Terrorist Bill Windsor Increases His Stalking of Allie

Fresh off his "victory" in the court room yesterday, Billy decided to show everyone just how petty and vindictive he really is.  He couldn't just leave, he couldn't just let it go and move on with his pathetic life, he has to rub it in.  To continue to stalk and harass a single mother is just to good to pass up for Windsor.  This is what he posted just a short time ago:

Following the trial when Allie Overstreet was shown to have committed perjury, Judge John Frerking directed Bill Windsor to present his charges to the Sheriff of Lancaster County. And so he did, and the Sheriff's Deputy directed Bill to fi...le some of then charges with the Higginsville Police Department. So, Bill traveled to the rural town of Higginsville, saw the police, drove quickly by Allie Overstreet's house, and snapped a few shots around town.See More

Showdown in the Show Me State

Its ironic that Bill will be in the Show-Me-State today.  After all his wild claims, today he must show the evidence to back up his assertions.  The evidence is never on Bill's side.  He must feel like a 1.2 career gpa student going in to a final exam....it just never goes well.  Its all but certain that he will lose his "trial" today in Lexington Missouri.  But what will happen after his loss?

We learned last night that David Shied and several others are going to be with him today in Lexington.  That will mean several domestic terrorist will be in the court room today and, at lest for a while, be under the direct jurisdiction of a judge.  They will discredit the ruling as soon as they exit the building.  They will call the judge unfit to hold his position and void his ruling as such.

This is all an attack, not against Allie, but against our judicial system.  They don't want to reform it, they want to destroy it.  This is precisely why they are terrorist and enemies of all patriotic Americans.  We can all agree that our system isn't perfect and needs to be reformed.  But anarchy and mob rule are the ideas of those that hate this Country and our way of life.  Windsor and Shied want to take every opportunity they can to discredit our judicial system and thumb their noses at its authority.  That is why its critical that we continue to stand up against these enemies of the State and defeat them before they destroy us all.

So Bill files a protective order against Allie

He says he rejected a contract from an agent, and now he has no options for the show/movie (possibly because he doesn't have a show/movie)

He claims to now have 100 affidavits in his "trail" against Allie, all of the un-notarized filings have a certain date with a wastepaper basket  (some tress were harmed in the making of this stunt)

Move over Bangledeshians....Lawless jumped 5,000 likes in one night and Bill is blaming it on the Russians.  Someone better tell Billy boy that you best avoid stiffing the Russians like he did the Indians, the mafia guys over there will take that pie off you one way or the other.

He blames the 5K Russian increase on Facebook.  Is this the new Cold War?

Asks for more donations before his new filming trip and then lays out his locations for Lawless America 2.0 (most of the places he has announced he plans to visit are locations thought to be were some of his "haters" reside)

But most of all he continues to harass Allie and the courts as prepare for his hearing in Missouri.  Bill does not miss a chance to take as many personal shots at Allie as he can in his filings (no matter how off-topic).  He even goes right in to her custody case as he tries to re-open those wounds and gladly offers help to her ex simply out of spite.  I really don't see any evidence of anything human left in the obese carcass legally known as William M. Windsor.

The Lawless Shipmates Are Getting Restless

They may have been mildly amused at first, but as Bill continues to spend all this time going after his made up haters, some of the followers are growing tired of the never ending tail-chasing Bill is engaged in.  They signed up for a movie, or a cause they thought was about changing the legal system.  Instead, it seems they are followers of an old man who happens to be a drama king.

Now Bill prepares to go back on the road for what he calls filming, but it really looks like an escape from his local problems with Maid of the Mist and a scouting trip to go do research on his "haters".  No more talkshoe lectures, haven't even heard much about the little citizen grand jury stunt and certainly no word on his fake movie.  They are starting to feel that they are hopelessly adrift at sea, and the only movement seems to be from the daily wind direction and nothing more.  You can start to see their frustrations coming out in the comments to Bill:

I also would have been able to stop anywhere along the route to film ummm I think you can do that with any vehicle that has brakes in it. Bully Bill Turns of the Heat With Intimidation, Judge Snooty Chimes in

Forget working on the fake movie, forget trying to help out in any of his followers personal cases, even forgot the fake grand jury stunt for the time being...the most important thing in America seems to be Bill stopping this restraining order against him.

This is where I will stand trial for allegedly buying a gun and threatening to use it on a group of people. Outrageous lie, but that's usually what courts are all about.

Sharon N. Kramer Lawless America Correct. You appear to be mixing apples and oranges of my statement. To my knowledge there is not evidence that Allie did not believe what she stated on video. That would be a right guaranteed under the Constitition, if that is a correct understanding. Conversely, it is not a Constitutionally guaranteed right to say and do some of the things I know she has said of you, that provably false. That would be slander and libel as I understand it.

There you have it, 2+2 does not equal 5, therefore Allie has every right to keep her LA videos up.  Thank God we have Judge Snooty here to clear up these complex issues.  Having her come in is kinda like Morgan Freeman coming in at the end of the movie to explain the plot to you.

Vexatious Bill Prepares for Court

So Billy is getting back to his roots, the thing he does best.....tie up a court room with frivolous motions and filings.  After all, this is his calling card.  Over the weekend, over 1,600 people received a surprise email from Billy.  Many of them might have thought they were finally going to get an update on this movie they thought they filmed for.  Nope, its a pleading from Bill to anyone who will listen to perjure themselves on behalf of Bill.  And you would figure the stakes must be pretty high for him to take a step such as this, right?  Well no its just for the temporary restraining order filed by Allie.  Ohhhh, so who cares?  Most of the nomral people would ask.  Well apparently its life or death for Billy and his lemmings and they have sent out a rally around the pie call all across the lawless nation.

Here is the avidavit Bill sent out pleading with his followers to fill it out:

I am writing to ask a personal favor.  There are a lot of people trying to interfere with Lawless America...The Movie.  I anticipate that I will be in court many times.  I definitely will be in court on April 8, and I am emailing to ask you to send me an affidavit for use at that time.

At 10 pm on March 20, 2013, a sheriff appeared at our front door.  I was served with an Adult Abuse/Stalking Ex Parte Order of Protection.

This is the first time I have ever had the police come to see me or indicate that I might have ever done anything illegal (other than traffic tickets) in my entire life.  I have never been arrested, charged with, or convicted of a crime.  I have never been in a jail or prison except as a visitor.  I haven't even had a traffic ticket or parking ticket in over 12 years.

The complaints against me by Allie Overstreet include that I have "bought a gun for use on a group of people."  She has made one lie after another under penalty of perjury.

The complaint against me is attached.  I also enclose a format that you can use for an affidavit, if you choose to provide one.  I have heard that Sean Boushie (the original stalker) is planning to be there to testify for Allie.  Two liars against one honest man can be devastating.  I don’t know that anyone will come to be there to testify for me, so I thought affidavits would be the next best thing.

If you want to provide an affidavit, please revise the template that I have provided to be in your words and address whatever you know about or feel.  Feel free to express your thoughts on whether I go around threatening people with a gun, what I do to help children and families, what you have read on the website or Facebook about threats against me, and anything else.

I read the www.LawlessAmerica.com website, read the Lawless America and Bill Windsor Facebook pages, listen to the Lawless America TalkShoe online radio show, and I have been at events with Mr. Windsor.

I have never seen or heard anything from Mr. Windsor that in any way would be classified as “stalking” parents.

Mr. Windsor has informed me and others that he purchased a gun for protection.  I have read threats against Mr. Windsor that have been posted on Facebook and reported online.  I have never read or heard anything from Mr. Windsor that would be considered bragging about a gun.

Based upon my knowledge of the Lawless America and Bill Windsor Facebook pages, listen to the Lawless America TalkShoe online radio show, and events I have attended with Mr. Windsor, he has never threatened Allie L. Overstreet or anyone else.  Mr. Windsor has regularly made it clear that he and Lawless America are non-violent.

Mr. Windsor has stated online that Allie is a liar, and I know that she has lied as well.

Mr. Windsor did not “threaten” to show up at Allie L. Overstreet’s April 1 hearing, he simply said he was going to go there and try to film.  Mr. Windsor has expressed that he now knows that Allie is a liar, and he feels the court needs to know it.  Mr. Windsor has made it very clear to everyone that he has zero tolerance for liars.  One of his primary objectives with Lawless America…The Movie is to expose liars all over America, liars who have lied in court to cheat the opposing party.

Mr. Windsor has not asked me to stalk Allie, and I do not believe he would ever ask anyone to stalk another.  Mr. Windsor is the victim of terrible harassment and stalking.

I have read the Lawless America website very carefully, and Mr. Windsor has never published that he has bought a gun for use on a group of people.  I believe this is a horrible case of perjury by Allie in an effort to smear Mr. Windsor’s name and attempt to get him in trouble for something he never did.  I believe Mr. Windsor is way too smart and way too decent to ever threaten anyone with a gun.

I have never seen anything published by Mr. Windsor to show Allie’s kids address.

When the Lawless Lemmings Attack

You said "In his mind, the only move to get all that back is to head out to Missouri and try and ruin Allie face to face"....and an anonymous asked "Why is Bill even traveling to Missouri ?".... and my comment/answer would be because it's a court order to go answer before a judge to answer the temporary charges against him. If he doesn't, then he could be charged for a longer stretch of time. So, he's going there to protect himself, just as anyone would. If Allie hadn't charged him, he wouldn't be going. 
Anything else that may be going on, as both sides claim....has nothing to do with my answer here. I have purposely kept out of things because in my mind, it's just a big pissing contest between both sides. But, here....I can see that you all have lost sight as to the fact that in THIS instance, the reasoning behind Bill having to travel to Missouri is because Allie has made it that he has to answer in court by filing what she did. Not saying it's right or wrong, not even arguing the points/merits of her claim....just saying that he's doing what anyone else would properly do if served with charges to go before a judge...and that's to appear and answer to the charges before a judge! So, it's not that he's going to ruin her face to face, it's that he was forced to go to court to answer to a judge because Allie has charged him with something. And naturally, he's going there to defend himself. It's that simple. Just as Allie will most likely go to defend herself against any claims/filings against her. 
I think that all of this is just a big shameful situation. We ALL have had our government abuse us in one way or another and they have managed once again to divide a big group of us who got together to expose them! They always manage to infiltrate and cause problems that end up fracturing, dividing and causing hate & discontent within, so the group fights amongst themselves instead of completing their original goal...which is to fight the governmental abuses upon us! This is really sad. And I mourn for us all. Because the ONLY victor through all this...is the government! *BIG SIGH*

its a restraining order, not like he is standing trial for a felony. Any normal human being would say "fine ok I will leave her alone" and leave it at that.

He is going all the way out there for the right to continue to harass and stalk Allie. Thats why you fight a TRO like this when there is no family or any other kind of connection to each other, there is no other reason but that.

No...you're wrong. It's called defending yourself! He lives in Georgia....she lives in Missouri. It's not like they are neighbors...or even within 100 miles of each other! And if he doesn't stand before the judge, the restraining order will go onto his record because he didn't show up in court and the judge will take his silence as agreement. So, he has his right, just like anyone else, for his day in court. And I'd say the same thing if it was the other way around! She has charged him with something which gave her a TRO....and he has the right to defend himself and tell the judge HIS side of the story. And no, if you think most normal people would stand by and let someone put a RO out on them, when they felt they were wrong and just say...I'll leave it be...then you are delusional! He's fighting it because he sees it differently and unneeded. Whether YOU agree with him or not, isn't the point. He has the right to defend himself...and if I were him, and thought I was right, I'd fight too! Just as if I was Allie, and I thought as she does, I'd have done the TRO too! That's why we have courts...so it can be hashed out there!
But I can see that there'll be no reasoning with you because you already have him tried, convicted and sentenced, cause you are the rightful judge! And that's why we do have a lawless America now....cause there's too many tunneled visioned and short sighted and narrow minded biased people who refuse to see that there are 3 sides to EVERY story....his side, her side and then the truth somewhere usually in the middle!

Well NOW who's being libelous/slanderous ummm Bill, unless you are going to claim that me saying bill should stay home in my opinion is libel? You whine and complain that Bill has done this I laugh and make fun of...but yet you have no compulsion huh? in doing it yourself again, if stating my opinon on my blog that he should not go to Missouri is liable then I guess you are right? And who are you to decide what is worth defending on anyone else's behalf well ummm on my blog I'm Ginger Snap, and I call the shots? Apparently, you don't realize the gravity of being accused of threatening people with a gun no I guess I don't especially in this case where its barely even an aside in terms of the whole TRO? Windsor Continues To Act Out His Temper Tantrum

Billy continues to drag out this Allie restraining order issue.  He thinks that this is going to be a good rallying subject for his followers.  So far he has whipped up some support since he won't tell them the whole truth about what the RO is really about.  Lawlessnomore has a great run down of this tantrum

In his latest edict, Billy says:  "I have heard that Sean Boushie (my original stalker) is planning to be there to testify for Allie.  Two or more liars against one honest man can be devastating."

Billy Sets High Noon Showdown With Allie

Yesterday Bill put up a post about being served for the restraining order from Allie.  He only disclosed a few details to his lemmings, but this got them all fired up, especially the head of his gustapo the evil Julia Fletcher.  She, like the good little terrorist her Fuhrer had trained her to be,  called on all the lemmings to email and call the court in Missouri and intimidate them on behalf of Bill.

The logical move here is to just leave Allie alone.  He has kicked her out, he has told his followers she is bad, and at this point there really is no further need to be involved with her.  But Bill isn't logical, he is consumed by hate and vindictiveness.  Not only that, but he has been exposed by us and others as completely feckless. His threats no longer have any teeth in them.  In his mind, the only move to get all that back is to head out to Missouri and try and ruin Allie face to face.  Despite all the talk of having a gun, and being a good shot, its another kind of shooting that may prove to be the most disruptive.....his youtube camera being on the whole time.  He will do anything to wreck Allie's personal life, and if it means going to extremes to accomplish that, then he is willing and able.

Allie Gate Part Deux

So last night, someone creates a facebook page under the name of Bill's dad along with a picture of his dad on his death bed (according to billy).  Well Bill wasted no time putting the blame on his top two most wanted:
SICK SICK PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH MARK SUPANICH AND ALLIE OVERSTREET SETS UP FACEBOOK PAGE USING MY DECEASED FATHER'S PHOTO ON HIS DEATH BED AND HIS COFFIN.

This was probably done by a mentally ill person.

He even went on to say down in the comments that:
They stole the photos off a tribute website for my father. The recourse I have is that I will work with the attorneys for Allie Overstreet's ex and Mark Supanich's ex. I will work hard to expose them. I have filed criminal charges against them, and I am preparing a civil action.

Allie spent most of yesterday getting to see her youngest daughter for a hour, and all the emotions and feeling that goes along with that.  I'm pretty sure the last thing on her mind was to drive back home and make up a prank to get back at Bill.  In fact, here you go Bill...the IP associated with the person who created this facebook page of your dad traces to Brooklyn NY.  I don't say that to help you try and track down your enemies, but I point it out just to show you how far off base you are in attacking Allie once again.  Whoever this person is has nothing to do with the Clubhouse or Allie.

But don't let facts or anything like that stand in Bill's way of doing his favorite past time  that is outing mothers desperate to get their children back and threatening them with more harm.
