we began:  by what right does Naomi pass judgment on Allie or Nancy?      None, she has no soul.

Windsor Spits The Bit After One Day in the RV

Uhhhhh, yeah about that RV that I said was the most important thing to making my filming more effective, well it turns out that a large RV guzzles a lot of gas, its hard to keep steady with my shaking hands and a north wind, and I can't seem to get around in town in it.  So, just like everything else in my entire life, I quit with the RV thing, its back to the jeep.  Ohhh and while I was trying to lean my head out the window to yell CEASE and DESIST to an angry passing motorist, I chipped my tooth so I have to go to the dentist, I don't get workman's comp for this so I want to remind everyone of the pay pal link on the bottom of the page.  And I need some gas money too, why did you lemmings talk me into this?

So lets see, he has failed at over 50 businesses, he failed as a father, grandfather, husband, book writer, movie producer, facebook page owner, politician, at diet and exercise, Meet me in DC, pro se litigant, and now we can add RV driver to the list.  Oh well, its only someone else's money right?  If at first you don't succeed, fail fail fail fail fail fail again.

Lawless America RV travels from Gardner Kansas to Atlanta Georgia (9 photos)

Austin and Chris of Olathe RV did a great job disconnecting the drive train on the Jeep so it could be towed, and then securing the Jeep to the tow dolly. Then all 54-feet of us was off. The first day went pretty well. Some learning to d...o. But the second day was miserable. Strong winds had me battling to keep the RV between the white lines. I was extremely uncomfortable towing the Jeep. While I have now taken an oath that I will try to avoid ever towing anything again EVER, I screwed up. The RV woiuld have been perfect for the first trip, but I believe it is wrong for thie second trip. Filming primarily outside on location requires the ability to maneuver and work in small spaces. The RV won't do that. So after all the attempts to get an RV, all the thinking and planning, I'm going to head to Sevierville and elsewhere in Tennessee this week for filming in the Jeep. I suspect I will make this entire Trip II in the Jeep. There are several reasons for this decision. I know it's the right decision; I just wish I had been considering all of the factors before I spent a week getting the RV. Sometimes we don't see the trees for the forest, and sometimes we only look at the prettiest part of the forest and ignore the rest....See More

Hypocrisy in Action

Thanks to commenter "attorney" for updating us on Bill's Maid of the Mist proceedings.  In that update we have learned that Bill's wife Barbara forked over $100,000 to avoid discovery on her end.  In effect, this is her way of settling the issue at least as it relates to her.

This raises another issue, all along Bill has portrayed this as a fight against the corrupt courts who he said illegally ruled against him and took all his money and his rights away.  The entire premise of this movement is to not give in to the courts and bow to their wishes and instead fight them in the court of public opinion as well as attacking them with paper terrorism.  Well, while he is out and about stalking and harassing Allie in Missouri, his wife is, in effect, settling his big case back in Georgia, the very one that this entire movement was supposedly founded on (at least it was his driving force behind the movement).  Do as I say, not as I do is the classic mantra here as this man is leading a crusade to fight the judicial system while settling and bowing to them in private.

become fed up with playing Bill's silly games, and overthrow pie man once and for all.

Determined as ever to remove all physical exertion out of his life, Bill is turning to his lemmings to pony up the cash for his slothful lifestyle.  After suspiciously getting an RV donated to him, which would remove all that hard muscle movement that he had to exert by pulling the camera down from the top of the jeep, the man who claims he has no money now has him a 3-wheel scooter to get around the urban areas.  Now if he could just find some kind of contraption to push him out of bed each morning and to put the gas hose in the gas tank for him, he would have it made.

LAWLESS AMERICA MOVIE ROAD TRIP II UPDATE - APRIL 17, 2013 - 9:00 AM CENTRAL TIME:

I'm on the road again uhhh yeah we know, you have been saying that for a week now. The backup camera is set up for filming, and the Canon Service Center in Virginia will have the big camera today, and they will advise how long it will take to fix it how can you afford all this if you are broke?.

I'm traveling Route 66 today from south of Chicago to Springfield, Illinois thats not much of a trip, you need lots of potty breaks or something?. Tomorrow, I go to Joplin, Missouri haven't those people suffered enough?.

Then on Friday morning, I'm back in the Kansas City area where I inspect the RV that has been chosen and consummate the acquisition uhhhh, is this the kinds of things a lonely, old, horny man says?. I'm excited I see that, now please put your pants back on. I'll miss the Jeep, but an RV will make this job so much more efficient I'm moving up the projected 2042 movie release date up to 2037 thanks to this RV alone. I don't expect to work any less because I'm retired, but I expect to pack more into every day lot lizards and pie, what a life.

I believe I have the solution for getting around in urban areas take the loop?. a little of the money we we, we who? saved who saved?  I thought it was donated, what was the budget? with finding a much better deal on a used RV will be spent on a trike -- 3-wheel motorcycle it earned 4 stars from AARP for its bathroom accessibility. We're just confirming that the lift and carrier we've found will accommodate it dont lie bill, you plan to use the lift yourself dont you?. It has a trunk large enough to carry the film gear and my doggie bags, and I'm not comfortable with a 2-wheel bike one or both of the wheels keeps going flat. And I'm really not comfortable with towing something else behind a 32-foot RV you're not comfortable? what about all the traffic around you?. I was never good at backing while pulling a trailer thats why I always like to walk forward.

So, the plan continues to be to acquire the RV on Friday and "consummate" it; drive straight to Georgia to load up the rest of the equipment; and try to get it painted and 'wrapped' before heading to Sevierville I'm going to dollywood, Tennessee for Jimmie Robinson's hearing and filming at several prisons they might not let you back out. From there, it's Knoxville, Nashville, Memphis, St. Louis, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Amarillo, Albuquerque, Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Diego, Hollywood, Santa Clara, San Francisco, and Sacramento cue Johnny Cash. Anyone wishing to be filmed along that route needs to contact me ASAP just be waiting on the shoulder next to the specified mile marker. This will complete filming in Tennessee, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, and California. The itinerary is yet to be determined beyond Sacramento no Hawaii?  does this RV not float?.

Those that join Lawless America are already desperate, they are in different forms of fear and trepidation.  They join LA to give them hope and encouragement that in the end, it will all work out.  Instead, they are inundated with more fear and hopelessness as they must follow the daily drama of Bill.  Everyone is out to get them, we can try this and that but in the end it wont matter because everyone is corrupt.

This is exactly the opposite of what these people need to hear.  They need to laugh, they need to think about something happy if for no other reason than to give them a chemical balancing inside their own head.  We see the results of this through many of the lemmings such as Mary "the ticks are coming" Deneen, the crazy woman in Rhode Island, Judge Snooty and the mold monsters, and many others.  We saw the visible damage it was doing to an already tormented Mary B while she just couldn't cope with the daily upload of fear and hate that Bill requires of his followers.

You don't ever see the simple post from Lawless followers like:  "my son just got all A's", "we had a beautiful day at the park", "I'm so excited for our upcoming trip"....obviously those details would be mundane to the rest of the group, but they serve a big purpose in helping everyone stay balanced mentally.  If you constantly surround and swallow yourself with fear, anger, and hopelessness you will go mentally insane.  We are witnessing this all over the Lawless world.  Its sad to watch this kind of self-destruction when, sometimes, all they need to do is stop and smell the roses.

So Billy decided on his RV over the weekend.  It was lot lizard friendly and large enough that he has virtually no chance of successfully steering that monster down the highway.  Its rumored that the slum lord who wanted to put up billboards on his properties is the one that is giving Bill the finances to purchases this mobile immorality station.  If this is true, its fitting that he would get that kind of dirty money to buy his RV.
